Probably the first US-plotted “colour revolution” was the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893. The Hawaiian Islands had been united in the early 1800s and were internationally recognised as an independent country, but the native Polynesians had been outnumbered by outsiders who had acquired a good deal of the land and devoted it to growing sugar. The USA was the principal market for the sugar but, when domestic sugar producers prevailed upon Washington to impose a tariff, the producers in Hawaii saw their wealth threatened. The coup overthrew the Queen, proclaimed a republic and a few years later Hawaii became a US territory and the sugar market was saved. None of this was overtly stated in justification, of course: the coup, like later “colour revolutions”, was carried out for more highfalutin reasons than mere greed. A threat was “discovered”, “public safety is menaced, lives and property are in peril”, a committee of safety formed, simulated mass meetings were held. Conveniently a US Navy ship was in harbour and troops came ashore “to secure the safety” etc etc. The Navy’s presence was not a coincidence because the US President and Secretary of State were in agreement with the conspiracy and the US diplomatic representative, while pretending neutrality, was an active participant. All done quickly and the coup leaders proclaimed themselves to be the new provisional government. Wholly and obviously fake – there was no disorder at all and the “committee of public safety” was made up of sugar barons and their flunkeys – but it stands as a historically significant event because it was the first crude attempt at something to be perfected in later years.

A Congressional report in 1894 decided that everything was perfectly perfect but a century later the US Congress passed the “apology resolution” for the coup. Who can say that the Rules-Based International Order is not real after that? Has Putin or Xi ever apologised for anything he didn’t apologise for earlier?

The most recent successful “colour revolution” occurred in Ukraine in 2013-2014. Enter the “Non-Government” Organisations – the non-government part is a lie but they are certainly well organised; they prepare the way. Victoria Nuland, then Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, admitted to spending five billion dollars to “ensure a secure and prosperous and democratic Ukraine”: an enormous sum for a poor country. (One learns here what has changed since the Hawaiian “colour revolution” 120 years before: 1) the rhetoric is more syrupy 2) it costs more.) She was the John Stevens of the Ukrainian “colour revolution” – sent by the US State Department to hand out the money, make the decisions and direct the performance. And, as the phone intercept proves, to block others from involvement – “fuck the EU”.) I recommend taking the time to listen to some of Nuland’s speech here to see just how sugary the cover talk for these “colour revolutions” has become – democracy, human rights, freedom, reforms, Europe; the caravan of “Western values” is chained to the juggernaut of greed and power. None of these formerly estimable values are visible in today’s Ukraine; but the interests of Ukrainians (or Hawaiians) were never the point of “colour revolutions”: the sugar barons wanted to keep their entry into the US market, Washington wanted to make trouble for Russia and the US Navy wanted a base in Crimea.

But the day of “colour revolution” seems to be running out. The mechanics are noticed and countered. Observe, for example, the moment in this video of a protest in Sevastopol when the commenter – who had seen it before on the Maidan – points out the carefully spaced people, wearing red so they can recognise each other, directing the supposedly genuine and spontaneous protest. The organisers were trying to make the Crimean Tatar issue a fighting cause. (I wonder, by the way, how many consumers of the Western “news” media think the Tatars are autochthonous?) I well remember this documentary because it was the first time I saw the people on the receiving end of a “colour revolution” getting ahead of the organisers; up to this moment they had been reacting, always wrongly and too late. But many of the security forces in Crimea in 2014 had been on the Maidan and had ample opportunity to observe how “spontaneity” is organised.

The authorities and their security services are becoming proactive and are using social media – a good example was the recording of the organisers of the Hong Kong protests meeting with a US Embassy official. And we have the recording of one of Navalniy’s associates asking for money from a UK Embassy official; not, he assured the official, “a big amount of money for people who have billions at stake”. Sometimes it’s fortuitous and not the result of planning by the target’s security services. A civil airliner receives a (fake) bomb threat, it lands according to the rules, one of the passengers is a “colour revolution” operative, they arrest him, he sings. There is still some mystery in the Protasevich story, but the Western version is certainly not true.

And when it’s over and failed, Washington casually dismisses its tools. Where is Yushchenko today? Once the darling of the “Orange Revolution” in Kiev, today he is a non-person. Saakashvili, re-used and failed again in Ukraine, is in prison in Tbilisi today. No fuss is made about him. Áñez is in jail, Protasevich forgotten. We’ve seen many West-leaning democratic saviours come and go in Russia – Berezovskiy, Khodorkovskiy and Pussy Riot are in the past; today it’s Navalniy but he’s probably passed his best-before date. Just props in the “colour revolution” theatre.

And we come to another secret of beating the “colour revolution” – tough it out. The Emperor Alexander told the French Ambassador that Napoleon’s enemies had given up too soon, he, on the other hand, would go to Kamchatka if need be. He went to Paris instead. Maduro still sits in the presidential office in Caracas, Guaidó is reduced to begging; Brussels has stopped pretending but Washington holds fast to the delusion. Lukashenka remains. Beijing toughed it out in Hong Kong. On the contrary, in Georgia (“Rose Revolution“) Shevardnadze was unwilling to use force and in Kiev (“Orange Revolution” and Maidan) Yanukovych was unwilling to use force. Not, of course that they weren’t blamed anyway by the Western propaganda apparatus (which was unashamed to call these scenes in Kiev and Hong Kong “peaceful” and never wondered where all the orange tents came from). All designed of course, to incite a violent reaction by the authorities which would be packaged by the complaisant Western media as violence against peaceful protesters. Not at all the same thing, of course, in the Western “human rights” Rules-Based International Order construction, as anything going on in Melbourne, or Paris, or London. To a degree, “colour revolutions” are waiting games and the incumbent, if he keeps his nerve, has certain advantages.

But probably the strongest prophylactic against a “colour revolution” is to prevent it from starting. And here it is necessary to drive out the foreign “Non Government” Organisations before they get established. There will, of course, be much protest from the West but it is important for the targets to understand that their press coverage in the West is and always will be negative, no matter what they do, say or argue. It’s propaganda, it’s not supposed to be fact-based. And it’s often amusingly repetitive – the Western propagandists are too lazy and too contemptuous of their audience not to recycle yesterday’s panics. For example: remember when Russia hacked the Vermont power grid in 2016? this time it’s “an angry Chinese President Xi Jinping” shutting down Canadian power plants. Sometimes it’s sloppily idiotic: CNN tells us that Russia, China and Iran are all hacking away at the US election system; it then goes on to say that Russia likes Trump and China likes Biden; Therefore, as Sherlock Holmes would conclude, CNN must believe that that Iran decided the outcome. The target should not worry about Western coverage – if you’re today’s target, all coverage will negative. Vide contemporary excitement over “violations of Taiwan’s airspace” without mentioning this simultaneous event. Facts don’t matter: the Panama Papers were about Putin except that they didn’t mention him and therefore they must have been by Putin. The Pandora Papers give us the re-run.

Former successes – in recent times, Ukraine twice, Georgia – are becoming failures: Hong Kong, Venezuela and Belarus. The targets have learned how to counter the attacks. The essential rules for defeating “colour revolutions” are:

  1. They come from outside. So cut out the outsiders and get rid of the foreign “Non-Government” Organisations. This is probably the most important preventative: the “colour revolution” operators were quite unhindered in, for example, Ukraine.
  2. Remember Alexander’s advice: don’t give up too soon. Maduro and Lukashenka are still there. To say nothing of Russia, China and Iran.
  3. Don’t be afraid that you’ll be blamed: you will be anyway. The Western propaganda machine is not interested in facts.
  4. Be tough. There’s a rhythm to these things; if you interrupt them, its hard for them to get back on track.
  5. Be patient, as we saw in Hong Kong, the outrage is mostly artificial and will run out of steam.
  6. Learn the techniques of how they’re done, watch for them and counter them.
  7. And finally: time is on your side. The West is not getting stronger. What the neocons call “the axis of revisionists” is.

Revolt of 1857

^ ‘Blowing from a Gun’ depicted by Vasily Vereshchagin in his painting ‘Suppression of the Indian Revolt by the English’ on the rebellion of 1857. Queen Victoria’s agent bought this painting, in an attempt to suppress it. ‘Blowing from the Gun’ was a means of execution where the prisoner is tied to the muzzle of a cannon, which is then fired, popping the victim’s head about 15 meters (50 feet) into the air, apparently a sort of juvenile entertainment for the colonizers

Following colonization, along came ‘decolonization’ and what do you suppose happened with colonial borders? They mostly remained as laid down by the colonizers. Where were the ‘decolonization’ rules written down? In the colonizers (western) international law. What is the economic system inherited by the colonized states? More or less, the colonizers system of western capitalism.

Whether it is the leadership of China wearing the western attire inherited from Karl Marx, The Native American ‘Business Council’ member in a coat and tie, or the numerous Black Africans suited up at the United Nations, the heritage of being colonized is in every direction one looks.

Colonization wasn’t only the physical presence of the ‘worst offenders’, that is Spaniards, Portuguese, Dutch, British, French, Germans  and Belgians, it was their ideas had dominated and continue to dominate. Colonialism isn’t over by a long shot.

The United Nations (especially) is a colonizing entity. NATO (especially) is a colonizing entity. The European Union (especially) is a colonizing entity. The United States (especially) is a colonizing entity. Multinational corporations (especially) are a colonizing entity. And finally (for the purposes of this essay, but not exhaustively), International Law is a colonizing entity.

The habit of the colonizers has been to create unnatural, or artificial organisms of ‘state’ with a tendency to internal cultural conflict and, consequently, a potential for civil strife that can be manipulated. Example given, this had been the USA creating a single or contiguous block(s) of land or ‘reservations’ for indigenous tribes with a history of mutual hostility, as in case of the Cheyenne and Crow tribes forcibly settled together, to preoccupy those peoples and deflect any immediate, ongoing aspiration to self-determination (of the Cheyenne, particularly) following conquest.

You see this general model, in one form or another, throughout the supposedly ‘decolonized’ present day world; whether Sunni/Shia Iraq or, more recently, ethnic Serb/Albanian Kosovo or Serb/Muslim/Croatian Bosnia, where ‘international law’ enforced borders sustain unnatural cultural entities of state.

This creates potential for exploitable tensions. The result? The ‘former’ colonial powers self-justifying ongoing colonizing behaviors, whether NATO manipulating and controlling the breakup of the former Yugoslavia or the European Union imposing its will on Serbia in a subsequent coercion into an EU compliant Serbian state, with Germany and allies the thinly concealed neo-colonial powers. Old habits die hard. Alternatively, old colonizing habits don’t actually die but are morphed into several disguise with a new face concealing the same old demonic forces. Psychopathic-criminal cultures-personalities do not voluntarily surrender their business models, whether individuals or, collective entities comprised of the same.

The history is succinct. From egalitarian ‘pre-civilized‘ societies…

“One [story tells] about the male sun falling out with the female moon before settling their differences over who should illuminate the sky by agreeing to share the duty, one during the day and the other during the night. The story promotes sex equality and co-operation between the sexes, which is common among forager societies”

…to the rise of civilization creating a class society creating instability through wealth inequality…

“In the largest study of its kind, the researchers saw disparities in wealth mount with the rise of agriculture, specifically the domestication of plants and large animals, and increased social organization

“Draft animals, which were not available in the New World, let richer farmers till more land and expand into new areas. This increased their wealth while ultimately creating a class of landless peasants”

We see the present day manifestation of this immediate preceding in the European Union driving multiple tens of thousands of farmers off their land with ‘sanitary requirements’ and other restrictions and changes, in Poland it had been estimated…

“According to estimates from the Polish Peasants’ party, only 600,000 of the country’s 2m[illion] farms will survive the process of joining the EU”

In Romania

“The harsh truth is that Europe has little to offer farmers as small as Mr Danci. A farm of his size is not viable and he faces the choice of merging his holding into a co-operative, or leaving the land

“The driving force for all these changes is EU regulation, not market forces, Mr Lesan said. His customers are perfectly content with cheese produced to Romanian standards.

“Maybe 45 per cent of my producers simply won’t be able to meet EU standards”

What the European Union is actually doing is destroying sovereignty related to food…

* Peasants (not food corporations) feed the world: 70% of the world’s population is fed by the Peasant Food Web, using only 25% of resources.
* Industrial food production fails to feed: Only 24% of the food produced by the Industrial Food Chain actually reaches people – the rest is wasted in meat production inefficiencies; lost in transport, storage and at the household; and diverted to non-food products.
* Industrial food costs us more: For every dollar spent on industrial food, it costs another 2 dollars to clean up the mess ($8.56 trillion dollars in waste and damages).
* Industrial food production uses 2-3 times more fossil energy (up to 9 times more in the case of rice).
* Industrial food production is responsible for 85-90% of all agricultural greenhouse gas emissions, loses 75 billion tonnes of soil annually, narrows crop genetic diversity by 75% (and livestock diversity from almost 9000 breeds to only 100 drawn from only 5 species), and accelerates nutritional decline between 5-40%, depending on the species/breeds.
* Industrial food production’s poisons fail to work – only 1-5% of chemicals applied actually hit the target. The rest end up polluting soil, water, air, and human and animal consumers

…leading towards future German initiated-dominated “United States of Europe” with proposals from 2013, 2014, 2016, & 2017 leading to greater development increasing the levels of violence…

“the degree of destructiveness increases with the increased development of civilization, rather than the opposite. Indeed, the picture of innate destructiveness fits history much better than prehistory” -Erich Fromm, The Anatomy of Human Destructiveness

…which we have seen from historical times, most recently centered in Europe and associated Euro-centric or European cultural based countries, NATO would be prime example. This recent history is a rather good match to early ‘civilized’ development of societies and resultant wealth inequality; creating a modern equivalent to a landless class typically harvested for soldiers, offering a modicum lift from poverty, but not the social violence. Poverty is a necessary component to prop up the privileged in the hierarchy. Conflict creates poverty and suborns the real wealth of stability to the benefit of the unstable and artificially wealthy.

As example, one can make an educated projection of Germany suborning Serbia’s development to Germany’s advantage based on both developmental history (with USA complicity, Konrad Adenauer was responsible for major Nazi war criminal pardons) and practical history of the Konrad Adenauer Siftung with an office in Belgrade

Adenaeur-Siftung - 1

We cooperate with governmental institutions, political parties, civil society organizations and handpicked elites, building strong partnerships along the way. In particular we seek to intensify political cooperation in the area of development cooperation at the national and international levels on the foundations of our objectives and values”

…having essentially identical mission statement to Konrad Adenauer Siftung in Kiev…

The foundation supports democratic political parties in Ukraine and their youth organisations. Furthermore, our Kiev office provides a portal for Ukrainian politicians to maintain direct contacts to Germany and Europe. Additionally, an important part of our work is to foster young politicians and talented students”

…where it  has been established ‘color revolutionaries’ were not only educated by this ‘foundation’ aligned with Angela Merkel, but the same were known to be neo-fascists, Svoboda, a radical group, and actually (2014 coup) were put into power:

Party members appeared at events hosted by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, the German political foundation affiliated with Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservatives. Examples include the conference entitled “Lessons from the 2012 Parliamentary Elections,” the seminar series called “The Higher School of Politics”

It’s hard to imagine the Konrad Adenauer Siftung’s ‘civil society’ promotion of…

…groups whose thuggish young legions still sport a swastika-like symbol, whose leaders have publicly praised many aspects of Nazism and who venerate the World War II nationalist leader Stepan Bandera, whose troops occasionally collaborated with Hitler’s and massacred thousands of Poles and Jews.

“But scarier than these parties’ whitewashing of the past are their plans for the future. They have openly advocated that no Russian language be taught in Ukrainian schools, that citizenship is only for those who pass Ukrainian language and culture exams, that only ethnic Ukrainians may adopt Ukrainian orphans and that new passports must identify their holders’ ethnicity — be it Ukrainian, Pole, Russian, Jew or other”

…foretells anything good for Serbia. This, and the fact of Germany’s dominant position within the European Union, enforcing its economic will on large states like France, cannot speak to future success for small states like Serbia.

This is neo-colonialism and it begins with destroying national sovereignty with creating dependence; the avenue taken will be European Union regulations robbing the poorest of opportunity to market and creating a destitute class of peasants – by driving the small farmers off their land.

Meanwhile, tensions can be easily exploited with culturally unnatural borders, a classic method of colonizers, to distract from the robberies taking place within. Serbia is not only ripe for this, with the existing Serb majority communities within the north of Kosovo and along but inside the border with Bosnia, examples given, now with agents provocateur causing problems by stirring resentments between Orthodox and Muslim populations, to the disadvantage of both; both communities are exploited. This is typical work coordinated within intelligence agencies fronted by ‘civil society’ organizations.

Based on the Konrad Adenauer Siftung’s support for, and training of, neo-fascists who came to power in Ukraine via coup, I have to close this essay/assessment with dark humor concerning that foundation’s message at their Serbia office website, recalling this specific language:

We cooperate with governmental institutions, political parties, civil society organizations and handpicked elites, building strong partnerships along the way

This preceding, quoted, language points to subversion of the Serbian intelligentsia or educated class. Well, in Germany, you’re nobody if you’re not a ‘doctor’ (PhD) and that is so great a truism of this culture represented in the Konrad Adenauer Siftung covertly colonizing Serbia, one popular method of getting there is fraud:

PhD_German_Fraud - 1

“He’ll exchange only as many anonymous emails as absolutely necessary with his clients, but he can read between the lines. “These are people who have absolutely no intellectual ambitions,” he says. “One can tell from their spelling errors that they would never be able to get a Ph.D. the normal way.” But Arnig makes sure that they get one anyway…

“The drive for academic titles has also revealed the dark underbelly of rampant doctoral fraud, even in the government’s highest circles. Just last week German Education Minister Annette Schavan had her doctoral title stripped and was forced to step down when her university ruled that parts of her doctoral dissertation had been plagiarized. Two years ago the same things happened to then German Defense Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, who was rumored to have used a ghostwriter himself”

Italian investigative journalist Gian Micalessin’s interview of the snipers who were present at the 2014 massacre of protestors & police in Kiev’s Maidan square. They were Georgians sent to Ukraine by security services people aligned with American allied-educated Mikhail Saakashvili. American Brian Christopher Boyenger ran the sniper operation on location, The CIA owned (via google) youtube makes you sign in (registers your identity) to watch parts one & two.

What follows is the English translation of the interview with the snipers.

After four years from the beginning at November 2013 of Maidan demonstrations, we are able to tell another truth, completely different from the official story. Our story begins towards the end of summer 2017, in Skopye, the capital of Macedonia. There, after long and complex negotiations, we met with Koba Nergadze and Kvarateskelia Zalogy, two Georgian participants and witnesses in the tragic shootings and massacre.

Both Nergadze and Zalogy are linked to former Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili , who started, in August 2008, a short but bloody war with Russia’s Vladimir Putin. Nergadze, as proved by an identification card he holds, was a member of a security service at President Saakashvili’s order. Zalogy is a former Saakashvili party activist.

“I decided to come to Skopije to tell you everything we know, about what happened … and I and my friend have decided together, we need to shed some light on those facts,” Nergadze says.

Nargadze also says Alexander Revazishvilli, [we met] a few months later, a former sniper of the Georgian army, participated in the Maidan shootout. [We] met in another Eastern European country.

All three of our participants say that they were recruited at the end of 2013 by Mamuka Mamulashvili, a Saakashvili military advisor who, after the Maidan action, will move to the Donbass, to lead the so-called Georgian Legion in clashes with ethnic Russian insurgents.

“The first meeting was with Mamulashvili [was] at the office of the National Movement,” Zalogy said. “The Ukrainian uprising in 2013 was similar to the” Pink Revolution “that took place in Georgia years before. We had to direct and guide it using the same pattern used for the “Pink Revolution”

Alexander’s version is no different. “Mamuka first asked me if I was really a trained sniper, Alexander recalls, [then] he immediately told me he needed me in Kiev to pick some places.”

Our informants integrated to various groups of volunteers between November 2013 and January 2014, [after] receiving passports with false names, and money advances.

“We left on January 15, and on the plane, Zalogy remembers, I received my passport and another [passport] with my photo but with different name and surname. Then they gave us each a thousand dollars to begin, promising to give another five thousand more“

Once in Kiev, our three participants begin to understand better why they were recruited. “Our task, Alexander explains, was to arrange provocations to push the police to charge the crowd. Until the middle of February, however, there were not many weapons around. The Molotovs, the shields and the sticks were used to the maximum.”

But in mid-February, clashes around Maidan begin to get worse. “About 15 and 16 February,” Nergadze remembers, “the situation has begun to become more serious every day. It was out of control now. And in the meantime, the first shoots were heard. “With the rising of tensions, new players [would] come into play”

“One day around February 15, remembers Alexander, Mamualashvili personally visited our tent. There was another guy in his uniform with him. He introduced him and told us he was an instructor, an American soldier.” The US military veteran Brian Christopher Boyenger, is a former officer and sniper for the 101st Airborne Division. After Maidan, [Boyenger] moves on to the Donbass front, where he will fight in the ranks of the Georgian Legion alongside Mamulashvili.

“We were always in touch with this Bryan, Nergadze explains, he was a Mamulashvili man. It was he who gave us the orders. I had to follow all his instructions“

The first suspects in the possession of firearms among the ranks of demonstrators, involve Serghey Pashinsky, a leader of Maidan Square, who became, after the fall of Yanukovych, chairman of the Kiev parliament.

On February 18, in a video made that day, a rifle locked in a car was recorded with video taken by a demonstrator, showing an automatic rifle. A few seconds after, Pashinsky approaches and orders the car be allowed to go. The next day, weapons were distributed to groups of Georgian and Lithuanian mercenaries residing in Hotel Ukraine, the hotel overlooking the square used as a headquarters by opposition.

“In those days, Pashinsky and three other people, including Parasyuk, had taken the weapons handbags to the hotel. They were going to get them into my room,” Nergadze says.

Volodymyr Parasyuk is one of the leaders of the Maidan Square protest. After the massacre of demonstrators, he will become famous for an ultimatum in which he will threaten to use weapons to hunt President Viktor Yanukovych.

“On February 18, recalls Zalogy, someone took some weapons to my room. In the room with me there were two Lithuanians, the weapons were unpacked by them.”

“In each bag, recalls Nergadze, there were Makarov’s pistols, Akm automatics, carbines. And there were packages of cartridges. When I first saw them I did not understand …. When Mamulashvili arrived, I also asked him. “What’s going on,” I told him, “what are these weapons? Is everything all right?

“Koba, things are getting complicated, we have to start shooting,” he replied, “we can not go to the pre-election presidential elections …” “But who should we shoot? And where? “I asked him.” He replied that where he did not care, we had to shoot somewhere … to sow some chaos.“

“While Nergadze and Zalogy assisted in arms distribution at the hotel, Alexander Revazishvilli and other volunteers went to the Conservatory, another building overlooking the square. “It was February 16th … Pashinsky ordered us to collect our belongings and bring them in … Other people arrived, they were almost all masked.

“From their cases I understood … they carried weapons …. They pulled them out and handed them over to the various groups. Only Pashinsky was talking … “He was giving orders. He asked me where we were supposed to shoot. ” “In the meantime, explained Nergadze, even at the Ukraine hotel, the leaders of the revolt underlined the purpose of using the weapons.

“They explained to us to shoot to create chaos and confusion. We did not have to stop. It did not matter if we fired at a tree, a barricade, or a molotov. The important thing was to sow chaos. ”

On the 20th, in the morning, the plan came into action. “It was supposed to be dawn,” Zalogy remembers, “when I heard the sound of the shots … they were not bursts, they were single strokes … came from the next room. At that same time, the Lithuanians opened the window. One of them fired one shot while the other closed the window. They have fired three or four times everywhere.”

Alexander, admitting he was involved in the shootout from the Conservatory building, claims to have understood very little. “Everyone started shooting two or three shots at a time. We did not have much choice. We were ordered to shoot both the Berkut, the police, and the demonstrators, no matter what. I was totally outraged. It went on for fifteen minutes … maybe twenty. I was out of my mind, agitated, under stress, I did not understand anything. Then suddenly, after 15, 20 minutes the shooting ceased and everyone has put down the weapons. ”

As wounded and dead arrived in the Ukrainian Hotel’s reception, the snipers fled from the rooms. And so the victims found themselves next to their assassins.

“Inside, recalls Nergadze, “there was chaos, you did not understand who was who. People ran back and forth. Someone was hurt … someone was armed. Outside was even worse. There were so many injured in the streets. And the many dead.”

Alexander says he left in a hurry. “Someone was shouting that there were snipers, I knew what they were talking about,” he said, “my only thought was to disappear before they knew about me. Otherwise, they had me. At that time, however, I did not realize, but now I understand. I do understand. We’ve been used. Used and discarded.”

“Never Trump”

This was the headline in my mail from Jonathan Penton at unlikelystories.org. Followed on with:

“Hopefully the subject line is clear enough. Fascism is back, and we’ve chosen to fight it. What have you got to say about it? We’re looking for all sorts of reactions, predictive and current, global and American. We want all the art and literature and crazy passionate rage you’ve got”

Ok, so Trump played on racism and nationalist sentiment in his election campaign. No argument with that. But then…

Have a read:

“the covert Obama strikes, the first of which hit Pakistan just three days after his inauguration, have killed almost six times more people and twice as many civilians than those ordered in the Bush years, the data shows”

Who is to say Obama and Hillary are not fascist? Might in fact Hillary be closer to Mussolini than Trump is to Hitler? Have another read:

“Obviously, the sitting parties in Congress want[ed] nothing more than for Trump to be branded a fascist. Which is why Hillary Clinton not long ago compared him to Adolf Hitler. Through a wider philosophical and historical lens, there are two issues with that claim. First, Trump hasn’t killed anyone. Second, the person making the claim has.

“The problem for Hillary is that a lot of Americans understand this. And that because of this such claims have started to backfire in a 180º turnaround. You can witness the same process in Britain’s Brexit debate, and in many other countries.

“I’m not writing this to support Trump or Le Pen, they’re not my kind of people at all. But neither is Hillary. I write it to warn people away from vacuous claims and statements. Which are not only dishonest, they have started to support the very people they’re made against. The political climate is changing, because the economy is tanking.

“And I write this to indicate that fascism may well already be amongst us, and it would be a good idea if we learned to recognize it. To suggest that perhaps, if we’re honest, Hillary is closer to Mussolini than Trump is to Hitler.

“Look, we could talk our faces blue about the differences and analogies between fascism and racism, something the ‘new right wing’ seems to have plenty of, and something Muhammad Ali’s death and yesterday’s Orlando massacre should teach us yet another lesson about. And we could talk about what they might potentially do if/when they acquire political power. But none of that makes these people fascists. Whereas the other side of the equation, the [lame duck] incumbents…”

Moving forward, would liberals care to examine Hillary’s support for a neo-nazi assisted coup in Ukraine? You don’t have to look far for the evidence, here is an authentic political left cover of the subject:

“Hillary Clinton has good reason to avoid these facts. Her popularity has plunged and the truth can only make matters worse. What is striking about her neo-McCarthyist attack, however, is how the same accusations she has made against Putin could be turned right back on her. As Secretary of State, Clinton laid the foundation for the coup in Ukraine in 2014. The coup’s mastermind, Victoria Nuland, was a Clinton surrogate who has been a chief foreign adviser for the Bush Jr. Administration. Ukraine is now controlled by political parties that harbor Nazi ideology such as the Right Sector”

And how many Syrians have died in a USA instigated covert war initiated on Hillary’s watch at the Department of State?

“In late 2011, after months of sustained anti-government protests inspired by the “Arab Spring” movement, Hillary Clinton called for the resignation of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad. Then, in April 2012, Clinton gave a speech in Turkey more forcefully calling specifically for regime change, saying, “Assad must go.” Those three words created the policies that led to both the rise of ISIS in Syria and the European refugee crisis of 2015.

“One of Clinton’s last actions as Secretary of State was to call for the arming of Syrian rebels fighting Assad. As the London Telegraph reported, Clinton’s plan to give weapons to Assad’s enemies was backed by not only former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, but also by former CIA director David Petraeus and General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. While Obama initially rejected his Secretary of State’s plan, he eventually agreed to arm Syrian rebels in the goal of ousting Assad.

“However, as ISIS began to get a foothold into Syria and Iraq, the “moderates” that received weapons from the US were eventually overtaken by ISIS fighters, who suddenly found themselves in the possession of military-grade weapons paid for with US tax dollars. In a study conducted by Conflict Armament Research, which tracks the movement of arms in war-torn regions, researchers found that ISIS has weapons and ammunition not just from the US, but also from coalition forces that are funded by the US government. The access to advanced weaponry was likely the reason for ISIS’ rapid expansion into Libya, Egypt, and elsewhere.”

So, who is the proven murderer? ‘Never Clinton’ would perhaps be the best news the contemporary world could know, while on the other hand, the petty mobster Trump hasn’t had his chance … yet.

“Our vision of “transgressive” is proprietary, idiosyncratic, and possibly delusional, but we believe that when literature legitimately challenges the assumptions of the reader, it has the power to create pragmatic change” [partial] mission statement at unlikelystories.org

If well intended, self-delusional certainly… But then we found this story at Politico:

“Soros bands with donors to resist Trump, ‘take back power’

“George Soros and other rich liberals who spent tens of millions of dollars trying to elect Hillary Clinton are gathering in Washington for a three-day, closed door meeting to retool the big-money left to fight back against Donald Trump”

Politico is hardly some fringe news outlet. So, who are the fascists? A most unlikely story, “Never Trump”, would have you believe a proven mass killer, Hillary, is preferable to a petty mobster yet to put his hands on a trigger-misnomer called ‘The Oval Office.’ Huh. Inciting extra-constitutional street violence on behalf of a loser is apparently the new liberal value…

And who is a poet celebrated at unlikelystories.org? How about a “Soros Life Achievement Award” inkster:

“JANOS MARNO (born 1949, Budapest): Janos has published eight volumes of poetry and a book of essays, and translated works by Paul Celan. From 1967-1980, he silenced himself due to political discrimination. He has won the Jozsef Attila prize, the Dery prize, and the Soros Life Achievement award

What more could be said? Considering…

An important blurb on how it is the USAID umbrella serves the oil industry:

International Business Times: ‘Conspiracy theorists right’ that foreign intervention in civil wars driven by ‘thirst for oil’

“According to the study by the universities of Warwick, Portsmouth and Essex, a “thirst for oil” is the main motivation for foreign intervention over any historical, geographical or ethnic ties.

“The study suggests oil was the main reason for military intervention in the Libyan civil war – which the UK was involved in – as well as one of the main motivations for the current campaign against the Islamic State (Isis).

“The research examined every country which has had a civil war between 1945 and 1999. The study found out of the 69 civil wars which occurred after World War II, around 33% saw third party intervention either by another country or outside organisation. “Outsiders are much more motivated to join a fight if they have a vested financial interest” – Dr Petros Sekeris, University of Portsmouth

“Dr Petros Sekeris, from the University of Portsmouth, said: “We found clear evidence that countries with potential for oil production are more likely to be targeted by foreign intervention if civil wars erupt”

And at the Center for Strategic Affairs & International Study (CSIS) ‘The Launch of the Project on U.S. Leadership in Development

“Dr. Condoleezza Rice and General James L. Jones spoke about the impact of economic development on national security at the launch of the Project on U.S. Leadership in Development, a CSIS-Chevron partnership. Dr. John Hamre, CSIS president and CEO, moderated the discussion. CSIS trustee and former USAID administrator Henrietta Fore and Chevron vice president Stephen W. Green introduced the project…

Dr. Rice, former secretary of state under President George W. Bush, pointed to the Arab Spring as a sign that democracy is not only a Western phenomenon. When asked how best to justify development spending to Congress, Dr. Rice said that although we have a moral obligation to global development, there is also a practical argument that it improves U.S. security. “How many times do we have to learn that ungoverned territor[ies]…are a problem for us?” she asked.

Development can help avoid the next Afghanistan or the next Somalia, she said, by building responsible sovereigns who can provide for their people. In doing so, the public and private sectors have complimentary, overlapping roles, Dr. Rice argued, with governments taking responsibility for creating the environment for trade, job creation, and foreign investment” [never mind Rice’s egregious lies when presenting a program that is a continuation of policies creating havoc around the world]

A former USAID administrator brought into a Chevron ‘leadership’ project (as well noting Condolezza Rice and James Jones are both are past Chevron board director personalities, not only one time Bush & Obama ‘National Security Advisors’) points directly at geo-political engineering of events on behalf of oil companies profits in relation to putting the cost off on the American taxpayer, per rogue CIA officer Phillip Agee’s revelations:

“One may wonder why the CIA would be needed in these programs. There were several reasons. One reason from the beginning was the CIA’s long experience and huge stable of agents and contacts in the civil societies of countries around the world. By joining with the CIA, NED and [US]AID would come on board an on-going complex of operations whose funding they could take over while leaving the secret day-to-day direction on the ground to CIA officers. In addition someone had to monitor and report the effectiveness of the local recipients’ activities. NED would not have people in the field to do this, nor would their core foundations in normal conditions. And since NED money was ostensibly private, only the CIA had the people and techniques to carry out discreet control in order to avoid compromising the civil society recipients, especially if they were in opposition to their governments. Finally, the CIA had ample funds of its own to pass quietly when conditions required”

USAID

And here you have the Obama administration’s Assistant Secretary of State brags about spending 5 Billion taxpayer dollars through these ‘democracy fronts’ developing “civil society” when reporting to Chevron:

And Joe Biden’s kid positioned to help lick up the spoils:

“…Ukraine’s largest private gas producer .. He’s [Biden] taking charge of the company’s legal unit”

Not to mention involvement by…

“Devon Archer, who works with Hunter Biden at Rosemont Seneca partners, which is half owned by Rosemont Capital, a private equity firm founded by Archer and Christopher Heinz”

…Christopher Heinz? Oh, that’s John Kerry’s step-kid.

And ‘Chevron Ukraine‘ .. sort of puts it all into perspective, you think?

“Chevron is pleased with the award of a tender which provides the right to conclude a Production Sharing Agreement for the Oleska area with the State of Ukraine. The Oleska area covers approximately 1.6 million acres. We now look forward to working together with the Ukrainian Government, local authorities, and our partner in relation to this opportunity”

If Chevron is forced out of Ukraine, Putin will be blamed, but for what? Acting on his known determination NATO will not march its borders to the edge of the Russian heartland? Too bad that sucks for Chevron, Rice, Jones, Biden and Kerry, but I suspect they’d just stepped into a mire of a 3rd world country whose resources they will not easily rip off…

…not that the Pentagon could grasp that:

And it is the American taxpayer picks up the $5 billion investment in Ukrainian ‘democracy’ and much, much more, before this episode of the ‘New Great Game‘ is played out:

“President Obama denied … that it’s a piece on “some Cold War chessboard.” But the best hope for Ukraine is that it will get special treatment precisely because it is a valued pawn in a new version of the Great Game, the 19th century struggle for influence between Russia and Britain”

Consider that bit of old news and the fact Obama is an invertebrate liar…
