An info-satire by Ronald

snook |sno͝ok|
noun (also known as ‘thumb your nose’) informal
• place one’s hand so that the thumb touches one’s nose and the fingers are spread out, in order to express contempt: perhaps you wouldn’t be so quick to thumb your nose if CIA were actually looking at you.
• openly show contempt or a lack of respect for someone or something; to thumb one’s nose: he spent a journalism career thumbing his nose at a dumbed-down public.

“Seven non-members of the non-deep state are so enraged by the idea that people might think the totally fake American deep state might be real, that they accidentally publish seemingly coordinated attacks on the very idea. Under very similar titles. All within the same few days. Citing the same “counter examples” of Egypt and Turkey. All acting with symmetrical umbrage” -Off Guardian

Ok, so ‘Kit’ at Off Guardian summarized mainstream [intelligence agency implanted] media denial quite succinctly; in other words just because there are ‘deep state’ symptoms practically every direction one looks, if you happen to believe a rooster should appear, sound, and behave as a rooster, you are likely deluded.

From Steve Bannon to Glen Ford, with James Corbett somewhere in the middle, or in order of those listed, from a paranoid genius on the right to a no-nonsense social critic on the left, as well an astute neutral observer somewhere in the middle, when it comes to a ‘deep state’, all can agree when the same creature crows like a rooster, looks like a rooster and lives in a chicken house, it should be called a rooster, not a snook.

In other words, what should it tell you when The New Yorker, Salon, The LA Times, Politico Magazine, The Atlantic, RealClear Politics, and the Observer all insist a barking dog is actually saying meow? And if you do NOT agree, you’re a paranoid conspiracy theorist? Now, there’s a real snook. But that’s the business of media these days, deliberately thumbing their nose at reality and putting you down if you don’t agree.

First, what the American deep state is NOT:

It’s not Turkey, Egypt or Syria. These are red herrings tossed into print by the USA’s deep state press/mouthpieces.

red herring |ˈˌrɛd ˈhɛrɪŋ|
noun
1 something, especially a clue, that is or is intended to be misleading or distracting: the CIA recruited academic had produced a deep state debunking article for Counter Punch with red herrings Turkey, Syria & Egypt. So named from the practice of using the scent of red herring in training dogs (not cats.)

What the American deep state IS: a spineless sociopath, multiple-personalities, artificial entity with synthetic soul; which sometimes attacks itself. It has a faux conscious manifest in the National Prayer Breakfast. Its exoskeleton is the facade of democracy. Its mass is the federal bureaucracy. Its ruptured spleen is the Council on Foreign Relations. Its jaundiced liver is NATO. Its irritable bowel syndrome is the USA’s military industrial corporate boards. Its severely diseased heart is Exxon-Mobil. Its anus is Capitol Hill. It’s [soon to be] broken life support machine is Wall Street. In its’ current, more or less schizophrenic mental state, it is the generals versus the spooks; the left brain-dead NSA versus the right brain-dead CIA, also known as (in Trumps head) Snowden is bad, WikiLeaks is good. Its synthetic soul is ‘The Fellowship’ (and its satellite, the Federalist Society.)

snooker |ˈsno͝okər|
noun
• trick, entice, or trap: the public was snookered into buying F-35s at prices that were too high.
• leave (someone) in a difficult position; thwart: The CIA managed to lose its family jewels—the NSA left Gina Haspel snookered.

In short, the CIA’s ‘dirty tricks’ (Special Activities) division had been a rogue player in the orbit of the Prescott Bush family and corporate associates since the days of Allan Dulles. In the seamless transition from ‘dubya’ to Hussein Obama, it was Robert Gates welded this branch of the CIA to the Pentagon and brought it under the Pentagon umbrella via the SOC (special operations command) where it could be safely preserved in upcoming euthanasia of those neo-liberal controlled divisions of the CIA at odds with the generals. In other words, bye-bye to the influence of the Council on Foreign Relations, and other, similar, entities because the tacit understanding of bygone days or ‘the balance of tolerance’ (tolerating players you despise, Hussein Obama, Hillary, Soros & associated ‘usual suspects’) are indeed over.  The Coe cult has made its move via the generals and the rest, as they say, will be history. Where is ‘the donald’ in this play? He’s allowed himself to become a pawn played to sacrifice in a gambit; that is a stooge and a fool. This had been accomplished via his administration appointments, most notably preceded by his selection of the generals’ favorite Coe cult ‘fellowship‘ Bible-believer Pence:

Think that’s far-fetched? Think again:

Pentagon-Bible - 1 (3)

“To see past and present Bible studies used in the Pentagon click here

In 2017 what is the Bible study at the Pentagon? That would be the Old Testament’s Jonah. Here follows is reasonable expectation of the lessons in short (there’s a reason this article begins with a ‘Loony Tunes’ clip)

Jonah:

Jonah was minding his own business.
Nineveh, God said
Speak to Nineveh.

Jonah said:
Screw that,
Those people won’t listen.

And God said:
You don’t get it, Jonah
So try this:

Burped a Whale
The upchucked Jonah
Wanted a bath, badly.

And Nineveh
Did not repent
As much as

Not knowing
Their left hand from right,
In the end

God felt sorry for their cows.

Or, in the Mike Pence spiritual guru Doug Coe’s words:

“I’ve seen pictures of the young men in the Red Guard… They would bring in this young man’s mother. He would take an axe and cut her head off. They have to put the purposes of the Red Guard ahead of their father, mother, brother, sister, and their own life. That was a covenant. A pledge. That’s what Jesus said” -Doug Coe

So, as different factions of the deep state slug it out, Doug Coe will finally eschew Hillary’s blow-jobs (Hillary had always been too busy elsewhere to give Bill what he wanted) and go with the generals, as the Bible studying Pentagon’s NSA (smiling like a hillbilly) slips the Vault 7 greased-pig-job to the CIA:

Meanwhile, over at AIPAC, everything is on track with the Zionists (Christian & Jewish) as the messianic agenda progresses… the problem with ordinary people is, they have no idea of the theological madness behind the perfectly serious(ly insane) Christian crusaders at the Pentagon:

The paranoid Jewish Zionists embrace these rabid anti-Semitic Christian Zionists who fully intend the Jewish Zionists will become extinct once they’ve finished the dirty work of retaking the West Bank for the Christian Zionists necrotic vision on a road to Armageddon, meanwhile the Jewish Zionists label any non-Jewish anti-Zionist as anti-Semitic, when in fact most of the non-Jewish anti-Zionists are the bitter foes of the rabid anti-Semitic Christian Zionists momentarily embraced by the Jewish Zionists.

Now, in the mix of all of this, the anti-Zionist Jewish personalities are in an impossible state of being forced to play a game of ‘shut the fuck up’ or get blasted by all Zionists, Jewish and Christian, while the non-Jewish anti-Zionist is attacked by the paranoid Ashkenazi, who became paranoid and Zionist, on account of the pogroms of anti-Semitic Christian Zionists. These people bite the hand of people who’re actually doing them a favor by taking on the rabidly anti-Semitic Christian Zionists, personalities  who intend as soon as the partnership of convenience is over, all those clinging to Judaism will be tossed into a lake of what will almost certainly amount to man-made nuclear fire…

Meanwhile, if you’re too smart to be obsessed with the Russians are to blame for everything gone wrong on this flat earth, in the midst of our deep state’s internecine war, every deep state publishing party wants you to believe the deep state existence is a fantasy, here’s a few samples:

The various organs of the Deep State, including the corporate media, work hard to convince the public that the Deep State does not exist. (Kind of like that story about the Devil.) In fact, the Deep State runs the show. “The truth is that an oligarchy rules, and makes war on whomever it chooses — internationally and domestically — for the benefit of corporate capital.” It has neutralized a sitting president, less than two months in office.

The U.S. Deep State Rules – On Behalf of the Ruling Class

by BAR executive editor Glen Ford

“The U.S. Deep State is unlike any other, in that there is no other global superpower bent on world domination.”

The Deep State is busy denying that it exists, even as it savages a sitting president and brutally bitch-slaps its host society, demanding the nation embrace its role as global psycho thug and kick some Russian ass. The New York Times, always available to divert attention from the essential facts of who rules America, points to Egypt, Turkey and Pakistan as the natural habitats of Deep States. Apparently, Deep State-infected countries tend to be nations with majority Muslim populations, whose military-intelligence apparatus hovers over society and periodically seizes control of the civil government.

The Times quoted high-ranking operatives of the Deep State to prove that such structures are alien to the U.S. Michael V. Hayden, who ran the CIA under Democratic President Obama and Republican George Bush, recoiled at the term. He “would never use” the words Deep State in connection with his own country. “That’s a phrase we’ve used for Turkey and other countries like that, but not the American republic.”

Loren DeJonge Schulman, a former Obama National Security Council official, claimed to be repelled by the very idea of an American Deep State. “A deep state, when you’re talking about Turkey or Egypt or other countries, that’s part of government or people outside of government that are literally controlling the direction of the country no matter who’s actually in charge, and probably engaging in murder and other corrupt practices,” she said.

Apparently, Deep State-infected countries tend to be nations with majority Muslim populations, whose military-intelligence apparatus hovers over society and periodically seizes control of the civil government.”

Apparently, Ms. Schulman did not consider it murder when Obama and his top national security advisors met every Tuesday at the White House to decide who would be assassinated by drone or other means. But she is “shocked” to hear “that kind of [Deep State-phobic] thinking from” President Trump “or the people closest to him.”

Once the Times had located the nexus of Deep Statism in the Muslim world, the lesser lights at The New Yorker endorsed the corporate media consensus that the U.S. is Deep State-free. Staff writer David Remnick admits that U.S. presidents “have felt resistance, or worse, from elements in the federal bureaucracies,” citing Eisenhower’s warnings against the military-industrial complex, Lyndon Johnson’s “pressure from the Pentagon,” and the “rebuke” of Obama’s Syria policy through the State Department’s “dissent channel.” However, he denies that any “subterranean web of common and nefarious purpose” threatens the orderly and transparent processes of the U.S. political system.

In reality, the U.S. Deep State is by far the world’s biggest and most dangerous version of the phenomenon; a monstrous and not-so subterranean “web of common and nefarious purpose” that is, by definition, truly global, since its goal is to rule the planet. Indeed, the Deep States of Turkey, Egypt and Pakistan — all nominal U.S. allies – are midgets in comparison and must operate in a global environment dominated by Washington’s Deep State apparatus. So vast is the imperial Deep State, that its counterparts in other nations exist largely to collaborate with, resist, or keep tabs on the U.S. behemoth, the predator that seeks to devour all the rest.

“The U.S. Deep State is by far the world’s biggest and most dangerous version of the phenomenon; a monstrous and not-so subterranean ‘web of common and nefarious purpose’ that is, by definition, truly global.”

What is a Deep State? The U.S. Deep State is unlike any other, in that there is no other global superpower bent on world domination. (Washington’s political posture is also unique; no other nation claims to be “exceptional” and “indispensable” and thus not subject to the constraints of international law and custom.) Indeed, the U.S. is so proudly and publicly imperialist that much of what should be secret information about U.S. military and other capabilities is routinely fed to the world press, such as the 2011 announcement that the U.S. now has a missile that can hit any target on the planet in 30 minutes, part of the Army’s “Prompt Global Strike” program. Frightening the rest of the world into submission — a form of global terrorism — is U.S. public policy.

However, arming and training Islamic jihadist terrorists to subvert internationally recognized governments targeted by the U.S. for regime change is more than your usual variety of covert warfare: It is a policy that must forever be kept secret, because U.S. society would suffer a political breakdown if the facts of U.S. and Saudi nurturing of the international jihadist network were ever fully exposed. This is Deep State stuff of the highest order. The true nature of U.S. foreign policy in the 21st century, and the real character of the current wars in Syria and Iraq, must be hidden from the U.S. public at all cost. An alternative reality must be presented, through daily collaboration between corporate media, corporate universities, and the public and covert organs of the U.S. State.

“U.S. society would suffer a political breakdown if the facts of U.S. and Saudi nurturing of the international jihadist network were ever fully exposed.”

What part of the New York Times coverage of the war against Syria is a lie? Damn near all of it. What role does the Deep State play in crafting the lies dutifully promulgated by the corporate media? That’s impossible to answer, because the Deep State is a network of relationships, not a clearly delineated zone or space or set of organizations. The best way to describe the imperial Deep State is: those individuals and institutions that are tasked with establishing the global supremacy of the corporate ruling class. Such activities must be masked, since they clash with the ideological position of the ruling class, which is that the bourgeois electoral system of the United States is the world’s freest and fairest. The official line is that the U.S. State is a work of near-perfection, with checks and balances that prevent any class, group or section from domination over the other. The truth is that an oligarchy rules, and makes war on whomever it chooses — internationally and domestically — for the benefit of corporate capital.

The Deep State and its corporate imperatives manifestly exists when corporate lobbyists and lawyers are allowed to draw up the Trans Pacific Partnership global “trade” agreement, but the contents are kept secret from the Congresspersons whose duty is to vote on the measure. The Deep State is where corporate power achieves its class aims outside the public processes of government. It’s where the most vicious class warfare takes place, whether on a foreign killing field, or in the corporate newsroom that erases or misrepresents what happened on that battlefield.

At this stage of capitalism, the U.S. ruling class has less and less use for the conventional operations of the bourgeois state. It cannot govern in the old way. More and more, it seeks to shape events through the levers of the collaborating networks of the Deep State. It’s number one global priority is to continue the military offensive begun in 2011, and to break Russia’s resolve to resist that offensive. The ruling class and its War Party, now consolidated within the Democratic Party and regrouping among Republicans, have effectively neutralized a sitting president whose party controls both Houses of Congress, less than two months into his term.

Only a Deep State could pull that off.

Steele - 1

Robert David Steele’s “The truth at any cost lowers all other costs” is a fundamentally sound idea. However his “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” is NOT a fundamentally sound idea. Furthermore, these preceding should be mutually exclusive concepts. Yet, Robert David Steele embraces both; concurrently claiming together with his ‘truth’ maxim, that he is ‘agnostic’ when it comes to associating with those persons whom Steele sees as advantageous to his agenda but otherwise Steele should be well aware promote known falsehoods. Case in point is Steele’s Public Intelligence blog hosting Robert Parry:

Steele_Parry2 - 1

Robert Steele had, admirably, declared on 19 January 2016, 9/11 (and other notable ‘terror’ events) a false-flag. How or why it took Steele, a trained spook, 15 years to arrive at this conclusion in public forum is tangential to this short essay; the real question here is, why does Steele promote, more than one full year on his public declaration, the pervasively false journalism of Robert Parry, where Parry is on record denying the obvious: World Trade Center Building 7 was blown to bits by professional demolition on the afternoon of 11 September 2001? This is a case of ‘the enemy of my enemy is my enemy.’

“He [Parry] also denies that WTC-7, a 47-story skyscraper that came down at 5:20 PM, seven hours after the Twin Towers were destroyed.  It fell in approximately 6.5 seconds, which is about the speed of free fall, a classic indication of a collapse that was brought about by a controlled demolition.  Many experts have found the pattern of collapse supports that conclusion.  A very nice video that demonstrates this to be the case, “This is an Orange”, refutes his [Parry’s] allegation that it was because the building had a large atrium that it collapsed as fast as free fall.  That ignores the fact that the entire building was extremely robust in construction, having been erected over two massive electrical generators providing back-up electricity for lower Manhattan.  This building obviously came down as the result of a controlled demolition, which is why so many in the 9/11 truth community emphasize WTC-7″

If this preceding should be the most visible angst or tension in Steele’s embrace of Robert Parry’s journalism with its ‘no lie is too big for my readers to swallow’, the most insidious lie Steele takes on with his embrace of Parry, is the rank constitutional revisionism Parry promotes when attacking the religious right’s false constitutional narrative with (a Parry specialty) alternative false narrative

“So, today’s Tea Partiers, “libertarians” and the Republican Right are not so much descendants of the Framers as they are heirs to the Anti-Federalists who tried to strangle the U.S. Constitution in its cradle. And a principal motive for this fierce opposition was a desire to protect slavery” -Robert Parry

…noting the anti-Federalists (North & South, slave-owning & non-slave-owning) were actually opposed to investing the new federal government with those royal powers they had been in rebellion over:

“I somehow doubt the anti-federalist 4th amendment concerning privacy in one’s papers had anything to do with propping up slavery, a given example of motivation in the anti-federalists’ actual intentions. Or other rights, for instance prohibition of a bill of attainder. Or the right to petition for redress. Or the right to confront your accuser. To name but a few provisions of the first through eighth amendments authored by the anti-federalists.

“If our “Bill of Rights” had been insisted upon by anti-federalists, and it most certainly was, the entire world, it would be implied by this specious and twisted revisionism coming from the left, is indebted to slaveholders for the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights inspired by the American Bill of Rights and certain of its provisions. Parry’s argument is beyond irony, it is patent nonsense. The fact is, slaveholders were a minority of the Americans with anti-federalist sentiment, and a minority in the geographic south as well, and this is where the left’s ‘equating anti-federalists with slavery’ crotch slams into the bicycle bar…

“Anti-federalism was by no means an exclusive southern phenomena related to a minority of slave owners but was a general angst of the new republic’s citizenry from Georgia to Maine…” -Ronald Thomas West

Having received high marks as adjunct professor of American constitutional law (Summer semester 2008, Johannes Gutenberg University at Mainz), requiring a certain knowledge of history in the subject, I will refer to folklore as a metaphor; if anything, the rank and file (common citizenry) anti-Federalists from Georgia to Maine, were firmly determined King George III should not be replaced with a King George Washington. That’s the short fact of the USA’s first ten amendments coming into existence, a political legacy of Thomas Paine.

Can Robert Steele’s “the truth at any cost lowers all other costs” bear witness to truth by hosting Robert Parry, and by extension, Robert Parry’s own patently revisionist constitutional history and stand up? Or, Does Robert Steele’s ‘lip servicing’ a return to, and upholding of the American constitution, amount to a crowd pleasing political fellatio? Steele should be socially savvy enough to understand there would be many placing faith in his [Steele’s] judgement might go on and uncritically extend their faith to the wider, dishonest work of Robert Parry, example given (I could provide even more blatant example of Steele associating with a dishonest journalist but that can wait, for the moment.) Maybe Robert Steele has simply taken on too much to properly vet those false flag journalists he is presently keeping company with. In any case, Steele is in a mini reflection of Trump’s circumstance; working with quislings.

Meanwhile, for Robert Steele’s edification, I will provide example of just how screwed up the spooks world of ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend’ actually is; perhaps Steele is suffering espionage-centric myopia and needs the blinders removed. This follows had been originally posted at this blog on 29 November 2015, we can call it Mike Flynn’s ‘for 30 pieces of silver I’d have  sex with Erdogan in a Turkish bath’ alliance:

Whereas My Enemy is My Friend’s Favorite Fuck

NATO’s UPGRADED GLADIO is the subject of this article, where the western democracies enemy Islamic State is Turkey’s favorite fuck-buddy. Call it a play on the Middle East expression ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Only here it is ‘my enemy is my friend’s favorite fuck.’

This week, a result of a lawsuit filed personally by the president of Turkey (Edogan, image above), two courageous journalists were arrested and charged with treason, terrorism and  revealing state secrets. What had they done? Revealed Turkish intelligence had been caught by some over-zealous local gendarmes when running guns and ammunition to hard-line Islamist militia with close ties to al-Qaida:

Zaman.jpg - 1

^ Story killed by Erdogan’s police takeover of Today’s Zaman newpaper, click on image to read about the paper’s shutting down

Now, if that were not enough concerning NATO member Turkey’s efforts in ‘the war on terror’, we can back up a mere five weeks and understand Erdogan’s paranoia of free press; it was in October, 2015, two members of Turkey’s parliament revealed it was Erdogan’s intelligence services had arranged the 2013 Sarin gas attack that had killed over 1,300 Syrians:

Zaman2.jpg - 1

^ click on image to read preserved story

Of course this had been blamed on Basher al-Assad by Hussein Obama:

“The evidence is overwhelming that the Assad regime used such weapons on August 21st. U.N. inspectors gave a clear accounting that advanced rockets fired large quantities of sarin gas at civilians. These rockets were fired from a regime-controlled neighborhood and landed in opposition neighborhoods” -Barack Obama

I guess we could call that one ‘my friend fucks my enemy for me.’

And, of course, this past week has been all about satellite images and Russian warplane video of Islamic State tankers exporting oil via… you might have guessed it, Turkey. Well, I guess the warplane images indicate ISIS ‘suddenly not shipping quite as much oil.’ The USA hadn’t even noticed these targets prior to the Russians hitting them, I suppose our religious right generals at the Pentagon would call that ‘sexual abstinence’

Screen Shot 2015-11-28 at 5.47.28 PM

But this next guy would seem to think he’s been fucked in the ass over oil by Russia and that must be why Turkey ambushed a Russian bomber, his name is Hakan Fidan and he’s Erdogans’s intelligence chief:

Hakan Fidan rap sheet: Murdered more that 1,300 Syrians with sarin gas, blamed it on Assad; runs guns and ammunition to Islamic State; imports Islamic State oil to Turkey from Syria and Iraq; accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count; a close Erdogan confidant

Now, let’s consider what Vladimir Putin had to say in relation to Turkey and by implication its intelligence services chief Hakan Fidan:

“We assume that the top political leadership of Turkey might not know anything about this [illegal oil trade]. Hard to believe, but it is theoretically possible. But if the top political leadership [in Turkey] doesn’t know anything about this, let them find out. I can state that there may be some elements of corruption, secret dealing, they should sort it out” -Vladimir Putin

I doubt Putin was in a good humor when he stated the preceding but his use of irony under the circumstance indicates he’s not in any mood to be fucked with; and furthermore indicates Turkey is going to be fucked but good.

Now, more or less ‘sticking’ with oil, lets look at some sound assumptions; our several intelligence agencies answer to the executive in the western democratic model. It follows, they report to the those same democracies bosses. So, what has Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND or German CIA) boss Gerhard Schindler been telling Angela Merkel? That Assad gassed his own people? Sorry but the BND reputation for intelligence in the region doesn’t allow for pigs growing wings:

Revelations over spying activities by the German foreign intelligence office Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) are undermining relations between Germany and Turkey at an already difficult time. According to a document acquired by Der Spiegel, the BND has been systematically wiretapping its NATO ally Turkey since at least 2009…

voyeur |voiˈyər, vwä-|
noun
a person who gains sexual pleasure from watching others when they are naked or engaged in sexual activity.
• a person who enjoys seeing the pain or distress of others.
DERIVATIVES

voyeuristic |ˌvoiyəˈristik, ˌvwäyə-| adjective.
voyeuristically adverb
ORIGIN early 20th cent.: from French, from voir ‘see.’

It’s safe to assume Angela Merkel knows whose fucking who when it comes to Turkey gassing Syrians:

The report quotes a US intelligence agent as saying: “No Western intelligence service has as good sources in Syria as the BND does.”

A member of the BND told the newspaper that the intelligence service was “proud of the important contribution [it] is making to the overthrow of the Assad regime.”

gerhard.schindler

Gerhard Schindler, boss of German intelligence; accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

Now, when it comes to Islamic State doing a billion dollar oil business with Turkey, do you suppose the Germans, Angela Merkel particularly, could claim she ‘didn’t know’? After all, according to a United States Defense Intelligence Agency report, the whole idea of “the western powers” fostering the rise of Islamic State was to bugger Assad. Who’re “the western powers” other than Germany? France and its multinational Total Oil Company make a fine next step into the bordello where your enemy is your friend’s favorite fuck:

Bernard Bajolet, boss of Direction générale de la sécurité extérieure (French CIA), accessory to murder of 130 Parisians and accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

The French company has ignored threats from the central Iraqi government in Baghdad and signed oil deals directly with the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region, where crude reserves are plentiful and contract terms more attractive than in the south.

“This success confirms Total’s exploration strategy in Iraq,” said Marc Blaizot, senior vice president for exploration at Total

Now, what will French intelligence chief Bernard Bajolet have told France’s President Hollande about Kurdistan having to do with ‘my enemy is my friend’s favorite fuck?’

Well, according to oilprice.com, ‘Kurdistan’ is a deliberately planned for, broken away piece of Iraq where:

“It is important to understand that Northern Iraq is a major market for Turkish exports and that oil and gas from coming Iraqi Kurdish territory is moved on to worldwide markets through Turkey,” Jellyfish President Michael Bagley told Oilprice.com.

“From a financial and logistical standpoint, an Ankara-Erbil marriage is one of exceptional convenience. From our standpoint, Northern Iraq stands to be one of the next great investment areas in the Middle East, and so far, the KRG [kurdish regional government] has managed to out-play Baghdad in the natural resources and investment game”

AND THIS

Exxon-al_Qaida_deal.jpg - 1

Ninewa today is one of the last bastions of al-Qaeda in Iraq, and its blessing of the KRG-ExxonMobil deal is significant in terms of security

Did oilprice.com just say “al-Qaida in Iraq” gave a ‘security’ blessing to a Kurdish Regional Government deal with an oil company? I believe they did. Who is ‘al-Qaida in Iraq’ these days? Why it’s been recently re-branded as Islamic State. Huh. We could call this one ‘my friends who fuck my enemies who’re my friends.’ Or something like that.

alex-younger_MI6

Alex Younger, head of MI6 (British CIA), accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

So, how does that all fit into Turkey is a one billion dollar partner in Islamic State oil exports and no one says anything? Let’s ask the Brits:

The attorney general was consulted about Monday’s decision. Karmy-Jones told the court in pre-trial hearings that Gildo had worked with Jabhat al-Nusra, a “proscribed group considered to be al-Qaida in Syria”. He was photographed standing over dead bodies with his finger pointing to the sky

Well, it seems British intelligence had to ask the British courts not to prosecute because MI6 had been funneling arms to the very Syria al-Qaida branch the returning jihadi had fought with. We could call this one ‘I won’t let you fuck my terrorist friend because he helps me to fuck people I like to see fucked.’ Considering this, I kind of doubt we’d get a  straight answer concerning British Petroleum activities in Turkey, you think?

Our downstream business in Turkey dates back to the 1940s and now includes retail fuels, lubricants and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). We have over 600 dealer-owned and operated fuel stations throughout the country, as well as fuels and LPG terminals and storage facilities. ATAS, the former refinery and currently the largest fuels terminal in the Eastern Mediterranean, is 68% owned by BP. One of our most modern and high-tech lubricants plants is located in Gemlik

But David Cameron most certainly has a report on his desk pointing to BP had exported Kurdish oil via Turkey. Is British spy chief Alex Younger updating him on any BP related Islamic State exports? That’s his  job. Or maybe BP is informing Cameron direct, it’s not like his government keeps the multinational at arms length:

The Foreign Office, for example, held its annual “BP high level dinner” last July, “to strengthen the strategic relationship between BP and the FCO on global economic and energy issues”, according to heavily redacted documents marked “sensitive” and “restricted”. All the top FCO directors from the head of the diplomatic service down through the directors of the main regions, to the heads of the FCO economic, strategy, and “prosperity” units, were on the attendees list

I’ll bet Cameron accused Assad of gassing his own people too:

Cameron said he took “full and personal responsibility for the decision to recall parliament, for the decision to take a strong and principled stand against the gassing of children in Syria, and I take full responsibility for putting forward as generous a motion I could, to bring as many people with me as I could. Everyone who voted has to live with the way that they voted”

He actually meant to say ‘it’s easy to fuck ordinary Syrians [who Erdogan’s intelligence people gassed] when people suck up to my ‘Assad did it’ media lies’ (at The Guardian, no less.)

AND FINALLY

Airstrike_Leaflet

The ‘special relationship.’ How is it the Pentagon gives the [only just very recently noticed] Islamic State oil-tanker truck drivers 45 minutes warning before blowing up [a few, token] trucks delivering oil to Turkey?

john-brennan

CIA boss John Brennan; accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count; close Obama confidant

Do you suppose the CIA’s John Brennan is actually concerned about civilian casualties? That doesn’t seem to concern his boss, ‘Commander-in-Chief’ Obama, in the case of drones.

ObamaPick

Serial killer of nations; cold-blooded killer of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

I do believe the actual reason is linked to the screenshot of the article on delivery of arms to hard-line Islamists at the beginning of this essay; where in this related story…

Testimony from gendarmerie officers in court documents reviewed by Reuters allege that rocket parts, ammunition and semi-finished mortar shells were carried in trucks accompanied by state intelligence agency (MIT) officials more than a year ago to parts of Syria under Islamist control

…it is intelligence assets are the drivers of the trucks loaded with weapons delivered into Syria. One loaded Islamic State tanker truck driven out of Syria almost certainly out-values, by far, any truckload of weapons driven in. It follows, you don’t bomb your allied fuck-buddies’ fuckers who do the driving. Call it a matter of being discreet: ‘we won’t butt-fuck our fuck-buddies fuckers outside of the barracks.’

Meanwhile (this update comes precisely one day since I’d penned the preceding), Erdogan’s government henchmen have arrested and charged the police officials who’d initiated the investigation into illegal weapons transfers to jihadists in Syria:

Maj. Gen. Aydın and retired Col. Cihangiroğlu were arrested on charges of “obtaining confidential information for purposes of political or military espionage; disclosing confidential information pertaining to state security for espionage purposes; attempting to destroy or prevent the government of the Republic of Turkey from functioning; founding or leading an armed terrorist organization.”

Brig. Gen. Celepoğlu was arrested on charges of “attempting to destroy or prevent the government of the Republic of Turkey from functioning; founding or leading an armed terrorist organization.”

Two journalists from the Cumhuriyet daily, Editor-in-Chief Can Dündar and the Ankara representative Erdem Gül were arrested last week on similar charges after publishing footage that showed the arms [trucks] were carrying guns, contrary to earlier government claims that they were transporting humanitarian aid:

At the end of the day, if you’re a honest cop doing your job but cross Pasha Erdogan’s dirty dealings with ISIS and al-Qaida, the consequence is simple: “You’re fucked”

16 December 2015 update: A Turkish member of parliament who spoke to Russia’s RT News about the export of sarin gas from Turkey to Syria has been charged with treason:

https://www.rt.com/news/326084-erdem-rt-interview-treason/

Note on the original post: In March 2016 Erdogan had ‘Today’s Zaman’ newspaper shut down, killing the links to the related stories. However  anticipating this, I saved screenshots and text of the Zaman article on Turkey supplying the sarin gas used at Ghouta, Syria in August 2013. That information is preserved HERE.

Meanwhile over at Jihad Watch:

Turkey Provides Military Equipment to ISIS

  • An ISIS commander told The Washington Post on August 12, 2014: “Most of the fighters who joined us in the beginning of the war came via Turkey, and so did our equipment and supplies.”
  • Kemal Kiliadaroglu, head of the Republican People’s Party (CHP), produced a statement from the Adana Office of the Prosecutor on October 14, 2014 maintaining that Turkey supplied weapons to terror groups. He also produced interview transcripts from truck drivers who delivered weapons to the groups. According to Kiliadaroglu, the Turkish government claims the trucks were for humanitarian aid to the Turkmen, but the Turkmen said no humanitarian aid was delivered.
  • According to CHP Vice President Bulent Tezcan, three trucks were stopped in Adana for inspection on January 19, 2014. The trucks were loaded with weapons in Esenboga Airport in Ankara. The drivers drove the trucks to the border, where a MIT agent was supposed to take over and drive the trucks to Syria to deliver materials to ISIS and groups in Syria. This happened many times. When the trucks were stopped, MIT agents tried to keep the inspectors from looking inside the crates. The inspectors found rockets, arms, and ammunitions.
  • Cumhuriyet reports that Fuat Avni, a preeminent Twitter user who reported on the December 17th corruption probe, that audio tapes confirm that Turkey provided financial and military aid to terrorist groups associated with Al Qaeda on October 12, 2014. On the tapes, Erdogan pressured the Turkish Armed Forces to go to war with Syria. Erdogan demanded that Hakan Fidan, the head of Turkey’s National Intelligence Agency (MIT), come up with a justification for attacking Syria.
  • Hakan Fidan told Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Yasar Guler, a senior defense official, and Feridun Sinirlioglu, a senior foreign affairs official: “If need be, I’ll send 4 men into Syria. I’ll formulate a reason to go to war by shooting 8 rockets into Turkey; I’ll have them attack the Tomb of Suleiman Shah.”
  • Documents surfaced on September 19th, 2014 showing that the Saudi Emir Bender Bin Sultan financed the transportation of arms to ISIS through Turkey. A flight leaving Germany dropped off arms in the Etimesgut airport in Turkey, which was then split into three containers, two of which were given to ISIS and one to Gaza.

Turkey Provided Transport and Logistical Assistance to ISIS Fighters

  • According to Radikal on June 13, 2014, Interior Minister Muammar Guler signed a directive: “According to our regional gains, we will help al-Nusra militants against the branch of PKK terrorist organization, the PYD, within our borders…Hatay is a strategic location for the mujahideen crossing from within our borders to Syria. Logistical support for Islamist groups will be increased, and their training, hospital care, and safe passage will mostly take place in Hatay…MIT and the Religious Affairs Directorate will coordinate the placement of fighters in public accommodations.”
  • The Daily Mail reported on August 25, 2014 that many foreign militants joined ISIS in Syria and Iraq after traveling through Turkey, but Turkey did not try to stop them. This article describes how foreign militants, especially from the UK, go to Syria and Iraq through the Turkish border. They call the border the “Gateway to Jihad.” Turkish army soldiers either turn a blind eye and let them pass, or the jihadists pay the border guards as little as $10 to facilitate their crossing.
  • Britain’s Sky News obtained documents showing that the Turkish government has stamped passports of foreign militants seeking to cross the Turkey border into Syria to join ISIS.
  • The BBC interviewed villagers, who claim that buses travel at night, carrying jihadists to fight Kurdish forces in Syria and Iraq, not the Syrian Armed Forces.
  • A senior Egyptian official indicated on October 9, 2014 that Turkish intelligence is passing satellite imagery and other data to ISIS.

Turkey Provided Training to ISIS Fighters

  • CNN Turk reported on July 29, 2014 that in the heart of Istanbul, places like Duzce and Adapazari, have become gathering spots for terrorists. There are religious orders where ISIS militants are trained. Some of these training videos are posted on the Turkish ISIS propaganda website takvahaber.net. According to CNN Turk, Turkish security forces could have stopped these developments if they had wanted to.
  • Turks who joined an affiliate of ISIS were recorded at a public gathering in Istanbul, which took place on July 28, 2014.
  • A video shows an ISIS affiliate holding a prayer/gathering in Omerli, a district of Istanbul. In response to the video, CHP Vice President, MP Tanrikulu submitted parliamentary questions to the Minister of the Interior, Efkan Ala, asking questions such as, “Is it true that a camp or camps have been allocated to an affiliate of ISIS in Istanbul? What is this affiliate? Who is it made up of? Is the rumor true that the same area allocated for the camp is also used for military exercises?”
  • Kemal Kiliçdaroglu warned the AKP government not to provide money and training to terror groups on October 14, 2014. He said, “It isn’t right for armed groups to be trained on Turkish soil. You bring foreign fighters to Turkey, put money in their pockets, guns in their hands, and you ask them to kill Muslims in Syria. We told them to stop helping ISIS. Ahmet Davutoglu asked us to show proof. Everyone knows that they’re helping ISIS.” (See HERE and HERE.)
  • According to Jordanian intelligence, Turkey trained ISIS militants for special operations.

Turkey Offers Medical Care to ISIS Fighters

  • An ISIS commander told the Washington Post on August 12, 2014, “We used to have some fighters — even high-level members of the Islamic State — getting treated in Turkish hospitals.”
  • Taraf reported on October 12, 2014 that Dengir Mir Mehmet Firat, a founder of the AKP, said that Turkey supported terrorist groups and still supports them and treats them in hospitals. “In order to weaken the developments in Rojova (Syrian Kurdistan), the government gave concessions and arms to extreme religious groups…the government was helping the wounded. The Minister of Health said something such as, it’s a human obligation to care for the ISIS wounded.”
  • According to Taraf, Ahmet El H, one of the top commanders at ISIS and Al Baghdadi’s right hand man, was treated at a hospital in Sanliurfa, Turkey, along with other ISIS militants. The Turkish state paid for their treatment. According to Taraf’s sources, ISIS militants are being treated in hospitals all across southeastern Turkey. More and more militants have been coming in to be treated since the start of airstrikes in August. To be more specific, eight ISIS militants were transported through the Sanliurfa border crossing; these are their names: “Mustafa A., Yusuf El R., Mustafa H., Halil El M., Muhammet El H., Ahmet El S., Hasan H., [and] Salim El D.”

Turkey Supports ISIS Financially Through Purchase of Oil

  • On September 13, 2014, The New York Times reported on the Obama administration’s efforts to pressure Turkey to crack down on ISIS extensive sales network for oil. James Phillips, a senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, argues that Turkey has not fully cracked down on ISIS’s sales network because it benefits from a lower price for oil, and that there might even be Turks and government officials who benefit from the trade.
  • Fehim Tastekin wrote in Radikal on September 13, 2014 about illegal pipelines transporting oil from Syria to nearby border towns in Turkey. The oil is sold for as little as 1.25 liras per liter. Tastekin indicated that many of these illegal pipelines were dismantled after operating for 3 years, once his article was published.
  • According to Diken and OdaTV, David Cohen, a Justice Department official, says that there are Turkish individuals acting as middlemen to help sell ISIS’s oil through Turkey.
  • On October 14, 2014, a German Parliamentarian from the Green Party accused Turkey of allowing the transportation of arms to ISIS over its territory, as well as the sale of oil.

Turkey Assists ISIS Recruitment

  • Kemal Kiliadaroglu claimed on October 14, 2014 that ISIS offices in Istanbul and Gaziantep are used to recruit fighters. On October 10, 2014, the mufti of Konya said that 100 people from Konya joined ISIS 4 days ago. (See HERE and HERE.)
  • OdaTV reports that Takva Haber serves as a propaganda outlet for ISIS to recruit Turkish-speaking individuals in Turkey and Germany. The address where this propaganda website is registered corresponds to the address of a school called Irfan Koleji, which was established by Ilim Yayma Vakfi, a foundation that was created by Erdogan and Davutoglu, among others. It is thus claimed that the propaganda site is operated from the school of the foundation started by AKP members.
  • Minister of Sports, Suat Kilic, an AKP member, visited Salafi jihadists who are ISIS supporters in Germany. The group is known for reaching out to supporters via free Quran distributions and raising funds to sponsor suicide attacks in Syria and Iraq by raising money.
  • OdaTV released a video allegedly showing ISIS militants riding a bus in Istanbul.

Turkish Forces Are Fighting Alongside ISIS

  • On October 7, 2014, IBDA-C, a militant Islamic organization in Turkey, pledged support to ISIS. A Turkish friend who is a commander in ISIS suggests that Turkey is “involved in all of this” and that “10,000 ISIS members will come to Turkey.” A Huda-Par member at the meeting claims that officials criticize ISIS but in fact sympathize with the group (Huda-Par, the “Free Cause Party”, is a Kurdish Sunni fundamentalist political party). BBP member claims that National Action Party (MHP) officials are close to embracing ISIS. In the meeting, it is asserted that ISIS militants come to Turkey frequently to rest, as though they are taking a break from military service. They claim that Turkey will experience an Islamic revolution, and Turks should be ready for jihad. (See HERE and HERE.)
  • Seymour Hersh maintains in the London Review of Books that ISIS conducted sarin attacks in Syria, and that Turkey was informed. “For months there had been acute concern among senior military leaders and the intelligence community about the role in the war of Syria’s neighbors, especially Turkey. Prime Minister Recep Erdogan was known to be supporting the al-Nusra Front, a jihadist faction among the rebel opposition, as well as other Islamist rebel groups. ‘We knew there were some in the Turkish government,’ a former senior US intelligence official, who has access to current intelligence, told me, ‘who believed they could get Assad’s nuts in a vice by dabbling with a sarin attack inside Syria – and forcing Obama to make good on his red line threat.”
  • On September 20, 2014, Demir Celik, a Member of Parliament with the people’s democratic party (HDP) claimed that Turkish Special Forces fight with ISIS.

Turkey Helped ISIS in Battle for Kobani

  • Anwar Moslem, Mayor of Kobani, said on September 19, 2014: “Based on the intelligence we got two days before the breakout of the current war, trains full of forces and ammunition, which were passing by north of Kobane, had an-hour-and-ten-to-twenty-minute-long stops in these villages: Salib Qaran, Gire Sor, Moshrefat Ezzo. There are evidences, witnesses, and videos about this. Why is ISIS strong only in Kobane’s east? Why is it not strong either in its south or west? Since these trains stopped in villages located in the east of Kobane, we guess they had brought ammunition and additional force for the ISIS.” In the second article on September 30, 2014, a CHP delegation visited Kobani, where locals claimed that everything from the clothes ISIS militants wear to their guns comes from Turkey. (See HERE and HERE.)
  • Released by Nuhaber, a video shows Turkish military convoys carrying tanks and ammunition moving freely under ISIS flags in the Cerablus region and Karkamis border crossing (September 25, 2014). There are writings in Turkish on the trucks.
  • Salih Muslim, PYD head, claims that 120 militants crossed into Syria from Turkey between October 20th and 24th, 2014.
  • According to an op-ed written by a YPG commander in The New York Times on October 29, 2014, Turkey allows ISIS militants and their equipment to pass freely over the border.
  • Diken reported, “ISIS fighters crossed the border from Turkey into Syria, over the Turkish train tracks that delineate the border, in full view of Turkish soldiers. They were met there by PYD fighters and stopped.”
  • A Kurdish commander in Kobani claims that ISIS militants have Turkish entry stamps on their passports.
  • Kurds trying to join the battle in Kobani are turned away by Turkish police at the Turkey-Syrian border.
  • OdaTV released a photograph of a Turkish soldier befriending ISIS militants.

The CIA’s Amazon Books (or how to own a billionaire)

So, how is it a ‘kindle’ e-book detailing the history of a contemporary era CIA assassin is ‘out of print’ at amazon books? Can virtual reality actually have a paper supply problem? Or is it because Jeff Bezos’ amazon (Bezos is amazon’s largest stock-holder & CEO) has a $600,000,000 (six-hundred-million) contract supplying the CIA with ‘cloud’ services?

Small wonder Bezos’ Washington Post is recently the CIA’s preferred street-walker for planting fake news stories even as it had shrieked over ‘fake news.’ Now, going to the banned-at-amazon book:

‘How to Get Away with Murder in America: Drug Lords, Dirty Pols, Obsessed Cops, and the Quiet Man Who Became the CIA’s Master Killer’

Enrique_Prado - 1

^ Enrique Prado (he would be older now, perhaps 60+)

“This is a story that the CIA will not want you to read. It will likely shake your faith in the highest levels of America’s national security establishment. And it will leave you feeling as if you are living not in the United States but in a seedy banana republic where there is no line between the good guys and the bad guys.

“In “How to Get Away with Murder in America,” the celebrated journalist Evan Wright reveals the extraordinary story of Enrique “Ricky” Prado, an alleged killer for a major Miami drug trafficker who was recruited into the CIA. Despite a grand jury subpoena and a mountain of evidence unearthed by a federal task force, Prado was promoted into the agency’s highest echelons and charged with implementing some of the country’s most sensitive post-9/11 counterterrorist operations, including the agency’s secret “targeted assassination unit.” All while staying in close touch with his cocaine-trafficking boss and, evidence suggests, taking part in additional killings for him.

“After Prado retired in 2004 at the rank of SIS-2—the CIA equivalent of a two-star general—he moved to a senior position at Blackwater, the private military contractor, where he continued to run the same, now-outsourced “death squad.” Contrary to government assurances that it was never actually activated, Wright reveals explosive testimony from one of the Blackwater assassins that Prado’s unit was indeed carrying out assigned killings. As a former military intelligence officer told Wright in 2011, “Private contractors are whacking people like crazy over in Afghanistan for the CIA.”

“In “How to Get Away with Murder in America,” Wright discloses never-before-seen federal investigation files and lays out a mind-boggling and ultimately damning indictment of Ricky Prado and the intelligence community that embraced and empowered him. It is the deeply disturbing story of a criminal case abandoned because of CIA intervention, political maneuvering, and possibly corruption. Its cast includes Mafia capos, former U.S. Senator Bob Graham, former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno, Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, former CNN host Rick Sanchez, and Prado’s longtime boss at the CIA and then Blackwater, J. Cofer Black, who is now a “special adviser” to presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Wright also delivers a stunning portrait of Prado’s childhood friend Albert San Pedro, a.k.a. “the Maniac,” the drug lord whom he served for years as loyal bodyguard and enforcer, as well as their longtime nemesis Mike Fisten, the detective who began pursuing them more than two decades ago and still hopes to put them both in prison for murder.

“There are many conspiracies in Wright’s story, all of them unsettling. Did the CIA knowingly hire a suspected murderer with strong ties to drug traffickers? Or was the agency a stooge, infiltrated by an underworld hood described by one investigator as “technically, a serial killer”?

“How to Get Away with Murder in America” is likely to have serious repercussions for the U.S. national security establishment. And it will shake to the core your conceptions of government and justice in America”

Sure it could have “serious repercussions” if it were available. The book was offered for sale at amazon in 2012. Bezos picked up the 600 million ‘private cloud services’ contract with the CIA in 2013:

“When the main shareholder in one of the very largest corporations in the world benefits from a massive contract with the CIA on the one hand, and that same billionaire owns the Washington Post on the other hand, there are serious problems”

No shit, Sherlock. And serious problems at amazon. After all, when the CIA comes calling, Bezos wouldn’t want things going wrong and a last sight of Enrique Prado’s silenced pistol presented in a follow-up visit:

“When best-selling author Evan Wright began digging into the hard-to-believe life story of Enrique “Ricky” Prado–a former Miami thug who became a top CIA official–he was told to stay away or risk getting “whacked.” One investigator warned, “You don’t want to f— with this guy.” Wright first learned about Prado while researching American Desperado, his shockingly good book about drug trafficker Jon Roberts. At first, he refused to believe that an alleged hitman and bodyguard for a mobster could become a CIA informant and eventually rise to the top echelons of the U.S. national security and intelligence systems. In this riveting account, Wright says the “two halves of Prado’s life…made no sense.” But through dozens of interviews and thousands of documents, Wright tries to make sense of them. The result is a story of two fiercely loyal Cuban-American childhood pals–Prado and his former cocaine-running boss, Albert “the Maniac” San Pedro–whose kinship lasted throughout Prado’s CIA career. Even as Prado rose to the CIA equivalent of a two-star general, he helped San Pedro with numerous deadly deeds. This is investigative journalism at its best—brave, meticulous, and significant” -Neal Thompson

MikiSpy

^ Mickey MOSSAD

The CIA’s concubine, Associated Press, has run an article on Iranian musician Shahin Najafi, picked up by the CIA’s favorite street hooker, The Washington Post, describing a Tel Aviv concert where an Iranian dissident teamed up with an Israeli dissident; in a concert undermining the deliberately cultivated, political poison practiced on all parties part, Iran, Israel and the USA.

With an Iranian ‘fatwa’ hanging over his head, Shahin Najafi should now understand he has made himself the target of not only Iran’s secret service but has just put a bull’s eye on his back for MOSSAD & CIA as well. How is that? We’ll go there but first:

The Assassins

This next, however mere supposition, is a valid line of inquiry; as too many Russian diplomats have been dropping dead in recent months. But these are the obvious in circumstance where the rogue intelligence agency has taken off the gloves and will resort to anything goes. Here, it is the less obvious proposed as numbers one & two on the CIA’s assassinations ‘laundry list’

Boris Nemtsov posed precisely ZERO political threat to Putin. Realizing this, one can only wonder whether the murderous spooks at Langley had decided Nemtsov was more valuable dead, with his death pinned on Putin, than Nemtsov would ever be effective alive. Demonizing the ‘thug’ and ‘killer’ Putin has been the high sport of the USA’s CIA bed-partner, the Western press. Which brings up this next:

Kim Jong-nam was even less threat to Kim Jong-un, and possessed sub-zero value while alive, to the CIA; he wasn’t political, kept a low profile and for the most part, entirely minded his own business. But a deliberately sloppy assassination, by default pinned on the crude by nature North Korean state, would see a priceless propaganda return, for pennies on the investment in Kim Jong-nam’s murder. This post is not the only source taking this line; as we’ve discovered  concurrently published investigation following the assassins tracks to South Korea (they should look for further tracks to the CIA’s chief of stations in Tokyo & Seoul.)

Next Up?

Following on the CIA co-opted American media making a big story of Shahin Najafi’s dissident art, a MOSSAD or CIA hit on Shahin Najafi would make perfect sense. Not only for the immense propaganda value that should come with framing Iran for a hit Iran’s ayatollahs had pre-positioned themselves to receive blame for, but would remove a pro-peace, counter-propaganda irritant for the deep state behind both MOSSAD and CIA.

Watch Your Back Closely Shahin Najafi, because any naïf who’d believe the CIA doesn’t employ professional killers (CIA assassination most definitely isn’t all about drones) should have a read about Enrique Prado:

“Enrique “Ricky” Prado’s resume reads like the ultimate CIA officer: veteran of the Central American wars, running the CIA’s operations in Korea [bold mine, RTW], a top spy in America’s espionage programs against China, and deputy to counter-terrorist chief Cofer Black — and then a stint at Blackwater. But he’s also alleged to have started out a career as a hitman for a notorious Miami mobster, and kept working for the mob even after joining the CIA”

The Poisonous Toad

A creation of the social sciences laboratory at Langley, Virginia, there is a poisonous toad in the field, perhaps comparable to a bt toxin genetically engineered into an otherwise clean crop, could be the metaphor. Prior to the CIA metastasizing a Salifist cancer via the fundamentalist Wahabi Saudi Arabia, and the creation of al Qaida when sponsoring Jihadis to drive the Soviets out of Afghanistan, Sufi influenced Islam had been a quiet, hospitable, moderate and stabilising force throughout much of the Islamic world. The lab techs at Langley couldn’t have messed this up any better than a social-science-fiction horror movie. They wrote the script something like this:

Following on dumping many hundreds of millions of dollars into paying, feeding, arming and otherwise supplying the many thousands of Arab & other volunteer ‘Afghani jihadis’ who were motivated via radical Saudi Imams as ‘holy warriors’, the CIA initially abandoned these thoroughly radicalized, but now unemployed, Salafist militia. At loose ends, some of them hooked up in Somalia and brought a ‘Blackhawk Down.’ At least that’s the partial truth and ‘alternative’ line Langley would have you believe, in the day and age where any curious person can sort the CIA was responsible for the birth of al Qaida; the Afgan-Frankenstein brain child of Zbigniew Brzezinski midwifed into existence by George H.W. Bush and Robert Gates in the 1980s. But in actuality, many of these fighters found continued employ in the ‘clandestine’ service of the USA; as many now perfectly Russian hating jihadis were funneled off to Central Asia, the Russian Caucasus, and so far as Western China, to terrorize and destabilize the entire region on behalf of the usual suspects; western big oil corporations and the armaments industry they employ in the attempted strong-arm robbery of nations. The vehicle utilized to coordinate this? A socially illiterate, poisonous toad.

Where would the CIA’s Robert Gates’ lieutenant & Central Asia hit man, Graham Fuller,  insert a poisonous toad? Amphibians require a clean environment, and Sufism was the cleanest environment in Islam:

“To Sufis, the outer law consists of rules pertaining to worship, transactions, marriage, judicial rulings, and criminal law—what is often referred to, broadly, as “qanun”. The inner law of Sufism consists of rules about repentance from sin, the purging of contemptible qualities and evil traits of character, and adornment with virtues and good character”

In other words, the ‘inner law’ of the Sufis could be (and has been) described as ‘waging Jihad on all that is inferior in the self.’ A Sufi centered community would be the location you would find the least corrupt and least corruptible persons in Islam. A perfect cover for CIA social scientists wishing to further pursue world class crimes.

The logic must go something like this; having morphed much of the Arab and larger Islamic world into victims of the ultra-radicalized Salafi sect or offshoot of medieval Wahabi Islam centered in Saudi Arabia, where people are executed for so much as possession of new age literature and method of execution can include crucifixion, it would seem the CIA needs to come up with a project to ‘moderate’ Islam into a ‘kinder, gentler world.’ But because this is CIA, that ‘kinder, gentler world’ should also be a vehicle to further the interests of its corporate sponsors.

The answer? Build a world-class, private schools system, costing billions, spanning the globe, where Sufism is the underlying philosophy and place an educated to 5th grade CIA asset who is dirty as sin, but eloquent and nominally Sufi, in place as a figurehead. This toad (a bigger fraud than L Ron Hubbard) will do whatever he’s told to do, because he is not competent to chew gum and tie his shoes, let alone run the logistics of this thing. Then, after having attracted sincere Sufi talent to staff these schools across much of the non-Arab Islamic world, use the entirety of this vast system to provide cover for your agents who’re running false-flag and other terror operations, coordinating international narcotics trafficking, as well gun running to al-Qaida and numerous, related spin-offs, to include Islamic State, while 90%+ of this Sufi education network are kept sincerely clueless as to the real goings on.

Then, when it all starts falling apart, as it has in Turkey, sit back and pretend none of this could be farther from the truth, as the least corruptible community in Turkey, the Sufis, are fired from their civil service jobs in the tens of thousands for the fact they are Sufi and to be Sufi is now associated with Graham Fuller’s CIA introduced poisonous toad: Fethullah Gülen. The Sufis, left un-tampered with, could have brought Turkey forward in many positive respects, with adherence to an authentic, and moderate, rule of law. Instead, since Turkey’s Erdogan has fallen out with his former partner in crimes against Syria, the CIA, the Sufis have been largely purged from Turkey’s civil service, enabling the corrupt to the core Erdogan administration to replace the many upright Sufis, on the pretext of an anti-Gulen purge, with cronies. Now, if/when the paranoid, narcissist Erdogan is finally removed from power by the CIA, following on this past year’s failed coup, a thoroughly corrupted and weakened Turkey will be ripe for exploitation. It seems almost as if it could have been planned that way. Never was a more cynical or greater CIA crime committed against the wider Islamic community.

And so it is, ‘life’ goes on…

Google Inc. is back in the news this week, with a fresh round of headlines about the search giant and government censorship. Ironically–though perhaps not surprisingly for the corporate media–the stories are not about Google’s admitted but classified relationship with government agencies like the NSA, though. Instead, they portray the internet company as a protagonist sticking up for users’ privacy rights against governments that are increasingly interested in blocking, scrubbing or banning links, search results, and online videos that those governments want to suppress.

Under headlines like “Google reports ‘alarming’ rise in government censorship requests” and “Google Sees Surge in Censorship Demands,” writers for mainstream publications are dutifully outlining the results of a new Google Inc. transparency report detailing precisely how many times they have been petitioned by governments around the world to censor, block, or scrub material that they find unlawful or objectionable.

The report outlines, for instance, that the US government made 6,192 separate requests for Google to remove information from its services in the latter half of 2011, up from 757 requests in the first half of that year.

Other reports highlight government requests for Google to remove videos from YouTube, including the Thai governments’ request to remove access to hundreds of videos insulting the king (which Google complied with) and Canada’s request to remove a video of a Canadian flushing his passport down the toilet, which Google did not comply with.

The report makes clear that governments are increasingly turning to Google to expunge information that they don’t like–or at least access to that information–from the internet.

As a PR exercise, Google’s latest report is brilliantly executed and timed, deflecting some of the negative press that the company has received in recent weeks over the ongoing Street View debacle, even as it allows news outlets to portray the company as a valiant defender of users’ privacy against increasingly invasive governments. Conveniently left out of the equation is the company’s past, its own repeated violations and abuses of users’ privacy, and the unsettling statements that its executives have made about the very concept of privacy time and again over the years.

Google has always attempted to project itself as the white hat in the wild west of the modern internet. Cloaked in its cutesy “Don’t Be Evil” corporate slogan and its user-friendly design, the company has grown from a simple search engine into one of the largest assemblies of information in the history of the world without the type of scrutiny that one would expect during such a transformation.

The company sprang from PageRank, the end result of a 1996 research project by Stanford University graduate students Larry Page and Sergey Brin that helped users find relevant websites from search queries by counting incoming links to a site. From this simple idea, the pair created the first incarnation of their website on the Stanford University servers, then registered the google domain name in 1997 and incorporated in 1998.

The company had as its explicit goal, the quest to catalogue, organize, and make accessible the sum total of human knowledge, and was aided in this ambitious quest by successive rounds of venture capital funding. Within a decade, it had already made significant inroads on its quest for total information awareness, having branched out into 3D satellite mapping services, launched highly popular webmail and cloud storage services, created its own web browser, acquired YouTube, and branched into mobile technologies with the Android smartphone.

It is not precisely clear when the company caught the attention of America’s intelligence agencies, but high-level whistleblowers suggest it was early on in the company’s history. In a 2006 interview, ex-CIA agent Robert David Steele suggested that it was from the very outset.

“I think Google took money from the CIA when it was poor and it was starting up,” Steele said in the interview. “They’ve been together for quite a while.”

Steele also fingered the company’s point man in the CIA: Dr. Rick Steinheiser in the Office of Research and Development. No further information has been revealed about the precise nature of that relationship, but tidbits continue to emerge from time to time.

It was widely reported in 2010, for example, that Google was in a working relationship with the US National Security Agency. The donation-funded Electronic Privacy Information Center filed a lawsuit requesting details of that relationship, but that suit was thrown out earlier this year. Details of the NSA/Google relationship are effectively classified.

There are also examples of the government-corporate revolving door that make observers of companies like Monsanto and Halliburton uneasy. It was reported earlier this year, for instance, that Regina Dugan of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency would be leaving her post at the Pentagon to take up a senior executive position at Google.

Still, despite the growing amount of information that Google has over every aspect of the daily lives of its billion-plus unique monthly users, it has long avoided any serious scrutiny in the press. Initially sheltered by its “underdog” status in the fight against the tech giants like Apple and Microsoft, even the corporate press has been forced to cover the serious abuses that Google has inflicted on its users in recent years, as those abuses become more flagrant and less easily dismissible.

To the extent that mainstream news stories about Google even address these issues, it is inevitably in a throwaway quote toward the end of the article from someone who is dismissed as a “privacy advocate.” With information on the habits, thoughts, contacts, conversations, physical location, and even financial transactions of a sizable percentage of the population of the planet, however, it is not merely “privacy advocates” who are concerned about the information that the company handles and how it shares that data with governments. Indeed, for anyone who is familiar with the company, its background, its shareholders, or its executives’ personal philosophies, the questions of power that are inevitably raised by the staggering sums of data it holds on a growing percentage of the population are deeply troubling.

Like in so many other matters, however, what can never be mentioned is that the population does have a choice over how their information is used and collected. That information comes from choosing to use Google in the first place. There are plenty of alternative search engines that offer similar (if not identical) results to those offered by Google while simultaneously respecting users’ privacy and refusing to log IP addresses or other recognizable details of its users. There are alternative video sites, alternative email providers, and alternative browsers. By concentrating so much on Google, the press often makes it seem like there is no choice, and that we are all subject to the whims of this monolithic corporation and the whims of its executives as they roll out privacy changes by decree and conspire with government officials in secret.

Once again, it is up to the public to begin detaching themselves from this system and to stop feeding the Google behemoth with their data. By refusing to participate with the monopolization of the web, netizens can make it that much more difficult for their personal information to be bought, sold, or passed to greedy businessman or prying governments, and that much more difficult for videos like this one to be censored from the web.
