Well, if there is collusion between Wikileaks and Russia, it’s right here and it’s not what people would expect:

“It might materialize at some point”

What might materialize at some point? Evidence the Russians hacked the DNC, according to Wikileaks chief editor Kristinn Hrafnsson. Now, let’s pound that square peg into the round hole of Craig Murray stating…

murray_wikileaks-1

“I know who leaked them. I’ve met the person who leaked them, and they are certainly not Russian and it’s an insider. It’s a leak, not a hack; the two are different things”

…and Seymour Hersh stating the DNC mails were discovered in (the assassinated) Seth Rich’s computer and he (Rich) had passed the mails to Wikileaks for money…

…and Kim Dotcom saying he was a part of it…

…and Assange himself indicating it had been “Wikileaks source” Seth Rich was the “insider” who LEAKED the DNC mails and he’s certainly not Russian:

Now, what I’d like to know is, with Assange presently under what amounts to ‘lock-down’ in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, why does Russian state media appear to be colluding in the ‘Russian hack’ mythology that should have been laid to rest long ago? Why does Wikileaks associate Craig Murray, who flatly stated he had met the source, continue to refuse to name Seth Rich (a dead man) and contribute to laying the caper to rest?

RT has promoted Assange and Wikileaks via its reporting for years, at one point providing Assange his own show [1], raising questions; was any grilling (that didn’t happen) of the Wikileaks chief editor concerning this glaring inconsistency of Wikileaks suddenly allowing for the (non-existent) ‘hack’ somehow too compromising for the Russians? Clearly Wikileaks should be able to blow the entire ‘evil Russians’ DNC hack lie out of existence and instead there is pulling in opposite direction by Kristinn Hrafnsson with Russian state media playing along by handling the Wikileaks editor with kid gloves.

Why does Russian state media and Wikileaks appear to be colluding in perpetrating and/or providing cover for the DNC hack lie promoted by Mueller’s special investigation findings?

Is there some consensus between the Russians and Wikileaks that laying the DNC hack propaganda BS to rest would be too destabilizing? Criminals do not voluntarily surrender their business models and Crowdstrike (the CIA & Ukrainian intelligence associated author of the Guccifer lie) is not going to put tail between legs and voluntarily march itself to jail together with Robert Muller and the ‘formerly’ CIA employed Attorney General William Barr.

It follows, if it can be a reasonable interpretation of events to suggest (reasonable insofar as the far stretches of reality created by intelligence agencies for their adversaries to hopefully consume) the Steele Dossier had been fed to Western institutions by Russian intelligence via Sergei Skripal to ultimately make Western intelligence look like idiots, and just such a scenario has been not only suggested but endorsed by a former NATO intelligence officer with a pretty good record on calling BS on the whole ‘evil Russians’ propaganda line by the NATO states; it is also a reasonable speculation the ‘Guccifer 2.0 hack’ in the DNC mails storyline might be a very similar Russian intelligence ploy but had unforeseen consequence of not only swallowed by American intelligence but the entire USA Congress, House and Senate, rather than exposed (as William Binney of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity attempted to do.) In this case, the so-called ‘hack’ caper never resolved as intended, to simply make American intelligence look stupid and reduce the American political establishment’s confidence in their intelligence services. In short ‘the hack’ became a runaway gambit much bigger than its intended goal of (falsely) exposing Ukrainian intelligence (connected to Crowdstrike) feeding the Americans a baited hook, a hook baited in actuality by Russian intelligence who likely have every aspect of the Ukrainian intelligence apparatus compromised. [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]

Maybe, just maybe, the DNC ‘hack’ story is the spy versus spy operation that ran away to unintended/unknown destiny and Russian intelligence just doesn’t know what, exactly, to do about it, that is, it became too big and destabilizing, and Wikileaks is going along because indeed they could be exposed as a Russian stooge (if in a most asymmetrical and unanticipated way!)

Recalling…

Is it a case of I don’t understand Russian propaganda or is it Russian propagandists don’t fully understand the Western mentality or is it a case of the Russians are handling the madmen of NATO with ‘kid gloves’ ?

…now we dig into the enigma of Russian propaganda in relation to Wikileaks and exactly ‘W.T.F.‘ is going on?

kim_dotcom - 1

Ignoring Kim Dotcom’s assigning of responsibility to Hillary Clinton (a deep state muppet whose singular intelligence is best represented in her giant ass), Dotcom has a point; Robert Mueller’s steadfast determination to avoid any interaction with Dotcom and Assange, only waiting to see them both buried in a maximum security USA prison (where they can’t talk.) Why? [1]

Because circumstantial evidence it was the (promptly assassinated) Seth Rich provided the DNC mails to Wikileaks with a memory stick is so strong, we are only missing the electronic trail of stick itself, and testimony of those (still alive) parties arranging transfer & receipt of data on the stick (together with evidence concerning the DNC mails’ chain of custody), or Kim Dotcom and Julian Assange (likely with an assist from Craig Murray), to send the whole Crowdstrike-Fancy Bear fairy tale to the sewer from which it had emerged (laundered false evidence likely originating with John Brennan’s CIA, THE reason our corrupt FBI leadership never permitted their cyber-experts to forensically examine the DNC servers), back down the toilet together with ‘the Russians did it’ accusation and Robert Mueller’s special counsel mandate. [2]

The Enigma(s)

Julian Assange’s only (or best) chance at avoiding extradition to the USA is to put the DNC mails evidence into the public domain and make the political price of his extradition too high, with the entire ‘the Russians did it’ case collapsed in the public purview. Instead, that moron insists on with-holding the evidence as a classified ‘bargaining chip’ evidenced in his attempt to negotiate a pardon from Trump via Dana Rohrabacher that utterly failed to get past the USA’s deep state minions (John Kelly) and saw Rohrabacher tuck his tail and withdraw from the effort. Result? Status quo ante, the ‘witch hunt’ (Robert Mueller farce) goes on.

Yet Russian propaganda continues to spin Wikileaks in a positive light even as that organization has caused tremendous damage to Russia’s geopolitical interests with allowing the false informing of the Western democracies populace with the DNC ‘hack’ fantasy, by refusing to put it to rest. Recent example is RT’s Jesse Ventura hosting guest John Kiriakou where they gush praise over Wikileaks and Kiriakou disingenuously insists Wikileaks has never given up a source, perhaps technically true…

kim_dotcom - 1 (2)

At minute 10:50: “WikiLeaks is the only organization that has not blown a source” -John Kiriakou [3]

…but in actuality is a lie by omission, overlooking a non-Wikileaks player involved:

kim_dotcom - 1 (1)

[4] & [5]

kim_dotcom - 1 (3)

Setting aside the blatantly propagandized image of Wikileaks by Western press, one would expect either American ‘alternative’ media, or alternatively, Russian media, would have explored the numerous holes in what amounts to the urban legend surrounding Julian Assange & Wikileaks, because Assange’s  character is certainly not unassailable and the Wikileaks organization is certainly not immune to penetration and manipulation by intelligence agencies. Exploring this subject could/should include Assange’s refusal to provide evidence and name Seth Rich, a dead man, as the source, ending the charade, but he won’t. How is Assange getting such stupid advice as to refuse the act that could serve to save his butt by making his extradition too great a political price to pay? Yet exploring the obvious hasn’t happened in any serious way this investigator is aware of outside of this site’s own assessments. [6]

What is ‘radioactive’ having to do with exploring Wikileaks in this regard? Why isn’t alternative media and Russian media backing Kim Dotcom’s assertions and calling out Wikileaks on the DNC mails, there is quite strong independent evidence and sources, including Seymour Hersh, to support Seth Rich was the source. Is the alternative media intimidated at the thought of alienating Assange’s supporters to point of allowing the farce of ‘Russiagate’ go on? Is the real price the Russians are unwilling to risk to do with an idea the madmen of NATO would pull the nuclear trigger rather than face accountability, that is a case of ‘kid gloves’ ?

In the age of suicide bombers and ‘backpack nukes’, it makes little difference, someone needs to call the criminals out; either you chance it and call their bluff or likely we could all get blown to bits anyway [7]

Is it a case of I don’t understand Russian propaganda or is it Russian propagandists don’t fully understand the Western mentality or is it a case of the Russians are handling the madmen of NATO with ‘kid gloves’ ?

To begin, understanding the NATO nations’ intelligence agencies are corrupt to the core is as simple as reading up on GLADIO, where false-flag terrorism had been employed to shape the thinking of the Western democracies’ populations; including the bombings and machine-gunning innocents across Western Europe. Should it be a surprise the Russians do not point to this established history in relation to the downing of MH17? Would the outcome of being perfectly honest result in ‘conspiracy’ charges by the Western democracies and possibly banned (sanctioned) websites, for instance RT and Sputnik?

The facts are succinct. There is a preponderance of the evidence MH17 had been brought down by a Ukrainian SU-25 combat jet as attested to by the Russians, who handed the relevant radar data to the Dutch-led investigation. This evidence had been at first stonewalled and finally ignored. Meanwhile (quite sometime later) the Western led investigation produced fragments of a (Soviet era) Russian manufactured Buk surface to air missile. The Russians declassified the Soviet era documents showing that particular missile (custody established by serial number) had been delivered to and should have been in the possession of (post-Soviet inheritance) Ukraine.

Now, where I have a problem with the Russian side is, the Russians finally saying (metaphor) ‘if you want to own the Buk, go ahead, because if you claim that particular missile brought down MH17, Ukraine owns the crime’ (no one is accusing neo-nazi led Ukraine of being particularly intelligent, especially when producing Buk fragments that can be traced directly back to the Ukrainian military.)

Here’s the evidence backed by witnesses on the ground and apparent actual circumstance:

“A Ukraine Air Force military jet was detected gaining height, it’s distance from the Malaysian Boeing was 3 to 5km,” said the head of the Main Operations Directorate of the HQ of Russia’s military forces, Lieutenant-General Andrey Kartopolov speaking at a media conference in Moscow on Monday.

“[We] would like to get an explanation as to why the military jet was flying along a civil aviation corridor at almost the same time and at the same level as a passenger plane,” he stated” [1]

Here’s the Russian side’s weasel words that follow the Dutch-led investigation producing the Buk fragments:

“I’ll again go back to the beginning. From the very moment of the crash, Russia was very determined to assist in the investigation. That is why Russia was providing all information that emerged about the disaster, including the testimony of the Ukrainian military, since the evidence of a second aircraft in the sky was around at that time. Verifying the accounts [of the incident] is the task of the international investigation.

“Later, more weighty arguments and evidence began to emerge in favour of the scenario of a surface-to-air missile, which, as a matter of fact, was confirmed by an experiment by the Almaz-Antey concern back in 2015. They identified the type of missile — it’s an old modification — the trajectory of its flight and, therefore, the place from which it was launched. This account, as well as the type of missile and the launch site, which were originally established by Almaz-Antey, were finally confirmed by the data of the Ust-Donetsk radar station, which Russia also handed over, and by the debris of the missile found by the JIT, which helped to establish its Ukrainian origin” [2]

Preceding is what appears to be irreconcilable accounts (noting the second Russian version does not claim placing the SU-25 at the scene was a mistake) if one attributes “including the testimony of the Ukrainian military” to the Ukrainian air force mechanic who defected to Russia, fearing for his life, after overhearing the (just landed) pilot of the SU-25 (the mechanic had armed with air to air missiles) appear to claim he’d shot down the MH17 civilian flight. It is also noteworthy the Ukrainian SU-25 pilot later ‘committed suicide.’ [3] [4]

The Buk scenario creates a picture of Ukraine forces would risk downing their own combat plane in immediate proximity to MH17 at point of destruction. It makes no sense. What does make sense is, the Ukrainian Buk could have been exploded in controlled circumstance to ‘create’ evidence. What also makes sense is, the Russians taking an attitude if the Dutch-led JIT [Joint Investigative Team] wants to claim it was that particular Buk missile brought MH17 down, Ukraine owns the responsibility, so let them. This also allows for a future picture painted it was incompetence, not malice, downed MH17, avoiding the otherwise indisputable ‘act of war’ where the civilian liner had been deliberately destroyed for purpose of falsely implicating Russia. Opening the door for the Ukrainian Buk points to Russia pre-positioning to allow for a ‘graceful exit’ from the crime (assigned to Ukrainian forces incompetence), were the Western democracies ever to wish to mend relations with Russia; nevertheless a case of ‘doing truth no favor.’

Insofar as Western (or Western aligned) intelligence agencies murderous behaviors concerning shoot-down of airplanes, there is a recent analysis of the assassination of Dag Hammarskjold that shares traits with the downing of MH17; the absolute refusal of certain countries (Ukraine re MH17’s air traffic control records, USA re MH17 satellite photos & USA re Hammarskjold’s DC-6 flight) to release records in their possession. The left ones think I’m [on the] right, the right [wing] ones think I’m wrong -Leon Russell

To start, my message of what’s happening that’s important in its bearing on the new year, the USA animus towards Russia and all of its implications, we begin in a historical context with this screenshot naming the author of a patent lie:

Mueller_Lockerbie - 1

Insofar as 2018 stories, of the several geopolitical events of considerable importance, in my estimation it is the deep state’s Robert Mueller role-as-mole or charade as ‘special counsel’ should draw the necessary attention to underline the so-called ‘Trumanite’ network embedded in the USA’s security structures. Of the MANY exposures (in the public domain) of this man as a fraud devoted to what amounts to an anti-constitutional order that has stepped itself up and above the rule of law, there are three that stand out to degree to disqualify him as anything other than corrupt; 1) in his role as deputy attorney general during the Bush 41 administration, Robert Mueller headed up the USA end of the Lockerbie investigation that was later exposed by a Chief of Scots police as a frame-up of Libya due to false evidence and testimony provided by the USA, 2) it was Robert Mueller had been exposed by a United States Senate investigation (that was never acted on) showing the United States Department of Justice sandbagged the criminal case against Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) and subsequently 3) it was Robert Mueller’s FBI for a decade refused to arrest a serial killer, Enrique Prado, despite more than ample evidence (a proverbial ‘mountain’ of evidence) provided to the Department of Justice by both state and federal law enforcement.

The common thread in these events? It is the Central Intelligence Agency. The USA end of the Lockerbie investigation was tied to false physical evidence planted by the CIA and the FBI provided the ‘expert’ testimony of Thomas Thurman (exposed as a fraud) upholding the same under Robert Mueller’s watch, BCCI was all about the CIA’s Iran-Contra international arms and narcotics money laundering investigation Mueller worked to contain (damage control) and Enrique Prado is not only a serial killer responsible for multiple drug cartel related murders that Mueller’s FBI failed to act on, but also happens to double as a high ranking CIA official who moved on to Blackwater where the CIA’s own contract killings became outsourced (Prado remains free & has never been prosecuted.) Of the many instance of Robert Mueller’s dirty work for CIA, these three cases are remarkable for the fact they are reasonably indisputable. [1], [2], [3]

It follows, when Robert Mueller is assigned to support ‘the Russians did it’ forgone conclusion at the trial by Western media, it demands investigation of Mueller’s endeavors and it cannot come as a surprise there are numerous, major holes in ‘the Russians did it’ story replete with CIA fingerprints (Bruce & Nellie Ohr, Fusion GPS and Crowdstrike.) It follows, these are the 2018 ronaldthomaswest.com stories that bear on what will follow in the new year:

https://ronaldthomaswest.com/2018/12/20/usa-really-robert-mueller/

These preceding stories concern a social poison that could morph into WWIII when you think about in certain terms; The USA’s deep state/intelligence agencies framing Russia as a criminal with (excuse me) ‘trumped up’ charges is not like falsely accusing your local rival mobster. The difference is tremendous and what is frightening is, the small mentalities who believe they can produce a stool pigeon, e.g. Christopher Steele, to give false testimony and expect the result will be a conviction, are creating a very big problem for all of us, because you cannot simply lock Russia up … and the falsely convicted are not prone to be especially friendly towards their prosecutors. When the Russians see opportunity to rectify this injustice, because the perpetrators almost certainly will never admit their fraud, likely result will not be pretty. You and I dear reader, could pay for that. In a more radical scenario, with continuing pressure and tensions piled on, everyone could pay. Sans bullshit happy greetings, welcome to 2019.

Relevant to the CIA’s vested interest in ‘the Russian’s did it’ information operation pursued by Robert Mueller, here is my related, thumbnail metadata history of false-flag terrorism as pursued by the liberal democracies intelligence agencies…

…and the related complaint to the International Criminal Court seeking precedent for expanded jurisdiction:

Moving on, 2018 is remarkable for the fact I’d finally jelled my personal philosophy into print in the English language. This was exceptionally difficult because the pre-Western civilization that has shaped my views is not conducive to translation to Western thought and language per se. In fact I’m prepared to state almost all past anthropological endeavors in this regard are hopelessly flawed, especially those stemming from so-called ‘native studies’ programs (and their academic progeny) for the fact color of skin creates a pseudo or deceptive perception of validity. ‘Native studies’ is a politically correct euphemism for Western anthropology dressed up in red skins in a society which seems hopelessly trapped into lying to itself. Here is my attempted work-around:

My modest blog’s projected performance for 2018: 116 hits daily (on average for a bit under 3,500 per month.) This is up from 2017, but 2014 had been a stronger year, due to Ron Unz linking his assessment of the MH17 false-flag Malaysian airliner shoot-down over Novorossiya (the Donbass area of Ukraine) to my assessment of that same event.

Started in mid-2012, following Alternet discontinuing (and eventually deleting) my ‘soapbox’ blog, ronaldthomaswest.com began to get a bit of traction in 2013, with 2014 the blog’s strongest year, pulling in 45,000 hits. 2015 had about 40,000 (a lingering effect of Ron Unz linking to the MH17 piece), 2016 was at 26,000, 2017 bumped up to 36,500 views and 2018 is up to just over 42,000 reads. Over the lifespan of this blog, we are nearing 200,000 hits.

Alfreda Bikowsky and the Definition of Stupid, lampooning CIA renditions to torture with real statistics, is the most steadily read article over time (since it had been published in December 2014), and has consistently gained on the MH17 assessment and is this site’s most popular and enduring satire. As things stand, it is on track to become this sites all time most read piece in 2019.

The following ‘top ten’ are not all published in 2018 but were the most read for the year. The numbers are probably a bit higher than reflected in these stats as of 26 December; as there are approximately 3,000 reads for 2018 in the category ‘homepage/archives’ some of which probably are hits of articles in the following list. Amazingly, works in relation to my Native American experiences are the top two.

Finally, I continue to hold that sheer numbers are not necessarily the best marker for a blogs importance, who reads can be as important or more important. In regards to this, greetings to the spooks, some of you I admire and know, others I despise but nevertheless know you read here (and know who some of you are.)

USA Really, a Russian website, had been a brilliant idea, actually, with a mission statement to open up to American writers reporting on what the USA corporate media will not. However it became today, 20 December 2018, a casualty of Robert Mueller’s ‘the Russians did it’ political circus born out of John Brennan’s CIA on behalf of the neoliberal Hillary clique. Henceforth, any American contributors to USA Really will have put themselves within reach of prosecution and those writers perceived as a threat will be at risk.

I had long held out the Russians only need to stick to the unvarnished facts of the USA’s political (and other) corruption, without any unnecessary spin, to win the propaganda wars. This is not a matter of I’ve aligned myself with Russia, it’s a matter of observing the American press has become a criminal arm of Western multinational corporate greed and related world domination. Worthless, dated habits influencing policies based in lies propping up a geopolitical fantasy reality are the soup du jour spoon-fed to Americans; where mainstream reporting allows little room for the underlying actualities. And certainly there is no room for truly independent journalists. Everyone, whether Americans or Russians, deserve better.

I should go on to say American alternative media is little better. Because the USA is multi-fractured society, there is little place for anyone who resists alignment with the diverse ideological media platforms’ sponsors. Perhaps the closest is Unz Review but it hosts too many butt-hurt idiots and polarizing hate-mongers to really attract a core of readers who’d like the undiluted, unvarnished facts in common sense terms.

USA Really appears to have been pointed in this new direction of offering American ‘citizen reporters’ opportunity but is in the learning curve. Their mission statement is good but could use improvement. Yes, I would also welcome diverse writers but with a caveat; keep the ideology and related jargon out of the reporting and restricted to the authors biographies (require writers sticking to the facts in the common dialect.) Meanwhile, one could read human interest stories and some geopolitical work, the latter particularly of varying quality, some excellent writers, and some other, tired writers and subjects, too often rehashed in exhausted, ideological jargon. Understanding the American psyche at the meta level and related quality control in the submissions is not yet accomplished at USA Really. But it is a new experiment in Russian journalism, sponsoring American writers covering the USA solely, and the potential for a resounding success was there. I expect this had been the actual reason for ‘sanctioning’ USA Really and its editor in chief. It’s evil but the reality is, it’s not a fight I’m ready to take on; Robert Mueller’s ugliness representing the Trumanite anti-constitutional order, stemming from the National Security Act of 1947, has won this round with below the belt punches:

Dear USA Really

It is with regret I am informed that, today (having read the story at your site), The United States of America has placed your organization on its targeted by sanctions list. I believe this to be unwise, to contravene the USA’s own founding principles of law, referring to First Amendment in our Bill of Rights particularly, and an indication of weakness and fear on the part of those who would consider themselves to be leaders of my nation.

However I might fully grasp and understand I have a lawful right to associate with, and exercise free speech through, the media platform USA Really, I also understand the current political climate, and associated actors, would not respect this in what amounts to an undeclared state of war with Russia. As a pensioner, I simply am not positioned with the necessary resources to guarantee my rights in any possible actions the USA might see in its (mistaken) interests to harass myself with; whether administrative procedure or possible criminal charges if I were to make further contributions. Therefore please be informed I can no longer prepare work in docx format from my blog or otherwise initiate submitting stories for your readers. As your staff may be aware, my personal position is particularly delicate/precarious in relation to certain criminal elements associated with USA governance.

My work submitted to your publication prior to today should be protected by the USA ‘ex post facto’ prohibition. But, speaking to my entry for the “Global Democracy” award (John Reed category), I request any prize money won be donated to a Russian charity, and as a war veteran, I would suggest to the orphans of Russian casualties in Syria. I can no longer suggest a USA charity on account of the legal and/or public relations problems this might bring to otherwise deserving people in today’s irrational USA political climate.

With profound wishes for a better future relations with Russia, my sincerest greetings

Ron West

✓ Turkey’s intelligence chief, Hakan Fidan, named as member of terror group linked to al-Qaeda and ISIS.
✓ Turkish intelligence directly supplied military aid to ISIS for years.
✓ Turkish government siphoned military supplies to ISIS through humanitarian relief agency.
✓ ISIS fighters, including al-Baghadi’s deputy, received free medical treatment in Turkey and “protection” from Turkish police.
✓ Head of ISIS in Turkey received “24/7 protection” under the personal order of President Erdogan.
✓ Turkish police investigations into ISIS are being systematically quashed.
✓ ISIS oil is sold with complicity of authorities in Turkey and Kurdish region of northern Iraq.
✓ NATO affirms Turkey’s role as ally in war on ISIS.

Well folks, if the President’s palace in Ankara can be compared to the administrative office of a regional Hell, Recep Erdogan and his intelligence chief, Hakan Fidan, a member of the Turkish branch of al-Qaida since the 1990s (according to a Turkish former counter-terrorism police chief) aptly fit the descriptions of Satan and Beelzebub respectively; but it wasn’t only Erdogan enriching his family by laundering ISIS & al-Qaida’s stolen oil and his intelligence chief Fidan arranging the shipments of weapons to ISIS & al-Qaida that laundered oil bought. Yeah, that’s what was going on with NATO’s Turkey [pun intended] through 2015, all as the complicit Western intelligence community has pretended the real problem is Assad. That is, that’s how it all went down until late 2015 when Russia stepped in shortly before the Syrian ‘regime’ would have collapsed to the takfiris. We can thank Orthodox Russia (and ‘Vlad’) Syria is not run by head-choppers with slave markets brought to you courtesy of NATO and ‘friends’ (including but not limited to Saudi money and Israeli weapons.)

But wait! It’s not ‘game over’ yet, ISIS leadership and core cadres seem to have found its way (as if by magic) to Afghanistan where they found ready logistics enough to become quickly established and I don’t think it was their arch-enemy Iran let them cross to relative safety let alone supports their new mission. How that happened is likely related to this next, where Erdogan is playing two sides (his habit of backstabbing), we begin with the preliminary circumstance:

According to the [Sochi/Idlib] agreement [between Russia, Iran, Turkey], all heavy weaponry operated by opposition [opposed to Assad] factions must be pulled out of the demilitarized zone by October 10 and “terrorist groups” should be cleared by October 15″

It is 3 October as I write this, and that’s not happening, yet.

“The sources said Moscow already informed Tehran, Damascus and Ankara that in case the above conditions were not fully implemented, Russia would therefore immediately launch a military operation and airstrikes against Idlib

According to the sources, Russia and Turkey disagree over the depth of the decentralized zone, as Moscow is seeking to annex Idlib and other main cities to it [out of opposition control], but Ankara has rejected the offer

“The second disagreement is related to the two main roads linking Aleppo to Latakia and Hama, which are considered the “main artery of the North.” Russia asked that the Syrian regime control the M4 from Aleppo to Latakia and the M5 from Aleppo to Hama before 2019. However, Ankara insists that the roads remain monitored by Russia and Turkey

Preceding, we see the Turkish side seeking to block Syria’s long term reassertion of sovereignty via access to the Idlib region.

“The third disagreement is related to the fate of extremists as Turkish officials want to transfer them to Kurdish-controlled areas while Russian officials insist on “terminating them””

This is the big disagreement in the near term, and the one we’ll be looking at a bit more closely.

“Also, the two sides disagree over the range of the Sochi agreement.

“Moscow wants it a temporary agreement similar to the ones implemented in the de-escalation areas of Daraa, Damascus Ghouta and Homs, while Ankara prefers to have it permanent, similar to the one implemented in the areas of Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch operations.

In plain words, Erdogan wants to keep Idlib province as a ‘moderate jihadi’ Turkish ‘protectorate.’

“Both countries hope that a Russian-Turkish-French-German summit planned for next month could contribute to solving the disputes over Idlib”

This last bit is disingenuous on the Turkish side, Erdogan is playing for time to consolidate Idlib Province in Syria as a laundered al-Qaida controlled district and the Russians have noticed:

“Terrorist organizations Jabhat al-Nusra and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham [both al-Qaida affiliates] have agreed, under pressure from Turkish intelligence, to disband and withdraw their forces from the demilitarized zone in the northwestern Syrian province of Idlib, Al Watan newspaper reported, citing sources with knowledge of the situation.

“Al-Watan newspaper reported, citing sources close to the Turkish Revolutionary People’s Liberation Front, that Turkish intelligence had held several meetings with the leadership of these two groups.

“The sources said that Turkish intelligence had put pressure on the groups’ leaders, while also pledging that the government would not carry out a military operation in Idlib.

“Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, in turn, pledged to change its structure and alter its jihadist ideology so that Ankara does not qualify it as a terror organization any longer, the newspaper added.

“For its part, al-Nusra promised to withdraw its troops and heavy weapons from the demilitarized zone, without any official announcement of the move, according to the media.

“Al-Nusra further promised to disband its so-called “rescue government” that manages the territories the group controls in Idlib. Part of this government will merge with the interim government created by the National Coalition for Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces”

So, Edogan’s intelligence people, whose boss is known to have held membership in al-Qaida, is rapidly changing al-Qaida’s label and reintegrating them to Idlib’s ‘moderate rebel’® governing structures. That sounds very far removed from Russia’s sensible determination to ‘terminate’ the takfiri terrorists even as Erdogan claims he is working with the Russians to eliminate the radicals. Meanwhile, as Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov had stated the task of isolating the radicals… “is not easy” and hoped that Turkey would “succeed”… it would appear it was easier than he could have imagined (far too easy, in fact.)

This analysts conclusion? Erdogan is in process of backstabbing Putin and it is not a wise choice, particularly considering Erdogan’s backstop is the Russophobic Trump administration’s desire to preserve and protect the bad players, doubtless so they may be employed to do the empire’s dirty deeds on another day:

^ “For the President, who is Commander in Chief, to act as the protective big brother of al-Qaeda and other jihadists must be condemned…”

Of course it should come as no surprise the USA’s so-called ‘efficient institution’ would work with American media to deny Americans this information; and go so far as to have the Department of Homeland Security warn Americans away from Russian media where these facts indeed ARE reported. No surprise, one might wonder? Well, no surprise if you’d had access to this bit of history:

“By the end of 1962 this nation had gone so far down the line following the Agency [CIA], the new Special Forces doctrine, the MAP [Military Assistance Plan], and the new U.S. philosophy as outlined in the President’s Committee report, that it was saying openly it was well on its way to carrying out as top national policy a major clandestine operation so big in fact that the entire government would be involved. Obviously, it could not be really clandestine in the sense that it would be kept secret from our enemies; on the contrary, it was a new kind of “clandestine”, so it would be kept secret from all Americans”L. Fletcher Prouty, Pentagon liaison to the CIA

To carry this operation out, and see where we are today, it were only necessary for the CIA to establish a lap-dog American press. They’ve done it. The Russian press as alternative to American press most certainly isn’t a perfect vehicle but; the Russians will report the treason in DC whereas the Washington Post and New York Times will not.

2018 Summer Notes

“Yahoo is now part of Oath…

“By choosing “I accept” below, you agree to Oath’s new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy…

“This includes: analyzing content and information when you use our services (including emails, instant messages, posts, photos, attachments, and other communications)…

Yep, folks, if you have a Yahoo mail account, the actual ‘oath’ appears to be a promise they are allowed to read your mails with impunity. I didn’t care to spend a lot of time on this but you also appear to give up your right to sue (including class action waiver, indicating real worry about the legality) and accept ‘arbitration’ if, for instance, some ‘oath’ employee(s) were to, let’s say, steal your girlfriend’s nude photos and hand them over to some ‘dark web’ virtual masturbation chat room populated with gang rapists (or whatever.) Oh, and then there’s the ever-present government interest in accessing anyone’s mail…

Facile Haspel‘s torture memos released, now it is confirmed, the USA’s CIA is run by a documented war criminal. The joke line in the story?

“Blanton says the release of the Haspel cables “shows the power of the Freedom of Information Act to bring accountability even to the highest levels of the CIA””

On ‘the Russians did it’ (but actually the Israelis did it)’ front, Julian Assange is deservedly rotting in what amounts to (at this point) Ecuadorian solitary confinement. The incredible irony goes like this: The USA’s intelligence information operations claim Assange was a conduit for Russian hackers release of the DNC mails, immensely damaging Hillary’s chances (however deservedly so.) Recalling former CIA clandestine services officer Robert Steele stating “Assange has MOSSAD connections”, who actually benefited from Trump becoming president? Clearly the Israelis. No one else had been willing to move the USA embassy to Jerusalem on top of tearing up the Iran agreement so despised by Netanyahu. Meanwhile, when otherwise astute observers like Vanessa Beeley, Caitlin Johnstone and Raúl Ilargi Meijer cry over Assange’s confinement, I just scratch my head in wonder; how is it these people miss Wikileaks had been key in cooperating with the intelligence services that had set the so-called “Arab Spring” in motion, resulting in (among other things) the Syrian civil war? Oops. Nevertheless, this following is worth a read, even if it’s only about half right, at least the article manages to competently poke holes in ‘the Russians did it’ propaganda, even if the author can’t wrap his head around it’s more than likely (almost certainly) it was the Israel’s MOSSAD actually stole the DNC mails with a thumb drive via (the promptly assassinated) Seth Rich:

“The Problem With Alex Jones” is the subject of an interesting take published at zerohedge and poses the question of why Jones had been allowed to live, let alone go on with his rants to now (they do raise the possibility Jones could be a useful idiot)…

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-08-10/problem-alex-jones

Well, Jones probably went too far and got himself kicked off youtube, facebook and twitter for calling out Robert Mueller as a pedophile:

https://www.newsweek.com/alex-jones-threatens-shoot-pedophile-robert-mueller-accuses-zuckerberg-1038500

…but my take has been for a long time it’s the useful idiot scenario, Jones does a great job of discrediting a lot of valid stories and facts by associating with David Icke and lizard DNA, example given, that’s where the moron had long served the shadow government’s interest. When Alex Jones takes a story and runs with it, it’s like the story has been consigned to nutjobville, not much worry many people looking for alternative to mainstream will buy in what’s presented at the ranting lunatic’s fringe media, not to mention the obvious: why didn’t Jones go after Mueller with Mueller’s sordid history of corruption? That’d have maybe gotten him killed…
