Between NATO Hammer & EU Anvil, Serbia Is Beaten Into Conformity

Serbia: The New Cold War’s Lynchpin in the Balkans
(a cautionary tale of an autocrat running a kleptocracy)

“The US Ambassador to Serbia, Christopher Hill, said that choices must be made in life and that this is such a moment, adding that there is only one path for Serbia, which is the West and the European Union (EU) […] “Serbs should decide that, and I think they have decided that their future is in the West, and not in some undefined East. I’m saying all of this based on what I hear every day from people but also based on the statements by President of (Serbia Aleksandar) Vucic,” said Hill” [1]

[Serbia’s President Aleksandar] “Vučić stated that the latest research showed that for the first time we have a clear majority of citizens who are against joining the EU – 44 percent, while 35 percent support EU accession

“”As the President of the Republic of Serbia, it is our job to hear and understand public opinion, but it is also our job to do what is best for Serbia. My message to everyone is that Serbia is on the road to Europe [he means EU accession] and will continue down that road more strongly”, he said” [2]

A common sense interpretation of the preceding statements would be; USA Ambassador Hill’s “I’m saying all of this based on what I hear every day from people” actually means ‘the people who count’ (i.e. the American controlled personalities in Serbia’s power structure) and President Vucic’s “it is our job to hear and understand public opinion, but it is also our job to do what is best for Serbia” means ‘the will of the Serbian people is in my opinion infantile’ (i.e. ‘Serbia’s father figure’ Vucic knows what’s best for Serbia, more so than most Serbs.)

Insofar as Hill’s ‘people who count’ (excludes the will of the greater Serb population) the CIA’s USAID front [3] presents another character in this geopolitical muppet show:

[Serbia’s] “Minister for EU Integration Jadranka Joksimovic said: “I am convinced that Serbia will progress more and more towards its goal, which is EU membership. In support of this commitment of our country, the development assistance of the United States is extremely important to us. It is concrete, implies more opportunities for employment, learning and following modern trends in the economy, health, social policy, and democratization of society, and is the more important given today’s political and economic environment in Europe and the world”” [4]

Insofar as ‘Father Vucic’ knowing what’s better for his Serbian ‘children’, maybe the kids aren’t so dumb as he thinks:

“The poll showed that 82.1 percent of Serbians do not support sanctions against Russia over the war in Ukraine while just 6.9 percent support sanctions and 11 percent are undecided. According to NSPM, 49 percent said that Russia is in the right, 6.1 percent said Uraine [sic] is right, 24 percent said they have no opinion and 21 percent said no one is to blame. “We asked who was to blame for the conflict in Ukraine and 68.7 percent said NATO, 7.4 percent blamed Ukraine, 5.6 percent blamed Russia and 18 percent have no opinion”” [5]

Serbs know sanctions mean saying ‘adios’ to the exports of cheeses, fruits, and other commodities to Russia.

Do Serbians own and drive Ladas? The Lada Niva is the most popular four wheel drive in Serbia. Other Lada models are used by car rental agencies, the Russian made Lada is everywhere in Serbia and has been for decades. Sanctions will say say bye-bye to Lada spare parts when the junkyard supplies are exhausted. [6]

That’s just the tip of the Serbian domestic nightmare imposing sanctions on Russia would bring. Putin promised Serbia very cheap natural gas and ‘I know best’ father-figure Vucic assured Serbians that these supplies would be secure via pipeline through Bulgaria but the EU (the EU’s Siamese twin NATO, actually) promptly sent Vucic a ‘not so fast’ message; when it pressured Bulgaria (together with other states surrounding Serbia) to close its’ airspace to Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, preventing his visit to Serbia’s capital, Belgrade. If Bulgaria is not allowed to open its airspace to a Russian diplomat’s travel to Serbia, what are the chances Serbia’s Russian natural gas supplies via Bulgaria are secure? Slim to none. [7], [8]

Then one further wonders what 80%+ opposing sanctions on Russia, and 44% opposed versus 35% in favor of joining the European Union (with the other 25% too beaten down to care) has to do with “Serbia will progress more and more towards its goal, which is EU membership” except for the USA, NATO, & EU ‘kompromat’ (blackmail) demands made of the Serbian kleptocracy; a kleptocracy that is so low it steals the lion’s share of money intended to socially advance disadvantaged women…

“…none of the organizations that received millions from the Ministry of Family Care competition has an official website, nor can anyone find information about the projects they had implemented that relate to the competition’s objectives […] The Ministry of Family Care and Demographics has allocated more than 630,000 euros to these organizations following the competition. In contrast, much less money, about 150,000 euros, has been allocated to associations that are transparent, have an official website and have been dealing with the advancement of women’s position in society for years” [9]

…in circumstance where the USA insists these (in the case of Serbia) anti-democratic demands (pressured to join the EU) must be met, never mind the will of the Serbian people. Clearly it all comes down to ‘kompromat’ and what, how and when the Serbian players in the Russia vs the West tug-of-war (rapidly progressing towards beaten into conformity between NATO’s hammer & the EU anvil) might be exposed.

A general principle of this kleptocracy is for Vucic’s mid-level cadres to be awarded a second job that is salaried by the state but you never have to show up for work:

“Prisic discovered that more than one hundred EPS employees have been receiving salaries [for years] despite never showing up for work” [10]

Other scintillating examples of ‘kompromat’ (blackmail potential) include but are not limited to, Serbian Finance Minister Sinsa Mali, the EU intelligence agencies’ top (upcoming, August 2022) choice for Serbian Prime Minister:

“The paper [intelligence assessment] states that the future prime minister will come from the ranks of the SNS party. Sinisa Mali, the current finance minister and former mayor of Belgrade, is mentioned first as a possible candidate. He is one of Aleksandar Vučić’s closest associates and has been involved in several scandals – from the destruction of the Savamala quarter in Belgrade to allegedly owning 24 apartments in Bulgaria. The University of Belgrade stripped him of his doctorate after it was confirmed that he had plagiarized his thesis” [11]

About the EU intelligence agencies’ favorite pick Sinsa Mali’s role in the illegal destruction of a neighborhood whilst handing off ‘urban renewal’ contracts:

“…a group of about 30 masked men armed with baseball bats knocked down multiple buildings in Belgrade’s riverbank neighborhood, Savamala, using heavy equipment. The brutality of the operation, which allegedly involved residents being tied up and otherwise mistreated, shocked Serbia…” [12]

In short other words, in order to keep onto one’s ill-gotten gains and stay at the top in Serbia, while keeping this sort of story out of ‘mainstream’ news, there is an unwritten EU demand of ‘play ball our way or we will show you the door to some very unpleasant consequence.’

Organized crime ‘playing for keeps’, whether it is the ‘transcendent corruption’ (legalized) organized crime of the European Union, or the more local mob scene, is certainly nothing new when it comes exploiting geopolitical blackmail potential in Serbia, here’s a short profile of Serbia’s Health Minister:

“According to the 2004 testimony of the cooperative witness Dejan Milenković Bagzi (who was an important member of the Zemun Clan) in the Zoran Đinđić trial, in Serbian Special Court for Organised Crime: on 5 September 2002, Belgrade-based Rakovica Clan tried to eliminate the Montenegrin criminal Veselin Božović Vesko, but he survived the assassination and was transferred to the Clinical Centre of Serbia in which at that time worked Lončar. Allegedly, he had good chances to survive and his condition was stable. According to Milenković, head of the criminal group Dušan Spasojević who also had interest of Božović’s death, asked one of his insider doctors Risović to finish him in the hospital, but he was having second thoughts. Later, allegedly, another Spasojević’s insider doctor, Lončar confessed to Spasojević that he gave him lethal injection and Božović died shortly after, on 7 September 2002. For the reward, Spasojević gave him apartment in New Belgrade. Officially, ten days after Božović’s death, Lončar bought the apartment from the wife of Zemun Clan hitman Sretko Kalinić for 30,000 euros only to re-sell it months later. Miladin Suvajdžić, another cooperative witness and former important member of the Zemun Clan, in his 2006 testimony confirmed the story of Milenković; one of the main roles of Suvajdžić was to buy properties, vehicles for various of reasons” [13]

Serbia’s Vucic is easy to expose as a two-faced hypocrite for the simple matter the Serbian people and institutions have not (yet) been entirely cowed, suborned, propagandized or otherwise rendered socially impotent ignoramuses (via social engineering, e.g., World Bank ‘child education’ programs.) Honest Serbs still speak out and know what and who they are talking about.

The other side of that coin is, in the (majority) conservative Serbian nature there is a strong subliminal desire for a wise king, a 1,000 years old yearning in the Serb DNA predating the Ottoman occupation. Today, this yearning is a social-psychological foible milked by Vucic and his minions.

If we survive World War Three, and the USA, NATO & EU ‘democratic principles’ are close to bringing this on, perhaps we’ll be so fortunate as to see this yearning morph into a positive social phenomenon devoid of snake-oil salesmen like Vucic and his associated politics of giving lip service to empire.

Meanwhile, what does Serbia’s President, the ‘father-figure’ Vucic, have to say on the subject of morality?

“Today, perhaps more than ever, the whole world longs for truth and justice. The same justice that is woven into the words of our beautiful national anthem and which still stands as an imperative without which there is no progress for a dignified man or the whole world. I will always fight for such truth and justice, because there is nothing harder, neither more honorable than that” -Aleksandar Vucic [14]

“…there is nothing harder…” for criminals, this is true. Let Vucic’s words come back to haunt him.

“Serbia plans to purchase Rafale multipurpose fighter jets from France, President Aleksandar Vucic said … which experts saw as the latest sign of Belgrade distancing itself from its traditional military supplier and ally Russia

“”We have been negotiating this purchase of 12 new jets for a year, and we are also looking at buying another 12 used (Western) planes from another country,” Vucic told Reuters. He did not specify the type of the used planes.

“Serbia and Dassault Aviation discussed the purchase of the 12 Dassault Rafale jets, France’s La Tribune weekly reported last week

“In 2019 Serbia bought France’s Mistral surface-to-air missiles and in 2016 it acquired helicopters from Airbus

“Croatia, which is an EU and NATO member and Serbia’s wartime foe from the 1990s, also operates Rafale jets”

Right. So, Serbia will be ‘BFF‘ with Croatia & NATO and, never a worry shall arise that, when a Croatian/NATO Rafale fighter jet takes on a Serbian Rafale fighter jet, the Croatian/NATO plane will be, in every case, ‘a winner by Dassault’ .. er, excuse me, I meant winner by default (it’s the kill switch for the knucklehead with a short attention span)

So, about those Mistral missiles Serbia purchased which likely won’t touch a NATO jet; Serbia is arming up with systems that will (maybe) work against a single entity and that entity would be Russia.

And then, the preceding brings up the countless shoulder launched anti-tank & anti-aircraft missiles abandoned on the field of battle in Ukraine by Kiev’s forces as though they were useless as the NATO states pour thousands of new man-portable missile systems into the conflict and suddenly the Russians get serious about taking out the NATO supply lines. Did a Russian ‘hack’ driven software change become necessary?

A plausible WWIII footnote would be, if the French made Exocet of 1982 possessed a ‘kill switch’ and it almost certainly did, it stands to reason nearly every subsequent high-tech generation weapons system would be adapted to this ‘furtive’ technology, no matter the geo-political alignment of the manufacturer. Example given, should Russia be concerned about the S-400 system it sold to Turkey in case of hostilities with the double-dealing & back-stabbing Turkish President Erdogan? Probably not.

Serbia’s Leaders: Obvious ‘johns’

This essay goes to the subject of rule-of-law dispensed with like a used condom in an encounter with a familiar prostitute. In this case, the ‘johns’ are the ruling politicians, several media outlets (pornography distributors) of differing persuasions are the pimps, the European Union is an obsessed voyeur of x-rated film, Council of Europe is the whorehouse, and the Venice Commission is the prostitute-pornography star.

So, it’s more than about political leadership, it’s the media they control, and sometimes, it’s the color-revolution media they must sleep with as well as the political fellatio they perform to survive as a mafia entity. Prepare for a bit of insanity that resembles nothing so much as a corrupted neighborhood’s orgy habits where dysfunctional couples in wife-swapping arrangements never break free of the blackmail potential.

First we’ll break down the color-revolution platform reporting; courtesy of a favorite EU and NATO states intelligence agencies’ pimp, N1, a subsidiary of CNN (also known as Counterfeit News Network.)

^ “The Venice Commission welcome the initiative by the Serbian authorities to adopt a draft law on referendum and people’s initiative but said that it has more recommendations

“The Venice Commission said that the revised draft law has followed, totally or partially, most of the substantive recommendations of the previous urgent opinion, aimed at ensuring its conformity with international standards. This is a positive development which is welcomed,” a press release said adding that some issues still need to be addressed

“The new recommendations include abolishing or significantly reducing signature authentication fees, extend the right to appeal to all voters, giving election commissions the authority to check signatures, address the decision-making power of the bodies dealing with proposed referendums, complaints and appeals in a more precise way, provide more detailed rules applicable in the case of emergency, consider reasonably extending the deadlines for lodging and deciding on complaints and appeals” [1]

Just, exactly, what did ‘The Venice Commission’ ACTUALLY “welcome”? Well, it won’t really enter the minds of most people, because the core of the subject isn’t dealt with. Everyone, the ruling party at the parliament, the ‘liberal democracies’ backed opposition, The Venice Commission itself, and certainly not least, media on both sides of the fight over a nation’s future are overlooking (or didn’t bother to read) what is supposedly being implemented, in its reform of so-called referendum law; with the Venice Commission (faux rule-of-law enforcer for the EU & NATO states) saying (in effect) ‘Great job! Now, we just need a bit of tidying up around the issue.’

Meanwhile, over at former color-revolution collaborator turned the regime’s lover, B92 (English translation courtesy of Serbian Monitor)

“At yesterday’s session, the Government of Serbia adopted the draft Law on Referendum and Popular Initiative. This proposal abolishes the mandatory threshold of the required number of voters as a condition for a referendum to be valid” [2], [3]

And then, over at the ‘regime friendly’, Serbian oligarch owned, Telegraf:

“in order to the change the Constitution, that is, for the success of a referendum, it is no longer required for 50 percent of registered voters to turn out” [4], [5]

Ok, to now, summed up, we have: the Council of Europe’s Venice Commission patting Serbia on the back for bringing Serbian law into compliance with the commissions updated (2020) “Revised Guidelines on the Holding of Referendums” and we find the heart of the matter under the subheading III “specific rules” where there are very non-specific rules that are not binding (rules that actually are not rules) in subsection 7:

“7. Quorum and special majorities

“a. It is advisable not to provide for:

“i. a turn-out quorum (threshold, minimum percentage)

“ii. an approval quorum (approval by a minimum percentage of registered voters),

“b. An approval quorum or a specific majority requirement is acceptable for referendums on matters of fundamental constitutional significance.

“c. The requirement of a multiple majority (the majority of voters taking part in the referendum plus the majority in a specified number of entities) is acceptable in federal and regional states, in particular for constitutional revisions” [6]

In other words, if your law calls for 100% citizen-voter registration (a level of participatory democracy that is practically unknown) and it requires more than half of the electorate to approve a change in this model of what would have been a true participatory democracy, this is NOT recommended according to point a. i. & ii.

BUT, according to points b. & c. if this level of participatory democracy is required in existing law to decide any matter of fundamental constitutional significance or to revise the constitution itself, the Venice Commission can’t argue with that but they certainly won’t require it.

Restated in the most simple logic: when a kleptocracy has so alienated its core electorate you can’t get 50% of the eligible voting public to turn out to support changes that will be fundamentally lied about (the alienated electorate know this), the ‘rule of law’ enforcing Council of Europe offers loopholes in the rules enabling the kleptocracy to pursue future changes in law greatly enabling/empowering the kleptocrats.

Never mind this is ostensibly about changing the constitution in regards to ‘reforming’ Serbia’s judiciary to reflect the Council of Europe’s ‘best practices’, the precedent set here points to easier thefts in the future. It is what is on the horizon is why the Western color-revolution propaganda arms like N1 avoid the core issue and assist regime media in concealing the facts; whereas without this ‘rule change’ it would be nearly impossible to change Serbia’s constitution to, example given, surrender sovereignty over Kosovo (an irritation in the Western empire’s plans for the future of Serbia), but now with the rule change, following the next Western intelligence agencies’ color-revolution in Serbia, there should be no problem, if the new regime gets 16% approval determining the national direction (surrendering the entirety of Kosovo), in a vote where 30% of the people turned out to vote, the problem is solved! (for empire.)

Furthermore, if only one half of the eligible people are registered to vote, in a case where this one half of the populace being registered constitutes the whole of the electorate and 30% of this registered electorate turned out to vote in referendum, it is actually 8% of the nation’s people can determine the future of any nation in this ‘liberal democracy’ model (not to mention how this model smooths the way for multinational corporations future consolidating their grip on nations like Serbia.)

This arrangement with the European Union aligned institution, Council of Europe, enforces a ‘democracy’ model that is worse than some so-called ‘banana republics’ and resembles nothing so much as the corrupt tribal politics imposed on certain indigenous nations by the USA. [7]

Now, ask yourselves, are these people you could trust to make law & policy in a multinational, corporate, big pharma enriching pandemic? [8]

The ‘Tribal Perspective’ Essays

The essays collection ‘A Tribal Perspective’ (subtitled ‘Pre-Columbian Concept Translated to Modern: Radical Ethnographic Contrasts & Related Politics of Collusion’) is currently undergoing translation to both the Serbian and Russian languages. As the translations progress, selected draft translations in Russian will be posted at the Russia | Россия page here at my blog whilst noting certain selections are already posted in Serbian at my Srbija/Serbia page. The selections in Russian and Serbian will not necessarily be the same; but there will be a mirror of the essays in English at both pages. Please be patient, the Russian translation endeavor is quite recent and is work under construction in every sense.

Preface to the Russian Edition

This book is nominally about Serbs and Serbia for the fact the author’s exile finally settled in Serbia. But the gist of much that follows had been originally inspired by the Russian expats’ inability to grasp the Western mentality; as this author has seen a real misapprehension of underlying reality as concerns the USA and it’s Western European allies and their historical motivations to empire. These motivations had initially devolved upon the world via the colonial aspirations of Western Europe and finally had settled into a ‘feedback loop’ since World War II, when the Nazi meme, represented in the German Reich’s criminal intelligence apparatus, had been rescued by the Americans in a drive to counter the Soviet Union.

This Nazi seed fell upon fertile ground; the sociopathy & related legacy of ‘manifest destiny’, a spawn of Western Christianity’s John Calvin. It is in this ‘garden’ NATO was born and Europe became (again!) a lap dog of evil.

Insofar as alignment with EU and the West, Serbia’s prognosis is not good for the fact Western liberalism is actually underwritten by Calvinism. The label ‘cultural marxism’ misses the mark and is simplistic jingoism for a little understood problem; a perversion that cast off the cloak of traditional religion. John Calvin’s “predestination” is an infection that has underwritten cultural sociopathy in circumstance where in original substance it is theology that invited rejecting lived morality as a rewarded experience; you were predestined to heaven or hell no matter what you might do or how you might live your life. This perverted ideology (growing infection) invaded the colonies and spread from 1600 on and has shaped the American national character, as well Western Europe’s, throughout the liberal democracies history. Through a process of intergenerational socialization, this spreading infection had crossed every social boundary in the societies of capitalism.

The American conquest of it’s Western territories called “Manifest Destiny” profited mightily from the resultant greed integrated to amorality, little different to today’s expanding Western empire (destined to collapse.)

By the time Western science had cast off all trappings of belief, this inter-generational social mold of ‘take no prisoners’ in one’s individual ambitions had been ‘cast in bronze’ one might say. My conviction is, there is no cure. This has become a fatal social infection. A short social dissection follows:

Imagine a set of freak circumstance had landed a bona fide preColumbian mentality in Serbia; one that had become somewhat fluent in European cultural thinking as matter of necessity and survival. Then, if only for social-science fiction sake, consider this ‘primitive’ mentality grasps what should seem incomprehensible at first glance; it actually had been a matter of the Western science, prior to the discovery and development of quantum mechanics over these past 100 years, had been too primitive to accurately translate the ancient concept to modern European thought and language.

Then, toss the NATO and its’ allied intelligence agencies into the mix; desperately attempting to assassinate this freak production of the cosmos who possesses a high understanding of “Transcendent Warfare” for simple reason he would never give this information to the intelligence agencies.

Now, to a few observations on the alien world this lost Indian found himself cast adrift in, that would be Europe, over an exile exceeding 1-1/2 decades.

It was Bismarck destroyed the creative German psyche, when he’d forcibly converted all German provinces into the militarized Prussian mentality; with a lockstep, standardized education practically enforced with a fear of dissidents being put up against a wall and shot. Rules! Obey! A mere 100 years later, this gifted the world with Nazis and the idea of ‘untermensch.’

Of course, prior to application for joining the European Union (and German corporations investing in major Serbian media), every Serbian school taught the Nazis had executed a class of fifth grade children as revenge for the Serbian resistance having killed one Nazi. We can’t be certain future generations will know this, as ‘one shouldn’t bite the hand that feeds you!’

Welcome to the EU, Serbia! Now, it will be your turn to be educated!

When the uniform state education had been mandated, much creative thought had been lost. Serbia had been remarkable for production of creative genius but wave goodbye to that, imposed neoliberalism via education beginning at 3 years is intended to structure children into sheep to be sheared by the state in perpetuity. Freedom to explore the world in unstructured terms to age 7 (the previous model), had been one of Serbia’s great reservoirs of intelligence. Serbia will sort that, when it’s too late.

Perhaps this tome which follows will be maddening to some; held aloft to emphasize ‘I told you so!’ by others, will anger the pious Orthodox priest in the same moment he appreciates the candor of how it illuminates certain enemies of the Orthodox world, and not least, should make some squirm in the chair, hating Gutenberg’s invention for the book they won’t put down.

So, this immediate, preceding paragraph should be meant to curry favor with the narcissism of the author; one might think. But it is merely the dutiful wish of the author, one cannot be assured of a book’s reception. It was the Serbian essayist Momo Kapor convinced this preface to Russian edition of “A Tribal Perspective” should be forthright in every element, including severe element of brutality; as Kapor’s light humor turned to black cloud of satire raining a crop-killing hail. In his closing chapter of “A Guide to the Serbian Mentality” on improving the Serb image in the Western world, where the professionals (for a one million euro fee) wrestle with approach:

“You mentioned that Serbs raped during the war?

“Yes, they have been indicted for that.

“Maybe that could be used in a positive way, for certain Western women who might want to get to know Serbian macho guys, and in light of the growing gay movement, they might see Serbia as an exceptional oasis of masculinity in an effeminate world. They might come in hordes to be raped in an exotic location.”

It was Cicily Isabel Fairfield first noted 70 years ago in her intelligence assessment masterpiece “Black Lamb, Grey Falcon” the phenomenal mix of malignant homosexuality, and its’ attending violence in the Western world recently projected onto the ‘Serb Monster’ with NATO bombs and ongoing propaganda. Nowhere in the annals of history is there greater example of rape of nations and of related propaganda projection than today’s Western empire, represented in the European Union & NATO.

Relevant to the preceding, the scientific term ‘methylated DNA’ could translated to common sense language as ‘poisoned by violence.’ In the wake of Belgrade’s having been leveled and risen from the ashes forty odd times, from an era preceding Rome, through the Ottoman ‘jerks’ to the Nazis, to the Nazis’ modern kin found in NATO, Serbian DNA is certainly the most ‘poisoned by violence’ DNA in Europe, probably is the most ‘poisoned by violence’ in all of the peoples of the Eurasian super-continent, surpasses that of colonized Africa and possibly the entire world.

The science establishing ‘methylated DNA’ is seen in your Serbian inat; an impenetrable wall often defended by irrational provocation, a wall that can be blind, deaf & ultimately stupid. This inat is aroused by anything that threatens … no matter that which threatens might, in certain instance, be that which Serbia (and Serbians) most need examine intelligently; why it is a Serb child’s first lesson is to learn to fear; how easily Serbs lie to their children; and not least, why Serbs mythologize & worship a battle they lost!

However not exclusive to the Serbs in Europe, it is this author’s observation the Serb is most extreme when making a face of perfect horror when a child takes a harmless fall; the child sees the adult’s fear and learns to cry for nothing. Later, they must overcome this fear to learn what is brave!

Of all Europeans, Serbs are easily the most relaxed and guilt-free liars, while misinforming children of the facts, when example given, presenting spaghetti with Alfredo sauce: “try this vanilla ice cream melted on gummy worms!” It follows, these children learn their parents are liars, easily learn to lie themselves and must work to overcome this to acquire a reputation for being honest! For many, defeating the lie never works; for they have learned to lie to themselves .. so it is with the majority of Serbs concerning the Battle of Kosovo. In fact, this battle was the great loss for Serbia, enabling the Sultan to finally ride the Serb like a pony in a 500 years circus freak charade. What was so great about that? Most importantly, the Catholic of the West will never appreciate the wounds inflicted on the Ottoman army by Serbs stopping the Turks’ advance, but oh, never mind, little different to Christians anywhere, Serbs can still love the pain!

Did inat save the Serbs from NATO? No. For who is the European Union except NATO members these days drinking together with Serbs at a NATO fraternal companions’ country club? Apply for chapter this, chapter that, and chapter thereafter, the European Union’s problem with Serbia isn’t actually corruption, it is with corruption that is in the open, the real EU problem is perception, the corruption isn’t finessed! The corrupt EU can’t allow that!

In a case where clearing certain misunderstandings might be useful to the Russian grasp of the Western mentality, this ‘tribal perspective’, born of a culture overrun by what amounts to an apocalyptic cult, should be helpful to the Serb as well. However to truly grasp the possibilities, much depends on an inner understanding of self. Taking intelligent decisions precludes ‘inat’, that unique Serbian ability to act unintelligently with a sense of spirit.

In my Blackfoot Indian peoples’ equivalent to the old Serbian gods, Veles had forced Perun into a making a peace that required a certain demeanor and ethics, on both parties part. Practicing the habits of this peace or ‘niitsitapi’ required a unity of principles that became our law of citizenship. In this regard, it is pleasing to me the Orthodox priests’ position depends on tolerating the sublimated, but still very much alive, old gods’ beliefs in the villages of Serbia; it may be an internal peace is within reach of the Serbs.

Does it not make perfect sense that a nation should be at peace within itself, little different to an individual must be, to know its’ real strengths?

Impunity & The International Criminal Court

After two years of sitting on letters from the ICC it became the apropos time to act; considering the German ambassador to Serbia in April 2021 made some remarks picked up on by a Western corporate media front:

^ Rockefeller Brothers Fund awards Balkan Investigative Reporting Network [BIRN] Pristina office on average of USD $100,000 per year, only one source of funds BIRN rakes in from Western corporate largesse [1]

So, what did the German ambassadorial chump have to say? Despite there being no legal United Nations authorization for the NATO bombing of Serbia, the decision to bomb Serbia…

“had to be made in order to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe” [2]

… well, huh. No mention of the recent packing off of Kosovo’s leaders to war crimes trials? Oh, and what about those BND (German CIA) ‘people’ using the Konrad Adenauer Siftung as a front to train and install neo-nazi fascists in Ukraine? Ever wonder what BND might be up to in Belgrade? [3], [4]

We don’t have to time travel to the early-mid 1940s to understand “Deutschland über Alles” should be seen a bit differently in the eyes of certain of Germany’s neighboring countries than most of today’s ordinary German mortals might think. But German Ambassador to Serbia, Thomas Schieb, is no ordinary German mortal, he presides over the location where Germany’s BND (nee Gehlen Organization) is centered in Belgrade.

Meanwhile, let’s have a look at an International Criminal Court letter (initial denial) concerning some very nasty acts by the German state; that is ‘laundering’ a false flag war crime resulting in the deaths of well over 1,000 Syrian civilians (keep reading, all necessary context and evidence had been presented.)

Note the dates of the letter; 4 July 2018 the complaint had been received by the ICC, 6 February 2019 is the date the ICC denied it held jurisdiction to investigate. This was no snap reply, seven months indicates, if not soul-searching, then at least some considerable time put into thinking about the necessary circumlocution to avoid having to deal with the wealth of information put before the court. I contested this denial with a communication (published online) pointing out a history of the ICC subject to improper influences and demand they reconsider. [5]

The first letter is a more generic denial, the second letter is a contortion to explain the court finds some “serious allegations” are beyond its reach to investigate:

When the International Criminal Court [ICC] itself is complicit in covering up war crimes by German state actors in the 21st Century, everyone at the top should have some explaining to do. In short, what follows is, there is ample evidence prima facie [Latin term: ‘on its face’] German intelligence had “aided & abetted” [assisted] with laundering false flag chemical attacks in Syria including the notorious (especially murderous) sarin gas attack at Ghouta, Syria, in August, 2013. This information had been provided to German parliamentarians and as well as the International Criminal Court. The Germans were silent and the International Criminal Court protests it has no jurisdiction, per the second letter:

“The Office of the Prosecutor has carefully examined your latest communication. I regret to advise you that the Prosecutor has confirmed that the communication does not introduce new facts or evidence that would alter the previous determination that there is not a basis to proceed under the Rome Statute. Under the Rome Statute, the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, as defined in the Rome Statute (Articles 6 to 8), when committed on or after 1 July 2002 (Article 11). In addition, the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over such crimes committed on the territory of a State that has accepted the jurisdiction of the Court or by a national of such a State (Article 12), or where the Security Council refers the situation to the Court (Article 13). In the light of these requirements, your communication still appears, after careful re-examination, to relate to matters outside the jurisdiction of the Court.

“I hope you will appreciate that with the defined jurisdiction of the Court, many serious allegations will be beyond the reach of this institution to address. We are grateful for your continued interest in the International Criminal Court”

The ICC is clearly wrong. And cowardly & corrupt. Germany is a signatory to the ICC, and the crime of aiding and abetting (false flag laundering) is undoubtedly centered inside the German state. The ICC, to escape this (despite admission of “serious allegations”), appears to be narrowly defining jurisdiction (limiting the applicable charges) to the crime as committed in Syria (and thus avoids the charge of aiding & abetting) and therefore denies jurisdiction rather than take on German state intelligence (the Bundesnachrichtendienst or BND) and Angela Merkel’s minions.

The question that arises in philosophy of law is, does the ICC itself become complicit in the aiding & abetting [assisting] the alleged laundering of the false flag operation by a clearly deliberate ‘narrow’ reading of international law and providing a patently cowardly rationale excusing themselves from having to investigate a major war crime? Methinks, yes:

Dear Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court

Thank you for the invitation to formalize my complaint concerning the crime of sarin gas employed at Ghouta, Syria, in August of 2013.

Under customary international law, aiding and abetting war crimes includes three elements:

(1) A Principal person or entity committed a war crime;
(2) Another actor committed an act that had a substantial effect upon the commission of the underlying offence; and
(3) Required mental state: The other actor knew that that such an act would assist, or had the substantial likelihood of assisting, the commission of the underlying offense.

1) Turkey, a NATO nation, via its’ intelligence agency MIT, conspired with al Qaida (a proposed clandestine NATO affiliate) to commit a war crime, that is the (false flag) gassing and death of more than one thousand civilians at Ghouta, Syria, in August, 2013.

2) Officials of NATO actor Germany, a signatory to The Rome Statute, provided ‘cover’ via propaganda and other, related means (e.g. laundering false information to media via parliamentary oversight) allowing the actual perpetrators to escape scrutiny despite German intelligence knowing:

Arts 49/50/129/146 of the four Geneva Conventions (1949) requiring the Member States to prosecute and punish all ‘persons’ who commit grave breaches (Ambos [2014] 146). Accordingly, the Elements of Crimes of the ICC Statute do not provide an explicit note for the category of perpetrators as there was no dissent during the negotiations at the Rome Conference that war crimes can be committed by both members of armed forces and civilians (Dörmann, Elements of War Crimes [2003] 391).

Going to the immediate preceding (III), this petitioner to the International Criminal Court (Ronald Thomas West) holds persons in any government signatory to the Rome Statute are prohibited from aiding and abetting a war crime or crime against humanity no matter the crime had been outside the courts purview (non-signatory state) when the aiding and abetting is committed within the courts purview (a signatory state.) This would include certain Western democracies intelligence agencies employees and aligned politicians providing cover for perpetrators of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Named persons of the German federal security service and responsible politicians (Bundesnachrichtendienst) who’ve proactively (provided false information) or passively (allowed false information) to purposely aid and abet the actual perpetrators (Turkey’s MIT in partnership with al-Qaida) of the (false flag) gas attack at Ghouta, Syria in August 2013 include (but is not limited to) past president of BND Gerhard Schindler, present president of BND Bruno Kahl, Helge Braun (oversight minister) and Angela Merkel.

Named persons directing the German office of the Federal Prosecutor (Generalbundesanwalt/Generalbundesanwältin) who’ve failed to investigate and prosecute domestically and internationally (universal jurisdiction for war crimes or Völkerstrafgesetzbuch) are Harald Range and Peter Frank.

Named German parliamentarians (leadership and/or senior members) who’ve been in possession (since at least December 2015) of exculpatory evidence exonerating President Bashar al Assad and his officials and military of the sarin attack at Ghouta, Syria, in August 2013 and have failed to take appropriate action to bring the German intelligence service and/or German political actors into compliance with established facts per international law and consequently protected a NATO actor and their al-Qaida partners from the light as the actual perpetrators include (but are not limited to) Hans-Christian Stroebele, Ulla Jelpke, Irene Mihalic, Michael Hartmann, Armin Schuster, Norbert Lammert, Peter Hintze, Johannes Singhammer, Edelgard Bulmahn, Ursula Schmidt, Petra Pau, Claudia Roth, Marieluise Beck, Omid Nouripour, Stefan Liebich, Niels Annen, Roderich Kiesewetter and Gregor Gysi.

Conclusion

Western intelligence agencies have a long history of underhanded play (criminal activity.) In the case of Germany’s BND aiding and abetting al-Qaida in Syria, there is strong evidence prima facie of deliberately laundering false information through the Federal German Parliament (Bundestag) intelligence oversight committee to media effecting the coverup (concealing the actual perpetrators) of a war crime involving sarin gas, per the original information provided to the ICC as amended:

What Can Be Known Versus What Will Be Known

What is Turkish Member of Parliament Eren Erdem on record as having stated? Speaking of a copy in his possession of the Adana Prosecutor’s criminal case 2013/120 that was quashed by Erdogan’s people:

“There is data in this indictment. Chemical weapon materials are being brought to Turkey and being put together in Syria in camps of ISIS which was known as Iraqi Al Qaeda during that time

“These are all detected. There are phone recordings of this shipment like ‘don’t worry about the border, we’ll take care of it’ and we also see the bureaucracy is being used

“About the shipment, Republic prosecutor of Adana, Mehmet Arıkan, made an operation and the related people were detained. But as far as I understand he was not an influential person in bureaucracy. A week after, another public prosecutor was assigned, took over the indictment and all the detainees were released. And they left Turkey crossing the Syrian border

“The phone recordings in the indictment showed all the details from how the shipment was going to be made to how it was prepared, from the content of the labs to the source of the materials. Which trucks were going to be used, all dates etc. From A to Z, everything was discussed and recorded. Despite all of this evidence, the suspects were released

“And the shipment happened, because no one stopped them. That’s why maybe the sarin gas used in Syria is a result of this

“When I read the indictment, I saw clearly that these people have relationships with The Machinery and Chemical Industry Institution of Turkey and they don’t have any worries about crossing the border

“For example in Hayyam Kasap’s phone records, you hear him saying sarin gas many times, saying that the ateliers are ready for production, materials are waiting in trucks which were supposedly carrying club soda

“For example the chemical attack in Ghouta. Remember. It was claimed that the regime forces were behind it. This attack was conducted just days before the sarin operation in Turkey

“It’s a high probability that this attack was carried out with those basic materials shipped through Turkey. It is said the regime forces are responsible but the indictment says it’s ISIS. UN inspectors went to the site but they couldn’t find any evidence. But in this indictment, we’ve found the evidence. We know who used the sarin gas, and our government knows it too

“All basic materials are purchased from Europe. Western institutions should question themselves about these relations. Western sources know very well who carried out the sarin gas attack in Syria. They know these people, they know who these people are working with, they know that these people are working for Al-Qaeda. I think is Westerns are hypocrites about the situation”

What more can be known?

1) The German Parliament’s leadership (all political parties), as well the German Federal Prosecutor, had been apprised of the preceding by yours truly on 2 December 2015:

Dear Members of the German Parliament

I wish to draw attention to recent information regarding your NATO ally Turkey. Last month it had been revealed by two courageous members of Turkey’s parliament that in fact it was Turkey’s federal intelligence services were behind the August 2013 Sarin gas attack, killing more than one thousand ordinary Syrians, an attack NATO nations had blamed on the regime of Basher al-Assad. Your own Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) should have been aware of this fact from very nearly the beginning, as they have been proactively engaged in Syria and the Syrian conflict, as well as spying on Turkey.

What’s more is, state actor Turkey initiating the Sarin attack is not some undocumented allegation. As you can see from the attached reporting, there was a proper investigation by Turkish authorities with developed evidence and indictments. I regret to inform you in this case, President Erdogan personally initiated the prosecution that last week saw the editor of the newspaper reporting put in jail.

This raises strong questions of possible BND criminal complicity considering Germany’s support for certain NATO nations directly in relation to the Syrian conflict. What did the BND know and when? Has the BND, when passing intelligence on Syria to Assad’s opposition through its NATO allies, supported the actors who gassed the Syrians? Is Germany’s supportive relationship to the Erdogan government a lawful one, in light of this evidence? Has the BND contributed to the geopolitical disinformation blaming Assad for the August 2013 Sarin attack? Has your parliament been deceived in this matter, particularly your intelligence oversight committee?

Clearly the Sarin case, considering Germany, as a knowledgeable or complicit actor in Syria, should be pursued against the Turkey via the legal mechanism of Völkerstrafgesetzbuch, as well as domestic prosecutions of those German officials, noting the BND particularly, who’ve failed in their reporting requirements and/or conspired to conceal a war crime or crime against humanity.

These should be questions and demand you will present to the federal prosecutor.

2) Germany’s foreign intelligence service (BND) lied to the German parliament’s intelligence oversight committee:

(Translated, highlighted text) “Berlin – The Federal Intelligence Service (BND) supports the assessment of the Americans that the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is behind the poison gas attacks on suburbs of Damascus on 21 August. In secret classified statements for security politicians, BND President Gerhard Schindler said a clear proof is missing. After an in-depth plausibility analysis, however, his ministry assumes that the regime is the culprit”

At Der Spiegel English:

[T]he country’s foreign intelligence agency, the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND), agrees with the US position which holds Syrian President Bashar Assad responsible for the poison gas attacks near Damascus on Aug. 21. In a secret briefing to select lawmakers on Monday, BND head Gerhard Schindler said that while there is still no incontestable proof, analysis of the evidence at hand has led his intelligence service to believe that Assad’s regime is to blame.

In the briefing, Schindler said that only the Assad regime is in possession of binary chemical weapons such as sarin. The BND believes that regime experts would be the only ones capable of manufacturing such weapons and deploying them with small missiles. The BND believes that such weapons had been used several times prior to the attack on Aug. 21, which is believed to have killed more than 1,400 people

3) We can know BND knew better because of intelligence officers who were too stupid to keep their mouths shut. In fact BND is not only competent in Syria, BND is dedicated to the overthrow of Assad:

The report quotes a US intelligence agent as saying: “No Western intelligence service has as good sources in Syria as the BND does.”

A member of the BND told the newspaper that the intelligence service was “proud of the important contribution [it] is making to the overthrow of the Assad regime.” The official was not named in the report

What will be known is, this is all information had been put before German parliamentarians and has been in their possession for the past two years, even as Angela Merkel parrots the intelligence agencies “Assad did it” no matter Assad didn’t do it, has never done it.

What is ugly is, German politicians accept being lied to by their own intelligence agency while keeping their mouths shut and sitting on their hands when in possession of evidence of the actual perpetrators of a war crime.

And, let’s not forget the sarin gas precursor chemicals were originally sourced or originated IN EUROPE, prior to transiting Turkey via a NATO nation’s intelligence agency (with complicity of intelligence agencies, plural, BND has covered this up), and delivered into the hands of al Qaida & Islamic State.

What should this covering up facts of a crime of poison gas recall? Angela Merkel’s political party’s origins with Adenauer welcoming Nazis into the Christian Democrats’ ranks? Transcendent Corruption & Corona Virus part two

In part one the reader was introduced to psyops (psychological operations) in its ‘civilian’ form (pioneered by Edward Bernays based on his uncle Sigmund Freud’s principles) euphemistically renamed ‘public relations’ or, the corporate form of applying propaganda to the consumer; little different to intelligence agencies targeting populations of hostile states with disinformation. Each approach, whether ‘civilian’ or military, seeks to manipulate a populace away from their self interest (even survival) to the benefit of the propaganda’s perpetrators. Having seen (in part one) the greed of western corporate oligarchs operates within a system essentially ‘legalizing’ what could amount to state sponsored murder with impunity, or shortly restated; allows for a ‘state of emergency’ to authorize use of unstudied, experimental drug that is very expensive, Bamlanivimab, on an unsuspecting populace in lieu of a known to be safe, proving to be effective and inexpensive drug, ivermectin, to treat covid, with the latter suppressed in corporate media. Now, we will look at the present ‘public relations’ (psyops) that point to disinformation relevant to vaccines (or so-called vaccines.)

Semantics & Splitting Hairs

What is a vaccine? Traditionally, a vaccine refers to employ of ‘inactivated’ (dead) virus to stimulate an immune response. The Chinese covid vaccine is based on this methodology, as were many years (decades) of flu shots. This method allows the immune system to do its job naturally.

What is gene therapy? For the past two decades, gene therapy refers tinkering with the genetic material itself, including mRNA. But Moderna denies its anti-covid therapy employing mRNA is gene therapy:

Well, Moderna lied. Not about the technique but the fact that mRNA research has fallen under the rubric of “gene therapy” for decades, as demonstrated at the National Institute of Health library in a plethora of research papers:

What the Moderna psyops people want you to think (when disingenuously narrowing the definition of gene therapy) is, because they are not modifying the DNA, where the actual genes are located, it is not gene therapy. But guess what? RNA is also genetic material with significance when it is subjected to corporate scientific (greed driven) monkey business.

The imperfect (but adequate) analogy would be DNA comprises the headquarters issuing instructions intended to build certain structures. mRNA is the courier delivering the DNA blueprint to the construction site. What mRNA “gene therapy” accomplishes is, it swaps the blueprint little different to if you’d sent instructions via a courier service but the instructions you’d sent are not what arrived at the intended destination because someone in the courier service had substituted the original with an altered set of instructions. In the case of the Moderna covid gene therapy (it is NOT a vaccine in any sense of what ‘vaccine’ meant prior to covid) the problem is (again, as in the case of Bamlanivimab in part one) this therapy has been ‘fast tracked’ and employed under emergency powers that forego the normal required studies that law would require prior to approval. In short, the long term health implications for the people receiving this therapy is unknown or restated, psychopath (greed driven) corporate lobbyists ($) have bought, convinced or otherwise subverted institutions to a point the common citizens are little different to lab rats.

Note the terminology “accelerated development”, “experimental” and “never been used.” In short other words, inadequately studied and only authorized for the fact of a ‘state of emergency.’

Following on part one (the suppression of an effective, cheap anti-covid drug, ivermectin, while promoting an unstudied, experimental drug, Bamlanivimab), in this follow on part two, it becomes clear promoting human health and rapid recovery is not the primary objective of the institutions charged with containing the so-called “pandemic.” In fact, it would appear transcendent corruption is treading a path towards a state of biological terror waged by the Western governments on its own citizens in absence of any practice of ethical self restraint that should have 1) employed ivermectin as a safe, cheap and effective covid cure and 2) developed a classic vaccine, with proven safe method based on ‘inactivated’ (dead) virus as the Chinese had done. Meanwhile, let’s hope the Chinese act responsibly in further research efforts when considering mRNA gene therapy. [5], [6], [7], [8]

Follow the Money

In whose interest is using the national body of citizens as lab rats?

Bill Gates is hardly a molecular scientist. What Bill Gates actually is, is a narcissist. Does Bill Gates understand that mRNA is experimental, understudied technique, that quite possibly could prove to be anything but beneficial to human health over long term? A narcissist won’t entertain the question. But the matter of fact is, Bill Gates is playing God with his wealth buying influence determining covid policy on a global scale in circumstance of demanding employ of experimental, understudied and/or untested remedies that can only be approved with emergency authorizations because they are NOT proven safe.

Lies by Omission

Meanwhile, in Serbia, media remaining silent on the effectiveness of ivermectin while the use of the experimental Bamlanivimab is allowed without warning of its unstudied/untested status (this author had emailed this information to several English language Serbian news outlets with no acknowledgement or reply), and where there is no exam of the experimental nature of the mRNA anti-covid injection, also allowed in Serbia, there appears to be an element of rank hypocrisy when the authority is threatening imprisonment for ‘fake news’ concerning vaccinations when the state itself is withholding information the citizens should require to make informed decisions; because it is truly disseminating fake news to allow citizens the impression mRNA ‘vaccines’ (gene therapies) are safe.

In light of the preceding, we should close with a dry observation; criminal negligence is demonstrated throughout the institutions charged with containing corona virus (on a global scale.) Whether due to corporate psyops (propaganda) manipulating narcissism in a state of greed driven political expediency or preying upon incompetence, transcendent corruption is the (above the law) corporate-coopted-corrupted state’s exercise of impunity. Who’s to panic? Leadership in a state of exposure?

Transcendent Corruption & Corona Virus part one

Since the days of Edward Bernays adapting his uncle Sigmund Freud’s psychological principles to propaganda (euphemistically renamed ‘public relations’) for purpose of corporate advertising, the world’s populace has been exposed to what the intelligence agencies refer to as ‘psyops’ or “psychological operations.” In certain circumstance these operations are carefully designed to be supported by politicians in the intelligence agency sense of ‘backstopped’ or restated: Lying to the public requires unethical ‘convincing’ (lying to) a nation’s leadership to accomplish certain (greed driven) marketing objectives. Furthermore, this ‘culture’ can easily reflect what rogue CIA officer Phillip Agee had noted becomes a social-environmental phenomenon:

“You get so used to lying that, after awhile, it’s hard to remember what the truth is.”

In short other words, capitalism’s lobbyist (public relations) infection creates a social-cultural environment where ‘truth’ becomes a ‘relative’ or incidental, accidental, or oftentimes, a deliberately concealed (depending on the level of awareness within the hierarchy) thing with little bearing on what has become a plasticized, or artificial, reality for the targets of larger psyops (populations.) [1]

The ‘psyops’ or psychology integrated to lobbyists’ presentations prepared for politicians are actually a necessary ‘pre-psyop’ to accomplish the larger psyops goal of manipulating a populace to ‘buy’ and it goes something like this hypothetical analysis of what is recently happening in Serbia:

“Patients … have started receiving a new drug against Covid-19, Bamlanivimab, which prevents further spread of the infection, that is, the progression of the disease from mild to severe…” [2]

Nowhere in this news presented at the Serbian media site is there any mention that

1) Bamlanivimab is an experimental drug that had been initially authorized for use against covid in the USA in December 2020 only because of a state of emergency; the drug has not been put through the necessary studies and medical trial procedures the law would normally require to protect the consumers.

2) Ivermectin, a cheap, generic drug, with a safety track record of 50 years use, had been shown in laboratory testing (April 2020 or a full year ago) to kill 99.8% of the covid 19 virus in 24 hours, but this medical fact is practically unknown to the Serbian medical community. Why?

3) Following the (dated April 2020 in the above screenshot) ivermectin lab test result on covid, this drug was used in Peru and there was a DRAMATIC DROP in covid deaths, that is until there was a change in political administration and the use of ivermectin had been restricted, which saw a DRAMATIC HIKE in covid deaths [5]

4) Demand from top health professionals across the world pushing data at the World Health Organization to attempt authorizing the use of ivermectin merely elicits a promise of a ‘probe’, no matter the existing positive result indicated in multiple trails comes from some of the top specialists in the world (as government institutions like the USA’s Federal Food & Drug Administration drag their feet and demand large, time consuming studies)

It’s not that I think that Ivermectin can help people. I know it helps people. The data is unmistakable and consistent. It shows quicker time to viral clearance, lower viral loads, faster times to recovery and lowered mortality rates” [6]

5) So, we have gone from “It is not yet known if Bamlanivimab is a safe and effective treatment for any condition” to the suppression of a known to be safe (fifty years) drug that is shown to beat covid. Why? A cheap generic drug (ivermectin) that is effective doesn’t make Eli Lilly (big pharma) money. The price of a experimental drug Bamlanivimab dose for covid? USD $1,250.

The price for an effective against covid dose of ivermectin? Over 95% less than Bamlanivimab

Yet Bamlanivimab is the national governments (not only in USA but following the USA’s lead) covid treatment of choice, even as the USA’s National Institute of Health allows (if not endorses) ivermectin as a covid treatment due to overwhelming pressure from medical professionals [7]

“Transcendent Corruption” is legal but unethical and immoral gains that exacts a social price up to, and is inclusive of, unnecessary suffering and death. It is in a sense legalized murder with impunity. It works like this: ‘science’ is presented to politicians by psyops (public relations) trained parties in a culture of political lies where lobbyists simply point to the USA ‘approving’ (not mentioning under emergency powers, forgoing safety studies) the unproven, experimental drug Bamlanivimab and altogether remain silent on ivermectin. Because the politicians are dependent on the lobbyists money and associated power, whether in ‘legal’ form of donation (transcendent corruption’s method of bribe) or other forms of enrichment such as investment, they simply accept the lobbyists’ word and Eli Lilly (big pharma’s player in this case) makes immense amounts of money with a dice throw on the common citizens backs; where the citizens not only pay the outrageous sum for the unproven medicine with taxes, the citizens will, in the absence of safety studies, perhaps pay in future with their literal lives. In the case someone brings up ivermectin as a plausible alternative, the lobbyists will point to the USA’s Food and Drug Administration (or other governments & agencies) recommending against its use, as well the World Health Organization having not yet approved ivermectin’s use, and fail to mention the USA’s National Institute of Health allows the use of ivermectin and the many positive reviews for this safe, cheap drug in treating covid by medical professionals across the world.

Relevant to the preceding, in Serbia, Transcendent Corruption in media takes a twofold track; neither of which is good for the common people. 1) the ‘regime’ is attacked as corrupt by those Western style media outlets characterized as ‘opposition’ but in fact are funded by a ‘who’s who’ of color revolution instigators such as Soros, and the many usual suspects fronting for Western intelligence agencies, such as the several organizations functioning under the ‘umbrella’ (‘whorehouse’ would be the better noun) of USAID. Predictably, there should be little interest in raising awareness concerning ivermectin in these ‘opposition’ media venues pushing agendas for Western corporate capitalism and its oligarch minions, in this case, those associated with big pharma. 2) There will be little motivation for the ‘regime’ to correct its mistakes in a sea of political lies and raise awareness concerning ivermectin; where in circumstance of Transcendent Corruption, with a psyops (public relations) assist, the principal leaders assume a posture of (self) denial of the actual facts; the regime’s politicians will have actually convinced themselves they are doing what is good for the people (authorize Bamlanivimab) and state controlled media will not bite the hand that feeds them. This is cumulative result of psyops preying upon a frailty of human psychology per the observation of Thucydides 2,500 years past:

Covid vs Flu: Where is the Grim Reaper’s Scythe in 2020-2021?

“…It is also clear that the overall death rate in 2020 was exceeded by the five years of 1999-2003. I need to define the death rate here, as it is based on the deaths per thousand people, which eliminates the fact that populations were lower in earlier years. It’s a given that larger population might have a higher death total from a given disease, but not a higher death rate. Diseases work on the susceptible individuals of a population and, thus, it is a proportion of the population that becomes ill or dies.

“That said, how does the death rate in the UK for 2020 compare to previous years? It is clear that the death rate in the UK for 2020 was not exceptional compared to previous years. How can that be? If you have Covid-19 as well as influenza killing people, what is going on? An observation has been made that, for some mysterious reason, influenza, as of April in the US, dropped to zero and continues at zero in the latest flu season.

“In light of the apparent missing influenza, claims have been made that masking, distancing, and lockdowns were completely effective against influenza, but then there is no talk about its failure in stopping Covid-19, which is a virus of the same size and transmission mode.

“Then, we are told that Covid is still around because people are not masking and such properly, which means influenza should also still be around in the US. Since these are infectious viruses, how can these restrictions be effective against one virus and not the other? It does not make sense.

“It is also easy to find that US states with strict mandates have the same rates of PCR-positive cases as those who do not. The conjecture can be made that influenza cases are largely reported as Covid-19, based either on a positive PCR test result or on symptoms alone.

“In the US, it is clear that there has been a monetary incentive for diagnosing the disease and encouraging hospitalizations. The cessation of other medical procedures and tests during this period clearly is going to lead to increased overall deaths. The fact that there appears to be no excess deaths despite this, indicates that the C-19 virus itself was not as lethal as they claim.

“Overall, the death rate in the UK is not out of line with the normal death rates from other years and clearly not close to the highest in the last 22 years. It is difficult to consider influenza deaths when there appears to be a bias toward categorizing influenza and other causes as Covid-19 deaths.

“Every year and, for that matter, all year long, there is a population of health-critical individuals who may be overwhelmed by a flu-like illness and open to pneumonia complications. The questionable Covid-19 PCR test appears to be keeping the presence of Covid-19 alive, possibly detecting viruses of the current flu season.

“The WHO is now admitting that that this test can be 97% false positives or more, with higher processing cycle numbers. The argument could be made that we have an epidemic of [false positive] testing…”

Or so says PhD biologist Banson Wilcot at ‘fringe conspiracy’ site Principia Scientific International. [1]

So, I looked up several references not related to the ‘fringe conspiracy’ site itself on the subject of how the ‘flu vanished’ and Wilcot seems to spot on.

Why? I was trying to make sense of Covid numbers in Serbia (that don’t make sense) and Wilcot’s was the first article I’d come across that addressed the issue in a sensible way. Specifically, I wanted to know how a vicious pathogen (Covid) could justify pandemic “measures” when the national mortality rate for the year 2020 hadn’t spiked (at all) in comparison to previous years:

The ‘fringe conspiracy’ site then caused me to look at other statistics to establish (or disestablish) its veracity while casting a wider net to see what is going on elsewhere in comparison to Serbia and violà! The so-called ‘progressive’ site VOX News supports two points made by ‘fringe conspiracy’ author Wilcot:

1) Flu has virtually vanished in the USA (VOX graph credit to Center for Disease Control and Prevention) for the 2020-2021 statistical season & 2) the VOX article upholds the oxymoron pointed out by Wilcot; crediting masks for the ‘historic’ low level of flu in the same environment where masks have NOT halted the spread of Covid, a disease spread by identical method. Clearly, someone is not being honest concerning the ‘vanished flu’ phenomenon and it would appear that dishonest someone is VOX and is NOT ‘fringe conspiracy’ author Wilcot. [3]

Now, for some initial perspective on what certainly appear to be grossly inflated figures ascribed to Covid in the USA with highly unreliable PCR tests as well as forgoing tests for other pathogens (includes the vanished flu and likely many tens of thousands of deaths by other pathogens and related underlying cause such as frail health or any other reason wrongly attributed to Covid.) [4]

If we take the roughly 500,000 deaths ‘attributed’ to Covid in the USA and apply that as a percentage to the USA population of about 330 million for the 2020-2021 season, Americans arrived at sacrificing their civil liberties for a 0.15% gross population Covid death rate that relies on severely inflated (official) Covid numbers incorporating the missing flu and untold other causes of death such as stress related deaths due to underlying health issues aggravated by lock-downs, Covid related policies pushing people into poverty & higher mortality, America’s staggering problem with obesity (Covid kills obese people in high numbers), attrition in America’s exploding homeless population et cetera. These numbers won’t be properly sorted before years of study but in the meanwhile a highly politicized (Dr ‘Faustus’ driven) Covid panic-power grab dishonestly lumps everything together. Bolstering Wilcot’s account:

“I still can’t find 500,000 excess deaths caused by Covid in 2020; they’re simply not there among the diseases the CDC reported out and since the base risk is 1/50,000 even across half the population being infected we could only account for 3,000 deaths. It is thus clear that if in fact Covid-19 has killed anywhere near the number of people claimed those other morbid conditions, all of which are serious diseases standing alone, have to account for the increase between them. Indeed the most-common, by far (40% of additional deaths by disease) were due to heart attacks and the next was diabetes at 13%. Between diabetes and heart attacks, both almost-exclusively due to lifestyle choices and thus your personal decisions, 53% of the excess 120,475 deaths are accounted for. If we add in strokes, which also are largely lifestyle-related then we’re at about 2/3rds.

Among those diseases that are allegedly “the biggest comorbid factors” I can find only 120,475 more deaths that Covid-19 may have contributed to and which included those diseases as a causal factor in total. Did Covid-19 cause all of those 120,000 additional deaths or were they caused by, in the case of diabetes, strokes and heart attacks for example, the additional 50lbs that a material percentage of people put on during the lockdowns (and over 20lbs on average!) from eating takeout trash full of fast carbs and being involuntarily cooped up in their homes? We do not know so this can only describe an upper boundary or caused mortality — not a lower one. This analysis doesn’t mean even more people didn’t die with Covid, but an alleged “Covid” death that wasn’t accompanied by one of the CDC’s specifically-called out diseases” (maybe those 500,000 USA covid deaths don’t actually exist: 24 April 2021 update, read it HERE)

As pointed out by Wilcot, the official USA numbers (that don’t add up) are consistent with what is observed in the United Kingdom’s data. It should be expected this will be the case elsewhere.

Back to Serbia:

If we take the ‘official’ Covid death rate 0.9% or 4,700 deaths (necessarily includes the ‘missing’ flu and other untold manner of death) and rather than apply this to what should be called ‘the includes false positives aggregate’ or 516,000 (reported positives) and instead apply this official death statistic (4,700) attributed to Covid to the 8,700,000 population of Serbia as whole (includes untested & tested negative) to arrive at 0.05%, it is only then a flat national death rate (no significant statistical increase) for the ‘pandemic’ year 2020 begins to make sense because it is only then we can understand what happened to the ‘missing’ flu and other, untold manner of death. They’ve been folded into the Covid statistic. There is no other straightforward explanation. [5]

Now that ‘fringe conspiracy’ author Banson Wilcot PhD is vindicated, let’s shortly note one other article at the ‘offending’ site Principia Scientific International on Covid: the article by another PhD (psychology), Dr Elsa Schieder, on Ivermectin. In short, she simply states what is known to be a scientifically established fact; Ivermectin cures Covid, except in those states that suppress this information about an effective, generic (cheap) drug that should render the vaccine hysteria moot. The inescapable conclusion is that Covid, although real, and in some cases deadly, is not nearly so lethal on a societal-wide basis as it is presented to us, and need not be nearly so lethal as it presently is. The obvious question is why?

Social Analysis

Firstly, in Western cultures particularly, people lie to themselves, especially when it comes to pecuniary interests versus altruism. There is big money in addressing Covid as a (blown out of proportion) ‘pandemic’ and self importance takes on altruism as a lie (self deceit of doing the right thing) when in fact it is the pecuniary interests (money is power) driving the urge to control. So, the Covid ‘pandemic’ is not as much a conspiracy to control populations (even as strategies are devised to do this) as much as it is a self-importance inflating, power driven meme.

Western style politicians (taking bait from the sociopath oligarchs fishing for them with lobbyists) are narcissists, and narcissists are those personality constructs which are most prone to self deceits. In lay terms, it should be said our leaders are self-aggrandizing morons incapable of comprehending the damage they are causing is by far worse than the damage which should happen if they were to step out of the way, stop politicizing medicine and let the community doctors do their job with a full set of Covid facts available to them (e.g. treat with Ivermectin.)

Insofar as the ‘fringe conspiracy’ site Principia Scientific International, well, in fact it harbors an Islamophobe associated personality like the Dr Elsa Schieder mentioned above, who it just happens provided accurate information on Ivermectin, together with any number of other trained scientists who do not (for whatever reasons) find a place in mainstream to have a voice. What does it say about Western culture when searching for the better information, one finds it at a site that is not entirely wholesome? How is that somehow more damning than the Western media lies we are fed every day by corporate entities protecting the interests of Western oligarchs and their corrupt self (and societal-wide) political deceits concerning Covid, leading to unnecessary loss of life?

Serbia’s Kosovo Solution (proposed draft)

The President of Serbia proposes and the Prime Minister initiates the following individual legislative acts in precisely this order:

1) The Serbian province of Kosovo is partitioned by Serbia’s National Legislature to effect removing the ethnic Serb majority region of Mitrovica from the Province of Kosovo, where Mitrovica becomes its own administrative district joined to Sumadia & Western Serbia.

2) The south of the Serbian Province of Kosovo region of Metohija inclusive of any adjoining/adjacent ethnic Serbian (includes those non-Orthodox minorities who traditionally identify as Serbs) majority lands shall become the Autonomous Serbian Exclave of Metohija & Old Serbia.

3) Serbia recognizes Republika Srpska’s “Right of Self Determination of Peoples” as a right to join with Serbia, especially as provided for in foundational (preambles) law of relevant United Nations Multilateral Treaties.

4) A resolution: when these preceding are backed by The European Union, Berlin, and other interested parties per International Law, and furthermore, functionally honored by the de facto government at Pristina, Serbia’s Constitution will be amended to recognize an independent Kosovo.

How Macrocosmic Western Propaganda Launders Geopolitical Crimes

This essay goes to the matter of Kosovo; where the Western states (NATO & the EU) has determined Serbia is not fit to govern a minority (of ethnic Albanians) on their own (Serbian) territory but the now purported (by the West) independent Kosovo is fit to govern a minority (of ethnic Serbs.)

The EU position seems to embrace attitude of ‘never mind the inconvenient fact’ that recent Kosovo ‘leaders’ are being arrested and delivered to international tribunal for crimes against ethnic Serbs (includes organ harvesting), also not to mention what amounts to mere ‘lip service’ (no concrete action or enforcement) concerning the repatriation of 250,000 Serbs driven from Kosovo in an ethnic Albanian engineered cleansing pogrom following the NATO bombing of Serbia.

Insofar as an EU repatriation precedent, Croatia’s ethnic cleansing of Srpska Krajina shows the dishonesty of the EU position; there is no realistic expectation (and never was) by the European Union that the 200,000 Serbs expelled from this (formerly) Serb majority region would be allowed to return to Croatia and their homes. Meanwhile Croatia had been admitted to the European Union.

So, in the context of Serbs are not trustworthy to govern an ethnic minority of Albanians but Albanians are trustworthy to govern a minority of Serbs, the EU de facto embraces (actual outcomes, not political postures) just the sort of ethnic cleansing the NATO bombing was supposed to stop?

NATO ‘just allowed’ another massive pogrom to happen when they’d gained control over Kosovo? Huh. Maybe that Albanian ‘majority’ wasn’t statistically big enough to justify an independent Kosovo (and secure a now ostensibly ‘independent’ Kosovo a ‘right’ to host Camp Bondsteel.)

Now, in this tangled pressures of arbitrary jurisdictions imposed on Serbia by the EU, NATO and the American military occupation of Serbia’s southern-most province of Kosovo (Camp Bondsteel), it should do to breakdown the logistics of the Western democracies dishonest game.

“Camp Bondsteel is the main base of the United States Army under KFOR command in Kosovo. Located near Ferizaj in the eastern part of Kosovo, the base serves as the NATO headquarters for KFOR’s Multinational Battle Group East”

The order is interesting, as well, the nomenclature. The American army figures first (“main base of the United States Army”) ‘under’ (watch how this deceit plays out) KFOR command … serves as NATO’s headquarters for KFOR’s Multinational Battlegroup ..” or in the deciphered military ‘Orwellian-speak’ the American dominated NATO (every NATO “Supreme Allied Commander Europe” has been an American general throughout NATO’s history) keeps a “Battle Group” in Kosovo. This language is entirely inconsistent with ‘peace keeping.’ It is worth noting here, it had been when this occupying force had been 50,000 strong and deployed across Kosovo, Kosovo’s ethnic Albanians were ‘somehow’ allowed to push 250,000 Serbian civilians out of Kosovo in a pogrom that can only be defined as ethnic cleansing in violation of international human rights conventions.

In short other words, the KFOR mission established to bring an end to the fighting, between the Serbian army and the Kosovo Liberation Army, after the Serb army was withdrawn, KFOR clearly took the side of the Kosovo Liberation Army and ‘stood guard’ as the KLA (an insurgent army) was allowed to push 250,000 Serb residents out of homes in their own country, an event the Serb army had prevented prior to NATO establishing control.

Now, the preceding evolving into a NATO ‘authority’ had been extrapolated from UN Resolution 1244 which language is quite inconsistent with the historical reality…

“to resolve the grave humanitarian situation in Kosovo, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and to provide for the safe and free return of all refugees and displaced persons to their homes”

…while noting Kosovo is entered into the UN record as territory belonging to Serbia (Yugoslavia being a union of Serbia & Montenegro at this time.)

In short, on the pretext of ‘humanitarian intervention’ via a UN Resolution that NATO had never intended to honor (‘the proof is in the pudding’), an illegal insurgency had been morphed, via geopolitical chicanery, into a rouge ‘state’ governed by KLA war criminals secured by NATO.

“Transcendent Corruption” is the value I have assigned to the parties embracing ‘color of law’ (a veneer of legality masking corruption) wherein law is made to serve the interests of autocrats (e.g. Merkel), plutocrats (e.g. the Clinton & Biden families), & oligarchies (e.g. the European Union) and when taken together amount to rule by the most powerful corporate board personalities (the puppeteers) in the 21st Century model of feudalism manifesting as fascism but is labelled democracy to assuage the peasants (the citizens) sensibilities.

All of this follows on historical facts overlooked by the Western propaganda machine; Eastern Orthodoxy’s majority Serbian population in the region of Srpska Krajina recently (90s Balkan Wars) had been ethnically cleansed from Catholic Croatia by “Operation Storm” (never mind the Serbs have been made the boogeyman for everything that went wrong with the breakup of Yugoslavia), as well the fact unnatural ethnic borders have been enforced in relation to Republik Srpska, ensuring there will be ongoing tensions within Bosnia on the border of Serbia and not least, the remnant Serb majority region in the North of Kosovo is denied their right of self determination to join with Serbia, ensuring perpetual inter-ethnic conflict that serves only to weaken the institutions of state via ongoing radicalization of both populations, Orthodox Christian Serb and Muslim Albanian. And then, we have Metohija or the bona fide historical spiritual center of the Serbian people of the past 1,000 years.

It must be noted that, similar to the Sioux Indians had founded their culture upon a spiritual relationship to the Black Hills of South Dakota from which they had been expelled, Serbia’s relationship to “Old Serbia” (Kosovo) is little different; imperial ambition had seen the Serbs ethnically cleansed by the Albanians on multiple occasions, first under the ‘patronage’ of the Ottoman Turks favoring the Islamic population, then a minority, and after, the Albanians were backed in further pursuing pogroms against Serbs of Kosovo by the fascist Axis powers of World War II (similar to Croatian Ustasha persecution of Serbs during the war) pushing more of the Serb population out, wherein a coup de grace of sorts was delivered by communism under Tito, who forbade ethnic Serbs to return to their homes in Kosovo following 1945. This is a legacy NATO has furthered as ‘enforcers’ of wresting away Kosovo from Serbia. Kosovo is the original “Old Serbia” that continues to hold the center of Serbian cultural identity via the (ongoing) monastic tradition of Orthodoxy in the region of Metohija.

Then, steps into this mess the last people (if they had any sense of shame at all) who should mediate the current tensions, the Germans, Angela Merkel, particularly, and more recently, Ursula von der Leyen, whose family pedigree is a who’s who of empire personalities that cannot help perception in a Serbia whose memories of the NAZI occupation are still sharp.

‘Mediating’ the current controversy where Kosovo’s criminal administration (under the ‘protection’ of NATO) is allowing radical Wahhabism to proselytize the ethnic Albanian population away from the more moderate mainstream of Islam in the cradle of the Orthodox Serb civilization, Europe demanding Serbia recognize and do business with a cabal of criminals couldn’t do a better job of promoting a war of civilizations if it had actually tried; if one were to presume it is mere incompetence derived from ego-narcissism has birthed this circumstance into the present. But maybe it is more than that, a weakened Serbia with artificial borders is ‘low hanging fruit’ with possibility of consolidating control over a region culturally tied to Russia, as well, historically coveted by the Catholic headquarters at Rome.

In the many geopolitical machinations employed by Merkel, von der Leyen, Trump (and now Biden), not to mention the ‘rolling over’ to sound of a dog-whistle by Serbian sell-outs Vucic & Brnabic, there is a canine turd on the table no one dares mention: the Western Christianity’s animus towards Eastern Orthodoxy, particularly Slav Orthodoxy. The smell is in the air.

“…keeping in mind the fact that Bishop Grigorije has a very strong influence among the bishops, the regime has decided to do everything possible to reduce the chances that a man opposed to the government would be elected the new patriarch.

“That is why the confrontation with Grigorije, who has repeatedly said what he thinks about the “golden age of Serbia”, is becoming more and more acute and dangerous. Although the reason for this is his interview given almost a month ago, the fact remains that Grigorije is a threat the regime’s plans on two fronts which is more than enough reason to present this priest from Herzegovina as Serbia’s greatest enemy and a man who “divides the believers”.

“The matrix is always the same – the opponent is first dragged through the mud by the media, with the media, which broadcast on national frequencies, usually discovering “unknown facts”, i.e. false information, about him and his life.

“If this is not enough, they move on to the recording of videos in which “brave”, albeit unknown reporters, question the human characteristics of the victim of persecution, which is also an open invitation to lynch. Those who do not understand this, just think back of how Oliver Ivanović died”

Finally, something a little closer the real reasons behind the invitation to make the assassination manifest:

“…the instigators of the smear campaign against the bishop decided to take advantage of the fact that he does not share the vision of “progressive” Serbia and the Church and thus mark him as a traitor, while creating the impression that it would be a patriotic act to remove [assassinate] such a person” [1]

The lie of the Serbian state (Vucic oligarchy) concerning Bishop Gregorije being in opposition to the church is egregious; the Church position has always been Metohija is, and always will be, Serbia. Insofar as ‘progressive’, the ‘progress’ of the (German controlled) European Union has been little short of demanding an European monoculture derive from the social tensions born of multiculturalism. It is unnatural process, devoid of community spirit, temporally corrupt in the extreme and founded upon geopolitical propaganda lies, as has been the entire business of an independent Kosovo. Post 1945, the Reich is realizing its vision ‘over the long game.’ Recalling Rome’s embrace of Sainthood for the Catholic (Nazi collaborator) Alojzije Stepinac, it is perfectly clarified Slav Orthodoxy has no place in this ‘vision.’

If there were the slightest intention to preserve the integrity of Serb Orthodoxy in the machinations of Western Europe in the Balkans, Vucic would propose, Brnabic would initiate and the European Union would endorse an exclave of Serbian territory in that remaining portion of Metohija that is majority Serb populated. It would have more population than some United Nations states and there is precedence in Azerbaijan’s exclave Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. But, no, this is not on the table, it is intended Slav Orthodoxy will be strangled and made extinct (replaced with ‘Eastern Rite’ Catholicism) in the Balkans.

Populism, and related nationalism, manifest in two forms, the healthy and the unhealthy, the benign and the malignant, the tranquil and the rage. The EU, NATO, and yes, the Church at Rome, all, have a hand in fostering the unhealthy, the malignant, and the rage. The epilogue of this would be the conversion of Serbia to “progressive” European monoculture at the point of a gun.
