Priča o tome kako se odbrana svete zemlje američkih starosedelaca promenila, za više od dvadeset godina, u igru međunarodnih intriga i preživljavanja atentata; sa zaključcima

Hronologija događaja u slučaju Ronalda Tomasa Vesta (skraćeni rezime)

Flojd Heviraner, tradicionalni ratni poglavica Blekfit Indijanaca u Montani, me je 1987. godine zamolio da nadgledam interes Ministarstva poljoprivrede Sjedinjenih Američkih Država (Šumska služba) za traženje nafte i prirodnog gasa na zemljištu plemena Blekfit, zaštićenim sporazumom, poznatom kao „Badger-Two-Medicine“, takođe poznat kao „Ustupljeni pojas“, koji podleže plemenskim pravima po takozvanom „Grinel sporazumu“ koji je takođe poznat kao „Ugovor iz 1895“.

Flojd je 1988. godine, angažovao Marka Milera iz Ostina, u Teksasu (koji je imao licencu u Montani) kao pravnog zastupnika za Blekfitovo „Društvo hrabrih pasa“, takođe poznato kao i „Ludi psi“, u Flojdovom svojstvu tradicionalnog kulturnog vođe te drevne plemenske organizacije.

Do 1991. godine, kao glavni istražitelj u ime Društva hrabrih pasa, u udruženju sa Markom Milerom, prikupio sam obimne dokumentarne dokaze protiv kriminalnog prstena, koji je radio unutar Ministarstva poljoprivrede Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, u ime korporacije ŠEVRON, a koji su sadržali detalje orkestriranog nastojanja da lažiraju usklađenost sa zakonima, koji bi inače trebalo da štite to područje u ime Društva hrabrih pasa, koji obuhvata službenike Sjedinjenih Američkih Država koji su vršili nezakonite radnje, uključujući krivična dela:

Laganje Hrabrim psima i veću Laganje javnosti

Laganje Kongresa o sledećim posebnim primenjivim zakonima (Zakon o nacionalnom istorijskom očuvanju „tradicionalne kulturne baštine“)

Prikrivanje od Hrabrih pasa, veća i javnosti da je Šumska služba upoznata sa tim primenjivim zakonima

Prikrivanje obuke službenika Šumske službe za te iste primenjive zakone Namerno kršenje tih istih zakona, u korist ŠEVRONA

Ova inkriminišuća dokumenta, uzeta zajedno, ukazuju na isprepletenu i organizovanu kriminalnu mrežu, oličenu u vladinim službenicima koji rade u korist ŠEVRONA, u svrhu namernog lažiranja usklađenosti sa zakonom, koji ide do najviših nivoa Sjedinjenih Američkih Država u Vašingtonu DC. Ovaj poseban kriminalni događaj je organizovan i njime se upravljalo iz sedišta Severnog regiona jedan Šumske službe Sjedinjenih Američkih Država u Misuli, u Montani, a implementiran je preko kancelarija Luis i Klark, Nacionalne šume u Grejt Folz, u Montani.

Ova dokumenta su inkorporirana u administrativnu žalbu kada su ŠEVRON-ove (i FINA-ine) dozvole za bušenje bile odobrene po automatizmu u sedištu Severnog regiona jedan u Misuli. Ova žalba je momentalno zaustavila projekat. Neprilika u prikrivanju kriminalne mreže postignuta je birokratskim nalogom, kada je FBI odbio da se uključi (lično sam informisao agenta koji je pregledao dokumentaciju i priznao njihov sadržaj, ali je tvrdio da nema ovlašćenje da reaguje i uputio me na kancelariju tužioca Sjedinjenih Američkih Država (Ministarstva pravde Sjedinjenih Američkih Država) u Bilingsu, u Montani, za koga je izjavio da je veoma dobro upoznat sa problemima). Nakon što je Generalni inspektor Ministarstva poljoprivrede Sjedinjenih Američkih Država odbio da ovo istraži, kancelarija Generalnog inspektora Ministarstva poljoprivrede Sjedinjenih Američkih Država je izjavila da oni neće da se uključe pod izgovorom da je to pitanje već potegnuto u procesu administrativne žalbe. Pošto se vlada (i Ševron) nisu usudili da dozvole da dokumenta uđu u evidenciju federalnog suda, gde bi bili stavljeni pred sudiju (ili sudije po žalbi u sudskoj parnici), senator Sjedinjenih Američkih Država Maks Baukus je napravio politički dil sa Ševronom koji je sadržao zamenu najma i Ševron se povukao. Kada sam ja lično uspeo da stavim inkriminišuća dokumenta u ruke (odnedavno novog) šefa Šumske službe Flojda Tomasa, on je pokušao da zatvori sedište Severnog regiona jedan

i da premesti operacije u Denver gde „bi bile pod pomnim nadzorom“. Bili su potrebni napori dva senatora Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, Maksa Baukusa i Konrada Bernsa da se ovo preokrene.

Beleška 1) REDIGOVANO

Beleška 2) Dva advokata koji su informisali vladinu stranu (Šumsku službu) o domorodačkim pravnim problemima tokom ovog perioda, Džon Ju i Džej Bajbi, kasnije će postati ozloglašeni kao Bušovi „advokati za mučenje“ povezani sa Kondolizom Rajs. Kondoliza Rajs je (pre i posle Bušovog režima) imala bliske veze sa ŠEVRONOM.

Beleška 3) Sedište „Severnog regiona jedan“ u Montani ima dugu vezu sa CIA-om, koja datira od 1950-ih i još uvek aktivan odnos u 1970-ima i verovatno tokom 1980-tih i kasnije, u vezi sa avio uslugama, viškom imovine i pranja novca kroz vazduhoplove korišćene u agencijskom prevozu oružja i otpadničkih elemenata (crni budžet) međunarodne trgovine narkoticima.

Beleška 4) Tokom mog istraživačkog rada, kojim je otkriven kriminalni prsten unutar vlade koji radi za ŠEVRON, Asocijacija veterana je iznenada i lažno dijagnostifikovala da bolujem od „psihoze“. Uspeo sam da poništim ovo tako što sam nezavisno otišao na evaluaciju u isti medicinski centar koji je Asocijacija veterana koristila za proučavanje šizofrenije, i ispalo je da sam čist.

Beleška 5) Nakon ovoga, moju evidenciju u Asocijaciji veterana je pregledao „specijalista“ iz Vašingtona DC i određena dokumenta su nestala, tako da izgleda kao da sam ja prevario Asocijaciju veterana. Na zakazanom saslušanju, gde sam pokazao kopiju kritičnog dokumenta koji nedostaje i koji je bio neophodan za moju odbranu, saslušanje je otkazano na licu mesta, a optužbe odbačene.

Beleška 6) 1998. godine sam dao ostavku na poslu u Milerovoj advokatskoj kancelariji zbog zdravstvenih problema.

2001. godine, iz Vest Glasiera, u Montani preselio sam se u Sandija Park, u Novi Meksiko. Nakon toga, krajem leta 2005. godine, upisao sam najmlađeg sina u Ist Mauntin srednju školu (čarter škola), instituciju za ubrzano učenje. Škola je slučajno imala značajne veze sa moćnim ličnostima u korporativnom vojno-industrijskom kompleksu u Albukerkiju.

Do kasne jeseni, intenzivan pritisak je započeo u obliku prekomernog maltretiranja, činilo se da je namera da budemo naterani da napustimo školu.

Započeo sam sopstvenu istragu i otkrio suštinske razloge. Tokom ovog procesa, ono što sam sam otkrio bilo je sledeće:

Krivična dela vezana za obrazac ponašanja škole i opsežna kršenja građanskih prava posebno učenika manjina, i drugih učenika, od strane neprikladnog uticaja ličnosti ultra desnog krila, rasističkog, „Hrišćanskog Dominiona“.

Ono što spolja izgleda je da je to američka čarter škola (EMHS) sa ubačenim obaveštajnim agentima koji su zaposleni kao nastavnici.

Moguće korišćenje „putovanja u inostranstvo“ sponzirisanih od strane škole kao pokriće za tajne operacije u Latinskoj Americi i Evropi.

U međuvremenu, izazvao sam paralelnu istragu (od kraja 2006. do proleća 2007. godine) o nezakonitim aktivnostima škole, od strane člana školskog upravnog veća, Džima Hilija, u pogledu maltretiranja mog sina i mene. Tokom ove druge (paralelne) istrage od strane člana školskog upravnog veća Džima Hilija, prišao mi je drugi član školskog upravnog veća, David Volter, koji me je obavestio da stajem na žulj članovima „Veća za odnose sa inostranstvom“ i upozorio me (pretnja) „Da se nisi usudio da umešaš advoкate“. Volter je dalje izjavio da bilo kakva akcija da se škola bude odgovorna „Nema šanse“ ni pod kakvim okolnostima. Za manje od godinu dana, jedan nastavnik iz škole (ubačeni obaveštajac, skoro sigurno CIA), Vins Langan, bio je deo tima koji je pokušao da mi postavi zasedu u Berlinu.

Sa nerešenim slučajem Ist Mauntin srednje škole, sveže razveden, prodatom kućom i najmlađim detetom na koledžu, otišao sam iz Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, u julu 2007. godine, da prisustvujem konferenciji na univerzitetu Johan Gutenberg u Majncu, u Nemačkoj.

Nisam imao nameru da se vratim u Sjedinjene Američke Države u kratkom roku, shvatajući da sam stvorio moćne korumpirane neprijatelje, a bez adekvatnih resursa koji su neophodni da se izvrši zatvaranje slučaja čarter škole. Ipak, u međuvremenu sam pokazao osobama koje su povezane sa školskom administracijom da nisam imao nameru da ostavim taj slučaj. To je proizvelo sledeći rezultat:

3. oktobra 2007. godine, rutinski sam tražio bankomat (ATM) koji sam obično koristio kod Johan Taler Čosi šoping centra u berlinskom predgrađu Bric. Tokom moje procene (profesionalna bezbednosna obuka) da li ima nekih pretnji, uspeo sam da pokrenem tim koji je čekao u zasedi kod lokacije bankomata. Pošto sam ih uočio pre nego što su shvatili da su otkriveni, uspeo sam da vizuelno identifikujem Vinsa Langana iz Ist Mauntin srednje škole, jednog od ubica, u okolnostima u kojima su mi i omogućili da pobegnem i da učinim da Langan shvati da je identifikovan. Dve nedelje kasnije, imao sam drugi bliski susret sa pokušajem ubistva od strane nepoznate osobe u metrou broj 7.

Smesta sam (sledećeg jutra) otišao iz Berlina u Lindau (Bodenze).

Beleška 7) Moje praćenje do lokacije bankomata u inostranstvu zahtevalo je pristup mojim bankovnim informacijama koje mogu da se dobiju preko takozvanog „Pisma o nacionalnoj sigurnosti“. Ovo ukazuje na umešanost korumpiranog FBI-a.

Otišavši iz Berlina u Lindau sredinom oktobra, ubrzo sam organizovao preko treće strane (REDIGOVANO) pozivnicu za nemačke vlasti da nadgledaju moju situaciju („pratite me i gledajte“). Ovo je bio namerni trik da uhvatim u zamku ono u šta sam verovao (u to vreme) da je bio pokušaj ubistva uzbunjivača (mene), u vezi sa krivičnim delima koja su počinile bogate, korumpirane ličnosti povezane sa Ist Mauntin srednjom školom.

Dve nedelje kasnije, jednog ranog nedeljnog jutra 4. novembra 2007. godine, dok sam šetao, kada je napolju bilo malo ljudi, prigušeni metak ispaljen iz puške sa velike udaljenosti za malo me je promašio i napravio rupu u parkiranom automobilu pored koga sam prolazio.

Posle toga, u utorak 4. decembra 2007. godine, shvatio sam da sam privukao nemački nadzor koji sam tražio, kada sam putovao da održim prezentaciju u grupi studenata (REDIGOVANO), nemačka policija je pročešljala voz kojim sam putovao, tražila jednog putnika u mom vagonu i tražila lične karte od svih i ispitivala sve osim mene.

Beleška 8) Projektil velike brzine je pogodio parkirani automobil, pored kog sam prolazio, takvom silinom, bilo je jasno zbog zvuka, da je probio metal karoserije, odbio se o potporni zid ispred koga je automobil bio, zarotirao se i zaustavio ispod automobila. Vratio sam se na tu lokaciju posle nekoliko dana, procenio mogućnosti i postalo je jasno da je pucanj ispaljen sa velike udaljenosti, sa prirodnog uzvišenja (strane brda) sa dobrim zaklonom sa udaljenosti od možda 500 metara.

Preselio sam se u Limburg u rano proleće 2008. godine, a zatim u Visbaden (u junu), prihvatajući poziv univerziteta u Majncu, da predajem tečaj (na engleskom) o američkom ustavnom pravu (letnji semestar). Ovo leto 2008. godine bila je intenzivna igra mačke i miša za mene, vezano za moje ubice/lovce. Od nekoliko susreta u Visbadenu, najupečatljiviji događaji su:

Moj motorola (Razer) mobilni telefon sa karticom američkog T-mobile iznenada je prestao da se ponaša normalno, nije više pokaziovao „t- mobile D“ (nemački) logo prijem, nije više tražio međunarodni kod da pristupim svojoj govornoj pošti u SAD-u, u stvari ekran je pokazivao (a telefon se ponašao) kao da sam zaista bio u SAD-u. Nekako je imao konekciju oko ili kroz nemačku prijemnu mrežu i izgleda da ga je koristila američka obaveštajna agencija (NSA) da preko GPS nađe moju lokaciju u realnom vremenu. Prebacio sam moj telefon na nemačku t-mobile pripejd karticu.

Otprilike u vreme kada sam primetio da se dogodila ova promena na telefonu, jedna staklena kuglica je ispaljena na mene dok sam šetao trotoarom punim ljudi na Severnoj strani (moje područje stanovanja) u Visbadenu. Čuo sam nešto što je izgledalo kao da je neki snažni mehanizam sa oprugom otpušten iza mene, i okrenuo sam se da pogledam i video jednog čoveka kako me oštro posmatra dok je izlazio iz gužve (braon stetson šešir od čvrstog filca, nosio je akten tašnu), stao na

ulicu, prešao ulicu i pobegao. Nastavio je da gleda u mene kao da je očekivao da će se nešto desiti. Kada sam se vratio u stan, seo sam za radni sto i skinuo pletenu kapu, jedna veoma mala staklena kuglica, izgledalo je kao da je napunjena mutnom tečnošću, ispala je iz moje kape na tastaturu računara. Ova kuglica se zaustavila nedirnuta u mojoj kapi, tamo gde je kapa bila podvijena na potiljku. Pažljivo sam stavio (bez dodirivanja) tu staklenu kuglicu u malu bočicu od leka sa mojim imenom na njoj, i spakovao je u papirnu maramicu kao meru predostrožnosti da se pošalje po (REDIGOVANO) na analizu.

Nakon ovog prethodnog incidenta, primetio sam da je izgledalo kao da sam praćen sa svrhom da se ustanove moje rutinske navike (GPS komponenta je izgleda bila izgubljena zbog moje telefonske konverzije).

Jedna osoba se urezala u moje pamćenje, iako nisam znao ko je ona u leto 2008. godine, bila je tada aktivni CIA službenik, Sabrina De Sousa. Istakla se zbog toga što mi se nasmešila kada je prolazila ulicom. Bila je delimično obučena u ležernu odeću južne Azije i nasmešila mi se znalački i izrazom koji može da se smatra osobitim samo kada sretnete potpunog neznanca. To je obeležilo De Sousu u mom pamćenju.

Od nekoliko pokušaja tokom ovog perioda, jedan pokušaj je jasno ličio na tehniku korišćenu u „Imam rapito affair“ (skandal otetog imama), poznatu i kao slučaj Abu Omar, u koji je De Sousa bila uključena. Vraćao sam se sa svog predavanja u Majncu kada sam primetio (zahvaljujući svojoj obuci) odstupanje od nečega što bi inače izgledalo kao jedan normalan i nebitan događaj. Grupa muškaraca, obučena u tipično plavo nemačko radno odelo za muškarce, bila je na pauzi.

Ta okolnost mi je upala u oči dok sam prilazio, iz sledećih razloga: nije bilo razgovora uopšte, izgledali su „namešteno“ (ukočeno, kao da im je gluma nepoznata radnja), imali su američki govor tela i ono što bih nazvao fizički izgled „Delta jedinica“ (građu tela koju biste tipično sreli kod hiper fizički istreniranih vojnika za specijalne operacije). Izuzev odeće, uopšte nisu izgledali kao nemački radnici. Moja ruta trotoarom bi me odvela između onoga što je bio zbijeni polukrug trojice ovih „radnika“ i polukruga zatvorenog prema ulici belim kombijem bez prozora, sa otvorenim kliznim bočnim vratima sa najmanje jednim putnikom.

Postojao je četvrti „radnik“ na mestu suvozača (sa otvorenim vratima) jednog automobila parkiranog odmah iza kombija, koji je krio registarske tablice kombija sa zadnje strane. Izgledalo je da je on postavljen na „zadnju poziciju“, u slučaju ako bih ja izbegao ili nekako prošao kroz prvu trojicu, bio je postavljen da me ugura u kombi. Jasno, očekivalo se da ću proći između polukruga i kombija. Prišao sam nezainteresovano, da bih prišao što je bliže moguće zbog vizuelne procene, i u poslednjem momentu umesto da nastavim trotoarom u ono što je sigurno bila zamka kako bi me „zgrabili“ i „oteli“ (mogli su da me ubace u kombi i nadvladaju za nekoliko sekundi, manje od pet, sigurno), skrenuo sam na ulicu, u saobraćaj (imao sam sreće da me neka kola nisu pregazila). Izbegavanje je bilo jednostavno.

Poslednji pokušaj u Visbadenu je bio kada je stan, koji sam iznajmljivao, trebalo da bude oglašen za nove podstanare. Momentalno se zainteresovao jedan par, koji je tamo živeo u vojnoj bazi Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Ovaj nemački par nije mogao da iščeka da preuzme stan od mene, bili su nervozni da se usele što je pre moguće. On je bio iz bivšeg DDR-a, bio je veliki obožavalac Džordža Buša i radio je za američku vojsku u nekom tajnom svojstvu (neuhvatljivo), a ona je vodila cvećaru u bazi.

Ubrzo me je nazvala i izjavila da bi volela da donese neke pakete da ostavi u stanu, veče pre nego što se ja iselim (u petak), što je dodatno upalilo crvenu lampicu. Jednostavno sam rekao da me nazove u utorak pre toga i da onda pita, pošto još nisam mogao da znam da li ću biti kod kuće to veče kada je ona želela da dođe sa paketima. Znao sam (ali nisam rekao) da je vlasnik stana želeo da nešto renovira. Otišao sam nedelju dana pre mog roka za izlazak, i kada je ona nazvala, stan je u potpunosti prečešljao vlasnik, a ja sam već sedam dana bio izvan Visbadena. Kada je pitala da li paketi mogu da se donesu u četvrtak, odgovorio sam „Ja sam u Berlinu, moraćete da pitate vlasnika“. Njena reakcija je bila uzvik „On je u Berlinu!“ svom mužu (saučesniku u zaveri) i onda je njen muž počeo sa tiradom na nemačkom… sa nemačkim vlastima koje imaju otvorenu pozivnicu da nadziru sve moje telefonske pozive, ja očekujem da su otkrili dvoje Nemaca koji rade za američku obaveštajnu službu.

Beleška 9) Bez ulaženja u detalje, postavio sam test tokom ovog perioda, posle gašenja GPS na mom telefonu, poveravajući se bliskoj osobi od poverenja preko Skajpa, tehnikom za koju sam očekivao da bi mogla da funkcioniše da me uhvate i uspeju da ubiju. Ovo je bila sledeća tehnika koju su pokušali, ali bio sam spreman za nju, video sam kako se okolnosti razvijaju i osujetio sam im pokušaj.

Beleška 10) Pomenuću ovde, imao sam skoro jednu celu godinu obuke (1974.-1975.) u vojnoj obaveštajnoj službi za specijalne operacije (19-a grupa specijalnih snaga) sa nekima od najiskusnijih u toj eri i, štaviše, visoko sam obučen kao asimetrični kontraobaveštajac, po pitanju tehnike o kojoj nemam pravo da diskutujem. Koliko god bila posredna, referenca može da se napravi za ovu drugu instancu, sa referencom za čitaoca na ovu studiju: „Nekonvencionalna podrška ljudskoj inteligenciji“, od komandanta L.R. Bremseta, mornarica Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, 28. april 2001., Ratni koledž korpusa marinaca.

Beleška 11) REDIGOVANO

Beleška 12) Izgubio sam određene beleške o hronologiji iz ovog perioda i nakon njega, zbog kasnijeg kvara na mom laptopu i posledičnog gubitka podataka. Posle gubitka podataka, izgubio sam naviku da vodim beleške o mnogim mojim doživljajima, ali mogu da rekonstruišem hronologiju nekih važnih događaja sa drugim zapisima.

Beleška 13) Do kraja 2008. godine, shvatio sam da ovo nije izolovan pokušaj ubistva da se zataška korupcija u školi, već je bilo nešto daleko veće. Moja odluka je bila da ovo isteram što više mogu, u nadi da bi, naročito to što me sada nadzire nemačka policija, to dovelo ka obelodanjivanju šire slike prikrivenog napora u pokušaju mog ubistva. U tom momentu, nisam zapravo očekivao da ću preživeti, već sam bio odlučan da napravim što je moguće više štete kriminalnom elementu preko tajnog aranžmana mog nadzora.

Nakon nekoliko nedelja boravka u Berlinu, u decembru 2008. godine, preselio sam se u Kataloniju, u Španiju, i iznajmio stan u gradu San Feliu de Gišol (San Feliu de Guixols).

Moj boravak u Španiji je bio napet, ali ograničiću moje beleške na nekoliko neobičnih događaja.

Španska domaća obaveštajna služba je direktno komunicirala sa mnom, da bi mi stavila do znanja da me prati. Na koji način su to iskomunicirali (uključujući direktno „hvala vam“, između ostalih događaja, u nekoliko prilika) možda najbolje opisuje ovaj rani primer: Imao sam susret vredan pažnje sa jednom ženom u piljarnici pored svog stana. Bilo je to kao scena iz filma Vudija Alena. Samo nekoliko dana kasnije, odigrala se ova ista scena sa mnom i drugom ženom koja mi je prišla u drugoj prodavnici. Očigledno, ona je prostudirala video snimak ranijeg susreta i ovaj drugi susret je blisko imitirao prvi susret, da mi stave do znanja da me nadziru.

Bilo je to dok sam bio u Španiji 2009. godine, CIA-in službenik Sabrina De Sousa je tužila Sjedinjene Američke Države za diplomatski imunitet za njenu ulogu u slučaju „Imam rapito affair“ ili „Abu Omar case“, što je pojavilo kao vest sa njenom fotografijom u onlajn medijima (Nju Jork tajms) i ja sam odmah prepoznao De Sousu kao onu nasmešenu ženu koju sam sreo u Visbadenu prethodnog leta. Dok sam nadgledao AP Wire (RSS prenos), takođe sam zapazio izjavu pripisanu optuženom italijanskom generalu Nikolu Polariju, nešto kao „da je Kondoliza Rajs lično nadgledala tim za otmice u ovom slučaju“. On je želeo da pozove Rajs na sud u svoju odbranu.

Tada je šira slika mojih sopstvenih okolnosti prvi put počela da dobija pravi smisao. Ako je Kondoliza Rajs „lično nadgledala“ tim za izručenja koji je uključivao Sabrinu De Sousa, ovo je pokazivalo da moj slučaj nije bio samo o Ist Mauntin srednjoj školi, već je od ranije imao veze sa slučajem Badger-Two-Medicine Društva hrabrih pasa Blekfita, ŠEVRONOM i administracijom Buša starijeg. Put karijere Rajsove vodio je od ŠEVRONOVOG borda direktora, preko Savetnika za nacionalnu bezbednost kod Buša mlađeg, pa do Državnog sekretara (Stejt Department Sjedinjenih Američkih Država je sijamski blizanac sa CIA- om) i nazad do ŠEVRONA, u eri posle Buša. Kao slučajnost sa ovim, dva advokata koji su pripremali pravne beleške o pravima Indijanaca koje je Šumska služba citirala u slučaju Badger-Two-Medicine, Džon Ju i Džej Bajbi, su od tada postali ozloglašeni kao Bušovi „advokati za mučenje“ u vezi sa izručenjima.

U junu 2009. godine, u vezi sa ovim novim razvojem događaja, otišao sam na kratko putovanje u Berlin da obezbedim u ugašenoj NVO „Asocijaciji za podršku Severnoameričkim Indijancima“ dosije o Blekfit hrabrim psima, za koji sam znao da će sadržati inkriminišuću, povezanu dokumentaciju. Lično sam prošao kroz dosije da se uverim da postoji kompletan zapis dokumentacije o ŠEVRONOVOM kriminalnom prstenu koji sam ranije sreo u administraciji Buša starijeg (sve je bilo tu) i organizovao da ceo dosije bude prosleđen (REDIGOVANO), što je i urađeno.

Nepoznatog datuma (zbog gubitka podataka) drugi metak iz prigušivača me je zamalo promašio, ispaljen iz visoke zgrade u S’garu, dok sam pešačio iz predgrađa S’gara, preko uzvišenja u San Feliu de Gišol. Ovaj događaj se desio dok sam prolazio pored gradilišta, gde se o jedan kameni nasip odbio projektil visoke brzine. Pešak ispred mene je naglo okrenuo glavu u smeru gde je metak pogodio kamen, to nije moglo da se ignoriše.

24. oktobra 2009. godine, izbegao sam da me ciljano pregaze nova, crvena, iznajmljena kola sa dva tamnoputa muškarca, čije su ruke bile prekrivene tetovažama bandi.

20. februara 2010. godine, iznenadio sam bišeg CIA-nog „Kauboja“ Garija Berntsena (sada privatni ugovarač) na recepciji hotela Barcarola u S’garo, bilo je između 7 i 8 ujutro, dok je prijavljivao svoj tim ubica u hotel. Zajedno smo uhvaćeni na sigurnosnoj kameri.

Gari je prvo imao bled zapanjen izgled koji je prešao u izraz lica kao da je uhvaćen sa rukom u kutiji sa kolačićima, i kao da bi želeo da propadne u zemlju, dok sam ja stajao nekoliko centimetara od njega, doslovno dodirujući se laktovima, a njegovi telohranitelji su samo stajali tamo zureći u mene sa zapanjenim glupim izrazom lica u okolnostima kada im je potpuno uništen paravan, nisam mogao a da im se ne nasmejem na odlasku prema vratima. Dao sam im oko šest sati prednosti pre nego što sam postavio tu činjenicu o susretu tog jutra na internet, gde je španska domaća obaveštajna služba gledala moja ažuriranja o susretima. Berntsen i saradnici su bili pametni da pobegnu.

5. jula 2010. godine, imao sam posetu, oko pola sata, kada su dva veoma ljubazna policajca [Mossos] došla na moja vrata. Ono što su

policajci rekli je bilo interesantno. Policija je upisala moje podatke iz pasoša, pitala me o detaljima da potvrde moj identitet, preko radija su izvestili o mom imenu, mojim podacima i dali mi da potpišem izjavu sa zaključkom da živim u tadašnjem stanu „manje-više jednu godinu, da se preda sudiji“ koji je želeo da potvrdi identitet osobe koja živi u mom stanu. Nisam krio činjenicu da sam neprijavljen u Španiji i pojasnio sam da nemam nameru da se prijavim u imigracionom ili da zatražim prebivalište. Policija me je uverila da moj boravak u Španiji nije problem i da ih nije zanimalo ništa drugo osim da potvrde moj identitet za sudiju.

Negde u ovo vreme sam bio poprilično siguran da sam bio otrovan. Jednog dana sam, nakon što sam jeo napolju, iznenada osetio obilno znojenje bez groznice i kasnije, moje zdravlje je krenulo nizbrdo. To i činjenica da je sudija Baltazar Garzon nedavno bio sklonjen sa svoje sudijske stolice u Španiji pod ogromnim pritiskom od strane SAD-a u korumpiranom i političkom procesu (pomno sam pratio slučaj sudije Garzona), zajedno sa Narodnom strankom koja je preuzela vlast, osetio sam da je moj boravak u Španiji neodrživ. Vratio sam se u Berlin u avgustu.

Beleška 14) Letnji period 2009. godine je nestao iz svih mojih onlajn imejl evidencija, počevši ubrzo nakon što sam objavio ovo pismo od 18. februara 2009. godine onlajn, postavljeno 3. juna 2009. godine. Veći deo juna, ceo jul i avgust su nestali i još mnogo toga, do početka 2010. godine, 4 naloga, 3 na google-u i 1 na yahoo-u. Ovo se poklopilo sa mojim prethodnim praćenjem, preko moje debitne kartice Wells Fargo Debit Card (korišćenje bankomata) i od strane T-Mobile USA mobilnog telefona korišćenjem GPS… sve ukazuje na pristupanje mojim različitim računima, uključujući telefon, bankovne račune i imejl naloge, preko Pisma o nacionalnoj bezbednosti i saučesništva organa za sprovođenje zakona da me prate radi pokušaja mog ubistva u egzilu. Molim vas da kopija ovog mejla bude stavljena u moj dosije i da istinita i potpuna kopija bude prosleđena Glenu Fajnu u kancelariju Generalnog inspektora u Ministarstvu pravde Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Na osnovu mojih iskustava protekle tri i po godine manje-više, zahtevam sledeće:

Istragu i sveobuhvatni pregled bilo kojih povezanih istraga koje su dozvolile bilo kojoj agenciji Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, uključujući i vašu, pristup (preko Pisma o nacionalnoj bezbednosti ili BILO KOJIH sredstava, npr. Izvršnim nalogom ili pravnim memorandumom koji zaobilazi „FISА“ sud, itd.) mojim ličnim podacima (posebno o mom kretanju preko zapisa bankomata i (GPS) mobilnog telefona, imejla i razgovora na „skajpu“) koje su mogle da dovedu do nekoliko iskustava uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na:

U Berlinu, u Nemačkoj, u Johanes Taler Čosi tržnom centru (područje Britz Sud) u veoma bliskoj i napetoj situaciji vrebao me je Vins Langan (ili njegov brat blizanac) iz Ist Mauntin srednje škole (Sandia Park, NM) zajedno sa saučesnikom, 3. oktobra 2007. godine. Kako to može da bude u vezi sa, nekoliko nedelja kasnije, metkom iz prigušivača koji me je zamalo promašio i napravio rupu u vozilu pored kojeg sam prolazio u Lindau, u Nemačkoj.

Pod kojim okolnostima su dalji lov i ono što izgleda da je pokušaj ubistva u vezi sa mojim t-mobile telefonom, konektovanim direktno kroz t-mobile mrežu SAD-a, dok sam bio u širem području regiona Frankfurta, Limburga i Visbadena, posebno krajem marta-početkom aprila 2008. godine, premošćavajući „t-mobile-D“, a ekran je pokazivao i telefon se ponašao kao da sam bio u SAD-u, i koja je veza toga sa prethodno rečenim.

I u vezi sa svim navedenim gore, pregled aktivnosti (REDIGOVANO), bilo da je ona vaša, ili imovina bilo koje agencije u SAD-u ili je sa vama na principu usluga-za-uslugu ili bilo kojom agencijom u SAD-u ili u bilo kojem svojstvu ili povezanim istragama ili akcijama iz prethodnih pasusa, sarađivala u nekoj istrazi ili povezanoj akciji koja me se tiče direktno ili indirektno, sa njom koja se sprijatelji sa mnom za potrebe bilo koje istrage u bilo kom momentu, ili tražeći dovoljno informacija da implicira, ali u stvari iz nehata i pogrešno implicira mene, u nedostatku dovoljno

informacija da me oslobodi, u vezi sa bilo kojim radnjama i/ili postojećim upućivanjem na vašu ili bilo koju agenciju u SAD-u, ili bilo koje osobe povezane sa takvim istragama, akcijama ili agencijama – koje utiču na moje beneficije socijalnog osiguranja na takav način da efikasno koriste službeno svojstvo da me dovedu pod jurisdikciju SAD-a, ili da se mešaju u moju slobodu kretanja ili bilo kako drugačije utiču na moje građanske slobode prema „R.I.C.O.“ kao kriminalna organizacija, ili pod bilo kojom drugom okolnošću povezanom sa prethodnim pasusima, uzrokuju neprikladan pregled mojeg dosijea socijalnog osiguranja što predstavlja maltretiranje i poteškoće u mom i životu članova moje porodice.

I zahtev da se Generalni inspektor za Ministarstvo pravde Sjedinjenih Američkih Država nezavisno raspita kod odgovarajućih vlasti u Saveznoj Republici Nemačkoj za bilo koje poznate činjenice istraga koje su možda vođene ili se vode u vezi sa bilo kojim/svim od prethodnog. Šaljem kao skrivenim primaocima (BCC) ovu komunikaciju dvojici advokata, jednom u SAD-u i jednom u Nemačkoj. Ovo NISU moji advokati. Kopiram njima zato što su odmereni ljudi za koje verujem da imaju najviše moguće etičke standarde i želim zapis ovog mejla u rukama trećih strana kojima verujem – što uključuje bilo koju zakonitu vlast, advokata ili drugu osobu kojoj mogu, po svom nahođenju, da dostave kopije ako naknadno odluče da je tako odgovarajuće.

Ovo (prethodno) pokazuje da su moji mejlovi prethodno imali rutu do „Slivije Marufi“, koja izgleda da je sklonjena, a njena adresa u kancelariji u Albukerkiju otkazana ili promenjena.

U nepovezanom prigovoru u Federalnom sudu u Albukerkiju koje je postavljeno na internet od strane jedne stranke u maju 2009. godine, našao sam sledeću izjavu:

„.. situaciju preispituje Silvija MARUFI, FBI istražni analitičar“

Ovo jasno pokazuje na FBI agenta Sliviju Marufi kojoj je dodeljeno da me istražuje sve do momenta kada sam poslao pismo FBI kancelariji u Albukerkiju 18. februara 2009. godine, a Marufi je jasno bila „osoba od interesa“ vezana za uporne pokušaje ubistva (mene). Uzgred, FBI nikada nije priznao moje (imejlom poslato) pismo od 18. februara 2009. godine, iako je jasno da su primili ovu komunikaciju.

Živeo sam u Berlinu od septembra 2010. do jula 2012. godine. Od nekoliko incidenata tokom ovog perioda, ovaj se izdvaja:

Dok sam živeo u Šarlotenbergu (Berlin) tokom jula 2011. godine, imao sam svoje prvo iskustvo sa obaveštajnim agencijama koje su koristile prozelitističke evangeliste kao paravan za tim ubica. Razmišljao sam malo o tome da li su „Jevreji za Isusa“ bili MOSAD ili zajednički poduhvat MOSAD/CIA, ali za sada bih ostao pri MOSAD-u. Članak Vejna Madsena je ukazao da je CIA koristila misionare u prošlosti, posebno u Latinskoj Americi, ali su Jevreji za Isusa potpuno druga vrsta. U Berlinu niko neće zabadati nos u posao bilo kog Jevreja, to je savršen paravan (mora da MOSAD tako misli). Ovo je izgleda bio još jedan slučaj „quid pro quo“ (prethodna MOSAD-ova razmena je bio pokušaj na liniji U7 u Berlinu, 14. oktobra 2007. godine) ili kada obaveštajna agencija jedne nacije radi u ime obaveštajne agencije druge nacije, ovo nije uopšte neobično.

To je dvostruko slepo poricanje ugrađeno u operacije, evangelistički Hrišćani koji se predstavljaju kao Jevreji. Četiri od pet, ili možda devet od deset ovih takozvanih „Jevreja za Isusa“ su prevareni i nesumnjivi evangelisti koji jednostavno pokušavaju da ubede ljude da budu „spašeni“. Dovoze ih avionima širom sveta u smenama, gde dobrovoljno

rade kao misionari, i podobni su i pri ruci da idu u bilo koje područje gde treba da se dogodi operacija ubijanja.

Meta treba da se navikne da ih viđa u svojoj okolini i to je ono što treba da napravi ugodno okruženje misionarima, dok se vaše navike proučavaju, kojim U-Bahn (metroom) putujete i uobičajeno vreme. Kada se meta navikne i ignoriše „Jevreje za Isusa“, sa uspostavljenom rutinom, nesumnjivi, prozelitistički članovi se zamene sa timovima ubica iz MOSAD-a koji nose majice „Jevreji za Isusa“, i meta (teorija mora da se održava) neće primetiti da je označena kada ulazi u metro gde će „najnehrišćanskija“ otrovna igla, koja ne može lako da se vidi na sigurnosnim kamerama, ubodom izazvati srčani udar u gomili ljudi, i tako se još jedan pridruži ljudima koji padnu mrtvi od prirodnih uzroka svakog dana, to je tako jednostavno. Osim kada nije tako jednostavno, kada je meta svesna onoga šta se dešava, zato što je obaveštajna agencija glupa.

Kada se Amerikanci koji su doveženi avionom sa Biblijskog pojasa Srednjeg zapada zamene Izraelcima čije je generalno ponašanje, izrazi lica i govor tela od glave do pete drugačiji od prevarenih evangelista (koji ne bi trebalo da, na kraju krajeva, budu iznenađeni što će stvarni Jevreji biti uključeni u njihovu organizaciju), to neće propustiti niko mog nivoa obuke. Bilo je to u Šarlotenbergu, primetio sam dva Izraelca kako proučavaju moje navike, dok su Amerikanci pokrivali veće javno područje kuda sam često išao, nekoliko dana, a onda su Izraelci motrili na moj ulaz u U-Bahn. Ušao sam, ali umesto da idem dole na drugi nivo i da uzmem voz, izašao sam na drugom ulazu, kao da sam koristio U-Bahn stanicu kao metod da prođem raskrsnicu bez dodira sa semaforima iznad zemlje, dok sam posmatrao pratioce koje sam mogao da primetim i naravno… jedan visoki Izraelac u civilnoj odeći (nije imao majicu „Jevreji za Isusa“) je promenio smer i pojavio se iza mene, ali ja sam bio spreman na to i postavio sam se leđima prema zidu kod stola kafića na otvorenom, između ljudi koji su takođe bili okrenuti prema njemu, leđima prema zidu i nije mogao da me pogodi iglom, a da se ne oda. Potpuno pogrešno mesto sa gomilom ljudi je bila moja prednost, a ne njegova. Glupo je izučavao događaj jedan minut, oklevajući, krećući da pođe, ponovo zastajući da prouči, pitajući se šta da uradi, dok je očigledno

iziritiran odustao i otišao dok sam ja uporno i direktno gledao u njega, a on u mene.

U avgustu 2012. godine, preselio sam se u malo selo na jugu Nemačke.

Beleška 15) U avgustu 2011. godine, (REDIGOVANO), koji je uglavnom izgubio kontakt sa mnom nakon što sam mu dostavio staklenu kuglicu iz moje kape u Visbadenu da dostavi na analizu, i nakon toga kada sam mu dostavio inkriminišući dosije Badger-Two-Medicine, kontaktirao me je samo toliko da napravi izgovor o prekidu naše bliske saradnje (optužio me je da sam pisao „Mržnju“ upućujući na moje satirične eseje) koja je trajala skoro dvadeset godina. Moj utisak je da je (REDIGOVANO) izgubio živce.

U novembru 2012. godine, posetio sam Berlin i imao blizak susret sa potencijalnim ubicom na U7 metrou (treći U7 pokušaj tokom 5 godina) i ovaj incident je bio, kao u poslovici, kap koja je prelila čašu.

Do tog momenta, više od pet godina su domaće nemačke vlasti bile svesne i/ili pratile moju odiseju, a da nisu preduzele akciju da izvrše pravdu, nisu hapsile i nisu sudski gonile, pa sam shvatio da neće nikakva akcija biti preduzeta sve dok je ulizica SAD-u, konzervativna vlada, na vlasti u Nemačkoj. Nakon što sam neko vreme razmišljao o tome, odlučio sam da udarim na nemačku vladu. Razvio sam pravnu strategiju da isprovociram Nemačku na Međunarodnom kriminalnom sudu, za podsticanje i pomaganje SAD-u u zločinima za koje SAD ne mogu direktno da budu tužene zato što SAD ne pripadaju Rimskom statutu, koji je napravio taj sud. Takođe sam odlučio da proguram informacije o Hrišćanskom ekstremizmu u Pentagonu, pomoću materijala koji sam dobio u neformalnoj saradnji sa Fondacijom za vojnu versku slobodu (od juna 2008. godine), o nemačkim parlamentarcima, zajedno sa obilnim anti-semitskim mejlom punim mržnje usmerenim protiv fondacije, koji mi je dao Majki Vajnstajn, predsednik MRFF (Fondacije za vojnu versku slobodu). Ovi napori su počeli iz mog skrovišta u južnoj Nemačkoj, 2013. godine.

Beleška 16) Prema izveštaju o istraživanju Vašington posta iz 2011. godine, „nekih 1 271 vladina organizacija i 1 931 privatna kompanija rade

na programima povezanim sa protivterorizmom, državnom bezbednošću i obaveštajnim radom na oko 10 000 lokacija širom Sjedinjenih Američkih Država. Procena je da ok 854 000 ljudi, skoro jedan i po put više nego što Vašington D.C. ima stanovnika, imaju bezbednosna odobrenja najvišeg nivoa.“

Ovo je podržao članak na bloomberg.com: „Hiljade tehnoloških, finansijskih i proizvodnih kompanija radi blisko sa agencijama za nacionalnu bezbednost SAD-a, pružaju osetljive informacije i zauzvrat primaju beneficije koje uključuju pristup poverljivim, obaveštajnim podacima, reklo je četvoro ljudi koji su upoznati sa procesom. Ovi programi, čiji su učesnici poznati kao partneri od poverenja, sežu daleko izvan onoga što je otkrio Edvard Snouden, računarski tehničar koji je obavljao posao za Nacionalnu bezbednosnu agenciju“.

Dodatno, nadzorni organ Kongresa SAD-a, GAO (Vladina računovodstvena kancelarija), izveštava kao rezultat manjkavih podataka, obaveštajne agencije SAD-a: „nisu dobro pozicionirane da procene potencijalne efekte oslanjanja na osoblje ugovarača“

I onda, jedan oficir vojne obaveštajne agencije SAD-a je izjavio za Buzzfeed: „Mislim da ako bismo imali šansu, veoma brzo bismo to završili.“ [Obaveštajna služba SAD-a bi želela da nađe Snoudena]. „Ležerno se šeta ulicama Moskve, vraćajući se iz nabavke namirnica. Vraćajući se u svoj stan, slučajno ga ubode prolaznik. Misli da to nije ništa, kada posle nekog vremena počne da se oseća pomalo ošamućeno, i misli da je to parazit iz lokalne vode. Ode kući potpuno bezbrižno i sledeća stvar koju saznate je da je umro pod tušem“.

U stvari, većina nenavedenih događaja (u ovoj hronologiji) koje sam doživeo su imali veze sa uhodama, čije je ponašanje profilisano za akciju, kao što je opisano u prethodnom pasusu.

Ovo ukazuje na apsolutnu korupciju američke obaveštajne službe, gde korumpirani Pentagon, koji je bacio vladavinu prava kroz prozor, i povezane korumpirane korporativne ličnosti (npr. Hrišćanski ekstremisti Kondoliza Rajs i bivši vrhovni komandant NATO-a i Obamin savetnik za nacionalnu bezbednost general Džejms Džouns, u saradnji sa ŠEVRONOM) mogu da pristupe tajnom materijalu preko Pentagonske

NSA (Agencija za nacionalnu bezbednost) suštinski u bilo koju svrhu koju žele, sve do i uključujući i ubistvo.

2013. godina je bila uglavnom mirna, u vezi sa pokušajima mog ubistva, radio sam iz svoje sigurne kuće u južnoj Nemačkoj. Uspeo sam da podnesem tužbu kod Međunarodnog kriminalnog suda protiv Nemačke (trenutno na čekanju, jer je sud tražio dodatne informacije) i započeo sam kampanju da edukujem nemačke parlamentarce o hrišćanskom ekstremizmu koji vodi Pentagon, a koji inficira NATO. U septembru 2013. godine, preselio sam se u Lajpcig. U decembru 2013. godine sam otišao iz Nemačke da živim sa svojom devojkom u (REDIGOVANO). Prijavili smo se da živimo zajedno i tri nedelje kasnije, uručen mi je nalog Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova o proterivanju iz države. Nalog je bio na snazi širom Evropske Unije, i kao posledica toga, bio sam pod svakodnevnom pretnjom deportacije u SAD. Krajnje je nemoralno da me prisiljavaju da tražim politički azil u ovim okolnostima, ali u stvari to je tačno ono što može da bude potrebno u ovoj stalnoj lakrdiji od pravde, u kojoj su pravne institucije odbile da krenu protiv kriminalaca koje sam izložio vlastima.

Rezultat onoga što sam nazvao „alfa“ istragom je jasan.

Korporativni organizovani kriminal u vojno-industrijskom kompleksu u dosluhu sa institucijama u NATO-u i odmetnutim elementima u obaveštajnim agencijama (sa izvan orvelovskim obrtom kada je ubačen „Hrišćanski dominionizam“), zajedno formiraju jednu međunarodnu „duboku državu“ koja je posvećena subverziji i eventualnom svrgavanju i/ili kontroli zapadnih demokratskih institucija. Nemačka vlada i organi za sprovođenje zakona su sada potpuno svesni „alfa“ elemenata koji su operisali izvan parametara zakona u Nemačkoj. Uzgred, alfina operaciona komanda i kontrola smeštena u SAD-u je zastrašila nemački politički establišment na najvišim nivoima.

Sa nemačkom vladom, dobro upoznatom sa svim neophodnim činjenicama u vezi sa „alfom“, od policije na lokalnom nivou do glavnih političara u Nemačkoj, zaista postoji još malo stvari koje mogu da se

postignu. „Alfin“ istražni rezultat se ne može gurati pod tepih doveka, previše ljudi sada zna šta se dešava i na kraju, ja imam malo kontrole nad tim kada će to izaći na videlo ili kako će se razvijati kasnije. Ovo će imati veze sa preostalim institucijama u vezi sa vladavinom prava koje još nisu preuzete od strane kriminalne organizacije iza „alfe“. Nepobitna je odgovornost ovih institucija da poguraju napred informacije koje su iznete i okružuju „alfu“; u pravcu ponovnog uspostavljanja autentičnog ustavnog poretka.

Beleška 17) U Nemačkoj, gde nema oklevanja da se hapse i sudski gone islamističke terorističke ćelije, čvrsto rešene da izvrše zaveru za ubistvo, pet uzastopnih nemačkih ministara unutrašnjih poslova nisu uspeli da deluju protiv istog ponašanja kada se ono vrši od strane ili u ime hrišćanskih ekstremista u američkim obaveštajnim službama i povezanih korumpiranih ličnosti koje vrše zločine na nemačkom tlu. Ti nemački ministri unutrašnjih poslova, po redu svog nameštenja u ministarstvu su:

Wolfgang Schäuble, 22. novembar 2005. do 28. oktobra 2009. Thomas de Maizière, 28. oktobar 2009. do 3. marta 2011. Hans-Peter Friedrich, 3. mart 2011. do 17. decembra 2013. Thomas de Maizière, 17. decembar 2013. do 14. marta 2018. Horst Seehofer, 14. mart 2018. do sada.

Post scriptum beleška bi bila da su se slučaj svete zemlje Blekfita iz Montane i čarter škole Ist Mauntin u Novom Meksiku desili uporedo, a na kraju su bili konvergentni; ukrštajući zajedničke ili povezane interese u vojno-industrijskom kompleksu.

Bivši narednik za operativne i obaveštajne poslove specijalnih snaga, Ronald Tomas Vest penzionisani je istražitelj (živi u egzilu), čiji je rad bio fokusiran na korupciju. Ronald je živeo više od trideset godina u bliskoj saradnji sa Indijancima Blekfit (onima koji još uvek govore njihov jezik), a u međunarodnom pravu objavljen je kao laik: Pravo samoopredeljenja naroda i njegova primena na starosedelačke narode u SAD ili Miler-Vilsonova reportaža, u koautorstvu sa dr Markom D. Kolom. Ronald je bio vanredni profesor američkog ustavnog prava na Univerzitetu Johan Gutenberg, Majnc, Nemačka (na engleskom jeziku, letnji semestar 2008.). Ronaldovo formalno obrazovanje (bez diplome) je socijalna psihologija. Njegovo terapeutsko sredstvo je satira.

Srpsko rešenje za Kosovo

Srpsko rešenje za Kosovo (predloženi nacrt)

Predsednik Srbije predlaže, a premijerka pokreće sledeća pojedinačna zakonodavna akta upravo ovim redosledom:

1) Srpska pokrajina Kosovo podeljena je od strane nacionalnog zakonodavstva Srbije, kako bi izvršila uklanjanje regiona Mitrovice sa većinskim etničkim srpskim stanovništvom iz pokrajine Kosovo, gde Mitrovica postaje sopstveni administrativni okrug pridružen Šumadiji i zapadnoj Srbiji.

2) Jug srpske pokrajine Kosovo, regija Metohije, uključujući sve granične / susedne etnički većinski srpske teritorije (uključujući one nepravoslavne manjine koje se tradicionalno identifikuju kao Srbi), postaće Autonomna srpska eksklava Metohija i Stara Srbija.

3) Srbija priznaje „Pravo na samoopredeljenje naroda“ Republike Srpske kao pravo na pridruživanje Srbiji, posebno onako kako je predviđeno temeljnim zakonom (preambulama) relevantnih Multilateralnih ugovora Ujedinjenih nacija.

4) Rezolucija: kada ovo prethodno podrže Evropska unija, Berlin i druge zainteresovane strane u skladu sa međunarodnim pravom, i dodatno, kada bude funkcionalno ispoštovano od strane de facto vlade u Prištini, Ustav Srbije će biti izmenjen tako da prizna nezavisno Kosovo.

Makrokosmička zapadna propaganda za pranje geopolitičkih zločina

Ovaj esej se odnosi na pitanje Kosova; gde su zapadne države (NATO i EU) odredile da Srbija nije podobna da upravlja manjinom (etničkim Albancima) na svojoj (srpskoj) teritoriji, već sada navodno (od strane Zapada) nezavisno Kosovo je podobno da upravlja manjinom (etničkih Srba).

Čini se da je EU zauzela stav „zanemarimo nepovoljnu činjenicu“ da su doskorašnji kosovski „lideri“ uhapšeni i isporučeni Međunarodnom tribunalu zbog zločina nad etničkim Srbima (uključujući i vađenje organa), a da i ne pominjemo ono što predstavlja puku retoriku (bez konkretne akcije ili izvršenja) koja se tiče repatrijacije 250.000 Srba proteranih sa Kosova u etničkom pogromu čišćenja, fabrikovanog od strane Albanaca, nakon NATO bombardovanja Srbije.

Što se tiče jedne prethodne repatrijacije EU, hrvatsko etničko čišćenje Srpske Krajine pokazuje nepošten stav EU; nema realnih očekivanja (i nikada ih nije ni bilo) od strane Evropske unije da će 200.000 Srba prognanih iz ove regije sa (nekada) većinski srpskim stanovništvom, biti dozvoljeno da se vrati u Hrvatsku i svoje domove. U međuvremenu, Hrvatska je primljena u Evropsku uniju.

Dakle, u kontekstu da Srbi nisu pouzdani da upravljaju etničkom manjinom Albanaca, ali Albanci jesu pouzdani da upravljaju manjinom Srba, EU de facto prihvata (stvarni ishodi, a ne politički nastup) upravo onu vrstu etničkog čišćenja koje je NATO bombardovanje trebalo da zaustavi?

NATO je „upravo dozvolio“ da se dogodi još jedan masovni pogrom kada su stekli kontrolu nad Kosovom? Ha. Možda ta albanska „većina“ nije bila statistički dovoljno velika da bi opravdala nezavisno Kosovo (i obezbedila sada tobože „nezavisnom“ Kosovu „pravo“ da bude domaćin Kampu Bondstil).

Sada, u ovom zamršenim pritiscima proizvoljnih jurisdikcija, koje su Srbiji nametnuli EU, NATO i američka vojna okupacija južne pokrajine Kosovo u Srbiji (Kamp Bondstil), to bi trebalo da je dovoljno da slomi logistiku nečasne igre zapadnih demokratija.

„Kamp Bondstil je glavna baza vojske Sjedinjenih Država pod komandom KFOR-a na Kosovu. Smeštena u blizini Uroševca u istočnom delu Kosova, ova baza služi kao sedište NATO-a za KFOR-ovu Multinacionalnu borbenu grupu Istok.“

Poredak je zanimljiv, kao i nomenklatura. Američka vojska prvo figurira („glavna baza vojske Sjedinjenih Država“) „pod“ (pazite kako se odigrava ova obmana) komandom KFOR-a … služi kao sedište NATO-a za KFOR-ovu Multinacionalnu borbenu grupu… „ili na dešifrovanom vojnom“ orvelovskom jeziku, NATO pod američkom dominacijom (svaki „vrhovni saveznički komandant Evrope“ NATO-a bio je američki general tokom čitave istorije NATO-a) drži „borbenu grupu“ na Kosovu. Ovaj jezik je potpuno u suprotnosti sa „održavanjem mira.“ Ovde je važno napomenuti, bilo je to vreme kada je ova okupatorska snaga imala 50.000 ljudi i bila raspoređena širom Kosova, kosovskim etničkim Albancima je „nekako“ bilo dozvoljeno da potisnu 250.000 srpskih civila sa Kosova u pogromu koji se može definisati samo kao etničko čišćenje kršenjem međunarodnih konvencija o ljudskim pravima.

Ukratko, drugim rečima, misija KFOR-a osnovana da zaustavi borbe između srpske vojske i Oslobodilačke vojske Kosova, nakon povlačenja srpske vojske, KFOR je očigledno stao na stranu Oslobodilačke vojske Kosova i „stajao na straži“ dok je OVK (pobunjeničkoj vojsci) dozvoljeno da potisne 250.000 srpskih stanovnika iz domova u svojoj zemlji, događaj koji je srpska vojska sprečila pre nego što je NATO uspostavio kontrolu.

Sada, ovo prethodno se razvilo u NATO-ovu „vlast“ izvedenu iz Rezolucije UN 1244, čiji jezik nije u skladu sa istorijskom stvarnošću …

„Da se reši teška humanitarna situacija na Kosovu, Savezna Republika Jugoslavija, i da se obezbedi siguran i slobodan povratak svih izbeglica i raseljenih lica svojim domovima“

…Uz napomenu da je Kosovo upisano u evidenciju UN-a kao teritorija koja pripada Srbiji (Jugoslavija je u to vreme bila zajednica Srbije i Crne Gore).

Ukratko, pod izgovorom „humanitarne intervencije“ putem Rezolucije UN-a koju NATO nikada nije nameravao da ispoštuje („videće se na delu“), ilegalna pobuna je geopolitičkom obmanom prerasla u odmetničku „državu“ kojom upravljaju OVK ratni zločinci koje obezbeđuje NATO.

„Transcendentna korupcija“ je vrednost koju sam dodelio stranama koje prihvataju „boju zakona“ (obloga legaliteta koja maskira korupciju) u kojoj je zakon stvoren da služi interesima autokrata (npr. Merkel), plutokrata (npr. Porodice Klinton i Bajden ), i oligarhije (npr. Evropska unija) i kada se uzmu svi zajedno ispada da vladaju pomoću najmoćnijih ličnosti korporativnih odbora (koji vuku konce) u modelu feudalizma 21. veka koji se manifestuje kao fašizam, ali je označen kao demokratija da bi se ublažila osećajnost seljaka (građana).

Sve ovo se nastavlja dalje na istorijskim činjenicama koje je zapadna propagandna mašina previdela; Većinsko srpsko stanovništvo istočnog pravoslavlja u regionu Srpske Krajine nedavno (Ratovi na Balkanu 90-ih) etnički je očišćeno od strane katoličke Hrvatske „Operacijom Oluja“ (nema veze što su Srbi postali baba roga za sve što je pošlo po zlu s raspadom Jugoslavije), kao i činjenica da su nametnute neprirodne etničke granice prema Republici Srpskoj, time osiguravši da u Bosni postoje stalne tenzije na granici sa Srbijom, i ne najmanje važno, preostaloj srpskoj većini na severu Kosova uskraćeno je pravo na samoopredeljenje da se pridruži Srbiji, osiguravajući neprekidni međuetnički sukob koji služi samo za slabljenje državnih institucija kontinuiranom radikalizacijom obe populacije, pravoslavnog hrišćanskog Srbina i albanskog muslimana. A onda imamo Metohiju ili verodostojni istorijski duhovni centar srpskog naroda u proteklih 1000 godina.

Mora se primetiti da, slično kao što su Sijuks Indijanci svoju kulturu zasnovali na duhovnom odnosu prema Crnim brdima Južne Dakote, iz kojih su proterani, odnos Srbije prema „Staroj Srbiji“ (Kosovu) malo se razlikuje; imperijalistička ambicija je videla da su Srbi u više navrata etnički očišćeni od strane Albanaca, prvo pod „pokroviteljstvom“ Osmanskih Turaka, koji su favorizovali islamsko stanovništvo, tada manjinu, a kasnije, Albance je, u daljem sprovođenju pogroma nad Srbima sa Kosova, podržala fašistička sila Osovine iz Drugog svetskog rata (slično hrvatskim ustaškim progonima Srba tokom rata), tako što su proterali još više srpskog stanovništva, pri čemu je završni udarac izveo komunizam pod Titom, koji je zabranio etničkim Srbima da se vrate u svoje domove na Kosovu nakon 1945. godine. Ovo je nasleđe, koje je NATO dalje sprovodio u ulozi „izvršitelja“ otimanja Kosova od Srbije. Kosovo je izvorna „Stara Srbija“ koja se i dalje smatra centrom srpskog kulturnog identiteta kroz (stalnu) monašku tradiciju pravoslavlja u regionu Metohije.

Zatim, u ovaj nered stupa poslednji narod (ako su uopšte imali bilo kakav osećaj stida) koji bi trebalo da posreduje u postojećim tenzijama, Nemci, posebno Angela Merkel, i, od nedavno, Ursula fon der Lajen, čiji je porodični rodoslov nalik na ko je ko od carskih ličnosti, koje ne mogu da pomognu u percepciji one Srbije čija su sećanja na nacističku okupaciju još uvek bolna.

„Posredovanje“ u aktuelnom sporu u kojoj kosovska kriminalna uprava (pod „zaštitom“ NATO-a) dozvoljava radikalnom vehabizmu da preobraća albansko stanovništvo i udalji ih od umerenijeg toka islama u kolevci pravoslavne srpske civilizacije, to što Evropa zahteva da Srbija prizna i posluje sa kriminalnim grupama ne može bolje promovisati rat civilizacija, čak i da je pokušala; može se pretpostaviti da je puka nesposobnost, proistekla iz ego-narcizma, iznedrila ovu okolnost danas. Ali možda je i više od toga, oslabljena Srbija sa veštačkim granicama je „lak plen“ sa mogućnošću uspostavljanja kontrole nad regionom, koji je kulturološki vezan za Rusiju, a koga je istorijski priželjkivala katolička direkcija u Rimu.

U mnogim geopolitičkim mahinacijama vršenim od strane Merkelove, fon der Lajenove, Trampa (i sada Bajdena), da ne pominjem srpske prodane duše Vučića i Brnabić koji „šene“ na zvižduk pištaljke, na stolu stoji pseće govno, koje se niko ne usuđuje da pomene: zlonamernost Zapadnog hrišćanstva prema Istočnom pravoslavlju, posebno slovenskom pravoslavlju. Smrad je u vazduhu.

„…imajući u vidu činjenicu da vladika Grigorije ima veoma snažan uticaj među episkopima, kontrolori javnog mnjenja su rešili da učine sve kako bi umanjili šanse da na Saboru bude izabran poglavar koji neće biti saradnik vlasti.

Zbog toga i obračun sa ovim episkopom, koji je u više navrata govorio šta misli o “Zlatnom dobu Srbije”, danima postaje sve oštriji i opasniji. Iako je povod bio intervju koji je dat pre gotovo mesec dana, činjenica da Grigorije ugrožava planove režima na dva fronta, više je nego dovoljan razlog da se duhovnik iz Hercegovine predstavi kao najveći neprijatelj Srbije i čovek koji “deli verni narod”.

A matrica je uvek ista – protivnik se prvo provlači kroz medijsko blato, da bi zatim sa nacionalnih frekvencija dvorske lude vlasti iznosile “nepoznate činjenice”, odnosno lažne podatke iz njegove biografije.

Ukoliko to ne slomi neprijatelja, onda se prelazi na snimanje spotova u kojima hrabri, nepoznati autori, dovode u pitanje ljudske osobine žrtve progona, što ujedno predstavlja i otvoreni poziv na linč. Kome to nije jasno, neka se podseti kako je prošao Oliver Ivanović.“

Na kraju, nešto malo bliže stvarnim razlozima koji stoje iza poziva da se atentat manifestuje:

„…organizatori hajke na nepodobnog episkopa su odlučili da iskoriste to što on ne deli viziju “napredne” Srbije i Crkve i da ga zbog toga obeleže kao izdajnika, stvorivši tako utisak da je patriotiski čin ukloniti (ubiti) takvu osobu.“ [1]

Laž srpske države (oligarhija Vučić) koja se tiče vladike Grigorija, koji je opozicija crkvi, je eruptivna; crkveni stav je uvek bio da Metohija jeste, i uvek će biti, Srbija. Utoliko što je „napredna“, „napretku“ Evropske unije (koju kontroliše Nemačka) je pomalo nedostajalo zahteva da evropska monokultura proizilazi iz socijalnih tenzija rođenih iz multikulturalizma. To je neprirodan proces, lišen duha zajednice, sekularno korumpiran u krajnjoj liniji i zasnovan na geopolitičkoj propagandnoj laži, kao što je to bila i čitava priča oko nezavisnog Kosova. Posle 1945. godine, Rajh ostvaruje svoju viziju „na duge staze“. Podsećajući se da je Rim prigrlio svetost za katolika (nacističkog saradnika) Alojzija Stepinca, savršeno je razjašnjeno da slovenskom pravoslavlju nije mesto u ovoj „viziji“.

Da je postojala i najmanja namera da se očuva integritet srpskog pravoslavlja u mahinacijama zapadne Evrope na Balkanu, Vučić bi predložio, Brnabić bi pokrenula, a Evropska unija bi odobrila eksklavu srpske teritorije u onom preostalom delu Metohije koju većinski naseljavaju Srbi. Imalo bi više stanovništva nego neke države Ujedinjenih nacija, pre svega azerbejdžanska eksklava Autonomna Republika Nahčivan. Ali, ne, ovo nije tema razgovora, namera je da na Balkanu slovensko pravoslavlje bude ugušeno i izumre (zamenjeno katoličanstvom „istočnog obreda“).

Populizam, i srodni nacionalizam, manifestuju se u dva oblika, zdravom i nezdravom, dobronamernom i zlonamernom, mirnom i gnevnom. EU, NATO i da, Rimska crkva, svi su umešali svoje prste u podsticanje nezdravog, zlonamernog i gnevnog. Epilog ovoga bio bi pretvaranje Srbije u „naprednu“ evropsku monokulturu na nišanu.

„Nema ni najmanjeg razloga poistovetiti nacionalizam, što je želja naroda da bude ono što jeste, sa imperijalizmom, što je želja naroda da spreči druge narode da budu ono što jesu“ – Siseli Izabel Ferfild

Vilijam Berns – Direktor CIA-e

Postoji sjajan članak o Obama-esknoj „nadi“ u vezi sa nominacijom Vilijama „Bila“ Bernsa za direktora nove administracije CIA-e. Članak je verodostojan/neverovatan, a ishod ostaje da se vidi.

Napisao ga je indijski diplomata, M K Bhadrakumar, i uzima jedan zanimljiv citat iz Bernsove knjige „Iza kulisa: Memoari američke diplomatije i slučaj njene obnove“ u kontekstu manje „militarizacije“ gde Berns potvrđuje da bi američka diplomatija trebalo da:

„… upregne sve alate američke državnosti – od meke moći ideja, kulture, i javne diplomatije, do…sakupljanja obaveštajnih podataka i tajnih akcija.“

Takođe, Bhadrakumar primećuje:

„Berns je naširoko hvaljen kao titan u svetu spoljne politike, a takođe pripada onoj vrsti diplomata koji veruju da su diplomatija i špijunaža dve strane iste medalje.“

Pretpostavlja se da članak i citati manje-više isključuju paravojne operacije CIA-e (npr. Sirija) kao pravac koji treba naglasiti u Bernsovoj filozofiji, kao novog Direktora Centralne obaveštajne agencije.

Ali, postoji još jedna stvar, u slučaju kada Berns vidi diplomatiju i špijunažu kao „dve strane iste medalje“, a zapravo, istorijski gledano, CIA i Stejt department Sjedinjenih Američkih Država su više nalik na „sijamske blizance“. Ovaj drugi je kvalifikovani entitet koji stvari vidi malo drugačije nego dve strane iste medalje (javni nastup naspram čina zabadanja noža u leđa) u slučaju sijamskih blizanaca ili više nego jednog kognitivnog procesa koji gura ili inicira predmetnu politiku. Ovo je više nego tipična „diplomatska“ medalja sa dva lica, u slučaju kada leva ruka ne zna šta smera desna ruka.

Naravno, kao i uvek, činjenično nasleđe koje Burns ostavlja iza sebe biće ono što će odrediti šta će biti i šta je propalo. U tom smislu, trebalo bi da se malo (samo malo) ispita Bernsova prošlost, postavi pitanje i predloži lakmus test.

Moje sećanje na Bila Bernsa u vezi sa Iranom je malo drugačije od današnjih komentara; u stvari, Berns je bio u situaciji da radi sa nekima od najgadnijih „diplomatskih“ ličnosti SAD-a, a saučesništvo, npr. sa ubicom ili ubistvenom Kondolizom Rajs, je „samo dezertiranje“ u političkoj igri.

To što je Berns verovatno dobar izveštač činjenica nije čvrst pokazatelj da će njegovo filozofsko gledište biti od bilo kakvog značaja.

Postavlja se pitanje, koliko će kontrole nad stvarnom funkcijom CIA-e Berns zaista posedovati (ili čak i mariti da je poseduje). Biće pritiskan odozgo i odozdo da sprovodi kriminalnu politiku, i odobrava kriminalne radnje. Njegovi pretpostavljeni su nekompetentni političari ogrezli u agresivnim geopolitičkim lažima i pohlepi, npr. „Rusi su to učinili“, bez obzira da li i kada Rusi to nisu učinili, i u prljavoj korporativnoj korupciji ili praktično neograničeni „Ujedinjeni Građani“ nisu objavili PAC-ov novac, a njegovi podanici (viši CIA-ni operativci), su iskreno govoreći, taktički i socijalno glupi, ne samo očigledno izdajnički, međunarodni kriminalci.

Lakmus test: kada sadašnji i dvojica prethodnih direktora FBI (Miler, Koumi i Rej), svi do jednog, štite plaćenog ubicu (serijskog ubicu) narko kartela, tj. Enrikea „Rikija“ Prada, zbog činjenice da je Prado imao dvojnu ulogu kao visoko pozicionirani operativac CIA-e, da li Berns prestaje da štiti Prada, dozvoljavajući da se nastavi progon, ili Berns smatra da je zaštita Prada onaj deo „tajne akcije“ koji je legitimno „državništvo“?

Zapravo, vreme je da neko počisti CIA-na dela. Da li će to učiniti Berns ili će uopšte vršiti kontrolu nad agencijom koja štiti brojne ubice, ne samo Prada? Da li prestaje i odriče se vansudskog „Spiska za pogubljenje“ iz doba Obama-Brenan koji ima na nišanu američke državljane, i uznemiravanja, sabotiranja privatnih života, smeštanjem Amerikancima disidentima koji žive u inostranstvu (oprana, CIA-ina verzija FBI-vog COINTELPRO-a) ili ovi mafijaški „quid pro quo“ programi vide novi život „udahnut“ u njih?

Ova meta (iskreno vaš) želi da zna. Jer od ove nedelje, u Srbiji, postalo je jasno da „psi nisu opozvani“.

Ali, možda je već trebalo da znam. Kontrapunkt analiza, koju bi trebalo pročitati, tiče se Bernsovog „Pozadinskog kanala“, opisuje čoveka nesposobnog da shvati svoje neuspehe. Odlomak Džona Helmera:

„Vilijam Berns je čovek koji je mogao biti državni sekretar Sjedinjenih Američkih Država da je Hilari Klinton bila izabrana za predsednika u novembru 2016. godine. Od tada on sastavlja apologia pro vita sua – knjigu verskih uverenja, koja opisuje šta je pošlo po zlu, ne zbog njegove ili Božije krivice, objašnjavajući kakva su Berns i Sjedinjene Države žrtva loše sreće; lošeg tajminga; „narcizma“, „hirovitog vođstva“ i „aktivne sabotaže“ Predsednika Donalda Trampa; i ruske zlonamernosti.

Za bivšeg ambasadora u Rusiji i bivšeg zamenika državnog sekretara, rusko zlo je bez motiva, psihopatološki zločin. Rusi, naročito nekolicina visoko-rangiranih koje je Berns upoznao kao apartčik Stejt departmenta, ne mogu sebi pomoći. Ne postoji uzrok i posledica između akcije i reakcije, između napada Sjedinjenih Država i odbrane Rusije. Ništa što su učinili Hrišćanska braća alumni i Amerikanci misionari, kao što je Berns, ne objašnjava (u Bernsovom traktatu) zašto se Rusi ponašaju tako rđavo, i zašto njihove duše moraju zauvek goreti u paklu ukoliko se ne pokaju. Pet stotina strana svetijeg-od-tebe, ispovednika pokvarenih Rusa – to je Bernsova misija.“

Today’s newsletter covers just a few things, recent developments in the USA, my sabbatical from geopolitics, and a project developed by the Center for Syncretic Studies.

Did I call it perfectly, in detail? No, but yeah, it does seem to be following the general outline. I expect there’s two plausible outcomes now; depending on how the manipulated product (voters) feelings unfold. 1) the demographic favors Trump’s reelection and the Senate rejects impeachment conviction or 2) things develop that alienate the so-called ‘independents’ towards Trump and it is a case ‘et tu, Brute?’ with enough (never Trump) Republicans finding courage to side with Democrats to remove Trump and put Pence in place.

In the first scenario Trump’s reelection likely happens and that’s when the people behind Pence ‘bump’ Trump and we have war with Iran (if Trump won’t do it.) In the second scenario, an elevated to the presidency Pence pulls the trigger on Iran prior to election day. On the other hand, maybe by then Bibi Netanyahu’s people won’t be running USA policy pointed to war with Iran (Israeli political deadlock breaks in favor of Gantz) but I wouldn’t count on it. The Israeli nationalist-right (MOSSAD) runs our country together with the Pentagon’s Christian Zionists, the two screw out of habit like a dysfunctional couple that hates each other. The day is coming when they’ll tear each other apart (and the rest of us will be collateral damage.)

Now, it is only a matter of whose ‘conspiracy.’

On my sabbatical: Handicapped (for decades) by auto-immune disorder, I have limited energy and my blog requires a lot of it but there are other things going on I have to give attention to. The absence will be indefinite as what energy I can put toward writing is going to prioritize attempt translating pre-Columbian thought to modern western thought at a new (higher) level, no simple task. This brings up my support for the ongoing projects at the Center for Syncretic Studies (CSS.)

My thumbnail explanation would be CSS is where left and right (excluding neoliberals, neocons and the like) meet to exchange ideas and look for common ground, going forward. You’ll find elements of ‘nationalism’ there but not what I call ‘malignant nationalism’ … but instead a support for multi-polarity of truly sovereign nations opposed to the present globalism presented by the (in a state of decay) liberal democracies. In other words, CSS is opposed to ’empire’ or what amounts to liberal corporate neocolonialism and I can get behind that. But what convinced me above all is the fact CSS put my work translating pre-Columbian scientific concept to contemporary western language (English) beyond samizdat; or the first real assemblage of original thinkers to take this work seriously. This is no mean feat of courage; to entertain an attack on contemporary civilization’s interpretations of Plato’s “objectivity” by an opposed point of view or “A Tribal Perspective” (and more.)

It is common to talk about the ‘information’ revolution, but what is key is the ‘knowledge’ revolution: It represents the largest shift in the past 500 years in the way that society relates to knowledge – how it creates, metabolizes, and distributes knowledge.

This means that Academia is changing, perhaps fading, as it cannot meet the popular demand for knowledge, nor does it, as an institution, have an interest in meeting those needs due to the logic of the economic system of this paradigm.

As a result, new decentralized institutions and learning centers in virtual spaces, through social networking, are arising. They are in the process now of formalizing their own certification and recognition systems, through inter-subjective conferment.

This does not appear to be replacing Academia and its diploma system over-night, and therefore it is necessary to look at the process that occurred over the past 1000 years and 500 years. The past 500 years created the phases of modernity, each representing changes in the knowledge creation and distribution economy.

This is occurring at the same time is the rise of multipolarity and the end of the unipolar order.

Transatlantic oriented institutions have dominated Academia, and this has increased their interest in using repressive and coercive mechanisms to control and disrupt the changes in knowledge creation and distribution.

This will ultimately fail, as experts from the old institution system, and experts from the new system created virtually and through decentralized nodes online, are using social networking to interact. Work and lifestyle questions are being resolved through rising multipolar institutions.

A Tribal Perspective

This political essay is, in the Western academic sense, necessarily shallow. Why shallow? For two reasons, primarily; 1) the thought all analysis must be subject to exam for the fact of necessary cultural bias, when bias must be synonymous to belief, and 2) this essay does not delve deeply into the subject in ‘academic’ sense but necessarily notes certain phenomena in a context of inter-cultural observation exterior to what is known (in the common vernacular) as the ‘ivory tower.’ This is necessitated by the observation Western academia can be (more often than not is, as a matter of rule) a feedback loop where mistaken ideas are perpetrated by a process of ‘peer review’ or subjected to strict framing by ‘empiricism’ (3rd party interpretation) with a vested interest in protecting a status quo.

The method is not Western but derives from oral history form exterior to European culture. This method proposes a story constructed from metadata and is a hybrid in the sense philosophical elements of non-Western oral history and related underlying principles of thought and format is applied to (or superimposed upon) Western metadata.

It should be noted with short explanation that, in context of the preceding, the following is influenced or shaped by the rules of ancient tribal matriarchy modified or conformed to Western language and thinking. Necessarily adapting the following to the culture (language) of ‘Europe’ is neither an easy nor comfortable fit. This matriarchy had been far away from western feminism or the dualism of the larger ‘old world’, the difference is stark; the (matriarchal) perception would be the western feminists, when competing with men, are becoming the very thing they despise, an order of chauvinism issuing diktat upon the other sex.

In the ancient Native American matriarchal model, radically mistaken Western anthropological interpretations and stereotype set aside, it was the elder women educated the young males to time of puberty, creating from that human clay young giants that should mature into practical demigods (ethical titans) when exiled to male society; by comparison superior in every respect to today’s typical Western male. Complimenting this, the elder women trained the females to care for these males as nothing less than divine beings. The sexes were seen in complimentary light, not opposites, with great respect between their respective worlds. In the course of this social phenomenon, women were the philosophical disciplinarians, stabilizing a radically decentralized society, where men were the enforcers. However youth might have seen opportunity at rehabilitation, woe unto the woman or man who trespassed certain immutable laws, the elder women insisted on a judgement that saw any socially criminal woman (for instance persistent gossip causing problems between families, or promiscuity involving married men) disfigured and enslaved for life, whereas certain criminal men (rapists, example given) were executed outright. Beyond this, there was little law other than practicing a high ethical code inclusive (especially) of a self restraint, often translated (somewhat inaccurately) as ‘non-interference’, extending to all of one’s surroundings, whether human or natural, where all environment is perceived as ‘social.’ Top-down management in the Western sense had been unknown. As such, this social organization had remained in a stable state of equilibrium for millennia.

Grasping and understanding this system, together with living the expected behavior, contrasted to the rampant criminality of a culture remarkable for its compulsion to interfere and control everyone’s business, the present state of the world remind the culturally intact indigenous of nothing so much as trapped in a dark science fiction cinema plot.

It is in the preceding context this essay contemplates top-down hierarchy and the likes of Pence, Pompeo, Kelly, Mattis and Bolton on the one side (with Trump disqualified as an atypical Western political mentality), and Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Medvedev and Alexander Dugin, on the other side, and more generally, the West versus Russia.

The first or Western group, are the ‘liberal democracy’ phenomenon explained as a peculiar ‘religious sociopathy’ sourced malignant curse on civilization in the essay Beware the Perception [1]. Understanding the Russian group is a bit more tricky, as it must depend on acquaintance with Russians who are not particularly political (to temper bias), and secondary sources. It was just such an apolitical source, a Russian whose observation is the Russian mentality, although nominally European, is significantly modified away from typical European thought by its longtime exposure to, one even might say to some extent integration to, Asian cultural influences. This is not to speak of ‘classical’ Asian influence so much as the Siberian cultural influence and other ‘tribal’ societies with longtime influence on Russian mentality. Immediately, from a (perhaps distant but maybe not culturally distant at all) ancient Native American perspective there seems an understanding of one aspect of Russia, the Russian individual’s ability to self sacrifice for the sake of the larger whole. As a metaphor it could described it something like this: when two face five in potentially lethal circumstance, if it were (Western) European men facing Europeans and the fewer number had some slight leverage (everyone’s weapons at the ready) the smaller party should name who they would kill before they died. This might back the larger party down. If it were (Western) Europeans facing a larger group of indigenous tribal people, the strategy that might work would certainly NOT name the individual but simply point out one (at least) of the opposing party must die. Why the difference? The (Western) European men put a higher value on the individual, no one should set the precedent for his own ‘betrayal.’ On the other hand, if you were to name the tribal individual, that very named individual would be likeliest to initiate the attack, ‘to take a bullet for the boys.’ In the tribal people’s concept of a successful strategy, the compatriot is more important to the individual than the individual’s life. The Russian mentality seems very Native American in this respect. Siberia’s influence?

In this preceding regard, when one contemplates Putin has Dmitry Medvdev on his liberal left and Alexander Dugin on his conservative right, men with ostensibly opposed approaches to future vision of Russia, it might be expected it is a very wrong perception this is somehow a cynical manipulation on Putin’s part, playing one off the other, and underestimates the Russian character. Suppose, just suppose, Medvedev is loyal to Russia beyond his personal political prejudices and Dugin is the same. Were this actuality, Medvedev is Putin’s loyal foot-soldier for the sake of Russia, more so than personal loyalty to Putin, and Dugin lends his philosophical expertise to Putin’s associates with identical motivation. In this case, the three of them might be Russian patriots in a sense of patriotism rising above that demonstrated by the politicians of the USA where Hillary Clinton back-stabbed Bernie Sanders for the sake of her individual ambitions; and likely reaction of Pence, Pompeo, Kelley, Mattis and Bolton would be to snort a laugh through the nose at the very suggestion of Sanders as a serious contributor to the Trump administration. Western individualism fences out collective action for the common good, and this even goes so far as Sander’s refusal to compromise his ‘individual’ image as a loyal Democratic Party operative and step away from that corrupted institution to attempt a credible 3rd party run for the greater good or opening a future for his supporters.

Into the vacuum this individualism creates in the American politic steps the ‘shadow government’ (corporate board personalities) and their ‘deep state’ minions (bought in bureaucrats.) Never were there so dangerous a world where a ‘super-power’ sees military-industrial profit and related individual power (wealth-greed) supplant a patriotism of personal integrity dedicated to the greater good.

Relevant to this, 2024 will be a momentous year, that is, if the world is to survive the psychopathy of the liberal democracies’ determination to encircle, isolate and dismantle Russia. Rome had its’ Nero, ‘modern’ Russia had its’ Gorbachev, who lost his grip, and its’ Yeltsen, who surrendered his sobriety prior to Russia manifesting a man who has raised Russia from the coming ashes of almost certain ruin. What is to insure a post-Putin political consolidation of Russia will see this nation placed in competent hands? Certain able men serve the interests of Russia in the present moment but none of them are immortal. One dissolute ruler can undo the work of ten titans preceding, so one might hope Russians look to the psychology of Siberia as in Russia’s best interest, sans liberal delusions of individualism and return of the oligarch.

When compared to the top-down Western hierarchy of Europe, and its’ many iterations of violent, internal and inter-national (within Europe) upheavals, the radically decentralized, ancient tribal matriarchy with millennia of stability, does at first glance look to be the superior model. But then, one is reminded the decentralized system stood no chance when confronted with Europe and its’ hierarchical or concentrated power in pursuit of wealth that is become capitalism. How could one encounter the concentrated power (wealth) of a top-down hierarchy and not experience a perfect slaughter of the decentralized authority? Is there a middle way?

Simplified, why the decentralized or tribal model sustained for millennia worked like this: there was no opportunity for abuse of power because the leadership was immediately accountable to the community at the local level. This system was ‘federalized’ in a sense where the communities each sent a single elected representative as a ‘spokes person’ with no power other than to express his community’s view to a gathering of like representatives who elected a greater ‘spokes person’ with no power other than to express a consensus view, where the communities would meet to determine future direction. This system was founded on immutable law that laid down a constraint preventing any deviation from the common good, down to the nuclear family level, without exception. In other words, if it were true the law recognized the common good as inviolable across the spectrum of the allied communities, the law also necessarily recognized no one community’s best interest could be singled out as expendable to the benefit of the other communities. For this system to function, communities must have real power over the totality of their environment at the local level. This system would be altogether incompatible with hierarchical structure imposed from the exterior. The fatal element concerning this decentralized structure in the present day is, if the local community were so empowered to protect its values at every level, and those values were inclusive of minimal social and environmental impacts for purpose of maintaining traditional lifestyles, the local communities would have not only a power to block certain national development initiatives, a corporate model of sustained development becomes nonviable.

History points to top-down hierarchy as subject to collapse. Native America experimented with this form of hierarchy, and if we are to correctly consider the oral histories, these hierarchies were imports from elsewhere (prior to Columbus) as well noted in some instance by European historians, example given:

“I saw in this land an Indian woman and a child who would not stand out among white blonds. These people [of the upper class] say that they were the children of the gods” – Pedro Pizarro, chronicler of the Spanish conquest of Peru

The Toltec collapsed prior to the Aztec and the Maya collapsed prior to the Spaniards, Cahokia collapsed prior to the arrival of the English and no doubt the Aztec, Inca and Maya (2nd iteration) would have collapsed as well, as opposed to being conquered, had they been left to their devices. The rise and fall of hierarchies related to Europe, with its many internecine wars, are too many to bother with counting. Asia and its classic cultures, as well, has its numerous examples of rise & fall and meanwhile, the Blackfeet tribal culture and others, based on the decentralized model shortly described in the preceding, had remained stable for millennia.

Top-down hierarchy, by its nature, depends on exploitation of humankind in its’ environment. If the term ‘capitalize’ (take advantage of) is self-descriptive in every respect, the associated deceit of ‘democracy’ notwithstanding, by contrast it would be of superficial consequence if the Marxist model claimed emancipation for the ‘workers’, the workers ended up working for someone other than themselves and in practice this meant the Central Committee, Politburo and Secretariat in what amounted to a top-down hierarchy, no matter any pretense of power derived from the ‘base’ of the pyramid. Relevant to the preceding, whether the capital model or the Marxist model, the economic development necessary to ‘progress’ has proved environmentally destructive, inclusive of the human social environment. In this regard it should be noted the necessary underpinning of progress that is ‘sustained development‘ of natural resources, is based precisely on a principle of cancer. Where do you see this proposed fact amending policy? Would a healthy policy ‘manage’ its cancer (state of denial) or work to remove its’ cause?

It follows, a culture practicing ‘plausible deniability’ should be examined as suffering from a virus, an underlying principle or driver of a sickness in the Western, modern, or European (readers choice) human spiritual state. This diagnosis is as easy as the simple and very black & white observation where a culture incompatible with its pretensions should assert liberal democracy is egalitarian. There is nothing egalitarian whatsoever in a scheme consolidating corporate-fascist control where feeding weapons into conflict increases a geographic theater’s social alienation. This in turn increases the violence level which demands more armaments applied to suppression of the increased level of violence, an oxymoron in actuality; and all of this vicious cycle is then billed to the consequent financially drowning common citizen-taxpayer while the liberal democracies’ stockholder-oligarchs are fed obscene amounts of money. The only egalitarian opportunity within this plausibly deniable scheme as applies to the liberal democracies’ ‘war on terror’ is the opportunity to sell one’s soul; as detailed in a rather ‘Calvinist’ (sociopathic) American folk-monograph: ‘The Devil and Daniel Webster.‘

Plausible denial must be as old as vertical hierarchy and related civilizations. Insofar as the ‘cradle of civilization’ responsible for birthing the modern liberal democracies or, alternatively stated, a culture incompatible with its pretensions of egalitarianism, one need look no farther than the English philosophers.

Thomas Hobbes contribution to Western philosophy is a typical self-imploding set of contradictions, in an era where Gutenberg had practically made it possible for anyone literate to become a blogger of that era. Hobbes, finding himself at loose ends, decided he would become a Western philosopher (‘confidence man’ would be the better description.) The recipe is simple in the Western European tradition; fill a 900 liter bag with verbiage-verbosity like Bernard-Henry Lévy, engineered as to incredibly complicate a subject, à la James Joyce, and discover result in generations of philosophical progeny spending endless semesters wrestling a ‘Leviathan‘, whilst attempting sense of nonsense.

Distilled from Hobbes’ inordinately complex, presumed order of things, his points may be summed up so: In our natural state or in raw ‘nature’, mankind is an inestimable beast prone to every savage act where:

“the life of man [is] solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short”

And in the same moment, without Man’s ‘natural’ understanding, God’s inspirations cannot be known:

“we shouldn’t renounce our senses and experience, or our natural reason, which is the undoubted word of God”

Do you suppose Hobbes actually meant to insinuate understanding derived from a ‘naturally endowed’ beastly nature inspires one to deeper knowledge of God’s message? Is he acknowledging ‘God’s image, man’ is naturally possessed of the violence we have seen Englishmen visit upon every culture deemed inferior to their own? Certainly not. If Hobbes were of a proclivity to be honest, he wouldn’t have to bury the contradictions of his culture in a massive circumlocution that can serve no other purpose than to conceal the facts. What we are actually looking at is, the phenomena of Western philosophers burying their culture’s contradictions in immense complications, so those contradictions never need be faced. Hobbes is a master of this common (but patently dishonest) philosophical fraud. And then, we have John Locke.

The similar problem with John Locke’s “An Essay Concerning Human Understanding” is, his philosophy demands all men are born a completely blank slate upon which everything is drawn subsequently. In effect, there is no innate understanding bestowed on man in which case there can be no innate spirit. If that were true, then his holding…

“The Bible is one of the greatest blessings bestowed by God on the children of men. It has God for its author; salvation for its end, and truth without any mixture for its matter. It is all pure”

…demands the awareness of omnipresent “God”, who ‘created man in his image,‘ drew a portrait of self based in a perfect human ignorance. Again we find a fundamental contradiction buried in dishonest method employing circumlocution. Similar contradictions (culturally self-excusing form of denial) may be found in either the works or lives of Francis Bacon, David Hume, Jeremy Bentham and more recently, Richard Dawkins:

“Plants cannot think, and you’d have to be pretty eccentric to believe they can suffer. Plausibly the same might be true of earthworms” -Richard Dawkins

In fact earthworms writhe mightily in pain, while being skewered the length of their bodies on a fish-hook, where technique requires the shank of the hook must be entirely concealed in the worm’s living flesh. And plants can’t think? Plants & trees remain Platonic ‘objects’ for purposes of Dawkin’s scientific atheism and yet are known to communicate by land and by air. But for reluctance to look, where Dawkins plausible denial could be confronted, is in the modern lab:

“The [Cartesian-Platonic] doctrine that the world is made up of objects whose existence is independent of human consciousness turns out to be in conflict with quantum mechanics and with facts established by experiment” -theoretical physicist Bernard d’Espagnat

What Russia is confronted with in its relations with the Anglo-Saxon world, and the related liberal democracies, or for that matter in a larger sense, the culture of Europe, is a denial mechanism.

One cannot pretend to know how the Siberian cultures affected and/or modified the Russian mentality if one were not Russian and have no sense of the historical context of that experience from within the Russian community. On the other hand, this naivete also might be useful, sans Russian cultural bias, particularly were the Siberian cultures to have some very fundamental similarities to the Native American, and this would appear to be the case as detailed by Karl Schlesier in his “The Wolves of Heaven.” There is no pretense made the cultural critique herein [the present essay] would come from any but the tribal side; however any criticism must be oblique as there is no presumption to go direct to the Siberian tribes’ Russian experience.

That said, if, as expected, the Russian ability to self-sacrifice and rise above the Western or European individualism is due to Siberian (or other tribal) cultural influence, there should be other Siberian (or other tribal) cultural markers as well. One of those markers should be an impelled intention to state the facts in no uncertain terms per the American folk proverb ‘say what you mean and mean what you say.’ Now, comes the relevant anecdote that might surprise (or discover denial in) many more Americans than Russians:

It was in America from its earliest days, but with increasing frequency post trans-Appalachian migrations or from 1830s and onset of Manifest Destiny, through the 1880s or end of the Indian Wars, tens of thousands of mixed marriages occurred between White European males and tribal women during the American expansion west. This marks the period of not only Manifest Destiny with its many wagon trains west, but also the ‘mountain men’ (fur trade), gold rush (California, Montana), Civil War (many thousands of Army deserters fled west, Mark Twain is perhaps the most famous of these), aftermath of Civil War (dislocated populace due to devastation of the South and lost livelihoods), where many single males took aboriginal wives during an era which had seen enhanced mortality of aboriginal males throughout (Indian wars.) The majority of offspring from these marriages were absorbed into what became the predominantly White Western states population. The result of this had been quite unexpected; the children of what amounted to robbers, with great disdain for the rights of the aboriginal people they had abused, became the precursor of conservative, highly principled men of the Western territories where one’s word was one’s sacred bond, or men who ‘say what they mean and mean what they say.’ How did this happen? The aboriginal women raised these children in the only way they knew how: to become ethical titans. Within a subsequent generation, again and again, a class of men sprang up whose handshake on any oral agreement was an inviolable contract.

The tribal peoples very survival had, over millennia, demanded accurate reporting, placing a high value on truth and this value passed, via the aboriginal women, into the Western territories new populace. The pity is, this social value never became a prerequisite to wield power in the American political experiment, rather having remained localized and ultimately become overwhelmed by the corrupt nature (or as the case may be, reactionary forces, such as the religious right) of liberal democracy per se.

It is true it would be a speculation from the North American indigenous perspective, as to whether the present day Russia, finding itself somewhat freed from its’ Euro-centric political past, were to discover its’ source of impatience with the liberal democracies pervasive lying (a denial mechanism) stems from the Siberian cultural influence. However if this were indeed the case, it should surprise no one familiar with certain tribal cultures.

Ostensible Siberian (or other tribal) cultural influences aside, the relevant question would be to what extent the self-deceit of Europe DOES hold the Russian mentality in its grip. If this small inquiry had begun with insistence exploring the subject matter must necessarily be in some sense shallow, let us conclude, if only for a moment, what must be shallow is a means to intelligent end; a tribal bias circumventing the European philosophers’ propensity to bury the contradictions of European culture in circumlocution.

To begin, let us examine what would seem patent nonsense on its’ face: the thought ‘without the chainsaw, there could be no advanced space exploration.’ But suddenly this absurd proposal might seem less far-fetched, were one to consider the idea in a sightly refined form; 1) chainsaws are typically employed to strip valleys slated to be filled with the water of hydroelectric projects 2) in turn feeding the electric grid supplying the immense power requirement of the CERN Large Hadron Collider (particle accelerator) which 3) provides necessary understanding to design advanced probes capable of long term survival in space.

Now, we can extrapolate from this immediate preceding and consider it is not only the altered environment from hydroelectric but also gas, coal and nuclear, with all of its’ environmental cost, makes powering the Large Hadron Collider possible. Meanwhile, the chainsaw not only fells the Amazon and the forests of Indonesia, but also encroaches in Siberia, while feeding a principle, that is sustained development, a principle of cancer, that has made development of civilization possible to point of exploring space. It follows, the tribal understanding’s challenge to the honest Russian physicist would be to give us the mathematical equation providing the sustained development related ratio of damage to our environment to the ratio of achieved advancement in knowledge necessary to explore space. God did not provide us with wings, let alone propulsion rockets integrated to space suits, maybe the intention was to keep our feet on the ground.

Whether for 14,000 years or 40,000 or more years, a concept similar to intelligent design, which Richard Dawkins rejects as matter of fact, preexisted the European top down hierarchy through which Dawkin’s science descends. We don’t know if this idea were borrowed by, or influenced, the Deists of the Enlightenment who also were essentially believers in Intelligent Design recalling Thomas Paine…

“The wonderful structure of the universe, and everything we behold in the system of the creation, prove to us, far better than books can do, the existence of a God, and at the same time proclaim His attributes. It is by the exercise of our reason that we are enabled to contemplate God in His works, and imitate Him in His ways”

…but we can know it is the study of quantum mechanics moved one of its’ primary researchers to the same:

“I have concluded that we are in a world made by rules created by an intelligence. Believe me, everything that we call chance today won’t make sense anymore. To me it is clear that we exist in a plan which is governed by rules that were created, shaped by a universal intelligence and not by chance” -theoretical physicist Michio Kaku

Recalling theoretical physicist Bernard d’Espagnat stating…

“The doctrine that the world is made up of objects whose existence is independent of human consciousness turns out to be in conflict with quantum mechanics and with facts established by experiment”

…consider these preceding and then have a look at how it is Native American tribal people were thinking:

“In 1918 Christian missionary A. McG. Beede took Yale graduate Harry Boise to the Standing Rock Sioux and Turtle Mountain Chippewa reservations on separate occasions, where Boise explained scientific ideas to tribal leaders. Beede wrote in his report that both groups immediately understood the concepts without difficulty, saying: “There is no difficulty in leading an old Teton Sioux Indian to understand the ‘scientific attitude’ that the processes that give rise to phenomena may be more and more known by man and may be, to some extent, controlled by man, and that in this way the forces of nature may become a mainspring of progress in the individual and in the human race. The idea of atoms and electrons is easy and pleasing to an old Indian, and he grasps the idea of chemistry.” -Vine Deloria, Evolution, Creationism, and Other Modern Myths

The two tribal groups spokesmen replied to Harry Boise, following discussion among themselves:

”The ’scientific view’ is inadequate to explain … how man is to find and know a road along which he wishes and chooses to make this said progress, unless Manitoo by his spirit, guides the mind of man, keeping human beings just and generous and hospitable” -Rising Sun, Chippewa

“The knowledge and use of any or all the powers of the objects on Earth around us, is as liable to lead a man wrong as to lead him right, because it is merely power, with no way of knowing how to use it correctly- except that spirit is with a man’s spirit for the light” -Red Tomahawk, Sioux

When Rising Sun says ‘Manitou by his spirit’ (guides the mind of man) he is speaking of collective creation, our very surroundings are intelligent design integrated to nature, or one might say omnipresent god. When Red Tomahawk says ‘spirit is with a man’s spirit’ (for the light), he is saying the same thing, both these men, at the end of their cultures’ many millennia era of knowledge, are looking at what d’Espangnat stumbles upon nearly 100 years later; recognizing an innate consciousness embodied in our surroundings plays in everything we can experience.

Moreover, Red Tomahawk is discriminating between a sole, intimate knowledge of any single object’s raw power, and an understanding of the larger purpose concerning the nature of that very object, recognizing these are distinct things. His understanding (different to the European concept) opens to the possibility of allowing for the trees (recalling trees communicate by land and by air), stones, or for that matter, everything surrounding us, to possess consciousness and to ‘know’ purpose exterior to the European self-centered or ‘individual’ cultural shaping and resultant handicapped perception. And it is only when this larger door of understanding is opened, we can know how to listen, know the ‘timing’ (the knowledge of creation as synchronized, to grasp nature as a living clock), and to ‘see’ our way through the multiple dimensions of reality; as the nearly extinct Native thought embodied in now past Native American elders so often attempted to point out to us, when stating ‘it’s all related.’ In retrospect, who are the primitives? The tribal people? Or the people who, if they were to work out honest equation, must discover their ‘advancement’ & ‘progress’ via method of sustained development exploiting, desecrating one could say, the omnipresence of what amounts to the living god expressing us through creation, must point to our ceasing to exist and nullify awareness? Jesus admonished “Know you not you are gods?” What sort of gods should we propose to be? Those who put creation to death through the arrogance of the individual ego? That would be the effect of sustained development, globalism and the international oligarchs’ cancer on the very expression sustaining us.

Summed up from the ancient tribal view, when incorporating the modern understanding, our existence is Macro-Gaia (in the big picture) or all is [inter] related, from sub-atomic particle to planetary structures, with an element of Vitalism (the ‘great mystery’), taken together presenting as quasi or mimic intelligent design. The intelligent design would be ‘quasi or mimic’ because the tribal take on this aspect would be better described as ‘intelligent expression’, ‘design’ implies an egoic projection or attribution, whereas ‘expression’ should not. This thought goes to the ancient tribal persona of humility: There are some things one simply cannot know. This is why (in the tribal view) we cannot know ‘god’ except as a projection where man has created god in man’s image. The mystery of our existence cannot see god individuated except in a sense of arrogant projection of individual self, the ultimate self-deception. Our creation and inseparable god is named a “mystery” for the very fact of its’ indecipherable nature; and when this is accepted, by a community in its entirety, the mystery opens at several levels but always with a caveat: no-one can know absolutes; as ‘reality’ is an elastic thing with frequently shifting parameters and any related ‘truths’ are often of fleeting relevance. Absolutes, something the European monotheists crave, are counter to flexible adjustments necessary to navigating reality, example given, Indo-European ‘civilization’ and its’ hierarchal relatives have a habit of rising and falling; wherein this Western civilized perception ‘truths’ become absolutes, leading to a brittle construction when the elasticity of reality shifts away from any particular society’s foundation in the Indo-European family of nations. Brittle constructions imply impending collapse as the given society’s parameter of ‘perceived reality’, which is actually a state of inter-generational perception in stasis, becomes farther and farther removed from the shifting nature of reality in actuality.

I somehow doubt the major Indo-European family’s enlightened figures, whether in the historical order of Krishna, Buddha, (or the adopted) Jesus and Mohammed, made any pretense to embody the entirety of the Great Mystery of our existence but it didn’t matter, lesser men were certain to falsely confer this upon them; insuring lesser ideas became fixtures of those respective cultures. The many cases of rise & fall throughout history are example of the hierarchies stasis of thinking or inter-generational inflexibility of thought pointing to repeat of collapse. There is likely no greater coming probability of collapse than that of present day Europe and its’ foundation in the objectivity of Plato.

Finally, this ‘outside looking in’ analysis from the tribal side holds the focus on the individual sets the collective adrift, there is no anchor to prevent a collective suicide where archetypal myth determines Europe create its’ collective fate altogether independently of its’ leaders; when events take on involuntary volition powered by a ‘super-conscious’ intelligence that is organized, functions as though it were managed by individuals (even when it is not) and the result is, we can read into today’s events as though they were managed in a sense they actually are not. If this were the case, the idea the West’s leaders could correct course is impotent. This collective ‘meme’ can explain what is called in the biblical sense ‘principalities of darkness’ or that is to say a ‘spirit of evil’ progressing in a sense of superstition yet effectively implementing reality. Thusly Western culture creates reality independent of the individual’s aware thought, despite appearance this is certainly by design, when design is not actually the case. Such would explain a belief in Illuminati when in fact it did not exist in any factual ego-aware or organized form but nevertheless manifest as an observable phenomena of symptoms or consequence derived from a collective super-conscious phenomenon. A conclusion could be the European mentality has created paradox of a seeming unconscious yet ‘super aware’ phenomenon of evil as its’ cultural driver. The natural progression to end result would be, when a large portion of an aggressive society collectively believes in an Armageddon archetype, all of the necessary players will naturally manifest in a super-conscious organized format empowered to bring it off, where no one individual or group of individuals or players could effect this by individual or personal volition; nevertheless the super-consciousness of the event’s initiating group insures creation of this reality for the collective whole. A case of Shiva causing Europe to fall on its’ sword?

There is a remarkable convergence in the apocalyptic ‘good versus evil’ fables driving our world’s several fundamentalist religions’ reality. If a futuristic cosmology of destruction is the effective driver of what appears to be pointed to inevitable catastrophic outcome, better to change fables should be a rational conclusion. Or alternatively, turn to ancient tribal intelligence for inspiration. A society founded on a redevelopment of North America-Siberia tribal principles and related ethics should prevent Man’s technical applications aspiring to exercise the authority of God.

If one can be convinced, cultural bias notwithstanding, radical decentralization with total community control over environment, social and physical, is the only road out of today’s geopolitical madness and environmental train wreck; with a strict model of community self-sufficiency demanding high degree of care for the natural environment of the world we live in, one should not be so naive to expect this should happen overnight. One only need recall what happened to the said tribal cultures in North America when faced with top-down hierarchy and the thoughtless, multiple aggressions of Europe. The history of Manifest Destiny and its European predecessor (and contemporary), that is colonialism (and present day corporate neocolonialism), should caution not only the tribal people, but also Russia and much of today’s world. Empire covets the untapped, raw natural resources of Siberia, and Russia herself, if she fully commits to the European path (never forget what went on while Yeltsen was drunk!) will cease to be a reservoir of possibilities for future sanity. In this regard, one should not envy President Putin, even had the internal circumstance he inherited been sane; never yet has Europe learned from its’ mistakes, but only compounds them, and it cannot be denied Russia is also Europe. Let’s hope Russia’s most remarkable minds step up to not only support consolidating a future Russia pointed to its’ best interests but also fearlessly support new direction open to possibility of discarding the European ego’s (whether individual or collective) most damnable traits.

How Europe came about was the fusion of Plato’s misogyny (denigration of female intelligence principles) with the Judeo-Christian archetype myth ‘The Fall.’ It would not matter whether you were an astro-physicist with an IQ of 170, all are subject to the reality-perception limitations created by European cultural shaping, from infancy, of this artificial, internal conflict of intelligence or conflicting light-dark duality. This unnatural duality (split) is reflected in the personalities of those high IQs in science who can see no oxymoron in the fact of any proposed ‘saved by science future’ is relying on the culture and mentality producing the technologies destroying us, to save us. Grasping this oxymoron of conflicted spirit is key to surviving the trap the Western mentality had set for itself. As Einstein had noted, our “Problems cannot be solved with the same mindset that created them”

Life’s Little Surprises

Written at Wiesbaden, Germany, Summer of 2008 –

I went to the university to see my classroom for the first time, visit with my boss in the law department and check on some important protocols, i.e., would a self educated Honky raised Indian in the Rocky Mountains, be thrown out of a university in Europe for basically being himself. A matter of personality.

As I entered the law department and traversed the halls to the department chair’s office, this new Professor Witch-Doctor garnered stunned looks of disbelief from the rather straight looking lawyer academic males and friendly laughs from the women, I wondered what that said about my new life in academia.

I have known my boss for years, relating to past human rights and international law work, as an investigator in Indian country, and in his office I have questions relevant to current affairs. This is in regards to my stand-up comedian nature and my new professorship; will I be able to make the point to my students the name of the law professor who composed the Bush administration memos authorizing torture had inspired a change in the spelling of the English language expression ‘Fuck Yoo’

Also, I established I do not own a tie and was not about to acquire one. I believe the tactful language I had used in negotiating this important parameter was “I don’t believe I could manage a tie.” I was duly assured casual clothes would be fine, after-all, I am Professor Witch-Doctor Ron, having never subjected myself to PhD imprisonment in any ivory tower.

In the Native world, life’s little surprises are ascribed to The Trickster, and when we encounter these events, we are supposed to pay attention because life is trying to tell us something. Such as the time I had been wandering about the Arizona desert, and picked up a Horned Toad for a pet to give to a child. I slipped the creature into my jacket pocket and it had already slipped my mind by the time the day warmed up and I tossed the jacket into the back of my car and forgot about it for a week.

Subsequently, I was driving down a desert road and my heart nearly blew its way out the top of my head when some flat, cold scaly alien about the size of a tea saucer suddenly was attached to the right side of my neck. With the missed photo opportunity of a lifetime, the look on my face I am sure, I grasped the horned toad and pulled it free of my neck and into my line of vision and started to laugh somewhat insanely.

I stopped, walked the creature back into the desert apologizing profusely and set it free. Life had just told me in a moment of unfounded terror, to leave Horned Toads alone. In the Native view, even such a small and harmless creature has real power.

These many years later, I’d gotten to be the Horned Toad.

On my way to university appointment, I spryly hopped onto an escalator at the train station, and was quickly sandwiched in by people front and back and noticed the little woman in a nun habit standing next to me. She was staring at the new Professor Witch-Doctor with an expression indicating if she could leap off a twenty story building to escape me, there would be no hesitation… my camoflage bandanna and shades can do that? I had forgot… I looked down at my t-shirt with a cameo portrait of the devil and the name “Mephisto”

I did not wink at her (Oh, the temptation was great) but merely wondered at people who are prisoners of fear… with my life dedicated to peace and non-violence (not to mention free expression)

In student emails to me after the course was completed; “you showed me there is more than one way to learn at university”, “I’d take your class again just for fun!” and my favorite “your class was so refreshing after all of the suited and stiffed up law professors.”

These students are the truly bright minds

I suppose when I have survived life’s present international intrigue and achieve fame, perhaps the university could consider awarding me a honorary witch-doctorate of satire in letters and law, and I will enjoy teaching again-

Dear Madame or Sir, of the International Criminal Court

I thought you might find my story interesting. The USA came after me initially using the FISA law, employed as cover to snuff me for anti-corruption work. This was initiated under Bush and carried on under Obama. It didn’t stack up and I reversed the circumstance while on the run in Europe, but now it’s like a Mexican stand-off.

I regret to inform you the Bush era crimes did not cease with the Obama administration, but have rather been shell gamed. My own case in point, for your information.

I am a fugitive anti-corruption investigator with a serious problem. Over the past 5+ years I had allowed myself, in informal arrangement set up via 3rd party, to be used as live bait to document an international murder ring connected to intelligence agencies, for both German and Spanish (and then German again) authorities. The problem is, despite the fact the authorities should long since have ample evidence to issue arrest warrants, pursue extraditions and prosecutions, they sit on their hands. Probably this has to do with the explosive nature of my case and I will hazard a guess of political interference and/or inertia.

That I am a real person and have delved deeply into past intermingled corporate/government corruption, is easily confirmed via Mueller Law of Austin, Texas, USA.

Dear adjudicators of the International Criminal Court

Thank you for your response and invitation to review the requirements of the Rome Statute and submit a claim if relevant.

I believe the ICC has jurisdiction in my cause for the following reasons;

1) The effort to silence my work (multiple attempts at assassination of myself) can be tied to politicians, military officers and intelligence personnel covering up crimes against humanity

2) These attempts and my work have occurred in nations party to the Rome Statute (Germany, Spain) and pursued since 2002 (October 2007-November 2012, perhaps ongoing to present)

3) Germany and Spain are or have been in joint NATO military endeavor with the alleged perpetrators, as well Germany provides logistical support to alleged criminal parties in the overall or greater endeavor by provision of facilities hosted on sovereign German soil, and as well has taken no proactive, reasonable or responsible action to confront the alleged crimes they must be aware of on account of monitoring (but taking no action to rectify) my case

4) My work has or might have identified, (un)covered or documented organized, deliberate, multiple extra-judicial murders by security forces under the supervision of, or liaised with NATO commanders well aware of and/or systematically promoting alleged murders, in Afghanistan particularly, as well crimes on German and Spanish soil in attempted silencing of myself and stopping my open source analysis of crimes against humanity.

5) Alleged multiple extra-judicial murders are covert but demonstrable, deliberate policy of parties embedded in instruments of state, largely but not limited to, military and intelligence agencies in joint endeavor with NATO members Germany and Spain

My complaint names Germany, host of American military and NATO facilities, as a compliant, complicit party to crimes against humanity, German Interior Minister Dr. Hans-Peter Friedrich as accountable for allowing myself to be pursued for purpose of silencing an investigator, Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle for engaging policy promoting the material support on German sovereign territory of persons, agencies and states (Germany, NATO, USA) for purposes of multiple extra-judicial murders, and Angela Merkel as responsible, supervisory authority.

The magistrates and investigators and any unknown to myself pertinent authorities of Spain familiar with my case are named as material witnesses to attempted silencing (attempted murder) of this investigator, and any shared intelligence by/with Germany germane to alleged attempts on my life and are further alleged for purposes of frustrating justice relevant to this complaint.

Evidence referred to the court is the work of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (an American 501(c)3 non-profit corporation) documenting the American military are become widely infected with anti-Islam criminal officers devoted to the extra-judicial killings of Muslims as a ‘Christian Dominion’ religious duty and this institutional infection is controlling the Pentagon and military special operations in Afghanistan particularly, compromising NATO and is furthermore endeavor Germany is providing material and logistical support to, with joint NATO operations and hosting involved American military facilities on sovereign German soil.

In the event the immediate preceding is adequately disclaimed by Germany in association with NATO, on account of American military special operations command in Afghanistan having been held separately and away from NATO command structures (a ‘denial’ construct), then preceding paragraph is amended to reflect solely the German hosting complicit American military persons and facilities supporting/promoting extra-judicial killings of Muslims for extreme ideological purpose, outside the constraints of the rules of engagement in war as determined in international law.

Further evidence referred to the court is the work of Jeff Sharlet: “C Street: The Fundamentalist Threat to American Democracy”, documenting extreme ‘Christian Dominion’ organization having penetrated every institution of the United States government, the USA military inclusive, backing evidence developed by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, documenting ideological criminal motivation and associated criminals supported materially by Germany in association with the American military, NATO and the military endeavor in Afghanistan.

Named specifically as example of alleged numerous ideological/religious criminally motivated acts for which the parties named to this complaint provide material support to is, the so-called “Narang Night Raid” or the attack on a household in the village of Ghazi Khan, Afghanistan, in the early morning hours of December 27, 2009.

A second named example is the so-called “Wech Baghtu” or “wedding party” air strike, referring to the killing of 37 civilians, mostly women and children, by an air strike on November 3, 2008.

A third named example is the so-called “Khataba raid” an incident which five civilians, including two pregnant women and a teenage girl, were killed by U.S. forces on February 12, 2010.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation should be able to attest it is the Pentagon, the American officer corps, the United States Air Force, and the United States special operations forces particularly, where you will find the highest concentration of ideologically/religiously motivated criminal leadership, and specific to this, there have been reports of American soldiers seeking counseling in Afghanistan have been advised all will be well if they only would ‘be saved’ and ‘kill Muslims for Christ’, all materially and logistically supported by Germany.

Tangential, but relevant nonetheless to the preceding, is evidence which should be in the hands of German or Spanish authorities:

1) One probable poison glass pellet captured intact by my knit cap, turned in via 3^rd party, (name-edited-out), I was to be informed if the stated item were harmless only, no notification was forthcoming (2008.)

2) One set of documents inclusive of a report to the United States Department of Agriculture Inspector General dated 1991 exposing a criminal ring working the inside of government counterfeiting environmental impact statements for CHEVRON corporation. The relevance of this documentation is the clearly damning levels of information I am capable of developing and motivation to silence this investigator now moved on to investigating related criminal apparatus engaged in ideological/religious extra-judicial murders. This documentation had been sent in via the same 3^rd party in the paragraph preceding (2009.) Incidental to this, two young attorneys, John Yoo and Jay Bybee, had been writing legal opinions on behalf of the 1991 criminal acts and it was after Condoleezza Rice went from CHEVRON board director to the Bush II administration, I began to experience problems eventually leading to my present circumstance.

3) Persons positively identified in efforts to permanently silence this investigator include then active CIA officer Sabrina DeSousa at Weisbaden, Germany (2008), and former CIA chief of station (private contractor) Gary Berntsen at Sant Feliu de Guixols, Spain (2010.) This is information that should have been developed further by both German and Spanish authorities and should be requested.

As you may know, the International Criminal Court (“the ICC” or “the Court”) is governed by the Rome Statute, which entrusts the Court with a very specific and carefully defined jurisdiction and mandate. A fundamental feature of the Rome Statute is that the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over persons for the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole, namely genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, as defined in the Rome Statute (Articles 6 to 8). The Court may only exercise jurisdiction over crimes committed on or after 1 July 2002 (Article 11). In addition, the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over crimes committed on the territory of a State that has accepted the jurisdiction of the Court or by a national of such a State (Article 12), or where the Security Council refers the situation to the Court (Article 13).

The Office of the Prosecutor has examined your communication and has determined that more detailed information would be required in order to proceed with an analysis of whether the allegations could fall within the jurisdiction of the Court. The Prosecutor has determined that, in the absence of such information, there is not a basis at this time to proceed with further analysis. We welcome you to submit additional information to enable us to conduct a further analysis. The information you have submitted will be maintained in our archives and the decision not to proceed may be reconsidered if new facts or evidence provide a reasonable basis to believe that a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court has been committed.

Following developments in Germany related to the issues I’d raised with the International Criminal Court, it would seem the Germans are playing a political game of ‘cover your ass’ by claiming the statute (law) governing the American military presence in Germany makes it difficult to pursue any course of justice. What a crock of shit. It’s like claiming you cannot arrest someone for crimes while out of doors because they have immunity while in the house. In fact there is another statute (law) that allows for universal jurisdiction, meaning if there were political will (rather than cowardice) warrants for arrests could be issued for the guilty culprits (up to and including Obama) based on actions exterior to the jurisdiction over American facilities in Germany per se.

If you would like to email the German Parliament and demand action, the emails of the members this letter had been sent to, are listed below. Simply choose one (or as many as you like) and write to Germany demanding to know how the German government can sit on its hands while crimes are perpetrated using facilities situated on sovereign German territory and intelligence agency murder rings are allowed to run free in Germany.

On 20 May 2013 I began sending this following letter to (now 50) members of the German Federal Parliament. It has been my hope, and continues to be my hope, some responsible German politician will press the Merkel administration on why there have been no arrests and prosecutions for crimes committed on German soil or crimes facilitated on German soil. I have not yet so much as the courtesy of any acknowledgement from any party these communications have been mailed to. I thought you might find my story interesting. I am a fugitive anti-corruption investigator with a serious problem. Over the past 5+ years I had allowed myself, in informal arrangement set up via 3rd party, to be used as live bait to document an international murder ring connected to intelligence agencies, for both German and Spanish (and then German again) authorities. The problem is, despite the fact the authorities should long since have ample evidence to issue arrest warrants, pursue extraditions and prosecutions, they sit on their hands.
