On American Multi-Culturalism

Within the US military there are several cultures. The Marine Corps’ culture is even described as a cult. There are different cultures within the sciences, and external to these ‘cloistered cultures’ there are many more cultures, whether Black culture, liberal culture, political cultures, gang culture, ethnic cultures, religious cultures and many more, all in the mix of the liberal democracies experiment with multi-culturalism. I begin with USA Secretary of Defense, General Mattis’ quote, on account of his is as self-deceived and narcissistic a statement as can be found anywhere; and because General Mattis, as a trained & highly honed, quasi-legal, sociopathic killer, is in a position to make his threats into a matter of fact. His culture is within an ‘art of war’ which has been ‘exported’ and these days exists exterior to the USA’s founding principles and yet General Mattis fancies himself a patriot as opposed to a self-deluded fool.

The USA is the world’s first great nation-state based on pirate culture; where the ship’s captain is elected. However, from the first instance of this new ‘experiment in democracy‘, the common pirate had been demonstrably superior; where in the USA a Black man would be enslaved, in the pirate culture he was fully enfranchised member of the corporation with a vote and share of the wealth.

Our first great captain, George ‘Herbert Walker‘ Washington, was the man who’d put 44 guns into our founding charter, a piratical act at odds with the political sloganeering ‘first in peace.’ If there had been a Hague court for war crimes, his crimes had been worthy of conviction and cell for life, or perhaps the stronger metaphor: would have been deserving of the noose at Nuremberg.

In 1829, the ‘armaments’ of our Constitution elected a sociopath ghost of John Calvin, a populist who’d literally consorted with pirates in 1814. Andrew Jackson, in today’s world, succinctly put, would have been charged with ethnic cleansing.

Daniel Webster slept with Henry ‘calvin’ Clay, priming our constitution’s cannon for war; ‘predestination’ as it were … as America’s adopted philosophy, that is Calvinism, determined you are bound for heaven or hell irrespective of merit and personal history; where afterlife could see Hitler on left, Washington on the right hand, whether it were Satan or God sat the throne. Speaking to a ‘spirit’ of the American Senate, perhaps William Lloyd Garrison described our national politic best:

“He is demonized by a principle or passion that destroys all human affinity, and saps the foundation of all morality. He believes, and acts in accordance with that belief, that it is better to reign in hell than serve in heaven. Damnation suits his taste and temperament, he being uppermost among the damned, invested with full powers of mastery. Where there are no chains, no torments, no enforced degradation, no contempt of moral obligation, he could not, and would not dwell at ease. Universal peace, equality, purity, happiness, would be to him an intolerable state of society. Like Satan, as described in Milton’s Paradise Lost“

Following a perfectly predictable four years of fratricide, our ‘sacred union’ more and more externalized its’ piratical nature, the growing fleet of pirate ships names, Maine, Texas, South Carolina, Delaware, Florida, Missouri, Arizona and more, captained by lieutenants Hearst, DuPont, Morgan, Vanderbilt, Mellon, Carnegie, Rockefeller and the like, put paid to the long lip-serviced (political fellatio) right(s) to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, the reef upon which our (anti) constitutional ship of state should have long since foundered.

The USA beginnings were founded upon the idea of a multicultural state…

…but in the pirate model, with libertarian philosophy capitalizing on opportunity, with what was to become absolute freedom to loot; however special interests cut out the Blacks from the republic’s inception. Native Americans, by way of philosophy, were never considered part of the equation because of a cultural underpinning adverse to exploitation.

What we saw grow the nation had been White Christian nationalism in pursuit of Manifest Destiny but then White, Christian, corporate royals had cut out the common citizenry regardless of color. However that may be, one should consider America’s roots in the Georgia penal colony model with honest, corrected motto:

“Give me your criminals, your lunatics, your religiously intolerant masses yearning to breathe free”

This legacy of what amounted to ‘give me your cheap labor’ came to be known as ‘freedom for me but not for you’ for Blacks and Native Americans, initially, but now ‘under-privileged’ Whites as well.

These days, America’s liberal elite become all outraged at any admission of their advantage and privilege based in this legacy, so much so, they’ve authorized a CIA media campaign, #MeToo, to keep the eyes of their dispossessed away from the piratical foundations of their own rape culture’s origins, that is, the White nationalism that had nursed their own to advantage:

“The American way of life is non-negotiable” -Barack Obama

You see, dear reader, multiculturalism tears this nation apart with a lie. That is the lie of our declaratory charter and its’ profound egalitarian nonsense we all had been entitled to a right of…

…when in fact it is precisely as had been observed:

As an American, if you’re the animal that must drink fracked water, you’re the lesser but equal animal without the right to life that comes with a clean community environment. If you’re the anti-war animal whose phone conversation is turned over to a fascist FBI by the patently anti-constitutional secret FISA court, you’re the lesser but equal animal in regards to the false promise of liberty protections in the Bill of Rights. If you’re the animal who’d been foreclosed on, you’re the lesser but equal animal in the eyes of the bankruptcy law that robs from the wretch and gives to the military-industrial peer, your pursuit of happiness be damned.

Class is culture and class culture is multicultural; from America’s crème de la crème attending Bilderberg to America’s practical human offal of California’s homeless whom ‘lady liberty’ had prostituted herself to, returning us to General Mattis and the nature of a peculiar greed even Alexander’s generals would have been ashamed of; example given is when Exxon-Mobil aspires to manifest destiny over the unexploited natural riches of Siberia while the peoples of the USA must endure this singular madness where Korea is the doormat to clean your master’s boots in what amounts to a housebreaking with precedent:

If the evisceration of America’s infrastructure, public schools, healthcare and its’ very sanity, due to 16 years of insatiable greed via ongoing war budget, has resulted in a national amnesia, Russia, China, and certainly North Korea, have not forgotten what a former Marine Corps general, one actually worth listening to, had confessed:

It follows, General Mattis, of a subsequent generation, stating in relation to the Russians and Manifest Destiny’s envy at undeveloped resources…

…when knowing full well the Russians DID NOT ‘hack the election’ and yet consider himself in the same moment a patriot, speaks to a Satanic patriotism or ‘experiment in democracy‘ loyal to General Dynamics, Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon, et al, all keeping company with those ‘legacy’ souls, the hell-bound Rockefeller, Carnegie, Mellon, DuPont and friends, irrespective of whether his God or his Satan sits the throne; with ancient human nature foreboding turned to nuclear age twist:

However White nationalism ensured these United States, via a ‘Greater Manifest Destiny’, should rise to empire and become the scourge of the world’s cultures, surpassing even Spain’s colonial evils, might seem resurgent under Trump, let us not forget this has always been a ‘liberal democracy’, that is a pirate culture ‘taking liberties.’ It never mattered whether it were a Bush, a Clinton, another Bush, or Obama. They all took liberties on the road to taking away your liberty and now this legacy’s junta surrounding Trump, that is Generals Mattis, Kelly, McMaster, and Dunford, are threatening to take your (and the world’s) life.

How Dumb Is The CIA (all episodes)

Don’t believe for one minute the USA intelligence agency behaviors (murders of American citizens) had only begun with the new ‘color of law’ assassinations under Obama. This has gone on by far predating Dick Cheney, who merely kicked a long concealed history of intelligence agency murders into overdrive. In the ‘cleanest’ of times assassinations of ‘enemies’ as determined by (the CIA fronts for) corporate boards, are simply farmed out to 3rd parties, whether foreign intelligence agencies in a quid pro quo arrangement, or simply handed off under cover (laundered) to private contracting parties, professional hit men, which are oftentimes former agency employees contracted as free agents.

The aura of invincibility surrounding these intelligence agencies is a deliberately cultivated lie and in many instance is undeserved. It is important people be aware these agencies which operate both: outside the law and on the extreme edge, not only engage in extra-judicial murder but have historically corrupted many fine persons drawn into their web, are not even close to invincible. Would be recruits should think long and hard at joining agencies where supervising talents in some cases might be closer to comic book reality than real world common sense.

Since 2001, in addition to historic causes for attrition in the ranks such as moving to private sector, there has been an accelerated phenomena of the ‘best in the business’ have been either leaving or have been driven out of the CIA over ethics issues. Mossad has suffered from this ideological attrition for a longer overall period. It would be logical this will the case with MI6 and other agencies as well. This process of attrition leaves more and more ideologically driven senior leadership, leading to poor strategic planning, with less competence and experience in middle management and numerous green operatives. The resultant overall quality loss has been responsible for risks taken that were unthinkable in previous times and circumstance. The consequence is often embarrassing, even deadly.

One only need look at the “incredibly clumsy” rendition of an Egyptian cleric in Italy resulting in arrest warrants for two dozen or so CIA operatives, or the “botched” attempted assassination of Kalid Meschal resulting in captured MOSSAD agents by Jordan, or Mossad’s blown Dubai assassination of the HAMAS operative where the target was killed but the agents were also badly compromised, just a few better known examples of numerous breakdowns in operations. In recent years, a large American CIA operation had been taken down in Lebanon by Hezbollah and Iran due to poor discipline on the parts of the CIA assets and their handlers who’d been regularly meeting at Pizza Hut and Starbucks in Beirut, pointing to the quality of field operations degenerated to nearly amateur level.

With the CIA having decided to leak the fact clandestine operations of the two agencies, CIA & MOSSAD, have established a certain degree of fusion, released as a psychological ploy (neither agency is particularly bright these days), it brought into perspective a phenomena I had puzzled over for some time; how it was I’d drawn the attempted lethal attention of both institutions in a matter of two weeks (in the Fall of 2007.) A case of leaked accountability to Newsweek magazine establishes the CIA & MOSSAD were working joint assassinations by February, 2008. Closing a Loophole, 9/11 Addendum

Before we delve into the dilemma of twin valid but seeming mutually exclusive realities, it does to examine reality itself as a mutating phenomenon. To begin, I’ll point to experience of my own; an inability to recapture in virtual reality [on the internet] a clear image I recall from youtube some 8 to 9 or so years ago. There was a reasonable video in good resolution, not high definition when close-up, but good enough the party who’d uploaded it was able to zoom in [expand] the shot several times and freeze frame it. What the closest frozen [now a still] shot created demonstrated was, so-called ‘Flight 175’ had 1) a pod, clearly a pod, attached using pylon(s), to the right underside of 2) a cargo jet (no row of passenger windows.) It must have been taken down quickly, I couldn’t find it again although I recall trying to find it shortly after; and these days, searching the net, there is no such footage, in fact what footage there is, is entirely different angle and poor resolution…

…the footage I’d seen was from entirely different location or behind Flight 175 looking head on into the south tower, with no commentary and no attribution. But the above ‘extra equipment’ segment from ‘The Ripple Effect’ is still worth a watch.

Did I actually see what I remember? I have no reason to doubt the veracity of my memory but should question myself nonetheless and can easily project others would have doubts. This recalls Thomas Paine:

“It is a contradiction in terms and ideas, to call anything a revelation that comes to us at second-hand, either verbally or in writing. Revelation is necessarily limited to the first communication — after this, it is only an account of something which that person says was a revelation made to him; and though he may find himself obliged to believe it, it cannot be incumbent on me to believe it in the same manner; for it was not a revelation made to me, and I have only his word for it that it was made to him”

Whether you should believe as I have related is entirely up to you. Insofar as questioning myself, did I dream it? Many people have difficulty distinguishing between something similar to ‘dream’ (memories playing tricks on us) from ‘reality’ and illusionists play on this frailty of human psychology everyday. Intelligence agencies have entire departments devoted to manipulating peoples’ reality by exploiting this phenomenon.

But then, there are so-called ‘evidence based’ realities where facts are, or have been, close at hand with interpretations by multiple professionals, and these professionals have considered the ‘evidence’ in concert with the other professionals (in the same or closely related field) who place similar values or interpretations on the same or related evidence, to arrive at a consensus. This is not necessarily reality per se but is a form of creating collective reality more or less specific to that group and for those outside the group which embrace that particular group’s findings.

So, what then, when two groups of highly trained professionals, from very different fields, look at a macro-body of evidence and come to startlingly different conclusions? Seeming mutually exclusive conclusions? It happens. And it happens to groups of intelligent people.

Now, when a group of intelligence and law enforcement professionals are convinced al-Qaida, based on what they know to be sound evidence with multiple confirming sources, flew planes into the twin towers, and a group of architects and engineers, based on what they know to be sound evidence, confirmed by multiple engineering principles, are convinced plane strikes are not what brought the towers down and consequently box-cutter wielding Arabs could not have been responsible for 9/11, what is happening?

To begin, innate primate behavior (humans are primates and anthropologists see this same behavior in our closely related chimps) demands each group’s social cohesion be preserved. Accordingly, both groups have staked out their territory and there is little trespassing. In this case, there is also little cross-cultural examination, shared between the groups, precluding common undertaking of resolving the competing portraits of the 911 event. Without this opportunity at ‘brain-storming’ what the actual issues might be, there is stasis.

However ‘intelligence’ is the ‘softer’ science than engineers relying on principles of physics, with much greater risk the interpretations could be off-mark, no matter behavior profiles, multiple sources and wiretaps point to the ‘Arabs’ (primarily Saudis) as the responsible parties. With this in mind, it is interesting to deconstruct a relevant portion of Thomas Drake’s interview (transcript at the link) with Paul Jay and the Real News:

The Man Who Presumed Too Much?

Playing on the Real News title ‘the man who knew too much’, we’ll look at some unscientific assumptions made by Drake, but first I’ll give a short summary of this portion of the interview (video, above.) It is established that, prior to 911, there was adequate intelligence to round up key al-Qaida players who were established (beyond a reasonable doubt) to have communications with al-Qaida (central) abroad, as well Saudi intelligence, and were training to fly planes. It is also established that Dick Cheney had ordered the intelligence agencies (including FBI) NOT to focus on terrorism. More than this, Cheney had established his own clandestine back channels, within the American intelligence apparatus, to independently know what was happening even as he took action to ‘kneecap’ those very intelligence services ability to perform their respective missions via normal channels. As well, Drake asserts Cheney utilized this undermining of intelligence to allow 9/11 be brought off. Now…

JAY: Same thing. Coleen Rowley I’ve interviewed. And maybe we’ll link to her interview so you can find them as we’re doing this. She said in the interview, ’cause I asked her a somewhat similar question, she said the FBI was specifically told, don’t prioritize terrorism, by Cheney. That was actual instructions, that this is not the priority of our administration, which is part of why she says they couldn’t get the FBI’s attention, to really pay attention to what they had found in Minneapolis.

…Paul Jay backs a Drake assertion but Drake replies with patent absurdity…

DRAKE: That still doesn’t matter, though. I realize that’s a huge factor in terms of saying it isn’t, but you’re obligated under the Constitution to provide for the common defense. If you have information that rises to a level that says something is happening and it’s going to be really bad, you’ve got to share it, you’ve got to bring in the key people, you’ve got to take action to prevent it. That’s the whole point. Now, if you–I have argued this. I’ve said this before. That whole process was subverted by Cheney and company.

…what Drake has just done is to hold a technocratic assemblage, built on bureaucratic principle, to a high constitutional ideal that doesn’t so much as exist outside of his own head in the intelligence agency environment; necessarily overlooking 1) the so-called National Security Act of 1947 had become foundation that saw built 2) a ‘color of law’ scheme where a now patently faux constitutional order is become artificial or thespian event for 3) a consolidation of fascism of which the NSA is a structural prop. Demanding (this was Snowden’s misapprehension as well) technocrats in such an environment be constitutionally literate and motivated to a degree they can over-ride instructions with ideals their employment had been designed to subvert from the get-go, is more than a peculiar narcissism, it is oxymoron.

Now, the presumption just gets worse. The new ‘Pearl Harbor’ Cheney desired, to consolidate power in the executive office, is somehow going to take an ‘unknown form’ but recall Drake himself doesn’t seem to realize the NSA itself is part and parcel of the anti-constitutional order:

DRAKE: So the system–what I’m saying: the system itself was essentially set aside. The secret channels were the ones that were utilized. And they [Cheney’s people] knew much better than anybody else that something big was going to happen. They didn’t actually know exact time or date. There was actually more than just passing evidence that they’d [al-Qaida] wanted to do what ultimately happened much earlier. They just weren’t able to make it all happen. We know about all the test flights…”

How is it Drake can, in certain terms, state Cheney’s people didn’t know what or when, only they waited for something big? Because Cheney said so? Certainly Cheney has not. This is a PRESUMPTION. But because Drake is a ‘constitutional narcissist’ (read the entire series transcripts) as opposed to a realist that should be able to step out of his bubble of perception and understand his National Security Agency is, in and of itself, a structure antithetical to constitutional order; his ability to grasp what is actually happening would in any case suffer severe perceptual strictures. Recalling we have (these days) a few thousand architects and engineers have been willing to stick their necks out and dispute planes brought down the twin towers on 9/11, what should Drake have been looking at in relation to the known facts of al-Qaida learning to fly planes and Cheney providing the same cover?

Likely (almost certainly, in this investigator’s mind) it went down something like this: al-Qaida believed they would be able to target, with small planes, American symbols like the Oval Office or other highly symbolic targets but actually had been set up as a patsy for “The Enterprise”, also pulling in Bandar bin Sultan and the Saudis, as further insurance, with the so-called ‘28 pages‘ pointing away from the real culprits. Meanwhile, these next paragraphs by Mark Gorton are a good match to events set out in my own work, the excellent work of Jeff Sharlet, and the work of a Pentagon liaison to the CIA, L Fletcher Prouty:

“George H. W. Bush was such a pivotal deep politician because he bridged two separate worlds. He was a deep CIA insider, a lifelong intelligence operative, and he also came from an elite family and was intimately tied to the East Coast business elite. His father, Prescott, had been managing partner at the Wall Street investment bank Brown Brothers Harriman and also a US Senator. The Bush and Rockefeller families were very close. George H.W.’s grandfather Samuel had been business partners with John D. Rockefeller’s brother, and over the generation the Bush and Rockefeller clans had remained close. Empowered with these dual networks, George H. W. Bush could work within the dark nether-realms of the intelligence community, as well as, the Republican power elite

“Despite his decades long involvement as a deep CIA insider, Bush was falsely brought in as an outsider who could reform the CIA. Bush’s real job was to staunch the flow of secrets out of the CIA and prevent the exposure of the truly explosive evil truths of the now multiple Coups d’état executed by the CIA.

“The Enterprise was a massive 5000 person large hierarchical criminal organization with George H. W. Bush as its CEO. The Enterprise was a multifaceted criminal conglomerate that ran a large number of criminal activities including: drug trafficking, arms trafficking, savings and loan fraud, securities fraud, oil and gas fraud, insurance fraud, and real estate fraud. Embedded within the national security infrastructure and protected from prosecution by corrupted enforcement agencies like the SEC, FBI, DEA, ATF, etc., The Enterprise embarked on a massive criminal romp.

“I have seen no evidence directly linking George H.W. (Poppy) Bush directly to the 9/11 attacks, but just as physicists can detect the presence of a black hole by the actions of other bodies around it, so the massive force of George H. W. Bush in the 9/11 op can be inferred. Many people extremely close to Poppy Bush were actively involved in the 9/11 op, including: his son oldest son, George W. Bush; his youngest son, Marvin Bush; Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Prince Bandar, the Iran Contra network, and the BCCI network.” –Mark Gorton

Yet to be determined is Mossad’s role, but we know these groups, The Enterprise and MOSSAD, both, are infected with radical, apocalyptic-messianic forms of Zionism (see the Doug Coe link at this article’s conclusion and the linked “related” section beneath that.)

Now, considering the hard science of a few thousand architects and engineers (2,963 as of this composition) disputing planes brought down the towers, would it matter whether I recall correctly the (now non-existent) video of a cargo jet, with pod attached, dreamt it up or even lied about what I began this article with? Or, is that a wrong question? None of the preceding would cancel the hard science disputing Arabs with box cutters brought down the towers. Shouldn’t the question rather be what is high profile whistle-blower Thomas Drake’s (and not only Drake’s) mental state; in circumstance the intelligence professional cannot see through their own technocratic culture’s myopia and narcissistic bias?

“You’re telling me 28 to 34 percent of our military want 7 billion people to die” [believe in literal Armageddon] … “The simple answer is affirmative”

Over the past 12 years or so, since the founding of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, complaints the American military’s commanders are (illegally) shoving unwanted, extreme Christian, fundamentalism down our soldiers’ throats, on average, are reported 12 times everyday. This constitutes, as of today’s composition, well over 53,000 complaints of what amounts to violations by our military leaders of their oath to uphold the constitution.

From Saint Augustine’s ‘Just War’ theology taught to nuclear launch officers, to Bible verses engraved on military issue sniper scopes, to persistent, repeated, mandatory prayer attendance (and much more), the United States Department of Defense has both; established a religion, that is fundamentalist Christianity, and made a religious test of compliance throughout command structures. 53,000 complaints in 12 years, over 90% from non-fundamentalist Christian members of the military, have established there IS a fundamentalist Christian religious requirement in the American military.

This necrotic ugliness not only rules at the Pentagon, but is also embedded in the White House. White House Chief of Staff General Kelly, Secretary of Defense General Mattis and National Security Advisor Lieutenant General McMaster, all, are in position to team up and put an emphatic and final stop to these dangerous, illegal and demoralizing behaviors but none of them lifts a finger.

MRFF’s Most Memorable Emails Of 2017

Throughout the year, the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) gets a lot of email, and, not surprisingly, as a civil rights organization protecting the separation of church and state in our military, much of the email is hate mail. We are bombarded on a daily basis with emails from so-called “Christians” — emails containing the most vile racist and anti-semitic cartoons; stomach-turning references to the Holocaust, usually directed specifically at MRFF’s founder and president Mikey Weinstein and his family; and a steady stream of the most disgusting homophobic, Islamophobic, and white supremacist vomit that a computer keyboard is capable of emitting — all in the name of Christ, of course.

A typical email from one of these fine “Christians” will usually include a line like this: “All soldiers will bow to the Flag of CHRIST! Last time we checked there are more white Christians who have bled out and died for our US of A then jews nigras or arab insects.” Others will make their point with subject lines like: “LGBT = Liberty, Guns, Bibles, Trump… Michael, NO QUEERS in our Military!”

But for those of us at MRFF it is not the hate-filled emails that are the most memorable. These merely serve as a constant reminder of the evil we are fighting. The emails that are the most memorable to us are the ones from the service members, veterans, and others who we’ve been able to help when this evil has left them with nowhere else to turn.

So, to end 2017, here are a handful of the emails from this year that, in the midst of all the hate mail, make it all worth it.

From: (Military Pilot’s Mother’s E-Mail Address Withheld)

Subject: L’dor va’dor-MRFF Enables Daughter To Achieve Pilot Dreams

To The Military Religious Freedom Foundation,

We are a Jewish family living in (city and state withheld). We are proud that our daughter is now a full fledged (military service branch name withheld) pilot. Please keep our family’s identification confidential.

As my husband and I reflect back on this year we wanted to thank all of you at the MRFF for the intervention the MRFF provided this past (summer month withheld) on behalf of our daughter, (military officer’s name and rank withheld) who was so badly struggling.

(Daughter’s name withheld) had faced both direct and in-direct antisemitism while a student pilot at (military training base name withheld). She had also been forced to endure nearly constant Christian proselytizing by her immediate chain of command especially 2 of her Instructor Pilots and her (unit’s name designation withheld and unit senior ranking job title withheld). She was hurt and despondent and did not know what to do or where to turn.

We love our daughter. We tried to help her to help herself by any means the (military service branch name withheld) had available at hand within her (unit designation withheld) for such things. Nothing worked and it became even harder for her and us. (Daughter’s name withheld) looked like she would wash out of pilot training and even the (military service branch name withheld). Her lifelong dream was to fly in the (military service branch name withheld). Her dreams were about to be dashed.

We were just heartbroken. We had all but given up.

Until our daughter spoke with (name and rank of MRFF representative) at (name of military training base withheld) who connected us with Mikey Weinstein of the MRFF. I will not detail what or how Mikey Weinstein did what he did. I will only say that he did it very fast and very strong in defense of our daughter. Just a matter of a week and half later our daughter’s plight had been confirmed by the (military service branch name withheld) at (military training base name withheld). Those who had been doing her wrong because of her Jewish faith were removed from further training and evaluating her. She was given a fresh chance to prove that her flying met the standards. And she was no longer being told that she needed to demonstrate to her superiors that she would “get right with Christ” in order to graduate from pilot training.

(Daughter’s name withheld) graduated on (2017 date withheld) and is now thriving as a (military service branch withheld) pilot. She has achieved her dearest dreams! She has achieved our dreams too!

My father survived the Holocaust after suffering the unimaginable for (number of years and months withheld) as a very young man at Auschwitz-Birkenau. He lived to raise a loving family but did not live to see our daughter, his granddaughter, have pilot’s wings placed on her (military service branch name withheld) uniform. But on that day of days and through tears of joy (daughter’s name withheld) had her grandfather’s picture in her pocket when those wings were pinned on at the graduation ceremony by her Commander.

Oh he would have been so very proud of her.

And he would have been so proud of the MRFF which made it happen.

Our family will never forget what the MRFF did to enable these dreams of three generations of our family to be realized. Our hearts filled with love and thanks go out to all of you at the MRFF who help so many like us. Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas to the people and heroes of the MRFF.

Dear Mr. Micky Weinstein and the MRFF.

Our daughter (name and rank withheld) is in the U.S. Army and was helped by the MRFF over 6 months ago at Fort (name withheld), (state withheld). She was being bad bullied for being Roman Catholic by her (unit supervisor’s title and rank withheld) who is Christian evangelist. What she was forced to go through was very mean and hurtful. As her parents we did not know where to turn to to help our daughter.

But her battle buddy knew different. She had been helped by the MRFF 2 years before over something also bad because she was not evangelist. She told her to call you all at the MRFF. (daughter’s name withheld) did this with our blessing. Even though after midnight Mr. M. Weinstein took the phone call. Thanks to the MRFF she was given the fast help she needed to stop the anti-R. Catholic harassment from her Army boss. She is now thriving and even been promoted. She names the MRFF as the reason she is and why she is now so happy!

He said at first that he denied saying that the Armys jews atheists and muslims were not as trustworthy in combat as the army’s christians. That they were not saved for not having Christ and all. But too many of us heard it and he had no choice but to try to slip out of it and just say that he had just been misunderstood and some other bullshit.

Me and the other soldiers in our (Army unit name withheld) told him that we had filed complaints with you and the mrff. And that we were considering filing with Insp Gen and with (senior Army unit Commander’s name withheld) and others. Anyways he got all scared and all. Now he know how he makes us feel. And he asked us to give him another chance and all. Course he is still the one we told you about who said all the bad shit about Obama not being a christian and all. Says Obama being an arab muslim and never stops talking about how better trump is and all. So this is now the 2d time he has messed up with this Christian Best stuff to all of us below him in our chain. In just 10 days too.

Subject: Jesus is NOT our Wingman

To Military Religious Freedom Foundation of New Mexico,

I am sorry for taking too much time to write in thanks for what you all did for us to fix a bad problem with what our (unit name withheld) Commander said to us all at our (annual training event name withheld) in (month withheld) of 2017 at (installation name withheld) AFB in (city and state withheld).

He was explaining what it meant to be a great Wingman for our fellow airman and then went on a freaking rant about how we ‘should all be like the greatest wingman ever in the world’s history Jesus Christ.’ He said stuff like to be a good wingman is to be a good Christian and vive versa. So many of us were pissed at all of this. We’re not idiots and making all of the Jesus comparing to USAF Wingman standards was stupid even tho some airmen liked it.

Me and many other members of the (unit name withheld) saw this as super messed up. I tried to tell this wrongness to our (unit name withheld) (subordinate military supervisor’s title withheld) but all he said was that we were dead wrong and was being a very disloyal wingmen to even object to what our (unit name withheld) Commander had spoken about Jesus at (annual training event name withheld). And by the way I am not Christian but my wife is and most of those who joined me in asking for the MRFFs help are Christians.

Our First Shirt (name and rank withheld) gave us Mr. Weinstein’s name and phone number from when he needed the MRFF back in the day of 2011 on National prayer breakfast at (installation name and state withheld). He said none of our names would ever get out to anyone especially AF OSI for asking for the MRFFs help.

We called Mr. Weinstein at late night and he talks to us for almost an hour. Can’t say what or how it was done but only 2 days later (name and rank withheld) who is the (higher unit name withheld) Commander spoke to us at (previously scheduled unit training event name withheld) to tell us that comparing a good Wingman to Jesus was wrong and out of line. Broke regs too. Best part was when our (unit name withheld) commander spoke to us next and also apologized. We were all like “F— YES”!!

For me and my fellow airmen who asked for their help we thank the MRFF for making it all good again. The MRFF is our Wingman now!

How Dumb is the CIA episode seven

The Washington DC End of the DNC Mails Story
or How Lies Meant to ‘backstop’ Lies Invites Fall-guys

“Crowdstrike, a firm that analyzes threats to network security, revealed that the DNC had called it in to inspect the party’s servers, where it found “two separate Russian intelligence-affiliated adversaries present in the DNC network.” Crowdstrike released a comprehensive report of its findings on June 14, which accompanied a Washington Post article detailing the attacks. One of the hacking groups, Crowdstrike found, had access to the DNC servers for almost a year”

Now, recalling the preceding, look at this next, a case of ‘he said, she said’

“According to the [DNC] group, the FBI never asked to see their servers. But FBI Director James Comey told the Senate Intelligence Committee back in January that the FBI did”

In any case, the FBI was more than willing (to the time things became ‘sticky’ and routine face-saving lies to Congress becomes necessary) to rely on ‘Crowdstrike’ instead of conducting their own analysis. But Crowdstrike is a true ‘Tar-Baby’ of Uncle Remus fame…

…pointing back to Clintonistas at the Obama era John Brennan’s CIA via Google’s 100 million investment in Crowdstrike. Google has been an agency project from its inception:

“It is not precisely clear when the company caught the attention of America’s intelligence agencies, but high-level whistleblowers suggest it was early on in the company’s history. In a 2006 interview, ex-CIA agent Robert David Steele suggested that it was from the very outset.

“I think Google took money from the CIA when it was poor and it was starting up,” Steele said in the interview. “They’ve been together for quite a while”

“Steele also fingered the company’s point man in the CIA: Dr. Rick Steinheiser in the Office of Research and Development”

This earlier reporting, by Corbett Report, is reinforced with subsequent investigative reporting by Insurge Intelligence:

“Thuraisingham’s account … demonstrates that the CIA-NSA-MDDS program was not only partly funding Brin throughout his work with Larry Page developing Google, but that senior US intelligence representatives including a CIA official [Dr Rick Steinhieser] oversaw the evolution of Google in this pre-launch phase, all the way until the company was ready to be officially founded. Google, then, had been enabled with a “significant” amount of seed-funding and oversight from the Pentagon: namely, the CIA, NSA, and DARPA” [sic]

In the case of following CIA linked investments, Google doesn’t invest 100 million in anything that will not become agency invested-responsive. That’s Crowdstrike. But there’s more.

Next, we come to the problem with the so-called (British MI6 veteran spook Christopher Steele produced, not to be confused with former CIA officer Robert Steele) ‘Steele Dossier’ and the idea it isn’t so much what it does contain or does not contain, inasmuch as what it actually accomplishes, versus what it had been intended to accomplish.

It was in this phase, Guccifer 2.0 had dropped the now thoroughly debunked bomb…

“Big League Politics asked Carter about the identity of the original author of the Guccifer documents.

“For one thing, we know Flood was not the original author of the docs,” Carter told BLP. “So, it’s definitely odd to see that he’s shown as author of any of them initially.”

“Carter elaborated that “Flood (or someone using a computer that had MS-Word set up by Flood using his own details in the past) actually started out by creating a blank file with a Russian stylesheet entry in it.”

“This was then saved as 1.doc, 2.doc and 3.doc,” he said. “Then 30 minutes later, on another computer, with MS-Word registered to the Russian name (the Soviet secret police founder that has been dead for almost a century). Each of those files was opened, had content copied into it (assumably from the original documents) and was then saved (writing the Russian name into the metadata at that time)”

…at WordPress it was he responsible for hacking the DNC and his documents subsequently identified as Russia originated, a story immediately picked up and run with by reliable Central Intelligence Agency cover story laundering outlets Washington Post (here) and New York Times (here.) But Russian intelligence would never be so stupid and we know now the Guccifer documents had initially been copied into a computer registered to Warren Flood, a sometimes DNC operative and former computer tech for Joe Biden. Thank Crowdstrike for that, a choice made to throw the bloodhounds off, credit should always be given where credit is due. And then…

…the duped Clintonistas at the DNC immediately ran with this disinformation to the CIA connected Fusion GPS (the DoJ-CIA inter-agency/incest/compromised connections are there) which in turn handed it off (sub-contracted it) to Britain based Orbis Business Intelligence and ex-MI6 spook Christopher Steele who created (out of thin air) ‘evidence’ the Russians had colluded with Trump. This ‘evidence’ was, in turn, fed (by Steele) to the Clintonistas at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, entrapping the Department of Justice’s FBI (a case of poetic justice concerning the masters of entrapment) who were more than happy to take a ‘reputable’ spook’s report at face value. What the Clintonistas at the DoJ and FBI, in their ecstatic state at the ‘dossier’ content, failed to recall is, spooks are trained and paid perjurors, in the first degree:

“Professional standards require intelligence professionals to lie, hide information, or use covert tactics to protect their “cover,” access, sources, and responsibilities. The Central Intelligence Agency expects, teaches, encourages, and controls these tactics so that the lies are consistent and supported (“backstopped”). The CIA expects intelligence officers to teach others to lie, deceive, steal, launder money, and perform a variety of other activities that would certainly be illegal if practiced in the United States. They call these tactics “tradecraft,” and intelligence officers practice them in all the world’s intelligence services” -Hulnick & Mattausch, “Ethics and Morality in U.S. Secret Intelligence”

This small fact is an imperative part of spook job description. More than ‘coincidental’ to this, by the time John Brennan had met with James Comey at the end of 2016, and Comey came away ‘agreeing’ with the ‘intelligence’ promoted by the CIA … it was too late for the DoJ’s FBI to back out of what by then they had begun to realize was a bogus dossier, a ‘novel’ if you will. But now that it’s too late, with the FBI badly trapped in the CIA’s lies or ‘bought in’ to running with the story whether they like it or not; if/when the entire operation comes unglued, it is the Department of Justice will become the patsy (and deservedly so.)

Did the CIA deliberately entrap the FBI? At some point, certainly yes, knowing they would need their ‘Russians hacked the election’ information operation (PSYOP) ‘backstopped’ (spook lingo for a credible witness to back up the lie.) The DNC’s Crowdstrike hire is where the CIA’s operation had to have been initiated, Guccifer is certainly their asset, and it was the Orbis MI6 veteran spook, Christopher Steele, was tasked with entrapping the FBI, the real reason behind his having independently-incrementally fed the false ‘dossier’ information to the Clintonistas at FBI and DoJ (who lapped it up like shit-eating dogs.)

Clearly Google invested Crowdstrike profiles (strongly) as the CIA asset which had been tasked with manufacturing evidence, for the cover story Central Intelligence would create to exploit the DNC data loss, and the FBI was encouraged to rely on the Crowdstrike exam of the DNC servers to keep that agency from having investigators develop and be in possession of information at odds with the CIA’s story line.

This all having been clumsily engineered and destined to unravel comes as no surprise at all, the Central Intelligence Agency senior management of the present day is beyond stupid:

Meanwhile, over at WikiLeaks, Julian Assange completely blew his so-called ‘whistle-blowing’ organization’s opportunity to set the record straight … and those of you who’d read Incompetent Espionage & WikiLeaks (III) know the rest of the story, republished here:

“Under this deal, which was reported by the Wall Street Journal, Assange would provide conclusive proof that Russia was not the source of hacked emails WikiLeaks published. In return, he would be offered a pardon, or some other assurance that he wouldn’t be prosecuted by the US for involvement in WikiLeaks.

“Rohrabacher brought this deal to the White House Wednesday [13 September 2017], but Chief of Staff John Kelly not only apparently didn’t like the offer, but didn’t tell President Trump that the offer had been made, instead telling Rohrabacher to take the proposal to the intelligence community.

“The intelligence community almost certainly wouldn’t be in a position to offer any sort of amnesty for Assange, which likely means the end of the proposal. Rohrabacher offered to set up a meeting between Assange and a Trump representative, but that too appears to have been dismissed by Kelly”

So, the generals keep Trump sequestered like the Vatican keeps a rampant pedophile priest under wraps; away from any real work and responsibilities (in this case, kept from knowledge of what’s actually going on in the world.) But now, with the Wall Street Journal blowing the whistle, Ivanka should soon be whispering in her daddy’s ear; and what will tell you everything is, what happens next. Suppose Trump keeps his mouth shut and says nothing? This will indicate the absolute completion of the Pence aligned generals capture of the Oval Office.

But the real news here is, Assange provides evidence of his belief that he is personally more important than any unconditional release of information which should stop the Pentagon and NATO’s pursuit of a war footing directed at Russia in its tracks.

Narcissism? Is there a stronger word? Julian Assange, who fancies himself ‘Jesus of the Digital Age’ would appear to be tired of bearing his cross. The Roman’s puppet, King Herod, hasn’t been authorized to provide the pardon and Pontius Pilate’s (read Mike Pompeo’s) people will deliver Jesus of the Digital Age to crucifixtion on behalf of the ‘duopoly’ mob, to satisfy their blood lust. Good luck with the world’s biggest ‘deal-maker’ (read loser) Wikileaks, because you blew it by waiting too long.

The entire sand-castle (a product of Obama CIA Director John Brennan’s imagination) the “Russians hacked the election” is finally washing away with an incoming tide. How this plays out is anyone’s guess.

The open question is, how the new information will be leveraged, if it were to actually break into the open widely, with the bad boy Trump essentially captured by the surreal evil that surrounds him. Other than pure evil (e.g. Pence), only a narcissist or a fool would ever desire to be president of this particular republic. In ‘The Donald’, we have both.

1 August 2017 an audio tape is leaked in which Seymour Hersh states the FBI knows it was Seth Rich leaked the DNC mails:

“What the [FBI] report says is that some time in late Spring… he makes contact with WikiLeaks, that’s in his computer. Anyway, they found what he had done is that he had submitted a series of documents — of emails, of juicy emails, from the DNC” -Seymour Hersh

On 9 August 2017 The Nation magazine publishes a column on a group of independent experts…

“Forensic investigators, intelligence analysts, system designers, program architects, and computer scientists of long experience and strongly credentialed are now producing evidence disproving the official version of key events last year”

…demonstrating the DNC mails were leaked, not hacked.

On 18 August 2017 Antiwar.com reports Congressman Dana Rohrabacher has met with Assange concerning the DNC mails and [the article] further credibly suggests Assange is holding the DNC leak evidence hostage as a bargaining chip to possibly acquire a pardon for himself and leverage wikileaks into legitimacy with a President of the United States who at this point is owned by the USA’s intelligence agencies, a hare-brained scheme destined to fail. Assange & company waited too long.

But this would fit Julian Assange’s self-centered, persecuted-savior complex which never ceases to amaze, this guy (as well, Craig Murray) has allowed the idiots surrounding Trump to push us towards the brink with Russia, for months. All because Assange is tired of his embassy confinement in London, a circumstance that is entirely his own fault for the fact he didn’t have the self-discipline to keep his dick in his pants (whether Assange’s admitted intercourse was a case of rape or not.)

What’s more is, this blog pointed to strong circumstantial evidence it was Seth Rich leaked the DNC mails this past January, and recalling this, it still stretches the imagination a former UK ambassador would make an amateur espionage move worthy of a cub scout playing spy. But that’s what Craig Murray had done in the case of the DNC emails leaked to WikiLeaks.

That Murray would be a high value target for American counter-intelligence to monitor for the reason of his high profile association with WikiLeaks is beyond obvious. For Murray then to state…

“I know who leaked them. I’ve met the person who leaked them, and they are certainly not Russian and it’s an insider. It’s a leak, not a hack; the two are different things”

…goes to the practically bizarre when coming from a former United Kingdom ambassador to Uzbekistan. Then, we had WikiLeak’s Assange giving what amounts to a ‘Glomar’ ‘I will neither confirm or deny’ response concerning the murder (assassination) of Seth Rich after appearing to suggest Rich was the source of the DNC emails leak:

Beyond this, WikiLeaks offering a $20,000 reward for the solving of the Seth Rich murder is laughable, that’s what an American west coast upscale community would offer for the arrest of a serial killer of the neighborhood’s cats. Two million dollars might get two seconds’ attention of a corruptible counter-intelligence agent with knowledge of a professional hit on Seth Rich, twenty million might even net an inside the agency sucker willing to take the exceedingly high risk to one’s life (almost certain death) that would attend selling out an agency hit man for substantial lucre. In truth, the WikiLeaks reward offer amounted to little more than a tabloid publicity stunt.

Narcissism is a blinding thing; and a self-righteous narcissism is no exception. Ambassador Murray could have every good intention but on the face of it, he had seriously screwed up. Murray and WikiLeaks should have immediately come clean, there was little to lose. Seth Rich was the source, Murray had met with him, and much could have been gained by stating so; there would be nothing given up any intelligence agency involved did not already know. It have been the right thing to do.

Craig Murray stating ‘I had a serious lapse of professional judgement and this resulted in the death of Seth Rich’ would be the most responsible and newsworthy move WikiLeaks could have taken; to counter the CIA’s ‘the Russians hacked the DNC’ propaganda lie, in which there is much invested by the agency; and the consequent damage to relations with Russia, and growing threat to what little world peace yet exists, is immense. WikiLeaks should have done the right thing a long time ago and they have not. Why not? Because Assange and WikiLeaks believes Assange’s comfort is more important than world peace. What fucks. This is beyond inexcusable, it’s criminal. But for Murray, there’s more at stake here than just a hit to ego & image.

Murray’s likely role in the DNC leaks case? A personal meeting with Rich to confirm for WikiLeaks Seth Rich was a bona fide insider with authentic material prior to a WikiLeaks cash payment to Rich and arrangements completed for the mails transfer.

Now, it is a question of ‘damned if you do and damned if you don’t’ release the evidence because WikiLeaks waited too long, and let the criminals surrounding Trump consolidate their power while investing deeply in the myth of the Russians hacked the election; a criminal cabal that will up the ante on the world stage to any level necessary to avoid accountability. WikiLeaks Idiots. WikiLeaks Morons.

Meanwhile, Murray subsequently barred from the United States (except that he applies for a visa, typically unnecessary for a British citizen) appears to have been, in a manner of speaking, a deep state message to Murray: ‘thank you very much for the lapse of judgement, we have taken full advantage with the assassination of Seth Rich and we won’t be requiring your services after this’ (he’d be smart to stay away.)

The really sticky problem for WikiLeaks in this scenario is, Seymour Hersh asserts in the recorded call WikiLeaks had paid Rich for the leaked documents, damaging or reducing to element of pretense WikiLeaks claims of journalism & providing rationale for deep state prosecutors & judges to find this had been straightforward espionage. But they won’t do it if the Rich-Murray meeting stays buried, a LOT is invested in ‘the Russians did it’ for the public consumption. If it DOES break open, Murray’s ‘goose is cooked.’ It’s now not only WikiLeaks problem in a larger sense, but Murray’s, whether he does or doesn’t admit the assassinated Seth Rich had been the DNC mails source.

Why is Trump fulfilling the wishes of religious extremists he more typically mocks? How is it Jared Kushner convinced Trump to choose hyper-extreme Christian Mike Pence over Chris Christie for Vice President? The short fact is, Pence would be Bibi Netanyahu’s hyper-right wing coalition partners’ choice of a Christian Zionist in the American executive and that smells more of ‘foreign influence’ than any of the recent Russian controversy, when it comes to actual meddling in the USA election.

Now, with Trump’s recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, there is already a push to rebuild the Jewish temple destroyed by the Roman commander Titus 1,948 years ago.

“The next step, the most important step, must be taken by the Jews. We need to begin going up to the Temple Mount is massive numbers. Once we do that, the Temple is the next inevitable step”

There is just a few big problems with this.

The site does not belong to Israel. Temple Mount is not Israel’s, according to United Nations resolutions and international law.
The site is holy to Muslims and destruction of Dome of the Rock and al Aqsa mosque, to make way for a Jewish temple at its’ original site will expand the issue to all Muslim nations, no longer a Palestinian issue. This ‘rebuilding’ of the Temple is openly advocated together with (and on account of) Trump’s action of recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
This violation of international law had to have passed muster with the religious right generals surrounding Trump, that is White House Chief of Staff General Kelly, Secretary of Defense General Mattis and National Security Advisor Lieutenant General McMaster. These are generals in a position to, but who’ve refused, to clean up an illegal movement within the larger United States armed forces essentially establishing conservative Christianity as an official religion in violation of the USA’s constitution and other laws, as documented extensively over this immediate past twelve years by the non-profit Military Religious Freedom Foundation.
Taken together, the circumstance sets up a war of civilizations playing to extreme religious conservatives on both sides of the Christian-Muslim divide, both believing in literal Armageddon, with a Jewish apocalyptic movement at its’ center. The American generals, who believe in the literal rebuilding of the Jewish temple as a matter of their extreme Christian faith, cannot be trusted to render legal, secular service in this scenario, they’ve already suborned American law to their ultra-conservative religious beliefs.

The immediate preceding recalls Trump’s bankruptcy lawyer and pick for ambassador to Israel, David Friedman, who could be described as so ultra-right, he’s far to the right of Netanyahu:

“There has never been a “two-state solution” – only a “two-state narrative.” The former never existed because a “solution” to the Israel-Palestinian dispute would have required, as a threshold matter, that Palestinians accept Israel as a Jewish state, renounce terrorism, discontinue anti-Israel incitement in their schools and abandon their desire to flood Israel with so-called “refugees” from other countries who never spent a day of their lives in Israel” –David Friedman

Like most people, to a greater or lesser degree, Friedman sees his world through a self-serving prism. The first sentence of his short paragraph is refreshingly straightforward. The remainder of the paragraph is notable for its stunning hypocrisy. Let’s examine the first sentence, first, and then have at the rest of the story.

The ‘two-state’ narrative has always been a lie. It’s not only a case of ‘actions speak louder than words’, but the driving idea of a ‘Greater Israel’ is behind the Israeli intransigence in negotiations (or better said, avoidance of negotiations) towards a so-called ‘two-state’ solution (which under Israeli diktat would be no solution at all.) It is combined social and cultural psychology demands (or drives) the Jewish state towards a ‘Greater Israel.’ This demand is embedded in the mythology of history where ‘Samaria’ and ‘Judea’ are, at one time or another in ancient past linked, aligned with, or integrated to the historical Kingdom of Israel, having little to do with the fact of modern Israel.

According to the Oxford:

This next pretty much nails it:

A state does not give the names of one’s historical mythology to an area except that state intends to assert sovereignty over the same. Prior to this, Judea had last been the name of the area under Hadrian’s rule, changed shortly after the era of Agrippa II, the last Roman approved ‘Herodian’, or ‘titular’ king of the Jews, who were NOT a sovereign people.

The so-called ‘two-state’ solution was, and always had been, a geopolitical lie. The purpose of that lie has been, and always had been, to satisfy political correctness relating to international law. The USA and it’s Christian Zionist cohorts never dared to support the annexation of the West Bank as a matter of stated policy, because to do so would be to openly support a rogue state in its transgressions (if a rogue state is to be defined as a state in persistent violation of international law.) This is the purpose the ‘two-state’ geopolitical lie has served, as a cover story that buys time towards implementing the inevitable ‘Greater Israel.’

Inevitable? The USA supported Friedman’s Israel is a nuclear armed state aggressively colonizing the West Bank (with Friedman’s staunch support.) There will be a Greater Israel or there will be mushroom clouds, or perhaps both. People who embrace myths of history are not particularly rational people and Israel is not a particularly rational state, relating to Friedman’s hypocritical finger-pointing at the Palestinians:

“For refugees, camps were shelters for the reconstruction of personal and social life, but were also seen as sites of great political significance, the material testimony of what was destroyed and ‘all that remains’ of more than four hundred cities, towns and villages forcefully cleansed throughout Palestine in the Nakba of 1947-9. This is the reason refugees sometimes refer to the destruction of camps as ‘the destruction of destruction.’ The camp is not a home, it is a temporary arrangement, and its destruction is but the last iteration in an ongoing process of destruction.

Which brings us to the rank hypocrisy going to the conclusion of Friedman’s small paragraph. If there were Jews who were enslaved or fled Roman rule, there were many, many more who stayed in what was no longer ‘Judea’ but what became Roman ruled Palaestina, renamed by the Roman Emperor Hadrian. Where are those ancient Jewish people’s descendants today? They’re in Palestine and they’re called Palestinians. The inconvenience for the modern Ashkenazi is, most of these indigenous people had, with passing time, converted to Islam.

Imagine your rural family’s city dwelling uncle Mordecai’s entire neighborhood (Jerusalem) had been convicted of treason by the Roman state and their sons and daughters were consequently enslaved and removed to Italy and surrounding area. Now, some 1,800 or more years later, Mordecai’s and his neighbors’ descendants show up and demand you give them your farm as their rightful inheritance because you are no longer Jewish. That’s what historical myths do to people.

This goes to the most crass aspect of Friedman’s hypocrisy when he had stated his conclusion to the Palestinians demand of a right to return:

“…their desire to flood Israel with so-called “refugees” from other countries who never spent a day of their lives in Israel”

So tell me, David Friedman (this is a rhetorical question), exactly what do your words describe better than Uncle Mordecai’s (put any European nationality here) neighborhood’s progeny descending on Palestine?

There is, after all, an experience shaping the Palestinian point of view.

Except now, with the USA recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and the associated, developing push to rebuild the Jewish temple on a very holy Muslim site, the ‘two state solution’ having been a lie all along, is no longer a Palestinian issue, it is become an issue for all of Islam.

In the New York Times photo (August, 2008) you’re looking at two useful idiots. If everything Condoleezza touched, turned to shit, it is the criminal piece of shit on the right of the photo, represents closing out Condoleezza’s career with a classic, utter failure, typical of the Bush administration. Today, we’ll profile this idiot, a New York lawyer named ‘McHeil’ Saakashvili, for purpose of showing just how counter-intuitive it is, to shove purportedly high IQ type personalities, without an iota of decency or common sense, into positions of leadership.

Mikheil Saakashvili’s trajectory:

Attended Ukraine’s Kiev University Institute of International Relations towards the end of the Soviet era. Subsequently, Saakashvili was educated in the USA, on a Department of State sponsored fellowship (attended Columbia University law school as an Edmund S. Muskie Fellow) in the early 90s and then practiced commercial law at Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler, in New York City. No doubt was recruited by the CIA during this period, concerning his next career move.

Returned to Georgia and was elected to parliament.

Came to power as President of Georgia through a CIA sponsored coup in 2003 (the Rose Revolution.)

Had been entirely outsmarted, in a geopolitical game of provocation-counter-provocation, as instigator-pawn in the hands of NATO, resulting in the Russia-Georgia war of 2008.

Prematurely initiated what would become a suicidal provocation of Russia, when ordering sniper and mortar attacks on South Ossetia on 1 August 2008, killing six people including a Russian peacekeeper, as NATO sponsored war games were wrapping up, with the USA military participating. The ‘Immediate Response 2008’ NATO war games including 1,000 U.S. troops had just ended and elements of US special forces (acting as CIA paramilitary) remained in Georgia. The Russians did not take the bait with an over-reaction, but simply continued preparations to counter what they saw coming.

Six days later, as the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games was underway in Beijing, where George W. Bush was sitting with then Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, Georgia launched an all-out assault on the South Ossetian capital of Tskhinvali, ostensibly to bring a nominally Georgian region, that is ‘lawless’ South Ossetia, under control of Georgian sovereignty. This is a region which had refused to align with Georgia with the breakup of the Soviet Union but attached itself to Russia instead.

President Medvedev ordered the Georgians militarily engaged, Russian forces promptly rolled over the Georgian offensive and by the time the war ends, five days later, much of Georgia has been occupied.

Condoleezza. She Makes Phone Calls.

On the USA side, it was Condoleezza Rice coordinating public relations with Saakashvili, finally managing to beg a ceasefire from the Russians, just prior to the very near, and complete, collapse of the Georgian military. Prior to capitulation, most of this western intelligence engineered media scrum refers to, or portrays, images of Condoleezza on the phone, like a maniacally barking Chihuahua, insisting on world condemnation of Russian aggression. The red bear yawns.

Meanwhile, the U.S. had provided military transport planes to bring 2,000 Georgian troops back from Iraq post-haste, for the fighting, too late, the USA trained, supported and advised Georgian military, replete with CIA paramilitary (USA special forces), had been humiliated.

The Georgia ambassador to the USA stated “No one predicted it would go this far”, giving up this had been a plan in collusion with the USA from the beginning. Five months later, the Bush administration ends and Rice leaves office with an absolutely failed legacy, from Afghanistan to Iraq, with Georgia the exclamation point.

One year later, in September 2009, a European Union investigation of the war came to conclusion there was no question whatsoever it was Georgia had initiated the major hostilities in South Ossetia (never mind Wikipedia reads like a peculiar personality at Stanford’s Hoover Institution dictated what amounts to a blatant, self-excusing revisionist history.)

Saakashvili remained the USA’s [now not very] useful idiot, as President of Georgia (accused of reelection electoral fraud), until forced out by term limits in 2013. Shortly after, he leaves Georgia, with the opposition in power, investigating Saakashvili’s abuse of office. Eventually a warrant is issued for Saakashvili’s arrest concerning:

1) shielding his interior ministry’s murder of Sandro Girgviliani;
2) embezzlement of funds from the State Protection Service for personal use, a total of 9 million Georgian lari (3.37 million US dollars);
3) complicity in the beating of Georgian MP Valery Gelashvili;
4) ordering the raid and seizure of Imedi TV, which had exposed and criticized the Saakashvili regime’s criminal behaviors

In 2014 Saakashvili is one of many CIA associated co-engineers of the Maidan coup in Ukraine, deeply invested in the sniper action, resulting in murders of nearly 100 police and protestors alike. In May of 2015 he is rewarded with the governorship of Odessa Oblast [a region] by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko (with a push from the USA.) Awarded a Ukrainian passport, Saakashvili’s citizenship is revoked, by Georgia, for taking Ukrainian citizenship.

Some might wonder how it could be a Georgian could leave his own country and be immediately appointed to high office in Ukraine (Governor of Odessa.) The short story is, this generation of politicians all held a common Soviet citizenship, prior to the 1990s, and there is not nearly the same sense of ‘foreign’ between the former Soviet states as one might typically experience in western countries. Saakashvili’s initial higher education had been at university in Kiev, Ukraine, as an ordinary citizen (not a foreign student) of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR.)

Meanwhile, Saakashvili’s USA handlers actually expected him to clamp down on Ukraine’s runaway corruption and this idiot actually tried to do so (the corrupt attempting cleaning up the corrupt, geopolitics is rife with incompetent oxymoron) and alienated the Ukrainian administration across the board, up to and including, his candy oligarch mentor, Poroshenko. Saakashvili resigned before he could be fired by Poroshenko, in September 2016. Poroshenko then revoked Saakashvili’s citizenship while McHeil was abroad, effectively deporting him, rendering Saakashvili a stateless exile in Poland.

By this time, with 2017 approaching, the Ukraine conflict is simmering and not nearly ‘hot’ enough, to please the western intelligence agencies. Poroshenko, who gives lip service (political fellatio) to western intelligence agencies’ (read NATO) desire of cracking down on the Donbass ethnic Russian rebels, but only that, understands reigniting all out war will only result in his loss of control over (and administration’s looting of) whatever remains of Ukraine’s resources. What Poroshenko may not fully understand is, the NATO states’ intelligence agencies, having given up on stabilizing Ukraine as a NATO aligned state, are not only perfectly willing, but by this time probably determined, to altogether destroy Ukraine, if necessary, to provoke Putin.

Re-enters the picture, in 2017, the moron Saakashvili. Banned from entry to Ukraine, he ‘manifests’ (a paid) crowd and the border guards ‘fail’ (read were bribed) to prevent his entry. Repeat a near identical scene in Kiev, as though scripted; Poroshenko’s police break down his apartment door, McHeil Saakashvili retreats to the roof and shouts down to people in the street “I’m McHeil Saakashvili, save me from the candy oligarch’s police!” As if the average Ukrainian would care, Saakashvili’s polling popularity registers at 2%. But like magic, a (hired) crowd manifests to intercept the police van taking him in. National guard troops sent to secure the van (read were bribed) ‘fail’ to stop the crowd setting McHeil free. At last glimpse (prior to posting this), McHeil is living in a tent pitched in front of Ukraine’s parliament, untouched (read the candyman’s security apparatus is bought off.) All of this will have cost NATO intelligence (read CIA, MI6 & Germany’s BND, primarily) what amounts to pennies in a Ukraine where people are near to subsisting on the air one can breathe, since neo-nazis were put into power by the same.

Message to the candy oligarch Poroshenko? ‘We own you, so start playing ball, and raise the violence levels in Donbass, so we can point the finger at Putin, or else you’ll get what’s coming to you.’

McHeil Saakashvili’s future? Well, this prognosis is quite interesting. My best educated guess would be, based on decades observation and study, is McHeil is being set up for assassination, to be blamed on either Poroshenko (to push him out) or more likely, Putin. This useful idiot, Saakashvili, with his history of failures, is to be sacrificed for cynical but practical reasons. Number one, he’s a persistent failure. Number two, he is a recent embarrassment, not so much for his flamboyancy, but because he has been compromised and dead men don’t talk. The propaganda methodology is straightforward; in the case of blaming Putin, motive will be ascribed to revenge linked to the 2008 war. Saaskashvili is probably not aware…

…investigative reporting has very recently interviewed 3 Georgian snipers who were part of initiating the Maiden massacre (80 dead) and these snipers have not only been tied directly to Saakashvili’s connections in the Georgian security services, but have admitted as much. If Saakashvilli knew this, there is no way he’d be camped on a public square in Kiev. Unlike the related Odessa massacre documentary, which had been almost immediately banned (by the CIA’s friends) at youtube, this documentary has been allowed to remain up. The ‘right’ people in Ukraine will eventually stumble across it.

The preferred outcome of the western intelligence agencies would be a Ukrainian opposed to the 2014 ‘color revolution’ (coup) will take their chance (while feeling very justified, in the absence of legitimate institutions) to deliver vigilante justice and take Saakashvili out (to be blamed on Putin in western press.) If this doesn’t work out, a ‘patsy’ will be employed to same effect. If the candy oligarch has half a brain, he’ll find a way to arrest McHeil and hand him to Georgia. Meanwhile, in present circumstance, McHeil Saakashvili is a dead man walking.

9 December 2017 update: Saakashvili was finally arrested last night and brought into pre-trial detention center. Now, the candy oligarch still has a dilemma. If he hands Saaksashvili to Georgia, does the Saakashvilli complicity in the 2014 Ukraine coup, that is providing snipers, see more light of day, exposing the current Ukrainian regime? Moreover, if candy-man keeps McHeil in a Kiev dungeon and there were to be another ‘regime change’ with McHeil once again free, he no doubt ‘knows too much’ about candy-man’s corruption. On the other hand, if the candy oligarch does keep Saakashvili in a Ukrainian prison, to keep the idiot’s mouth shut, and McHeil somehow dies in custody, that looks bad too.

Maybe Poroshenko should ask Putin what to do (laughs.)

12 December 2017 update: Yesterday the court freed McHeil, opening the dunce to assassination, certainly the CIA’s preferred outcome, anything but extradited to Georgia where he might ‘sing’ or be faced with credible witnesses and evidence of his political crimes, not only corruption. The prosecutor appeals but in a totally corrupt Ukraine, it is clear who holds the upper hand and it isn’t Poroshenko. Oligarch Gas Princess (CIA Orange Revolution asset) Tymoshenko embraces McHeil like a Black Widow spider, oh yeah, that’s auspicious. Break a leg, as the thespians say…

Note on the preceding: Condoleezza Rice has been floated within the Trump administration as a possible ‘special envoy’ tasked to ‘stabilize’ the Balkans, only going to emphasize the willingness of Trump to employ a previously proven ‘reverse Midas touch’ will see his administration surpass all the years of near total idiocy of the consummate moron ‘dubya.’ The ‘other’ side of that coin is, insofar as useful idiots, Condoleezza’s incompetence has been responsible for generating conflict enriching the arms dealers in multiple hundreds of billions. A useful idiot, indeed.

Observation: ‘Dr’ Rice, as well the highly educated Mikheil Saakashvili, only go to prove ‘education’ is not a defining point of good leadership; ethics and common sense are the by far better qualifications. We are, sadly, lacking these latter two qualifications, perhaps altogether, in the western democracies present leaders. It has been said ‘cream rises to the top.’ Surely it does, but as a metaphor, only in a sanitary environment in institutions of government. Much more true in present circumstance is ‘flotsam rises to the top of the sewage pond.’

The Oath And The Trash Bin

A Constitutional Law essay for common people; IQ required to read and understand this essay: Average around 100.

On 29 November 2017, the number was fifty two thousand, nine hundred twenty seven. The message accompanying the number was “we’ll break through 53,000 in a few days, I assure you.” We will come back to this.

Now, about that 1st paragraph in the USA’s so-called “Bill of Rights”

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

Every one of these preceding stipulations is routinely trashed; by people who put on a cloak called color of law, when they swear an oath to uphold the constitution and promptly set out to violate that very oath. It would require a book the size of the greater Los Angeles telephone directory to get through a comprehensive documentation of just how widespread and pervasive this has become, across the institutions of the USA. So, we’ll condense the lesson.

Let’s take the last 1st Amendment clause, this one is key to understanding the crux of the problem:

Congress shall make no law … abridging … the right of the people … to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

Well, they did, with the complicity of the judicial and executive branches, when the United States assumed and asserted a doctrine of Sovereign Immunity from suit. In the simplest words, in the USA supposedly The People are the sovereign, not your congressman, senator, or the president, and the courts should uphold that. But instead of meaning something concrete, like a right to force compliance with the constitution via lawsuit, Sovereign Immunity has seen this right reduced to a right to whine, per wikipedia:

The Petition Clause protects the right to petition all branches and agencies of government for action

Excuse me, but what’s been left out of Wikipedia’s explanation is “redress” is a synonym for justice. Whining to your congressman the courts are denying fundamental rights isn’t going to cut it when it comes to complying with the constitution, because they’re all in bed together undercutting the foundational law and here’s a premium example … the Senate confirms the president’s appointment of John Roberts to become Chief Justice. The Chief Justice appoints the judges of the secret FISA court, and this following 4th Amendment language is flushed down the public commode:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

And this 5th Amendment language:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation

And this 6th Amendment language:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence

All of these rights have been flushed by Congress, with passing the FISA laws, like a junkie with the police at his door, disposing of his heroin, and not a single justice of the Supreme Court of the United States stands up and says Hey! What about our oath to uphold the Constitution?

That’s precisely what ‘color of law‘ is, it is the government, in this case the courts, saying the constitution doesn’t mean what it says because Congress says it means something else, and we’re the ones [the courts] who will [wrongly] uphold this law. In other words, the foundational law (constitution) says justice is white, but we can [wrongfully] color it red. Clearly there is a problem with the president appointing, and the senate approving, rank political animals to the federal courts, whose oath to uphold the constitution is patently meaningless:

Because of FISA provisions brought on by the Patriot Act, the … administration can … invoke “sovereign immunity” which would … allow it to nullify legal challenges brought on by Americans who were spied on. US district judge Jeffrey White specifically notes in the opinion that the government hasn’t waived its right to do so [invoke sovereign immunity] with FISA, stating that “the potential risk to national security may still be too great to pursue confirmation of the existence or facts relating to the scope of the alleged governmental program.” The US government normally has this kind of legal protection unless it is either waived or special laws apply.

‘Waived or special laws apply’ appears to mean if you have a lot of money and hire precisely the right law dog, one who is trained to jump through the very specific hoops of the ~~Federal~~ Fictitious Claims Tort Act, ok, then you might get lucky and slip past sovereign immunity (but probably never in a FISA case.)

Now, to the 11th Amendment and the associated, suspect, idea the USA has rightfully reasserted the doctrine of Sovereign Immunity:

The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State

What had happened here, is a contractor from South Carolina was owed a war debt by the State of Georgia, which didn’t want to pay up. The Supreme Court had ruled there was no such thing as a state sovereign immunity, in the case of Chisholm v Georgia

Nearly all of the states freaked out at the prospect of having to pay up on their war debts and the 11th Amendment was passed, posthaste. And just like that, two immediate and a third, remarkable things happened;

1) Although the 11th Amendment is specific and narrow, and doesn’t so much as mention Sovereign Immunity, the legendary English Common Law expert William Blackstone’s Sovereign Immunity doctrine is reinstated in the former colonies: “The King moreover is not only incapable of doing wrong, but even of thinking wrong; he can never mean to do an improper thing: in him is no folly or weakness.” Only now, suddenly it is no longer the ‘King’ can act with impunity, but the institutions of government in the newly formed United States.

2) With the passing of the 11th Amendment by the several states legislators, all of the lawsuits pending in federal court per state war debts had been erased, and half the language of Article One, Section Nine, of the Constitution had been tossed into the ash bin: “No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.” Thomas Jefferson indicated this language had been meant to cover both criminal and civil circumstance of law, and the constitutional language supports this assertion by Jefferson; ‘Bill of Attainder’ should refer to criminal, and ‘ex post facto’ should refer to civil liabilities. In other words, the USA should not have been allowed to make law, criminalizing or creating liability, or excusing crime and liability, after the fact, to get the outcome it wants. The 11th Amendment neither mentions nor lifts this other constitutional provision. But now, civil ex post facto law happens frequently, such as Congress ‘forgiving’ the telecom companies illegally spying on Americans, erasing liability and robbing citizens of their day in court.

3) The third thing to happen was, as late as 1991, in Blatchford v. Native Village of Noatak, the Supreme Court wrote:

“we have understood the Eleventh Amendment to stand not so much for what it says, but for the presupposition of our constitutional structure which it confirms: that the States entered the ~~federal~~ feudal system with their sovereignty intact, that the judicial authority in Article III is limited by this sovereignty, and that a State will therefore not be subject to suit in federal court unless it has consented to suit, either expressly or in the “plan of the convention” [my correction of SCOTUS language in bold]

And there you have it, from the early days of the Supreme Court saying Sovereign Immunity is a non existent thing in immediate post colonial USA law, to the several states’ legislatures passing the 11th Amendment which doesn’t so much as mention Sovereign Immunity, to escape war debt, to the modern Supreme Court stating the language of our constitution’s 11th Amendment doesn’t mean what it actually says, but instead means what they want it to say, essentially stating ‘we’ll extend ‘the King’s prerogative‘ as far as we please, and we’ll use the 11th Amendment to absurdly assert what amounts to a claim the King’s Sovereign Immunity was never a point of the American Revolution.’

Here’s the simple math: From King George III was our ‘sovereign’ entitled to immunity (amounting to impunity), to ‘the people’ are sovereign, to politicians claiming they hold the people’s sovereignty (amounting to impunity), to judges appointed by those very politicians upholding this political theft of our freedoms, to the oath to uphold our constitution becoming patently meaningless, ~~even~~ especially when before the courts.

Recalling:

On 29 November 2017, the number was fifty two thousand, nine hundred twenty seven. The message accompanying the number was “we’ll break through 53,000 in a few days, I assure you.”

Relevant to the preceding, there are two mentions of religion in the USA’s constitution:

Article Six, Section 3 states “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States”

And the 1st Amendment’s ‘no establishment’ clause enumerates “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof”

Over the past 12 years or so, complaints these clauses have been violated, on average, are reported 12 times everyday; concerning a single United States institution. That institution is the Department of Defense.

As of today’s composition, 53,000 or so complaints of violations by our military leaders of their oath to uphold the constitution.

From Saint Augustine’s ‘Just War’ theology taught to nuclear launch officers, to Bible verses engraved on military issue sniper scopes, to persistent, repeated, mandatory prayer attendance, the United States Department of Defense has both; established a religion, that is fundamentalist Christianity, and made a religious test of compliance throughout command structures. 53,000 complaints in 12 years, over 90% from non-fundamentalist Christian members of the military, have established there IS a fundamentalist Christian religious requirement in the American military.

53,000 complaints, 12 years of forcing the military into administrative procedures to correct having ‘the gospel of Jesus Christ’ [fundamentalist version] shoved down the rank and file throats, all brought to the attention of the command structures in the United States military, there is no courts martial, no administrative punishments and the Pentagon takes no action. This is a fundamentalist Christian culture of anti-constitutional impunity.

Now, where this gets really interesting is, we have generals who were/are on duty, at the highest levels of the American military structures, when this should have been cleaned up, it was not cleaned up, and is not being cleaned up, surrounding Trump. One of them, General Mattis, is the boss of the Department of Defense. Another, Lieutenant General McMaster, is Trump’s National Security Advisor. The ‘retired’ General Kelly is Trump’s Chief of Staff [Trump’s baby sitter, the generals appear to own Trump] and it’s General Kelly is behind the latest administration change: the proposed pushing Rex Tillerson out as Secretary of State and bringing the rabid Christian fundamentalist, Mike Pompeo, from CIA to replace Tillerson. Pompeo’s replacement to be, at CIA? A military crusader turned politician, Tom Cotton, his trajectory being from the Arkansas family farm, to Harvard Law, to deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, to one term congressman, to freshman senator, to CIA. His only qualifications for the job appear to be an Iran animus and militant Christian fundamentalism.

Does anyone see where this is all pointed?

One more thing. Trump has handed off his Commander-in-Chief responsibilities to General Mattis. With the General’s known Iran animus and pushing war game after war game in North Korea’s face, is this the guy will end it all?

“I come in peace. I didn’t bring artillery. But I’m pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you fuck with me, I’ll kill you all” -General Mattis

Number one, that’s not a language of diplomacy. It’s a pretense, very thinly concealing ‘it’s my way or I’ll blow you away’ and that’s not how you do business with the Ayatollahs or Kim Jong Un, not to mention China or Russia. But maybe that’s besides the point. The guy that refuses to clean up the crusading in the American military probably could care less if the rest of us all die. After-all, what’s actually important to Mattis is, that he is a good general for Jesus, at the battle of Armageddon, upholding our constitution be damned:

“You’re telling me 28 to 34 percent of our military want 7 billion people to die” [believe in literal Armageddon] … “The simple answer is affirmative”

5 December 20017 update: portion of a mail sent to the Military Religious Freedom Foundation on 4 December, typical of multiple communications sent everyday:

I had finished reading your book, “With God on Our Side” on the airplane about 2 hours before we touched down at Ft Campbell on our redeployment from an extended tour in Iraq. It was dark, cold, and rainy when we walked down the jet’s stairs to shake hands with a 1- or 2- star general. We then dropped our gear, and got into a mandatory formation to head into the hangar where all the families were. Still in formation, we were “treated” to a completely mandatory Christian talk (? sermon) by the Division Chaplain. All this just a few hours after reading in your book how this shouldn’t be happening in our military. I was pretty upset about it, but was stuck in formation and couldn’t go anywhere.

I started supporting MRFF shortly after that.

Thanks again for what you and MRFF do. No other organization can or will do what MRFF does to fight this type of bigotry in the military ranks. It’s uncomfortable to put up with (at best) and difficult or impossible to fight it from within the chain of command

How Dumb is the CIA part six

As noted in the immediate preceding article ‘Cyber-War and Google Robots’, Buried in an annex to the ‘intelligence report’ Donald Trump can’t make up his mind whether to believe or not, per Putin and his evil minions ‘hacked the USA’s 2016 election’, is this language:

”Estimative language consists of two elements: judgments about the likelihood of developments or events occurring and levels of confidence in the sources and analytic reasoning supporting the judgments. Judgments are not intended to imply that we have proof that shows something to be a fact. Assessments are based on collected information, which is often incomplete or fragmentary, as well as logic, argumentation, and precedents”

What is going on is, with ZERO hard evidence to back their claim, the ‘cover your ass’ culture of the liberal democracies ‘intelligence’ bureaucracy inserted the mandatory disclaimer, not knowing whether the shit they made up, also known as a PSYOP or psychological operation, under cover of an ‘intelligence’ report, would acquire and sustain traction. This is because, if/when the report falls apart, the incompetent, cowardly, CIA authors can point to the disclaimer and say ‘it’s the best we could do with what we knew in the moment, so, no, we didn’t lie.’

Related to possible fallout of the entire business coming apart, the dunces at Central Intelligence senior management level ran with the report, apparently prior to ‘vetting’ it with anyone with an IQ in excess of 90. What’s worse is, the FBI wasn’t informed before the CIA pushed the proposed ‘fact’ evil Putin, the 21st Century’s ‘Vlad the Impaler’, had (according to the CIA’s aged, but infallible psychics, recalled from the disbanded Project Stargate) employed Russian advances in sorcery, er, make that quantum mechanics, and hacked the 2016 election. In effect, the entire ‘the Russians did it’ scenario, according to the report’s annex, is solely sourced in the CIA’s imagination. Thus, the CIA had, by not considering how this realistically plays out, put the FBI’s nuts in a vise.

Consequently, anyone familiar with American legal process, when contemplating the Democratic National Committee ‘refusing’ the FBI access to the DNC servers, experiences a (dark) chuckle. In a world where there was a reality of authentic facts (not to mention an intact rule of law), the servers would be seized (or at least court order administrated) by the FBI, to come up with evidence of whether there had been the much publicized ‘hack’, or whether, as had been elsewhere reported, but much suppressed in mainstream media, this was an ‘insider leak.’

Clearly, the FBI knows in all probability, probably beyond a reasonable doubt, the DNC mails release was due to an insider leak as stated by Wikileaks associate Craig Murray, and Seth Rich was the insider leaked the DNC mails, per sources close to the DC police Seth Rich murder investigation, those same sources informing Seymour Hersh.

Meanwhile, the ‘Russians did it’ meme is too deeply invested in, to dial-back the PSYOP, it has acquired a life of its own in Congress. Backing off, at this point, would badly undermine the credibility of institutions across the board (includes media), at the top of the military-industrial feeding frenzy; a small matter of economics, as it were.

The answer to this dilemma? Pitch to ALL of the liberal democracies ‘the devil you know‘ argument, that is, ‘if we go down, you could go down too‘ and in this case it means keep piling on ‘the Russians did it’ and by now the Russians have done it everywhere; England, Germany, Spain (Catalonia), all of western Europe, everywhere across the so-called ‘free world’, including Santa Claus’ village in the Arctic, remotely operated scientific stations at the geographic South Pole and ‘by now’ includes the dark side of the moon, all in desperate gambit to keep a lie that is unsustainable, from crumbling. This may ultimately prove to be the defining event, in case of not whether, but when, the western intelligence agencies’ manufacture of reality must finally collapse.

Why aren’t the Russians pointing to the idiocy of the CIA’s failure to redact from the ‘intelligence report’ the ‘cover your ass’ admission of fantasy…

…practically exonerating them? Probably it’s a case of ‘the devil you know’ as well; with Putin knowing the western leadership are not rational people, these people have nukes, and no one knows what will happen if it were to begin to unravel for the liberal democracies criminal class clinging to power. A criminal class, which to now, has shown it won’t hesitate to initiate any violence to hang on to, and further their interests. No rational person should expect these ‘people’ (‘people’ making one nearly want to believe David Icke’s ‘lizard DNA’ theory) would surrender power and fortune, put tail between legs and march themselves off to jail. That’s just not going to happen. So, then what?

Right. So, ‘then what’, just now, becomes an exercise in intelligence agencies heating up the animation in the increasingly cartoon-like manufacture of reality, and at some point, with so much distance from actuality, this ‘reality’ bubble must pop; recalling Boris Yeltsen’s era and the rise of the oligarchs, juxtaposed to ‘kapital’ boogeyman Karl Marx:

If Ayn Rand had been alluding to socialism in ‘Atlas Shrugged’, why should any competent psychologist believe this title were not equally a projection of her own capital empire’s decaying inner self? We should be so lucky to rise from the coming social ashes as Russia had from Yeltsen.

Alternatively, this essay could be titled ‘The Intercept Takes a Deep, Deep Dive’ and is a continuation of the series on Russophobe Pierre Omidyar’s and his associate Glenn Greenwald’s flagship publication inserting either incredibly incompetent or, alternatively, false flag journalism into the public discourse. Now, before we delve into The Intercept’s most recent misapprehension of reality, it should be pointed out it doesn’t matter whether the endeavor is result of incompetence or a deliberate misinformation, the result is the same; constructing a false perception for those many liberals and progressives who trust The Intercept, a trust based largely on the reputation of Glenn Greenwald. Greenwald should aggressively address this misinformation because known facts correcting the record, however those facts may be uncomfortable, are there. And I have informed Greenwald by providing those very facts via email (he hasn’t responded.) What are those facts? It is beyond ‘the preponderance of the evidence’ the Russians did not ‘hack’ the DNC mails, it’s beyond a reasonable doubt. It was an insider leak and that leaker was almost certainly Seth Rich, with the leaker’s identity only waiting the speaking out of former United Kingdom Ambassador Craig Murray, who has met with the DNC insider who leaked the mails:

I’ve also emailed Murray on more than one occasion, including this occasion, when I’d stated to him:

“Your silence on the DNC leaker’s identity only reinforces and grows the utter contempt you’re deserving of; considering the damage the western propaganda machine is causing to international relations with the ongoing information operation”

When the moon is made of green cheese is when The Intercept publishes ‘the Russians did it’ propaganda lie in flat contradiction of known facts:

“Binney’s claim that the email theft was committed by an insider at the DNC also helps fuel one of the more bizarre conspiracy theories that has gained traction on the right: that the murder of a young DNC staffer last year was somehow connected to the data theft. Binney said he mentioned the case of Seth Rich to Pompeo during their meeting.

“The meeting raises questions about Pompeo’s willingness to act as an honest broker between the intelligence community and the White House, and his apparent refusal to push back against efforts by the president to bend the intelligence process to suit his political purposes. Instead of acting as a filter between Trump and the intelligence community, Pompeo’s decision to meet with Binney raises the possibility that right-wing theories aired on Fox News and in other conservative media can now move not just from conservative pundits to Trump, but also from Trump to Pompeo and into the bloodstream of the intelligence community”

Binney, who independently came to a conclusion, with forensic analysis, matching the statement of Craig Murray, is somehow construed to be poisoning an intelligence agency with a long history of poisoning the media. In other words, when an intelligence professional, William Binney, at odds with ‘the Russians did it’ disinformation pervading American media, and Binney, no matter we all know Donald Trump is a mobster associated douche-bag, points out the facts are on Trump’s side in the DNC mails story, The Intercept claims the moon is made of green cheese and that makes us, all of us following the actual facts that is, right wing conspiracy theorists. Small wonder the CIA invented and promoted ‘conspiracy theory’ as a disinformation method; considering how this sordid business of lies sifts out:

The article is co-authored, and we begin with James Risen who, if you need reminding, was showered with his journalism awards following having blown an espionage story so badly, his employer, the New York Times, had to settle with the injured party. Well, that makes perfect sense in a ‘Christian’ society that rewards its’ losers. Following crucifixion, Risen was rewarded with journalism heaven (forgive the pun on his name, but you should by now know this author.) But then, there is a further odor to Risen; past whistle-blowers have, on occasion, pointed to the NYT (pronounced ‘nit’) bending over to ‘service’ the CIA in its National Security stories. So, it follows, one wonders how James Risen could have a career at NYT and write books on the CIA without smelling like a disinformation asset. The short answer is, he can’t. Especially now that Risen has ignored the most credible witness, Ambassador Murray, in effort to discredit intelligence professional William Binney, and keep ‘the Russians hacked the DNC’ media hysteria alive. What a f**k.

Bearing headlines such as “More Enemies Of the Kremlin End Up Dead,” “Russian Spies Said to Hack Systems Used in Clinton’s Run,” “Spy Agency Consensus Grows That Russia Hacked DNC,” and “Seeing in Email Breach a Trump-Putin Alliance,” these articles make sweeping and unsubstantiated assertions in order to present a slanted narrative aimed at justifying the reactionary foreign policy machinations cooked up by the US intelligence agencies and the State Department”

I do believe that is exactly what we see now, in the concerned article at The Intercept. Does anyone reading remember “Project Mockingbird”?

Now, recalling this site is about satire, we move on to the other author: Gay celebrity gossip columnist, er, I meant “investigative journalist, author, consultant, and television producer specializing in privacy, civil liberties, and surveillance issues”, Duncan Campbell, who had to have told Glenn Greenwald something like ‘let me slip you a bone(r), and we’ll take down the carrot-top President Moron (bless his little orange head) with a sexed-up story’ … Greenwald: YES! …

So, ok, this is a president anyone in their right mind could despise, but ‘stupid mistake’ was lost in translation, because, being British and using the Oxford, Campbell didn’t realize ‘boner’ means something altogether different in American dialect these days. Or maybe it’s Campbell is old enough to be entering senility, the real origin of his stupid mistake. In any case, no matter how this Scots twit partnered with Risen and pitched what is Obama era Central Intelligence media poison with a post-Obama ‘Never Trump’ life of its own, to Greenwald’s Intercept, we have to look at another scenario, a scenario different to The Intercept Omidyar’s Russophobia, and Risen’s incompetence in a career associated with the NYT (pronounced ‘nit’), a known CIA disinformation outlet.

First, recall why America elected Trump, it’s not only what folk on the right could see, Bernies’ progressives and much of the ‘formerly sane’ center were put off by as well:

It could be as simple as there is little sane insight these days, or that is to say no lie to oneself is too great, when it comes to The Intercept’s embrace of Central Intelligence Agency ‘lifers’ (a bureaucracy no director can control) post-Obama agenda to depose Trump; no matter ethics, morality, democratic principles, none of these, primarily because of the logic behind the American vote:
