Pismo Patrijarhu Srpskom

Pismo, za koje je ovaj esej uvod, odnosi se na razlike u socijalnoj psihologiji pravoslavnog i zapadnog hrišćanskog sveta; gde na percepciju utiču stvarni i zamišljeni postupci drugih.

Pravoslavni svet (prema proceni ovog autora) pokazuje mnogo veće poverenje prema onim protivnicima sa kojima mora da pregovara; zbog proste činjenice principa „jedinstva“ ili možda bolje rečeno, manjeg pridavanja značaja pojedincu, a većim usredsređenjem na opšte društveno dobro. Ovaj primat konsolidovanog uverenja da će ugovori (govori ono što misliš i misli ono što govoriš) biti iskreno dogovoreni i poštovani, potiče iz različite percepcije ovog sveta od one kakvu uglavnom ima zapadno društvo. Ovo vrlo verovatno potiče od „nepotpunog rascepa“ (dualnosti) pravoslavne psihe gde…

„Teološko učenje Florenskog [pravoslavnog sveštenika / naučnika / pronalazača] odražavalo je složeni, nijansirani monizam i kosmološku integralnost. Vseedinstvo [potpuno jedinstvo] se nalazilo svuda, gde god bi pogledao. „Raznolikost univerzuma, zatvorena u jedinstvo, ukazuje na ujedinjenu, slobodnu, kreativnu Volju“. Izvor Istine je jedinstvo: „Ako postoji Istina, onda je to stvarna racionalnost i racionalna stvarnost; to je konačna beskonačnost i beskonačna konačnost, ili, – matematički rečeno, – stvarna beskonačnost; beskonačno, zamislivo kao integralno Jedinstvo, kao jedinstveni, celoviti Subjekt u sebi.” Istina, Dobro i Lepota su metafizički jedan proces, koji potiče iz jednog izvora: Boga. Za Florenskog, Istina, definisana kao čin koji služi Bogu ili drugima, dovodi do jedinstva, a greh i odsustvo istine do nejedinstva. Antropocentrično i egoistično delovanje ide protiv Boga i razara jedinstvo: „Samopotvrđivanje ličnosti, njeno suprotstavljanje Bogu izvor je fragmentacije, raspada ličnosti, osiromašenja njenog unutrašnjeg života; i samo ljubav, da do određenog stepena, ponovo dovodi ličnost u jedinstvo.” Sva ljubav – platonska, porodična i seksualna – dolazi od Boga. Greh dovodi do toga da „duša gubi suštinsko jedinstvo“. „Čednost je jednostavnost, to je organsko jedinstvo ili, opet, integritet ličnosti“. Izopačenost i odsustvo srama su „dualnost“, „nejedinstvo, necelovitost“. Istovremeno, greh takođe ima jedinstvo, ako je samo izmišljene prirode: „Greh je sam po sebi nestabilan. Jedinstvo nečistote je imaginarno i iluzorna priroda ovog lažnog jedinstva se otkriva čim je primorano da se suoči sa Dobrom. Nečistota je jedna – sve dok ne postoji Čistota, ali samo približavanje Čistote baca sa nje masku jedinstva (nečistote).” „Promisao Božija i sloboda stvaranja, budući da su antonimi, čine jednu dogmu – dogmu o Božjoj ljubavi prema stvaranju, koja ima svoje uporište u ideji bogoljublja, odnosno Božanskog Trojstva.“ Vraćajući se razumu, Florenskii, naizgled, proučava „jedinstvo stvaranja“ kao preduslov nauke.“

Razlika u odnosu na zapadnog hrišćanina je velika; gde je „dogma o Božjoj ljubavi prema stvaranju“ praktično nepoznata i nečuvena, već se naglašava racionalizovana sloboda pojedinca da otima (subliminalno izvedena iz „Zemlja je prokleta zbog tebe“ iz Postanja) koja se transformisala u „evanđelje prosperiteta.“ Zaista, u analima SAD-a, ako bi se tragalo za sličnošću jedinstva razmišljanja Florenskog, treba izaći iz zapadnog hrišćanskog iskustva da bi se to pronašlo; u deizmu Tomasa Pejna:

„… U Deizmu se naš razum i naše verovanje ujedinjuju. Predivna struktura univerzuma i sve što vidimo u sistemu stvaranja, dokazuju nam, daleko bolje nego što to mogu knjige, postojanje Boga i istovremeno jasno ukazuju na Njegove osobine. Vežbanjem našeg uma stičemo sposobnost da razmišljamo o Bogu i Njegovim delima i oponašamo Ga na Njegovom putu. Kad vidimo da se Njegova briga i dobrota pružaju prema svim Njegovim stvorenjima, to nas uči našoj dužnosti koju imamo jedni prema drugima, dok prema Njemu izaziva našu zahvalnost“

U stvari, američki hrišćanin je gotovo univerzalno, nezahvalno, demonizovao i odbacio Pejna, zbog njegovog eseja „O religiji Deizma u poređenju sa hrišćanskom religijom“ iz kog je uzet prethodni pasus, filozofa zaslužnog za američki uspeh u sticanju nezavisnosti motivisanjem pučanstva na plemenite misli.

Da li bi sada trebalo da iznenadi nekoga kada se postavi kao teza da je socijalna psihologija istočnog i zapadnog hrišćanstva fundamentalno različita? Kada zapadnjak progovori sa obe strane usta, tipični istočnjak može čitati samo jednu ili drugu stranu; prilikom susreta sa ispruženom rukom u znak pozdrava, Zapadnjak instinktivno potraži drugu ruku, da bi se uverio da li se u njoj krije nož namenjen za leđa; dok Istočnjak prihvata pruženu ruku samo kao gest koji prihvata iskreno, bez dvoličnosti. Kada se Istok sretne sa Zapadom, Zapad to zloupotrebi kao u onoj ciničnoj narodnoj izreci „to je kao uzimanje slatkiša od deteta“. To je doživeo ruski predsednik Jeljcin i to je skoro doživeo ruski predsednik Putin. Sada, to iskustvo doživljava Srbija.

Tokom prvih sedam godina na vlasti, Putin je pružio ruku u više navrata, ali su ga u svakoj prilici sreli sa srednjim prstom ili nožem. Putin je tek u svom govoru u Minhenu 2007. godine rekao: „E sad je dosta.“ Sedam godina je dug period da se nauči da zapadna geopolitika ne poštuje svoje dogovore i da će, u svakoj interakciji, u kojoj nema otvorenih uvreda prilikom odbijanja iskreno ponuđenog partnerstva, naići na skriven nož.

Vezano za Patrijarhovu nepokolebljivu podršku Aleksandru Vučiću, koji upravo vrši predaju Kosova tako što na međunarodnom nivou pregovara prekid aktivnosti za očuvanje srpske teritorije, čini se da Patrijarh podržava kontradikcije, osim ako mu činjenice nisu predstavljene na pravi način i nije pravilno informisan. Bezobzirna (zapadnjačka percepcija) bila bi da je Patrijarh (sa svojim monaškim mentalitetom) saučesnik u pretpostavljenim zločinima Vučića, ali ono što je zapravo u pitanju je nemogućnost da se shvati da bi srpski predsednik bezočno lagao narod i poglavara srpske pravoslavne crkve, ali ova misao ima dva moguća traga, uzimajući u obzir mogućnost da bi Vučić sebe lagao, to se u zapadnoj psihologiji naziva „mehanizam poricanja“ (što donosi isti realan ishod). Ovo zapažanje potiče, prima facie, iz oprečnih izjava Patrijarha:

“Već osam godina slušamo kako Vučić sprema izdaju Kosova“
“[Patrijarh] postavlja pitanje da li ima smisla „osuditi čoveka za nešto što nije uradio, samo zato što neki smatraju da će učiniti.“

“Vučić se uhvatio u koštac sa mnogobrojnim problemima Kosova. On se pokazao kao odgovoran državnik po mnogim nacionalnim pitanjima. Sud o njegovom radu su dali građani na izborima“, [Patrijarh Srpski] Irinej je rekao Večernjim Novostima.

“Dodao je da misli da treba prepustiti Srbima i Albancima da se sami oko svega dogovore bez nametanja „rešenja“ u korist samo jednog naroda. U tom pogledu, Sjedinjene Američke Države mogu odigrati veliku i istorijsku ulogu“, rekao je Patrijarh.

Očigledno je da Patrijarh ne shvata dvoličnu prirodu SAD-a, takođe ne shvata čitavu aferu u kojoj Vučić pregovara sa Amerikancima, a da Evropa ima veze sa predajom suvereniteta Srbije nad Kosovom; i ako bi sam Vučić tvrdio da nije svestan onoga što potpisuje, u to nije moguće poverovati. Štaviše, stav srpske pravoslavne crkve jasno je istaknut na zvaničnoj veb stranici Srpske pravoslavne crkve:

“Njegova Svetost Patrijarh Srpski Irinej rekao je danas da jedini sporazum koji srpska pravoslavna crkva prihvata je onaj u kom je Kosovo sastavni deo Srbije.

To je apsolutno stav Crkve i tu se ništa nije promenilo. Još ćemo da vidimo u kom pravcu idu pregovori između srpske i albanske strane, još uvek se upoznajemo sa materijom“ rekao je Patrijarh Irinej, komentarišući pregovore koji su se prethodnih dana odvijali između Beograda i Prištine.

Ovo bi moglo da se pogorša ako uzmemo kao mogućnost da sam Vučić nije u potpunosti upoznat sa implikacijama onoga što je uradio (potpisao takozvani „sporazum o ekonomskoj normalizaciji“) u kontekstu međunarodnog prava. Još jedan realan ishod je (činjenica) da je Vučić prekršio „kosovsku klauzulu“ ustava Srbije (shvatao on to ili ne). Međutim, međunarodno pravo se vrlo verovatno neće baviti ovom „domaćom stvari“, već će ispitati činjenice onoga što su uredno izabrani / postavljeni srpski zvaničnici sproveli samo u pitanjima međunarodnih odnosa.

U krajnjem slučaju, postoji mogućnost da se informacije koje se prenose Patrijarhu selektuju ili na neki drugi način obrađuju ili prikažu na takav način da obmanjuju i na kraju oblikuju njegovu percepciju od holističkih (združenih) činjenica (od Katolika ili korumpiranih ili plaćenih agenata koji imaju uticaj unutar crkve).

Ali iznad svega, najveći nedostatak je različita socijalna psihologija, gde istočnjačka percepcija ne može lako ili jasno da shvati dubinu zapadnjačke dvoličnosti. Ovo bi vrlo verovatno trebalo da važi za Patrijarha. Blagonaklono tumačenje proširilo bi ovu naivnost i na Vučića, ali da je to slučaj, trebalo bi dokazati da su ga njegovi savetnici izneverili na svim nivoima.

Način na koji se socijalna psihologija odvija sa većinom Srba koji podržavaju Vučića duboko se razlikuje od zapadne demokratske tradicije; Srbija, vrlo slična Rusiji, imala je tačno NULTI nivo zapadne demokratske tradicije pred kraj dvadesetog veka i zapravo su oba naroda uslovljena autoritarnim režimima zasnovanim u principijelnom jedinstvu, to je doslovno zapisano u srpsko genetsko pamćenje. Vučić se ponaša kao kralj, a srpski narod se ponaša kao da Vučić zaista jeste kralj. To je urezano u DNK. Kad Vučić imenuje ministre, oni se ponašaju kao vojvode i lordovi, a narod to uglavnom prihvata. Rusi imaju sreće, njihov car Putin je prosvećeni despot sa najboljim interesima za ruski narod u srži svog bića. Drži svoje vojvode i lordove na povocu, oni ne mogu nekažnjeno pljačkati Rusiju, ta odškrinuta vrata za neposlušne oligarhe (vojvode i lordove) zalupila su se 2000. godine.

Čovek Putin razume psihologiju svog naroda i prilično je dobro odigrao u dvorskim spletkama (prepunim opasnosti). U međuvremenu, Srbija ne može da priušti kralja Jeljcina; Jeljcin nije pojmio, najverovatnije zapravo nije mogao da pojmi, dubinu zapadnjačkog zla koje mu je pružilo ruku, a njegove vojvode i lordovi nisu imali samokontrole.

Zapad nije mogao da proguta i svari Rusiju dovoljno brzo da bi se izvukao, ponuđena gozba bila je prevelika. Potreba Srbije da pronađe kompetentno rukovodstvo još je neophodnija; dok se zapadni neokorporativni kolonijalizam agresivno kreće da proguta i svari ono čega se zapravo plaši, što je paradoks subliminalne psihologije; princip jedinstva u pravoslavlju nasuprot individualizmu.

„Otkrovenje“ je u realnom vremenu zabeleženo u mnogim prilikama kod jednostavnog, neobrazovanog pravoslavnog srpskog seljaka, za razliku od izuzetno psihotičnih „vizija“ (manipulacija) masovne psihologije u zapadnom hrišćanstvu.

U vezi s tim, treba primetiti da pravoslavci (za razliku od Rima) nisu spalili žive sve one koji su se usuđivali da izraze intuitivnu inteligenciju nalik na paganske proroke. Na Zapadu je genetsko pamćenje (potencijal) koje ukazuje na intuitivnu veštinu rođenu iz principa jedinstva Univerzuma uglavnom iskorenjeno. Nastali zapadni ‘raskol’ postao je neopoziv; izvan Neba i Zemlje, ovaj raskol je razdvojio hemisfere ljudskog mozga na mikronivo i ukazao je na konačnu, doslovnu, dezintegraciju.

Konačna zabluda ove kartezijansko-platonovske ’objektivne’ stvarnosti (samo jedan primer) pokazuje se u nesposobnosti zapadnog naučnika da shvati jednostavno napredovanje događaja koji su ga oblikovali; počev od sveta „inteligencije jedinstva“ koji je Platon negirao, usvajanje Platona od strane zapadnog hrišćanstva, posledični neophodni raskol koji se morao manifestovati beskompromisnim Platonovim odvajanjem intuitivne inteligencije od „praktičnih“ stvari (logotipa), što je dovelo do tako ozbiljnog individualizma da je novootkriveni i neprirodni ateizam izmicao nauci, postajući tako ekstremni mentalni sklop, da kada briljantni um oblikovan kulturom koja još nije lišena svoje inteligencije jedinstva, njegovo razmišljanje usmeri na ono što je bilo (u antičkoj eri) očigledno, šta će zapadni naučni kanon učiniti sa potvrđenim dokazima da njegova „kultura nije kompatibilna sa njenim“ pretenzijama na „empirijsko“ razumevanje našeg iskustva? (i sigurno nije kompatibilan sa aktuelnom stvarnošću). Vitalij Vančurin, teorijski fizičar, u svom radu „Svet kao neuronska mreža“ predlaže:

„Raspravljamo o mogućnosti da je čitav svemir na svom najosnovnijem nivou neuronska mreža…“

Pretpostavljam da ne bi trebalo da bude iznenađenje da bi Rus, sa oblikovanom inteligencijom u duhu kulturološko usađenog principa jedinstva, istraživao fiziku u ovom pravcu. Ali, da li bi bilo toliko šokantno kada bi se otkrilo da je ljudski mozak jednostavno ogledalo (da je organski model) svemira?

Ali, moja vlastita pretpostavka bila bi verovatno povezana fascinacija jedinstvom u Pravoslavlju koje ima svoje korene u predhrišćanskim verovanjima, ponovo napominjući da pravoslavna crkva, za razliku od Rima, nije spalila žive sve one koji su se usuđivali da izraze intuitivnu inteligenciju nalik na paganske proroke. Moje zapažanje je, kao stanovnika Srbije, da je pravoslavni srpski seljak često pagan po običajima ako ne po imenu. Ovde i leži koren zapadne netrpeljivosti prema pravoslavnom Slovenu, subliminalni, duboki, psihološki teror prema principu jedinstva koji bi trebalo da otkrije da izuzetna zapadna kultura, sama po sebi, nije u skladu sa njenim pretenzijama.

Licemerje nikada nije bilo tako ranjivo. Kako pravoslavni Sloven treba da se suoči sa problemom suprotstavljanja tako prodornom i stalnom strahu, zato što je Zapad prinuđen da uništi svaku manifestaciju onoga što je samosvesno u principu jedinstva? Srpski kralj koji ne može znalački da razmisli o ovom pitanju je gore nego da bez ikakve koristi, iz proste činjenice „igre na duge staze“ Zapada, pravoslavci na Balkanu budu preobraćeni u istočne katolike, malo drugačije od „pokatoličenih“ (istočni Katolici koji su odgovorni pred Rimom) Rusina zapadne Ukrajine (što je „darovalo svet“ nasledstvom Stepana Bandere SS Galicijana i naslednika nacista iz Ukrajinske krize na trgu Majdan 2014. u Kijevu).

Ako se Zapad snađe u ovim stvarima, nakon što prva autohtona generacija zapadno obrazovanih Srba dođe na vlast u Srbiji, neće više biti nikoga ko će pročitati ovaj esej sa dubokim razumevanjem; to su već pokazali oni Srbi, kolonizovani / preuzeti u zapadni kanon znanja na stranom univerzitetu, koji više ne mogu da osete jedinstvo, da okuse jedinstvo ili spoznaju socijalnu aromu jedinstva, jer nemaju mogućnost (mentalni kapacitet) da „uđu“ u jedinstvo, a na pravi srpski mentalitet se prema tome može gledati samo negativno na njihovom putu ulaska u EU.

Već vidimo da se ovaj fenomen manifestuje kod premijerke Brnabić, američkog i britanskog obrazovanja (BBA Univerziteta Nortvood i MBA Univerziteta u Hallu). Brnabić je bila vezana za razne konsultantske kompanije koje sprovode politike USAID-a u Srbiji (podsećajući na istoriju USAID-a kao na okrilje za nekoliko organizacija koje promovišu revoluciju u boji). Da li bi Brnabić bila voljna i / ili saučesnička korist obaveštajne agencije? Ne mora ni da bude, zapadnjački mentalitet je adaptirao njen um putem obrazovanja i zbog toga je savršen materijal za nesvesne manipulacije. Nju će u skladu sa tim i upotrebiti:

“Vlada koju predlažem je proevropska”

Mandatarka je izjavila da joj je važno da naglasi kako je nova vlada proevropski orijentisana.

“Naš zadatak je da u narednom periodu ubrzamo proces evropskih integracija. Promena Ustava Republike Srbije u delu pravosuđa je neophodan korak u daljem osnaživanju vladavine prava i daljem usklađivanju sa evropskim pravnim tekovinama i evropskim standardima”, rekla je.

Ona je najavila podršku izmenama Ustava u oblasti pravosuđa.

“U prethodnom mandatu, Vlada Srbije je, nakon opsežnih javnih konsultacija koje su trajale nešto više od 18 meseci, kao i konsultacija i podrške Venecijanske komisije, Skupštini uputila inicijativu za izmenu Ustava kako bi naše društvo imalo pravosuđe koje je svakako nezavisno od bilo kakvih i svih političkih uticaja, ali i mnogo efikasnije i odgovornije orema građanima. Nastavićemo da podržavamo izmene Ustava u oblasti pravosuđa u cilju pronalaženja najboljih rešenja za naš pravni sistem”, kaže.

Ističe da je to bitno kako bi naše društvo imalo pravosuđe koje je nezavisno od svih političkih uticaja, ali i mnogo efikasnije i odgovornije prema građanima.

Uređivanje medijskog prostora

Kada je reč o medijskom prostoru, usvojena je, podseća, Medijska strategija za period do 2025. godine.

“ Vlada je“, kaže, „taj posao uradila u partnerstvu sa medijskim i novinarskim udruženjima, čiji predstavnici su činili polovinu članova Radne grupe za izradu Medijske strategije“.

“ Transparentnost i inkluzivnost celog procesa podržali su“, navodi Brnabićeva, „partneri iz Misije OEBS u Srbiji, Delegacije EU u Srbiji, Ambasade Kraljevine Norveške i Fondacije Konrad Adenauer“.

Dodaje „da je ista radna grupa nastavila i rad na Akcionom planu za implementaciju strategije koji će“, ističe, „biti jedan od prvih dokumenata na dnevnom redu nove vlade.”

Čini se da je ono što ovde imamo (cinična zapadnjačka percepcija ili „nož koji se drži iza leđa“) Vučića, koji lažno propagira slovensku etiku, uljuljkava Patrijarha i šalje prijateljske zvuke u pravcu Rusije, predajući „prljavi posao“ evropskih integracija premijerki Brnabić.

Zapadni obaveštajci prodiru u gore pomenuti OEBS do te mere da truju celu organizaciju, delegacija EU govori o primarnoj ili kontrolnoj moći EU (što bi bila Nemačka), a Fondacija Konrad Adenauer nije ništa drugo do DOSLOVNO nacističkom idejom zaraženi front za nemačku stranu obaveštajnu službu Bundesnachrichtendienst.

Zapravo, ovo je identičan pravac kojem SAD teže, prema izjavi o misiji koja se odnosi na Srbiju objavljenoj na veb stranici američke ambasade:

„Kao američki ambasador, Entoni F. Godfri predvodi napore američke vlade da unapredi svoje partnerstvo sa Srbijom, proširi ekonomski prosperitet i pomogne naporima Srbije u evropskim integracijama. U strateškom je interesu Sjedinjenih Država da se Srbija razvije kao moderna, demokratska i prosperitetna evropska nacija koja je u miru sa svojim susedima i pokazuje puno poštovanje vladavine zakona i prava svojih građana. Pomoć našim srpskim partnerima u jačanju svoje demokratske institucije, zaštiti prava pripadnika manjinskih zajednica, suzbijanju korupcije i poboljšanju slobode medija ključna su područja za ambasadora Godfrija i njegov tim. Podržavanje cilja Srbije za članstvo u EU i regionalne stabilnosti promovisanjem normalizacije odnosa između Prištine i Beograda glavni je prioritet ambasadora Godfrija “

Zapravo, Godfrijeva višedecenijska karijera „političkog činovnika“ ambasade ostavlja malo prostora za sumnju da je Sijamski blizanac njegove uloge u Stejt dipartmentu, uloga u Centralnoj obaveštajnoj agenciji još važnija; ili bolje rečeno, verovatno je de facto „šef stanice“ CIA u Beogradu, i sledi:

„On [Godfri] je služio od 2015. do 2019. godine kao šef političkog odeljenja, a zatim zamenik ambasadora u američkoj ambasadi u Moskvi, Rusija“

Da li bi mogao (blagonakloniji stav) Vučić biti toliko naivan slovenski mentalitet da nije potpuno svestan izdajničke (za pravoslavni slovenski mentalitet) dinamike u koju je zarobljen? Teoretski je moguće, Jeljcin je očigledno bio toliko naivan, ali sumnjam da je tako u Vučićevom slučaju, gde bi mnogi razgovori sa Rusima nakon Jeljcinove ere (Putin i Lavrov, naročito) trebalo da ga odvrate od svake takve nevinosti. Međutim, nevinost Patrijarha Srpskog je verovatno druga stvar:

Poštovani,

Ja sam nepravoslavni otac dece koja imaju srpsko državljanstvo. Nisam hrišćanin, ali duboko poštujem istorijskog Isusa. Moja uverenja su oblikovana u pretkolumbovskoj (predhrišćanskoj) indijanskoj tradiciji, tradiciji koju je zapadna crkva (posebno katoličanstvo) gotovo ugasila. Prema tome, hrišćanstvu pristupam sa oprezom, jer moje kulturološko vaspitanje ne može da pomiri mnoge principe vredne divljenja o kojima je Isus propovedao sa oprečnim delima protumačenim kao „hrišćanska“.

U Evropi sam otkrio da je „istina“ često savitljiva, naročito kada je u pitanju geopolitika. Čini se da je prima facie rezultat „istina“ često predstavljena na načine koji nisu čisti; da li delimične istine, ili naizmenično započete, nepravilno poređane činjenice koje zapravo postaju obmana. Ove obmane možda potiču od ljudskih slabosti u psihologiji (npr. samoobmana) ili nekog perverznijeg izvora; služeći nižim temporalnim funkcijama.

Moje je sadašnje mišljenje (kako moje razumevanje pravoslavne crkve raste) da crkva na Istoku nikada ne sme postati tako cinična kao ona sa sedištem u Rimu; gde me moja percepcija, kao bivšeg profesionalnog obaveštajca, navodi da verujem da nedavni događaji u Crnoj Gori ukazuju na to (bar delimično) da je Rim inicirao početni potez sa pokušajem targetiranja ove regije Pravosalvne crkve sa dugoročnim ciljem preobraćenja crnogorskih pravoslavnih vernika u istočne obredne Katolike. Ali, napravio sam digresiju od povoda zbog kog Vam pišem. Ovu prethodnu opasku sam napravio samo da bih istakao da ako Katolicizam vidim kao dvoličan i korumpiran (a tako ga vidim), u ovom trenutku ne gajim animozitet prema Pravoslavlju. Rim bi spalio žive srpske seljake zbog određenih navika koje potiču iz davnina (naša urođenička iskustva su slična ovima) a na čast je Pravoslavlju što ovo nije slučaj u Srbiji. Iskreno Vam zahvaljujem na tome u ime svoje srpske dece.

Ova poruka nema za cilj da kritikuje Pravoslavlje, čak i da ima nekih filozofskih elemenata oko kojih se možda nikada ne bismo složili; ja svoju decu vaspitavam u smeru sekularnog morala, ali takođe sa namerom da imaju saosećanje i razumevanje Pravoslavlja u srpskom istorijskom kontekstu. Moje sopstveno uverenje je, živeći van zakona judeo-hrišćanskog monoteizma, očekujem da će osuđivati moj način življenja sa svešću mog razumevanja našeg tvorca, „Velike misterije“ u koju nijedan čovek ne može proniknuti; osim što znamo da je bolje biti dobar nego loš, iskren odnos sa bližnjima i istina su ispravan put koji treba slediti, i na kraju, bolje je umreti nego kompromitovati svoj moral i čistotu uma. S tim u vezi, treba napomenuti da naše izvorno učenje „moraš ispraviti svoje greške“ zahteva da se oproštaj može manifestovati tek nakon ispravljanja svojih grešaka; jedno ne može prethoditi drugom. Ovako proživljena (izvorna urođenička filozofija) zahteva da se neki kompromisi nikada ne smeju postizati, jer je bolje odreći se svog života nego neizbrisivo zaprljati čistu svetlost sopstvenog duha. U ovom okviru razmišljanja mi meditiramo.

A sada da se vratim na svrhu ovog obraćanja; koje se odnosi na Aleksandra Vučića i njegov nedavni (septembarski) put u Vašington. Bojim se da je Vaša kancelarija pogrešno informisana, obmanuta ili u velikoj meri pogrešno razumela prevaru koju su izveli Amerikanci. Ono što je potpisao predsednik Vučić je zapravo de facto kapitulacija po pravilu reciprociteta u međunarodnom pravu.

Divim se zahtevu srpskog patrijarha da repatrijacija raseljenog srpskog stanovništva sa Kosova mora biti prva tačka o kojoj se govori, pre rasprave o bilo kom drugom pitanju; ipak ostaje velika opasnost u slučaju bilo kakvog pogrešnog razumevanja sporazuma o „Ekonomskoj normalizaciji“ koju je predsednik Vučić potpisao. Nisam mogao da pretpostavim da će se dogoditi okolnost u kojoj će dete viknuti „Car je go!“ ali zapravo svaki kompetentan (hrabar) pravnik treba da bude u stanju da istakne poentu ove narodne mudrosti. Bolje bi bilo ispraviti svoj postupak, nego doživeti veliko poniženje.

Ako sam u avgustu razmišljao „Srbija je mogla proći i mnogo gore nego što ima Aleksandra Vučića“, u oktobru su moja razmišljanja da je Aleksandar Vučić morao da učini mnogo bolje za Srbiju. Američki prevaranti su ga izigrali kao dete.

Po ovom pitanju prilažem ocenu sporazuma o ekonomskoj normalizaciji prevedenu na srpski; kao što je i ovo pismo prevedeno radi Vašeg uvida.

The Logic Behind The American Vote

‘The Donald’ (super-narcissist) Trump, whose real estate empire was built on the back of organized crime sleaze (the Roy Cohn factor) out-maneuvered Democrat & Never Trump Republican alike in the 2016 election cycle, winning with the electoral college loophole, sparing us a President Killary but brought his own murderous baggage along for the ride; necessarily performing political fellatio on the hardcore Christian right & fundamentalist (Coe cult’s) Mike ‘Israel can do no wrong’ Pence Evangelical base, and Pence aligned Pentagon generals (closet anti-constitutional theocrats) anticipating literal Armageddon. If this crew wins reelection, a ‘recalcitrant’ Trump would be pushed aside (perhaps disposed of by MOSSAD) en-route to pulling the trigger on Iran; which might happen anyway if he loses, during that period quaintly describing a ‘lame (but nevertheless nuclear armed) duck.’

This preceding has seen Republican state and county political apparatus dis-enrolling Democrat voters by every known trick in the book. Show up to vote and discover (in countless cases) you’re not registered anymore:

On the ‘other side of the aisle’, literally “dead” people from New York to Florida are voting for a mentally decrepit slime-bag of corruption, that is Joe Biden, which would shortly morph into a Kamala Harris presidency that will make the USA into a model gulag necessary to sustain empire (nevertheless doomed to fail.) Kamala is the majority corporate boards’ choice and (the neoliberal faction at) CIA’s favorite. With Harris, political corruption goes from exceeding the speed of sound to hyper-sonic, the police state goes on steroids, the USA doubles down on ‘regime change’ across the globe (y’all know the score, the pipeline(i)stan brothels should only ‘service’ USA approved clients) and RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA! is ostensibly the greatest (an absolute political lie) evil on the planet.

Inevitably, it is a mere matter of the USA’s demise being fast & painful (Trump-Pence) or slower & maybe even more painful (Biden-Harris.)

There is no ‘lesser evil’, a vote for either is a vote for sewer rats of evil.

In the following weeks and years, if the USA violently begins tearing itself apart on a large scale, eventually making the recent Balkans wars look like a school-yard spat, given the preceding circumstance, this should surprise no one. These people are leaders? What joke could stink more than this:

Banned in Australia

The simple fact this review is banned in Australia gives added credence to the exposé it covers; the excellent journalism of John Helmer debunking the MH-17 (state sponsored) disinformation campaign cooked up by liberal democracies in the geopolitical game demonizing Russia. The MH17 was brought down over six years ago. John Helmer, with others, has compiled a book on the farce that has attended the pursuit of cause and culprits. Australia’s involvement is peculiarly both integral and marginal.

Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was brought down over Eastern Ukraine on 17 July 2014. All 298 people on board lost their lives – including 196 Dutch, 43 Malaysians and 38 Australian.

Overseen by the Dutch, a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was established in August 2014, formally comprising personnel from the Netherlands. Ukraine, Australia and Belgium. Malaysia itself was not admitted to the JIT until late November, reputedly because of its scepticism towards the Ukrainian version of the cause of the shoot-down and who was responsible.

Before anybody had inspected the site, that line was that Russia and/or pro-Russian rebels against Kiev did it. The weapon was a Buk ground-to-air missile, the launcher brought in from Russia and returned after the dirty deed.

The JIT investigation and Dutch court case is effectively a Dutch-Ukrainian affair. As Helmer et.al (henceforth Helmer) note, Ukraine possesses the ‘right as a JIT member to veto what is investigated, what is disclosed, who to convict’ (Ch.6). Belgium (4 nationals dead) is out of picture. Australia is both inside and outside the tent.

Site material reclaimed is partial, and evidence is spotty. Ukrainian air traffic control data have not been released. However, two forms of evidence, Australian-linked, appears to be atypically decisive, at least in a negative sense.

Helmer (Ch.6): ‘Two reports by Australian coronial investigators, David Ranson, a pathologist from the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine (VIFM) and Iain West, deputy coroner for the state of Victoria, have revealed the cause of death of the victims, ruling out shrapnel from an exploding Buk missile warhead. The first Ranson-West report, released in November 2014, [is outlined] here. A second report, eight pages in length and written by Ranson, followed a month later. This was sent to the Victorian State Coroner, Judge Ian Gray. …

‘To date, the consensus identification of the external blast source is a point to the left of the aircraft, forward of the left wing. … The record by [Dutch pathologist George] Maat’s Australian team members at [Dutch military base] Hilversum is that no Buk detonation could have taken place without filling the bodies of passengers on the left (port), forward side of the cabin, but the evidence of the bodies shows this didn’t happen.’

The Ranson report was released to victims’ families, discussed with the Australian Federal Police, and to select others. Ranson and West also spoke on the matter at the Asia-Pacific Coroners Society Conference in Melbourne on 14 November. However the material has subsequently been classified. Why?

The sister of the Malaysian MH17 pilot went to Halversum to inspect her brother’s body. She claimed that (Ch.8) ‘she had seen a film of his body and had been told by investigators there were no shrapnel or bullet wounds’. Her response was deflected in the Dutch media.

The Abbott government was in place. Prime Minister Tony Abbott and Foreign Minister Julie Bishop had a priori opinions on whodunnit (Chs.8 & 9). In early November, Abbott claimed: ‘“We were given very strong security advice [that is, from the Americans] in the days following the atrocity as to the type of weapon, as to the place from where the weapon was fired and as to the likely prominence of the weapon and there’s been nothing since then to question that original security advice.”’

Their interests ran contrary to the information that Coroner Gray had in his possession. Abbott, titular Rhodes Scholar, had trouble reconciling his will, impetuous, with the forensic evidence produced by Australian specialists.

According to former Army officer James Brown in 2016, Abbott had initially offered to send Australian troops to control the crash site. Brown is Malcolm Turnbull’s son-in-law and apparent conduit for Turnbull’s exposé of Cabinet activity. Abbott then willingly brought Australia into an American-hatched idea to send Dutch and Australian troops (of which 3,000) into Eastern Ukraine (Ch.18), with logistic support from others. Germany said it’s not on; the Dutch then said it’s unrealistic. But Abbott had the Australian military and security establishment in knots even after the potential European partners had pulled the plug.

Malcolm Turnbull became Prime Minister in September 2015, bringing his own brand of ambiguity to the fog. Turnbull promised the victims’ families action to find and prosecute those responsible, wanted to blame the Russians, yet was more circumspect than Abbott. Turnbull declined to issue certification as to the crash’s cause that would open the way for the Australian government to pay compensation to the families under the Supporting Australian Victims of Terrorism Overseas Act.

There was another source of dissidence from Australian specialists. The Dutch Safety Board, officially responsible for investigations, had quickly (with Ukrainian and American governments’ support) attributed the aircraft’s demise to a Buk missile. Yet the senior figure in the Australian contingent, the AFP’s Detective Superintendent Andrew Donoghue, urged caution. Helmer notes (Ch.14), citing Donoghue before a Victorian Coroners Court hearing 15 December 2015, ‘“initial information that the aircraft was shot down by a [Buk] surface to air missile” did not meet the Australian or international standard of evidence’.

In court, the forensic pathologist repeated conclusions contained in his late 2014 reports that no ‘distinctive pre-formed’ metal fragments had been found in the two CT scans of the Australian victim bodies.

Donoghue also noted that, courtesy of secret Australian government negotiations with Novorussian leaders, his Australian team had belatedly gained access to the crash site, in the face of Ukrainian government-enforced restrictions. Donoghue reported that some potential witnesses who had come forward refused to testify unless provided protection from Kiev reprisals.

Bizarrely, Deputy Coroner West’s judgment defied the evidence before him from Donoghue and Ranson, claiming that the Dutch Safety Board had it right in determining that a Russian Buk missile had caused the MH17’s destruction. This in spite of the fact that West’s name is attached to the first Ranson report of November 2014 which (with the second December report) notes the absence of metal fragments in the bodies that a Buk missile warhead would have produced.

In March 2017, then Attorney General George Brandis delivered to Prime Minister Turnbull advice that there remains (Helmer) ‘insufficient evidence of what and who caused the MH17 crash to meet the Australian statutory test of a terrorist act’ (Ch.21). Apart from attribution of guilt to culprits, there is the necessity to prove malicious intent.

Several days previously, the Ukrainian government (Helmer) ‘had applied to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to convict Russia of financing, arming and aiding terrorist acts, including the destruction of MH17’. Australian legal opinion thus undermined the Ukrainian government’s move, as well as the Joint Investigation Team’s renewed claim in September 2016 (Ch.18) that the Russians and the Ukrainian rebels reliant on them were responsible. The Dutch and Ukrainians aren’t listening.

Yet Turnbull continued to publicly blame Russia. On 5 March, the Sydney Morning Herald reported Turnbull, in the context of a stoush with Senator Pauline Hanson, thus:

‘But Mr Turnbull said there was no doubt Russia was involved in the 2014 “murder”. “Vladimir Putin’s Russia is subject to international sanctions, to which Australia is a part, because of his conduct in shooting down the MH17 airliner in which 38 Australians were killed. Let’s not forget that,” he said. “That was a shocking international crime. Vladimir Putin’s Russia is not, and should not be, an object of admiration in any respect.”’

Turnbull was wearing two hats – one as lawyer, the other as politician.

Part Three of Helmer’s book (‘The standard of proof’) is devoted to the Dutch prosecutor’s absence of proof. Part Four is devoted to the trial of four accused individuals – three Russians and a Ukrainian – amidst disdain for the absence of proof, involving a travesty of Dutch law itself.

The farcical character of the proceedings has been ignored in the Australian media. The Sydney Morning Herald (SMH) is representative.

The SMH did report (8 March 2020) the disgust of the Russian Ambassador to Australia at the lack of evidence for the ‘official’ accusations of Russian guilt.

The SMH also gave voice to one Jerry Skinner (27 May 2018), an American lawyer, flamboyantly seeking victim family clients to sue first Malaysia then the innately evil Russians for their murderous act. Skinner claims to have ‘helped negotiate $2.7 billion from the Libyan government to compensate families of victims of the Lockerbie air disaster’. Given that the Libyans were not responsible for this atrocity (see Helmer’s Ch.25), Skinner’s talents are evidently remarkable. Helmer deals with Skinner and his litigious law firm in Chs.16 & 23.

The bulk of SMH coverage of the MH17 crash and the investigatory and legal aftermath has been carried by successive London-based correspondents Nick Miller and Bevan Shields. Miller and Shields have dutifully repeated the Western correct line without deviation.

What and who to believe? The detached Australian might ask, how could Dutch authorities be engaged in skulduggery? Aren’t the Dutch a decent and progressive people?

Well not quite. As is noted of the MH17 book’s co-author: Max van der Werff, he ‘began his career as a citizen journalist investigating the torture of civilians by the Dutch colonial administration during the Indonesian war for independence’.

As legal academic Ramses Wessels reported in 2008, the Netherlands opportunistically abandoned its previous neutrality in joining NATO in 1949. Wessels notes: ‘During the Cold War, the Netherlands proved to be an active and loyal member of the Alliance, which allowed for a much larger role in international affairs than its size would justify.’ Ah, punching above their weight – where have we heard that before?

The Netherlands continues its allegiance to what has become, following the fall of the Soviet Union, a transparently criminal organisation.

As for the economy, the opportunistic Netherlands has probably been the second biggest beneficiary after Germany of the European Union and its exploitative hierarchy. Not content with its perennial trade surplus, the Netherlands has turned itself into a tax haven at the heart of the EU (documented meticulously by Gabriel Zucman), that status becoming particularly attractive to trans-border European companies (such as Airbus and Peugeot/Fiat).

In short, predictably, the Netherlands has no principles, only interests. And thus it is with the MH17 show trial.

In the meantime, the victims’ families are treated as mere pawns in a brutal revamping of the Cold War, with the post-coup Ukraine dictating terms via the seemingly respectable Dutch court system. It is a phenomenon beneath contempt. You’ll have to read Helmer et.al because you won’t read about it in the Australian MSM.

A Serbian King

Imagination is an interesting word, pointing to possibilities so divergent as self-deceit in narcissistic fantasy to creative genius. The first of these, self- deceit, is preyed upon by too many entities to list but a short mention should include the modern ‘institution’ of church, state and corporation. The second of these, creative genius, is notably absent in prey and, cunning takes its place in the predator.

These thoughts demand (or never cease demanding) some sane answers in relation to social incarnation or community, where communities are in state of persistent persecution by forces nominally in a role guardianship, whether the symbiotic church & state or their corrupted mercenary forces (the corporation.)

It was my familiarity with Berlin over a period from the late 1990s (includes two years residence in the district of Charlottenberg, from late September 2010 through 2012) where the assault on community was clearly obvious in the city with two phenomena; 1) the break-up of artists’ communities with a form of ‘gentrification’ where poor but ‘hip’ districts attracted enough wealthy individuals to take over the area, driving prices up and the artists out and 2) city authorized, promoted and/or mandated ‘urban renewal’ catering to corporate real estate development interests, dismantling entire neighborhoods resulting in displacing the poor and dis-empowered. Nowhere was seen the Christian ‘charity.’

In Germany, the church is financed by the state with religious tax and never did one see the clergy effectively standing up to this wealth driven social injustice. The modern legacy of the Kaiser is, in Germany, church and state are two sides of the same coin, paid into the pocket of the mercenary corporation. This is a coin that should have rendered the historical Jesus speechless (or perhaps violently radicalized him.)

Then, it happened one day I was talking to a cab driver from the Balkans (a Serbian) about the dying villages throughout Europe, especially in the former communist states. We both recognized the EU responsible for policies driving small farmers off the land as socially criminal. The net result is the poor rural families increasingly dispossessed where the advantage is gifted to powerful mono-culture farming corporations by the state as the dying villages give their children up to the allure and seduction of city life.

He asked me “Why don’t they [the people] rise up?”

I answered “They still have enough to eat.”

The conversation was cut short with arrival at my destination, and after, I thought about how I might have answered ‘They are tired of wars.’ Or ‘Eventually there must be an uprising, because there is no moral authority (leadership) to stand with them, rendering uprising unnecessary.’ But I couldn’t be certain of my answer and so I did a little bit of research.

I’ve yet to meet any Orthodox priest in conversation but I am cognizant enough to grasp the Slav mentality is generally different to Western, particularly the Orthodox Slav. The Romanized (Catholic) South Slav can be discounted as somehow morphed into a damaged (self-hating) clone of his inexplicably elevated, self-adopted, superior ethnic German master; if I read the work of Cicily Isabel Fairfield correctly.

The Orthodox Serb, on the other hand, battered by too many iterations of overrun by empire to count, is an odd admixture of forever true to the self immersed in a soup of child-like innocence prone to retribution by the hand of the occupying Greek Nemesis. For the Serbs are possessed of their own pagan mentality in everything but name, yet unluckily having abandoned the fates (suđaje, suđenice, & narečnici) to their own devices, and rather pursuing the forgiveness of Orthodoxy; in this circumstance we see that past Serbian Patriarch Irinej had been no exception but rather appeared thrall to the bad luck inherent in a social phenomenon of childish naiveté:

“Serbia should not look with suspicion at the EU, if the EU respects the Serbian identity, culture and religion. We believe that we are an historical part of Europe, and we want to be in this comity of nations. In the accession we will accept everything, that is not in contradiction with our cultural and historical identity”

Such naiveté is illustrated in the Nordic neo-pagan literature of JRR Tolkien wherein Worm-tongue sits as vizier to the King of Rohan; for what would Tony Blair, in his advising and suggestions, ever show himself to the Serb authority in negotiations concerning this proposed alliance but a poisonous “archetypal sycophant, flatterer, liar, and manipulator” ?

The grand illustration of this would be, the exceedingly corrupt European Union Commission, so corrupt as to suffer an internal gangrene of human spirit, when refusing to publish its’ own report on corruption, doesn’t tell the Serb ‘our problem isn’t with your corruption, rather our problem is your corruption is practiced openly, it is not finessed.’ In other words, Serbs are not yet entirely corrupted of the soul; and you can’t ‘belong’ to Europe until this happens. But rebellious European Union parliamentarians pulled back the curtain:

[A] new European Parliament study … reveals that corruption throughout Europe is costing almost £800 billion a year. The staggering sum, which equates to 6.3 per cent of overall EU-28 GDP, has prompted calls for the creation of a European Public Prosecutors’ Office as part of a crackdown on corrupt practises.

“The new estimate of the total annual loss, at £782bn [€903 billion in March 2020], is more than eight times higher than previous calculations. This is because it measures the full cost of the problem – ranging from indirect effects such as companies being put off from investing, to direct impacts including money lost from tax revenues.

“Corruption, which the report defines as the “abuse of power for private gain” can vary from paying bribes to officials abusing their powers to award lucrative procurement contracts”

My question for the present Patriarch would be, how is it possible for the good of Serbia to be served by meeting what amounts to the EU Commission’s demand to transform the plainly visible external corruption of the Serbian body, into an invisible, internal corruption of the soul? The competent physician may effectively treat the body, whereas a matter of darkening of the nation’s soul is a more complicated and exceedingly dangerous proposition. Because to practice the Christian principle of forgiveness with the minions of evil is a non sequitur; yet this is what the Western Christian culture has come to, and is the contagious societal virus proposing to infect Serbia with invitation to join the European Union.

One should not place oneself in irrevocable history where unkind sobriquet must forever tarnish one’s countenance; for does not what amounts to the European Union’s demand of ‘corruption with a pretty face’ or ‘finessed corruption’ recall Augustine’s ideas at the root of the philosophical divide between East and West? How could this darkness be missed?

Moreover the Patriarchate has supported restoration of the monarchy. In this regard it should be pointed out a wise king, one whose titles do not aspire to rule another people, can be a good, even a great thing; but the European history’s inbred (inevitable by the 3rd generation of royal to royal marriage) kings by birthright also has produced much mediocrity and many imbeciles. Should not any Serbian prince, one who aspires to be king, be of necessity born of a Serbian mother with no foreign allegiance, residence or citizenship? Are not the Serbs entitled to a consistently healthy, loyal & wise leadership? What should prevent Europe’s dark family intrigues and history’s royal usurpation of sound governance becoming manifest in Serbia? Who would be your king? Should not referendum confirm, renew, and if necessary, by force of law, abdicate any incompetent or unfaithful (to the Serbs) persona who would claim birthright to the royal prerogative? A moral conscience is critical to the modern ‘constitutional monarchy’, this must be principled and incorruptible, and if not, then disposable, preferably sans violence. Were one to find a tolerable future life of ethical ambition among Serbs, this proposition of requiring wise and courageous abilities should not rule out patriarchs and kings, but these persona nevertheless must bring the corporation to heel with sound guidance and a competent leadership found in a sincere patriotism; where the Serb villager is held up as the backbone of the nation, never to be folded into the corrupt human mono-culture of global modernity.

To willfully abandon the village children to the seduction of the EU is to foster the first six of the eight principle vices; as metaphors we could say gluttony is found in the modern taste of youth for methamphetamine, lust is found in the associated, accelerated breakdown of traditional values, greed is the spawn of this consumer culture’s power over will, anger is born into this trap of addiction, whereas sadness & despondency is discovered in their relatives’ memories of beautiful children they cannot now recognize. And would it not be a kind of blind, narcissistic vainglory, and its’ twin, a false pride in leadership, turning it’s back on the simple and honest people, enables this preceding? Now we have the entirety of Orthodoxy’s eight vices.

For, in short order of having lost self-sufficiency, with this comes a loss of traditional values and, as well, comes the loss of personal sovereignty that enabled the Serbian people to choose their own leaders. After, who will feed Serbia? The German Bayer AG? Where would the king’s loyalties find their sense of security? In sincerely addressing the difficulties faced by the Serbian villager, or the worldly comforts, dark intrigues and dynastic pride found in the British/German princes of Saxe-Coburg & Gotha? Will the king be the good Samaritan to the villager, or aspire to become the oligarch associated persona who Jesus informs us must pass through the eye of a needle with his camel? Will he publicly censure his cousin, King Juan Carlos, receiving a €90,000,000 (ninety million euro) bribe from the Saudis’ to use his influence favoring one decision over another or keep his silence in this matter of a related constitutional monarch’s apostasy?

Is it not only correct, but should it not be the duty of the father of every Serbian village child, to necessarily raise these questions? Therefor it is respectfully held the Patriarch must self-examine and proceed to lay out clean, responsible, irrevocable, devoted to the village, patriotic priorities, in his state supported role of vizier to the moral authority of any would-be-king of the Serbians (and necessarily includes any pseudo-king or Serbian political cult of personality presently wielding great power.)

For any negotiations to join the European Union should not be mere speculation of precious benefits generated in idle imagination, rather subjected to a rigorous examination; of an EU’s institutionalized, corporate predator-prey relationship, one that is so dark of the soul and pervasively corrupt, the European Union’s Commission not only recently refuses to publish its’ own report on greed, graft and bribery, thereby concealing temporal lechery of every description, but has actually abolished the mechanism for producing these reports; yet studies contracted by rebellious parliamentarians enlighten us. It follows, any & all authentic examination of these facts should determine a higher moral authority reject any consummation with this dark and perverted ‘union.’

When The Buck Stops Nowhere

This piece begins with an asymmetrical question to the subject of taking (or imposing) responsibility for disaster; why is it Europe worships its biggest losers? Because the collective memory of any given (European, includes its colonial progeny) society constitutes a state of denial or refusal to take responsibility for colossal mistakes? Recalling…

…and considering Voltaire was French, we can, by way of introduction to the following essay, simply point out Napoleon was a multiple loser, several times on a grand scale, who’d drained France of both: blood & treasure. Despite the destruction of the ‘Grande Armée’ (380,000 dead French empire soldiers solely due to Napoleon’s Russia campaign) and ultimate defeat at Waterloo, Napoleon is regarded as ‘great.’ WTF. Fewer, if any, created greater mischief for France than Napoleon. Following on Russia, it was Britain finally imposed responsibility on a greatly weakened France.

As well, then we have aftermath. Napoleon was responsible for the initial unity of several German principalities that ultimately led to the modern German state, and, with his ‘Napoleonic Code’ imposed upon these, introduced the idea of a ‘uniform education’ that, shortly after, inspired Prussia to (with Rules!, Obey!) educate all future Germans into Prussian mentalities and we know what that blessed France with, only a short century later, WWI & ‘pause’ WWII.

But, let us not forget, concerning the two ‘great’ colonizing powers (empires), Britain & France, the greater mischief had been wrought by Britain. The recipe had been straightforward and simple; as England had devolved away from real democratic principles (bloated from the corruption of empire), it had baked up what looks like…

Who will be held responsible for the world’s superpower run by hyper-criminal lunatics (and religious fanatics) that have dispensed with the rule of law except for a fraudulent pretense; where those accountable to constitutional principles are suborned into ‘color of law’ applied like make-up on a corpse (of a thoroughly dead republic.)

What the preceding definition misses is, these days, it is a common occurrence for suborned American politicians to pass, and rank political animals (judges) to uphold, laws so far outside the scope of their constitutional authority, it is difficult to recognize the reality with even the most twisted (honest) caricature.

“Rule of Law”, the very essence of any notion of accountability, should not be ‘Color of Law’ on steroids, where no-one assumes responsibility for the crimes of empire but in fact that is where the USA is arrived at. [3]

It is in this environment or pretense of law, an incredible charade is playing out concerning so-called ‘Russiagate’ where no one party will take responsibility for a web of deceit so tangled, it resembles nothing so much as the habitat of a Black Widow:

The Questions No One Asks

1) How is it when Pompeo left the CIA, to become Trump’s Secretary of State, a Russiagate principal, Gina Haspel, CIA Chief-of-Station in London when the phony Steele Dossier was concocted, and up to her neck in other aspects of the attempted take-down of Trump, was the name put forward for Trump to nominate as Pompeo’s CIA replacement? Who was responsible for putting a #1 enemy of Trump forward for Trump to nominate to become boss at the CIA? Why didn’t Pompeo tip Trump to Haspel’s ‘hands on’ dedication to sabotaging his campaign? Why on Earth would Trump nominate a CIA Director that not only has a vested interest in Russiagate ‘damage control’ but has sucked Trump deeper into the patently false Russia animus? [4], [5], [6], [7]

2) It would appear the Mueller probe was more about setting up ‘patsies’ than getting to the bottom of what actually happened. Now that any attempt to hang ‘responsibility’ for Russiagate on 2nd tier bureaucrats (e.g. Peter Strzok, Lisa Page et al) is slipping away, who is next? Killary, who took the abandoned Russiagate project from ‘Never Trump’ Republicans and breathed new life into it? The point of the Durham investigation is clearly ongoing damage control, and here is where the web smells to high heaven: (when still President), Obama himself was briefed on Russiagate with (then) CIA Director Brennan and (then) FBI Director Comey present. Now, the real rub: Attorney General William Barr and Gina Haspel are sleeping together with John Durham in a probe run by a pro (Durham) with a who’s who résumé of damage control for CIA including CIA destruction of interrogation tapes and wider CIA torture. Appointed by a Bush Jr Attorney General, Michael Mukasey, in a previous stint (stunt) concerning the crimes of Haspel, Durham ‘investigated’ (sandbagged the investigation of) Haspel and torture in 2008 and found no grounds for prosecution. [8], [9], [10], [11]

3) Does anyone else recall William Barr, who began his career as a CIA analyst and liaison to Congress, was Bush (41) Attorney General during the CIA’s Iran-Contra damage control efforts, as well, it smells to high heaven he worked for the former CIA Director GHW Bush presidency during the FBI sabotage of the Boys Town pedophilia investigation which reached all the way to the White House. [12], [13]

4) Finally, insofar as CIA ‘personalities’ involved, the biographical indicators tied to Obama that media, both alternative & mainstream, won’t touch with a proverbial ‘ten foot pole’ … why the strong profile indicating Obama had been a CIA asset for the entirety of his adult life? Son of an American intelligence officer, Ann Dunham, Obama worked for the long time CIA front company, Business International Corporation, prior to his community service & political career, and plausibly performed covert work for the intelligence community throughout his career, including a strong indication he’d been assigned to penetrate the anti-imperialism politic & community activism of Jeremiah Wright:

“Business International has a long association with the world of intelligence, covert actions, and attempts to penetrate the radical left — including Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)” [14], [15]

Obama, the CIA instructed snitch? Well, why not? The profiling fits, topped off with a presidential history 180 degrees opposed to the anti-empire activist community he supposedly emerged from.

Insofar as the CIA people surrounding Trump, one should recall the longest serving CIA Director, Allan Dulles, crafted the agency from its early years to serve his (and his brother John Foster Dulles) personal corporate interests, the history of United Fruit is unequivocal. [16]

What is going on with the Durham investigation is shielding the high level foot soldiers for corporate America, plain and simple. Barr has stated there will be no action taken before the election. If Biden wins, the outcome will be mild or negligible, perhaps some lowly apparatchiks will be made to fall on their swords; if Trump wins, the reach will be for someone a bit higher but either way, the end result will be all about damage control. [17]

It follows, none of the 2020 political posturing surrounding Russiagate & Russia is about Trump as much as it is about treasonous intelligence cells at the apex of power seeking to shield the core of its power from scrutiny; this core is not to be found in any of these agency principals as much as it is the corporate boards and associated criminal cabals the CIA has historically serviced.

So, where does ‘the buck stop’? Well, plainly these days it doesn’t. The rule of law does not apply. The bottom line is profit and if profit means we blow up everybody, everything and ourselves along the way, well, the lunatics putting obscene amounts of money in their pockets might not have thought that through. Unless you’re Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo et al, in which case if they manage to blow this small planet up, rather than face accountability, it just a matter of ‘God’s will.’ [18]

Samoobmana i (sopstveni) poraz Aleksandra Vucica

“Nemoguće je izračunati moralnu štetu, ako mogu tako da se izrazim, koju je patološko laganje nanelo društvu. Ukoliko je čovek pokvario i prostituisao čistotu svog uma, da bi svoje profesionalno uverenje pripisao stvarima u koje ne veruje, onda je spreman i na svaki drugi zločin” – Tomas Pejn

Srpski Predsednik Vučić sastao se sa Trampom u Beloj kući odakle je izašao sa ‘malom pobedom’. Ili bar on tako misli. Ovom samozvanom, nadobudnom vladaru treba novi Vezir:

“Rekao sam ‘ne’ na najtežem mestu na svetu.

Sada zvanično mogu da kažem da sam to što sam rekao za priznanje rekao na najtežem mestu na svetu. U prostoriji u kojoj sam sedeo stajali su Pens, Kušner, Džonson, Grenel, O’Brajan, stotinu puta moćniji ljudi od mene. To je njima bio problem. Mene forma i stolice ne zanimaju” -Aleksandar Vučić

Dakle, mislim da Vučića treba da zanima vizuelna poruka ‘stolice’ koju je poslao širom sveta kada se njegovo “Ne” (zapravo) pretvorilo u ‘Da’ kroz sve ostale tačke sporazuma.

Ukratko, Vučić je igrao daleko iznad svoje lige i ‘nadigran’ je. Sada mora svuda da objašnjava šta je to potpisao.

Ono što je Trampov tim zlotvora savršeno znao kada je pozvao Vučića u Vašington je to da će Vučić apsolutno morati (što je stvar unutrašnje politike) da kaže „Ne“ na eksplicitno priznanje Kosova kao nezavisne države, koje mu je zabranjeno Ustavom Republike Srbije.

Nakon što su Amerikanci upravo to (priznanje Kosova kao nezavisne države) stavili u prvobitni nacrt, primenjena je taktika „štapa i šargarepe“; Vučić se izborio za izbacivanje ’Tačke 10’, odnosno eksplicitnog priznanja nezavisnosti Kosova, da bi mu odmah potom uručili dokument sa jedva prikrivenim priznanjem Kosova kao nezavisne države ili (to jest) dokument sa implicitnim priznanjem nezavisnosti Kosova u više tačaka. Tad je našem nepromišljenom vladaru Vučiću toliko laknulo što je Tačka 10 uklonjena, da je potpisao. Njegovi Veziri su ga izneverili.

No, hajde da sve ovo malo bolje sagledamo.

Implementacija sporazuma o zajedničkoj infrastrukturi (autoput, železnica, itd.) sa političkim entitetom Kosovom, koje trenutno ima vlast i traži svoju nezavisnost, jednaka je implicitnom priznanju nezavisnog Kosova; pravna poenta je u tome što ovaj akt daje legitimitet političkoj sili koja krši srpski ustav, a ipak stavlja Srbiju pod nadležnost međunarodnog prava. Mnogo toga što sledi potpada pod isti princip gde se ne može obavljati bilo kakav „de jure“ posao sa nekim entitetom, a naknadno tvrditi da taj isti entitet nema nikakvu pravnu nadležnost („princip reciprociteta“ međunarodnog prava).

Udruženo upravljanje ‘zajedničkim prelazom’ Merdare će se tumačiti (u budućnosti) kao snažan pokazatelj da Srbija priznaje Merdare kao međunarodni granični prelaz po principu izloženom u prethodnom pasusu (reciprocitet), zbog proste činjenice da administracija na kosovskoj strani
sebe smatra nezavisnom državom.

Pristupanje Srbije i Kosova „Mini-šengenskoj zoni“ je otvoreno de facto priznanje Kosova kao nezavisne države. U slučaju da Srbija NE priznaje nezavisnost Kosova, Kosovo bi moglo ući u „Mini Šengen“ samo kao deo Srbije, pri čemu bi se Mini Šengen sastojao isključivo od Albanije, Makedonije i Srbije. Mini Šengen je osmišljen kao trgovinska asocijacija nezavisnih država. Pristajanje Srbije da potpiše pristupanje Mini Šengenu kao ravnopravni subjekat sa Kosovom je praktično priznanje nezavisnosti dato Kosovu.

Prihvatanje da američko Ministarstvo energetike izradi planove za „deljenje“ jezera Gazivoda je snažno implicitno priznanje nezavisnosti Kosova, jer zapravo jedna nacionalna država ne ‘deli’ svoju vodu ravnopravno sa nekom teritorijom, osim u slučaju kada je ta teritorija jedna nezavisna država. Da je Srbija suverena nad Kosovom, ne bi „delila“ već „dodeljivala“ vodu toj pokrajini.

Pristajanje da se uzdrže od bilo kakve aktivnosti kojom traže od drugih naroda da ne priznaju Kosovo kao nezavisnu državu govori samo za sebe.

Ostale tačke:

Diverzifikacija snabdevanja energijom, na primer, ostavlja mogućnost oduzimanja koncesija od korporacija koje kontroliše država poput Gazproma i davanje krajnje nekontrolisanim i nemilosrdnim, odmetnutim od zakona, zapadnim korporacijama poput Chevrona (ova tačka je sročena neodređeno i može se uopšteno tumačiti).

Saglasnost sa „Stalnim prisustvom američke Finansijske korporacije za međunarodni razvoj u Beogradu, Srbija“ omogućava dve stvari, od kojih nijedna nije dobra za Srbiju. 1) To će korporacijama američkih oligarha pružiti uvid iznutra o privatizaciji onoga što je ostalo od srpske državne imovine i 2) daće Centralnoj Obaveštajnoj Agenciji paralelni trag da prodre u svaki aspekt srpske privrede; ukazujući na Američku međunarodnu razvojnu finansijsku korporaciju koja je podružnica USAID-a pod okriljem američke vlade. USAID je u sprezi sa američkom politikom „revolucije u boji“ i čvrsto je utemeljen u istoriji CIA gde tajno „Odeljenje za operacije“ NE podržava američke demokratske principe (za šta se USAID javno izdaje), već zapravo podržava sticanje i kontrolu resursa i tržišta od strane velikih američkih korporacija.

Zahtev da Srbija ukloni 5G mrežu je način da SAD iskoristi Srbiju da Kini gurne prst u oko.

Pojačana kontrola avio putnika i razmena informacija sa prištinskim kriminalcima koji bi trebalo da su u ćeliji u Hagu, zajedno sa entitetom (američkim obaveštajnim službama) koji je stvorio Al Kaidu, nije ništa drugo do neslana kosmička šala. Sa kojim će se kriminalnim grupama te informacije deliti? Koliko će to ugroziti bezbednosne strukture Srbije?

Još jedna neslana šala je ideja da može biti iskrenog “međuverskog dijaloga” sa salafističkim i vehabijskim radikalima, koji se trenutno slobodno kreću po Kosovu i preobraćaju narod.

Pasus zvani: ‘Još jedna neslana šala’ se ponavlja: tiče se lociranja nestalih tela, da li je iko i pomislio da će ‘Priština’ da otkrije lokaciju i vrati u domovinu tela nestalih etničkih Srba sa izvađenim organima? Ko bi još u to poverovao? Drugi problem sa ‘pomirenjem’ je ideja da će Srbi koji su napustili domove biti dobrodošli nazad i da će im njihova imanja biti vraćena; ima već dve decenije otkad je UN postavio ovaj zahtev sa praktično nikakvim pomakom osim neprestanog zlostavljanja onih Srba koji (još uvek) nisu napustili Kosovo.

Zapadni model za legalizaciju homoseksualnosti praktično zahteva „gej propovedanje“ koje radikalizuje konzervativna društva u opoziciju. Srbija bi trebalo da pripazi sa omiljenom tačkom Ričarda Grenela; jedno je biti tolerantan, a drugo je baciti homoseksualnost u lice jedne kulture, što je običaj brojnih zapadnih društava. Srbija rizikuje nepotrebno otuđenje drugih nacija ovom tačkom sporazuma sačinjenom sa pištoljem prislonjenim Srbiji u leđa. I jedan šaljivi element: koja bi budala poverovala ijednog trenutka da će sve brojnije kosovsko salafijsko društvo učiniti sve osim da de facto homoseksualnost učini nezakonitim u stvarnoj društvenoj praksi?

Svakako loša reputacija Srbije koja trguje oružjem sa zastupnicima terorističkih organizacija ne može biti od koristi Hezbolahu (ili na bilo koji drugi način biti od koristi nekoj de facto zaraćenoj strani na Bliskom Istoku), ali ima nečeg veličanstveno licemernog u zahtevu SAD-a da Srbija zabrani Hezbolah, jer upravo su SAD stvorile Al-Kaidu (koja se raspala, a jedna njena frakcija je postala Islamska država), pri čemu SAD sada diktiraju koga označiti terorističkom organizacijom.

Konačno, srpska nagrada koja je stigla uz Vučićevu saglasnost da preseli ambasadu Srbije u Jerusalim uručena je u roku od jednog sata od njegovog potpisivanja; kada je Izrael priznao Kosovo kao nezavisnu, suverenu naciju, i time je poniženje bilo potpuno.

Ekonomska normalizacija

Srbija (Beograd) i Kosovo (Priština) su saglasni da načine korak napred u ekonomskoj normalizaciji prihvatajući sledeće:

Obe strane će primeniti sporazum o autoputu Beograd-Priština potpisan 14. februara 2020.

Obe strane će primeniti sporazum o pruzi Beograd-Priština potpisan 14. februara 2020.
○ Uz to, obe strane se obavezuju na zajedničku studiju o izvodljivosti rešenja za povezivanje železničke infrastrukture Beograd-Priština sa lukom na Jadranskom moru.

Kosovo (Priština) i Srbija (Beograd) će sarađivati sa američkom Finansijskom korporacijom za međunarodni razvoj (U.S. International Developement Finance Corporation) i EKSIM (Uvozno-izvoznom) bankom SAD na memorandumima o saglasnosti radi ostvarivanja sledećeg:
○ Autoput mira
○ Železnička veza između Prištine i Merdara
○ Železnička veza između Niša i Prištine
○ Obezbeđivanje sredstava za finansiranje zajmova potrebnih za mala i srednja preduzeća
○ Dodatni bilateralni projekti
○ Stalno prisustvo američke Finansijske korporacije za međunarodni razvoj u Beogradu, Srbija.

Obe strane će otvoriti i održavati funkcionalnim zajednički prelaz Merdare.

Obe strane će pristupiti “mini-Šengen zoni”, koju su Srbija, Albanija i Severna Makedonija najavile u oktobru 2019. godine i u potpunosti iskoristiti njene prednosti.

Obe strane će uzajamno priznavati diplome i profesionalne sertifikate.

Obe strane će sarađivati sa Ministarstvom energetike SAD i drugim odgovarajućim institucijama američke vlade na izradi studije izvodljivosti za potrebe deljenja jezera Gazivode/Ujmani, kao pouzdanog izvora snabdevanja vodom i energijom.

Obe strane će diverzifikovati svoje snabdevanje energijom.

Obe strane će u svojoj komunikacionoj mreži zabraniti upotrebu 5G opreme koja je nabavljena od nepouzdanih dobavljača. Tamo gde takva oprema već postoji, obe strane se obavezuju na njeno blagovremeno uklanjanje i na druge potrebne korake.

Obe strane će pojačati kontrolu putnika u avio saobraćaju, razmenu informacija međusobno kao i u okviru šire saradnje sa SAD na Balkanu, i posvetiti se unapređenju tehnologije u borbi protiv nezakonitih aktivnosti, primenom skrining i informacionih sistema obezbeđenih od strane SAD, uključujući PISCES, APIS, ATS-G i SRTP.

Obe strane se obavezuju da će ubrzati napore na lociranju i identifikaciji posmrtnih ostataka nestalih osoba. Obe strane se obavezuju da će ustanoviti i primeniti dugoročna, trajna rešenja za izbeglice i interno raseljene. Obe strane se obavezuju da će u okviru svojih ministarstava imenovati osobu koja će predvoditi te napore i biti zadužena za koordinaciju Beograda i Prištine, i da će dostavljati ažurirane informacije na godišnjem nivou o broju rešenih i nerešenih slučajeva.

Obe strane će raditi na tome i podsticati da u 69 zemalja u kojima je homoseksualnost nezakonita dođe do njene dekriminalizacije.

Obe strane se obavezuju da će Hezbolah u njegovoj celini označiti kao terorističku organizaciju i da će u potpunosti sprovesti mere za ograničavanje poslovanja i finansijskih aktivnosti Hezbolaha unutar svoje nadležnosti.

Kosovo (Priština) je saglasna sa primenom jednogodišnjeg moratorijuma na podnošenje zahteva za članstvo u međunarodnim organizacijama. Srbija (Beograd) je saglasna sa jednogodišnjim moratorijumom na svoju kampanju za povlačenje priznanja (nezavisnosti Kosova) i uzdržaće se od formalnog ili neformalnog zahteva bilo kojoj naciji ili međunarodnoj organizaciji da ne prizna Kosovo (Prištinu) kao nezavisnu državu. Obe saglasnosti o prestanku aktivnosti stupaju na snagu odmah.

Srbija (Beograd) pristaje da otvori kancelariju privredne komore i državnu kancelariju u Jerusalimu 20. septembra 2020. godine i da prebaci ambasadu u Jerusalim do 1. jula 2021. godine.

The Self-Deceit & Defeat of Aleksandar Vucic

Serbia’s President Vucic met Trump at the White House and came away with a ‘small victory.’ Or so he seems to think. This self-annointed, clueless king needs a new vizier:

“I said ‘no’ at the toughest place in the world.

“Now I can officially say that I said what I said regarding recognizing Kosovo at the most difficult place in the world. In the room where I was sitting, there were Pence, Kushner, Johnson, Grenell, O’Brien, a hundred times more powerful people than me. This was a problem for them. I’m not interested in form and chairs” -Aleksandar Vucic [1]

Well, I think Vucic should have been interested in the visual message of the ‘chair’ he’d sent around the world when his “No” had (in actuality) multiplied into entirely too many cases of ‘Yes’ recalling this next image:

In short, Vucic was out of his league and got ‘played.’ Now he has to explain away what he had signed:

What Trump’s cabal of criminals perfectly understood when they invited Vucic to Washington was, that Vucic would absolutely be required (a small matter of domestic politics) to say “No” to the constitutionally prohibited explicit recognition of Kosovo as an independent state. [2]

After the Americans placing precisely that (recognition of Kosovo as an independent state) in the initial draft, the ‘bait and switch’ was delivered; Vucic got the ‘Point 10’ or explicit recognition of Kosovo independence removed, only to be provided a document with thinly concealed recognition of Kosovo as an independent state or (that is to say) a document with multiple cases of implicit recognition of Kosovo independence. Then, our ill-advised King Vucic was so relieved at Point 10 having been removed, he signed it. His Vizier failed him.

Now, let’s have a bit of a closer look.

Implementation of joint infrastructure agreements (highway, railroad ect) with a political entity that presently controls, and seeks the independence of Kosovo, equals implicit recognition of an independent Kosovo; the legal point here is, this act confers legitimacy on a political force in violation of the Serbian constitution but nevertheless subjects Serbia to principles of international law. Much of what follows would be subject to the same principle where one cannot do any ‘de jure’ business with an entity and subsequently claim that same entity has no legal competence (the international law’s ‘rule of reciprocity.’) [3]

Joint operation of the Merdare ‘common crossing point’ will be read (in future) as a strong indicator Serbia recognizes Merdare as an international border crossing per the principle laid out in the preceding paragraph (reciprocity) for the simple fact the administration on the Kosovo side considers itself an independent state.

Serbia and Kosovo separately joining the ‘Mini-Schengen Zone’ is outright de facto recognition of Kosovo as an independent state. In a case where Serbia did NOT recognize Kosovo’s independence, Kosovo could only enter the ‘Mini Schengen’ as a part of Serbia with Mini Schengen consisting solely of Albania, Macedonia & Serbia. Mini-Schengen is proposed as a trade association of independent states. Serbia agreeing to sign on to Mini Schengen as a peer to Kosovo is practically a recognition of independence given to Kosovo.

Accepting the US Department of Energy to draw up plans to “share” Lake Gazivoda is a strongly implicit recognition of Kosovo’s independence, because as a matter of fact a nation-state does not ‘share’ its water with a territory on peer terms except that territory were an independent state. If Serbia were sovereign over Kosovo, it would not ‘share’ but ‘assign’ water to that province.

Agreeing to refrain from any action communicating to other nations that Kosovo should not be recognized as an independent state speaks for itself.

Other points:

Diversifying energy supplies, example given, sets up possibility of taking business concessions from state controlled corporations like Gazprom and giving them to utterly uncontrolled and ruthless outlaw Western corporations like Chevron (the language is too broad & non-specific.) [4], [5]

Giving an “An international, US International Development Finance Corporation full time presence in Belgrade, Serbia” accomplishes two things, neither good for Serbia. 1) this will give the American corporate oligarchs an inside track on the privatization of what remains of Serbia’s state owned assets and 2) will give the Central Intelligence Agency a parallel track to penetrate every aspect of Serbia’s economy; pointing to the US International Development Finance Corporation is a USA government subsidiary of USAID. USAID is at the nexus of American ‘color revolution’ policies and firmly grounded in CIA history where the clandestine ‘Operations Division’ does NOT support American democratic principles (the USAID cover story) but in actuality supports acquisition and control of resources & markets by major American corporations. [6], [7]

Demanding Serbia dismantle its 5G is the USA using Serbia to stick a thumb in the eye of China.

Enhanced airline passenger & crime information sharing with the Pristina criminals who should be in a cell at the Hague, together with the entity (USA intelligence services) that created al-Qaida, is nothing short of a bad cosmic joke. What crime groups will that information be shared with? How will it compromise Serbia’s security structures?

The next bad joke is the idea there can be sincere “interfaith dialogue” with Salafi & Wahhabi radicals, currently free to proselytize throughout Kosovo. [8]

The bad joke after that is a double: concerning locating missing bodies, do you suppose ‘Pristina’ is going to locate and repatriate bodies of Serbs disappeared and harvested for organs? Who would believe that? The other problem with ‘reconciliation’ is the idea dislocated Serbs are going to be welcomed back and their properties restored; this had already been a demand of the UN for two decades with practically nothing more accomplished than ongoing abuse of those Serbs who did not (yet) leave Kosovo. The Western model that legalizes homosexuality practically demands ‘gay evangelism’ that radicalizes conservative societies into opposition. Serbia should be careful with Richard Grenell’s pet point; it is one thing to be tolerant, it is another thing altogether to push homosexuality in a culture’s face, a habit of numerous Western societies. Serbia risks unnecessarily alienating other nations with this agreement’s paragraph made with a gun pushed against Serbia’s back. And the joke element: what fool would believe for one millisecond that Kosovo’s growing Salafi society will do anything but de facto criminalize homosexuality in actual social practice? [11]

Certainly Serbia’s nasty reputation for trafficking weapons to proxy terrorist organizations should not benefit Hezbollah (or otherwise benefit any de facto warring party in the Middle East) but there is a magnificent hypocrisy in the demand by the USA that Serbia must ban Hezbollah, when it was the USA created al-Qaida (which splintered, one faction becoming Islamic State), with the USA now dictating who is a terrorist organization. Finally, Serbia’s reward that came with Vucic agreeing to move Serbia’s embassy to Jerusalem was delivered within the hour of his signing; when Israel recognized Kosovo as an independent, sovereign nation and the humiliation was complete. [14]

The Rope-a-Dope of Iran & Hezbollah

The Rope-a-Dope of Iran and Hezbollah

How did “hundreds of kilograms” of ammonium nitrate suddenly morph into 2,750 tons, then get reduced by 1/2, prior to rendering 1/3 of the city of Beirut uninhabitable? Oh, and who did it? We could ask BND head, Bruno Kahl, to ring up his close friend, MOSSAD boss Yossi Cohen, for a start.

But first, it only takes a moment to back the telescopic lens off of Beirut to understand what we are actually looking at is a case of Iran/Hezbollah ‘rope-a-dope’ in cold geopolitical calculation on a march towards a very hot war. Israel (or ‘Bibi’ and friends, not all Israelis are calculating criminals) are hell bent on dragging the USA into a war with Iran prior to November elections with no promise of a Trump victory; hence the multiple acts of sabotage (provocations) throughout Iran. The Ayatollahs and Hezbollah are meanwhile, letting Israel punch and punch again, but it is hard to say if Iran and Hezbollah’s intelligence assessments ruled out an Israeli attack erasing the port of Beirut (with 1/3 of the city collateral damage.) Maybe they understood there would be nothing they could do if Israel attacked the port with an outcome of a conventional explosion packing the punch of a tactical nuclear weapon.

Recalling the moron Bush & his ‘coalition of the willing’, the Emirates and Bahrain are being sucked into alliance with Israel (the Saudis are there, if not yet on paper, where Trump/Pence election needs are employing MOSSAD’s asset Kushner to exploit the Shia/Sunni divide) and all this points at what amounts to ‘foreplay’ in the orgiastic warmongers strategy.

In short, the deliberate erasure of the port of Beirut (with the ‘unfortunate’ rendering of nearly half the city uninhabitable) was a preemptive take-down of a Hezbollah supply line, anticipating the Iran aligned front opening on Israel’s northern frontier. This is little more than a preliminary.

Relevant to this, in the Spring of 2020, with a vigorous effort of MOSSAD (years in the making), Germany outlawed Hezbollah’s political wing. Part of the Israeli endeavor had been to produce convincing evidence Hezbollah had been storing “hundreds of kilograms” of ammonium nitrate at a port warehouse in Beirut. [1]

The many hundred of tons of ammonium nitrate reduced to hundreds of kilos by MOSSAD reporting is simple ‘cover your ass’ disinformation; when the Israelis took a decision to eliminate (detonate) the explosive (and if caught), it could be claimed the vast amount was not knowledge in the hands of the saboteurs or other elements of the Israeli state ostensibly going after a Hezbollah weapons stash. The objective of severely damaging Hezbollah’s logistics by wiping the port of Beirut out of the upcoming war equation has been accomplished.

Incidental to the preceding:

Despite the reporting of 2,750 tons of ammonium nitrate detonated, the blast was actually half of that according to a recent Lebanese interior minister, the other half having been “stolen” (read removed by Hezbollah) over the years. [2]

Evidence of the Israeli strike on the port is forthcoming from state sources in Israel itself. [3]

And then:

“Channel 12’s source described Bruno Kahl, chief of Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service (BND) as “a close friend of Mossad.”” [at [1] ibid]

The intelligence agencies are “crime organizations with a license” (quoting Tamir Pardo, former director of MOSSAD) somehow exempt from all law, including, it would appear, every human rights convention. Germany’s Bruno Kahl knows what happened (was complicit in the political preparations), as well, Trump was correctly informed when he stated the Beirut blast was an “attack.”

“Iran has said the explosions should not be “politicized,” while French President Emmanuel Macron, who has assumed an outsized role in managing the fallout and on Thursday demanded an international probe, as of Sunday judged there was “enough objective evidence” to judge the double blasts as “accidental” [4]

Everyone is lying on this march towards opportunity at literal Armageddon (co-engineered by Mike Pence i.e. Trump’s apocalyptic, 90 million strong, evangelical base’s theology), where Iran dare not be seen to take the initiative in what appears to be inevitable, upcoming war, Hezbollah cannot take responsibility for its port weapons facilities (including 1,350 tons of ammonium nitrate remainder after years exfiltration of explosive), Israel cannot admit it blew the ammonium nitrate up, Germany cannot openly & honestly point its finger at the perpetrator known to the intelligence agencies (a small matter of national ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ due to certain historical factors) and Pence and his Generals no doubt told Trump to “shut up.”

And Bibi? Well…

Propaganda & Corona Virus

With the Covid 19 epidemic, there may be emerging evidence of Russia to now has more or less played along with the West’s propaganda game (and ‘flipped’ it with high profile technical & humanitarian aid, e.g. to Italy) concerning the Covid epidemic rather than open up to be overtly demonized. But now Sweden and a particular (very well accredited) Russian virologist/geneticist may have thrown a bit of a monkey wrench into the propaganda machine’s gears. Follows is the Russian online magazine Izvestia interview that goes counter to all of the hysteria we see generated elsewhere. So, what are the real facts? Will there be a second Covid 19 wave? Do people lose their Covid immunity? These are valid questions.

Izvestia: Based on the fact that 20% of people with antibodies to coronavirus were officially recorded in Moscow, we can safely assume that 40-60% of the capital’s residents already have immunity to it, Pavel Volchkov, head of the MIPT genomic engineering laboratory, told Izvestia in an exclusive interview. This means that there will be no second wave of morbidity in the capital, the expert is sure. In addition, the virologist shared his views on exactly how the COVID-19 pandemic began. He is leaning towards the laboratory-origin version of SARS-CoV-2.

Izvestia: Pavel Yuryevich, from your point of view, how many people in Moscow already have immunity to SARS-CoV-2?

Volchkov : Recently, an article was published by Swedish scientists who conducted a study of T-cell immunity (“Sustainable T-cell immunity in recovering patients with the asymptomatic COVID-19 course”), the results of which I personally had long been waiting for. They analyzed a large number of biological samples by conducting an expensive ELISPOT analysis (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSpot – T-cell detection method). It turned out that even those who did not have IgG antibodies had T-cell immunity. And there are two to three times more such people in the population than those with antibodies.

Izvestia: What does it mean?

Volchkov: If in Moscow [it is] officially recorded 20% of people with high titers of IgG antibodies, then you can safely add another 20-40% to this figure. It turns out that about half of Moscow residents are immune to coronavirus. They will not get sick anymore.

Izvestia: Recently, articles appeared that showed that antibodies are lost …

Volchkov: And that’s fine. They must be lost. This always happens. There is a half-life of IgG, IgM, IgA antibodies. Their amount in the blood begins to fall six months to a year after meeting with the infection. There are so few of them that this amount cannot be detected by any test. What is the purpose of antibodies? Here the virus flew into the respiratory tract, infected a group of cells, created a small local focus (with a mild course of the disease). The immune system recognized these cells and localized them – it is like the city of Wuhan was closed in China. It turns out that a large number of antibodies do not seem to exist, but the immunity has formed and worked. However, it is concentrated in T- and B-memory cells. When the infection again is exposed to a person, the immune system recognizes it, the cells will begin to produce antibodies.

Izvestia: Does it make sense then to test for IgG antibodies?

Volchkov: It does. This test is cheap and gives us a cutoff. This cut-off now is 20%. So we can multiply this amount by two to three times. It’s hard to say the exact number, for this you need to conduct a large-scale study using expensive ELISPOT analysis, as the Swedes did.

Izvestia: Is it possible to say that the ‘herd’ immunity that everyone has been talking about for so long has already taken shape in Moscow?

Volchkov: For the multi-million population city, today’s figures in the region of 700 new infected per day indicate that it has formed. If we really had only 20% of the residents with immunity, then with open restaurants and shops, we would expect a much larger number of infected people.

Izvestia: But after all, on this figure (+700 people per day) you can maintain for a long time. Or not? What is your prediction?

Volchkov: I think this figure will now begin to decline and will reach zero at the end of August. It is clear that in the capital for a long time there will be imported cases from regions that belatedly began to ‘pick up’ the coronavirus.

Izvestia: That is, the second wave will not happen?

Volchkov: For Moscow, it is already impossible. Now people who have formed natural immunity in the capital are 40-60%. If the dynamics continues, their number will increase by the end of August to 80–90%.

Izvestia: And in other cities of Russia, the second wave is possible?

Volchkov: Only in those that are well insulated and where there is an extremely low level of infection. In big cities, definitely not. If you have already burned the grass, then the burned-out areas cannot be ignited again. Do you know how firefighters fight fire? They take and burn the front of the strip to stop the fire. This strip is our buffer immunity.

Izvestia: But what about the fact that the virus mutates and the body may simply not recognize it?

Volchkov: In any case, it does not mutate very quickly. Even the seasonal flu virus needs several years to re-infect you. And then in the event that part of its segments, and the flu has eight, will be re-sorted, that is, replaced by parts from another influenza virus. Coronavirus is single-segment – it cannot change that way.

Izvestia: But can it recombine?

Volchkov: Maybe. But this event is more rare. It must take at least a couple of years for it to be able to return and cause you some kind of pathology. And still it will not be comparable to the first time. The immune system at least somehow recognizes it, which means it [the immunity] will work. A secondary immune response will develop.

Izvestia: The war of supporters of the natural and artificial origin of the coronavirus continues on the pages of the media, on social networks and blogs. What can you say at the moment when so many articles about its structure have been published?

Volchkov: I came to the conclusion that the probability of the virus overcoming the inter-species barrier without human help [accidental eating of a bat carrier SARS-CoV-2] is significantly less than the one that it had help. By help, I mean prolonged cultivation of the virus in the laboratory, the introduction of amino acid modifications, experiments to infect human cells if possible. All this is described in the famous article of 2015 [Nature magazine, November 9, 2015]. In favor of this hypothesis is also the location of the city of Wuhan.

Izvestia: How is that in your thinking?

Volchkov: Wuhan is located in the very center of China. Bats are not found there. They live in the south, in Yunnan, on the border with Vietnam. It was there that they were caught to isolate new coronaviruses, which are now stored in the collection of the Wuhan laboratory. Although theoretically it can be assumed that they were brought thousands of kilometers to eat.

Izvestia: But it is possible?

Volchkov: Yes, perhaps. But in practice, traditional cuisine is considered traditional because its menu contains local species of animals. If the virus ‘jumped’ onto a person when it was eaten, it would be found in Yunnan, on the border with Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. From there the epidemic would have spread.

Izvestia: Speaking about the origin of SARS-CoV-2, you can only consider probabilities?

Volchkov: I’m afraid so. In the [genome] sequence it is not written: ‘I am made synthetically.’ There are no obvious ‘donkey ears’ – traces of a genetic engineering structure. But there is a hint of it. This is the famous furin insert, about which much has already been said.

Izvestia: But could it find itself in the genome of the virus during recombination?”

Volchkov: It could. However, the likelihood of this event greatly increases, provided that you create thousands of amino acid mutations. And the fact that American and Chinese scientists did this is proved by the 2015 article. If you look at the publications of these scientific groups, it becomes clear that they are very active, have worked with these viruses for a long time. In addition, the Chinese have a large library of coronaviruses, where the most genetically close sample of RatG13 has been discovered. It was brought to the Wuhan Institute of Virology from Yunnan in 2013. For seven years, when it was cultivated, passivated, it could naturally acquire a large number of mutations. In addition, science has made great progress in this regard over the past 10 years. We live in an era of synthetic biology, when you can synthesize some parts de novo, and then ensure a seamless insertion of such a synthetic part into the genome.

Izvestia: That is, 10 years ago, you would definitely say, looking at the genome, what is inserted there?

Volchkov: Exactly. And now there are technologies of extended genetic synthesis, when thousands of nucleotides can be synthesized. You simply send the letter sequence to a special company that synthesizes it and sends it back. The possibilities are huge now. In this way, whole libraries of new coronaviruses can be generated. Suppose there are 10 million of them there. And then you can choose the most promising one from them, assemble it using the reverse genetics method and test for the ability to infect human cells.

Izvestia: That is, from your point of view, the probability that the virus has leaked from the laboratory is quite high?

Volchkov: Yes. An argument in this favor is also that coronaviruses were not considered particularly dangerous for some time. And it was possible to work with them at the second level of protection [there are four of them, the third and fourth levels, according to the American classification, are especially dangerous. – Izvestia]. Actually, this is understandable, because the initially isolated viruses could not pass from an animal to a person to overcome the inter-species barrier and, accordingly, from person to person.

Izvestia: That is exactly what was affirmed at the very beginning of the pandemic …

Volchkov: At the second level of protection, it could easily fly out and infect the scientist. And what’s important: it’s impossible to see right away. The funny thing is that the one who brought this virus out of the laboratory did not even understand that they did it. And still may not understand to now.

On Butt-Hurt Big-Heads

Yep. High IQs do remarkably stupid things. Most super high IQs are socially alienated, or perhaps better said, ‘butt-hurt’ personalities that never had the common sense to grasp what is actually up with their social handicap.

I’m from a family of ‘big heads’ (larger than average brain size) where above average IQs are frequently (more often than not) are found. [1] The problem with the big-heads is, once you’ve exceeded an IQ of 150 (on average) you’re ‘too smart’ to fit in. [2] Yep, go above 150 and you likely don’t fit anywhere except in the butt-hurt big-head clubs. Most of these big-heads are socially maladapted for divers, related reasons, mainly cultural. Many of them were screwed (alienated) by the inflexibility of standardized education. Others were made into freaks by those recognizing they were ‘gifted’ with high IQ and pushed into expectation of becoming ‘super-performers.’ [3] And not a small proportion of the big heads became a class of butt-hurt geniuses that socialize in cloistered (super-intelligent, big-heads only) communities where they moan and croak over the ‘mainstream-normal’ imbeciles that both; ruined and rule over their lives. [4]

A small matter of, comparatively speaking, the stupid people are outwitting the REALLY SMART people to a point the stupid people and not the smart people, are running the show. Uh-oh. How’d that happen?

To discover what is up (for you all) with the honky big heads, I returned to one of my ‘light skinned Indian’ acquaintances that deliberately passes for White in the Western culture, and also happens to be a fellow ‘big-head.’ I know two of these big-headed ‘lost Indians’ who became culturally displaced with the dying out of authentic native ways as the dominant culture extinguished the world their literal ‘grandfathers’ had known. What do you suppose we might learn from these invisible Indians walking among you? What follows is result of our information sharing and is my interpretation of the conversation.

But first, the disclaimer: to be honest in the Native way, we must qualify this literary endeavor as a joke story drawn from real life, a sort of collage of facts assembled from bits and pieces of diverse experience, combined with anecdotal information creating the culturally intact Native wisdom inherent in their humor. And because unlike the White world, the Native world entertains paradox in daily approach to life, possibly some of what you read here is simply made up from the imagination’s fund of plausible improbabilities. So, this is the loophole provided to the Cartesian-Platonic shaped mentality to opt-out of the following; none of which need be taken seriously. Call it social science fiction. Never mind that maybe, just maybe, what follows is actually very straightforward narrative and fact.

The Butt-Hurt Big-Heads

“Clearly, few of the people of working age with D15IQs over 150 have appropriate outlets. The only probable exceptions are Mathematics and Theoretical Physics where the range of comprehensibility is probably closer to 60 R16IQ points than to the 30 R16IQ point Hollingsworth limit. However, the careers are only appropriate, with regard to interest and disposition, for a small percentage of the 150+ D15IQ population. The vast majority have no appropriate career options” [5]

Or so is the ostensible conclusion drawn by the typical butt-hurt big-head. Going to the subject of “Theoretical Physics” where competence is more or less limited to big-heads, let begin with a baseline comparison between cultural applications employing big-heads, first the Western theoretical physicist:

“While being able to transport anything large, like a cat … is a long way off, scientists have managed to transport a single photon or electron about 100km” [6]

So, the (oddly ‘mainstream’ employed) theoretical physicist (big-head) can (kinda-sorta) replicate in the lab setting what Star Trek did with ‘beam me up’ but are limited to micro-physical objects. Let’s now compare this to what the Native American big-head is capable of:

“Dreaming is key, not asleep dreams but bringing dream to waking reality. It was only 15 or so years ago a pilgrimage was made by some Indians, to a place of power where ceremony had last been called for more than 100 years previous. ‘The Dreamers’ [Native American big-heads lumped into the category of ‘medicine men’ in the pidgin] were notified the time was correct. The people gathered at the end of the road where a camp was made across a canyon from the site, located about 3 miles beyond the opposite or far canyon wall. But to access the place required a further travel by trail nearly 7 miles up the canyon to a place the people could cross and then trek back down the other side of the canyon and then over to the sacred site. The group was comprised of old people, middle aged, young men & women, and children: with ‘scouts’ on horseback, everyone else walked. The ceremony was brought off [a ‘sight’ ceremony where information is revealed] and the day was drawing to a close when the return trek was undertaken. Some of the old people and the children were struggling. The Dreamers then sent the scouts to a point at the canyon where there is ‘normally’ only sheer cliff .. except on this occasion the scouts found a place where a trail leading down to the canyon floor had opened and this allowed the entire group into the canyon and they were also able trek up the other side. The group was disoriented on arrival at the top, finding the campsite was not recognizable as theirs until a fire was made by The Dreamers for the people to gather around to ‘sing’ themselves into the ‘present’ and everything was as before; the camp with tents and vehicles was suddenly organized as they’d left it and the trail they had returned by did not exist. This was a collective experience of nearly 100 Native people” [for the racially conflicted reading here, this “nearly 100 Native people” included 3 whites] [7]

Meanwhile, over in the Western big-heads’ theoretical physics lab:

“Objective Reality Doesn’t Exist, Quantum Experiment Shows

“[the] experiment therefore shows that, at least for local models of quantum mechanics, we need to rethink our notion of objectivity. The facts we experience in our macroscopic world appear to remain safe, but a major question arises over how existing interpretations of quantum mechanics can accommodate subjective facts.

“Some physicists see these new developments as bolstering interpretations that allow more than one outcome to occur for an observation, for example the existence of parallel universes in which each outcome happens…” [8]

Now, the Western big-heads blew it with their ‘almost’ interpretation (their misapprehension of “the facts we experience” for the fact they cannot ‘see’ the facts outside the lab), but here it is more accurately restated…

“A quantum experiment suggests there’s no such thing as objective reality

“Physicists have long suspected that quantum mechanics allows two observers to experience different, conflicting realities. Now they’ve performed the first experiment that proves it” [9]

…and can be demonstrated in the Native American stick game:

“Goat guessed, he pointed, and at that moment I felt a small jump in both my fists, and opening them, it was revealed to both Goat and myself.. Goat had missed, but actually not. The bones were the reverse position of how I had hid them, they had switched without my opening my hands. I was playing in Dream Time, in the awake world. Goat saw this, I was doing something more typical for him to do.. and he made me look at it

“…Only the real Medicine people in the crowd would have witnessed the actual sorceries, the phenomena, and a game that would be strictly entertainment at the highest level for their sake. The uninitiated would only have seen an especially entertaining game” [10]

The “uninitiated” (Western educated Indians) would make a good metaphor for the big-headed theoretical physicists being the ‘objective observers’ who, when stepping out of the lab, cannot shake off the ‘objectivity’ of the Cartesian-Platonic mentality stemming from Indo-European ‘dualism’ (cultural schizophrenia, actually) where:

“We’re not used to thinking about process. We communicate with an object-based language. [Theoretical physicist] David [Bohm] invented a thing called – “rheomode“ – language in which we speak to each other in a flowing mode. There are some ancient languages which do this – Hopi Indian and some others. In his book Wholeness and the Implicate Order, you’ll find a chapter on language, in which he discusses this rheomode. It didn’t work [for science], because we were still thinking of objects” -theoretical physicist Basil Hiley [11]

Then, juxtapose Hiley’s admitted rank fail of scientists to this:

“…there was a knock on the door of the ceremonial house which was unusual because during ceremony the rule is an open door, no knocking. Sitting closest to the door, I opened it to a young woman asking for help, there had been an automobile wreck and people were hurt. The main room this door opened to was crowded, with many ceremonial attendees, and as I turned to ask who would be able to assist, people were already moving towards the door to go out and help, everyone had seen and heard the person at the door. But no one was there. The young woman had vanished from plain sight in open terrain…” [12]

In other words, despite enough intellectual grasp to create lab experiments pointing to reality parameters outside of the ‘objective’ paradigm, when it comes to actually stepping out of the objective paradigm, the Western scientific big-heads can’t do it. The consequence of this is, reality, for the Western physicist, only exists in the lab (is strictly an intellectual exercise) and anything exterior to the lab, for instance the Native American experiences described in the preceding, cannot be ‘substantiated’ or are not ‘real’ despite the fact these sort of events are not uncommon, if normally not overtly revealed to a culture with a history of ‘burning witches’, nevertheless lab science points to their validity.

At the end of the day, we have some surviving, culturally intact Indigenous people doing exactly what the lab science says is possible and the lab scientists themselves would be the first to deny this reality for the fact when they’ve stepped out of the lab, culturally shaped bias determines they cannot see it and if they cannot see it, it cannot exist.

That is really, quite pervasively stupid.

What got me off my butt and brought this most recent rant on is, another Western culture big-head, Ron Unz, purportedly with an IQ of 200, inexplicably doing something so stupid, my jaw dropped at the stupidity despite my having long been accustomed to ‘smart’ white people doing incredibly stupid things.

Unz apparently couldn’t see the fact of George Floyd died at the hands of the police that had apprehended him and has pushed a rank amateur ‘study’, by one John-Paul Leonard, that ‘determined’ Floyd had died of a drug overdose coincidently timed to the several officers abuse of Floyd basically suffocating him: [13]

Misleading: Floyd’s blood tests showed a concentration of Fentanyl of about three times the fatal dose. [not true in a case of a user’s developed resistance]

Misleading: The knee hold used by the police is not a choke hold, it does not impede breathing. It is a body restraint and is not known to have ever caused fatal injury. [this hold restricts arterial flow to the brain]

Misleading: Floyd already began to complain “I can’t breathe” a few minutes before the neck restraint was applied, while resisting the officers when they tried to get him into the squad car. Fentanyl affects the breathing, causing death by respiratory arrest. [Fentanyl was a plausible underlying factor only, not a primary cause of George Floyd’s death, see the independent forensic pathologist farther on]

Misleading & wrong: It was normal procedure to restrain Floyd because he was resisting arrest, probably in conjunction with excited delirium (EXD), an episode of violent agitation brought on by a drug overdose, typically brief and ending in death from cardiopulmonary arrest. [EXD does not appear to have occurred]

Misleading & wrong: The official autopsy did indeed give cardiopulmonary arrest as the cause of death, and stated that injuries he sustained during the arrest were not life-threatening. [The official pathologist determined the cause of death was police restraint, see the independent expert farther on]

Misleading: Videos of the arrest do not show police beating or striking Floyd, only calmly restraining him. [the “calmly restraining” multiple officers were basically suffocating Floyd, keep reading]

Misleading & wrong: In one video Floyd is heard shouting and groaning loudly and incoherently while restrained on the ground, which appears to be a sign of the violent, shouting phase of EXD. His ability to resist four officers trying to get him into the squad car is typical of EXD cases. A short spurt of superhuman strength is a classic EXD symptom. [nowhere in the videos does Floyd demonstrate “superhuman strength” or other symptoms of EXD]

Unz on the preceding: “Just a few days ago, we published a lengthy analysis pointing to the strong evidence that George Floyd—universally hailed by the global media as a martyred police victim—had actually died of a illegal drug overdose” [14]

The rank amateur article has many flaws and glaring inconsistencies, the most egregious of which is the video evidence itself is misrepresented, not only the article badly mangling the facts overall. For a comparison blowing the Leonard article to pieces, one only need read the assessment of a forensic pathologist (with no skin in the game), Judy Melinek MD, at Medpage Today [15]

“Here’s what I don’t see: I don’t see someone who appears to be suffering from excited delirium [EXD] when drugs of abuse can cause agitation, hyperthermia, and sudden death. Floyd is not naked or dressed inappropriately for the weather. He does not appear to be sweating profusely. He does not appear to be agitated or violent.

“A short bystander video from another perspective shows three police officers kneeling on Floyd while another stands at his head. They appear to be exerting pressure on his neck, torso, left (still handcuffed) arm, and legs. Pressure on the torso can limit chest rise, and added pressure on other parts of the body can decrease cardiac return (the volume of blood coming back from the limbs)

“At the start of the video, Floyd has already appeared to have lost bladder function. This can be a sign of medical distress. Floyd specifically mentions “the knee in my neck,” a coherent statement and not the grunting and screaming we typically hear in deaths from excited delirium. As this video starts, Officer Chauvin already has his knee pressed on Floyd’s neck, and you can see that pressure is being applied to the part of his anatomy that contain the carotid arteries and jugular veins.

“the Hennepin County Medical Examiner issued a press release, and subsequent to that, the full autopsy report, which indicated that the cause of death was “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression,” and that the manner of death was homicide. They listed arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease, fentanyl intoxication, and recent methamphetamine use as other significant conditions contributing to death.

“This means that Floyd stopped breathing and his heart stopped beating (cardiopulmonary arrest) because of the injury caused by his restraint in the custody of law enforcement officers, to include asphyxia from neck compression. Asphyxia means that there is a lack of oxygen going to the brain. It can happen from obstruction of the airway, restriction of breathing from compression of the neck or chest, or the prevention of blood flow to the brain by collapsing the blood vessels in the neck. It can also happen from the replacement of oxygen in the blood by carbon monoxide, or depletion of oxygen in the atmosphere, like in a fire…”

“The death certificate’s “other significant conditions” — Floyd’s natural heart disease and the presence of drugs of abuse in his tested blood — do not excuse the officers, nor should they cause anyone to blame the victim. They are there on the death certificate because those findings, in the opinion of the medical examiner, would have made his death more likely. They are not the cause of death. The cause of death is police restraint” [Bold RTW]

Prior to this, Unz has published some people too ideologically stupid or misinformed for even the establishment to keep on board (Eric Margolis), lots of hyper-shallow stuff (Steve Sailer), practically dead & embalmed stuff (Pat Buchanan), stuff from the left, stuff from the right, et cetera but also sandwiched in to this is an intelligence professional like Phil Giraldi (no friend of criminal-treasonous lobby AIPAC) and the Unz platform has courageously taken on the vast lies and crimes of empire (the exceptional intelligence developed by Whitney Webb), and notably the false flag shoot-down of MH 17 (by Ron Unz himself.) Meanwhile, unz.com is smeared as ‘alt-right’ but in actuality it is a landing place for loons across the spectrum, the racist aspect of the so-called alt-right being but one niche (e.g. anti-immigrant-but-himself-an-immigrant John Derbyshire) and let’s not forget self-taught constitutional imbeciles (immigrant Llana Mercer) make no small contribution to this rant being categorized under “morons.” Then, Unz has a few clueless Russians (Karlin, Shamir) who imagine they understand the psyche of Americans (who actually don’t understand themselves) and so on (inclusive of too many bruised titties to list here but we can ‘honorably mention’ the titties of C.J. Hopkins.)

But this one, exceptional, incredibly stupid act damaging The Unz Review [16] had been presented in the (Unz Newsletter) context of a Google de-listing & Facebook ban, which was like handing those fascist organizations a perfect justification for their censorship; because when it comes to misinforming people, the John-Paul Leonard article couldn’t have served a better purpose if had been designed and planted as a professional counter-intelligence ploy by COINTELPRO.

The butt-hurt big-head Ron Unz, when overlooking the John-Paul Leonard article is absolutely a bs presentation (didn’t vet the material), prior to promoting & running it (alternatively, is Ron Unz actually stupid enough to believe Leonard?), well, the Unz Review boss might as well have self-castrated from a professional intelligence point of view.

Big IQ? It’s over-rated.
