The question lurking behind this satire is; if Wikileaks is in a position to crush ‘the Russians did it’ DNC bs, why haven’t they? I’d perused the Wikispooks biography page on Craig Murray [1] and noticed a few things. Craig Murray insists he has lived…

Well, Craig, as much as I despise the neoliberals Blair and Straw and their neoliberal policies, you certainly don’t have my respect and love. Notice the first symptom of a personality flaw: the cultural imperative where drive to wealth and status is a “normal aspiration.” I very much doubt Murray has preserved his original working class dialect for everyday use. In Britain, the first words out of one’s mouth typically identifies a person’s class affiliation.

Handicapped by upper class aspirations = minus one point.

Murray is a professionally trained diplomat but not a spook. This is clear on more than one point (see a second point in his Wikileaks interactions) and this one goes to Murray’s rank fail on how spy agencies propagandize their own people with false intelligence reports when backstopping lies via a technique called “eyewash” [4], [5]

Ok, so Craig Murray, who has all but admitted he met with Seth Rich in the DNC leaks case (probably to verify the authenticity of the mails prior to Wikileaks paying cash to Rich, not to be the conduit) and possibly (very likely) as a surveilled  high profile associate of Wikileaks got Rich identified as the DNC source, causing Rich to be assassinated (a trained spook uses a cut out to prevent just this sort of scenario)…

Letter to the President of Italy

This letter was rejected at President Mattarella’s email. Apparently ordinary mortals are not allowed to contact him except by physical post, which is how the letter and supporting documents reached him (on 5 February 2016 according to delivery confirmation, since this letter had been first posted here.) However news of the subject may have preceded his receipt of the mail as the letter DID go through via email to the offices of the concerned Italian prosecutors, as well to the over seventy Italian members of European Parliament. The English text follows the Italian:

Egregio Presidente della Repubblica,

Questa mia lettera é per informarLa di fatti poco conosciuti che riguardano la carriera criminale di Sabrina De Sousa, una donna che certamente non merita una Grazia da Lei.

Sono un ex investigatore anti-corruzione adesso in esilio volontario da ormai otto anni. I miei problemi iniziarono quando scoprì un complotto criminale interno al Governo degli Stati Uniti a favore di Chevron, un’investigazione che porta alla luce i nomi di John Yoo, Jay Bybee e infine Condoleeza Rice. Incontrai Sabrina De Sousa alla fine del mio primo anno di esilio in Germania, a Wiesbanen nell’estate del 2008, a quel tempo collaboravo non ufficialmente con la polizia tedesca che monitorava la mia situazione per portare alla luce un complotto con il fine di assassinarmi. Non ci sono dubbi che questo abuso istituzionale sia dovuto a pressioni politiche da parte degli USA. Le chiedo di non seguire questo esempio, di essere al di sopra delle parti e resistere a eventuali pressioni di graziare questi criminali parte di un’organizzazione clandestina di sicari degli Stati Uniti.

Lo Stato di diritto sta subendo una continua erosione che richiede uomini di forte principio morale che ne pongano fine.

This letter is to inform yourself of little known facts concerning the career criminal Sabrina De Sousa; a woman most undeserving of a pardon by your office.

I am a former anti-corruption investigator now in self-exile for eight full years. My problem stems from having discovered a criminal ring working the inside of United States government for Chevron Corporation, an investigation that turns up the names John Yoo, Jay Bybee and ultimately, Condoleezza Rice.

It was at the end of my first year of life in exile I had encountered Sabrina De Sousa at Wiesbaden, Germany, summer of 2008. At this time I was in informal (unofficial) cooperation with German police, who were monitoring my circumstance, at my request, concerning criminal parties determined to assassinate myself. My encounter with De Sousa coincided with a circumstance where I managed to evade a trap nearly identical to the abduction of Abu Omar off the street in broad daylight.

The immense institutional cowardice of the German authorities, in possession of full knowledge of this and much more, officials who have sat on and refused to acknowledge and prosecute the several attempts at murder and/or kidnap of myself, is unconscionable. No doubt this institutional malfeasance is due to political pressures brought by the USA.

I am asking you to be different. To stand up and refuse any pressures to pardon the criminals of what amounts to an executive assassination ring of the United States. The rule of law has been in a serious state of deterioration and requires men of principled stance to end this erosion.

If we are to countenance what amounts to an empire of contemporary Gladio criminals, what hope will we hand to our children and grandchildren? The plain answer can only be “none.”

I respectfully request any USA pressures to pardon Sabrina De Sousa be refused politely but also refused firmly and refused unconditionally.

I have arranged to have this letter translated to Italian. I will separately provide English language references testifying to my character and veracity, as well some certain further information.

Fatal to Democracy

Nothing is more lethal to democratic institutions than cowardice. Cowardice is a by far greater threat than corruption. This is because those who fear to stand up and be heard not only embolden those who’ve embraced evil, but with a surrender of courage, have taken the first concrete step to joining the ranks of those would rule over us, as opposed to govern for us. To stand down in the  face of evil, is a service to evil. This would appear to be the case of German parliamentarians.

Noting I have provided your organization testimonials to my veracity and have been forwarding intelligence to the German parliament for the past two full years, I will remind you of your nation’s obligation under the German Völkerstrafgesetzbuch principle, and the fact you have a certain duties in regards to the rule of law. I notice there is no hesitation to conduct raids and arrests of Islamic radicals in your nation, so why is there no action had been taken in the case of the CIA and this organization’s attempted rendition and assassination of myself on German territory? I have in the past provided the German parliament detailed information in regards to this, including identifying principals and motive. As well, it must be noted the relationship of Germany to American military generally, and the working relationship of the German intelligence agencies to American intelligence agencies. Certainly they will not voluntarily step up and provide information in this case that is embarrassing and damaging to themselves. It is the undeniable duty of parliament to force accountability and I’ve yet seen no overt indication you are willing to do this. It is my sincere intention yourselves and your institutions and government will be held accountable, if not to the rule of law in the present, then most certainly held accountable to history.

122 KNOWN aircraft were used in renditions within a database of 11,000 flights (by those aircraft) during the known period of renditions.

With 119 ‘detained suspects’ acknowledged in Feinstein’s ‘torture report’, the first problem we see is, there are more planes known to have renditioned people than the ‘torture report’ admits had been renditioned. Ignoring the idea the CIA had required use of a separate plane for each rendition (+3 planes), the initial math comes out to 92 flights per prisoner. Let’s toss 1/2 the flights and we have 46 flights per prisoner. Let’s toss 1/2 the flights again, and we have 23 flights per prisoner. Ok, so now we’ve thrown out 75% of the flights by known renditions aircraft and that works out to 25% of the flights would amount to renditions of 2,750 prisoners. So, let’s cut that by half again; if 12.5% of the known flights were renditions, there would be 1,375 kidnapped and or captured persons flown by the CIA. Cut in half again, to 6.25% of flights by planes known to fly renditions, and we should have 688 involuntary ‘transportees.’ If 3% of the flights by KNOWN renditions aircraft, were transporting ONE prisoner each, depending on number of stops, we’d still have up to 344 people (versus Feinstein’s 119), relating to the CIA renditions.

The disparity of the math is too great to give any sense of credibility or reliability to the Feinstein report. And there is no present way of determining whether flights ‘disappearing’ people (dumped at sea) had been employed in the (CIA supported) Latin America junta style:

Now, it stands to reason we don’t have close to all of the planes and flights identified because many of them would have been military. As well, we know the American military has not been even close to fully probed over its own ‘black site’ torture centers, this documentary film’s existence (suppressed in American media) is a singular example:

How many people are missing? We’ll never know so long as the people perpetrating the crimes (CIA-U.S. military) are the people providing access to the information, such as the CIA had in the case of the Feinstein probe. The Feinstein ‘torture report’ can be little more than a ‘we’ll acknowledge as little as possible’ white-wash or professional psychological operation employed for purpose of damage control.

There needs to be an authentic accounting. Many (most?) flights that weren’t to ‘black sites’ were likely military flights to, example given, Guantanamo. And what constitutes a kidnap rendition, as opposed to a battlefield capture or someone handed over by a 3rd party, for instance Pakistan? What are the structures? Aside from inferred black sites in the Senate report identified from other sources (Poland, Romania et al) it is known prisoners were delivered for torture to 3d party nations Morocco, Jordan, Syria, Egypt and Libya and there well may have been a ‘black site’ at Guantanamo separate from the regular detention facility, not to mention strong indicators pointing to Diego Garcia. As well, I’ve seen reports Special Forces in Afghanistan, working with CIA, had numerous small (off record) detention facilities in remote areas where prisoners had been shell-gamed to evade rules, and reports of black site jails on U.S. navy ships. Also there are indications renditions had been scrapped in favor of stepped up assassinations under Obama. The subject of renditions is a longs ways from broken open in any sense of reality.

A Letter to the ECCHR

One of my heroes of journalism is coming to Berlin. As much as this is pleasing to me, it also provides opportunity to raise a difficult issue. That issue would be the RANK COWARDICE of Germans in the political and human rights establishment. This letter has been sent to the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, which is hosting Jeremy Scahill’s visit, as well copied to Hans Christian Stroebel and Gregor Gysi at the German Federal Parliament (and other parties.)

Dear European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights

Great to see you hosting Jeremy Scahill. I invite you to look into a less famous case, closer to home.

My invitation for your organization is, to challenge Germany’s government on allowing JSOC, CIA & MOSSAD to run free in Germany for years engaging in criminal acts, up to and inclusive of both; the attempted rendition and assassination of this correspondent. As well, question why it is ‘responsible’ persons at the Bundestag sit on their hands with tails between legs when they damn well should have been raising their voices. It is my own firm intention there will not be any opportunity to claim ‘we didn’t know’ after the fact, like so many Germans did after the Reich’s defeat.

However, we’re not able to support individual cases, but will certainly have a look at them to include them in our comprehensive strategies. We’ll continue our work on the issue.

The Rendition Project

Following on the Council of Europe investigative report on the Bush/Cheney renditions, a new research has been conducted at universities in Britain. Eleven thousand  (11,000) CIA flights have been tied to likely kidnap, torture, illegal ‘black site’ detentions, and I will additionally surmise (permanent) ‘disappearances.’ A website has recently been put up detailing the project:
