Guest Editorial by Richard Black

Several weeks ago, NATO powers warned that Syria was going to use poison gas against East Ghouta—site of a massive, ongoing battle between Western-backed terrorists and the Syrian Army. [1]

The West knew full-well that terrorists in East Ghouta had all the necessary chemicals in place to stage a false-flag attack that the West could blame on the Syrian Army.  This ploy has been used repeatedly by the CIA, British MI-6, and Turkish MIT throughout the Syrian War.  Unfortunately for them, the Syrian Army advanced so fast that they overran the Sarin gas laboratory and captured it before the terrorists could execute their assigned plans. [2]

Consequently, no Sarin gas attack has yet occurred in East Ghouta.  However, you can be certain that Western intelligence services are working feverishly to resupply the terrorists with new chemicals to formulate poison gas that can be used to impugn the Syrian government.  That is a major reason for the Syrian Army’s haste in overrunning the final 20% of East Ghouta remaining in terrorist hands.

Every time al Qaeda and its ilk have their backs to the wall, the U.S. led coalition ensures that the terrorists fire a few poison gas shells and kill some civilians.  Not one journalist has ever asked the obvious question:  “If Syria is compelled to employ poison gas, why not fire at the enemy, instead of civilians pushing baby strollers?”  They won’t ask the question because it can’t be answered.  And the Mainstream Media know there are some questions that you must never ask–if you know what’s good for you.

Despite the government’s solemn pledge, the U.S. has not only put “boots on the ground,” it has unlawfully occupied two major regions of Syria.  American troops have been ordered to steal Syria’s national oil wealth and seize the precious waters of the Euphrates River.  We have established many bases on sovereign Syrian land, and bombed Syrian soldiers who attempted to enter American-occupied Syria. [3]

Our occupation of Syria is immoral and a disgrace to our nation.

Syria was always about the multi-national corporate rich getting richer. It was RFK Jr, as a larger personality, stepped out of the establishment line and drew attention (however briefly) in mainstream, to the USA’s underlying motive for arming and otherwise supporting the intelligence agency fronted corporate mercenaries euphemistically labeled ‘moderate’© ‘rebels’™

“While the compliant American press parrots the narrative that our military support for the Syrian insurgency is purely humanitarian, many Arabs [correctly] see the present crisis as just another proxy war over pipelines and geopolitics”Robert F Kennedy Jr

Meanwhile, as Plan A or breaking Syria into several warring mini-regions that would preoccupy Assad’s presumed (compliant) replacement, has failed, the reliable multinational’s false-flag journalist, Robert Fisk, has declared ‘move along folks, nothing further to see here’

“The West might hardly believe it, but it now seems the Syrian war is ending – and Assad is the victor” –Robert Fisk

Not. In fact, not even close. The Plan B? An independent Kurdistan encompassing the de facto independent northeast of Iraq, the east of Syria, particularly the oil rich region of Deir ez-Zor, where the USA backed Kurds and Assad’s Syrian Arab Army are in a race for control as the Islamic State ‘caliphate’ is process of military collapse, and eventually the east of the eventually to be ‘non-NATO’ Turkey and the northwest of Iran. The roots of this scenario has been underway for quite some time, as noted at oilprice.com back in 2012 in an article titled The Making of Kurdistan: Oil, Investment and a Turkish Gamble [they lost]

Exxon-al_Qaida_deal.jpg - 1

What we see in the lead-up to today is, ExxonMobil making independent (of Baghdad) deals with Iraq’s Kurdish province and meanwhile paying al Qaida ‘protection’ money in the high style of geopolitical organized crime, all of which had been concerning resources dependent on a corrupt Erdogan for export via Turkey. Fast-forward to this morning and we see ExxonMobil front-man Netanyahu endorsing independence for the Kurds with the Iraqi Kurds upcoming independence referendum:

“Iraq’s Kurds plan to hold the referendum on September 25 in three governorates that make up their self-ruled region as well as disputed areas that are controlled by Kurdish forces but claimed by Baghdad, including the oil-rich province of Kirkuk

“Israel “supports the legitimate efforts of the Kurdish people to attain a state of its own””

Of course, this announcement is a trial balloon put out by Rex Tillerson’s (read ExxonMobil’s) front-man in Tel Aviv; against the updated backdrop of NATO ‘member’ Turkey actually now Russia aligned in every sense but formal alliance. Western intelligence is aware by now Turkey has been lost to Russia in everything but name, and Plan B is an independent Greater Kurdistan; initially comprised of portions of Iraq and Syria, with Turkey eventually to be splintered and instability fostered within Iran’s Kurd population. This will weaken Russia’s de facto ally Turkey with looming civil war, and keep Iran preoccupied with a second front in the USA-Israeli-Arab states geopolitical maneuvers against that nation; as well splinter Shia dominated (Iran accommodating) Iraq. Will Russia, Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Syria roll over and allow Kurdistan to come into existence? Don’t count on it.

With the demise of the Islamic State ‘caliphate’ across Syria & Iraq, Iraq will politely ask the USA military to leave and the Americans will have little choice. However the Americans will not abandon Syria and their Kurdish allies there, as well expect a robust CIA paramilitary support for the Kurds to remain in Iraq’s portion of the budding ‘Kurdistan.’

It is Syria where things are most tricky at this moment, with the race to control Deir ez-Zor province between the USA and Russia’s proxy armies. Meanwhile Turkey’s corrupt and criminal Erdogan has not only aligned with Russia but has increasingly alienated his larger Kurdish population, with a consequential reactive and growing indigenous support for Turkey’s Kurdish insurgency, while Iraq, with Iran’s support, is unlikely to sit idly on its hands and allow Iraq’s oil rich Kurd province to pursue independence unchallenged.

Thus, the stage is set for a wider regional, war with Syria at the center.

Probably the greatest (forthcoming) casualty in all of this, is the greater Kurdish peoples’ aspiration for self-determination; with enemies created on all sides and their guarantor a USA empire on precipice of collapse.

Of course, with a Pentagon not only unleashed to make its own policies independent of Trump, but also firmly in the hands of apocalyptic religious extremists with an aversion to Muslims…

“You’re telling me 28 to 34 percent of our military want 7 billion people to die” [believe in literal Armageddon] … “The simple answer is affirmative”

…and with a religiously stupid CIA in the mix throughout, any expectation of rational solutions should be pronounced ‘dead on arrival.’

And the CIA having its Syria paramilitary operations shut down by Trump? Canned laugh here. Not to worry over this cover story attending a shift in strategy, the Pentagon’s Joint Special Operations Command’s paramilitary operations are welded to CIA

Enterprise (Coe cult) man Charles Grassley cuts a deal with neoliberal zionazi Diane ‘the fossil’ Feinstein (DC politics are not only subverted and inverted but mostly perverted) who was over 30 when the phrase ‘don’t trust anyone over 30’ was coined in 1967:

Grassley.jpg - 1

The details? Senate Judiciary chairman Grassley gives colleague Feinstein an opening at taking down ‘the donald’ and Feinstein trades delivering Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s head on a platter for shielding Clinton. Lynch, as a Black American, has a highly inauspicious name, she should have changed it to Kagame, Zuma or Mugabe, considering the White establishment she served faithfully in the politics of Black incarceration for profit will easily toss her into the machine that ‘lynches’ people of color in return for opportunity at Trump.

The double-double-cross invested in the circumstance is, Grassley, member of ‘the enterprise’ (the Coe cult government penetration project) as well a member of the (the Coe cult’s) Pence faction, gets to hand off leadership of the upcoming Trump removal to the neoliberal Feinstein as a means of damage control and cover; but with identical objective, that is Trumps impeachment and removal, all in the name of ‘bi-partisanship.’ Everybody’s base is covered, Grassley delivers Lynch to his base, Feinstein delivers Trump to her base. At the end of  the scene, Feinstein  gets Pence for her president, something her fossilized brain-case is incapable of grasping; as Grassley and Pence laugh all the way to a clubhouse that still denies women full membership (a.k.a the Coe Cult.)

Where is the FBI? James Comey, who covered for Gladio and CIA arms & narcotics trafficking, has his close buddy Robert Mueller, who covered for Gladio and CIA arms & narcotics trafficking, investigating everyone after his buddy Comey. No conflict of interest there from the points of view of Grassley and Feinstein, just get the dirty work done. Now, following on that act, who do you suppose put ‘the donald’ up to appointing Christopher ‘fae’ Wray to replace Comey (who replaced Mueller at FBI, essentially we have an FBI criminal investigating his personally mentored partner in FBI crimes) … noting ‘Fae’ Wray was the head of the Justice Department’s criminal division when two of his subordinates, Shannon Ross & Thelma Colbert, were ‘dropped dead’ in the process of shutting down a Medicare fraud investigation that ultimately would lead to Fae Wray’s boss Alberto Gonzalez, and beyond Gonzalez to his bosom buddy Jeb Bush. Fae Wray is just the sort of leadership the FBI can depend on (to continue covering up Gladio and CIA arms & narcotics trafficking.)

Meanwhile, ‘the donald’, too busy with fending off inside attempts, the most important of which he doesn’t even see coming (narcissism is indeed blinding), hands off Syria to his general ‘Mad Dog’ Mattis, a Pence partisan, and the Mad Dog shoots down a Syrian combat jet that had been attacking Islamic State with Russian aircraft in the vicinity. Result? Russia duly notifies the USA all ‘coalition’ aircraft operating west of the Euphrates River in Syria are now “targets.” I think the over-hyped boogeyman Vlad ‘the impaler’ Putin’s patience is wearing thin.

Following on the 350 billion arms sale to the Saudis leveraged by Kushner, now ‘the donald’ sends his totally owned (by MOSSAD) gigolo son-in-law off to Israel to buy a peace agreement even as Bibi fronts the first entirely new West Bank settlement since 1992… yeah, that should distract from, uh, about everything that matters, recalling Pence, Sessions (who’ll fall on his sword, if need be) Grassley and ‘the donald’s’ generals all believe in literal Armageddon (it’s the cult’s theology.)

Oh well (or, oh shit, depending on your state of zen)

A not so trivial social circumstance embedded in the world class criminal event of Turkey’s Erdogan whoring himself to the other NATO states in the Syria ‘regime change’ efforts is the following social phenomenon: Erdogan and the western democracies embracing Saudi Arabia and it’s Wahhabi extreme (dark ages) philosophy from which the Salafi al Qaida & Islamic State were born; Erdogan with apparent sincerity, the  western democracies ‘great game’ engaged intelligence agencies as a matter of cynical convenience, resulting in a compound fracture of Turkish society as the conservative (Wahhabi aligned) elements persecute the formerly mainstream Sufi Islam of moderation. This process will ultimately radicalize and has already polarized the entire nation-state of Turkey. In meanwhile, the CIA’s manipulation of the Sufi identified Fetullah Gulen provides Turkey’s closet Wahhabi Erdogan all the excuse he needs to wage internal war on Sufis of every persuasion, in his drive to consolidate power over ‘democratic’ principles. What follows is cynical description of bellicose and murderous developments both caused by & embraced by (behind closed doors), as well denied for the public perception/deception by the principal responsible parties, that is the NATO states. Turkey is the critical front-line staging ground of what otherwise would be an impossible task, the overthrow of Assad. Whether Saudi Arabia, Israel, USA, UK, France or Germany, all NATO and NATO aligned states contributing to the ‘regime change’ in Syria depend on Turkey to get the job done. Let’s have a bit of a longer look at how that plan is working out:

It would appear the (CIA concubine) Associated Press took over two weeks to decide whether, then when, and finally how to report 30 journalists from Zaman newspaper in Turkey are being prosecuted with multiple life in prison sentences to run consecutively. I suppose three life sentences, applied consecutively, should mean Sultan Erdogan of Turkey controls not only this life but as well, the afterlife, that’s two life sentences, and then? Not to worry, the Sultan’s legal minions are working on this philosophy of law problem, initial indications are it will be solved with multiple, consecutive ex post facto death sentences, that is, as soon as the ‘Rumsfeld-Cheney Afterlife Dilemma‘ can be solved:

Zaman-prosecution - 1

fill in the blank, your name here?

The psychology of the ‘government friendly’ Anadolu Agency (preceding) illustration is quite informative, a ‘fill-in-the-blanks’ prosecution file daring any Turk to cross Sultan Erdogan and face capital punishment:

Zaman-prosecution - 1 (1)

^ Sultan Erdogan’s philosophy: ‘dead men don’t talk’

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced to raucous supporters, chanting “we want the death penalty,” that his government is bent on reinstating capital punishment retroactively to execute those behind the abortive coup in July”

Of Sultan Erdogan’s 50,000 accused ‘coup plotters’ (from the 150,000 purged from Turkey’s institutions), the Zaman journalists are a little bit unique; having seen their newspaper seized and investigations-prosecutions initiated in March 2016, months previous to the July 2016 attempted coup itself. Now, this would indicate not only did the reporters direct the coup plot from jail, all of the 50,000 subsequently identified coup plotters somehow managed to keep the coming coup secret and managed to surprise the sultan; common folk wisdom notwithstanding:

“Three people can keep a secret if two of them are dead” -Benjamin Franklin

No element of any witch-hunt in Sultan Erdogan’s prosecutions to now, eh, Sherlock? What’s more is, I doubt Al Gore should be able to copyright the expression ‘inconvenient truth’ when it comes to the heat rising in a social climate; particularly when it so happens the Associated Press coverage, sans planned for, retroactive, death sentences of the Zaman journalists following on consecutive life sentences, AP also neglects altogether to mention the really creepy bug the Zaman reporters had put up Sultan Erdogan’s butt – and why the Zaman ‘coup plotters’ were arrested months before the ‘surprise’ coup – as it just so happens Zaman had dared print result (preserved article) of investigation from 2013 revealing the sultan’s intelligence chief, Hakan Fidan, had arranged sarin deliveries to Islamic militants in Syria, the very same sarin used to murder roughly 1,300 ordinary Syrians, all to be blamed on Assad:

Zaman_attack.jpg - 1

After all, going to the idea the Zaman newspaper had been aligned with CIA asset Fetullah Gulen, none of this ‘the sultan’s people did it’ allegations could possibly be true, correct? And I suppose that means by similar logic none of this following, very competently assembled information, could be true either; because it’d been put together by the self-appointed crusaders & perfectly, socially stupid Islamophobes at Jihad Watch, meanwhile noting there’s nothing like a little hate to motivate one digging into a despised NATO ally’s dirty laundry:

Turkey provides military equipment to Islamic State

  • An ISIS commander told The Washington Post on August 12, 2014: “Most of the fighters who joined us in the beginning of the war came via Turkey, and so did our equipment and supplies.”
  • Kemal Kiliadaroglu, head of the Republican People’s Party (CHP), produced a statement from the Adana Office of the Prosecutor on October 14, 2014 maintaining that Turkey supplied weapons to terror groups. He also produced interview transcripts from truck drivers who delivered weapons to the groups. According to Kiliadaroglu, the Turkish government claims the trucks were for humanitarian aid to the Turkmen, but the Turkmen said no humanitarian aid was delivered.
  • According to CHP Vice President Bulent Tezcan, three trucks were stopped in Adana for inspection on January 19, 2014. The trucks were loaded with weapons in Esenboga Airport in Ankara. The drivers drove the trucks to the border, where a MIT agent was supposed to take over and drive the trucks to Syria to deliver materials to ISIS and groups in Syria. This happened many times. When the trucks were stopped, MIT agents tried to keep the inspectors from looking inside the crates. The inspectors found rockets, arms, and ammunitions.
  • Cumhuriyet reports that Fuat Avni, a preeminent Twitter user who reported on the December 17th corruption probe, that audio tapes confirm that Turkey provided financial and military aid to terrorist groups associated with Al Qaeda on October 12, 2014. On the tapes, Erdogan pressured the Turkish Armed Forces to go to war with Syria. Erdogan demanded that Hakan Fidan, the head of Turkey’s National Intelligence Agency (MIT), come up with a justification for attacking Syria.
  • Hakan Fidan told Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, Yasar Guler, a senior defense official, and Feridun Sinirlioglu, a senior foreign affairs official: “If need be, I’ll send 4 men into Syria. I’ll formulate a reason to go to war by shooting 8 rockets into Turkey; I’ll have them attack the Tomb of Suleiman Shah.”
  • Documents surfaced on September 19th, 2014 showing that the Saudi prince Bander Bin Sultan financed the transportation of arms to ISIS through Turkey. A flight leaving Germany dropped off arms in the Etimesgut airport in Turkey, which was then split into three containers, two of which were given to ISIS and one to Gaza.

Turkey Provided Transport and Logistical Assistance to ISIS Fighters

  • According to Radikal on June 13, 2014, Interior Minister Muammar Guler signed a directive: “According to our regional gains, we will help al-Nusra militants against the branch of PKK terrorist organization, the PYD, within our borders…Hatay is a strategic location for the mujahideen crossing from within our borders to Syria. Logistical support for Islamist groups will be increased, and their training, hospital care, and safe passage will mostly take place in Hatay…MIT and the Religious Affairs Directorate will coordinate the placement of fighters in public accommodations.”
  • The Daily Mail reported on August 25, 2014 that many foreign militants joined ISIS in Syria and Iraq after traveling through Turkey, but Turkey did not try to stop them. This article describes how foreign militants, especially from the UK, go to Syria and Iraq through the Turkish border. They call the border the “Gateway to Jihad.” Turkish army soldiers either turn a blind eye and let them pass, or the jihadists pay the border guards as little as $10 to facilitate their crossing.
  • Britain’s Sky News obtained documents showing that the Turkish government has stamped passports of foreign militants seeking to cross the Turkey border into Syria to join ISIS.
  • The BBC interviewed villagers, who claim that buses travel at night, carrying jihadists to fight Kurdish forces in Syria and Iraq, not the Syrian Armed Forces.
  • A senior Egyptian official indicated on October 9, 2014 that Turkish intelligence is passing satellite imagery and other data to ISIS.

Turkey Provided Training to ISIS Fighters

  • CNN Turk reported on July 29, 2014 that in the heart of Istanbul, places like Duzce and Adapazari, have become gathering spots for terrorists. There are religious orders where ISIS militants are trained. Some of these training videos are posted on the Turkish ISIS propaganda website takvahaber.net. According to CNN Turk, Turkish security forces could have stopped these developments if they had wanted to.
  • Turks who joined an affiliate of ISIS were recorded at a public gathering in Istanbul, which took place on July 28, 2014.
  • A video shows an ISIS affiliate holding a prayer/gathering in Omerli, a district of Istanbul. In response to the video, CHP Vice President, MP Tanrikulu submitted parliamentary questions to the Minister of the Interior, Efkan Ala, asking questions such as, “Is it true that a camp or camps have been allocated to an affiliate of ISIS in Istanbul? What is this affiliate? Who is it made up of? Is the rumor true that the same area allocated for the camp is also used for military exercises?”
  • Kemal Kiliçdaroglu warned the AKP government not to provide money and training to terror groups on October 14, 2014. He said, “It isn’t right for armed groups to be trained on Turkish soil. You bring foreign fighters to Turkey, put money in their pockets, guns in their hands, and you ask them to kill Muslims in Syria. We told them to stop helping ISIS. Ahmet Davutoglu asked us to show proof. Everyone knows that they’re helping ISIS.” (See HERE and HERE.)
  • According to Jordanian intelligence, Turkey trained ISIS militants for special operations.

Turkey Offers Medical Care to ISIS Fighters

  • An ISIS commander told the Washington Post on August 12, 2014, “We used to have some fighters — even high-level members of the Islamic State — getting treated in Turkish hospitals.”
  • Taraf reported on October 12, 2014 that Dengir Mir Mehmet Firat, a founder of the AKP, said that Turkey supported terrorist groups and still supports them and treats them in hospitals. “In order to weaken the developments in Rojova (Syrian Kurdistan), the government gave concessions and arms to extreme religious groups…the government was helping the wounded. The Minister of Health said something such as, it’s a human obligation to care for the ISIS wounded.”
  • According to Taraf, Ahmet El H, one of the top commanders at ISIS and Al Baghdadi’s right hand man, was treated at a hospital in Sanliurfa, Turkey, along with other ISIS militants. The Turkish state paid for their treatment. According to Taraf’s sources, ISIS militants are being treated in hospitals all across southeastern Turkey. More and more militants have been coming in to be treated since the start of airstrikes in August. To be more specific, eight ISIS militants were transported through the Sanliurfa border crossing; these are their names: “Mustafa A., Yusuf El R., Mustafa H., Halil El M., Muhammet El H., Ahmet El S., Hasan H., [and] Salim El D.”

Turkey Supports ISIS Financially Through Purchase of Oil

  • On September 13, 2014, The New York Times reported on the Obama administration’s efforts to pressure Turkey to crack down on ISIS extensive sales network for oil. James Phillips, a senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, argues that Turkey has not fully cracked down on ISIS’s sales network because it benefits from a lower price for oil, and that there might even be Turks and government officials who benefit from the trade.
  • Fehim Tastekin wrote in Radikal on September 13, 2014 about illegal pipelines transporting oil from Syria to nearby border towns in Turkey. The oil is sold for as little as 1.25 liras per liter. Tastekin indicated that many of these illegal pipelines were dismantled after operating for 3 years, once his article was published.
  • According to Diken and OdaTV, David Cohen, a Justice Department official, says that there are Turkish individuals acting as middlemen to help sell ISIS’s oil through Turkey.
  • On October 14, 2014, a German Parliamentarian from the Green Party accused Turkey of allowing the transportation of arms to ISIS over its territory, as well as the sale of oil.

Turkey Assists ISIS Recruitment

  • Kemal Kiliadaroglu claimed on October 14, 2014 that ISIS offices in Istanbul and Gaziantep are used to recruit fighters. On October 10, 2014, the mufti of Konya said that 100 people from Konya joined ISIS 4 days ago. (See HERE and HERE.)
  • OdaTV reports that Takva Haber serves as a propaganda outlet for ISIS to recruit Turkish-speaking individuals in Turkey and Germany. The address where this propaganda website is registered corresponds to the address of a school called Irfan Koleji, which was established by Ilim Yayma Vakfi, a foundation that was created by Erdogan and Davutoglu, among others. It is thus claimed that the propaganda site is operated from the school of the foundation started by AKP members.
  • Minister of Sports, Suat Kilic, an AKP member, visited Salafi jihadists who are ISIS supporters in Germany. The group is known for reaching out to supporters via free Quran distributions and raising funds to sponsor suicide attacks in Syria and Iraq by raising money.
  • OdaTV released a video allegedly showing ISIS militants riding a bus in Istanbul.

Turkish Forces Are Fighting Alongside ISIS

  • On October 7, 2014, IBDA-C, a militant Islamic organization in Turkey, pledged support to ISIS. A Turkish friend who is a commander in ISIS suggests that Turkey is “involved in all of this” and that “10,000 ISIS members will come to Turkey.” A Huda-Par member at the meeting claims that officials criticize ISIS but in fact sympathize with the group (Huda-Par, the “Free Cause Party”, is a Kurdish Sunni fundamentalist political party). BBP member claims that National Action Party (MHP) officials are close to embracing ISIS. In the meeting, it is asserted that ISIS militants come to Turkey frequently to rest, as though they are taking a break from military service. They claim that Turkey will experience an Islamic revolution, and Turks should be ready for jihad. (See HERE and HERE.)
  • Seymour Hersh maintains in the London Review of Books that ISIS conducted sarin attacks in Syria, and that Turkey was a party. “For months there had been acute concern among senior military leaders and the intelligence community about the role in the war of Syria’s neighbors, especially Turkey. Prime Minister Recep Erdogan was known to be supporting the al-Nusra Front, a jihadist faction among the rebel opposition, as well as other Islamist rebel groups. ‘We knew there were some in the Turkish government,’ a former senior US intelligence official, who has access to current intelligence, told me, ‘who believed they could get Assad’s nuts in a vice by dabbling with a sarin attack inside Syria – and forcing Obama to make good on his red line threat.”
  • On September 20, 2014, Demir Celik, a Member of Parliament with the people’s democratic party (HDP) claimed that Turkish Special Forces fight with ISIS.

Turkey Helped ISIS in Battle for Kobani

  • Anwar Moslem, Mayor of Kobani, said on September 19, 2014: “Based on the intelligence we got two days before the breakout of the current war, trains full of forces and ammunition, which were passing by north of Kobane, had an-hour-and-ten-to-twenty-minute-long stops in these villages: Salib Qaran, Gire Sor, Moshrefat Ezzo. There are evidences, witnesses, and videos about this. Why is ISIS strong only in Kobane’s east? Why is it not strong either in its south or west? Since these trains stopped in villages located in the east of Kobane, we guess they had brought ammunition and additional force for the ISIS.” In the second article on September 30, 2014, a CHP delegation visited Kobani, where locals claimed that everything from the clothes ISIS militants wear to their guns comes from Turkey. (See HERE and HERE.)
  • Released by Nuhaber, a video shows Turkish military convoys carrying tanks and ammunition moving freely under ISIS flags in the Cerablus region and Karkamis border crossing (September 25, 2014). There are writings in Turkish on the trucks.
  • Salih Muslim, PYD head, claims that 120 militants crossed into Syria from Turkey between October 20th and 24th, 2014.
  • According to an op-ed written by a YPG commander in The New York Times on October 29, 2014, Turkey allows ISIS militants and their equipment to pass freely over the border.
  • Diken reported, “ISIS fighters crossed the border from Turkey into Syria, over the Turkish train tracks that delineate the border, in full view of Turkish soldiers. They were met there by PYD fighters and stopped.”
  • A Kurdish commander in Kobani claims that ISIS militants have Turkish entry stamps on their passports.
  • Kurds trying to join the battle in Kobani are turned away by Turkish police at the Turkey-Syrian border.
  • OdaTV released a photograph of a Turkish soldier befriending ISIS militants.

Now, if this preceding is too much to absorb, let’s look at one paragraph in particular, backing up the Zaman reporting it was the Turkish sultan’s ‘turks’ had gassed the Syrians:

“Seymour Hersh maintains in the London Review of Books that ISIS conducted sarin attacks in Syria, and that Turkey was a party. ‘We knew there were some in the Turkish government,’ a former senior US intelligence official, who has access to current intelligence, told me, ‘who believed they could get Assad’s nuts in a vice by dabbling with a sarin attack inside Syria – and forcing Obama to make good on his red line threat.””

In other words, independent intelligence sources back up the Zaman’s claim the sarin attack originated in Turkey, with the Turkish sultan’s ‘turks’ entirely responsible. Anyone see a problem here? Here’s the simple math:

  1. The Zaman newspaper is aligned with Fetullah Gulen, a CIA asset. Therefor none of its reporting, which happens in the sarin case to line up with a renown reporter’s independent intelligence sources, is credible. That should suit the CIA because their own asset had just performed this next:
  2. A supposedly CIA controlled newspaper, with CIA asset Fetullah Gulen the CIA’s controlling proxy, shoots the nuts off Obama CIA director Brennan’s ‘Assad did it’ Syria/sarin bullshit, on Brennan’s watch. Oh my. How’d that happen?
  3. The Turkish intelligence did it facts are revealed in Turkey’s parliament by decidedly NOT-GULEN-ALIGNED deputies of the CHP or Peoples’ Party, complete with dossier containing phone tap records. Ow. Shit.
  4. French intelligence claims ‘Assad did it’ in 2017 because the 2017 chemical signatures match the ‘Assad did it’ samples from 2013. Say what? Judging from DGSE boss (French CIA) Bernard Bajolet’s retarded smirk in this file photo, no one outside of Mad Magazine should take French intelligence seriously:

Bajolet

If you miss the significance of this immediate preceding, what the moron Bajolet’s people had just done is, IF this were true, made a case it was the same process, precursor chemicals and people (the Turkey supplied Islamic militants) which had gassed the Syrians in 2013, had done it again in 2017. That’s the only reasonable conclusion when French intelligence claims a chemical match for both sets of victims. Of course this should pose no real problem  for western intelligence agencies with Sultan Erdogan piling on multiple life sentences (with retroactive death sentences in the works) for not only the Zaman reporters but the civil judges, police and prosecutors who’d investigated and, as well, the decidedly NOT-GULEN aligned parliamentarians who’d brought forward it was Turkey provided the sarin into public purview.

Zuesse_Hersh_3 - 1

About the shipment, Republic prosecutor of Adana, Mehmet Arıkan, made an operation and the related people were detained. But as far as I understand he was not an influential person in bureaucracy. A week after, another public prosecutor was assigned, took over the indictment and all the detainees were released. And they left Turkey crossing the Syrian border.

“The phone recordings in the indictment showed all the details from how the shipment was going to be made to how it was prepared, from the content of the labs to the source of the materials. Which trucks were going to be used, all dates etc. From A to Z, everything was discussed and recorded. Despite all of this evidence, the suspects were released.

“And the shipment happened,” Erdem added. “Because no one stopped them. That’s why maybe the sarin gas used in Syria is a result of this”

So, what gives here? By the numbers again:

  1. The CIA either does not control Gulen, or Gulen, if indeed a CIA asset, did not control the Zaman newspaper when it came to initial reporting of the actual facts on the sarin attack in Syria. This information, widely known, would be badly damaging to the false-flag ‘regime change’ endeavors of NATO’s USA, UK, France and Germany’s intelligence agencies, without exception, all heads of which had goose-stepped together with Turkey in the ‘Assad did it’ geopolitical false-flag gambit.
  2. The rather helpless western democracies protests, replete with crocodile tears and sanctimonious hand-wringing for the press notwithstanding, those very EU & NATO nations are clearly in debt to Erdogan’s forcefully crushing the Zaman’s (and other media) reporting and will no doubt be grateful behind closed doors the Zaman reporters, civil judges, police & prosecutors, as well the courageous parliamentarians will ultimately be put to death in Turkey’s coming ‘color of law’ bloodbath that will literally bury the most damning witnesses to NATO’s crime spree in Syria.
  3. Turkey is the sole front-line state bordering Syria, that is also hostile to Syria, with the necessary developed infrastructure to carry out the major undertaking of overcoming a well organized Syrian army in order to overthrow Assad’s regime. It follows, with making insincere protestations, looking the other way, and/or taking advantage of the criminal circumstance in Turkey to effect regime change, the NATO nations and allies are fully complicit in Turkey’s Erdogan crimes via the legal concept of ‘accessory.’
  4. After all is done, Turkey fractures into pieces, not only Syria.

Where is our alternative press and dissident journalists on this story? Waiting for Erdogan to employ his in the works ‘color of law’ ex post facto death penalties and execute the most relevant and ‘sanguine’ witnesses, so our journalists can say: Oops. Sorry about that. Well, we did wait a bit long to look at what was going down, now didn’t we? Uh, I suppose we can’t report without the witnesses, now can we?

F**K-HEADS.

Sundry notes:

The western multinational (read oil companies, CIA & Pentagon) covert efforts to break away the Kurdish regions in Iraq, Syria and, ultimately Turkey & Iran, into an independent Kurdistan, is fraught with danger. The Kurds, the largest stateless ‘minority’ in the world, are certainly deserving of their own state via a right of self-determination. But this proud people, who’d produced one of history’s great figures, Saladin, are receiving their new beginning in this circumstance with an attending NATO curse.

The European Union relationship to Turkey has been a farce for quite some time. It is better described as a relationship of bribery and blackmail; politicians on both sides know (and have known for a long time) there will be no Turkey membership in the EU. The ongoing pretense had been a perfect hypocrisy, the will never existed on either parties part. More recently, the EU bribes (‘take our billions and keep the refugee floodgates closed’) and Turkey blackmails (‘give us visa free regime so we can more easily pursue the revenge of the Ottomans or we’ll open the refugee flood again.’) Multiculturalism is a failed experiment on all parties part, largely because secularism was never socially mature enough in Europe’s Christian or Islamic communities.

The Gulen educational organization, while no doubt infiltrated and used by CIA for purposes of laundering terror in the Islamic world, would nevertheless be a circumstance where 90%+ of its employees are unsuspecting and sincere innocents/educators; in a situation where the controlling parties on either side of the CIA-Erdogan divide are so corrupt, no one would know what to believe and so couldn’t believe any of the conflicting claims. Whether Gulen himself is aware of the extent of intelligence agency crime laundered through his organization is open to question. Almost certainly most of the clandestine aspect fall under a circumstance of ‘what Gulen doesn’t know, won’t hurt him.’

NATO or, No Alliance is Too Obscene, is evidence prima facie democracy is a failed experiment in the western civilized experience. Today’s focus is a lesson in ‘democratic principles’ trashing the rule of law.

Turkey:

  1. The highest rate of incarcerated journalists in the world with 140 recently arrested and 200 media outlets shut down.
  2. 120,000 ‘suspect’ government employees fired, including state officers, police officers, teachers, lawyers, judges, prosecutors, all kinds of professionals, in short, anyone opposed to Erdogan
  3. 40,000 arrested
  4. 12 universities shuttered and 1,000 professors fired per: “it has very rapidly turned into a political witch hunt to combine all the political opponents of president Erdogan or the AK party. As part of this, hundreds of academics have been dismissed from their positions, all valuable professors or researchers”

That is, without a doubt, the biggest convicted group of ‘coup plotters’ in the annals of history. Against this backdrop, Pasha Erdogan held his subsequent  ‘make me president for life’ referendum, requiring changing the electoral rules mid-vote so un-certified ballots could be used to push his ‘yes’ vote over the top; and when the professional international monitors officially noted this, the new Emir of Turkey, that is Erdogan, told them “Know your place

Then, USA president ‘The Donald’ called and wished Erdogan countless erotic blow-jobs from his sex slaves, er, political prisoners, or whatever it is they actually say when the rule of law has been anally gang-raped, but acting as if this were the most felicitous possible outcome for a democracy in the western alliance constituting NATO. Then, Trump invited Erdogan to the White House, no doubt to meet with de facto President  Dick Cheney, er, I meant religious fascist Mike Pence.

Now, all of this culminates in the USA’s General James ‘mad dog’ Mattis popping up in Israel to announce Assad goes on gassing his own people when we know it is journalists, judges, police, prosecutors and yes, even members of parliament, are jailed in Turkey for revealing it was Turkish intelligence had arranged the sarin attack that killed well over 1,000 ordinary Syrians in August 2013 (blamed on Assad.)

If anyone misses the significance of this most recent, it has to do with the paranoid-fascist-nationalist (but opposed to USA war in Syria) Steve Bannon has been sidelined on national security issues; Trump son-in-law (gangster) Jared Kushner (read Bibi via Ambassador Friedman), Mike Pence and the generals, primarily, now hold the ‘national security’ portfolio. In a nutshell, there’s the 180 degree Trump turnaround on Syria.

How did this cocktail suddenly all come around to the Pentagon giving field commanders authorization to order up any weapons strike they please per Mad Dog Mattis telling his generals:

“It’s not the same as it was, you don’t have to ask us before you drop a MOAB” [Massive Ordinance Air Blast or mother of all bombs]

There is a likely simple answer. The military hotline set up between the USA and Russians in Syria had been used to notify the Russians to get ‘out of the way’ prior to the USA’s launch of 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles and the 30 minutes notice had been quite adequate for the Russians to get direction from the Kremlin; where subsequently the Russians had employed their Syria based S-300 and S-400 surface to air missile batteries to knock down 36 of the Tomahawks, with 23 Tomahawks through to target, denials on all parties part notwithstanding (the Saker makes a case for electronic warfare in an article that is quite astute until he demonstrates profound ignorance of the USA body politic, Gabbard stands no chance in the present fixed system and Pence, who may be the de facto president already, is by far more dangerous than Trump.)

If this were (it’s the only sensible answer if the Russians are reporting  accurately, the Tomahawk cruise missile shouldn’t develop a nearly 70% failure rate overnight and we know the Americans routinely lie) what had happened, the American generals had been humiliated by a clear message from Putin: Russia has drawn a line in the sand and that line is in Syria. But the American generals hubris is too great to grasp the full implications (alternatively, they expect Jesus to return and ‘save’ them.)

The Americans claim all 59 Tomahawks were on. The Russians state 36 were off and behave as though puzzled by the fact. But it is the subsequent behavior of the Americans that is most telling. Mattis gives his generals free reins to employ any weapon in the field (one presumes tactical nuclear weapons, the MOAB is close) without pre-authorization, shows up in Israel claiming Assad is gassing the Syrians, and suddenly Bibi has a new best friend and the ‘Greater Israel’ project sees new horizons open up with the American alliance in agreement 1) Assad must go and be replaced with a compliant head (of a failed state) in Syria, splitting off Hezbollah from Iran and 2) Iran is the common animus.

Bibi expects the Americans will provide the muscle to fend off Russia, the Americans expect the Israelis will be the platform to take down Iran (something Netanyahu couldn’t get Bush to agree to, let alone Obama.)

And so it is the Mike Pence aligned messianic generals at the Pentagon propose entering a Christian crusader’s sexually repressed orgy of violence together with the messianic (waiting to be saved from themselves) Israelis, all pointed to literal Armageddon.

Meanwhile, back in NATO’s Turkey, Erdogan appears capable of back-stabbing any entity he does business with; at one time or another he’s back-stabbed the Russians, he’s back-stabbed the European Union, he’s back-stabbed the Americans, but most tellingly, Erdogan has back-stabbed his own people.

But that only makes Erdogan an equal partner in NATO; who’ve collectively back-stabbed civilization, whether trading for oil with Islamic State, arming al-Qaida, or more recently, setting the stage for a civilization ending war.

Erdogan

Cold-blooded killer of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

NATO’s UPGRADED GLADIO is the subject of this essay, where the western democracies enemy Islamic State is Turkey’s favorite fuck-buddy. Call it a play on the Middle East expression ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Only here it is ‘my enemy is my friend’s favorite fuck.’

This week, a result of a lawsuit filed personally by the president of Turkey (Edogan, image on left), two courageous journalists were arrested and charged with treason, terrorism and  revealing state secrets. What had they done? Revealed Turkish intelligence had been caught by some over-zealous local gendarmes when running guns and ammunition to hard-line Islamist militia with close ties to al-Qaida:

Zaman.jpg - 1

^ Story killed by Erdogan’s police takeover of Today’s Zaman newpaper, click on image to read about the paper’s shutting down

Now, if that were not enough concerning NATO member Turkey’s efforts in ‘the war on terror’, we can back up a mere five weeks and understand Erdogan’s paranoia of free press; it was in October, 2015, two members of Turkey’s parliament revealed it was Erdogan’s intelligence services had arranged the 2013 Sarin gas attack that had killed over 1,300 Syrians:

Zaman2.jpg - 1

^ click on image to read preserved story

Of course this had been blamed on Basher al-Assad by Hussein Obama:

“The evidence is overwhelming that the Assad regime used such weapons on August 21st. U.N. inspectors gave a clear accounting that advanced rockets fired large quantities of sarin gas at civilians. These rockets were fired from a regime-controlled neighborhood and landed in opposition neighborhoods” -Barack Obama

I guess we could call that one ‘my friend fucks my enemy for me.’

And, of course, this past week has been all about satellite images and Russian warplane video of Islamic State tankers exporting oil via… you might have guessed it, Turkey. Well, I guess the warplane images indicate ISIS ‘suddenly not shipping quite as much oil.’ The USA hadn’t even noticed these targets prior to the Russians hitting them, I suppose our religious right generals at the Pentagon would call that ‘sexual abstinence’

Screen Shot 2015-11-28 at 5.47.28 PM

But this next guy would seem to think he’s been fucked in the ass over oil by Russia and that must be why Turkey ambushed a Russian bomber, his name is Hakan Fidan and he’s Erdogans’s intelligence chief:

Hakan Fidan rap sheet: Murdered more that 1,300 Syrians with sarin gas, blamed it on Assad; runs guns and ammunition to Islamic State; imports Islamic State oil to Turkey from Syria and Iraq; accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count; a close Erdogan confidant

Now, let’s consider what Vladimir Putin had to say in relation to Turkey and by implication its intelligence services chief Hakan Fidan:

“We assume that the top political leadership of Turkey might not know anything about this [illegal oil trade]. Hard to believe, but it is theoretically possible. But if the top political leadership [in Turkey] doesn’t know anything about this, let them find out. I can state that there may be some elements of corruption, secret dealing, they should sort it out” -Vladimir Putin

I doubt Putin was in a good humor when he stated the preceding but his use of irony under the circumstance indicates he’s not in any mood to be fucked with; and furthermore indicates Turkey is going to be fucked but good.

Now, more or less ‘sticking’ with oil, lets look at some sound assumptions; our several intelligence agencies answer to the executive in the western democratic model. It follows, they report to the those same democracies bosses. So, what has Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND or German CIA) boss Gerhard Schindler been telling Angela Merkel? That Assad gassed his own people? Sorry but the BND reputation for intelligence in the region doesn’t allow for pigs growing wings:

Revelations over spying activities by the German foreign intelligence office Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) are undermining relations between Germany and Turkey at an already difficult time. According to a document acquired by Der Spiegel, the BND has been systematically wiretapping its NATO ally Turkey since at least 2009…

voyeur |voiˈyər, vwä-|

It’s safe to assume Angela Merkel knows whose fucking who when it comes to Turkey gassing Syrians:

The report quotes a US intelligence agent as saying: “No Western intelligence service has as good sources in Syria as the BND does.”

A member of the BND told the newspaper that the intelligence service was “proud of the important contribution [it] is making to the overthrow of the Assad regime.”

gerhard.schindler

Gerhard Schindler, boss of German intelligence; accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

Now, when it comes to Islamic State doing a billion dollar oil business with Turkey, do you suppose the Germans, Angela Merkel particularly, could claim she ‘didn’t know’? After all, according to a United States Defense Intelligence Agency report, the whole idea of “the western powers” fostering the rise of Islamic State was to bugger Assad. Who’re “the western powers” other than Germany? France and its multinational Total Oil Company make a fine next step into the bordello where your enemy is your friend’s favorite fuck:

Bernard Bajolet, boss of Direction générale de la sécurité extérieure (French CIA), accessory to murder of 130 Parisians and accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

The French company has ignored threats from the central Iraqi government in Baghdad and signed oil deals directly with the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region, where crude reserves are plentiful and contract terms more attractive than in the south.

“This success confirms Total’s exploration strategy in Iraq,” said Marc Blaizot, senior vice president for exploration at Total

Now, what will French intelligence chief Bernard Bajolet have told France’s President Hollande about Kurdistan having to do with ‘my enemy is my friend’s favorite fuck?’

Well, according to oilprice.com, ‘Kurdistan’ is a deliberately planned for, broken away piece of Iraq where:

“It is important to understand that Northern Iraq is a major market for Turkish exports and that oil and gas from coming Iraqi Kurdish territory is moved on to worldwide markets through Turkey,” Jellyfish President Michael Bagley told Oilprice.com.

“From a financial and logistical standpoint, an Ankara-Erbil marriage is one of exceptional convenience. From our standpoint, Northern Iraq stands to be one of the next great investment areas in the Middle East, and so far, the KRG [kurdish regional government] has managed to out-play Baghdad in the natural resources and investment game”

AND THIS

Exxon-al_Qaida_deal.jpg - 1

Ninewa today is one of the last bastions of al-Qaeda in Iraq, and its blessing of the KRG-ExxonMobil deal is significant in terms of security

Did oilprice.com just say “al-Qaida in Iraq” gave a ‘security’ blessing to a Kurdish Regional Government deal with an oil company? I believe they did. Who is ‘al-Qaida in Iraq’ these days? Why it’s been recently re-branded as Islamic State. Huh. We could call this one ‘my friends who fuck my enemies who’re my friends.’ Or something like that.

alex-younger_MI6

Alex Younger, head of MI6 (British CIA), accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

So, how does that all fit into Turkey is a one billion dollar partner in Islamic State oil exports and no one says anything? Let’s ask the Brits:

The attorney general was consulted about Monday’s decision. Karmy-Jones told the court in pre-trial hearings that Gildo had worked with Jabhat al-Nusra, a “proscribed group considered to be al-Qaida in Syria”. He was photographed standing over dead bodies with his finger pointing to the sky

Well, it seems British intelligence had to ask the British courts not to prosecute because MI6 had been funneling arms to the very Syria al-Qaida branch the returning jihadi had fought with. We could call this one ‘I won’t let you fuck my terrorist friend because he helps me to fuck people I like to see fucked.’ Considering this, I kind of doubt we’d get a  straight answer concerning British Petroleum activities in Turkey, you think?

Our downstream business in Turkey dates back to the 1940s and now includes retail fuels, lubricants and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). We have over 600 dealer-owned and operated fuel stations throughout the country, as well as fuels and LPG terminals and storage facilities. ATAS, the former refinery and currently the largest fuels terminal in the Eastern Mediterranean, is 68% owned by BP. One of our most modern and high-tech lubricants plants is located in Gemlik

But David Cameron most certainly has a report on his desk pointing to BP had exported Kurdish oil via Turkey. Is British spy chief Alex Younger updating him on any BP related Islamic State exports? That’s his  job. Or maybe BP is informing Cameron direct, it’s not like his government keeps the multinational at arms length:

The Foreign Office, for example, held its annual “BP high level dinner” last July, “to strengthen the strategic relationship between BP and the FCO on global economic and energy issues”, according to heavily redacted documents marked “sensitive” and “restricted”. All the top FCO directors from the head of the diplomatic service down through the directors of the main regions, to the heads of the FCO economic, strategy, and “prosperity” units, were on the attendees list

I’ll bet Cameron accused Assad of gassing his own people too:

Cameron said he took “full and personal responsibility for the decision to recall parliament, for the decision to take a strong and principled stand against the gassing of children in Syria, and I take full responsibility for putting forward as generous a motion I could, to bring as many people with me as I could. Everyone who voted has to live with the way that they voted”

He actually meant to say ‘it’s easy to fuck ordinary Syrians [who Erdogan’s intelligence people gassed] when people suck up to my ‘Assad did it’ media lies’ (at The Guardian, no less.)

AND FINALLY

Airstrike_Leaflet

The ‘special relationship.’ How is it the Pentagon gives the [only just very recently noticed] Islamic State oil-tanker truck drivers 45 minutes warning before blowing up [a few, token] trucks delivering oil to Turkey?

john-brennan

CIA boss John Brennan; accessory to the murder of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count; close Obama confidant

Do you suppose the CIA’s John Brennan is actually concerned about civilian casualties? That doesn’t seem to concern his boss, ‘Commander-in-Chief’ Obama, in the case of drones.

ObamaPick

Serial killer of nations; cold-blooded killer of too many Syrians and Iraqis to count

I do believe the actual reason is linked to the screenshot of the article on delivery of arms to hard-line Islamists at the beginning of this essay; where in this related story…

Testimony from gendarmerie officers in court documents reviewed by Reuters allege that rocket parts, ammunition and semi-finished mortar shells were carried in trucks accompanied by state intelligence agency (MIT) officials more than a year ago to parts of Syria under Islamist control

…it is intelligence assets are the drivers of the trucks loaded with weapons delivered into Syria. One loaded Islamic State tanker truck driven out of Syria almost certainly out-values, by far, any truckload of weapons driven in. It follows, you don’t bomb your allied fuck-buddies’ fuckers who do the driving. Call it a matter of being discreet: ‘we won’t butt-fuck our fuck-buddies outside of the barracks.’

Meanwhile (this update comes precisely one day since I’d penned the preceding), Erdogan’s government henchmen have arrested and charged the police officials who’d initiated the investigation into illegal weapons transfers to jihadists in Syria:

Maj. Gen. Aydın and retired Col. Cihangiroğlu were arrested on charges of “obtaining confidential information for purposes of political or military espionage; disclosing confidential information pertaining to state security for espionage purposes; attempting to destroy or prevent the government of the Republic of Turkey from functioning; founding or leading an armed terrorist organization.”

Brig. Gen. Celepoğlu was arrested on charges of “attempting to destroy or prevent the government of the Republic of Turkey from functioning; founding or leading an armed terrorist organization.”

Two journalists from the Cumhuriyet daily, Editor-in-Chief Can Dündar and the Ankara representative Erdem Gül were arrested last week on similar charges after publishing footage that showed the arms [trucks] were carrying guns, contrary to earlier government claims that they were transporting humanitarian aid:

^ Erdogan’s ‘humanitarian aid

At the end of the day, if you’re a honest cop doing your job but cross Pasha Erdogan’s dirty dealings with ISIS and al-Qaida, the consequence is simple: “You’re fucked”

Don’t like this shit? Here’s a letter to copy, paste and send plus the email addresses of those people who’ll be most butt-hurt (German Parliamentarians) at having to do something about it: Send a Letter

16 December 2015 update: A Turkish member of parliament who spoke to Russia’s RT News about the export of sarin gas from Turkey to Syria has been charged with treason:

https://www.rt.com/news/326084-erdem-rt-interview-treason/

Note on the original post: In March 2016 Erdogan had ‘Today’s Zaman’ newspaper shut down, killing the links to the related stories. However  anticipating this, I saved screenshots and text of the Zaman article on Turkey supplying the sarin gas used at Ghouta, Syria in August 2013. That information is preserved HERE.

“WASHINGTON (AP) — Senior US military officials say Pentagon [is] looking into whether Russia participated in Syrian chemical weapons attack”

So, why would our generals look for an excuse to get us all blown off the face of the earth? Here’s your first clue:

^ “You’re telling me 28 to 34 percent of our military want 7 billion people to die” [believe in literal Armageddon] … “The simple answer is affirmative”

Yes, folks, Trump is either a complete moron or a hostage of Mike Pence and the generals surrounding him who believe in literal Armageddon, check out their spiritual guru:

^ “I’ve seen pictures of the young men in the Red Guard… They would bring in this young man’s mother. He would take an axe and cut her head off. They have to put the purposes of the Red Guard ahead of their father, mother, brother, sister, and their own life. That was a covenant. A pledge. That’s what Jesus said”

That’s right, folks, and here’s another look at the Pentagon bible study:

Ir_baboon

^ To Newsweek’s Jeff Stein .. Let’s help you sort this out

While Jeff Stein at Newsweek carries water for the CIA in its’ feud with Trump, one wonders how Mike Pompeo will play it (behind the scene.) What is today’s fake news generated out of Langley, Virginia? Try this:

“For decades, CIA and U.S. military intelligence spy recruiters have held out the promise of eventual resettlement in America to induce foreigners to turn coat and work secretly for the United States against terrorist groups or repressive governments. In reality, many were caught before they ever made it, but during the Cold War countless Eastern Europeans living under communist rule, and more recently, Muslims across the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, have worked secretly for U.S. spy agencies on the promise that they or their children would eventually be extracted. Another effective recruiting tool for U.S. operatives has been to offer their agents’ families medical care or education in the United States”

The intelligence community’s veterans are squealing like stuck pigs over the Muslim visa ban, according to Stein, although he puts it more along the lines of shedding tears:

“Absolutely,” agreed Cindy Storer, a former member of the CIA intelligence team that tracked al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden. “It hurts,” she said in a brief interview. “Capital h-u-r-t-s”

Two things about the preceding quote that concerns intelligence officer turned journalist Stein; the first is, if Stein was being straight with his readers, yeah the ‘rewards program’ worked when it was a Pakistani ISI officer walked in to bag the $25 million reward and a good life in the USA because the CIA couldn’t find its own ass with both hands let alone find bin Laden. But Stein avoids informing his readers how incompetent Central Intelligence has been (what a story that is.) The second thing is, Cindy Storer, Alfreda Bikowsky’s (speaking of stupid) bin Laden hunting professional associate, specifies “Capital h-u-r-t-s” and Stein quotes her using lower case. There’s brilliance for you.

What’s another prominent example of the ‘rewards’ program? How about CIA 3rd party contract ‘torture darling’ Omar Sulieman suddenly ‘falls ill’ and is whisked away to the USA for ‘medical’ treatment about the time Sulieman boss Mubarak’s Egyptian regime was coming apart at the seams and he rather quickly died in hospital. Problem witness silenced (Sulieman ran the CIA’s outsourced torture program in Egypt that Senator Feinstein’s torture investigation never touched.) With friends like CIA…

But neither of  these case examples would have been impacted because Trump’s visa ban doesn’t cover Egypt or Pakistan. Oh, and ‘the ban’ doesn’t ban radicalized Islam’s Wahabi terrorist central: Saudi Arabia. Huh. And there’s another thing; the Langley spooks’ prostitute journalist (whether Stein realizes it or not, but hard to believe not, when it’s a former intelligence officer reporting) is almost certainly fronting this as a cover story. So what are the spooks actually fighting for, what is the CIA’s hidden agenda here? Let’s try this

“During the 1980s, the CIA recruited and trained Muslim operatives to fight the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Later, the CIA would move those operatives from Afghanistan to the Balkans, and then to Iraq, Libya, and Syria, traveling on illegal US visas”

…according to Former USA consular officer in Saudi Arabia, Michael Springmann

What’s more is, when Springmann had been a consular officer in Jedda, Saudi Arabia:

“Michael Springmann, head US consular official in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, later claims that during this period he is “repeatedly ordered… to issue [more than 100] visas to unqualified applicants.” He turns them down, but is repeatedly overruled by superiors

“In one case, two Pakistanis apply for visas to attend a trade show in the US, but they are unable to name the trade show or city in which it will be held. When Springmann denies them a visa, he gets “an almost immediate call from a CIA case officer, hidden in the commercial section [of the consulate], that I should reverse myself and grant these guys a visa.” Springmann refuses, but the decision is reversed by the chief of the consular section”

I suppose a ban could cramp the CIA’s game of shuffling ‘moderate opposition’ around the globe, particularly those from ‘banned’ countries. Certainly we wouldn’t want a precedent like this set because our ‘moderate’ opposition leadership qualifying for the CIA ‘rewards program’ and life in the USA, can’t all be Pakistanis, Egyptians and Saudis. After all, what would the CIA do if it couldn’t move its’ al Qaida fighters into Kosovo and Bosnia? And then on to Syria where we discover:

“There is no difference between “moderate” rebels and al-Qaeda (al-Nusra) or ISIS — they are all the same” -US Representative Tulsi Gabbard, following on location (Syria) fact finding mission.

And finally, we have a 2009 interview by retired CIA officer Phillip Giraldi, with former FBI documents translator Sibel Edmonds:

EDMONDS: Okay. So these conversations, between 1997 and 2001, had to do with a Central Asia operation that involved bin Laden. Not once did anybody use the word “al-Qaeda.” It was always “mujahideen,” always “bin Laden” and, in fact, not “bin Laden” but “bin Ladens” plural. There were several bin Ladens who were going on private jets to Azerbaijan and Tajikistan. The Turkish ambassador in Azerbaijan worked with them.

“There were bin Ladens, with the help of Pakistanis or Saudis, under our management. [The USA Department of State’s] Marc Grossman was leading it, 100 percent, bringing people from East Turkestan into Kyrgyzstan, from Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan, from Azerbaijan some of them were being channeled to Chechnya, some of them were being channeled to Bosnia. From Turkey, they were putting all these bin Ladens on NATO planes. People and weapons went one way, drugs came back”

‘Rewards’ visas might be really, very handy, even necessary, to enable operations like the immediate preceding. Enough said? You think?  Maybe one more thing; a former clandestine services case officer informs me: “CIA actually issues its own visas and has many ways to completely by-pass the system” in which case the entire premise of Jeff Stein’s article is bogus from the get-go. So what’s the problem?  Too little resources devoted to CIA clandestine services forgeries to give up the Department of State visas issued on false pretext? All of the Libyan ‘rewards worthy’ fighters with fake ‘moderate opposition’ Syrian passports have to be re-papered as Egyptians? Too much work to get around increasingly sophisticated border controls where CIA vetted® & moderate™ Salafist militants shouldn’t risk getting busted with multiple identities due to advancing technologies like biometrics? Is it as simple as certain parties at the CIA, in their ongoing feud with Trump, simply wish to smear Trump in the public mind on a national security issue?

At the end of the day it’s anybody’s guess what is behind the patent bullshit in the Newsweek article. What we do know is, other than the certain fact the article is classic misdirection concerning intelligence and would appear to be a psyop fed to the American public, the Trump order seems to have put a bug up the intelligence community’s butt.

Tip of the hat to Intel News (irony, my comment pointing out former consular officer Springmann’s narrative was disallowed, and that is what actually inspired this piece)

Alternative title: Target Iran

Our republic went off the rails with the National Security Act of 1947 and the birth of the national security state. Since, the votes at the boards of Northrop-Grumman, DuPont, Chevron, Unocal, et al, have come to carry more weight in the direction the USA has taken than those votes of any organized political bloc. When the dust has settled, chances are Pence will be the shadow president a-la Dick Cheney and Trump the ventriloquist’s frustrated lap dummy. The national security state (read corporate boards) will keep it’s python’s squeeze on our institutions intact; what remains to be seen is what modifications will be made. The Trump ‘team’ includes some of the nastiest military-industrial and corporate personalities American has on offer in chicken hawks Rudy Giuliani whose dealings with the Mojahedin-e-Khalq has seldom been honestly exposed, and John Bolton who wants a war with Iran. And not least, former US Army intelligence officer and Bill Clinton CIA Director James ‘Bomb Iran & North Korea‘ Woolsey.

What do these personalities hold in common with a google ban on ‘fake news’?  They will never tell you the biggest fake news spigots are CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC and MSNBC, outlets that NEVER report on what this is all about; oil and gas, not terrorism as put forward by the western media. The Bush invasion of Afghanistan, where the CIA had (1980s) instigated and supported what became al-Qaida, was about a pipeline. Iraq was about oil where USA policy subsequently caused an al-Qaida branch to morph into Islamic State. The related Syria conflict is about competing pipelines, one favored by Russia, the other favored by NATO. Recalling Robert Kennedy Jr, earlier this year, penned an excellent expose on Syria and the competing pipelines behind that ‘covert’ war waged by the USA employing proxies, including radical Islamist groups aligned with al-Qaida:

“the Russians, who sell 70 percent of their gas exports to Europe, viewed the Qatar/Turkey pipeline as an existential threat. In Putin’s view, the Qatar pipeline is a NATO plot to change the status quo, deprive Russia of its only foothold in the Middle East, strangle the Russian economy and end Russian leverage in the European energy market. In 2009, Assad announced that he would refuse to sign the agreement to allow the pipeline to run through Syria “to protect the interests of our Russian ally.”

“Assad further enraged the Gulf’s Sunni monarchs by endorsing a Russian-approved “Islamic pipeline” running from Iran’s side of the gas field through Syria and to the ports of Lebanon. The Islamic pipeline would make Shiite Iran, not Sunni Qatar, the principal supplier to the European energy market and dramatically increase Tehran’s influence in the Middke [sic] East and the world. Israel also was understandably determined to derail the Islamic pipeline, which would enrich Iran and Syria and presumably strengthen their proxies, Hezbollah and Hamas.

“Secret cables and reports by the U.S., Saudi and Israeli intelligence agencies indicate that the moment Assad rejected the Qatari pipeline, military and intelligence planners quickly arrived at the consensus that fomenting a Sunni uprising in Syria to overthrow the uncooperative Bashar Assad was a feasible path to achieving the shared objective of completing the Qatar/Turkey gas link”

The full essay can be read HERE.

The RFK Jr piece clearly echoes an earlier essay by Gore Vidal and a proposed pipeline USA based multinationals coveted, requiring a war in Afghanistan:

“As it proved, the conquest of Afghanistan had nothing to do with Osama. He was simply a pretext for replacing the Taliban with a relatively stable government that would allow Union Oil of California to lay its pipeline for the profit of, among others, the Cheney-Bush junta.

“Background? All right. The headquarters of Unocal are, as might be expected, in Texas. In December 1997, Taliban representatives were invited to Sugarland, Texas. At that time, Unocal had already begun training Afghan men in pipeline construction, with US government approval. BBC News, (4 December 1997) : `A spokesman for the company Unocal said the Taliban were expected to spend several days at the company’s [Texas] headquarters . . . a BBC regional correspondent says the proposal to build a pipeline across Afghanistan is part of an international scramble to profit from developing the rich energy resources of the Caspian Sea.’ The Inter Press Service (IPS) reported: `some Western businesses are warming up to the Taliban despite the movement’s institutionalisation of terror, massacres, abductions and impoverishment.’ CNN (6 October 1996): `The United States wants good ties [with the Taliban] but can’t openly seek them while women are being oppressed.’

“The Taliban, rather better organised than rumoured, hired for PR one Leila Helms, a niece of Richard Helms, former director of the CIA. In October 1996, the Frankfurter Rundschau reported that Unocal `has been given the go-ahead from the new holders of power in Kabul to build a pipeline from Turkmenistan via Afghanistan to Pakistan . . .’ This was a real coup for Unocal as well as other candidates for pipelines, including Condoleezza’s old employer Chevron. Although the Taliban was already notorious for its imaginative crimes against the human race, the Wall Street Journal, scenting big bucks, fearlessly announced: `Like them or not, the Taliban are the players most capable of achieving peace in Afghanistan at this moment in history.’ The New York Times (26 May 1997) leapt aboard the pipeline juggernaut. `The Clinton administration has taken the view that a Taliban victory would act as counterweight to Iran . . . and would offer the possibility of new trade routes that could weaken Russian and Iranian influence in the region.’

“But by 1999, it was clear that the Taliban could not provide the security we would need to protect our fragile pipelines. The arrival of Osama as warrior for Allah on the scene refocused, as it were, the bidding.”

What remains to be seen is, whether this group surrounding Trump, as responsible for the spread of terror via proxy wars abroad as anyone, has determined some dialing back is in order. Clearly the model of covertly supporting Wahabi extremism to effect regime change to benefit big oil & gas has increasingly spun out of control over the decades, since the ultimate stupidity of using religious extremists to wage proxy wars had been initiated in Afghanistan by Robert Gates under Reagan.

Just as large a question is, has Bolton’s, Woolsey’s and Giuliani’s hostility towards Russian ally Iran been tempered? Almost certainly not. Insofar as what the actuality of policy will initiate, a comment of Woolsey is particularly disturbing, as it had been made in the context of Russia and geopolitics…

“I think what Mr. Trump does is much more important than what he says”

considering:

Woolsey chairs the Leadership Council of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, an important bastion of hawkish “pro-Israel” advocacy in the United States that has served as an outpost for many well-known rightist ideologues. Among his activities at FDD has been to support the work of its Energy Security” program, which advocates for the United States to break “break the oil monopoly” that helps prop up “regimes and individuals who fund terrorist activities”

Based on open source analysis, it would appear this preceding applies to Iran as opposed to Saudi Arabia. Rabid Iran hater Bibi Netanyahu has a new best friend in Washington. Be informed; Woolsey was a top McCain advisor when McCain mimicked the Beach Boys:

16 March 2016:

This information has been forwarded on (via email) to the leadership of the German parliament, as well the German federal prosecutor’s office, the German constitutional court, and the International Criminal Court. One can only wonder how long the criminally complicit politicians will sit on their hands and do nothing. German politicians have known for quite sometime that BND (German CIA) head Gerhard Schindler lied to them when he stated Assad ordered the sarin gas attack at Ghouta, Syria in August 2013. As well, Germany has a provision of law under the principle of universal jurisdiction which could be  used to prosecute these crimes and a constitutional loophole bigger than the Brandenberg Gate that allows passing on prosecutions when in ‘the best interest of the state.’

When the Turkish government seized Today’s Zaman newspaper on 5 March 2016, it was only a matter of time before the Zaman English website was taken down. Today I checked and discovered the site has indeed been taken offline (and had been replaced with a Turkish language site featuring Erdogan’s government line.) Anticipating something like this, I’d saved a few stories together with screenshots; here is the most damning story and a prime motivation behind the criminal Erdogan administration’s act of taking over the most  popular news outlet in Turkey. As the several NATO states shed what are clearly crocodile tears over Turkey’s suppression of a free press, none will point to stories such as this following; in fact there will be only relief that evidence NATO is doing business with & propping up war criminals will have been swept under the rug. Verbatim text of the screen shots (full story) pasted in, below:

21 October 2015

Two deputies from the main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) have claimed that the government is against investigating Turkey’s role in sending toxic sarin gas which was used in an attack on civilians in Syria in 2013 and in which over 1,300 Syrians were killed.

CHP deputies Eren Erdem and Ali Şeker held a press conference in İstanbul on Wednesday in which they claimed the investigation into allegations regarding Turkey’s involvement in the procurement of sarin gas which was used in the chemical attack on a civil population and delivered to the terrorist Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) to enable the attack was derailed.

Taking the floor first, Erdem stated that the Adana Chief Prosecutor’s Office launched an investigation into allegations that sarin was sent to Syria from Turkey via several businessmen. An indictment followed regarding the accusations targeting the government.

“The MKE [Turkish Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation] is also an actor that is mentioned in the investigation file. Here is the indictment. All the details about how sarin was procured in Turkey and delivered to the terrorists, along with audio recordings, are inside the file,” Erdem said while waving the file.

Erdem also noted that the prosecutor’s office conducted detailed technical surveillance and found that an al-Qaeda militant, Hayyam Kasap, acquired sarin, adding: “Wiretapped phone conversations reveal the process of procuring the gas at specific addresses as well as the process of procuring the rockets that would fire the capsules containing the toxic gas. However, despite such solid evidence there has been no arrest in the case. Thirteen individuals were arrested during the first stage of the investigation but were later released, refuting government claims that it is fighting terrorism,” Erdem noted.

Over 1,300 people were killed in the sarin gas attack in Ghouta and several other neighborhoods near the Syrian capital of Damascus, with the West quickly blaming the regime of Bashar al-Assad and Russia claiming it was a “false flag” operation aimed at making US military intervention in Syria possible.

Suburbs near Damascus were struck by rockets containing the toxic sarin gas in August 2013.

The purpose of the attack was allegedly to provoke a US military operation in Syria which would topple the Assad regime in line with the political agenda of then-Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his government.

CHP deputy Şeker spoke after Erdem, pointing out that the government misled the public on the issue by asserting that sarin was provided by Russia. The purpose was to create the perception that, according to Şeker, “Assad killed his people with sarin and that requires a US military intervention in Syria.”

He also underlined that all of the files and evidence from the investigation show a war crime was committed within the borders of the Turkish Republic.

“The investigation clearly indicates that those people who smuggled the chemicals required to procure sarin faced no difficulties, proving that Turkish intelligence was aware of their activities. While these people had to be in prison for their illegal acts, not a single person is in jail. Former prime ministers and the interior minister should be held accountable for their negligence in the incident,” Şeker further commented.

Erdem also added that he will launch a criminal complaint against those responsible, including those who issued a verdict of non-prosecution in the case, those who did not prevent the transfer of chemicals and those who first ordered the arrest of the suspects who were later released.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced in late August that an inquiry had been launched into the gas attacks allegedly perpetuated by both Assad’s Syrian regime and rebel groups fighting in Syria since the civil war erupted in 2011.

However, Erdem is not the only figure who has accused Turkey of possible involvement in the gas attack. Pulitzer Prize winner and journalist, Seymour M. Hersh, argued in an article published in 2014 that MİT was involved with extremist Syrian groups fighting against the Assad regime.

In his article, Hersh said Assad was not behind the attack, as claimed by the US and Europe, but that Turkish-Syrian opposition collaboration was trying to provoke a US intervention in Syria in order to bring down the Assad regime.

4 April 2017 update: With the new accusations of Assad (and by extension, the Russians) having used chemical weapons in Syria, it does well to recall what the NATO states have never come clean about; independent sources having arrived at the conclusion it was NOT Assad’s people had attacked with chemicals at Ghouta, Syria, in August 2013. This was a NATO nation’s intelligence agency perpetrated the chemical attack resulting in well over 1,000 dead.

8 April 2018 update: Another chemical attack accusation with blame on Assad and Russia, at Douma, Syria. This is nothing less than a war-footing preparatory propaganda and a criminal act of NATO sponsored ‘moderate rebels.’ The information in this article is the Achilles Heel that should put this nonsense to rest. This suppressed information points squarely to the actual perpetrators, NATO and the NATO proxies in Syria.

I noticed an attack on this letter (below) in the comments at third party media basically smearing Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) by association with Bernard Kouchner, a man that departed the organization more than 35 years ago over philosophical differences. I had supported Doctors Without Borders because they had been apolitical, and largely neutral in conflicts. This neutrality had begun a process of erosion in Syria. Unlike the attack on the MSF hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan, where there was no question of which belligerent controlled the air power responsible (NATO’s USA), and where the organization called for an independent, third party investigation, those actors responsible for the attacks concerning the MSF aligned clinics in Syria are not as convincing and clear, arguably creating even more pressing demand for impartial, third party investigation.

Following these most recent attacks on clinics aligned with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) in Syria, Mego Terzian, President of MSF France, immediately blamed Russia and Assad. MSF International President has gone on record also blaming Russian aligned forces, stating “It was probably carried out by the Syrian-government-led coalition that is predominantly active in the region.”  This statement of Dr Liu is disingenuous. Turkey is a major player in its support for jihadi militia in that very area and has a vested interest in information operations intended to undermine the coalition supporting the Assad regime. This is the purpose of false flag attacks.  Recent history demands if the finger of superficial appearance had pointed to the NATO aligned nations, there would be calls for impartial investigation rather than immediate trial and conviction by propaganda operations perpetrated in western media.

Relevant to this preceding, it is a fairly safe presumption all high profile international non-governmental organizations will be targets of intelligence agencies for diverse purpose. However there is a large qualitative difference between that organization and the organization which, on the whole, has been tipped by intelligence to a point of co-option; where the organization itself has become the intelligence agency operations asset. Médecins Sans Frontières would appear to be pointed towards this co-option. Here is my response:

Dear MSF

A monthly donor of many years, I feel an explanation is in order for my cancellation and further refusal to participate as a MSF “Field Partner.” I am a former military special operations intelligence professional and anti-corruption investigator of many years. Based on my expertise in open source intelligence analysis and closely following several of the ongoing conflicts, including Ukraine and SYRIA, it has become clear MSF is becoming a tool for geopolitical ends. Either you’ve been penetrated by intelligence agencies for this purpose of promoting false flag information operations or your organization is being manipulated to same effect. I cannot, with clear conscious, be a party to this with further contributions.

The several NATO intelligence agencies are in full force pursuing anti-Russian propaganda operations, which likely include the recent attacks on MSF aligned Syrian clinics; purposeful and professional operations intended to smear Russia and President Putin for purposes of generating political capital for pursuit of geopolitical manipulations. Your organization immediately pointing the finger at Assad and/or the Russians, without time taken to properly investigate, is unethical.

NATO aligned intelligence agency false flag examples provided:

NATO’s Turkey suppressing investigation into their intelligence agency, MIT, providing sarin gas to al Nusra (al Qaida) that killed 1,400 Syrians at Ghouta, blamed on the Assad regime, in August, 2013. Turkish parliamentarians complain of the suppressed facts:

Noteworthy state sponsored crimes committed to demonize Putin include but are not limited to;

The Litvinenko report by the British

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/feb/05/litvinenko-report-get-it-wrong-putin

The Maidan snipers in Kiev trained by the CIA according to Member of European Parliament, backed by a leaked phone call between the EU foreign policy chief and the Estonian Foreign minister revealing the snipers were aligned with the new regime in Kiev. This crime had been blamed on the Russian aligned preceding government.

&

The crimes in Syria against MSF aligned facilities serve the same propaganda purposes and the Erdogan government cannot be ruled out as committing them, whereas it is NOT in the Russian interest to perpetrate these attacks. Here is a list of Turkish support for bad actors in Syria compiled by Jihad Watch:

Report: Turkey collaborating with the Islamic State

It is sad to see MSF go the route of some other organizations and become a pawn of dirty players in geopolitics. I suggest your organization pursue a professional investigation to determine how, and by who, you’ve become manipulated to both a stooge and minion of evil.
