Finger on the ScalesAny anonymous ‘state secrets’ (e.g. FBI fronting for CIA) finger

On the FBI’s fraudulent application for a FISA secret warrant (authorization to spy) on Carter Page: The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court’s ‘cover your ass’ Order Misc. 19-02 finding of fact:

“The frequency with which representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable. The FISC expects the government to provide complete and accurate information in every filing with the Court. Without it, the FISC cannot properly ensure that the government conducts electronic surveillance for foreign intelligence purposes only when there is a sufficient factual basis”

That is why we ‘had’ a (‘lip serviced’ or given political fellatio by the court) so-called ‘Bill of Rights’ that went out the window with the National Security Act of 1947 (the underlying foundation of the FISA Court.) In fact there is not, and has never been, an advocate (sound legal mechanism) to insure the American citizen ‘targets’ of FISA court secret warrants are properly protected, via right of discovery demanding exculpatory evidence, and placing the Department of Justice personalities, the FBI particularly, squarely in the sights of prosecution for the above described or what amount to ‘color of law’ violations of Fourth Amendment and other rights. Now, on to the abject failure of what has been ordered:

“THEREFORE, the Court ORDERS that the government shall, no later than January 10, 2020, inform the Court in a sworn written submission of what it has done, and plans to do, to ensure that the statement of facts in each FBI application accurately and completely reflects information possessed by the FBI that is material to any issue presented by the application. In the event that the FBI at the time of that submission is not yet able to perform any of the planned steps described in the submission, it shall also include (a) a proposed timetable for implementing such measures and (b) an explanation of why, in the government’s view, the information in FBI applications submitted in the interim should be regarded as reliable”

We can put one + one together and see the how the math doesn’t stack up in a constitutionally sound way:

In the finding of fact: “…representations made by FBI personnel turned out to be unsupported or contradicted by information in their possession, and with which they withheld information detrimental to their case, calls into question whether information contained in other FBI applications is reliable” clearly casts doubt on the entire process and every FISA application ever made (noting the court has processed thousands of applications with a history of rejecting a handful.)

+

In the actual court order section we see “…an explanation of why, in the government’s view, the information in FBI applications submitted in the interim should be regarded as reliable” or essentially only a demand of from this point (date of the order, 17 December 2019) in any pending or future application will there be any correction made in circumstance of the FISA Court demanding the FBI ‘police themselves.’

Since when (post King George III our sovereign) has the state been entitled and/or trusted to ‘police themselves’ in matters of crimes of the state against its’ citizens? That was the underlying rationale of the Bill of Rights, precisely because the state cannot ever be trusted to do that.

This RANK FAIL (order) omits to do two critical things; use of the courts contempt powers to sanction the FBI (send a message, up to and inclusive of jailing the corrupt actors) and more importantly, search for, identify and provide avenue to remedy for plausible past abuses. This 2nd instance could easily (however imperfectly) be addressed, it would be as simple as the FISA Court appointing and empowering an independent special master (people’s advocate) with exculpatory evidence subpoena power to begin a review of past, present and future applications. Now, why doesn’t the court dare go there? Secrecy?

Here’s where it gets sticky for the secret court; in a case of ‘what you don’t know, won’t hurt you’ (and especially what you don’t know shouldn’t hurt the FISA court.) Firstly, if your rights have been violated, you won’t even be allowed to know it. Because if you WERE allowed to know this, it opens the door to all sorts of complications for the national security state, not only what the state has been up to in secret, where it is poking its’ nose, but certainly not least, a scrutiny of the FISA Court as a rubber stamp ‘star chamber’ in the absolute absence of any independent advocate mechanism to secure the rights of those Americans unfairly, wrongly, even maliciously, targeted by FISA secret spying warrants.

It follows, even if you have solid grounds (e.g. yours truly does) to believe corrupt FBI/FISA abuse happened to you, you won’t have a remedy because the established ‘state secrets’ doctrine demands you have no access to the documents necessary to substantiate your claim. The constitutional absurdity of this is, you cannot independently prove the government illegally-unjustly-corruptly spied on you (establish standing to sue), so you have no access to the proof they did, even when they did so egregiously, as was the one-off (became known) case of Carter Page.

What broke the Carter Page case into the open is politics, pure and simple, the fallout causing the FISA Court to issue the ‘cover your ass’ “Order Misc. 19-02” or a ‘police yourselves’ pretense of accountability.

Postscript: 22 December there is reportedly another (not yet released) order holding exactly ONE individual to account (referred to prosecution) for FISA abuse in the case of multiple deceits by several individuals exposed in the case of Carter Page (scapegoat settled upon!)

Of several geopolitical events of considerable recent importance, in my estimation it is the deep state’s Robert Mueller role-as-mole or ‘special counsel’ in ‘the Russians did it’ charade should draw the necessary attention to underline the intelligence agencies anti-Constitutional order embedded in the USA’s security structures.

Of the exposures (in the public domain) of this man as a fraud devoted to what amounts to an anti-constitutional order that has stepped itself up and above the rule of law, there are three that stand out to a degree disqualifying Robert Mueller as anything excepting corrupt;

1) in his role as deputy attorney general during the Bush 41 administration, Robert Mueller, when directly accountable William Barr in Barr’s first term as Attorney General for President George H.W. Bush, Mueller headed up the USA end of the Lockerbie investigation that was later exposed by a Chief of Scots police as a frame-up of Libya due to false evidence and testimony provided by the USA;

2) it was Robert Mueller, again under the direct supervision of GHW Bush’s Attorney General William Barr, had been exposed by a United States Senate investigation (that was never acted on) showing Mueller sandbagged the criminal case against Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) and subsequently;

3) it was Robert Mueller’s FBI for over a decade refused to arrest a serial killer, Enrique Prado, despite more than ample evidence (a proverbial ‘mountain’ of evidence) provided to the Department of Justice by both state and federal law enforcement.

The common thread in these events? It is the Central Intelligence Agency. The USA end of the Lockerbie investigation was tied to false physical evidence planted by the CIA and the FBI provided the ‘expert’ testimony of Thomas Thurman (later exposed as a fraud) under then Assistant Attorney General Robert Mueller’s supervision, subverting the BCCI case was all about the CIA’s Iran-Contra international arms and narcotics money laundering Mueller worked to limit exposure to (damage control) and Enrique Prado is not only a serial killer, documented by multiple law enforcement officials as responsible for multiple drug cartel related murders that Mueller’s FBI failed to act on, but also happens to double as a high ranking CIA official who moved on to Blackwater where the CIA’s contract killings became outsourced (Prado remains free & has never been prosecuted.)

Of the many instance of Robert Mueller’s dirty work for CIA, these three cases are remarkable for the fact they are reasonably indisputable. [1], [2], [3], [4]

Whatever the preceding indicates per the current ‘the Russians did it’ hysteria certainly does not include good faith compliance with the rule of law when all indicators point to the USA’s top law enforcement officials should be convicted felons in their own right. [5]

This article first appeared at Fort Russ News

In a larger strategy to destroy the neoliberal wing of the USA’s ‘deep state’ during the current period of internecine war between branches of the shadow government, longtime ‘bosom buddies’ William Barr and Robert Mueller, both members of the George H.W. Bush initiated “Enterprise” criminal cabal embedded in the CIA, have hatched a plan to reelect Donald Trump (or had the plan hatched for them.) [1], [2]

1) Barr is given the sole authority to declassify documents relevant to the 2016 election:

“President Trump issued a memorandum last week that transfers to the Attorney General the authority of the Director of National Intelligence to declassify intelligence information concerning the 2016 election.

“The memorandum effectively amends Executive Order 13526 on classification on national security information, but in a highly customized way: It applies only to Attorney General William Barr (not any successors) and only to the investigation of the 2016 presidential campaigns” [3], [4]

2) Mueller, rather than unambiguously state Trump committed crimes & obstructed justice that he has no authority to prosecute because removal of a President is the sole prerogative of Congress, or in the other direction, definitively clear Trump of any wrongdoing, instead employed ‘weasel words’ sucking the largely rabid anti-Trump Democrats into renewed demand of impeachment:

“Central to the special counsel’s decision making was a Justice Department guiding opinion that says no sitting president can be indicted for a crime. While Barr said in no uncertain terms that the policy had nothing to do with the decision not to pursue obstruction of justice charges, Mueller highlighted that issue as central to the outcome of the investigation.

“If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime we would have said so,” Mueller said. But, he added, in light of the Justice Department opinion, “charging the president with a crime was, therefore, not an option we could consider.” [5]

Subsequently, Mueller is seen as believing Trump committed crimes and Barr as covering for Trump. Meanwhile, Mueller won’t appear before Congress to testify but instead rides off into the sunset, and Barr holds the investigation’s declassification authority. In effect, this artificially constructed, unnecessary legal-constitutional ambiguity, is a set-up.

The Democrats will pursue impeachment, as Barr ‘grudgingly’ declassifies titillating pieces of ‘the evil Russians did it’ investigative documents, sucking the Democrats in further & further until the critical portions are finally unveiled, vindicating Trump, making the pro-impeachment forces look like the small and vindictive idiots they actually are, emphasizing idiots. This will, no doubt be played to timing around the 2020 election cycle.

The result should be (presuming all goes to plan) the independent minded voters (those not inclined to reflexively vote Democratic) giving Trump the popular vote, not only the electoral college.

In this process, throughout, ‘the evil Russians 2016 election meddling’ meme will be carefully preserved along with all acts necessary (inclusive of murder, if the threat is perceived as big enough) to conceal the CIA having invented so-called “Russiagate.”

At the end of the day, it looks as if the Christian Zionist arm of the American deep state seeks to strong-arm their way into bringing us literal Armageddon (they actually believe in it) with the Mike Pence prophecy the USA will be at war with Russia in Europe, as opposed to empire’s slow death by 10,000 self-inflicted cuts (the neoliberal model.) MAGGOT™

MAGGOT™ or ‘Make America Great, Get Over Trump’ should be applied to these women in Trump’s life (this list is not exhaustive.)

MAGGOT™ should work especially well as a message from everyone tired, or revolted at sight, of a many years’ dead corpse dressed & made up in anime fashion, that is Nancy Pelosi.

MAGGOT™ should work well for superstitious Slovenian villager Melania, when her troupe of exorcists revisiting the White House are treated to a shut-down related junk food cuisine.

MAGGOT™ should work for Stormy Daniels having ‘treated’ Trump to whatever political aftermath can be passed off with a metaphor of ‘sexually transmitted trichinosis’ (pig-worm disease.)

MAGGOT™ adequately describes Michael Cohen, when she’d been bent over by Robert Mueller, which also works (in slightly altered concept) as a metaphor for the CIA bending over Latin America multiple times, momentarily Venezuela (by stealth, from behind.)

MAGGOT™ should work well for Senator Lindsey Graham, when she casts her back-stabbing, convicting vote in upcoming impeachment trial of Trump in our neo-Roman Senate.

MAGGOT™ (in the feminist plural, includes Trump’s ‘hots’ and ‘nots’ or a sampling of America’s carcass of maggots) adequately describes Nikki Haley, Barbie, Sara Huckabee, Diane Feinstein, Ann Coulter, Meryl Streep, Heather Wilson, Michelle Obama, Betsy DeVos, Jill Stein, Ivanka Trump, Elena Kagan, Dina Powell, Emperor Elagabus, Hillary Clinton, Heather Nauert, Lizzie Borden, Mike Pompeo, Oprah, CondoLEEzaa, Kate ‘Ma’ Barker, Alan Dershowitz (ex officio) & Gina Haspel, to a tee.

MAGGOT™ is an excellent description of Lady Liberty’s misandry, the cause of countless piles of dead people’s bodies across the globe.

The boyz? C’mon, git off yer ass and put in some licks fer Lady Liberty; rush over to your sports or souvenir shop, RIGHT NOW, because … MAGGOT™ should make an excellent American baseball cap logo:

orangutongue |əˈraNG(g)əˌtəNG| (also orangutang, orang-utan)
noun
a vain, billionaire ape with reddish-orange hair in thinned pompadour style with small hands allergic to touch, native to a game of real estate set in Sumatra. The mature male develops a flashy, smiling grimace that is grotesque to behold. Typically attended by a superstitious consort with a European backwater small-village mentality.
[Bonkers pygmaeus, family Honkymentalitye.]
ORIGIN fifty cent.: see Pig Latin: ufusday ersonpay

I thought about titling this one the ‘head-scratching no-brainer’ but ‘just another geopolitical head louse’ is more apropos when it comes to Central Intelligence Agency practicing damage control. So, our orange haired President Twit, who would appear to have the political acumen of a Sumatran orangutan inexplicably inserted into American politics, appoints a man who could easily dedicate his time to cutting his boss’ throat with the ‘Russian collusion’ fantasy. If that’s what the CIA wants, it appears that’s what we’ll get.

Ivy League chicken-hawk William Barr spent the first four years of his professional life in the employ of the CIA at the intelligence directorate and CIA’s ‘Office of Legislative Counsel’ where he was the personal acquaintance of then CIA Director George H.W. Bush. Brought into the Bush Sr administration as a legal strategist during the Iran-Contra coverup, he is responsible for the pardons of several treasonous felons, no doubt necessary to avoid any of them squealing on their boss, George Herbert Walker Bush, and his then CIA director Robert Gates, whose criminal collusion in the Iran-Contra affair is traceable to that sordid business’ immediate predecessor and inspiration; the so-called ‘October Surprise of 1980.’ This was when the Ayatollahs were Bush and Gates’ business partners in turning Jimmy Carter out of office (the ayatollahs were paid millions to keep the American embassy hostages until after the 1980 elections, preventing a Carter boost in popularity.) That’s what morphed into a blackmail relationship with the ayatollahs that eventually became Iran-Contra, a CIA-MOSSAD clandestine joint venture arming the ayatollahs to the teeth when the CIA and MOSSAD were arming both sides of the Iraq-Iran war so they might better tear themselves to pieces.

It is also noteworthy William Barr had been Deputy Attorney General and Robert Mueller’s direct supervisor when Mueller had been overseeing the USA end of the Lockerbie investigation, infamous for the fact the CIA had planted the evidence DoJ ‘expert’ (fraud) Thomas Thurman had attested to as authentic in the frame-up of Libya for that mass murder. Don’t let Lady Liberty’s wholesome look fool you, the republic’s scalp is itching, and in this context it makes perfect (criminal) sense it was William Barr, when Attorney General under Bush Sr, ordered the reassignment of 300 FBI counter-intelligence agents to other duties rather than risk the DoJ’s own intelligence service stumbling across the rank criminality of his organization’s relationship to CIA.

Going to this immediate preceding, in what amounts to a CIA-FBI cycle of ‘lice make nits and nits make lice’, most certainly William Barr will not prosecute a CIA officer doubling as narcotics cartel serial killer, Enrique Prado, a man Robert Mueller let run free to go on killing for a decade following a proverbial ‘mountain of evidence’ provided by Mueller’s own FBI (as well, state authorities), evidence which had been subsequently quashed by leadership at the top.

Then, this louse only itches the republic’s scalp more. Barr was part and parcel of Robert Mueller’s sinking of the BCCI investigation (with its multiple CIA accounts for money laundering related to narcotics and arms trafficking) where according to a former Manhattan prosecutor, John Moscow, whose efforts had been sabotaged by then DoJ criminal division lawyer Robert Mueller: “Of course, the biggest guys got away”

Who are the ‘biggest guys’ slated for escape in today’s monkey business at the Department of Justice? Other than Robert Mueller, William Barr’s fellow CIA liaised bosom buddy, it’s likely not the DoJ dummies who jumped on the Steele Dossier like shit-eating dogs, they’ll possibly be ‘put down’ (made to fall on their swords.) The CIA’s vested interest in salvaging ‘the Russians did it’ players that matter will be to deter any investigation into the false intelligence laundering service provided by ‘CrowdStrike’ (DNC mail servers never forensically examined by the FBI a.k.a. the ‘Russian hack’ story that doesn’t hold up), and engineer damage control around ‘the Steele dossier’ while pulling CIA asset Nellie Ohr’s chestnuts out of the fire (Fusion GPS), all clumsy mischief initiated by the CIA’s John Brennan-Hillary axis.

Now, if this all sounds a bit schizophrenic, it’s probably because the CIA is cellular to the point of multiple personalities; and it’s necessary  to understand the agency isn’t monolithic. If Obama’s then CIA director Brennan is a Hillary aligned neoliberal puke, present director Gina Haspel is a neocon-Christian Zionist aligned vomit puddle whose torture resume reads like a lesbian Torquemada in heat; from Gitmo black site to Bangkok black site (to Diego Garcia’s ‘deep’ black site?), no doubt with an intense infatuation for Alfreda Bikowsky and water-board induced confession of (actually non-existent) black al-Qaida cells in Montana where blacks are practically impossible to find. In short, other than tongues stuck out at one another when passing in the halls at Langley, Virginia, the opposed political natures of ‘the company’ employees take a second seat to covering up the agency’s dirty laundry. This is about clearing agency aligned folk of any danger where the CIA’s rodent-like fingers, with prints all over world-wide crimes sprees, might be caught in incompetent (inadvertently self-manifest) geopolitical-USA-politics rat trap. These are stupid, f’d up people.

Now, compare the preceding to a snippet of the ‘official’ story:

When asked about the Special Counsel investigation headed up by his “best friend” Robert Mueller, Barr said “I don’t believe Mr. Mueller would be involved in a witch hunt,” and that “On my watch, Bob will be allowed to finish his work.”

Barr also said that the Trump administration would not be allowed to “correct” the Mueller report before a public release, stating “That will not happen.”

Last week Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC) met with Barr, and said that the AG nominee has a “high opinion” of Mueller, and that Barr told him that he and Mueller worked together when Barr was Bush’s attorney general between 1991 and 1993 when Mueller oversaw the DOJ’s criminal division. Graham added that the two men were “best friends” who have known each other for 20 years, and that their wives have attended Bible study together.

Mueller also attended the weddings of two of Barr’s daughters.

Graham listed a series of questions he put to Barr: “I asked Mr. Barr directly, ‘Do you think Mr. Mueller is on a witch hunt?’ He said no. ‘Do you think he would be fair to the president and the country as a whole?’ He said yes. ‘And do you see any reason for Mr. Mueller’s investigation to be stopped?’ He said no. ‘Do you see any reason for a termination based on cause?’ He said no. ‘Are you committed to making sure Mr. Mueller can finish his job?’ Yes.”

When William Barr had penned a memo stating Robert Mueller had overstepped his authority as Special Counsel in ‘the Russians did it’ false-flag intelligence agency propaganda ruse, Trump took the bait and appointed Barr for the position of Attorney General. But clearly, the ‘witch-hunt’ isn’t going to end. Now, the outstanding questions revolve around how this plays out. Barr will bring the investigation back into a Russophobia focus and away from straying into Trump’s mafia business ties no doubt attested to by Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen, who would know where the skeletons are.

This points to possibility there will be a ‘deal made’ where the investigation drops Trump’s corrupt business past and Trump agrees to pardon parties on both sides of the caper (read Brennan); to secure the vote he needs to avoid conviction in the Senate, because from this vantage point it would appear impeachment is going forward. Then, Senator Graham’s Evangelical clique stabs the orange-haired orangutongue in the back and elevates the ‘Never Trump’ Republican guard clique’s choice to be President, that is Mike Pence. Trump has the dirt he needs to avoid resigning but he doesn’t know how to use it when up against an intelligence agency ‘playing for keeps.’ By this time it would be too late, because he’s no longer president from moment of conviction by the Senate and it is a game of ‘he-said-she-said’ with Trump no longer possessed of the authority to declassify the incriminating documents that should send Mueller and team to jail.

For those who are bilingually challenged, Pig Latin’s ‘ufusday ersonpay’ translates ‘dufus person’, a circumstantial but apropos sobriquet for Trump, who is playing out of his league. Yeah, they actually do come dumber than the ‘folk’ at Langley, where crass intrigue to incompetent implosion is the clandestine operational outcome as often as not.

The left ones think I’m [on the] right, the right [wing] ones think I’m wrong -Leon Russell

To start, my message of what’s happening that’s important in its bearing on the new year, the USA animus towards Russia and all of its implications, we begin in a historical context with this screenshot naming the author of a patent lie:

Mueller_Lockerbie - 1

Insofar as 2018 stories, of the several geopolitical events of considerable importance, in my estimation it is the deep state’s Robert Mueller role-as-mole or charade as ‘special counsel’ should draw the necessary attention to underline the so-called ‘Trumanite’ network embedded in the USA’s security structures. Of the MANY exposures (in the public domain) of this man as a fraud devoted to what amounts to an anti-constitutional order that has stepped itself up and above the rule of law, there are three that stand out to degree to disqualify him as anything other than corrupt; 1) in his role as deputy attorney general during the Bush 41 administration, Robert Mueller headed up the USA end of the Lockerbie investigation that was later exposed by a Chief of Scots police as a frame-up of Libya due to false evidence and testimony provided by the USA, 2) it was Robert Mueller had been exposed by a United States Senate investigation (that was never acted on) showing the United States Department of Justice sandbagged the criminal case against Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) and subsequently 3) it was Robert Mueller’s FBI for a decade refused to arrest a serial killer, Enrique Prado, despite more than ample evidence (a proverbial ‘mountain’ of evidence) provided to the Department of Justice by both state and federal law enforcement.

The common thread in these events? It is the Central Intelligence Agency. The USA end of the Lockerbie investigation was tied to false physical evidence planted by the CIA and the FBI provided the ‘expert’ testimony of Thomas Thurman (exposed as a fraud) upholding the same under Robert Mueller’s watch, BCCI was all about the CIA’s Iran-Contra international arms and narcotics money laundering investigation Mueller worked to contain (damage control) and Enrique Prado is not only a serial killer responsible for multiple drug cartel related murders that Mueller’s FBI failed to act on, but also happens to double as a high ranking CIA official who moved on to Blackwater where the CIA’s own contract killings became outsourced (Prado remains free & has never been prosecuted.) Of the many instance of Robert Mueller’s dirty work for CIA, these three cases are remarkable for the fact they are reasonably indisputable. [1], [2], [3]

It follows, when Robert Mueller is assigned to support ‘the Russians did it’ forgone conclusion at the trial by Western media, it demands investigation of Mueller’s endeavors and it cannot come as a surprise there are numerous, major holes in ‘the Russians did it’ story replete with CIA fingerprints (Bruce & Nellie Ohr, Fusion GPS and Crowdstrike.) It follows, these are the 2018 ronaldthomaswest.com stories that bear on what will follow in the new year:

These preceding stories concern a social poison that could morph into WWIII when you think about in certain terms; The USA’s deep state/intelligence agencies framing Russia as a criminal with (excuse me) ‘trumped up’ charges is not like falsely accusing your local rival mobster. The difference is tremendous and what is frightening is, the small mentalities who believe they can produce a stool pigeon, e.g. Christopher Steele, to give false testimony and expect the result will be a conviction, are creating a very big problem for all of us, because you cannot simply lock Russia up … and the falsely convicted are not prone to be especially friendly towards their prosecutors. When the Russians see opportunity to rectify this injustice, because the perpetrators almost certainly will never admit their fraud, likely result will not be pretty. You and I dear reader, could pay for that. In a more radical scenario, with continuing pressure and tensions piled on, everyone could pay. Sans bullshit happy greetings, welcome to 2019.

Relevant to the CIA’s vested interest in ‘the Russian’s did it’ information operation pursued by Robert Mueller, here is my related, thumbnail metadata history of false-flag terrorism as pursued by the liberal democracies intelligence agencies…

Moving on, 2018 is remarkable for the fact I’d finally jelled my personal philosophy into print in the English language. This was exceptionally difficult because the pre-Western civilization that has shaped my views is not conducive to translation to Western thought and language per se. In fact I’m prepared to state almost all past anthropological endeavors in this regard are hopelessly flawed, especially those stemming from so-called ‘native studies’ programs (and their academic progeny) for the fact color of skin creates a pseudo or deceptive perception of validity. ‘Native studies’ is a politically correct euphemism for Western anthropology dressed up in red skins in a society which seems hopelessly trapped into lying to itself. Here is my attempted work-around:

My modest blog’s projected performance for 2018: 116 hits daily (on average for a bit under 3,500 per month.) This is up from 2017, but 2014 had been a stronger year, due to Ron Unz linking his assessment of the MH17 false-flag Malaysian airliner shoot-down over Novorossiya (the Donbass area of Ukraine) to my assessment of that same event.

Started in mid-2012, following Alternet discontinuing (and eventually deleting) my ‘soapbox’ blog, ronaldthomaswest.com began to get a bit of traction in 2013, with 2014 the blog’s strongest year, pulling in 45,000 hits. 2015 had about 40,000 (a lingering effect of Ron Unz linking to the MH17 piece), 2016 was at 26,000, 2017 bumped up to 36,500 views and 2018 is up to just over 42,000 reads. Over the lifespan of this blog, we are nearing 200,000 hits.

Alfreda Bikowsky and the Definition of Stupid, lampooning CIA renditions to torture with real statistics, is the most steadily read article over time (since it had been published in December 2014), and has consistently gained on the MH17 assessment and is this site’s most popular and enduring satire. As things stand, it is on track to become this sites all time most read piece in 2019.

The following ‘top ten’ are not all published in 2018 but were the most read for the year. The numbers are probably a bit higher than reflected in these stats as of 26 December; as there are approximately 3,000 reads for 2018 in the category ‘homepage/archives’ some of which probably are hits of articles in the following list. Amazingly, works in relation to my Native American experiences are the top two.

Finally, I continue to hold that sheer numbers are not necessarily the best marker for a blogs importance, who reads can be as important or more important. In regards to this, greetings to the spooks, some of you I admire and know, others I despise but nevertheless know you read here (and know who some of you are.)

I am rerunning this piece for the fact of how it relates to so-called ‘special counsel’ Robert Mueller, a long time deep state operative. Like him or despise him, Trump is not the point. The point is our system is corrupted to the core, influenced by multiple, often times competing, criminal actors, and is unstable and dangerous.

Anyone wishing for a glimpse of irrefutable evidence the USA’s Department of Justice, and its satellite Federal Bureau of Investigation, have been corrupted/co-opted by the Central Intelligence Agency, need look no further than Robert Mueller’s failure to act, when FBI Director, on the case of Enrique Prado, a drug cartel serial killer whose concurrent career had been high-level official at CIA. It follows, appointing Mueller “Special Counsel” in a case where Western liberal democracies’ intelligence agencies are implicated (MI6/CIA, Fusion GPS, et al) is brilliantly cynical.

Why has Enrique Prado never been prosecuted? How is it three consecutive FBI Directors, Robert Mueller, James Comey & Christopher Wray, all of them, have let a proven serial killer continue to run free and go on killing? Corruption doesn’t go much deeper than this:

The CIA’s Amazon Books (or how to own a billionaire)

So, how is it a ‘kindle’ e-book detailing the history of a contemporary era CIA assassin is ‘out of print’ at amazon books? Can virtual reality actually have a paper supply problem? Or is it because Jeff Bezos’ amazon (Bezos is amazon’s largest stock-holder & CEO) has a $600,000,000 (six-hundred-million) contract supplying the CIA with ‘cloud’ services?

Small wonder Bezos’ Washington Post is recently the CIA’s preferred street-walker for planting fake news stories even as it had shrieked over ‘fake news.’ Now, going to the banned-at-amazon book:

‘How to Get Away with Murder in America: Drug Lords, Dirty Pols, Obsessed Cops, and the Quiet Man Who Became the CIA’s Master Killer’

^ Enrique Prado (he would be older now, perhaps 60+)

“This is a story that the CIA will not want you to read. It will likely shake your faith in the highest levels of America’s national security establishment. And it will leave you feeling as if you are living not in the United States but in a seedy banana republic where there is no line between the good guys and the bad guys.

“In “How to Get Away with Murder in America,” the celebrated journalist Evan Wright reveals the extraordinary story of Enrique “Ricky” Prado, an alleged killer for a major Miami drug trafficker who was recruited into the CIA. Despite a grand jury subpoena and a mountain of evidence unearthed by a federal task force, Prado was promoted into the agency’s highest echelons and charged with implementing some of the country’s most sensitive post-9/11 counterterrorist operations, including the agency’s secret “targeted assassination unit.” All while staying in close touch with his cocaine-trafficking boss and, evidence suggests, taking part in additional killings for him.

“After Prado retired in 2004 at the rank of SIS-2—the CIA equivalent of a two-star general—he moved to a senior position at Blackwater, the private military contractor, where he continued to run the same, now-outsourced “death squad.” Contrary to government assurances that it was never actually activated, Wright reveals explosive testimony from one of the Blackwater assassins that Prado’s unit was indeed carrying out assigned killings. As a former military intelligence officer told Wright in 2011, “Private contractors are whacking people like crazy over in Afghanistan for the CIA.”

“In “How to Get Away with Murder in America,” Wright discloses never-before-seen federal investigation files and lays out a mind-boggling and ultimately damning indictment of Ricky Prado and the intelligence community that embraced and empowered him. It is the deeply disturbing story of a criminal case abandoned because of CIA intervention, political maneuvering, and possibly corruption. Its cast includes Mafia capos, former U.S. Senator Bob Graham, former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno, Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, former CNN host Rick Sanchez, and Prado’s longtime boss at the CIA and then Blackwater, J. Cofer Black, who is now a “special adviser” to presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Wright also delivers a stunning portrait of Prado’s childhood friend Albert San Pedro, a.k.a. “the Maniac,” the drug lord whom he served for years as loyal bodyguard and enforcer, as well as their longtime nemesis Mike Fisten, the detective who began pursuing them more than two decades ago and still hopes to put them both in prison for murder.

“There are many conspiracies in Wright’s story, all of them unsettling. Did the CIA knowingly hire a suspected murderer with strong ties to drug traffickers? Or was the agency a stooge, infiltrated by an underworld hood described by one investigator as “technically, a serial killer”?

“How to Get Away with Murder in America” is likely to have serious repercussions for the U.S. national security establishment. And it will shake to the core your conceptions of government and justice in America”

Sure it could have “serious repercussions” if it were available. The book was offered for sale at amazon in 2012. Bezos picked up the 600 million ‘private cloud services’ contract with the CIA in 2013:

“Professor Robert McChesney, who has published books dealing with conflicts of interest in the media, for example, also blasted the links. “When the main shareholder in one of the very largest corporations in the world benefits from a massive contract with the CIA on the one hand, and that same billionaire owns the Washington Post on the other hand, there are serious problems””

No shit, Sherlock. And serious problems at amazon. After all, when the CIA comes calling, Bezos wouldn’t want things going wrong and a last sight of Enrique Prado’s silenced pistol presented in a follow-up visit:

“When best-selling author Evan Wright began digging into the hard-to-believe life story of Enrique “Ricky” Prado–a former Miami thug who became a top CIA official–he was told to stay away or risk getting “whacked.” One investigator warned, “You don’t want to f— with this guy.” Wright first learned about Prado while researching American Desperado, his shockingly good book about drug trafficker Jon Roberts. At first, he refused to believe that an alleged hitman and bodyguard for a mobster could become a CIA informant and eventually rise to the top echelons of the U.S. national security and intelligence systems. In this riveting account, Wright says the “two halves of Prado’s life…made no sense.” But through dozens of interviews and thousands of documents, Wright tries to make sense of them. The result is a story of two fiercely loyal Cuban-American childhood pals–Prado and his former cocaine-running boss, Albert “the Maniac” San Pedro–whose kinship lasted throughout Prado’s CIA career. Even as Prado rose to the CIA equivalent of a two-star general, he helped San Pedro with numerous deadly deeds. This is investigative journalism at its best—brave, meticulous, and significant” -Neal Thompson
