Letter to the Serbian Patriarch

Posted on the 1,628th anniversary of Theodosius of Rome passing legislation prohibiting all pagan worship in the empire –

The letter this essay introduces, goes to the subject of the differing social psychology of the Orthodox and Western Christian worlds; where perceptions are impacted by the actual and imagined actions of others.

The Orthodox world does (in this reporter’s estimation) extend a much greater trust to those adversaries it must negotiate with; for the simple fact of a principle of ‘unity’ or perhaps better said, a lesser focus on the individual with a greater focus on the larger social good. This primacy of a consolidated belief that contracts (say what you mean and mean what you say) will be honestly negotiated and should honored stems from a very different perception of this world than that of the West in general. This likely stems from an ‘incomplete split’ of the Orthodox psyche where…

[Orthodox priest/scientist/inventor] “Florenskii’s theology reflected a complex, nuanced monism and cosmological integrality. Vseedinstvo [complete unity] was everywhere he looked. The “diversity of the universe, enclosed in unity, indicates a united, free, creative Will.” The source of Truth is unity: “If there is Truth, then it is real rationality and rational reality; it is finite infinity and infinite finiteness, or, – to put it mathematically, – actual infinity; infinite, conceivable as an integral Unity, as a single, complete Subject in itself.” Truth, Good, and Beauty are metaphysically one process, originating from one source: God. For Florenskii, Truth (Istina), defined as action serving God or others, leads to unity, and sin and the absence of truth lead to disunity. Anthropocentric and egoistic action goes against God and destroys unity: “Self-affirmation of the personality, its opposition to God is the source of fragmentation, disintegration of the personality, impoverishment of its inner life; and only love, yes to a certain degree, again brings the personality into unity.” All love – plutonic, familial, and sexual – comes from God. Sin causes the “soul to lose its substantive unity.” “Chastity is simplicity, that is organic unity, or, again, integrity of the personality.” Perversion and an absence of shame are “duality”, “non-unity, non-integrality.” At the same time, sin also has unity if only imaginary in nature: “Sin is unstable in itself. The unity of impurity is imaginary, and the illusory nature of this false unity is revealed as soon as it is forced to come face to face with Good. Uncleanness is one – as long as there is no Pure One, but just the approach of the Pure throws off the mask of unity from it (uncleanness).” “The providence of God and the freedom of creation, being antonyms, constitute one dogma – the dogma of God’s love for creation, which has its basis in the idea of God-Love, that is, of the Divine Trinity.” Bringing reason back in, seemingly, Florenskii regards the study of the “unity of creation” as “the precondition for science.”” [1]

The difference to the Western Christian is stark; where “the dogma of God’s love for creation” is practically unknown & unheard of, rather the rationalized individual’s freedom to plunder (subliminally derived from “the Earth is cursed for thy sake” of Genesis) that has transformed into ‘prosperity gospel’ is emphasized. Indeed, in the annals of the USA, were one to look for a similarity to the unity of Florenskii’s thinking, one should step out of the Western Christian experience to find it; in the Deism of Thomas Paine:

“…in Deism our reason and our belief become happily united. The wonderful structure of the universe, and everything we behold in the system of the creation, prove to us, far better than books can do, the existence of a God, and at the same time proclaim His attributes. It is by the exercise of our reason that we are enabled to contemplate God in His works, and imitate Him in His ways. When we see His care and goodness extended over all His creatures, it teaches us our duty toward each other, while it calls forth our gratitude to Him”

In fact the American Christian nearly universally, ungratefully, demonized and rejected Paine, the philosopher previously credited for America’s success in acquiring independence by motivating the populace to noble thoughts, for his essay “Of The Religion of Deism Compared With the Christian Religion”, from which the preceding paragraph is taken.

Should it, now, surprise anyone, when it is posited the social psychology of Eastern and Western Christianity is fundamentally different? When the Westerner speaks out both sides of his mouth, the typical Easterner can only read one side or the other; when meeting with outstretched hand to greet, the Westerner’s first instinct is to look for the other hand, to discover whether it conceals a knife destined to one’s back; whereas the Easterner takes the outstretched hand as a gesture that should only be met with sincerity, without duplicity. When East meets West, the West takes advantage reflected in the Western cynical folk wisdom “it was like taking candy from a baby.” This is what Russia’s Yeltsen experienced and it is what Russia’s Putin nearly experienced. Now it is Serbia’s experience.

Putin, over the course of his first seven years, extended his hand on multiple occasions, but was met on every occasion with a middle finger or a knife. It was only in his 2007 speech at Munich, Putin stated ‘enough is enough.’ Seven years is a long time to learn the Western geopolitic does not respect its’ agreements and in every interaction where there are not outright insults when rejecting sincerely offered partnership, there will be a concealed knife. [2]

In relation to his unswerving support for Alexandar Vucic, who is in process of surrendering Kosovo with what amounts to negotiating a quit-claim deed concerning the Serbian territory at the international level, the Patriarch appears to upholding contradictions, unless he’d not been presented the facts in a fully informed way. The unkind (Western perception) would be (a subverted monastic mentality) the Patriarch is complicit in the proposed crimes of Vucic but what it actually is, is an inability to comprehend a Serbian president would blatantly lie to the people and the head of Serbia’s Orthodox church, however this thought has two possible tracks; accounting for the possibility Vucic would lie to himself, in Western psychology this is called a “denial mechanism” (which carries the same practical outcome.) This observation derives from, prima facie, conflicting statements of Serbia’s Patriarch:

“”For eight years I have been listening about Vučić’s preparing to betray Kosovo”

“He [the Patriarch] also asked if it made sense to “convict a man for something he did not do, just because some think he will do it.”

“”Vucic has tackled the numerous problems of Kosovo. He has shown himself to be a responsible statesman on many national issues. The citizens gave their opinion on his work in the elections,” [Serbian Patriarch] Irinej told Vecernje Novosti.

“He added that he thinks that Serbs and Albanians should be left to agree on everything on their own without imposing a “solution” in favor of only one side. “In that respect, the United States can play a great and historical role,” the patriarch said” [3]

Clearly the Patriarch does not grasp the duplicitous nature of the USA, also he does not grasp the entire affair Vucic is negotiating with the Americans and Europe has to do with surrendering Serbia’s sovereignty over Kosovo; and if Vucic himself were to claim he was not cognizant of what he is signing away, it should defy belief. Moreover, the Serbian Orthodox position is clarified at the official Serbian Orthodox Church website:

“His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch has said today that the only agreement that the Serbian Orthodox Church accepts is the one in which Kosovo is part of Serbia.

“”That is absolutely the position of the Church, and nothing has changed there. We will still see in which direction the negotiations between the Serbian and Albanian sides are going, we are still getting to know the matter, “said Patriarch Irinej, commenting on the negotiations that took place between Belgrade and Pristina in the previous days” [4]

This could be aggravated by the possibility Vucic himself is not fully informed as to the implications of what he had done (signed the so-called ‘economic normalization’ agreement) in a context of international law. Another practical outcome is (the fact) Vucic has violated the ‘Kosovo clause’ of the Serbian constitution (whether he realizes this or not.) However international law very likely won’t concern itself with this ‘domestic matter’ but will examine the facts of what the duly elected/appointed Serbian officials have conducted in matters of international relations only.

Finally, there is the possibility of information provided to the Patriarch is culled or otherwise curtailed or presented in such a way as to deceive and ultimately shape his perception away from the holistic (aggregate) facts (per Catholic or blackmailed or bought agents of influence within the church.)

But overall, the greatest deficiency is the differing social psychology, where the Eastern perception cannot easily or fluently grasp the depth of the Western duplicity. This should likely be very true for the Patriarch. A kinder interpretation would extend this naivety to Vucic but if this were the case, it should demonstrate his advisors had failed him at every level.

How the social psychology plays out with the majority of Serbians supporting Vucic is profoundly different to that of the Western democratic tradition; Serbia, very similar to Russia, had precisely ZERO Western democratic tradition prior the end of the Twentieth Century and in fact both peoples are conditioned to authoritarian regimes based in a principled unity, this is literally recorded into the Serbian genetic memory. Vucic behaves as a king, and the Serbian people behave as though Vucic were indeed a king. It is ingrained in the DNA. When Vucic appoints ministers, they behave as Dukes & Lords and the people largely accept this. The Russians are lucky, their Tsar Putin is an enlightened despot with the best interests of the Russian people at the core of his being. He keeps his Dukes & Lords on a leash, they cannot loot Russia with impunity, that door of opportunity for the most ill behaved oligarchs (Dukes & Lords) was slammed shut in the year 2000. Putin the man understands his people’s psychology and he has played the (fraught with danger) intrigues of court quite well. Meanwhile, Serbia cannot afford a King Yeltsin; Yeltsin did not, most likely actually could not, grasp the depth of the Western evil that had extended its’ hand to him, and his Dukes & Lords possessed no self restraint. The West could not swallow & digest Russia quickly enough to get away with it, the proposed feast was too large. The necessity of Serbia finding competent leadership is even more compelling; as Western corporate neo-colonialism aggressively moves to swallow & digest what it actually fears in a paradox of subliminal psychology; the unity principle in Orthodoxy opposed to individualism.

“Revelation” in real time has been noted on many occasions in the simple, uneducated Orthodox Serb villager, as opposed to the perfectly psychotic ‘visions’ (manipulations) of the mass psychology in Western Christianity.

In respect to this, it should be noted the Orthodox (unlike Rome) did not burn alive everyone daring to express the intuitive intelligence resembling the oracles of paganism. In the West, the genetic memory (potential) indicative of intuitive skill born of the Universe’s unity principle had been largely stamped out. The resultant Western ‘split’ became irrevocable; beyond the Heavens and Earth, this split separated the hemispheres of the human brain to the micro-level, and points to a final, literal, dis-integration.

The ultimate fallacy of this Cartesian-Platonic ‘objective’ reality (one example only) is demonstrated in the inability of the Western scientist to grasp the simple progression of the events that had shaped him; beginning with a world of ‘unity intelligence’ denied by Plato, Plato’s adoption by Western Christianity and the consequent necessary schism that had to manifest with Plato’s uncompromising divorce of intuitive intelligence from ‘practical’ matters (logos), leading to an individualism so severe that a newly discovered & unnatural atheism eloped with Western science; becoming a mind-set so extreme that, when a brilliant mind shaped by a culture not yet divested of its’ unity intelligence points his thinking to what had been (in ancient era) the obvious, what will the Western scientific canon do with demonstrable evidence its’ culture is not compatible with its’ pretensions of ‘empirical’ understanding of our experience? (and certainly not compatible with actual reality.) Vitaly Vanchurin, a theoretical physicist, in his paper “The World as a Neural Network” proposes:

“We discuss a possibility that the entire universe on its most fundamental level is a neural network…” [5]

I suppose it should not come as a surprise it would be a Russian, shaped in his intelligence by a culturally inculcated principle of unity, that would explore physics in this direction. But should it be so shocking if it were to be discovered the Human brain simply mirrored (is an organic model of) the universe?

But my own take would be the likely related fascination with unity in Orthodoxy has its roots in pre-Christian beliefs, again noting the Orthodox church, unlike Rome, did not burn alive everyone manifesting intuitive intelligence resembling pagan beliefs. My observation, living in Serbia, is the Orthodox Serb villager is often pagan in custom if not name. And it is herein lie the root of the Western animus to the Orthodox Slav, a subliminal, deep, psychological terror of a unity principle that should reveal the greater Western culture is, in and of itself, incompatible with its’ pretensions.

Hypocrisy never sensed itself so vulnerable. How should the Orthodox Slav meet the problem of confronted with a fear so penetrating & abiding, the West must feel compelled to destroy every manifestation of that which is self-aware in a principle of unity? A Serbian King who cannot expertly ponder this question is worse than without value, for the simple fact ‘the long game’ of the West is the Orthodox of the Balkans will be subverted to Eastern Rite Catholicism, little different to the ‘Catholicized’ (Eastern Rite Catholic answering to Rome) Ruthenian of Western Ukraine (‘gifting the world’ with a legacy of Stephan Bandera’s SS Galacian & the subsequent Nazis of the 2014 Maidan in Kiev.)

If the West has its’ way in these matters, after the first indigenous generation of Western educated Serbs rise to power in Serbia, there will be no one left to read this essay with a deep understanding; already demonstrated by those Serbians colonized/co-opted into the western canon of knowledge at foreign university who no longer can feel unity, taste unity, or know the social aroma of unity, for the fact they have no avenue (mental capacity) to ‘enter’ unity, and the true Serb mentality consequently can only be viewed negatively in their drive to enter the EU.

We already see this phenomena manifest in Prime Minister Brnabic, the American and British educated (BBA diploma of the Northwood University and MBA of the University of Hull) Brnabic has been tied to various consulting companies implementing USAID policies in Serbia (recalling USAID’s history as an umbrella for several organizations promoting color revolution.) Would Brnabic be a willing and/or complicit intelligence agency asset? She doesn’t need to be, Western mentality has co-opted her mind via education and she is consequently perfect material for unwitting manipulation. She will be used accordingly:

“The government I am proposing is pro-European”

“The prime minister-designate said it was important for her to stress how pro-European the new government was.

“”Our task is to accelerate the process of European integration in the coming period. Changing the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia in the field of justice is a necessary step in further strengthening the rule of law and further harmonization with the European acquis and European standards,” she said.

“She announced support for changes to the Constitution in the field of justice.

“”In the previous mandate, the Government of Serbia, after extensive public consultations that lasted a little over 18 months, as well as consultations and support of the Venice Commission, sent an initiative to the Assembly to change the Constitution so that our society has a judiciary that is independent of any influence. We will continue to support changes to the Constitution in the area of justice in order to find the best solutions for our legal system,” she said.

“She points out that it is important for our society to have a judiciary that is independent of all political influences, but also much more efficient and responsible towards citizens.

“Regulating media sphere

“When it comes to the media sphere, the Media Strategy for the period until 2025 was adopted, she reminds.

“The government, she says, did the job in partnership with media and journalists’ associations, whose representatives made up half of the members of the Working Group for drafting the Media Strategy.

“According to Brnabić, the transparency and inclusiveness of the whole process were supported by partners from the OSCE Mission to Serbia, the EU Delegation to Serbia, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.

“She adds that the same working group continued to work on the Action Plan for the implementation of the strategy, which, as she points out, will be one of the first documents on the agenda of the new government” [6]

What we have here (the cynical western perception or ‘knife held behind the back’) appears to be Vucic, who ‘lip services’ the Slav ethic, assuages the Patriarch and makes friendly noises in the direction of Russia, has handed the ‘dirty work’ of European integration to Brnabic. The afore-mentioned OSCE is penetrated by Western intelligence to point of poisoning the entire organization, the EU Delegation speaks for the EU’s primary or controlling power (that would be Germany) and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation is nothing short of a LITERALLY Nazi infected front for the German foreign intelligence service Bundesnachrichtendienst. [7]

In fact this is identical direction the USA is pushing for, per the American Embassy’s website mission statement concerning Serbia:

“As U.S. Ambassador, Anthony F. Godfrey leads the U.S. Government’s efforts to advance its partnership with Serbia, expand economic prosperity, and assist Serbia’s efforts for European integration. It is in the strategic interest of the United States that Serbia develops as a modern, democratic, and prosperous European nation that is at peace with its neighbors and demonstrates full respect for the rule of law and rights of its citizens. Helping our Serbian partners to strengthen their democratic institutions, protect the rights of members of minority communities, combat corruption, and improve media freedom are key areas for Ambassador Godfrey and his team. Supporting Serbia’s goal of EU membership and regional stability by promoting the normalization of relations between Pristina and Belgrade is a top priority for Ambassador Godfrey” [8]

In fact Godfrey’s decades career as an embassy “political officer” leaves little room to doubt his is the USA Department of State’s Siamese twin Central Intelligence Agency role in a senior capacity; perhaps better stated, likely the top CIA official in Belgrade, following on:

“He [Godfrey] served from 2015 to 2019 as Political Minister Counselor, and then Deputy Chief of Mission, at U.S. Embassy Moscow, Russia”

Could (the kinder view) Vucic be so naive a Slav mentality as to be utterly unaware of the treasonous (to the Orthodox Slav mentality) dynamic he has trapped himself in? It’s theoretically possible, Yeltsin was apparently so naive, but this must be doubted in the case of Vucic, whose many conversations with the Russians following the Yeltsin era (Putin & Lavrov, particularly) should have disabused him of any such innocence. However the innocence of Serbian Patriarch is plausibly a different matter:

Letter to the Serbian Patriarch

Dear Office of the Honorable Serbian Patriarch

I am a non-Orthodox father of Serbian citizen children. I am not a Christian but hold a profound respect for the historical Jesus. My beliefs are shaped in a pre-Columbian (pre-Christian) Native American tradition, a tradition nearly extinguished by the Western church (Catholicism, particularly.) Consequently, I approach Christianity with caution, because my cultural shaping cannot reconcile many of the admirable principles Jesus had taught with contrary acts construed to be ‘Christian.’

In Europe, I have discovered ‘truth’ is often a malleable thing, particularly in relation to geopolitics. The prima facie result appears to be ‘truth’ is often presented in ways that are not clean; whether partial truths, or alternatively stated, misaligned facts presented that actually become deceits. These deceits might stem from human frailties of psychology (e.g. self deceits) or derive from more perverse source; servicing a lower temporal nature.

It is my present opinion (as my understanding of the Orthodox church grows) that the church in the East should never become so cynical as that headquartered at Rome; where my perception as a past intelligence professional leads me to believe certain recent events in Montenegro indicate (at least in part) a Rome initiated gambit pointed towards an attempted targeting this region of the Orthodox church with the long term aim of converting the Montenegrin Orthodox faithful into Eastern Rite Catholics. But I digress from the point of my writing to you today. This immediate (preceding) point is made simply to say if I see Catholicism as duplicitous and corrupt (I do), I presently entertain no animosity towards Orthodoxy. Rome would have burned alive the Serb villagers for certain habits stemming from ancient times (our native experience had been similar to this) and it is to the credit of Orthodoxy this has not been the case in Serbia. I sincerely thank you for this, on behalf of my Serbian children.

This message is not to intended to criticize Orthodoxy, even if there were philosophical elements possibly we would never agree upon; for instance I have shaped my children in the direction of secular ethics but also intend they will have a sympathetic understanding of Orthodoxy in a Serbian historical context. My own belief is, having lived outside the laws of Judeo-Christian monotheism, I expect I will be judged according to my life in the awareness of my understanding of our creator, ‘The Great Mystery’, no man can fathom; except to know it is better to be good than bad, honest dealings with our fellow man & truthful reporting are the correct road to follow, and at the end, it is better to die than to compromise one’s ethics and cleanliness of one’s mind. In this regard, it should be noted our native teaching “you have to correct your mistakes” requires forgiveness can only manifest after self-correction; the one cannot precede the other. This lived (original native philosophy) demands some compromises are never to be entertained because it is better to surrender one’s life rather than indelibly dirty the clean light of one’s spirit. It is in this frame of thinking we meditate.

Now to the point of this communication; concerning Alexandar Vucic and his recent (September) trip to Washington, DC. I fear your offices have been misinformed, misled or have in some great sense misunderstood the chicanery the Americans engaged in. What President Vucic signed was in fact a de facto capitulation per the rule of reciprocity in international law.

I admire the Serbian Patriarch’s demand repatriation of Kosovo’s displaced Serb population must be the 1st point addressed prior to discussion of any other issue; yet there remains a great danger in any misapprehension of the “Economic Normalization” agreement President Vucic signed. I could not imagine there would be a developing circumstance of the child shouting “The emperor has no clothes!” but in fact any competent lawyer (with courage) should be able to effect the point of this folk wisdom. It should be better to self-correct in this regard than to experience a greater humiliation.

If in August I had thought ‘Serbia could do much worse than Alexandar Vucic’, in October my thinking is Alexandar Vucic should have done much better for Serbia. The American charlatans had tricked him like a child.

The Logic Behind The American Vote

‘The Donald’ (super-narcissist) Trump, whose real estate empire was built on the back of organized crime sleaze (the Roy Cohn factor) out-maneuvered Democrat & Never Trump Republican alike in the 2016 election cycle, winning with the electoral college loophole, sparing us a President Killary but brought his own murderous baggage along for the ride; necessarily performing political fellatio on the hardcore Christian right & fundamentalist (Coe cult’s) Mike ‘Israel can do no wrong’ Pence Evangelical base, and Pence aligned Pentagon generals (closet anti-constitutional theocrats) anticipating literal Armageddon. If this crew wins reelection, a ‘recalcitrant’ Trump would be pushed aside (perhaps disposed of by MOSSAD) en-route to pulling the trigger on Iran; which might happen anyway if he loses, during that period quaintly describing a ‘lame (but nevertheless nuclear armed) duck.’

This preceding has seen Republican state and county political apparatus dis-enrolling Democrat voters by every known trick in the book. Show up to vote and discover (in countless cases) you’re not registered anymore:

On the ‘other side of the aisle’, literally “dead” people from New York to Florida are voting for a mentally decrepit slime-bag of corruption, that is Joe Biden, which would shortly morph into a Kamala Harris presidency that will make the USA into a model gulag necessary to sustain empire (nevertheless doomed to fail.) Kamala is the majority corporate boards’ choice and (the neoliberal faction at) CIA’s favorite. With Harris, political corruption goes from exceeding the speed of sound to hyper-sonic, the police state goes on steroids, the USA doubles down on ‘regime change’ across the globe (y’all know the score, the pipeline(i)stan brothels should only ‘service’ USA approved clients) and RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA! is ostensibly the greatest (an absolute political lie) evil on the planet.

Inevitably, it is a mere matter of the USA’s demise being fast & painful (Trump-Pence) or slower & maybe even more painful (Biden-Harris.)

There is no ‘lesser evil’, a vote for either is a vote for sewer rats of evil.

In the following weeks and years, if the USA violently begins tearing itself apart on a large scale, eventually making the recent Balkans wars look like a school-yard spat, given the preceding circumstance, this should surprise no one. These people are leaders? What joke could stink more than this:

The MH17 was brought down over six years ago. John Helmer, with others, has compiled a book on the farce that has attended the pursuit of cause and culprits. Australia’s involvement is peculiarly both integral and marginal.

Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was brought down over Eastern Ukraine on 17 July 2014. All 298 people on board lost their lives – including 196 Dutch, 43 Malaysians and 38 Australian.

Overseen by the Dutch, a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was established in August 2014, formally comprising personnel from the Netherlands. Ukraine, Australia and Belgium. Malaysia itself was not admitted to the JIT until late November, reputedly because of its scepticism towards the Ukrainian version of the cause of the shoot-down and who was responsible.

Before anybody had inspected the site, that line was that Russia and/or pro-Russian rebels against Kiev did it. The weapon was a Buk ground-to-air missile, the launcher brought in from Russia and returned after the dirty deed.

The JIT investigation and Dutch court case is effectively a Dutch-Ukrainian affair. As Helmer et.al (henceforth Helmer) note, Ukraine possesses the ‘right as a JIT member to veto what is investigated, what is disclosed, who to convict’ (Ch.6). Belgium (4 nationals dead) is out of picture. Australia is both inside and outside the tent.

Site material reclaimed is partial, and evidence is spotty. Ukrainian air traffic control data have not been released. However, two forms of evidence, Australian-linked, appears to be atypically decisive, at least in a negative sense.

Helmer (Ch.6): ‘Two reports by Australian coronial investigators, David Ranson, a pathologist from the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine (VIFM) and Iain West, deputy coroner for the state of Victoria, have revealed the cause of death of the victims, ruling out shrapnel from an exploding Buk missile warhead. The first Ranson-West report, released in November 2014, [is outlined] here. A second report, eight pages in length and written by Ranson, followed a month later. This was sent to the Victorian State Coroner, Judge Ian Gray. …

‘To date, the consensus identification of the external blast source is a point to the left of the aircraft, forward of the left wing. … The record by [Dutch pathologist George] Maat’s Australian team members at [Dutch military base] Hilversum is that no Buk detonation could have taken place without filling the bodies of passengers on the left (port), forward side of the cabin, but the evidence of the bodies shows this didn’t happen.’

The Ranson report was released to victims’ families, discussed with the Australian Federal Police, and to select others. Ranson and West also spoke on the matter at the Asia-Pacific Coroners Society Conference in Melbourne on 14 November. However the material has subsequently been classified. Why?

The sister of the Malaysian MH17 pilot went to Halversum to inspect her brother’s body. She claimed that (Ch.8) ‘she had seen a film of his body and had been told by investigators there were no shrapnel or bullet wounds’. Her response was deflected in the Dutch media.

The Abbott government was in place. Prime Minister Tony Abbott and Foreign Minister Julie Bishop had a priori opinions on whodunnit (Chs.8 & 9). In early November, Abbott claimed: ‘“We were given very strong security advice [that is, from the Americans] in the days following the atrocity as to the type of weapon, as to the place from where the weapon was fired and as to the likely prominence of the weapon and there’s been nothing since then to question that original security advice.”’

Their interests ran contrary to the information that Coroner Gray had in his possession. Abbott, titular Rhodes Scholar, had trouble reconciling his will, impetuous, with the forensic evidence produced by Australian specialists.

According to former Army officer James Brown in 2016, Abbott had initially offered to send Australian troops to control the crash site. Brown is Malcolm Turnbull’s son-in-law and apparent conduit for Turnbull’s exposé of Cabinet activity. Abbott then willingly brought Australia into an American-hatched idea to send Dutch and Australian troops (of which 3,000) into Eastern Ukraine (Ch.18), with logistic support from others. Germany said it’s not on; the Dutch then said it’s unrealistic. But Abbott had the Australian military and security establishment in knots even after the potential European partners had pulled the plug.

Malcolm Turnbull became Prime Minister in September 2015, bringing his own brand of ambiguity to the fog. Turnbull promised the victims’ families action to find and prosecute those responsible, wanted to blame the Russians, yet was more circumspect than Abbott. Turnbull declined to issue certification as to the crash’s cause that would open the way for the Australian government to pay compensation to the families under the Supporting Australian Victims of Terrorism Overseas Act.

There was another source of dissidence from Australian specialists. The Dutch Safety Board, officially responsible for investigations, had quickly (with Ukrainian and American governments’ support) attributed the aircraft’s demise to a Buk missile. Yet the senior figure in the Australian contingent, the AFP’s Detective Superintendent Andrew Donoghue, urged caution. Helmer notes (Ch.14), citing Donoghue before a Victorian Coroners Court hearing 15 December 2015, ‘“initial information that the aircraft was shot down by a [Buk] surface to air missile” did not meet the Australian or international standard of evidence’.

In court, the forensic pathologist repeated conclusions contained in his late 2014 reports that no ‘distinctive pre-formed’ metal fragments had been found in the two CT scans of the Australian victim bodies.

Donoghue also noted that, courtesy of secret Australian government negotiations with Novorussian leaders, his Australian team had belatedly gained access to the crash site, in the face of Ukrainian government-enforced restrictions. Donoghue reported that some potential witnesses who had come forward refused to testify unless provided protection from Kiev reprisals.

Bizarrely, Deputy Coroner West’s judgment defied the evidence before him from Donoghue and Ranson, claiming that the Dutch Safety Board had it right in determining that a Russian Buk missile had caused the MH17’s destruction. This in spite of the fact that West’s name is attached to the first Ranson report of November 2014 which (with the second December report) notes the absence of metal fragments in the bodies that a Buk missile warhead would have produced.

In March 2017, then Attorney General George Brandis delivered to Prime Minister Turnbull advice that there remains (Helmer) ‘insufficient evidence of what and who caused the MH17 crash to meet the Australian statutory test of a terrorist act’ (Ch.21). Apart from attribution of guilt to culprits, there is the necessity to prove malicious intent.

Several days previously, the Ukrainian government (Helmer) ‘had applied to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to convict Russia of financing, arming and aiding terrorist acts, including the destruction of MH17’. Australian legal opinion thus undermined the Ukrainian government’s move, as well as the Joint Investigation Team’s renewed claim in September 2016 (Ch.18) that the Russians and the Ukrainian rebels reliant on them were responsible. The Dutch and Ukrainians aren’t listening.

Yet Turnbull continued to publicly blame Russia. On 5 March, the Sydney Morning Herald reported Turnbull, in the context of a stoush with Senator Pauline Hanson, thus:

‘But Mr Turnbull said there was no doubt Russia was involved in the 2014 “murder”. “Vladimir Putin’s Russia is subject to international sanctions, to which Australia is a part, because of his conduct in shooting down the MH17 airliner in which 38 Australians were killed. Let’s not forget that,” he said. “That was a shocking international crime. Vladimir Putin’s Russia is not, and should not be, an object of admiration in any respect.”’

Turnbull was wearing two hats – one as lawyer, the other as politician.

Part Three of Helmer’s book (‘The standard of proof’) is devoted to the Dutch prosecutor’s absence of proof. Part Four is devoted to the trial of four accused individuals – three Russians and a Ukrainian – amidst disdain for the absence of proof, involving a travesty of Dutch law itself.

The farcical character of the proceedings has been ignored in the Australian media. The Sydney Morning Herald (SMH) is representative.

The SMH did report (8 March 2020) the disgust of the Russian Ambassador to Australia at the lack of evidence for the ‘official’ accusations of Russian guilt.

The SMH also gave voice to one Jerry Skinner (27 May 2018), an American lawyer, flamboyantly seeking victim family clients to sue first Malaysia then the innately evil Russians for their murderous act. Skinner claims to have ‘helped negotiate $2.7 billion from the Libyan government to compensate families of victims of the Lockerbie air disaster’. Given that the Libyans were not responsible for this atrocity (see Helmer’s Ch.25), Skinner’s talents are evidently remarkable. Helmer deals with Skinner and his litigious law firm in Chs.16 & 23.

The bulk of SMH coverage of the MH17 crash and the investigatory and legal aftermath has been carried by successive London-based correspondents Nick Miller and Bevan Shields. Miller and Shields have dutifully repeated the Western correct line without deviation.

What and who to believe? The detached Australian might ask, how could Dutch authorities be engaged in skulduggery? Aren’t the Dutch a decent and progressive people?

Well not quite. As is noted of the MH17 book’s co-author: Max van der Werff, he ‘began his career as a citizen journalist investigating the torture of civilians by the Dutch colonial administration during the Indonesian war for independence’.

As legal academic Ramses Wessels reported in 2008, the Netherlands opportunistically abandoned its previous neutrality in joining NATO in 1949. Wessels notes: ‘During the Cold War, the Netherlands proved to be an active and loyal member of the Alliance, which allowed for a much larger role in international affairs than its size would justify.’ Ah, punching above their weight – where have we heard that before?

The Netherlands continues its allegiance to what has become, following the fall of the Soviet Union, a transparently criminal organisation.

As for the economy, the opportunistic Netherlands has probably been the second biggest beneficiary after Germany of the European Union and its exploitative hierarchy. Not content with its perennial trade surplus, the Netherlands has turned itself into a tax haven at the heart of the EU (documented meticulously by Gabriel Zucman), that status becoming particularly attractive to trans-border European companies (such as Airbus and Peugeot/Fiat).

In short, predictably, the Netherlands has no principles, only interests. And thus it is with the MH17 show trial.

In the meantime, the victims’ families are treated as mere pawns in a brutal revamping of the Cold War, with the post-coup Ukraine dictating terms via the seemingly respectable Dutch court system. It is a phenomenon beneath contempt. You’ll have to read Helmer et.al because you won’t read about it in the Australian MSM.

When The Buck Stops Nowhere

This piece begins with an asymmetrical question to the subject of taking (or imposing) responsibility for disaster; why is it Europe worships its biggest losers? Because the collective memory of any given (European, includes its colonial progeny) society constitutes a state of denial or refusal to take responsibility for colossal mistakes? Recalling…

History is the lie commonly agreed upon” -Voltaire

…and considering Voltaire was French, we can, by way of introduction to the following essay, simply point out Napoleon was a multiple loser, several times on a grand scale, who’d drained France of both: blood & treasure. Despite the destruction of the ‘Grande Armée’ (380,000 dead French empire soldiers solely due to Napoleon’s Russia campaign) and ultimate defeat at Waterloo, Napoleon is regarded as ‘great.’ WTF. Fewer, if any, created greater mischief for France than Napoleon. Following on Russia, it was Britain finally imposed responsibility on a greatly weakened France.

As well, then we have aftermath. Napoleon was responsible for the initial unity of several German principalities that ultimately led to the modern German state, and, with his ‘Napoleonic Code’ imposed upon these, introduced the idea of a ‘uniform education’ that, shortly after, inspired Prussia to (with Rules!, Obey!) educate all future Germans into Prussian mentalities and we know what that blessed France with, only a short century later, WWI & ‘pause’ WWII.

But, let us not forget, concerning the two ‘great’ colonizing powers (empires), Britain & France, the greater mischief had been wrought by Britain. The recipe had been straightforward and simple; as England had devolved away from real democratic principles (bloated from the corruption of empire), it had baked up what looks like…

…or in the modern idiom:

Empty the jails and lunatic asylums of Britain into the American colonies, add in Europe’s (as a whole) banished religious fanatics (Calvinists, especially) and stir it all into a hybrid vigor that became today’s American empire. Who will be held responsible for the world’s superpower run by hyper-criminal lunatics (and religious fanatics) that have dispensed with the rule of law except for a fraudulent pretense; where those accountable to constitutional principles are suborned into ‘color of law’ applied like make-up on a corpse (of a thoroughly dead republic.)

What the preceding definition misses is, these days, it is a common occurrence for suborned American politicians to pass, and rank political animals (judges) to uphold, laws so far outside the scope of their constitutional authority, it is difficult to recognize the reality with even the most twisted (honest) caricature.

“Rule of Law”, the very essence of any notion of accountability, should not be ‘Color of Law’ on steroids, where no-one assumes responsibility for the crimes of empire but in fact that is where the USA is arrived at. [3]

It is in this environment or pretense of law, an incredible charade is playing out concerning so-called ‘Russiagate’ where no one party will take responsibility for a web of deceit so tangled, it resembles nothing so much as the habitat of a Black Widow:

The Questions No One Asks

1) How is it when Pompeo left the CIA, to become Trump’s Secretary of State, a Russiagate principal, Gina Haspel, CIA Chief-of-Station in London when the phony Steele Dossier was concocted, and up to her neck in other aspects of the attempted take-down of Trump, was the name put forward for Trump to nominate as Pompeo’s CIA replacement? Who was responsible for putting a #1 enemy of Trump forward for Trump to nominate to become boss at the CIA? Why didn’t Pompeo tip Trump to Haspel’s ‘hands on’ dedication to sabotaging his campaign? Why on Earth would Trump nominate a CIA Director that not only has a vested interest in Russiagate ‘damage control’ but has sucked Trump deeper into the patently false Russia animus? [4], [5], [6], [7]

2) It would appear the Mueller probe was more about setting up ‘patsies’ than getting to the bottom of what actually happened. Now that any attempt to hang ‘responsibility’ for Russiagate on 2nd tier bureaucrats (e.g. Peter Strzok, Lisa Page et al) is slipping away, who is next? Killary, who took the abandoned Russiagate project from ‘Never Trump’ Republicans and breathed new life into it? The point of the Durham investigation is clearly ongoing damage control, and here is where the web smells to high heaven: (when still President), Obama himself was briefed on Russiagate with (then) CIA Director Brennan and (then) FBI Director Comey present. Now, the real rub: Attorney General William Barr and Gina Haspel are sleeping together with John Durham in a probe run by a pro (Durham) with a who’s who résumé of damage control for CIA including CIA destruction of interrogation tapes and wider CIA torture. Appointed by a Bush Jr Attorney General, Michael Mukasey, in a previous stint (stunt) concerning the crimes of Haspel, Durham ‘investigated’ (sandbagged the investigation of) Haspel and torture in 2008 and found no grounds for prosecution. [8], [9], [10], [11]

3) Does anyone else recall William Barr, who began his career as a CIA analyst and liaison to Congress, was Bush (41) Attorney General during the CIA’s Iran-Contra damage control efforts, as well, it smells to high heaven he worked for the former CIA Director GHW Bush presidency during the FBI sabotage of the Boys Town pedophilia investigation which reached all the way to the White House. [12], [13]

4) Finally, insofar as CIA ‘personalities’ involved, the biographical indicators tied to Obama that media, both alternative & mainstream, won’t touch with a proverbial ‘ten foot pole’ … why the strong profile indicating Obama had been a CIA asset for the entirety of his adult life? Son of an American intelligence officer, Ann Dunham, Obama worked for the long time CIA front company, Business International Corporation, prior to his community service & political career, and plausibly performed covert work for the intelligence community throughout his career, including a strong indication he’d been assigned to penetrate the anti-imperialism politic & community activism of Jeremiah Wright:

“Business International has a long association with the world of intelligence, covert actions, and attempts to penetrate the radical left — including Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)” [14], [15]

Obama, the CIA instructed snitch? Well, why not? The profiling fits, topped off with a presidential history 180 degrees opposed to the anti-empire activist community he supposedly emerged from.

Insofar as the CIA people surrounding Trump, one should recall the longest serving CIA Director, Allan Dulles, crafted the agency from its early years to serve his (and his brother John Foster Dulles) personal corporate interests, the history of United Fruit is unequivocal. [16]

What is going on with the Durham investigation is shielding the high level foot soldiers for corporate America, plain and simple. Barr has stated there will be no action taken before the election. If Biden wins, the outcome will be mild or negligible, perhaps some lowly apparatchiks will be made to fall on their swords; if Trump wins, the reach will be for someone a bit higher but either way, the end result will be all about damage control. [17]

It follows, none of the 2020 political posturing surrounding Russiagate & Russia is about Trump as much as it is about treasonous intelligence cells at the apex of power seeking to shield the core of its power from scrutiny; this core is not to be found in any of these agency principals as much as it is the corporate boards and associated criminal cabals the CIA has historically serviced.

So, where does ‘the buck stop’? Well, plainly these days it doesn’t. The rule of law does not apply. The bottom line is profit and if profit means we blow up everybody, everything and ourselves along the way, well, the lunatics putting obscene amounts of money in their pockets might not have thought that through. Unless you’re Mike Pence, Mike Pompeo et al, in which case if they manage to blow this small planet up, rather than face accountability, it just a matter of ‘God’s will.’ [18]

The Self-Deceit & Defeat of Aleksandar Vucic

“It is impossible to calculate the moral mischief, if I may so express it, that mental lying has produced in society. Serbia’s President Vucic met Trump at the White House and came away with a ‘small victory.’ Or so he seems to think. This self-annointed, clueless king needs a new vizier:

“I said ‘no’ at the toughest place in the world.

“Now I can officially say that I said what I said regarding recognizing Kosovo at the most difficult place in the world. In the room where I was sitting, there were Pence, Kushner, Johnson, Grenell, O’Brien, a hundred times more powerful people than me. This was a problem for them. I’m not interested in form and chairs” -Aleksandar Vucic [1]

Well, I think Vucic should have been interested in the visual message of the ‘chair’ he’d sent around the world when his “No” had (in actuality) multiplied into entirely too many cases of ‘Yes’ recalling this next image:

In short, Vucic was out of his league and got ‘played.’ Now he has to explain away what he had signed:

What Trump’s cabal of criminals perfectly understood when they invited Vucic to Washington was, that Vucic would absolutely be required (a small matter of domestic politics) to say “No” to the constitutionally prohibited explicit recognition of Kosovo as an independent state. [2]

After the Americans placing precisely that (recognition of Kosovo as an independent state) in the initial draft, the ‘bait and switch’ was delivered; Vucic got the ‘Point 10’ or explicit recognition of Kosovo independence removed, only to be provided a document with thinly concealed recognition of Kosovo as an independent state or (that is to say) a document with multiple cases of implicit recognition of Kosovo independence. Then, our ill-advised King Vucic was so relieved at Point 10 having been removed, he signed it. His Vizier failed him.

Now, let’s have a bit of a closer look.

Implementation of joint infrastructure agreements (highway, railroad ect) with a political entity that presently controls, and seeks the independence of Kosovo, equals implicit recognition of an independent Kosovo; the legal point here is, this act confers legitimacy on a political force in violation of the Serbian constitution but nevertheless subjects Serbia to principles of international law. Much of what follows would be subject to the same principle where one cannot do any ‘de jure’ business with an entity and subsequently claim that same entity has no legal competence (the international law’s ‘rule of reciprocity.’) [3]

Joint operation of the Merdare ‘common crossing point’ will be read (in future) as a strong indicator Serbia recognizes Merdare as an international border crossing per the principle laid out in the preceding paragraph (reciprocity) for the simple fact the administration on the Kosovo side considers itself an independent state.

Serbia and Kosovo separately joining the ‘Mini-Schengen Zone’ is outright de facto recognition of Kosovo as an independent state. In a case where Serbia did NOT recognize Kosovo’s independence, Kosovo could only enter the ‘Mini Schengen’ as a part of Serbia with Mini Schengen consisting solely of Albania, Macedonia & Serbia. Mini-Schengen is proposed as a trade association of independent states. Serbia agreeing to sign on to Mini Schengen as a peer to Kosovo is practically a recognition of independence given to Kosovo.

Accepting the US Department of Energy to draw up plans to “share” Lake Gazivoda is a strongly implicit recognition of Kosovo’s independence, because as a matter of fact a nation-state does not ‘share’ its water with a territory on peer terms except that territory were an independent state. If Serbia were sovereign over Kosovo, it would not ‘share’ but ‘assign’ water to that province.

Agreeing to refrain from any action communicating to other nations that Kosovo should not be recognized as an independent state speaks for itself.

Other points:

Diversifying energy supplies, example given, sets up possibility of taking business concessions from state controlled corporations like Gazprom and giving them to utterly uncontrolled and ruthless outlaw Western corporations like Chevron (the language is too broad & non-specific.) [4], [5]

Giving an “An international, US International Development Finance Corporation full time presence in Belgrade, Serbia” accomplishes two things, neither good for Serbia. 1) this will give the American corporate oligarchs an inside track on the privatization of what remains of Serbia’s state owned assets and 2) will give the Central Intelligence Agency a parallel track to penetrate every aspect of Serbia’s economy; pointing to the US International Development Finance Corporation is a USA government subsidiary of USAID. USAID is at the nexus of American ‘color revolution’ policies and firmly grounded in CIA history where the clandestine ‘Operations Division’ does NOT support American democratic principles (the USAID cover story) but in actuality supports acquisition and control of resources & markets by major American corporations. [6], [7]

Demanding Serbia dismantle its 5G is the USA using Serbia to stick a thumb in the eye of China.

Enhanced airline passenger & crime information sharing with the Pristina criminals who should be in a cell at the Hague, together with the entity (USA intelligence services) that created al-Qaida, is nothing short of a bad cosmic joke. What crime groups will that information be shared with? How will it compromise Serbia’s security structures?

The next bad joke is the idea there can be sincere “interfaith dialogue” with Salafi & Wahhabi radicals, currently free to proselytize throughout Kosovo. [8]

The bad joke after that is a double: concerning locating missing bodies, do you suppose ‘Pristina’ is going to locate and repatriate bodies of Serbs disappeared and harvested for organs? Who would believe that? The other problem with ‘reconciliation’ is the idea dislocated Serbs are going to be welcomed back and their properties restored; this had already been a demand of the UN for two decades with practically nothing more accomplished than ongoing abuse of those Serbs who did not (yet) leave Kosovo. The Western model that legalizes homosexuality practically demands ‘gay evangelism’ that radicalizes conservative societies into opposition. Serbia should be careful with Richard Grenell’s pet point; it is one thing to be tolerant, it is another thing altogether to push homosexuality in a culture’s face, a habit of numerous Western societies. Serbia risks unnecessarily alienating other nations with this agreement’s paragraph made with a gun pushed against Serbia’s back. And the joke element: what fool would believe for one millisecond that Kosovo’s growing Salafi society will do anything but de facto criminalize homosexuality in actual social practice? [11]

Certainly Serbia’s nasty reputation for trafficking weapons to proxy terrorist organizations should not benefit Hezbollah (or otherwise benefit any de facto warring party in the Middle East) but there is a magnificent hypocrisy in the demand by the USA that Serbia must ban Hezbollah, when it was the USA created al-Qaida (which splintered, one faction becoming Islamic State), with the USA now dictating who is a terrorist organization. Finally, Serbia’s reward that came with Vucic agreeing to move Serbia’s embassy to Jerusalem was delivered within the hour of his signing; when Israel recognized Kosovo as an independent, sovereign nation and the humiliation was complete. [14]

With the Covid 19 epidemic, there may be emerging evidence of Russia to now has more or less played along with the West’s propaganda game (and ‘flipped’ it with high profile technical & humanitarian aid, e.g. to Italy) concerning the Covid epidemic rather than open up to be overtly demonized. But now Sweden and a particular (very well accredited) Russian virologist/geneticist may have thrown a bit of a monkey wrench into the propaganda machine’s gears. Follows is the Russian online magazine Izvestia interview that goes counter to all of the hysteria we see generated elsewhere. So, what are the real facts? Will there be a second Covid 19 wave? Do people lose their Covid immunity? These are valid questions.

Izvestia: Based on the fact that 20% of people with antibodies to coronavirus were officially recorded in Moscow, we can safely assume that 40-60% of the capital’s residents already have immunity to it, Pavel Volchkov, head of the MIPT genomic engineering laboratory, told Izvestia in an exclusive interview. This means that there will be no second wave of morbidity in the capital, the expert is sure. In addition, the virologist shared his views on exactly how the COVID-19 pandemic began. He is leaning towards the laboratory-origin version of SARS-CoV-2.

Izvestia: Pavel Yuryevich, from your point of view, how many people in Moscow already have immunity to SARS-CoV-2?

Volchkov : Recently, an article was published by Swedish scientists who conducted a study of T-cell immunity (“Sustainable T-cell immunity in recovering patients with the asymptomatic COVID-19 course”), the results of which I personally had long been waiting for. They analyzed a large number of biological samples by conducting an expensive ELISPOT analysis (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSpot – T-cell detection method). It turned out that even those who did not have IgG antibodies had T-cell immunity. And there are two to three times more such people in the population than those with antibodies.

Izvestia: What does it mean?

Volchkov: If in Moscow [it is] officially recorded 20% of people with high titers of IgG antibodies, then you can safely add another 20-40% to this figure. It turns out that about half of Moscow residents are immune to coronavirus. They will not get sick anymore.

Izvestia: Recently, articles appeared that showed that antibodies are lost …

Volchkov: And that’s fine. They must be lost. This always happens. There is a half-life of IgG, IgM, IgA antibodies. Their amount in the blood begins to fall six months to a year after meeting with the infection. There are so few of them that this amount cannot be detected by any test. What is the purpose of antibodies? Here the virus flew into the respiratory tract, infected a group of cells, created a small local focus (with a mild course of the disease). The immune system recognized these cells and localized them – it is like the city of Wuhan was closed in China. It turns out that a large number of antibodies do not seem to exist, but the immunity has formed and worked. However, it is concentrated in T- and B-memory cells. When the infection again is exposed to a person, the immune system recognizes it, the cells will begin to produce antibodies.

Izvestia: Does it make sense then to test for IgG antibodies?

Volchkov: It does. This test is cheap and gives us a cutoff. This cut-off now is 20%. So we can multiply this amount by two to three times. It’s hard to say the exact number, for this you need to conduct a large-scale study using expensive ELISPOT analysis, as the Swedes did.

Izvestia: Is it possible to say that the ‘herd’ immunity that everyone has been talking about for so long has already taken shape in Moscow?

Volchkov: For the multi-million population city, today’s figures in the region of 700 new infected per day indicate that it has formed. If we really had only 20% of the residents with immunity, then with open restaurants and shops, we would expect a much larger number of infected people.

Izvestia: But after all, on this figure (+700 people per day) you can maintain for a long time. Or not? What is your prediction?

Volchkov: I think this figure will now begin to decline and will reach zero at the end of August. It is clear that in the capital for a long time there will be imported cases from regions that belatedly began to ‘pick up’ the coronavirus.

Izvestia: That is, the second wave will not happen?

Volchkov: For Moscow, it is already impossible. Now people who have formed natural immunity in the capital are 40-60%. If the dynamics continues, their number will increase by the end of August to 80–90%.

Izvestia: And in other cities of Russia, the second wave is possible?

Volchkov: Only in those that are well insulated and where there is an extremely low level of infection. In big cities, definitely not. If you have already burned the grass, then the burned-out areas cannot be ignited again. Do you know how firefighters fight fire? They take and burn the front of the strip to stop the fire. This strip is our buffer immunity.

Izvestia: But what about the fact that the virus mutates and the body may simply not recognize it?

Volchkov: In any case, it does not mutate very quickly. Even the seasonal flu virus needs several years to re-infect you. And then in the event that part of its segments, and the flu has eight, will be re-sorted, that is, replaced by parts from another influenza virus. Coronavirus is single-segment – it cannot change that way.

Izvestia: But can it recombine?

Volchkov: Maybe. But this event is more rare. It must take at least a couple of years for it to be able to return and cause you some kind of pathology. And still it will not be comparable to the first time. The immune system at least somehow recognizes it, which means it [the immunity] will work. A secondary immune response will develop.

Izvestia: The war of supporters of the natural and artificial origin of the coronavirus continues on the pages of the media, on social networks and blogs. What can you say at the moment when so many articles about its structure have been published?

Volchkov: I came to the conclusion that the probability of the virus overcoming the inter-species barrier without human help [accidental eating of a bat carrier SARS-CoV-2] is significantly less than the one that it had help. By help, I mean prolonged cultivation of the virus in the laboratory, the introduction of amino acid modifications, experiments to infect human cells if possible. All this is described in the famous article of 2015 [Nature magazine, November 9, 2015]. In favor of this hypothesis is also the location of the city of Wuhan.

Izvestia: How is that in your thinking?

Volchkov: Wuhan is located in the very center of China. Bats are not found there. They live in the south, in Yunnan, on the border with Vietnam. It was there that they were caught to isolate new coronaviruses, which are now stored in the collection of the Wuhan laboratory. Although theoretically it can be assumed that they were brought thousands of kilometers to eat.

Izvestia: But it is possible?

Volchkov: Yes, perhaps. But in practice, traditional cuisine is considered traditional because its menu contains local species of animals. If the virus ‘jumped’ onto a person when it was eaten, it would be found in Yunnan, on the border with Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. From there the epidemic would have spread.

Izvestia: Speaking about the origin of SARS-CoV-2, you can only consider probabilities?

Volchkov: I’m afraid so. In the [genome] sequence it is not written: ‘I am made synthetically.’ There are no obvious ‘donkey ears’ – traces of a genetic engineering structure. But there is a hint of it. This is the famous furin insert, about which much has already been said.

Izvestia: But could it find itself in the genome of the virus during recombination?”

Volchkov: It could. However, the likelihood of this event greatly increases, provided that you create thousands of amino acid mutations. And the fact that American and Chinese scientists did this is proved by the 2015 article. If you look at the publications of these scientific groups, it becomes clear that they are very active, have worked with these viruses for a long time. In addition, the Chinese have a large library of coronaviruses, where the most genetically close sample of RatG13 has been discovered. It was brought to the Wuhan Institute of Virology from Yunnan in 2013. For seven years, when it was cultivated, passivated, it could naturally acquire a large number of mutations. In addition, science has made great progress in this regard over the past 10 years. We live in an era of synthetic biology, when you can synthesize some parts de novo, and then ensure a seamless insertion of such a synthetic part into the genome.

Izvestia: That is, 10 years ago, you would definitely say, looking at the genome, what is inserted there?

Volchkov: Exactly. And now there are technologies of extended genetic synthesis, when thousands of nucleotides can be synthesized. You simply send the letter sequence to a special company that synthesizes it and sends it back. The possibilities are huge now. In this way, whole libraries of new coronaviruses can be generated. Suppose there are 10 million of them there. And then you can choose the most promising one from them, assemble it using the reverse genetics method and test for the ability to infect human cells.

Izvestia: That is, from your point of view, the probability that the virus has leaked from the laboratory is quite high?

Volchkov: Yes. An argument in this favor is also that coronaviruses were not considered particularly dangerous for some time. And it was possible to work with them at the second level of protection [there are four of them, the third and fourth levels, according to the American classification, are especially dangerous. – Izvestia]. Actually, this is understandable, because the initially isolated viruses could not pass from an animal to a person to overcome the inter-species barrier and, accordingly, from person to person.

Izvestia: That is exactly what was affirmed at the very beginning of the pandemic …

Volchkov: At the second level of protection, it could easily fly out and infect the scientist. And what’s important: it’s impossible to see right away. The funny thing is that the one who brought this virus out of the laboratory did not even understand that they did it. And still may not understand to now.

On Trump Firing Steve Linick & Glenn Fine

My 1st experience with inspectors general was in 1971 Vietnam where the soldier’s complaints, that our good cafeteria food was being sold through military organized crime to markets and restaurants in the city of Vung Tau, were absolutely covered up by the military watchdog. When a congressman actually showed up to discover for himself what was going on, our meals became excellent for just a few days and then, with the congressman’s departure, our food reverted to nearly inedible survival rations.

My next experience with attorney generals was when investigating a criminal ring working the inside of government for Chevron Corporation, counterfeiting environmental impact statements for purpose of allowing oil and gas development to proceed in areas that should have been protected.

When provided hard documentation of multiple instance of the Forest Service inside cheating (the FBI refused to investigate) of laws to benefit the outside industry, the Department of Agriculture Inspector General simply evaded responsibility by pointing out these issues had been brought up in another bureaucratic channel in an appeal (to be decided by the Forest Service!)

So now, all of these years later, Trump fires the Department of State’s Inspector General Steve Linick and ‘Corona Trillions’ overseer (former Department of Justice Inspector General) Glenn Fine and it all still ties into my experience with the preceding case of the Forest Service, nearly thirty years on.

In short, after Chevron insider Condoleezza Rice became Bush Jr’s National Security Advisor, it would seem a ‘Chevron enemies’ list had transferred to the USA executive branch. It was in 2004 my house was searched without a warrant (while I was out of town) and it had become clear multiple investigations had been opened into my activities with specious rationale or on false pretexts.

This seemed odd as my investigative career had been closed for five years and it been thirteen years since the incriminating, investigative dossier on Chevron had been compiled and forwarded through several official channels. Looking into matters, by 2005 it became clear the source of the present harassment stemmed via local members of the Council on Foreign Relations, leaning on the area’s FBI field office and local law enforcement.

By 2006 it was determined by myself this was developing into one of those circumstance where the target (myself) was high priority and it would be best to get out of the USA.

My house sold in the early summer of 2007 and I left the USA on the pretext of attending a conference at Johannes Gutenberg University, but did not catch my return flight from Europe, and the attempted assassination game was on.

Glenn Fine was Department of Justice Inspector General in 2010 when I attempted to bring my case of the FBI apparently assisting the CIA (and possibly MOSSAD) with attempted assassination of myself. This stemmed from my work on the 1991 Chevron & Forest Service misconduct previously mentioned.

My experience with inspector generals is that of a rank fail, relating to the FBI’s egregious conduct in ‘investigating’ myself actually appears to have been opening my banking information (via ‘national security letter’) to Central Intelligence so my location could be tracked by ATM while I was on the run in Europe from Condoleezza’s (as far as it could be traced to the top) ‘kill list’ (prior to Obama and his Brennan kill list.)

When Obama came into office, the presidential ‘kill list’ became a matter of public record. There has been no known investigation into this by any inspector general, either Department of Justice or Department of State. My own case is well known in detail with as yet unanswered (after 10 years) request for a Department Of Justice Inspector General (Glenn Fine in 2010) look at my circumstance on Obama’s watch. Certainly in some circumstance the duopoly has each others’ backs.

What’s more is, during the tenure of Steve Linick, the Department of State’s Office of the Inspector General has made it as burdensome as possible to actually make contact and pursue whistle-blowing with a closed email system that refuses to recognize ‘unauthorized’ contacts (i.e. anyone outside the system or anyone who hasn’t been extended the ‘grace’ of their email address admitted into the system) rather demanding all process concerning complaints and related documentation be sent and replies accepted by fax or snail mail which (probably by design) insures the geolocation of the whistle-blower.

Even with the valid email address of the appropriate government officials to contact, if your email address is either unrecognized or recognized as someone they do not wish to interact with, the closed system will not allow your messages through. This was discovered by myself when I looked into making a complaint concerning egregious misconduct by certain Department of State officers when applying for routine services of a personal, family nature I will not divulge here.

These officers (almost certainly CIA under official cover) were so determined to deny certain rights in attempt to force me to present myself in person, the end result is, there are two diametrically opposed decisions by separate USA embassies in two countries in Europe, one granting and the other denying, identical citizen services based on decisions where the one embassy granted the service based on lesser documentation than the embassy that denied the identical service based on stronger documentation!

The difference in the embassies? The granting embassy is in a ‘settled’ western European country where highly competent local professionals are incorporated into the citizen services staff in a small annex that would basically make a rendition impossible, whereas the denying embassy is a CIA infested organism located in a former socialist state that is a target of empire’s demands to conform, where there is a weak rule of law and the citizens services is located in a very large embassy compound from which renditions can be made with impunity.

Ultimately I declined to exercise my right to make a complaint of egregious misconduct by the Department of State to Steve Linick, fully understanding it would be an energy draining exercise in futility.

Essentially, the demand is, if you are the target of the USA, live in a former socialist state under threat of color revolution and also happen to be a USA citizen filing a complaint, paint a bull’s eye on your chest and only then step up with your incriminating information when whistle-blowing to the Department of State Inspector General.

What is different with the inspector generals now is, there is a deep state internecine war with the more overt evangelical/Israeli alliance pitted against the neo-liberal/never-Trump Republican alliance. But on either side, they are all bought and paid for American political pit bulls fighting behind the scenes in off record venues. Without exception, they’re all corrupt.

The difference between American empire run by Democrats & ‘Never Trump!’ Republicans versus the Christian Zionists & Israeli controlled Trump, is the difference between botched operations with & without anesthesia; with the former, the numb but nevertheless soon to be cadaver, lingers just a little longer, with the latter, panic, pain & shock contributes to a bit quicker demise.

In the EU accession process absorbing the former socialist states of Eastern Europe, there is a ‘trick chapter’ that is opened, and immediately closed, as a mere formality. This is chapter 26 concerning “Culture and Education” wherein the rationale for this chapter as a formality only is:

“the area of culture and education entails no common EU alignment criteria and thus no closing benchmarks”

Setting culture aside, at first sight it should be a curious thing there would be no European Union benchmark for some conformity or demand of a certain educational values or standard. The raison d’être behind this curious omission should no doubt surprise (or discover denial in) those most concerned with education, more often surprise in the smaller community educator and more often denial in the academics at the national political level. The short explanation for this curious absence is, if there were a European Union standard with office and liaison to those political appointments assigned to educational values within the diverse nation-state governments, this would provide a tangible target that is undesirable to the Western European agenda in its drive to conform those states to a certain perspective; whilst noting social perspectives are a large part of the currency of the several intelligence agencies professional propagandists.

This brief intelligence assessment details the invisible (to most) subversion of education in Europe’s former socialist states, by external spy agencies, primarily the Germans, in their drive to rehabilitate image & gain influence.

Civil society ‘non governmental organizations’ (NGOs) have a long history as fronts through which various forms of espionage are carried out. Typically this sort of espionage is carried out with the employ of ‘cells’ within organizations where many or even most employees of the NGO are not privy to so much as understanding there is a clandestine organization deliberately embedded within their organization.

These non-governmental organizations operating out of Western Europe are a closely interwoven tapestry where all aspects of shaping the ‘political culture’ of former socialist states are carefully crafted to receive public support in the initiating nation-states via feedback loop where ‘cultivating’ and ‘shaping’ the foreign target is not the only objective; but also propagandizing the populations of the states where the social subversion originates from is also important in relation to targeting. The model for accomplishing this is Western Christianity’s history of evangelism; bringing the ‘good news’ (gospel) to the infidel is little different in the social psychology of Western Europe to ‘reforming’ the former socialist states.

Example of this can found in the German non-governmental organization N-OST, a media concern for ‘development of democratic media in Eastern Europe’ that ties to a veritable conglomerate of spy agency fronts including the CIA’s own National Endowment for Democracy, not only the German Foreign Ministry, but also notably the Konrad Adenauer Siftung, Angela Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union aligned political apparatus that trains and ‘rehabilitates’ the Nazi SS celebrating anti-Russian radicals who had overthrown the government of Ukraine in 2014. Adding to the insulation of the spy agency’s agenda is the practice of manipulating unsuspecting employees and the targets through the practice of empathy via socialization, and related educational ‘training’ that actually is manipulating psychology to ‘shape’ people’s sympathies via what could be called a ‘soft cultivating’ of prejudice. In spy parlance, this is cultivating agents (who do not have the faintest idea of what is happening to them) via false flag ‘sales.’ The point is, when you have shaped someone’s psychology to become a vehicle for your agenda in, for instance academia, you have the perfected ‘Manchurian Candidate’, whether a professor or administrator, shaped by the NGO into a working asset for the agency.

When the foreign interest has created enough of these mentalities within the state institutions, it becomes a self-replicating social organism that takes on a life of its own and over time becomes a growing talent pool from which, example given is universities rewriting history or other objectives are accomplished. By some point in this process, if all goes to plan, much of the core leadership in education at the top of the institution’s social structure will have become a foreign tool manipulating the state’s interests.

The most insidious (and important) of these NGOs are those concerning themselves with education, particularly targeting the universities’ students, where the more intelligent, but also impressionable, youth are subjected to influence and a legal form of bribery through scholarships and educational opportunities abroad where these future ‘hand-picked elites’ will learn to serve interests exterior to, and opposed to their own, national interest. You see these programs advertised via such mission statements as have been recently available via the Konrad Adenauer Siftung (KAS.)

“We cooperate with governmental institutions, political parties, civil society organizations and handpicked elites, building strong partnerships along the way. In particular we seek to intensify political cooperation in the area of development cooperation at the national and international levels on the foundations of our objectives and values” [3]

“In order to discuss important societal issues and to put them on the political agenda the KAS organizes conferences, panel discussions and lectures. In addition, we arrange seminars, workshops and simulation games to fulfil our aims regarding political education, consulting and training”

“The KAS .. works within a tightly knit network of institutional partners. Among them are the [parliament], the Presidential administration as well as .. political party structures, NGOs, universities and think tanks” [4]

These are carefully crafted ‘false-flag’ programs wherein the future intelligentsia of the targeted nation-state are carefully conformed to the cultural perspectives desired by initiating agencies or clandestine services.

For instance the Konrad Adenauer Siftung has had an office in Belgrade since 2001. By 2020, this organization has been cultivating academics in Serbia for nearly twenty years; where the KAS protege that graduated university in 2005 is possibly a 15 years career veteran of one or another state institution, political party, university academic or administrator. These are all people who’ve had their psychology and perspective ‘shaped’ to suit the Western Europe perspective with a ‘soft prejudice’ produced via appeal to the ‘sophistication’ and ‘superiority’ of the Western European educational model and extant universities where the Eastern European academic youth will be subverted to a point of view inimical to his or her national interest.

In short, this is a finessed form of seduction typical of clandestine services psychological operations playing on ego via flattery, spiced with opportunity, through, among other nominally ‘peer to peer’ associations, the supposed educator to educator peer relationship. The lie involved is simple; “this is good for humanity, it is good for your nation and it is good for your career.”

It is from within this carefully cultivated ‘talent pool’ of narcissism there will be assessments of individuals to determine who will best fit certain ‘gambits’ to be made in the subversion of the targeted larger society. Some will be prone to sincerely ‘believe’ in their ‘mission’ no matter symptoms indicating a converse circumstance in actuality (denial.) Others might demonstrate character weakness indicating opportunity to entrap the person with a bribe or other form of corruption and hold the potential for blackmail. Sex is a tried and true formula, especially recording encounters of the closet homosexual where opportunity to introduce one of these to sex with an underage partner is considered a ‘premium’ development of ‘talent.’ These will be the people afforded greater access to ‘power’, whether through invitation to diplomatic social events or other means.

These ‘premium assets’ will then be positioned as closely as possible to the apex of the political structures; but should not necessarily have to be, example given, a ‘minister’ or their direct assistants. It is sometimes preferred these positions of power be occupied by less intelligent (and intellectually insecure) political persons that can be influenced but are also expendable in case where if the desired outcome fails, the cultivated asset’s ability to influence remains intact and available for future chances.

In case where, for instance, the Serbian education minister becomes the target of the rank and file educators (teachers and lower level administrators) for some seeming incompetence such as historical revisionism in textbooks made available for purchase for use by the schools, taken together with the education system’s newly computerized administrative tools having been outsourced to foreign business, as is alleged to be the case in Serbia in the Spring of 2020 by the Union of Educators for the district of Moravicki Okrug, were the educators reasons for rebellion substantiated and the revolt to be successful with the education minister dismissed, actually what has happened is only one snake’s head has been cut off from what amounts to a Medusa; because the rebellious educators are looking vertically at a horizontal construction. For this fact, chances are very strong that any political appointment stepping into the ministry position as a replacement will become another manifestation of the same gorgon’s head.

Meanwhile, counter-intelligence will be mostly focused on military matters, in circumstance where education, although perhaps monitored for matters of classic espionage (spies), will be left largely alone to function ‘normally.’ Most of the cultivated agents in this sector are essentially ignorant of their own roles, and those which are blackmailed and/or willful traitors, will be perceived as a lesser threat where a cost analysis determines cleaning up and securing education would pay too great a price; because the accusations and resultant legal mechanisms that would see hysterical coverage by the Western propaganda machine will be cast in a light of ‘political persecutions’ subjecting the state to international prosecutions.

Essentially, what the Western world’s clandestine services have sorted is, a mostly legal method of shaping the future of states like Serbia; via influence in education with form of legal bribery through socialization, scholarships and ‘privileged’ other opportunities, cultivating perspectives in academia. The Russian method of dealing with circumstance of this nature has been, recently, to require foreign NGOs to register as agents and restrict their activities; even going so far as to ban some organizations. But Russia has no pretense of joining the EU and EU has little effective tools for coercion in Russia.

Insofar as historical revisionism, this will be on the plate in ever expanding menu of shaping the future perspective of Serbians; in which case it should be noted how historical revisionism is a mainstay of the Western European structure with short example of none other than Konrad Adenauer himself.

Dwight Eisenhower’s Secretary of State (foreign minister) John Foster Dulles, and his brother, the longest ever serving Director of the CIA, Allen Dulles, were pre-world war (II) business partners with the 3rd Reich. [5]

In the immediate post war years, both were instrumental in rehabilitating many of the Reich’s worst war criminals, in partnership with the government of Konrad Adenauer. It was Allen Dulles’ CIA rescued as much as possible of the 3rd Reich’s Eastern Front intelligence apparatus and together with the hire of at least one hundred former SS and Gestapo officers, created ‘The Gehlen Organization’ (named after it’s commander, Reinhard Gehlen, Hitler’s anti-Soviet intelligence chief and a major war criminal) which was then gifted to Konrad Adenauer as Germany’s post war clandestine spy service or BND (Bundesnachrichtendienst.) Konrad Adenauer himself was complicit in the pardon of convicted war criminal Alfred Krupp who had employed Gestapo supervised slave labor (mostly Russians) in his factories supplying the Nazi war machine. Krupp was released from prison and his personal fortune restored. [6], [7]

None of this is printed in the Western European history books, a case of historical revisionism concealing the counterfeit ‘rehabilitation’ of Nazis.

Incidental to this, ‘Ambassador’ Arndt Freytag von Loringhoven, a former German clandestine spy services (BND) assistant director & recent NATO intelligence chief is the son of Hitler’s last serving staff intelligence officer, Berndt Freytag von Loringhoven, a more than ironic symbology where a context has been proposed, in online education provided by the Serbian state, that NATO is actually a ‘peace organization.’ [9], [10], [11]

“There is not the smallest reason for confounding nationalism, which is the desire of a people to be itself, with imperialism, which is the desire of a people to prevent other peoples from being themselves” -Cicily Isabel Fairfield

Despite Fairfield’s astute observation (in perhaps the greatest intelligence assessment ever written on the Balkans – Black Lamb & Grey Falcon) concerning the actual nature of nationalism, it is perfectly predictable that any attempts by Serbia’s educators and politicians to rectify this circumstance would be met by the imperial ambitions of NATO & the German dominated EU with propagandized accusations of ‘nationalism’, painting all Serbian patriots with a single brush via a word that has been weaponized; no matter the individuals’ character. In other words, trumpeting the word ‘nationalist’ and pointing a finger, the Western European propaganda machine will send the message to its own peoples ‘these Serbs are behaving like baboons who should be put in their place’ or that is to say those close to real Nazis, concealing their own history & motivations, will accuse the Serbs of being Nazis.

“Give me the child until he is seven and I care not who has him thereafter” -Ignatius of Loyola

It follows, this statement alleged to have been made by the founder of the ‘educator’ Society of Jesuits, is of the utmost importance in the context of this circumstance. If Serbia, as has been planned for with a World Bank loan of fifty million euro, proceeds to make state education mandatory from the age of three years with the sort of outside ‘expertise’ noted in this assessment, the future capture of the nation-state by Western empire will have been made complete. Directly relevant to this, Serbia’s notable ability to produce genius will have been extinguished. In the educational model to now, where the child begins proper school at age 6-7 years, although certainly not available to all per family circumstance, there are those pre-school children who will explore and develop the mind in ways pointing to future creative genius that excludes uniform education beginning at age three. The naturally endowed intelligence in a child provided daycare by the grandparents might, by chance, time to time, somehow resemble the method of Maria Montessori, or other natural development of a bright child’s mind, mapping the mind in manner opening doors to a future genius. This opportunity is being stripped away.

Finally, the coup de grâce over education in Serbia is already underway; where disciplinary method has been removed from the schools’ power and the ‘liberal’ method allows disobedience & disrespect to disrupt the class, lessons, and quality of education, not only robbing the respectful students, but will drive out of the Serbian education system’s future many bright and devoted minds or those passionate professionals truly devoted to children. After, the only quality education will be those private educations available to the elites, because a successful imperialism requires a stupid citizenry.

A Montenegro Retrospective

This satire will be most interesting to (and better understood by) those intimately familiar with contemporary Balkans politics. It is my 1 April greeting to certain personalities working for the area’s ‘Chiefs of Station’

A Montenegro Satire

Milo Narcissus Gusle was from a family of villagers named for a drunken forebear who had been ‘challenged’ by a senior professor of some serious university academics from the city of ‘New’ Podgorica; to perform the symphony unique to the colony of ‘New’ Montenegro’s ethnicity.

Milo’s ancestor actually had brought off his performance quite well, while on a wagon tongue hitched to a pair of nervous horses which he managed not to spook, swaying side to side until his instrument’s string broke … his fame for the event however, was the wild look of panic on this villager’s face, because this villager had never driven a team of horses.

The villager’s champion musical performance was purely survival driven which made the event all the more hilarious to the Western educated academics that had sent him onto the wagon at gunpoint. The Montenegrin senior professor’s sense of honor, his name was Obren Saša Urošević II (affectionately referred to as Junior OSU), declared himself honorary godfather to this now famous ‘Broken String Gusle’ musician and demanded the villager should be named this, for his amazing ability to mimic Montenegro’s National String Symphony; and the villager would hereafter have to be known by his new name and answer to it.

Broken String Gusle agreed to the terms required to save his life while still on the wagon-tongue, and was subsequently allowed climb down both; before the horses had bolted and nearing sobriety, because he was about to collapse from pure nervous exhaustion. Consequently, Broken String Gusle’s descendant, Milo Narcissus Gusle, was from a family of villagers that did not drink. They knew better. He went to law school instead.

Nobody in OSU’s academic world knew how to create a ‘Village Life Studies’ program because in fact to postulate a program as such in the modern classroom was oxymoron. Heck, they did not even know that. Village Life Studies, if it was Montenegro’s villagers doing the studies, would consist of daydreams passed off as oral history, such as the time a remote Montenegrin ancestor actually had driven his wagon to go somewhere or do something, the sort of work fantasies from which all Montenegro’s village intelligence had been drawn. Milo Narcissus Gusle did not know how to daydream this sort of work, because he had been ‘urbanized’ from age five and then sent to university at Brussels.

By this time, Milo had mastered the provincial English linguistic trick of stating the just so “Sorry” for introducing a thought so simple as it’d be easier for his ancestors to walk to Tirana than to Sarajevo, because according to a terrestrial globe, the route to Tirana should be all downhill.

Milo was a conscientious sort, and so when his undergraduate major in ‘Village Life Studies’ was decided on, he returned to Montenegro for fieldwork in summers to familiarize himself with his ancestors’ cultural habits. But he did not realize that the answer to bring his university into line with the political correctness of the ‘new’ times had been to establish an ethnic studies program staffed by OSU type mentalities in people who’d been educated out of their subliminal and very old pagan habits, and call it ‘Village Life Studies.’ And so, Milo, like the countless educated but now pseudo-superstitious people of village descent, thought academia was real. He should have remembered the village proverb “Everyone knows the city people are crazy.” But Milo could not know this now applied to himself. So Milo questioned his former people’s elders to get ideas for his papers he would need to write in the discipline of anthropology disguised with the ‘Village Life Studies’ euphemism. And thought he was a villager. Woo-woo.

Milo went on to law school and eventually became Director of ‘Village Life Studies’ at Podgorica University which had been duly impressed with his achievements in the field of ‘OSU Treaty Law’, having nothing to do with actual law in reality, but which combined with the idea he could mimic village dialect, seemed to make him qualified to run the academic program.

Here at university he met the philosopher Gani Bobi and they had discussed Bobi’s irritation at failing to grasp why it had been noted as early as the 1980s the Balkans’ Orthodox villagers seemed to have no problem describing many phenomena of the OSU theoretical geopolitics, which the Western academics had difficulty coping with. Milo had no idea why either, but it seemed there must be something to it and so an annual dialogue was opened, and Milo became a politicized god. To at least three or four people.

Milo, now relocated and living in a townhouse in the better part of Podgorica, had continued with his anthropological interest in studying his former people and was particularly interested in their view of government before this had been subverted. His anthropological studies got him up and running on three legs in Montenegrin ways, like the proverbial Golden Jackal that had chewed off one leg to escape a trap, and that was about it.

Milo had by this time taken over the dialogue and thought he had some things figured out: Like how the old time villager oratory had worked. Not. What he attempted to replicate in fact became a lunatic caricature of what had been his ancestral wisdom. It was not meant to be evil and in fact it was not evil. It was merely stupid. But Milo could not know that.

By this time, these dialogues, with Gani Bobi now dead, had become sponsored by the OSU organization worshiped by Milo for the fact the OSU acronym represented precisely his ancestral godfather’s initials.

You would never know to which community of Milo’s ancestry he was loyal to, whether the chauvinism of his family godfather, Obren Saša Urošević II (affectionately referred to as Junior OSU), or the mocked Montenegrin villager, because this Milo sort of Jackal could only be loyal to himself.

Milo Narcissus Gusle’s ego was of a soft burnished sort, the kind of lovely passive-aggressiveness whose nasty aspect was presented in the effeminate dark side aroma of the flower he was named for. As a real villager, you just did not want to get too close to the self-assumed ‘villager’ Narcissus if you were to enjoy the genuine natural beauty of his expression. And so it also was with the OSU sponsored dialogues he so expertly organized for the world to know the truth of why the USA’s ‘Camp Toadstool’ threatened no havoc in the Balkans.

When Milo self-gazed into the reflective pool of soft loveliness in his ego, he could detect no offensive aroma. His ethnocidal nuance as applied to Montenegrin village thought and philosophy was of a much prettier and more refined sort than that established for his intellectual forebears in the psychological literature developed by Erich Fromm: who’d postulated the Nazis much enjoyed the smell of their own farts.

Advanced beyond the primitive camps and ovens, the ethnocidal ‘thrust’ of Milo’s ego-priapismic tendencies was to bring about the immolation of the village beliefs and thinking with grandiose graphics of impressionist urban imagery surrounded by tropical fruits & vegetables extrapolated to western print: advertising the many Brussels ‘Fudds’ (PhDs) he would gather alongside the ‘village experts’ in the Western anthropological science; in a grand orgy of psychosomatic, ego-stroking masturbation in high intellectual workshops or, better said, indoctrination in Soros’ multicultural discourse.

Some of the villagers fell for it in the beginning. It was attractive, because Milo, who could mimic their dialect, was master of ceremony and that fact, taken together with the promoted agenda of village life’s relationship to the OSU philosophy of geopolitics, convinced villagers in the beginning they might benefit from learning something. Well, the villagers did learn some things, but they did not learn what had been expected, like a wider understanding of a future village life reality in relationship to geopolitical exploitation. The villagers learned only fiction had been offered by the OSU scientists and learned absolutely nothing from the PhD Montenegrins because they had no idea at all of how OSU geopolitics functionally worked.

Damn, it was sad. Not one PhD, not a single PhD from either side of the cultural divide, understood that to be a Montenegrin villager in thought and philosophy had absolutely nothing to do with exploitation. PhD. Wow. The OSU scientists were sometimes frustrated with the Podgorica University scientists who could only tell stories from village life in anthropology that were totally out of context and consequently nonsensical. That fact only made the Podgorica scientists equal to the OSU scientists totally out of context with village life, and consequently nonsensical, propaganda.

At first the villagers simply observed. After a few years the villagers contributed a little bit of real village thinking and frightened Milo because it looked as though the entire event could be shown up as a case of ‘The Emperor Has No Clothes!’ Then, the villagers had tried to explain to Milo how some things could change to open up the dialogues to real learning, like getting smart and dis-inviting OSU but those who spoke out were put up against a wall and shot. No upsetting the Brussels-based corporate gravy train of ego allowed here!

Rather the ‘face’ of the event was to be preserved at all costs, a portrait of the mysterious and knowledgeable geopolitician, Milo, presiding over a dialogue that might one day yield his great secrets held in abeyance: to his lesser village beings and the handful of toadying, sycophant academics who peered upon his OSU holiness with expressions of Heavenly reverence as though they were alter-boys seated upon the left and right hands of God. In fact, it appeared to the villagers that Milo didn’t know shit. Milo only knew how to rest on his laurels from his Village Life Studies directorship at Podgorica University, look important, and, invite the villagers to a future life of employment in the Ikea cafeteria; to which the Montenegrin villagers replied: Work! Are you serious? We could never be made to work for the Turks, how would we ever be made to work for you?

Milo is still searching for his answer but not to worry, eventually OSU will think hard and provide it for him but, of course, it will be the wrong one…

Frankenstein’s Sutures

CIA, Google, Crowdstrike & the DNC non-hack

I’d noticed on 8 February that Russian news (Sputnik) had sucked up a propaganda misdirection fed to the (more usually) intrepid John Solomon, raising a question, why this story now? That Manafort’s ‘Black Ledger’ was a forgery is old news. The only thing new here is, the suggested idea the ‘Black Ledger’ might have ‘Made in Ukraine’ stamped somewhere on it in fine print:

[Rick Gates] “account … raises the possibility that someone fabricated the document in Ukraine […] its uncertain origins raise troubling questions about election meddling and what constitutes real evidence worthy of starting an American investigation” [1], [2]

Excuse me, but this is like trying to conceal Frankenstein’s sutures with a band-aid. Where Solomon has been misdirected to in regards to Ukraine election meddling, the so-called Manafort ‘Black Ledger’, is penny-ante poker by comparison to what has been spread all over the recent news on the subject of Ukraine and election meddling: President Trump’s call to Ukrainian President Zelensky requesting investigation into CrowdStrike:

^ All of the top Google search results (and for pages after) are about Trump hitting up Zelensky to investigate a ‘debunked conspiracy theory.’ But wait a minute. When the top result is the New York Times demanding we all ignore a story as ‘fake news’, it’d be more than intuitive to look into the matter deeper. Especially when google’s habit in uncomfortable matters (to the status quo) is burying opposed results, via so-called ‘search engine optimization’, there’s a dark side to this, as well recalling Tulsi Gabbard’s lawsuit. [3], [4]

To begin, we have a look at who really does not want you looking into the CrowdStrike story: That would be Google. Google began as a Central Intelligence Agency funded start-up:

“Seed-funded by the NSA and CIA, Google was merely the first among a plethora of private sector start-ups co-opted by US intelligence to retain ‘information superiority’”

“The origins of this ingenious strategy trace back to a secret Pentagon-sponsored group, that for the last two decades has functioned as a bridge between the US government and elites across the business, industry, finance, corporate, and media sectors. The group has allowed some of the most powerful special interests in corporate America to systematically circumvent democratic accountability and the rule of law to influence government policies, as well as public opinion in the US and around the world” [5], [6]

By now, google is absolutely one of the intelligence world’s ‘big boys’ and where are they putting their (2015) money?

“Security startup Crowdstrike is expected to announce a $100 million investment from Google Capital next week, a person close to the company told Business Insider, although this source did not reveal the valuation.
CrowdStrike was founded by two ex-McAfee execs in 2011. It offers a cloud tool that helps governments and enterprises discover and stop an attack as it it occurring” [7]

Humnn, who did Business Insider fail to name?

The Business Insider article excerpt (at [7], preceding the illustration) fails to name CrowdStrike’s co-founding executive, Dimitry Alperovich, who happens to be an anti-Putin Yeltsen era Russian expat (moved to the USA in his early teens) within a present day web that ties to Ukrainian oligarch Victor Pinchuk, Hillary Clinton, Burisma (the Bidens’ thing), an Adam Schiff staffer (!), Robert Mueller (a long time CIA asset, notable for framing Libya for Lockerbie and sandbagging the BCCI money laundering investigation into the CIA’s Iran Contra arms and narcotics trafficking), and is a fellow at the Atlantic Council (the organized Atlanticist lobby, these days mostly a Putin-bashing club.) Well, what to do with all of that?

$100 million in 2015 from CIA mega-asset Google (run by a super Clinton fan) to an Atlantic Council Fellow/cyber security expert tied to a Ukrainian billionaire & Burisma, with the Clintons & Bidens stirred into the mix and wellah, less than a year later Putin hacked the DNC which is actually a fairy tale. [14], [15], [16], [17]

Recalling this newsworthy rant begins with John Solomon calling for initiating an American investigation into the old news about Manafort and the fake ‘Black Ledger’ that had possibly been initiated in Ukraine and Sputnik getting a case of hot pants over the story, one wonders where Solomon believes any such investigation might go. The direction Mueller took the Lockerbie investigation when framing Libya? The direction Mueller took the BCCI investigation when protecting CIA Iran-Contra arms and narcotics trafficking? Mueller refusing to act on a mountain of evidence amassed by law enforcement naming Enrique Prado as a serial killer for a drug cartel because Prado was also a high ranking CIA officer? The direction Mueller took the Russiagate investigation when he took CrowdStrike’s word as gospel and never seriously investigated ‘the Russians did it’ DNC mails hack story? All of these stories wrap up under the CIA’s erstwhile Poppa Bush (41) and now Trump’s Attorney General William Barr. Oops. It follows, Trump’s real problem with begging anywhere/everywhere for an investigation into CrowdStrike just might be someone who works for him.
