On Wooden Indians…
Part 1) Not ‘just anybody’ would keep a pipe.
We’ll begin with what is required to keep a pipe in the context of the old Plains Cultures, which, with their many superficial differences, were nevertheless essentially identical in core principles.
The classic Plains T pipe represents the Law of Matriarchy to which every man is bound. Everyone who partakes of this pipe in ceremony is expected to understand (have been taught the core principles) what this law demands of the community. Essentially, this law requires setting the self aside with a demand the greater good is to be found in prioritizing devotion to the whole.
To ‘keep’ a pipe is to bind oneself to this primary core principle at a high level; with a self discipline that may not be set aside. This cannot emphasized too strongly. You must discipline your mind to a degree the modern world nearly does not know. There is practically no move you can make, no task you may engage which is not self aware and thought out, even as one performs. Life itself is lived as practical ceremony. You may not engage in petty, vindictive or vain gossip, neither with another person nor within the self. You may not associate with persons who live carelessly or thoughtlessly, you must avoid them. There is no concept of forgiveness, your mistakes must be corrected with practical steps taken.
The effect or litmus test of this self disciplined life *MUST* be what a son, brother and father of three generations of Cheyenne Arrow Keepers has stated should be the consistent, demonstrable outcome:
To be open to the mysteries of the natural world and it’s manifestations, to be sensitive, aware of the manifold possibilities of seeing the world, to be free and unhampered in one’s thinking, to be generous and kind in regard to others, to let everything have it’s own voice.
There is precisely ZERO space for the typical blinding personal arrogance of self, or ego, to achieve the preceding. A result of actually attaining this level of practical intelligence is reflected in the Native American proverb:
The spirit puts into the mind of a man, to know what to do.
This is practical result of the first rule of keeping a pipe. In other words, you can be depended upon to be a wise counselor.
The second general rule of keeping a pipe would seem even more difficult to modern peoples, the practical living in balance requires one cannot be wealth focused; having secured what is required to live MODESTLY, one cannot accrue wealth beyond this, it is affront to the living spirit, nature, whose rule dictates we ‘humans’ have no more inherent right to life than any other living thing. ANYTHING that burdens nature more than necessary to our living modestly, is a violation of the Plains Law of Matriarchy. How is that? The female principle that rules us, our creation or nature, represented in our community of women, is greater than any individual and this demands the individual be sacrificed to the good of the greater living whole. Individual wealth does not, cannot, will not find a place in this scheme. By modern standard, it is a self imposed ‘life of austerity.’
The third general rule of keeping a pipe would be you had already had disciplined oneself to the preceding rules prior to ‘receiving’ a pipe. The community leadership will have recognized one’s devotion, potential for achievement and consistent exemplary life prior to being entrusted with a pipe to be used in open ceremony. Relatively few people kept pipes because of the high expectations demanded of the ‘keepers.’
The fourth general rule of keeping a pipe is, this was no absolute right. If our leaders were chosen to keep a pipe for purpose of public ceremony, they also could have a right to use a pipe in public ceremony taken away. The authority in the original Plains Culture was never absolute in those chosen to lead the people. There was oversight. If ever the leadership became inflated with their own sense of importance, this was grounds for demotion. Leaders who refused to be disciplined were invariably shunned, leading to being effectively exiled, together with any supporters, on account of energy transfers. This underlying principle is key to part 2:
Part 2) Not ‘just any pipe’ would be kept.
Acquiring a useful pipe is not nearly so simple as making one, having one made, buying one or having one given to you by just anyone or even having an established one transferred to you. Energy transfers is paramount to understanding how a pipe originates and whether the pipe is ‘settled.’ This can take two directions; an old pipe or a new pipe.
First the old pipe. This is a pipe that is ‘transferred.’ It has a history of use and possibly attending items constituting a so-called ‘bundle.’ This pipe already has a working history and, if kept properly, an intense consciousness imbued in it. This is in line with modern discovery in quantum mechanics and the consequent statement of theoretical physicist Bernard d’Espagnat:
“The doctrine that the world is made up of objects whose existence is independent of human consciousness turns out to be in conflict with quantum mechanics and with facts established by experiment”
The history of the ‘old pipe’ will give it a form or intensity of consciousness that would give anyone but the rigorously self-disciplined, problems. And in the hands of the wrong persons, this pipe can cause extensive ‘bad luck’ in those connected with whoever might be ‘holding’ it. What’s going on here is, a pipe rebelling against the inferior energy of those persons it might have been transferred to. The pipe is demanding a certain quality of energy and when that energy is not forthcoming, the pipe, as a consciousness imbued object, pushes back against the energy it detests. This is where many pipes and bundles have been failed by their modern keepers, people without the necessary self-discipline required of the ancient native consciousness. Invariably any poor ‘keepers’ will see havoc created in their surroundings, they’ve effectively become a curse of bad luck through their blind arrogance of believing they are worthy when in fact they are not. Pat Kennedy himself told me his bundles and pipes should be ‘put out’ or retired for the fact there was no longer any assurance these items could be competently and safely kept. I don’t know if it happened but in some cases I expect not.
Now, the ‘new pipe’ is a tricky proposition as well. Here it is critical the person building it, giving it shape or form, is living the requirements set out in part one. Again, this is because energy transfers as consciousness and this will determine the personality of the new pipe. If the pipe maker is living a high form of the old native consciousness, and makes no mental mistake when working the stone, the person receiving this pipe could easily experience the same problems associated with being transferred an old pipe. On the other hand, if it is a careless person, or any person with an agenda, poor personal history or inferior habits, these all transfer into the personality of the new pipe and that will be the new pipe’s consciousness. Receiving a pipe with unknown or misrepresented history is a bit like manifesting roulette, you easily could be robbed (or shot dead.)
An ignorant person would create an ignorant pipe, a dishonest person would create a dishonest pipe, a deceived person would create a deceived pipe, a dangerous person would create a dangerous pipe, a vindictive person would create a vindictive pipe… you should get the picture. You don’t want ‘just any pipe’ and you certainly would not want a pipe without an intimate awareness of its source. Not just anyone should make pipes. In elder times, not ‘just anyone’ would dare to make a pipe.
And finally, it must be said the modern people do not possess the proper mentality to claim any right to say ‘this is Cree’ way or ‘this is Blackfoot’ way because they are not in fact living that old cultural awareness. That ancient mentality and today’s mentality are so different as Venus to Earth or Earth to Mars.
With enforced western educations having extinguished the oral histories together with the language, and as well, reshaped the indigenous mentality, and with western cultural anthropology in the guise of ‘Native Studies’ euphemism having displaced the advanced indigenous learning format, the preceding principles are presented as superior to nearly anything you will find nearly anywhere in academia in a sense of the authentic demands of the original traditions.
With this said, what Pat Kennedy attempted to pass to us can be seen as little more than remote opportunity to explore what it means to ‘live in a beautiful way.’
To live in a beautiful way in the ancient sense understood by Pat and his peers is to know how to set aside personal arrogance that seems normal, habitual, in the modern people; to practice a humility requiring you cannot set the requirements for personal ceremony aside in relation to one’s surroundings for so much as a moment. This is because energy transfers and each of us is responsible for ourselves as a source of the energy that makes up any given community or gathering. Don’t be deceived with any thought these requirements can be in any way set aside, even for a moment, ever, at all.
Part 3) Retiring a pipe.
A suspect or troublesome pipe or any pipe in unqualified hands should be ‘put out’ or that is properly retired. This is the simple act of abandoning the pipe in a remote, clean place in nature, together with offerings to honor the law the very fact of any pipe’s existence is meant to signify in the sense of original intent. There is no failure symbolized in this act; it is rectifying a mistake or preventing future mistakes being made. Did you wish to follow the way of the pipe and didn’t know, weren’t aware of the dangers involved with a pipe’s pre-set state of imbued consciousness? Retiring a pipe could be a wise re-beginning while seeing if one is able to live the rules in a real and practical way. Having disciplined the self to a very high standard of consciousness, one could then set out to re-acquire a pipe, but in this case from a trustworthy source. Or in case of having discovered living the actual rules of keeping a pipe were impractical or too burdensome, retiring a pipe would be an absolutely intelligent thing to do.
Part 4) Addendum.
In today’s world there is a false, self-deceived spirit has taken over many people’s experience in relation to ceremony. It might be manifest in keeping ceremony no one knows how to explain anymore; in other words a rote memory of things which have become completely false or hypocritical because to perform ceremony is to understand not only the how, but even more importantly, to intimately understand the why. Without the why, the how is meaningless. Or to take a place of leadership in ceremony without having subjected the self to the required advanced learning, and keeping, the rules demanded of the position. And especially to have elevated others to a role of pipe keepers, handlers or other ceremonial tasks and not having acquired critical knowledge to have trained them properly in the required elements of living the role, the prayers of these people are actually doing more harm than good, no intelligent Indian would want these people praying for them. And if informed, neither would you.
…and Wannabee Indians
Note: This author had divested himself of his pipe over a decade ago; for the reason of personal circumstance tending to cynicism and satire, or in other words, immersion in geopolitical intrigue –
The extra-constitutional order born out of the National Security Act of 1947 is when the American state finally went completely off the rails in regards to the rule of law. This is when corporations became welded to the new ‘national security state’, undermining the constitutional order so completely, the rise and entrenchment of an unaccountable shadow government was inevitable:
http://now.tufts.edu/articles/shadow-government
What few people understand within and without the USA is the composition of this dark entity. There are competing factions represented in two larger camps of neo-liberal and neo-conservative, where there is a power struggle. Both camps are criminal actors relating to there is a fusion of corporate board policy to every department of government at every level, not least intelligence agencies with actors with broad capacity to act independently of any legitimate oversight. Within this hidden framework, endless deceits and subversion play out, with each side seeking to undermine the other. A leech fastened to this sick animal is the Israeli Zionist element in the USA, AIPAC, propped up by a much larger and more powerful Christian Zionist element consisting of a messianic ‘Christian millennial’ social phenomena whose beliefs system is quite openly and honestly laid out by the apocalyptic, neo-conservative author Tim LeHay:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Left_Behind
^ People who actually believe in this stuff are in control of the Pentagon, and also make up a disproportionate of the United States military officer corps and it is the Air Force (where the majority of the USA’s nuclear stockpiles are kept in custody) is the most thoroughly infected. These are the people with the upper hand:
This stuff isn’t touched by the left’s ‘alternative mainstream media’ and the neo-conservative outlets on the right posing as alternative media (e.g. The Daily Beast) of course will never dig into the criminality of their own players. Why doesn’t the left touch it? Probably because of several factors; 1) there is a lot of overlap between the camps, the two cooperate in crime having to do with areas of mutual interest, you can’t dig into one without stumbling across complicity of the other 2) plain old narcissism leading to a blinding denial, for instance the American left’s inability to honestly examine the relationship of Daniel Ellsberg to Edward Lansdale because it would shake the foundation of their political mythology and open other (practically religious) icons Julian Assange, Ray McGovern, Robert Parry, et al, to serious question and examination 3) leading to obvious next assumption; the American left is so thoroughly compromised by intelligence assets, witting and unwitting, they’ve been effectively castrated:
With the several preceding (named) players consistently steering people’s attention away from the real danger zones, the apocalyptic-messianic, Christian millennial neo-conservative camp has all but won. In other words, we could call the composite circumstance an upcoming, messianic ‘Armageddon 4 U’ (whether you like the facts or not)
A Mephisto assessment of reality
The Little Engine That Couldn’t (part 3)
So, Tsipras, with the mandate of the Greek people (referendum) in his pocket, waltzed off to Brussels where he was put in a black site jail and water-boarded until he more than caved in to the troika, he handed Greece over to a 21st century German occupation. The Fourth Reich ubermensch have prevailed with Reichsfeldmarschall Schäuble ordering Greece to give up 50 billion euro in national assets to be sold off; to repay a Greek debt that in fact had been European Central Bank money created from thin air.
With Greece up for sale on ebay, the only thing the ‘troika’ hasn’t demanded to now is Greece’s most beautiful women on the auction block (which in a sense has already been accomplished as many women will feel forced into street-walking, catering to wealthy tourists, to feed themselves, their parents, siblings and/or children.)
And then it goes something like this; various emirs, sultans and Saudi princes buy up the Greek islands at a Nazi run fire sale, boatloads of Syrian and Iraqi refugees wash up on their shores (recalling the western democracies intelligence agencies dedication to ‘regime change’) and you have a European Union of Arabia. Sanity and common sense were never in the equation.
The Rehabilitation of Yanis Veroufakis
I’ve become quite the fan of ‘Tyler Durden’ at Zero Hedge. Recall I’d noted (in the previous 2 installments of this ‘little engine that couldn’t series) our ‘boys’ had consistently moved to meet the troika demands until finally Tsipras altogether collapsed under the pressures of gamesmanship. Meanwhile here is what had happened, in effect Tsipras had and has no balls:
[Varoufakis] said he spent the past month warning the Greek cabinet that the ECB would close Greece’s banks to force a deal. When they did, he was prepared to do three things: issue euro-denominated IOUs; apply a “haircut” to the bonds Greek issued to the ECB in 2012, reducing Greece’s debt; and seize control of the Bank of Greece from the ECB.
None of the moves would constitute a Grexit but they would have threatened it. Varoufakis was confident that Greece could not be expelled by the Eurogroup; there is no legal provision for such a move. But only by making Grexit possible could Greece win a better deal. And Varoufakis thought the referendum offered Syriza the mandate they needed to strike with such bold moves – or at least to announce them.
He hinted at this plan on the eve of the referendum, and reports later suggested this was what cost him his job. He offered a clearer explanation.
As the crowds were celebrating on Sunday night in Syntagma Square, Syriza’s six-strong inner cabinet held a critical vote. By four votes to two, Varoufakis failed to win support for his plan, and couldn’t convince Tsipras. He had wanted to enact his “triptych” of measures earlier in the week, when the ECB first forced Greek banks to shut. Sunday night was his final attempt. When he lost his departure was inevitable.
“That very night the government decided that the will of the people, this resounding ‘No’, should not be what energised the energetic approach [Varoufakis plan]. Instead it should lead to major concessions to the other side: the meeting of the council of political leaders, with our Prime Minister accepting the premise that whatever happens, whatever the other side does, we will never respond in any way that challenges them. And essentially that means folding. … You cease to negotiate.”
At the end of the day, Veroufakis’ plan might have worked. My instinct tells me Schäuble’s proposal for a five year ‘Grexit’ was a reverse psychology ploy, a bluff he could get away with, with Veroufakis out of the picture. Then, eighteen German controlled gangsters wouldn’t let Tsipras leave the room until the capitulation & humiliation became absolute and total.
Veroufakis’ mistakes were two; initially not understanding the nature of the beast he was dealing with (an intelligence failure missing the zero good faith on the troika side) and letting (as ‘Tyler Durden’ had noted in one of his excellent assessments) on to his study of ‘game theory’ which, in professional intelligence parlance, allowed the other side develop a model to understand certain possibilities they might be faced with.
Meanwhile, here is a link to Varoufakis’ after the fact radio interview or what’s known as a ‘debriefing’ and here are his initial post-capitulation written thoughts.

This is last post on my way out (Summer Break.) See you in the fall or perhaps I won’t be back at all
–
The Pentagon knew the CIA had been assisting Salafist militia in Syria since 2012 and our generals sat on their hands and said and did nothing to prevent the rise of Islamic State. These are same generals who’re now proclaiming Russia is the #1 strategic threat to the United States even as they lobby to provide arms and already provide training to Ukraine with neo-Nazi & Salafist (Chechen Al-Qaida & Islamic State veterans of the Syria conflict) elements incorporated to the Ukrainian military. So, who’s threatening who? One more iteration of the insanity and I’m out of here with no promises of when or if I’ll be back. Good luck to you all in our universe where Alfred E. Neuman is practically God –
What would you all think in the case of a ‘smoking gun’ (document) pointing directly to the USA’s involvement in efforts to empower Salafist militia (includes Al Qaida) resulting in the rise of Islamic State?
There is a 2012 Defense Intelligence Agency document had come into the public domain in June that mainstream media and almost all alternative media won’t touch. As WikiLeaks sensationalizes what amounts ‘old news’ in the intelligence community, ask yourselves why mainstream media will pick up those stories and run with what consistently points away from the most immediate and pressing danger and none of it touches the DIA document I will leave embedded here:
^
This damning information from a Defense Intelligence Agency assessment that had found its way into the public domain is also missing from what I now call ‘alternative mainstream media’
The circumstance of the information’s release appears to have been what amounts to raw political agenda combined with incredible ineptitude.
Judicial Watch, an organization with more in common with the religious right generals at the Pentagon than with actual judicial accountability, went after documents it wished to use to undercut Hillary, focusing on her tenure as Secretary of State. This is straightforward motivation in American politics, it’s a dirty game and Hillary’s tenure as head of the Department of State had been one of the most aggressive, criminal and incompetent in the history of United States foreign policy, the present basket-case that is Libya is evidence prima facie. So, Judicial Watch went after whatever documents a lottery by lawsuit might produce. But whoever was in charge of document selection and redaction, in their desire to please (a lawsuit from the left would never turn up the forthcoming information), overlooked (as did Judicial Watch) the full implications of a few sentences of a 2012 Defense Intelligence Assessment on CIA initiated policy (we’ll come to that) in Syria:
“the West, Gulf countries and Turkey support the opposition…
Ok, so that’s no big secret, this has been common knowledge but then you get the larger context:
“…there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in Eastern Syria .. and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime…”
Whoa! Alternatively stated, this would also accurately read ‘we’ll create a supportive circumstance handing Eastern Syria to Al-Qaida to bugger Assad.’ And then the kicker; the DIA assessment accurately predicts the outcome:
“ISI could also declare an Islamic State through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, which will create grave danger in regards to unifying Iraq…”
Which is exactly what happened, all on Hillary’s watch and what better dirt to pile on Hillary’s (very desirable) political grave than the fact she had initiated policy directly responsible for the rise of Islamic State and consequently Iraq coming apart at the seams (again.) But wait, let’s not jump to a sole, simplistic conclusion. When Department of State wants a hatchet-job accomplished, whether a ‘color revolution’ initiated, or an insurgency created, they turn to their Siamese twin, that is the CIA. Department of State decides what needs done, the CIA decides how to go about it. Enters the scene, stage (hard) right, the CIA’s David Petraeus setting up the geopolitical play with his Saudi intelligence counterpart:
Frequently the man who carried out dirty jobs, Bandar bin Sultan surrounded himself with strict regulations in relation to the royal family and its allies, especially the US. It should be remembered that Bandar was absent from major political decisions on more than four occasions since being appointed as general secretary of the National Security Council in 2006. His absence each time was due to a conflict within the royal family or the failure of a mission warranting the suspension of his political activity. His return in July 2012, alongside former CIA Director David Petraeus, was his final bet on the success of his political future.
Bandar had been bold enough to invest all his cards, including al-Qaeda, to win the deal of his life by overthrowing the Syrian regime.
In fact this joint USA-Saudi training, arming and supplying Salafist militia to bolster al-Qaida in Syria has been based out of Jordan and Turkey since the logistics had been pulled together by the CIA in 2012. The Syrian ‘moderate opposition’ had been a front to launder Salafist militia all along, when handing the East of Syria over to what became Islamic State. Any authentic ‘moderates’ would be fighting on the side of Assad, after witnessing the outcome in Libya. Maybe, that’s why, when rewriting history for public consumption, General Petraeus’ buddies at the Pentagon can come with no more than sixty (60) ‘moderate’ fighters in what amounts to a cover program for what has actually gone on?
Figuring this stuff out isn’t rocket science, so how’s our ‘alternative mainstream media’ been doing to now? Keeping you all informed?
Meanwhile, I recommend my readers getting their current information at Sibel Edmonds ‘Boiling Frogs Post.’ It’s not that I would agree with Sibel in every detail, it’s about Sibel turned down a multi-million dollar settlement from the USA to not talk about her experiences and discoveries when working as an FBI translator in the USA’s so-called ‘war on terror.’ Nobody has been able to buy her. Another excellent source of information would be ‘The Corbett Report.‘ As well, my readers might find zerohedge most interesting.
16 October 2015 update: zerohedge.com, more often an excellent source of intelligence, buys into an information operation meant to conceal the facts of the CIA’s liaison with Salafist militia in Syria. Read up on this media manipulation at Zero Hedge Drinks The Kool Aid

He made beautiful stone pipes. Before he made them in the way of our sacred pipes, he made really fascinating dope smoking pipes, from a soft stone that was easily broken. These elegantly carved works of art did often break. I don’t know if this is because stoners are clumsy or if there was a message involved.
But the pipe maker always took it to be a message, a lesson and opportunity to lecture someone, when their pipe broke. Maybe it never occurred to him the lessons of the many broken dope pipes were because of who it was had made them.
He had a mean streak. He wasn’t faithful to the beautiful woman in his life and maybe it never crossed his mind, the reality of why he lost her. Or the reality of why he couldn’t keep many truly steadfast and dependable friends. Or the reality of why ‘the universe’ would deliver him a savage beating out of the blue. Or the reality of any number of bad experiences it seemed to him had ‘invaded’ his life.
He had meanwhile began making the ‘real pipes’ from our special stone. He didn’t learn ceremony from our people, there was no ‘sweat equity’ investment. What I’m saying is, he didn’t put himself through the hardships of real learning from our teachers’ generations of wisdom. But he was making our pipes. And making them without the understanding of how you go about making these pipes from our cultural perspective, without the proper training or knowledge from oral history.
Our medicine people were ‘watching’ this guy from a distance, they know how to do that. One of them showed up one day and said ‘I would like you to make me a pipe.’ And so, this pipe maker made a pipe for this native ghost priest, and with his incredible gift for ‘art’ he made the bowl so a human spirit was carved from the black stone bowl, facing the person who would be smoking it. The medicine man accepted the pipe and kept it for awhile but then returned with it and said ‘you need to remove this person because we don’t want people to be bugged by it.’ Or maybe he filed away the ghost image himself. In any case, this image disappeared. But the exercise had served its purpose.
When pipe maker came to our camp, one where we put together the summer ceremonies, he didn’t understand our rules. Or maybe in this case he simply didn’t care or think much of the idea of sacred ground. He didn’t refrain from his long time habit of promiscuity and had a girl in his tent, where he was screwing her in the middle of the afternoon.
Tipped off the right time had arrived (our old people have ways of knowing these things) or that is to say ‘timed’ by the fortuity of the gods, the ghost priest gathered up several of his fellow medicine men, they took the (truly freaky) ‘clown masks’ used in a Sun Dance sub-ceremony and stealthily approached the pipe makers tent.
The pipe maker was working hard at his exercise when he heard a cough. Looking over at the unexpectedly open tent door he was frozen as was the girl under him … as they beheld these hideous faces silently looking on .. and then one of the faces said, in a voice the pipe maker should have recognized, “Well, slip it back in”
We subsequently didn’t see this pipe maker at the ceremonies, which is a good, and in the same moment, a bad thing. What might have been going on in the medicine men’s mind?
What we know from the awareness the western culture had worked hard put to death, that is what the Christian culture, which had murdered the native cultures, doesn’t know, that is energy transfers. This guy making pipes needed to be overcome before his pipes began circulating his disease among the people. He had to be made to think about his behaviors. To change his ways. To understand there are unforeseen consequences to one’s inattentive actions. To learn to observe intelligently and begin to assume responsibility for his behaviors. To clean up his act, become ‘clean’ enough to mix with people without causing harm. To discover what it means to become a ‘real human being.’
And, as a last and poorest choice, if he’d not seen his mistakes and corrected himself, discover the hardest lessons of all, the disasters that would attend one’s personal life if he were to make pipes for certain persons and discover his energies can be directed squarely back at him.

What People Are Reading
This site is not one where you’ll find thousands of followers but that isn’t a concern because it is the quality of the readers is paramount. I have intelligence veterans read here (and by inference, intelligence agencies), ‘alternative’ journalists (some who come to steal), friendly entities & absolute enemies or that is to say angels & devils, as well curious innocents (who might well lose their innocence.) Roughly 1/2 my readers originate in the USA, with the rest scattered across the world with only a few nations not having visited, notably Iran, North Korea and a handful of African states.
This sites all time most read intelligence assessment is on Flight MH 17: Black Boxes, Dark Arts & Geopolitics.
In any given month, one or another article out of the past might suddenly become popular; a testament to the durability of the intelligence assessments (or satires, as the case may be.)
Of the 300+ articles (front page and indeterminate archives included), these are the top fifty recording hits from 5 July 2014 to 4 July 2015:
“I would much prefer to win a very ugly game than lose a beautiful one” -Netherlands footballer Arjen Robben
When it comes to the geopolitical ‘Great Game‘, a Dutch player might as easily say:
‘I would much prefer to win a very ugly game than to lose a honest one’
As the EU and the IMF prop up Ukraine, a bankrupt nation drowning in debt, while Kiev pours money into a neo-nazi integrated military employed against its own citizens, the EU and IMF are strangling Greece. These are truly NASTY people, constituting an international gang of criminals. Today we feature the Dutch:
Who among you might remember the school playground where a gang of miscreant children, surrounding and propping up a bully’s rule, had that exceptionally nasty, and small, kid whose business it was to provoke and egg on a fight? In the case of MH 17, that’s the Dutch. Even worse, rather than admit, or even to honestly explore the possibility, it was their fellow gang member, Ukraine, is responsible for an egregious crime against his own family, the Dutch gangster kid would prefer to ‘win ugly.’ Too fearful of truth, too much pride at stake, absolutely determined not to know consequence for criminal association, that’s the Dutch kid. So, he digs himself ever deeper into that dark history which must, one day, return to more than haunt him. That’s the nature of denial and the Dutch. Bullies rise and bullies fall, and supportive gangs are inevitably broken up by changing circumstance and attending fate; and that’s the facts of a very uncertain future for the Dutch. Something for the better citizens of the Netherlands to consider as their miscreant national leadership participates in pushing Russia into a corner at the United Nations…
“[Dutch Prime Minister] Rutte said Friday the Dutch government believes a tribunal is the “best option for bringing to justice the perpetrators””
“the resolution is being prepared by the five countries investigating the crash and will be under Chapter 7 of the U.N. Charter, which can be enforced militarily”
…recalling from 24 June at this site:
“What the … reporter fails to inform his readers is, Russia could be placed in an impossible position in a case where Security Council resolutions are routinely politicized by, and often fail to pass on account of proposed language. If the resolution were, for instance, to demand any United Nations tribunal created require ‘interested parties’ (e.g. Ukraine) be integral to the process and have a say in any ‘finding of fact’, or demand the much politicized and prejudiced ‘Dutch investigation’ be a basis on which the tribunal proceeds, the entire process becomes a propaganda exercise in what would become just another iteration of conviction by media with little regard for any element of truth”
And, of course in any such circumstance Russia would be in a position to use its Security Council veto as a means of self defense. And that fact would be triumphantly held up to the heavens by western media as proof Russia is the criminal per the preceding post of 24 June reiterated here:
Reuters & A Fixed Verdict On trial by media
David Kenneth Roy Thomson, 3rd Baron Thomson of Fleet is a British peer and Canadian media magnate. He is chairman of Thomson Reuters. He currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. Thomson is listed as one of the wealthiest people in the world with an estimated net worth of 22 billion
When named chairman of Thomson Corp., he expressed the desire to become more involved in its business. That didn’t happen. Today, much of his attention is focused on real estate and currency trading
Today David (his family fortune estimated at 25.6 billion in 2015) is the figurehead chairman of the merged Thomson-Reuters. One wonders, as one of the world’s wealthiest men plays a somewhat pseudo but real life Monopoly game’s minor role, while managing real estate for the super-rich, that and a hobby of trading currency, how it is his majority owned media conglomerate has become the playground of western intelligence agencies information operations and he apparently has precisely nothing to say about how his business is run; when feeding world class geopolitical lies to the western democracies electorates. Perhaps we can draw a parallel with Louis XVI of France, a man who preferred tinkering with clocks and left his kingdom to be run by less than worthy minions. Should the baron be paying closer attention to what he apparently has no say in? That is to say Reuters playing a geopolitical sleight-of-hand that does incredibly nasty and foolish things pushing our very small world to an ever more dangerous brink:
EXCLUSIVE – International tribunal looks like best chance for MH17 justice – Dutch sources
* Dutch public demand action on Malaysian jet downed over East Ukraine
* Of 298 passengers and crew killed, two-thirds were Dutch
* Main challenge is to get Ukrainian rebel and Russian cooperation
* Tribunal could put Russia on the spot at U.N. Security Council
AMSTERDAM, June 23 (Reuters) – The Netherlands is discussing with its allies an international tribunal to prosecute those suspected of downing a Malaysian airliner over rebel-held eastern Ukraine last year, sources familiar with the discussions have told Reuters
Ok, so Russia wanted an IMPARTIAL international authority investigating MH 17 from the get go. What’s wrong with this picture? Reuters goes on:
A trial in Ukraine itself appears a non-starter, since the pro-Russian rebels are as unlikely to attend as the Russian government, which sympathises with and influences them but strenuously denies involvement in the incident or the rebellion. And, while Dutch law provides a form of universal jurisdiction for war crimes, the downing of a civilian airliner during a civil war, possibly by mistake, is not a good legal fit. Malaysia, the flight’s destination, is even farther from the crime scene. Other legal options are still being considered, the sources said, but an international tribunal, rather than a domestic court, is seen as providing the greatest chance of success.
Well, that’s interesting, a sort of ‘we venue shopped and nothing looks good enough’, as well not mentioning the Ukrainian authority at Kiev should be disqualified because that regime is a suspect but instead Reuters is insisting the ‘rebels’ wouldn’t attend proceedings in Kiev without mentioning the ‘rebels’ (or for that matter, Russians) couldn’t possibly attend in what would clearly be a beyond biased or absolutely hostile jurisdiction with a monumental conflict of interest. And why is a Dutch court with a principle of universal jurisdiction ‘not a good legal fit’ ?? ‘Not a good legal fit’ is a broad statement, with no attending explanation. Is it because some courts cannot be depended on to arrive at predetermined conclusions? And then we are informed:
For now, the investigation into the crash continues, and Dutch prosecutors have said they do not expect to issue indictments until after the Dutch Safety Board releases a report in October detailing how the plane was downed. But the prosecutors have narrowed their focus to the theory that the plane was shot down by a Russian-built BUK surface-to-air missile fired from an area held by pro-Russian forces
So, ‘the prosecutors’ (who appear to be afraid of their own courts) are holding to a line that has been largely built on social media ‘evidence’ that is easily debunked but this fact of discredited narrative is never reported on by Reuters (or any of the other large western corporate media.) But then you have a Dutch journalist questions how it is the Ukrainian authorities (Ukraine is a suspect in the downing of MH 17) are able to launder the fact it is actually Ukraine running the investigation under color of Dutch authority, and what is more, this Dutch cover authority is absolutely uninterested in eye-witnesses who’ve stepped forward when their accounts do not fit the Western press narrative. The Dutch journalist consequently goes to Russian media with an account Western media refuses to cover…
…and what is worse, the Dutch cover authority has actually advertised for witnesses that fit the western press narrative because these are witnesses they’ve not been able to find. Here Reuters claims these (to now) non-existent witnesses should meet the Dutch (cover) investigators’ “lead scenario”, a Russian or ‘rebel’ Buk surface to air missile downed MH 17, the most far fetched of possibilities. When it comes to advertising for witnesses custom fit to meet a certain scenario, this is inviting false or ‘rewarded’ testimony. Now, back to the Reuters ‘exclusive’ on the proposed international tribunal and where the ‘nuance’ is lost:
But since an international court would require backing from the U.N. Security Council, Russia would be forced either to acquiesce or to use its veto and risk being seen as the main obstacle to justice in a mass killing of civilians
What the Reuters reporter fails to inform his readers is, Russia could be placed in an impossible position in a case where Security Council resolutions are routinely politicized by, and often fail to pass on account of proposed language. If the resolution were, for instance, to demand any United Nations tribunal created require ‘interested parties’ (e.g. Ukraine) be integral to the process and have a say in any ‘finding of fact’, or demand the much politicized and prejudiced ‘Dutch investigation’ be a basis on which the tribunal proceeds, the entire process becomes a propaganda exercise in what would become just another iteration of conviction by media with little regard for any element of truth. As a matter of fact, this is exactly what the Reuters article has set out to do. And then we have the real ‘kick truth in the teeth’ for a conclusion:
The closest analogy might be the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, when Pan Am flight 103 was blown out of the sky over Scotland, killing all 243 people onboard. Two Libyan secret service agents were handed over by Libya’s late leader Muammar Gaddafi under the pressure of broad economic sanctions. They were put on trial in the Netherlands under Scottish law, and one was convicted
Contrast the (preceding) Reuters conclusion to what is common knowledge in intelligence circles but certainly will not be pursued by the intelligence assets employed at Reuters:
^ The retired officer – of assistant chief constable rank or higher – has testified that the CIA planted the tiny fragment of circuit board crucial in convicting a Libyan for the 1989 mass murder of 270 people
The article (linked to the screenshot, above) goes on to state:
The officer, who was a member of the Association of Chief Police Officers Scotland, is supporting earlier claims by a former CIA agent that his bosses “wrote the script” to incriminate Libya
That whistle-blow went nowhere because of a geopolitical predetermination, where out of control and by far too powerful or rogue intelligence agencies manufacture the evidence, to insure prefabricated outcomes and where officials with a vested interest in their own survival do not challenge what amounts to ‘predestination’ irrespective of real justice. Just as it is intended the prefabricated case against Russia will be rammed through whilst perpetrating a world class lie on the western democracies electorates; ‘justifying’ the transition of a recently created ‘rapid reaction force’ from 4,000 to 40,000 troops on Russia’s frontiers.
Who benefits?
Western corporate oligarchy, plain and simple, with a roll call of long familiar names: Lockheed-Martin in 1st place, Boeing in 2nd and BAE Systems of Britain in 3rd … add your favorite here _______________ or example given, Raytheon’s interceptor missile sales to Poland, with Raytheon benefiting from the NATO build-up on Russia’s borders.
A report here cites General James Cartwright, who was elected to a paid position on Raytheon’s board of directors while serving on the Defense Policy Board. Admiral Gary Roughead also served on the Defense Policy Board while joining the board of Northrop Grumman.
Eighty percent of generals retiring from 2004 to 2008 took these sort of employment positions, according to a separate Boston Globe investigation. And the fact many of the Pentagon’s generals believe in literal Armageddon as a matter of their extreme ‘Christian Dominion’ cult belief certainly can’t help with any future sane decision making.
Insofar as supportive media, Thomson-Reuters plays a powerful role in intelligence agency information operations promoting geopolitical tensions benefiting the military-industrial (and ‘associates’ e.g. Chevron, Barrick Gold, et al, add nausea) stocks from Frankfurt to London to Montreal to Wall Street. All the while our ‘billionaire Baron’ Thomson plays Monopoly like Louis XVI tinkered with clocks … with his ’empire minions’ busy promoting potentially deadly geopolitical tensions, perhaps a bit too easily pointing to World War III. Would it make a difference whether ‘The Baron’ knows what’s actually going on with his media conglomerate? Probably not. How is it these corrupt people have acquired such an immense and perverted power, exercised with near total impunity? How is it no authority stands up to this? Ask yourself.

The Little Engine That Couldn’t (Part Two)
Some would expect this piece better should have been called ‘Greek Tragedy.’ But It’s all tragic-comic to me, and the first installment (part one) had been in the format of a satirical fairy tale. At the point of this part two, the fairy tale had simply degenerated to Greek self-delusions –
The Greek Minister of Finance, Yanis Varoufakis, has a blog where my comments pointing to certain realities never post. So, I’m taking care of that here with commenting on number two of his ‘Why we recommend a NO in the referendum – in six short bullet points’ in his latest post.
2) The IMF, the United States’ government, many other governments around the globe, and most independent economists believe — along with us — that the debt must be restructured.
My comment that will almost certainly not post:
I wonder how that explains the IMF taking a hardline on other points (esp taxes.) BTW trusting the USA at face value is to ignore the history of egregious lies coming out of the Department of State. If the USA actually wanted Europe to move in Greece’s direction, they’d have snapped their fingers and Europe would roll over like the well trained dog it demonstrates itself on other issues.
I don’t know who Varoufakis’ propagandists are, or if he comes up with the often foolish nonsense at his blog, bearing no resemblance to reality. While beginning with principled demands, the Greeks had moved, moved, moved towards the hardline demanded by the ‘troika’ which had been obviously negotiating in bad faith. There was never any purpose other than to destroy the Greek ‘pesky left’ intended by ‘Europe’ or better said closet fascist corporate oligarchy with a blueprint designed to break Greece into pieces to be served up at future ‘privitization’ party.
Insisting Greece is integral to the Euro Zone, Alex Tsipras and Yanis Varoufakis had by turns, begged, moved towards the ‘troika’ position, threatened, moved towards the ‘troika’ position, thrown tantrums, moved towards the ‘troika’ position and the ‘troika’ essentially never budged.
Now, after promising a referendum, they believe they are somehow bargaining from a position of strength that will require a new and more equitable deal for Greece.
News for the ‘boys’ is this; there is none and never will be any intention of the ‘troika’ other than making a living hell of Greece to send a message to the rest of the PIGS: DON’T DARE EVEN THINK ABOUT EXERCISING INDEPENDENCE OR SOVEREIGNTY.
That Tsipras and Varoufakis would not know this by now is nearly incomprehensible, and the idea they would not step up and state this to the Greek people recalls the brilliance of Thomas Paine, one of the truly great legends in the annals of the principles of democracy Greece claims to have midwifed:
“It is impossible to calculate the moral mischief, if I may so express it, that mental lying has produced in society. When a man has so far corrupted and prostituted the chastity of his mind, as to subscribe his professional belief to things he does not believe, he has prepared himself for the commission of every other crime” -Thomas Paine
In fact Greece has two possibilities; 1) exit with the hope of recovering after a sharp increase in hardships, shorter term, followed by recovery (e.g. Argentina) or 2) perpetual debt slavery within the EU.
But the 1st option is harder than even the difficulties presented on face value. Were Greece to exercise the option of recovering their national sovereignty, there is little question those intelligence agency integrated dark corporate forces comprising a ‘deep state’ within the western democratic structures would act – along the lines of ‘color revolution’
For an excellent description of what’s really happened to Greece, in plain language, here’s the experts (link)
^ Best article I’ve seen but for the small problem Tsipras and Varoufakis had consistently caved to the pressures and blackmails brought to bear, always moving in the direction of ‘troika’ demands whereas the ‘troika’ never budged (part two of the article is more or less worthless)
But then I found an even better article HERE
^ “That is to say, it [the IMF] already knew back then that the bailout executed in 2010 would push Greece even further into debt. Which is the exact opposite of what the bailout was supposed to do.
“The 2010 bailout was the one that allowed private French, Dutch and German banks to transfer their liabilities to the Greek public sector, and indirectly to the entire eurozone‘s public sector. There was no debt restructuring in that deal”
