Stargate Project (1)

The introduction to this series, for those who’d not read it or would wish to review it, may be found HERE. It is recommended the introduction be read prior to delving into any of the articles in this series –

Part one of this series develops why the Western paradigm will never be able to master the so-called ‘paranormal’ phenomenon at the highest level; for the fact they’ve fenced themselves out of the necessary intelligence with the ‘individual’ (ego) cultural imperative. This presents an insurmountable obstacle.

There is an anonymous zerohedge article on ‘paranormal warfare’ quoting (quotes follow in italics, sans illustrations) the US Army Security Command, material drawn from the CIA “reading room.” I will constrain myself to the excerpted quotes (the complete original material is quite lengthy.) If this anonymous article is actually a CIA prompt to initiate discussion from which they might harvest ideas, the cited sections are likely where there is ongoing struggle to control certain aspects and search for insights.

The Gateway Process

In order to induce remote viewing and other psychic phenomenon, The US Army studied the “Gateway Process” – essentially perfecting meditation techniques developed by the Monroe Institute which allow humans to harness their own electromagnetic energy waves, control them, and effectively traverse time and space.

The procedure is performed by synchronizing both hemispheres of the brain.

Fundamentally, the Gateway Experience is a training system designed to bring enhanced strength, focus and coherence to the amplitude and frequency of brainwave output between the left and right hemispheres so as to alter consciousness, moving it outside the physical sphere so as to ultimately escape even the restrictions of time and space. The participant then gains access to the various levels of intuitive knowledge which the universe offers.

The Gateway process is designed to rather rapidly induce a state of profound calm within the nervous system and to significantly lower blood pressure to cause the circulatory system, skeleton and all other physical organ systems to begin vibrating coherently at approximately 7–7.5 cycles per second. The resulting resonance sets up a regular, repetitive sound wave which propagates in consonance with the electrostatic field of the earth.

To enter these intervening dimensions, human consciousness must focus with such intense coherence that the frequency of the energy pattern which comprises that consciousness (i.e. the brainwave output) can accelerate to the point where the resulting frequency pattern, if displayed on an oscilloscope, would look virtually like a solid line. Achievement of this state of altered consciousness sets the stage for perception of non-time-space dimensions because of the operation of a principle in physics known as Planck’s Distance.

Moreover, once the individual is able to project his consciousness beyond time-space, that consciousness would logically tend to entrain its frequency output with the new energy environment to which it is exposed, therein greatly enhancing the extent to which the individual’s altered consciousness may be further modified to achieve a much heightened point of focus and a much refined oscillating pattern. The fundamental mistake in the preceding, from the ‘pre-modern’ (pre-Columbian) view is, the artificial (invention or artifice) applied to something that is possessed of it’s own principal laws and subsets of attending rules. Whatever “new energy environment” might be ‘found’ .. ‘out there’ .. is as liable to damage the practitioner as any other outcome because there are no immunities developed in the described process that should serve as ‘shields’ which provide protection for the capacity to recognize, understand and refrain from trespassing forbidden fields (which exist for a purpose.)

Particularly relevant to the CIA’s pursuit of espionage, per the ancient understanding is, all lies, to (especially) include self deceits, no matter how small, are recorded as errors (within the self), excepting a certain phenomenon having to do with ‘creating reality’ that ‘lies’ within a principal law of paradox (emphasizing ‘a’ principal law and minimizing ‘the’ principal law except as situationally apropos) that has its’ own subset of rules. These recorded errors, subsequently-consequently, can ‘read’ by the larger sentient awareness (environment) via the personal ‘energy field.’

It follows, exploring the several so-called ‘psychic’ phenomena (e.g. telekinesis, remote viewing) from the lab of Cartesian-Platonic Western science will be an ongoing, rank fail, for the fact of the major cultural self-deceit called ‘objectivity.’ In fact all matter is consciousness imbued and any single ‘object’ cannot be ‘separated’ from awareness but only isolated from the self via a set of steps routing around any ‘object’; this requires a ‘presupposition’ or, realizing certain circumstance will be encountered demanding a practice of ‘avoidance’ (practical invisibility.) Herein (indigenous practice) is a matter of seeing but purposely, consciously not engaging but because the Western method is ‘proactive’ (projective) it cannot avoid engagement (drawing attention to itself) concerning certain laws and attending forces it does not factor in (does not know how to.)

This *misapprehension* (emphasizing as relative to the stated purpose of Stargate) might seem quite old. This becomes readily apparent when the practices concerning Stargate derive from ‘related’ practices of meditation such as that of the Eastern philosophy rooted in modern yogis or contemporary Buddhists. In fact these ‘Eastern’ methods, if old by Western standard, are actually quite recent and are precisely opposed (180 degrees opposite, with few exceptions) to what had been the ‘pre-civilized’ practice of meditation, quite nicely captured by an observer of this reporter’s previous work:

“”A necessary circumstance to bring real ceremony…into your life is the idea that meaningful life is an observational meditation interacting with nature.””

“Already we can see meaning and attention getting wrapped up together in this beautifully succinct summation of the basic Blackfeet outlook on life. We can see clearly though, that for Ron and his Blackfeet teachers, the conviction that all life is meaningful and synchronistic leads to a heightened observation of one’s surrounding environment* …” [footnoted]

Footnote: “*Which for each of us is what makes up our individual worlds. This type of meditation, then, leads not out of the world, but deeper in” [bold in the original] [2]

Nearly, precisely correct, excepting the Western idea of “individual.” In other words, when one is in persistent meditative state integrated to one’s natural surroundings, this leads to the ability to see and traverse the open avenues provided by (what I have described elsewhere as) ‘the timing’ or ‘living clock’ of a meta-awareness (synchronicity in the quoted article.) [3]

Where the Army program states…

…the difference to the ancient is stark; wherein Gateway terms like the following are offered:

“To enter these intervening dimensions, human consciousness must focus with such intense coherence that the frequency of the energy pattern which comprises that consciousness (i.e. the brainwave output) can accelerate to the point where the resulting frequency pattern, if displayed on an oscilloscope, would look virtually like a solid line”

This (immediate preceding) is like using a laser to cut a road to a destination the ancient Blackfoot would traverse as easily as becoming a butterfly or, as naturally easy as dreaming in the waking state (the butterfly represents this.) The qualitative difference is immense; Because the ancient is relaxed in to one’s surroundings, they are ‘shown’ the destination; whereas the Western experiment is a ‘focus of such intense coherence’ it is akin to forcing one’s way out of their presence (present) with destination uncertain and incoherent (for the fact of circumventing the purposed avenues of this world’s larger, sentient awareness.)

Properly navigating the (larger, sentient) meta awareness framework, in a mechanistic sense, could be described as something like this:

Consider the spiderweb, but give it horizontal and vertical and then every other necessary dimension to create a sphere. What we do is, if you consider yourself inside a ball with transparent skin and we ‘walk’ the ball throughout this network of intersecting web with vista opening (in front) and closing (behind) … but everything depends on how you look at things because there is two views. Maybe some of those reading here have done the following exercise, when looking through the glass of a window; if you shift your consciousness, you can see through the window or use the window as a mirror. As an analogy, both views are useful but in Western culture only one is commonly used in the window of awareness and it is not the ‘looking through’ that is mostly used … but only rarely, in limited ways.

The brain is an energized hologram (processor) and body a vehicle but ‘energies’ are not limited to this, ‘life’ (energy-awareness is not limited to biological processes) is manifest in everything we encounter. We put interpretations on our experience when encountering another energy and there is something like a system of filters to give perspective to what we have encountered, in a way that can make sense to us. Most (modern or ‘Westernized’) people aren’t very good at this, they assign too much value to the image and don’t see (and cannot observe, follow, engage, disengage or altogether avoid) the energy. This is result of placing undue focus on the ‘physical’ manifestation (vehicle) of the energies encountered but not interpreting the surrounding/integrated (it can be either or both) associated energies properly, a consequence of separated hemispheres of the brain with ‘dominance’ (out-sized importance) given to logic within a physical framework or focus on ‘matter’ rather than ‘energy’ (energy being a much wider concept than that related to consumption, and possessing many level of subtleties.)

The point is, when in constant state of ‘meditative’ self-correction (maintaining equilibrium) within these ideas, when one is not ‘separated’ (objectified), this awareness of self-integration (to environment) permeates yourself and one’s surroundings; and is integrated to the ‘timing’ (is not only transferred/broadcast or projected into surrounding environment but is equally able to be receptive and knows necessary neutral states as well) providing ability to shape (or to open, be shown into & follow) intelligent direction while avoiding pitfalls. This necessarily excludes the modern ‘psychics’ who should be (technically) described as a ‘herniated’ Western intelligence with a constricted (severely limited) access to nature’s metadata web (within which are infinite intra-dimensional possibilities.)

Of critical understanding to the difference between ‘separated’ and ‘un-separated’ (or modern and pre-modern) cultures, is the location of conscious awareness. In the modern, conscious awareness is somehow locked into a dominance of the left hemisphere of the brain in the individual; in the pre-modern, conscious awareness is experienced as coordinated shifts between the left and right hemispheres of the GROUP. This last is (or had been) a seasonal shift where ‘ceremony’ serve(s)/serve(d) as calibration with the metadata web. In this pre-modern state, a related analogy would be conscious awareness was never located at any distance, when in one hemisphere, from the other hemisphere, but kept the hemispheres closely interlinked in sense of balance; along the lines of shifting balance on a bicycle – left-winter to right-summer – and back. This matter of a dynamic balancing act, that doesn’t experience stasis (in the Western sense), requires born into and a lifetime of polish through learning (in the pre-modern) to grasp and function within at highest level.

The oxymoron inherent in Stargate is, it is the Western cultural shaping (education) kills the ability to apply this sight at the fluent level; the higher the educational level in Cartesian-Platonic philosophy based science (over-training a ‘locked down’ left hemisphere actually opposed in great respect to the right hemisphere), the less ability is manifest to practically engage, whilst noting any Cartesian-Platonic shaped ‘intellectual’ grasp of the phenomenon is light years from ability to fluently perform.

Introduction

“We’re not used to thinking about process. We communicate with an object-based language. David [Bohm] invented a thing called – “rheomode“ – language in which we speak to each other in a flowing mode. There are some ancient languages which do this – Hopi Indian and some others. In his book Wholeness and the Implicate Order, you’ll find a chapter on language, in which he discusses this rheomode. It didn’t work [for science], because we were still thinking of objects” -theoretical physicist Basil Hiley [1]

Follows is a new iteration of my A + B = C lampoon of the Western culture’s Cartesian-Platonic paradigm; wherein is explored an entry from the Central Intelligence Agency’s “reading room” concerning the so-called ‘paranormal.’

Part one of this series develops why the Western paradigm will never be able to master the phenomenon at the highest level; for the fact they’ve fenced themselves out of the necessary intelligence with the ‘individual’ (ego) cultural imperative. This presents an insurmountable obstacle. [2]

Part two will look at intermediate possibilities (where the CIA might have taken the research since it had gone to deep cover.)

Part three will explore actual possibilities available to the modern mentality or so-called ‘civilized’ states’ pursuit of this knowledge within the severely constricted Cartesian-Platonic cultural paradigm.

Supposedly the so-called ‘Stargate Project’ had been shut down in 1995, after the CIA had taken full control of the program and shut out the Defense Intelligence Agency. The certainty this had been a false story to take the research under deep cover is implicit in several reasons;

1) from the Western ‘lab-science’ view there had been strong working result & indications pointing to phenomenal but little understood & unpredictable human ability to access alternate reality circumventing space-time limitations; [3]

2) Navy SEAL officer L.R. Bremseth, in a study for the Marine Corps War College, noted Stargate research implications pointing to what he names “Transcendent Warfare” necessitating a deep cover for further development of understanding how the exploration of ‘alternative dimensions’ might be developed in such a way as to render the present employ of warfare obsolete:

“Transcendent warfare’s impact extends well beyond remote viewing, which offers a glimpse of the possible. It also holds the potential for fundamentally shifting and expanding our current understanding of reality to such an extent that manipulation of established reality parameters, such as time, becomes possible if not plausible. The first nation or group that actualizes transcendent warfare will therefore possess a strategic advantage that may prove insurmountable” [4]

3) Last, but not least, the very fact of the CIA’s ‘reading room’ having situated the DIA material for the public’s perusal, points at looking to initiate discussion (they will no doubt attempt monitoring) or trying to develop further information (a case of be careful of what you wish for.) This while CIA has studiously remained silent on their own, concurrent studies of Stargate type material in cooperation with the Stanford Research Institute’s Russell Targ (a real creep) and colleagues. [5]

I should mention here (without giving up their names) I’d been for a number of years acquainted with two top paranormal professionals in law enforcement and they had 3rd colleague (I am not acquainted with) who was one of the principals in Stargate Project. However this might seem coincidental (we did not ever discuss Stargate per se), for my own part I do not believe it is coincidental at all these acquaintances were invested in exploring relevant Native American phenomenal experience (sweat lodge & sacred sites.) Without assigning any malevolent motivation to this preceding (in my experience these were ethical people), in my Native view of this small world we live in, I would also never assign coincidence to the fact of my discovering, altogether independently, intelligence agency penetration of professional associations for the purpose of exploring the paranormal through (among other fields of expertise) anthropology direct to subject of Native American spirituality. In this regard I will name names: the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and its’ past president, James O’Dea.

The Institute of Noetic Sciences had been cooperating with (laundering?) CIA funded ‘stargate’ research by Russell Targ of the Stanford Research Institute since at least the early to middle 1970s:

Chip Tatum & His Odd Internet Afterlife

Dois Gene Tatum was an American CIA operations asset ‘conscripted’ into the agency, according to his own account, due to exceptional personal circumstance. His is an insider narrative of the international narcotics trafficking related to Iran-Contra; his 1997 (1-1/2 hour) video statement is followed by (in my estimation) what is wrong with the video and then what’s right with the video:

What is ‘wrong’ with the video is immediately apparent at first viewing; Tatum’s account has been sabotaged by the very people he entrusted his testimony to. Ted Gunderson is not in the class of people you would want promoting material that should be taken seriously. The problem for actors (not in the thespian sense) like Tatum is, to get a wide audience they depend on actors (in the extreme thespian sense) to promote their materials; because no one in mainstream will touch the material he is divulging with the proverbial ten foot pole. The trade-off?

“Gunderson is a former FBI bureau chief (Los Angeles) about whom it has been said: Joël van der Reijden’s list of what not to believe includes “everything that has come out of Ted Gunderson‘s mouth.” His employment with the FBI has given him much initial credibility, while there appears to be the general consensus, that over time he more and more blew everything he touched out of proportion” [1]

However Gunderson’s FBI background might have convinced Tatum, true to the preceding statement, the video (towards the end) exaggerates what Tatum is saying about the dangers of developing globalism in the extreme with inserted off topic clips, the most notable being:

Presenting an excerpted statement of Cathy O’Brian on overhearing conversations between George H.W. Bush and William Jefferson Clinton. This self-professed MK Ultra victim may or not have had some experience and Project Monarch may or not exist as an MK Ultra subset but her presence only serves to distract from the testimony of Chip Tatum. [2], [3]

Followed by David Icke’s inserted clip on “The New World Order”, a fine bit of speech but associating Chip Tatum’s revelations with the anti-globalism activist who is most famous for his belief in ‘illuminati shape-shifting lizard DNA persona’ is not going to ‘win friends and influence people’ among those who need to hear Tatum’s message.

What is ‘right’ about the video is, it is consistent with, and overlaps, several other serious accounts of, and associations with, the Iran-Contra principals:

1) Ari Ben Menashe’s account of his involvement with Iran-Contra as an Israeli intelligence officer, ‘Profits of War’, where Ben Menashe also reveals MOSSAD’s involvement with cocaine trafficking. [4]

2) Los Angeles Police Department detective Michael Ruppert’s investigations into the source of the cocaine flooding LA pointing to the CIA during the Iran-Contra period. [5]

3) San Jose Mercury investigative journalist Gary Webb’s ‘Dark Alliance’ series on Iran-Contra and California’s crack cocaine epidemic. [6]

4) Jeb Bush’s connections to Miami’s anti-Castro Cuban exile community and some of its principal players, recalling anti-Castro exiles have populated the CIA’s operations division in what amounts to a George H.W. Bush fan club (Tatum mentions the involvement of William Barr in the Jeb Bush context.) [7], [8]

5) A surprise, but it shouldn’t be, because it is absolutely consistent with human behavior, is Tatum’s account of former CIA Director William Colby’s involvement; it would seem Colby could not bring himself to give up the ‘operator’ role and limit himself to the practice of law, following his ‘retirement’ from the CIA. Prior to this, Colby’s fingerprints are all over the USA’s practice of state terror; from initiating the Gladio terror cells in Europe to running the CIA’s Phoenix program with its’ estimated up to 50,000 extra-judicial assassinations in Vietnam. Directly relevant is the CIA’s heroin trafficking in Vietnam when Colby had hands on responsibility for a major portion of the agency’s ‘dirty’ operations in that theater. In their own way, even if they had never personally consumed illicit narcotics, it would seem the violence & narcotics trafficking principals are addicts as well. Tatum placing Colby at the heart of Iran-Contra is credible. [9], [10]

6) Excluding the distractions inserted into the video and focusing solely on his narrative, Chip Tatum seems relaxed and ‘at peace’ with himself while delivering his message which is largely consistent with his (1990s) accounts elsewhere; as though the material were not in any sense scripted or invented but manifest from clear memory. His shortly later backtracking on ‘neutralizing’ a MOSSAD player (‘the dream’) is perfectly understandable; MOSSAD’s implacable policy of an ‘eye for an eye’ in relation to their ‘untouchables’ (officers & agents) should determine Tatum would wish he’d excised this event from his candid statements (coming clean), where he describes his role in the Israeli’s death, particularly if he’d been falsely informed MOSSAD approved of Amiram Nir’s termination (one would expect MOSSAD would reserve the right to kill its’ own, the Israelis should be hyper-sensitive to this and they had their own teams in the vicinity, were it a job they wanted done.) [11], [12]

Tatum’s other mistake was to give too much information on one critical point; he specifies it was an Honduran military officer keeping the remainder of his “insurance file” safe. The nine or so years between his vanishing from the public eye and his body reported to have washed up on a Panama beach in 2007 easily could have been enough time for his former employers and criminal associates to sort who kept the file and neutralize it, freeing them to murder Tatum. Noting this, the partial release of Tatum’s ‘insurance file’ is what would have secured his freedom to time of his own assassination nine years later and why he’d been alive in the meantime to speak freely (too freely, as it would turn out.) Either MOSSAD or CIA might have been responsible but the fact he’d been tortured, and had his face ripped off, speaks to the CIA’s Latin America operatives, with their enhanced sadistic (Catholic) character. That’s where the Tatum story *should* have ended; whether a cover for his final disappearance or the reality of the matter. But he rose from the dead.

One is nearly tempted to like the un-reincarnated Tatum, admire his quitting the business and coming clean but for the fact he’s admitted to professional killings (no matter likely these were well deserved deaths, not for the fact of who ordered them but for the fact of the business they were in) and particularly for the fact of, by his own account, the aircraft piloted solely by Tatum accounted for approximately 8 tons of cocaine fed into the pipeline supplying the United States. One assesses Tatum was not of an innate criminal nature but trapped into a life of crime due to attending circumstance concerning certain career choice. In a perverse sense, Tatum comes across as a sort of modern manifestation of Jesus’ saying ‘there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open’ or a finger poking holes in the darkness surrounding players exemplified in the Bush crime family.

Returning to the subject of what’s ‘wrong’ with the Chip Tatum picture, is the ever deepening enmeshment of his legacy with the real fruitcakes running with his story in Tatum’s internet ‘afterlife.’ Tatum surfaced alive in 2010 and began associating with this nutjob:

“My grandfather Maurice Allen Wheeler was a leader in the Masons, DeMolay and President of the Local UAW Union in Saginaw Michigan. He knew CIA agent Dois Gene “Chip” Tatum and his wife Nancy. Chip reported directly to Hillary Rodham Clinton in the early 1980s. Hillary is the leader of the Globalists and has been for decades. She dabbles in the occult and is known in such circles as the White Queen. They would talk openly about blowing up the World Trade Center and then detonating a nuclear weapon in Lansing Michigan to bring about the New World Order. They chose Lansing because the Fall Out will blow over Canada causing an international incident and thus start the North American Union”

“I emailed former CIA Director William Casey about this in 1996 but then he died in a strange boating accident. [sic, Casey was long dead, it was Colby who died while ‘boating’] He had a personal website with a public e-mail address at the time. [sic, not likely]

“I also had encounters at the Order of the Eastern Star in D.C. as a kid that scared me. Hillary Clinton is a member and she is the primary descendant of Robert Navarre whom was a member of the French Royal Family. The French royal family worshiped the Black Madonna Queen Semiramis/Venus/Diana. No one has ever polled the First Ladies to see if they are members of the Order of the Eastern Star. How strange huh” [13]

Previous to this preceding, it was another absolute bozo and former associate of Ted Gunderson, Stew Webb, had stolen Gunderson’s files and, since Tatum’s ‘resurrection’ has promoted Tatum in joint web appearances on the extreme of the conspiracy lunatic fringe. [14], [15]

And it certainly doesn’t do much for Tatum’s articles to turn up on neo-nazi websites. [16]

Finally, we come to the point of what is going on with Chip Tatum’s ‘internet afterlife’ and this brings us to Gordon Duff and his website Veterans Today, where Chip Tatum’s new book on Robert Mueller, naming Trump Attorney General, William Barr, as a member of the Bush crime family, has been recently promoted. [17]

“In a 1985 meeting, in Costa Rica, William Barr advised V.P Bush that funds and product [cocaine] were being siphoned off by partners in “The Enterprise”. Bush ordered Barr to find out who was responsible. The Finding was simple. The Clintons were cleared, but Barry Seal and Manual Noriega were the thieves. His fear of a path leading to the White House and possible impeachment at the minimum resulted in orders for is trusted counsel William Barr to pave the path and find a solution” [18]

There is a wicked cognitive dissonance comes up, because, Tatum, as a stands alone character, is likely on the up & up; but not only did Veterans Today at one point have thief, compulsive liar and psychiatric case (Duff had to have known this) Stew Webb writing for their publication, Duff himself is on record as putting out disinformation, when he’d stated:

“About 30% of what’s written on Veterans Today, is patently false. About 40% of what I write, is at least purposely, partially false, because if I didn’t write false information I wouldn’t be alive. I simply have to do that. I write…anything I write I write between the lines” [19]

Simply put, Duff would have us go ‘find an online crystal ball to sort fact from fiction at Veterans Today and it’s all good’ (that’s irony, for the uninitiated.)

What in fact Tatum’s ‘journey’ suggests is, Tatum is the one who’d been ‘neutralized’ with guilt by association connecting him to frauds, fruitcakes and cowards. Here’s his amazon book statistics as of this articles posting:

Tatum might have earned a visit (maybe two) to Starbucks but he certainly isn’t able to feed his dog, let alone himself, with book sales. What’s needed is an example of 300 Spartans, and whoever walked Tatum through self-publishing with a listing at Amazon, instead surrendered West Point to the British, there could be no better means of burying his exposé.

The remedy? A print pdf file, with links to online documents in his possession, spammed across the world, should help overcome Tatum’s association with all of those best exemplified by Monty Python’s King Arthur, when battling a bunny: “Run Away!”

Trump’s lawyer to Wikileaks: ‘Let’s make a deal’

There is an 12 April article at the Washington Examiner where Rudy Giuliani appears to be laying out the requirements ‘Team Trump’ will demand to get Assange a pardon. In effect, it is Trump’s attorney opening negotiations with Wikileaks via media, here are the most relevant points:

“President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani, in an exclusive interview with the Washington Examiner, said Julian Assange could expose a “plot” involving Ukraine to falsely accuse Trump of colluding with Russia…

“…Giuliani said Assange’s apprehension — after nearly seven years in the embassy — could benefit the president, who was recently exonerated of criminal collusion with Russia by special counsel Robert Mueller…

Giuliani is quoted “”Maybe it will shed light on the plot to create an investigation of President Trump based on a false charge of conspiracy with the Russians to affect the 2016 elections. Keep your eye on Ukraine,” Giuliani said. “It’s possible with all his sources he might know or have information of how it all started.””

The article notes “Giuliani specified that he was talking about Assange exposing the origins of the federal investigation of possible Trump collusion with Russia and was not raising the possibility of Assange disproving that Russia hacked the Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta…

“Giuliani said he believed Assange may be able to “show who invented [the] false story that [Trump] colluded with Russians””

“Giuliani, a former U.S. attorney and New York City mayor, said he was “not sure yet” if Assange helping exonerate Trump would lighten his possible criminal penalties…”

Giuliani is a longtime deep state snake and what he is calling for is negotiating a cover for CrowdStrike having laundered the CIA creation of supposedly Russian ‘fingerprints’ (Guccifer 2.0) on the so-called ‘hack’, now proposed (suggested to Wikileaks by Giuliani) to be ‘outed’ as Ukrainian and bury the fact it was the assassinated Seth Rich took the DNC mails out on a memory stick. The price to be paid by Trump’s most farcical persecutors (e.g. John Brennan) is a little egg on the face over ‘bad information’ that can be forgiven. A simple matter of embarrassment as it were. Wrapping up loose ends, a few expendable DoJ personalities will have to fall on their swords (disposing of the Steele Dossier.)

Wikileaks knows the real score, and there is plenty of evidence in the public domain pointing to the reality but what remains to be seen is whether Wikileaks buys into Giuliani’s suggested lie to ‘rescue’ Assange (keeping the ‘hack’ narrative intact.) In other words it can never be admitted Central Intelligence Agency was behind the actual election meddling and attempted frame-up of a man who became President of the United States. This pitch to Wikileaks is likely agreed on terms between Trump’s Pentagon handlers (Pence faction), The Department of Justice and the intelligence agency big-shots. A peace treaty if you will.

Giuliani is laying out the deep state’s position with Wikileaks and making the point there is no way out for Assange if Wikileaks doesn’t ‘play ball.’ In effect it is an offer to Wikileaks to free Assange or bury him. Wikileaks has been put on notice: ‘sell your soul for Assange’s pardon or we can pile on the charges and he’ll rot forever in Florence, Colorado, solitary confinement.’

Relevant to this, Wikileaks longtime refusal to confirm Seth Rich (a dead man) as the DNC mails source, thereby allowing the ‘hack’ bs to persist, starts to smell pretty bad. There’s no lily-white knights here.

Consider this: certain alternative media stars either fail to realize or selectively black out the fact Julian Assange was a critical gear in the intelligence agency (primarily CIA & MOSSAD) information operations responsible for the so-called ‘Arab Spring’ … leading to not only revolution and counter-revolution in Egypt but also the overthrow of Gaddafi and the Syrian ‘civil war.’ How do Glen Greenwald, Elizabeth Vos, Chris Hedges, Caitlin Johnstone, Vanessa Beeley and Raul Ilargi Meijer (among others), when defending their perception of Assange as a hero, drive their square peg into the round hole of Wikileaks supported the intelligence agency geopolitical engineering called the Arab Spring?

Then recall WikiLeaks is accused of releasing the DNC mails via a Russian hack but the Wikileaks organization denies Russia was the source yet declines to offer proof, allowing the false perception to persevere. Why does Wikileaks persist in concealing the otherwise well known fact it was the assassinated Seth Rich leaked the DNC mails? Is it because Assange’s currency as an intelligence agency asset isn’t yet entirely exhausted? A few of the possibilities:

Possibility 1) As stated at this website previously, the point of charging Assange with an older crime could be to bury the DNC mails prime witness (Assange) in maximum security where any testimony threatening John Brennan’s CIA invented DNC ‘hack’ narrative will never come to light. This possibly reflects the old rivalry between CIA and FBI is in play and the business of ‘Russiagate’ is opportunity for CIA to take the FBI down a solid notch or two. Upon arrival in USA more charges will be piled on and Assange will be buried in super-max forever, removing a problematic witness in the process of protecting CIA asset CrowdStrike’s ‘the evil Russians did it’ hack nonsense concerning the DNC servers the FBI never had access to.

Possibility 2) This is part of a staged event by the USA’s neocon/Christian Zionist alliance at the CIA, working with MOSSAD (recalling Assange’s MOSSAD connections attested to by former CIA clandestine services officer Robert Steele) to sink the neoliberal element of the USA’s intelligence establishment; where Trump will perhaps pardon Assange for Assange’s cooperation with the Justice Department (recently under new management) while sinking the Obama/Clinton/John Brennan aligned clique behind ‘Russiagate’ (maybe resolving the DNC mails but probably not.) The neoliberals no longer threaten the Zionist clique, Assange eventually goes free and back to work. But for who?

Possibility 3) Assange is allowed to wiggle free via legal mechanism, creating a new set of heroes and there is never a critical exam of Wikileaks dumping tailored (deliberately misleading) document collections that have sometimes supported but have never harmed the Western intelligence agencies in any significant way (and to now don’t ever seem to have burned Israel, particularly.)

Meanwhile, the Russian propaganda machine will pull no punches while ‘flipping’ the Western propaganda back onto itself … propping up the urban legend of Wikileaks as the white knight of persecuted press freedoms in the Western democracies (and enjoy a few belly laughs as the Western institutions grapple with the fallout.)

What might materialize at some point? Evidence the Russians hacked the DNC, according to Wikileaks chief editor Kristinn Hrafnsson. Now, let’s pound that square peg into the round hole of Craig Murray stating…

“I know who leaked them. I’ve met the person who leaked them, and they are certainly not Russian and it’s an insider. It’s a leak, not a hack; the two are different things”

…and Seymour Hersh stating the DNC mails were discovered in (the assassinated) Seth Rich’s computer and he (Rich) had passed the mails to Wikileaks for money…

…and Assange himself indicating it had been “Wikileaks source” Seth Rich was the “insider” who LEAKED the DNC mails and he’s certainly not Russian:

Now, what I’d like to know is, with Assange presently under what amounts to ‘lock-down’ in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, why does Russian state media appear to be colluding in the ‘Russian hack’ mythology that should have been laid to rest long ago? Why does Wikileaks associate Craig Murray, who flatly stated he had met the source, continue to refuse to name Seth Rich (a dead man) and contribute to laying the caper to rest?

RT has promoted Assange and Wikileaks via its reporting for years, at one point providing Assange his own show [1], raising questions; was any grilling (that didn’t happen) of the Wikileaks chief editor concerning this glaring inconsistency of Wikileaks suddenly allowing for the (non-existent) ‘hack’ somehow too compromising for the Russians? Clearly Wikileaks should be able to blow the entire ‘evil Russians’ DNC hack lie out of existence and instead there is pulling in opposite direction by Kristinn Hrafnsson with Russian state media playing along by handling the Wikileaks editor with kid gloves.

Why does Russian state media and Wikileaks appear to be colluding in perpetrating and/or providing cover for the DNC hack lie promoted by Mueller’s special investigation findings?

Is there some consensus between the Russians and Wikileaks that laying the DNC hack propaganda BS to rest would be too destabilizing? Criminals do not voluntarily surrender their business models and Crowdstrike (the CIA & Ukrainian intelligence associated author of the Guccifer lie) is not going to put tail between legs and voluntarily march itself to jail together with Robert Muller and the ‘formerly’ CIA employed Attorney General William Barr.

It follows, if it can be a reasonable interpretation of events to suggest (reasonable insofar as the far stretches of reality created by intelligence agencies for their adversaries to hopefully consume) the Steele Dossier had been fed to Western institutions by Russian intelligence via Sergei Skripal to ultimately make Western intelligence look like idiots, and just such a scenario has been not only suggested but endorsed by a former NATO intelligence officer with a pretty good record on calling BS on the whole ‘evil Russians’ propaganda line by the NATO states; it is also a reasonable speculation the ‘Guccifer 2.0 hack’ in the DNC mails storyline might be a very similar Russian intelligence ploy but had unforeseen consequence of not only swallowed by American intelligence but the entire USA Congress, House and Senate, rather than exposed (as William Binney of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity attempted to do.) In this case, the so-called ‘hack’ caper never resolved as intended, to simply make American intelligence look stupid and reduce the American political establishment’s confidence in their intelligence services. In short ‘the hack’ became a runaway gambit much bigger than its intended goal of (falsely) exposing Ukrainian intelligence (connected to Crowdstrike) feeding the Americans a baited hook, a hook baited in actuality by Russian intelligence who likely have every aspect of the Ukrainian intelligence apparatus compromised. Maybe, just maybe, the DNC ‘hack’ story is the spy versus spy operation that ran away to unintended/unknown destiny and Russian intelligence just doesn’t know what, exactly, to do about it, that is, it became too big and destabilizing, and Wikileaks is going along because indeed they could be exposed as a Russian stooge (if in a most asymmetrical and unanticipated way!)

The nuts and bolts of the world’s biggest scam

Ok, so the EU & USA demand all ‘democratic’ states ‘privatize’ their assets to belong to the ‘club’ of the truly civilized. The point of this privatization is to ‘increase competition’ which, according the history of economics we all were taught, via the several ‘privileged to live in a democracy’ state mandated educations, is to prevent monopolies gouging the consumer and keep competition & prices ‘fair.’ According to the ‘metadata rules’ of this gig, we should all remain duly impressed with the idea this is a humane system affording opportunity for everyone to play the game on a level field with no unethical advantage made available to any participating party.

Enter the EU together with the multinational corporation (and the USA as ‘strong-arm’ enforcer), post cold-war world and in general terms it actually goes more along the lines of this:

The former Warsaw pact (& other non-NATO) regimes of Europe inherit state owned resources and utilities. Corruption is endemic and infrastructure dated (however adequate) but the price of electricity is cheap and the poor of the rural population are in a position to survive via developing community self-sufficiency (personal and regional sovereignty) in a local farm-to-market economy with the many farms repatriated to the heirs of the pre-socialist owners. Then, enter ‘privatization.’

First, the formerly socialist states governments are pressured to ‘divest’ themselves of ownership over the utilities. What this ‘first step’ towards EU membership means is, those corporations with hundreds of millions in ‘investment cash’ are invited to buy the state’s assets. The state was non-profit but for tax beyond infrastructure maintenance (supporting other state institutions, e.g. education & military) but suddenly that is all changed. The new ownership demands a profit margin in addition to infrastructure maintenance and the ‘profit’ begins flowing out of the national economy and into the pockets of multinational corporate shareholders, or the 1% of the ‘liberal democracies’ population who actually hold a monopoly of wealth over Western society. When ‘private’ control of the infrastructure is consolidated over the nation, the state must raise taxes on land, production & commerce over the common citizenry to support state institutions, because the privatized infrastructure is in the hands of powerful lobbies with direct access to the political structures; where corrupt but ‘legal’ practices provide for ‘tax incentives’ (often amounting to paying little tax, no tax or even the state subsidizing the corporation) under various pretexts … for instance state subsidies for ‘infrastructure’ upgrades where work at greatly inflated prices are directed to politically favored businesses. Meanwhile the price of utilities skyrocket, stressing ordinary citizens (poor by Western standards in a period of system transition.)

As these states are prodded to ‘progress’ towards ‘competitive’ economies, other assets are surrendered to exploitation, where state owned arable land is turned over to business partners of the elite (1%) and the World Bank and the International Money Fund are employed to subject the state to debt slavery; whilst laundering the facts surrounding people unethically dispossessed of their lands is, with false reporting, facilitated via corporate wedded intelligence agency infected arms of Western governments such as USAID and the UK’s Department for International Development (who are sometimes caught but this is not widely disseminated news.) [1]

When control over the state is consolidated by Western institutions where the EU and NATO serve as front & enforcer for multinational corporations instituting what amounts to de facto neocolonialism, the second order of robbery begins. Hundreds of thousands of independent farmers are driven off their lands by the European Union’s ‘sanitary regulations’ demand of modernization requiring equipment and infrastructure upgrades the small farmers and their communities cannot afford. Economically displaced, these people become migrant workers typically employed in manual labor such as the construction industry in the more rapidly developing states or become demographic substitute workers in developed states in the North of the EU where the birth rate is in decline. The carryover consequence of this second level of robbery is several-fold; food sovereignty is surrendered to multinational corporate dictated farming in league with the likes of Monsanto & Syngenta; food supply is no longer localized (direct farm to market) but reflects increased prices of ‘globalized’ import/export transportation costs; the new EU dictated ‘sanitary’ food supply is poisoned with big business enriching agri-chemicals (e.g. glysophate); the new, intensive corporate mono-culture farming degrades the land and environment, especially polluting water resources; and certainly not least, these new EU member nations lose generations of farming knowledge in twenty short years with the nations former farmers children dispossessed of growing up immersed in traditional agriculture that could/should have been converted to ‘bio’ (organic) farming method, but instead the loss of knowledge in the populace cementing the nation in corporate servitude (it all comes back to food sovereignty, by now severely, dangerously degraded.)

Throughout the process of implementing this preceding, the EU’s anti-corruption rhetoric is actually so much hyperbole, the real problem for the EU institutions isn’t with corruption but with corruption practiced incompetently and/or openly; Brussels’ anti-corruption reports have been shelved and are no longer released for the reasons the obscene amount of one hundred twenty billion Euro per year was by several competent accounts far below the actual level AND growing worse for each reporting period, since the last report was released in 2014 (the report scheduled for 2016 has been withheld from the public and there hasn’t been an EU produced report since.) [2], [3]

But in actuality, at the meta-level, it is much worse than this.

The Symbiotic Relationship

In any of the several ‘independent’ corruption level indexes produced by ‘transparency’ NGOs, there is a classic misdirection where one will see the graphs pointing to the Northern European states as ‘least corrupt.’ What is missing is the relevant data on what could be called ‘transcendent corruption’ where the several northern EU states appear to have captured and exercise (with impunity) control over the entire corrupt business from the top.

It was the American Dulles brothers set the standard. Those intimately familiar with 20th Century European history should know the Dulles brothers, Allen and John Foster Dulles, pre World War II business careers stink as high as the heavens, here’s a thumbnail sketch…

“Early in 1933, both Dulles brothers attended a meeting in Germany where German industrialists agreed to back Hitler’s bid for power in exchange for his pledge to break the German unions. A few months later, John Foster Dulles negotiated a deal with Hitler’s economics minister whereby all German trade with the United States would be coordinated through a syndicate headed by [Dulles brothers’ business associate] Averell Harriman’s cousin. With the Nazis enforcing a favorable climate for business, the profits for Thyssen and other companies soared, and the [Dulles brothers’ client] Union Banking Corporation increasingly became a Nazi money-laundering machine. In 1934, George Herbert Walker placed Prescott Bush on Union Bank’s board of directors, and Bush and Harriman also began to use the bank as the basis for a complex and deceptive system of holding companies … Rather than advising Walker and Harriman to divest themselves of these tainted assets, Prescott Bush hired Allen Dulles to help conceal them. From 1937 on, the Dulles brothers would serve Bush and Harriman in all their covert dealings with Nazi firms. They also performed similar cloaking services for others, like the Rockefellers … they both funded and profited from Hitler’s crimes against humanity. However, their entire enterprise was corrupt in a more subtle sense as well, in that its very basis was financial fraud on an unprecedented scale. That would have been true even if Hitler had never come to power. The real significance of adding the Nazis to the equation was that it upped the stakes, both increasing the potential rewards for the participants [Dulles’ clients] and forcing them into increasingly elaborate deceptions to conceal their frauds” [4]

How’d that come about?

“From 1945-1947, elements in the US army conspired to maintain contacts with former German anti-communists in Europe and their German army commander, General Reinhard Gehlen. 5 men were involved of whom 3 (William J. Donovan, Allen Dulles and Frank Wisner) were representatives of the Wall St. overworld and also of the New York Social Register which listed the members of New York high society. They were awaiting a new agency to succeed Donovan’s Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and take over the Nazi’s ethnic armies in Eastern Europe. But the idea of a centralised intelligence agency encountered fierce competitive opposition from the FBI’s J. Edgar Hoover who was backed at first by elements of Army intelligence. Although it took 2 years to overcome their opponents, the Wall Street lawyers and bankers in Truman’s administration succeeded in 1947 in establishing CIA, which would report to the president through the new National Security Council (NSC). This new agency, based on the precedent and personnel of the OSS had been urged on Washington by the War/Peace studies of the Council of Foreign Relations in the early 1940s. It was reinforced by a report commissioned in 1945 by Navy Secretary James V. Forrestal. The report was written by Ferdinand Eberstadt who like Forrestal was a private Wall Street banker from the investment bank, Dylan Reed. As CIA director Richard Helms narrates in his memoirs Allen Dulles, then a Republican lawyer in Sullivan and Cromwell in New York was recruited in 1946 to draft proposals for the shape and direction what was to become the new CIA. in 1947 Dulles promptly formed an advisory group of 6 men, all but one of whom were Wall St investment bankers or lawyers” [7]

Yeah, all of this post-war ‘business’ stuff went on when CIA Director Allen Dulles brother & lifelong business partner, John Foster Dulles, was one of the most powerful men in the world and practically postwar Europe’s ‘overlord plenipotentiary’ as ‘General turned President’ Eisenhower’s Secretary of State. In Britain, the first words out of one’s mouth typically identifies a person’s class affiliation.

Is it a case of I don’t understand Russian propaganda or is it Russian propagandists don’t fully understand the Western mentality or is it a case of the Russians are handling the madmen of NATO with ‘kid gloves’ ?

…now we dig into the enigma of Russian propaganda in relation to Wikileaks and exactly ‘W.T.F.‘ is going on?

Ignoring Kim Dotcom’s assigning of responsibility to Hillary Clinton (a deep state muppet whose singular intelligence is best represented in her giant ass), Dotcom has a point; Robert Mueller’s steadfast determination to avoid any interaction with Dotcom and Assange, only waiting to see them both buried in a maximum security USA prison (where they can’t talk.) Why? [1]

Because circumstantial evidence it was the (promptly assassinated) Seth Rich provided the DNC mails to Wikileaks with a memory stick is so strong, we are only missing the electronic trail of stick itself, and testimony of those (still alive) parties arranging transfer & receipt of data on the stick (together with evidence concerning the DNC mails’ chain of custody), or Kim Dotcom and Julian Assange (likely with an assist from Craig Murray), to send the whole Crowdstrike-Fancy Bear fairy tale to the sewer from which it had emerged (laundered false evidence likely originating with John Brennan’s CIA, THE reason our corrupt FBI leadership never permitted their cyber-experts to forensically examine the DNC servers), back down the toilet together with ‘the Russians did it’ accusation and Robert Mueller’s special counsel mandate. [2]

The Enigma(s)

Julian Assange’s only (or best) chance at avoiding extradition to the USA is to put the DNC mails evidence into the public domain and make the political price of his extradition too high, with the entire ‘the Russians did it’ case collapsed in the public purview. Instead, that moron insists on with-holding the evidence as a classified ‘bargaining chip’ evidenced in his attempt to negotiate a pardon from Trump via Dana Rohrabacher that utterly failed to get past the USA’s deep state minions (John Kelly) and saw Rohrabacher tuck his tail and withdraw from the effort. Result? Status quo ante, the ‘witch hunt’ (Robert Mueller farce) goes on.

Yet Russian propaganda continues to spin Wikileaks in a positive light even as that organization has caused tremendous damage to Russia’s geopolitical interests with allowing the false informing of the Western democracies populace with the DNC ‘hack’ fantasy, by refusing to put it to rest. Recent example is RT’s Jesse Ventura hosting guest John Kiriakou where they gush praise over Wikileaks and Kiriakou disingenuously insists Wikileaks has never given up a source, perhaps technically true…

…but in actuality is a lie by omission, overlooking a non-Wikileaks player involved:

Setting aside the blatantly propagandized image of Wikileaks by Western press, one would expect either American ‘alternative’ media, or alternatively, Russian media, would have explored the numerous holes in what amounts to the urban legend surrounding Julian Assange & Wikileaks, because Assange’s character is certainly not unassailable and the Wikileaks organization is certainly not immune to penetration and manipulation by intelligence agencies. Exploring this subject could/should include Assange’s refusal to provide evidence and name Seth Rich, a dead man, as the source, ending the charade, but he won’t. How is Assange getting such stupid advice as to refuse the act that could serve to save his butt by making his extradition too great a political price to pay? Yet exploring the obvious hasn’t happened in any serious way this investigator is aware of outside of this site’s own assessments. [6]

What is ‘radioactive’ having to do with exploring Wikileaks in this regard? Why isn’t alternative media and Russian media backing Kim Dotcom’s assertions and calling out Wikileaks on the DNC mails, there is quite strong independent evidence and sources, including Seymour Hersh, to support Seth Rich was the source. Is the alternative media intimidated at the thought of alienating Assange’s supporters to point of allowing the farce of ‘Russiagate’ go on? Is the real price the Russians are unwilling to risk to do with an idea the madmen of NATO would pull the nuclear trigger rather than face accountability, that is a case of ‘kid gloves’ ?

In the age of suicide bombers and ‘backpack nukes’, it makes little difference, someone needs to call the criminals out; either you chance it and call their bluff or likely we could all get blown to bits anyway [7]
