To the several German parliamentarians:
Again, I am forwarding example of support for the ‘Christian Dominion’ infection of NATO, directed at the president of the six time Nobel Peace Prize nominated Military Religious Freedom Foundation. Beginning with mails to MP Stroebele well over a year ago, I have sent on numerous examples of the Christian hate abiding in NATO command structures, nursed from its inception in the several officer cadet corps.
Today I will like to draw your attention to the excellent essay of veteran Dutch journalist Karel Van Wolferen on ‘Atlanticism’ concerning EU policy in relation to NATO and pose a question; what right has Germany to collude in behaviors threatening the very underpinnings of life in Europe?
I pose this question particularly in light of my having previously provided ample intelligence of the criminal (one might say ‘insane’ without exaggeration) behaviors of the several allied agencies collusion in covering up ‘Dominionist’ activities, up to and inclusive of murder. Confrontation based in self justifying NATO expansion, generating hostilities brings us to this:
The proposed upgrade of NATO’s tactical nuclear weapons stocks in Western Europe converts this cold war era deterrent into a patent offensive weapon in geo-strategic equation and is extremely destabilizing and dangerous, as is pushing a ‘missile shield’ construction on Russia’s borders. In this case, I would add one more link; an interview with Mikey Weinstein, whom the numerous hate mails provided to you, is the target. Here we can listen to the former White House attorney state in no uncertain terms the Pentagon, a critical component of NATO, is Christian Taliban central, and certainly cannot be trusted with the world’s most lethal arsenal in the current state of Christian Dominion take-over:

In March 2009, Seymour Hersh, naming Admiral William McRaven, mentioned an ‘executive assassinating ring’ that reported directly to Dick Cheney until its military commander (McRaven) had ordered it stopped (we are supposed to believe.) In August 2009, the story broke Central Intelligence Agency had hired Blackwater for a covert assassination program and then new CIA director Panetta ordered it cancelled (we also are supposed to believe.) It was in August 2009 Kieth Olbermann broke the story on Blackwater crusaders:
“The affidavit also says that Prince, quote, “views himself as a Christian crusader eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe. To that end, Mr. Prince intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of Christian supremacy. Many of these men used call signs based on the Knights of the Templar, the warriors who fought the crusades”
It was May of 2009 Harpers Magazine broke the story of a 2004 incident, a Special Forces officer, following viewing ‘The Passion of the Christ’, took his team into the suburbs of the Iraqi city of Samarra while using a bullhorn during evening prayer hour to broadcast “Jesus killed Mohammed“
““Each time I go into combat I get closer to God,” [Special Forces officer] DeGiulio would later say. He thought The Passion had been a sign that he would survive”
It was in 2008, the Pentagon promoted (now three star) General Robert Caslen despite the fact he’d been recommended for disciplinary action by the Department of Defense Inspector General for participating in a promotional Christian evangelical video where he states (in uniform, at the Pentagon) “We are the aroma of Jesus Christ”
“We substantiated the allegation in regards to military officers. The seven officers participated in interviews with Christian Embassy, excerpts of which were also included in the [Christian Embassy] promotional video. The officers were filmed during the duty day, in uniform with rank clearly displayed, in official and often identifiable Pentagon locations. Their remarks conferred approval of, and support to Christian Embassy, and the remarks of some officers implied they spoke for a group of senior military leaders, rather than just for themselves”
It is worth noting here, General Caslen is identified as president of the “Officers Christian Fellowship” whose mission statement is:
“a spiritually transformed military, with ambassadors for Christ in uniform, empowered by the Holy Spirit”
And now, following too many similar stories to list, we skip forward to April 2014, where the United States Army (officers at the Pentagon) is sending a military chaplain, band, color guard and entertainers to an event sponsored by the uber-right-wing ‘National Day of Prayer Task Force’, an organization which requires all its members and volunteers working with them to:
“to provide on their applications their ‘testimony’ of their ‘personal relationship’ with Jesus Christ”
Following on this spate of news on the motive and drive behind the people in custody of our world’s most lethal arsenal, we return to Seumour Hersh. In January, 2011, Hersh mentions Admiral William McRaven again, in context of Catholic religious-right extremism, Hersh states as a matter of fact the Joint Special Operations Command’s top leadership is populated with members of Opus Dei and the Knights of Malta and has this to say about the USA’s special operations commanders in regards to their membership in these right-wing Catholic organizations:
“They do see what they’re doing — and this is not an atypical attitude among some military — it’s a crusade, literally,” Hersh reportedly continued. “They see themselves as the protectors of the Christians. They’re protecting them from the Muslims [as in] the 13th century. And this is their function”
I admire Seymour Hersh, he has done some very important reporting on the USA’s dirty work in geopolitics, however I do not believe journalists, even the good ones, are gods. But, he nearly nails it here and it took a lot of guts to name the Knights of Malta and Opus Dei in relation to the American Joint Special Operations Command, because these are the sort of stories which are deliberately buried in the public psyche by associating the facts with nut jobs like Alex Jones and David Icke. Nothing works quite like humans with lizard DNA on the same page, alongside some of the most important stories of our time (mixed with disinformation), to get ordinary people to dismiss the most critical information out of hand. But that’s the purpose Jones and Icke serve. We won’t go to Alex Jones and his ilk, rather to Mother Jones instead.
But first, the problem with Hersh is, he is too conservative in his interpretations and by narrowly focusing his stories, will almost certainly miss the larger picture in relation to the Christian extremism at the Pentagon (and has done things like this before with his journalism.) But that’s what journalists do, keep a narrow focus. Intelligence analysts, on the other hand, must paint the larger picture and run the risk of blowing an analysis, but the good ones generally won’t. Using open source analysis, I’ll take you to the big picture of religion in relation to our Pentagon, special operations forces, Knights of Malta and Opus Dei, but to arrive in focus, we have to go back to the collapse of the 3rd Reich and begin with a look at the Vatican ‘Ratline‘ allowing literally tens of thousands of Nazis to escape Europe in the aftermath of World War Two. History shapes societies and our society is no exception. The primary ‘Ratline’ example for purpose of this essay is Horst Wagner, responsible for the murders of 350,000 people:
“After escaping from a Nuremberg jail in 1948, [Wagner] later explained .. how he was aided on his way to South America on the so-called Kloster Line, being given sanctuary in a number of convents and holy orders in Austria before heading to Rome. He sailed out of Genoa to Argentina to join such killers as Adolf Eichmann, the supreme mastermind behind the Holocaust, and Josef Mengele, the perverted ‘Angel of Death’ of Auschwitz, notorious for his grotesque medical experiments.
“[German Bishop at Rome assigned to smuggle Nazis] Hudal also arranged the paperwork for Franz Stangl, the commandant of the extermination camps of Sobibor and Treblinka, to flee to Brazil on a Red Cross passport using Vatican funds. Stangl, who was eventually extradited back to Germany in the 1960s and died in jail while serving a life sentence of his crimes, oversaw the murder of an estimated 1.4 million people at the two camps”
This preceding is example of a joint venture between the Vatican, MI6 and the CIA’s ‘Operation Paperclip’, a Nazi rescuing endeavor born out of an intensely close relationship between the man who shaped what later became the CIA and the Vatican, detailed in a one year investigation reported by Mother Jones in 1983:
“One day in July 1944, as the Second World War raged throughout Europe, General William “Wild Bill” Donovan was ushered into an ornate chamber in Vatican City for an audience with Pope Pius XII. Donovan bowed his head reverently as the pontiff intoned a ceremonial prayer in Latin and decorated him with the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Sylvester, the oldest and most prestigious of papal knighthoods
“Pope Pius’ decoration of Wild Bill Donovan marked the beginning of a long-standing, intimate relationship between the Vatican and U.S. intelligence that continues to the present day”
The Mother Jones investigative report goes on:
“But the needy aided by certain SMOM [Sovereign Military Order of Malta, a.k.a. The Knights of Malta] members in the late 40s were some of the 50,000 Nazi war criminals who, with the assistance of the International Red Cross, were furnished fake Vatican passports and, in some cases, clerical robes, and were smuggled on Bishop Alois Hudal’s “underground railroad” to South America. Among those was Klaus Barbie, the “butcher of Lyon.”
In 1948, the SMOM gave one of its highest awards of honor, the Gran Croci al Merito con Placca, to General Reinhard Gehlen, Adolf Hitler’s chief anti-Soviet spy. (Only three other people received this award.) Gehlen, who was not a Catholic, was touted as a formidable ally in the holy crusade against godless Marxism. After the war he and his well-developed spy apparatus—staffed largely by ex-Nazis—joined the fledgling CIA. Eventually, hundreds more Nazis ended up on the U.S. government’s payroll. Among them was Klaus Barbie.
A note on the immediate preceding, Gehlen was ‘rehabilitated’ by the CIA and subsequently became the head of post-war West Germany’s CIA, known as BND. We’ll come back to this. Mother Jones goes on:
“The CIA very early on made a decision that Nazis were more valuable as allies and agents than as war criminals” says Victor Marchetti, an ex-CIA officer who was raised a Catholic. Marchetti is disturbed by the role of the CIA and his church in perpetuating the Nazi outrage. “It gets a little crazy,” he said, “when you let one thing [anticommunism] take over to the extent that you forgive everything else”
Ok, so now we can take the Mother Jones report, setting up the CIA relationship to the Vatican, and run with it. It was ‘Wild Bill’ Donovan established the close relationship with the Vatican to what became the CIA. Walter Beedle Smith, the first CIA director, brought on-board Allan Dulles. It was these three men who were the primary co-collaborators with the Vatican, over a period exceeding ten years from the late 1940s through the 1950s, in the rescue and delivery to safety of between forty and fifty thousand 3rd Reich criminals. The USA wanted the Nazi scientists (Operation Paperclip) and this paid off dramatically, not only Nazi Party member and rocket technologist (V2 bombing of London) Werner von Braun developing the future American ICBM missiles & USA space program launch successes, but also employing Nazi medical science, this is where the CIA went off the rails with Project MKUltra. But by far, the OSS that became the CIA, mostly wanted Nazi intelligence and its agents particularly, especially those familiar with the Soviet Union. And this is where the western democracies generally, not only the USA, went off the rails.
There is an interesting short memo, dated 1946 and declassified by the CIA, on Walter Beedle Smith, including this interesting language:
“Beedle Smith, on several occasions, called in the Chief Chaplain and gave him very firm orders to straighten with the Vatican Mission .. with a new appointment of chief of the Vatican position, one may expect the relationship will be bettered”
The specific intent of the memo is somewhat masked because it appears to be a code named subject (orchestra/oak) but the message is clear relating to Beedle Smith; as (at that time) Eisenhower’s military chief of staff, he is putting up with no nonsense from any Chaplain assigned to the ‘Vatican Mission.’ If (conjecture) this has to do with Protestant/Roman Catholic relations getting in the way of business, it is a lesson Beedle Smith’s protege, Allan Dulles, took to heart.
Allan Dulles is NOT the man a CIA edited Wikipedia represents:
“In 1935 Dulles returned from a business trip to Germany appalled by the Nazi treatment of German Jews and, despite his brother’s objections, led a movement within the law firm of Sullivan and Cromwell to close their Berlin office.As a result of Dulles’ efforts, the Berlin office was closed and the firm ceased to conduct business in Nazi Germany”
“”The Consolidated Silesian Steel Company situation has become increasingly complicated, and I have accordingly brought in Sullivan and Cromwell, in order to be sure that our interests are protected,” wrote Knight. “After studying the situation Foster Dulles is insisting that their man in Berlin get into the picture and obtain the information which the directors here should have. You will recall that Foster is a director and he is particularly anxious to be certain that there is no liability attaching to the American directors””
Allan Dulles is “Foster Dulles” brother and all Allan Dulles’ law firm is concerned with is protecting business interests and escaping liability, nothing more. Certainly the man who spent years following the war protecting and helping thousands of Nazis evade justice cannot be the man concerned for Jews represented at Wikipedia.
Allan Dulles (and subsequent CIA personalities) did not limit the CIA relationship with the Catholic Church at Rome to shipping Nazis to safety (and in many instance providing them paid careers) but considerably widened the CIA/Church cooperation with the implementing of Operation Gladio. This is where things become even more sticky, if that were to seem possible. Related to this, when anonymous editors of Wikipedia had been tracked to Langley, Virginia and the CIA, they had seemed keen on deleting career CIA (operations division) man William Colby’s admission the CIA had set up (Operation Gladio) secret militia throughout Western Europe in concert with Opus Dei. The deleted entries include:
“According to a November 25, 1990 article by the Danish daily newspaper ”Berlingske Tidende”, quoted by Daniele Ganser in his 2005 book on Gladio, a source named “Q” confirmed William Colby’s revelations in his memoirs about the setting-up of stay-behind armies in Scandinavia .. Opus Dei played a central role in the setting up of Gladio in the whole of Europe”
But first, there is a powerful right-wing of the Catholic Church, firmly rooted in the Vatican, represented in Opus Dei and the Knights of Malta, had supported the rise of Latin America’s fascist juntas in concert with the CIA, following on the Nazi exodus to that global region. But this right-wing branch of the church did not by any means remain idle in Europe and North America.
In Europe, after the USA abandoned denazification during the Dulles tenure at the CIA, a most interesting CIA file on Reinhard Gehlen turns up, definitively establishing by the late 1950s at the Federal Parliament in West Germany, 26% of Bundestag [parliament] members were former Nazi Party members and 28% of Bundestag staff were the same. Of further interest is Gehlen himself, recalling the Mother Jones reporting in 1948 he’d been awarded high honors by the Vatican’s Knights of Malta:
“In March 1950, John McCloy was given the task of appointing a new head of the West German Secret Service. After discussing the matter with Frank Wisner of the CIA, McCloy decided on Reinhard Gehlen, the Nazi war criminal. This resulted in protests from the Soviet Union government who wanted to try Gehlen for war crimes.
“During the Second World War Gehlen served Adolf Hitler as head of military intelligence for the Eastern Front. It was in this post he had created a right-wing group made up of anti-Soviet Ukrainians and other Slavic nationalists into small armies and guerrilla units to fight the Soviets. The group carried out some of the most extreme atrocities that took place during the war. Gehlen was also responsible for a brutal interrogation program of Soviet prisoners of war
“Gehlen recruited large numbers of former members of the SS and the Gestapo. This included Franz Six, who had led Einsatzguppen mobile killing squads on the Eastern Front. The Gehlen Organization was also used to help Nazi war criminals escape to South America. This included Klaus Barbie who was smuggled out of Germany in March, 1951 and given a new life in Bolivia”
How have the CIA effort initiated with Gehlen turned out?
Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) or Federal Intelligence Service (Germany) reports directly to Angela Merkel. Recapping the preceding, this German counterpart to the CIA had been born out of the USA’s rescue of Nazi intelligence at the end of World War Two. Initially organized by the OSS and subsequently CIA as the ‘Gehlen Organization’ under Hitler’s veteran Soviet spymaster (Nazi war criminal) Reinhard Gehlen, the BND came into existence when the Gehlen Organization, staffed with Nazi Party & SS veterans, as well as more than 100 former Gestapo officers, was transferred by the USA to the Federal Republic of Germany (then so-called ‘West Germany’) to be under the authority of Chancellor Konrad Adenauer. And so it was Hitler’s top intelligence people became Germany’s post-war counterpart to the CIA. One can only imagine Reinhard Gehlen’s smirk when he’d stated his organization employed a lower percentage of former SS & Gestapo than most ministries in Adenauer’s Federal Republic of Germany government.
Nazi’s don’t shed their spots, folks. Simple social psychology determines an agency staffed with Gestapo that is historically, closely wedded to Angela Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union (and especially the CDU’s ‘sister’ party, the Christian Social Union) will have kept a certain proclivity or sympathies intact. It’s like any exclusive club at the top, you are hired based on the people controlling the interview process (Gestapo) and promoted to the top because of your willingness to ‘play the game’, insuring a particular mindset will perpetrate itself (similar to inter-generational violence.) This will certainly be the case of the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) in relation to Angela Merkel’s political support structures in the Bundestag (German Parliament) and its numerous Nazi founders. To see Merkel’s minions (and by implication BND) fingerprints supporting a CIA initiated putsch installing a neo-nazi regime in Ukraine, one need look no farther than Merkel’s CDU aligned Adenauer Foundation:
“According to press reports, the German government would like to have boxing champion Vitali Klitschko run for president and bring him to power in the Ukraine. It would like to enhance the popularity of the opposition’s politician by staging, for example, joint public appearances with the German foreign minister. For this purpose, a meeting is also planned for Klitschko with Chancellor Merkel at the next EU summit in mid-December. The Konrad Adenauer Foundation is, in fact, not only massively supporting Klitschko and his UDAR party. According to a CDU politician, the UDAR Party was founded in 2010 on the direct orders of the CDU foundation. Reports on the foundation’s activities for the development of Klitschko’s party give an indication of how Germans are influencing the Ukraine’s domestic affairs via UDAR. Berlin’s use of Poland in its policy toward the Ukraine is also increasing. Berlin and Warsaw are cooperating with the Ukrainian ultra right-wing Svoboda (“Liberty”) party, which stands in the tradition of Nazi collaborators, who massacred 100,000 Christian and Jewish Poles during WW II”
Meanwhile, it should come as no surprise the present day German government has laws on its books subsidizing the church. What is Opus Dei up to in today’s Germany? According to a former senior church theologian:
“I supported anti-democratic and anti-liberal groups .. in which some people dream of a fundamentalist Catholic religious state or seriously call for a Catholic jihad”
And very interesting:
“the Vatican is .. relying increasingly on reactionary troops. It is closing ranks with evangelists, bible fundamentals and extremely reactionary forces”
Meanwhile in North America, one cannot expect Opus Dei and Knights of Malta has been idle, but we will cover this in relation to establishing Gladio, the CIA and particularly the CIA’s relationship to the USA’s special operations commanders. It was former Pentagon liaison to the CIA, L Fletcher Prouty, had in his book ‘The Secret Team‘, presciently warned of the dangers of Special Operations commanders advancing to the levels of command and control represented in the Pentagon. This is on account of the special operations forces having a longstanding historical relationship to the CIA Operations Division or, in Prouty’s words the “Dirty Tricks” division, particularly in face of the fact our U.S. military is used by the CIA as cover for numerous career operatives. Add in the thought; in common with CIA, the special operations commanders are expert in psychological warfare, destabilizing false flag operations, undermining governments and asymetrical & unconventional warfare. These are not the people you want at the apex of military power in any secular democracy, it’s simply too dangerous. But in fact that is what we have arrived at, a marriage made in hell, recently represented in the person of special operations expert David Petraeus who has literally gotten away with murder according to the investigative journalism of the Guardian. Tapping the expertise of his former mentor and CIA ‘Dirty Wars’ veteran Colonel James Steele, the Iraq war commanding officer Petraeus had the American commander of secret torture centers and who was overseeing arming and training death squads, reporting directly to him:
Based on this development, I will take Prouty’s hypothesis a bit further; throw in the right-wing fascism represented in Opus Dei & Knights of Malta, taken together with the fundamentalist criminal religious enterprise known as “The Family” all married into the American Special Operations forces commanders at the Pentagon, throw in the CIA partnership, and you have what we arrived at through the USA’s intelligence partnership with the Vatican, beginning with rescuing the Nazis and progressing to Opus Dei involvement with setting up Gladio. In other words, a driving force behind policy that doesn’t answer to democratic institutions and the rule of law, but rather to the minions of theocratic ideals on the far right of the political spectrum. Insofar as a Catholic fascist alliance with with the Protestant ‘Family’, this next is quite informative; relating to Hillary Clinton’s role as NATO’s ‘mother of nations’ bringing ‘democracy’ empowering jihadists and generating mass killings sprees (e.g. regime change in Libya), here’s information with impeccable journalistic credentials. According to the investigative reporting of Mother Jones Magazine, in Hillary Clinton’s own words, she is under the spiritual tutelage of ‘Family’ leader Doug Coe:
“Coe, she writes, “is a unique presence in Washington: a genuinely loving spiritual mentor and guide to anyone, regardless of party or faith, who wants to deepen his or her relationship with God”
And according to the excellent investigative reporting of Jeff Sharlet, Coe, in his own words, is no stranger to violence in politics:
“Doug Coe offered Pol Pot and Osama bin Laden as men whose commitment to their causes is to be emulated. Preaching on the meaning of Christ’s words, he says, “You know Jesus said ‘You got to put Him before mother-father-brother sister? Hitler, Lenin, Mao, that’s what they taught the kids. Mao even had the kids killing their own mother and father. But it wasn’t murder. It was for building the new nation. The new kingdom”
And this:
“I’ve seen pictures of the young men in the Red Guard… They would bring in this young man’s mother. He would take an axe and cut her head off. They have to put the purposes of the Red Guard ahead of their father, mother, brother, sister, and their own life. That was a covenant. A pledge. That’s what Jesus said” -Doug Coe (verbatim quote from video)
And this:
“On June 5 [2014], Pope Francis met in private with Doug Coe, one of the most influential evangelicals in the US and head of the Family, tea-party ally Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and former U.S. Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne who served under Bush 43 amid unprecedented scandal”
What the Doug Coe cult and its’ Vatican allies has worked decades putting into practice is Dominion Theology and ‘terror’ is the necessary tool to consolidate a ‘Dominion Theology‘ police state (subject of the next section on ‘Gladio’)
“Dominion theology refers to a line of theological interpretation and thought with regard to the role of the church in contemporary society. Dominion theology is also known as Christian reconstructionism and theonomy. Dominion theology states that biblical Christianity will rule all areas of society, personal and corporate. Christian reconstructionism reasons that society will be reconstructed by the Law of God as preached in the gospel and the Great Commission. Other than a ‘Jesus Love Nukes‘ history of the U.S. Air Force training nuclear launch officers in Saint Augustine’s ‘Christian Just War Theory’, the ample evidence for Dominion Theology overtaking command structures in the armed forces of the United States (and by extension, NATO) is finally best illustrated using this example:
“In October of 2013, the Air Force quietly modified Air Force Instruction 36-2606, which [now] states that all enlistees must sign the oath to God and swear it aloud. Prior to the change in the regulation, secular and atheist service members were allowed to omit the phrase”
This amended regulation had been brought into force for the specific purpose of weeding out the ‘unfaithful.’ If you do not subscribe to the Pentagon’s radical religious views, you’re not really welcome in the United States military, any and all public posturing to the contrary notwithstanding. Implementing the regulation speaks louder than words.
GLADIO
Gladio ostensibly was conceived as setting up a partisan resistance to a possible Soviet invasion of Western Europe. Anticommunist hardliners at the CIA and Vatican previously had seen eye to eye on rescuing the Nazis in the spirit of ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend.’ The right-wing at the Vatican (recalling Pope Benedict’s screening of ‘The Passion of the Christ’ produced by uber-right Catholic Mel Gibson) are famous anti-Semites, no matter numerous disingenuous disclaimers, in fact ‘the Jews murdered Jesus’ theology is the underpinning of the Vatican sympathy underwriting the so-called ‘Ratlines’ which had expedited the Nazi exodus from Europe. In the case of communists, they are no better than Jews in conservative Catholic vision, both Jews and Communists disavow “The Savior.” In this case, the right-wing of the church, represented in Opus Dei & Knigths of Malta was more than willing to provide secret militia members on the extreme right of the church political spectrum, when coordinating setting up Gladio for the CIA. A fascist/anticommunist militia membership would be ‘safe’ or ‘secure’ in event of Soviet occupation of Western Europe. These would be ideologically dedicated people unlikely to cooperate and give up the Gladio partisan armies. In fact Gladio was a disaster for the democracies the operation was purported to protect.
In short, when the communists (different altogether to the Soviet style) in NATO nations were on the political ascent, it was decided to mobilize Gladio elements and suppress them, applying psychological operation melded with what amounted to Catholic neo-fascist cells. The Gladio operation had stashed arms and explosives with these neo-fascist cells across Western Europe. With some of the cells activated, in Belgium, people were indiscriminately machine-gunned in super-markets. Subsequently weapons were planted on prominent political figures on the left and ‘tips’ led to their discovery. Police investigations were stymied by the intelligence agencies. In Italy, bombings were pinned on the left and newspapers printed the carnage. Same result, the investigations were sabotaged. After several years, news of Gladio broke into the open over a massacre in Germany and suddenly it all stopped. But the perpetrators were never brought to justice:
But what was learned was quite incredible in the meanwhile; entire societies could be manipulated with terror, it had worked quite efficiently to destroy the left in public perception and there was no recovery. Even greater peril to the democracies was the result of the Opus Dei-CIA joint venture; a club within the clubs had evolved, intelligence and special operations forces controlling Gladio support and resources had been operationally integrated to Opus Dei, and Opus Dei embedded in the intelligence agencies as a matter of consequence.
When the Soviet Union collapsed and there was no longer the threat of a communist boogeyman, this NATO embedded ‘deep state’ apparatus, by this time pervasive throughout the western democracies institutions, had no problem finding a new enemy: Islam. Just as serious, when compared to Hitler’s military having/had about 8% devoted Nazi membership, with the ideological core centered at the top, in the present structure of NATO, the USA military alone has over 30% ‘Christian Dominion’ personalities, with the ideological core centered in the Pentagon and Joint Special Special Operations Command. These people command the world’s most lethal arsenal and have less than little regard for secular democracy, they are dedicated to its demise. Our CIA & Pentagon have become the home of the most powerful Opus Dei and Knights of Malta personalities in the world. Combine this with the military industrial complex boards and alliance with “The Family” and you get what the FBI has named “Gladio B”
This necrotic series of events (above video) is the Gladio social engineering virus escaped the lab, and is responsible for western corporate revenue generating false flag terror around the world. I should mention I’d thought about the difference in terms between ‘psychopath’ & ‘sociopath.’ I settled on sociopath for the reasons psychopath is often seen in stereotype sense in the common usage (along the lines of Hollywood psycho-thrillers), as well sociopath casts a bit wider net. In a sense, psychopath could be seen as a subset of sociopath although I’m aware there is a changing sense of the term or some controversy as to its definition.

If requesting formal meeting with me or interview concerning my work, I am generally unavailable in person for security reasons, but I will consider any requests on a case by case basis. It doesn’t end there. Oligarch & new interior minister Arsen Avakov, was head of corrupt oligarch Yulia Tymoshenko’s “Batkivshchyna” political party (Bloc Yulia Tymoshenko.) He escaped an Interpol arrest warrant for real estate fraud by acquiring immunity from prosecution with election to legislature as a ‘People’s Deputy.’ Now as Interior Minister (Ukraine’s top policeman), Avakov is positioned to remove or weaken any evidence that could lead to his or other Tymoshenko related players and other corrupt officials conviction in possible future trial.
And Oleksandr Turchynov, the USA engineered, putsch-proclaimed President of Ukraine? Just another corrupt Yulia Tymoshenko stooge who’d, when head of Ukraine’s security service, destroyed documents connecting Yulia Tymoshenko to the world’s most dirty organized crime boss, Semion Mogilevich.
As well, the new Russia hating Kiev administration has appointed ‘governors’ for the Russia leaning, industrialized east of Ukraine; oligarch billionaires Igor Kolomoysky and Sergey Taruta, now well positioned to snap up and loot Ukraine’s industrial base which cannot be competitive in the European Union, as well buy up agricultural land the IMF will insist be ‘privatized’ along with ‘austerity’ demanding cuts to benefits for children and halving the pensions of the elderly. Factories will shut down and unemployment skyrocket, all to the advantage of western European exports at the expense of Ukraine’s domestic infrastructure, similar to the model imposed on and devastating Greece. This is an attempted highway robbery of entire regions of Russia sympathetic people in the East of Ukraine the new ‘authorities’ in Kiev actually despise. The cynical geo-political calculation in NATO is a destabilized Ukraine on Russia’s doorstep will require Russian intervention and all fingers can be pointed at Russia for interfering, self-justifying the alliance in Brussels strengthening and expanding an aggressive NATO.

Now, all of this geo-political maneuvering, employing NAZIs to push NATO in Russia’s face, on Russia’s very doorstep, is on track to backfire in a really big way, recalling NATO inducting ‘partner’ nation Ukraine is one more example of a multiple broken promise, a promise to Russia NATO would not expand into the former Soviet sphere of influence, when Gorbachev allowed the former Warsaw Pact nations to pursue their own destiny with the break-up of the Soviet Union.
Now, we all (in the intelligence world) know none of this ‘regime change’ agenda is going to be brought off without CIA involvement. Going to that fact (of life in real-politic), it does to note here the CIA has longstanding ties to the Ukrainian neo-NAZI movement. No better evidence of this is a former CIA collaborator (Canadian academic) in the Ukrainian nationalist movement, acknowledging the facts but (one must presume disingenuously, academics dare not be associated with NAZIs) claiming he ‘did not know’ about the NAZI elements in the CIA Ukraine program:
“I cooperated with Prolog … I did understand in the 1970s and 1980s that Prolog was CIA funded … In the 1970s and 1980s I did not comprehend to what extent Prolog had hidden the dark past of OUN and UPA and propagated a legendary version of nationalist history…”
He might more honestly state today ‘to what extent Prolog (the CIA operation codename) had laundered the neo-NAZI movement’ behind the new USA installed regime in Kiev.
Insofar as CIA associated ‘regime change’ in Ukraine, this is the second time around. The first time around was the ‘Orange Revolution’ which had brought Yulia Tymoshenko & Viktor Yushchenko to power. For an expanded understanding of both operations, one only need study rogue CIA officer Phillip Agee’s expose: ‘Terrorism and Civil Society.‘
So, when Obama behaves as though he were sincere in addressing the world as if Russia were the instigator of Ukraine coming apart at the seams, actually Russia has every reason to feel it cannot allow these manipulations to follow through to the Western democracies desired conclusion. To this point, it cannot hurt to recall erstwhile Obama foreign policy consultant, career Russia hater Zbigniew Brzezinski, neo-liberal guru to Obama administration officials such as Victoria Nuland, considers Ukraine central to his ‘Grand Chessboard‘ strategy of pushing Russia into a corner in the 21st Century edition of the ‘Great Game‘, a step towards freeing up the USA for world domination.
Meanwhile, the major difference between Obama and Bush is quite straightforward; Obama is a by far more natural & dangerous liar, and not only when promoting the neo-NAZI administration installed by USA instigated violence in Kiev with this disingenuous quote:

How does one sort fact from fiction in the Western media world? Go to the skills found in professional intelligence, where it’s a matter of training and knowing what to look for. Wikipedia claims the nazi elements had been pushed out of Tyhanybok’s Svoboda party but this does not square with the World Jewish Congress describing Svoboda as neo-nazi. Or the research turned up by the Swedish academic Per Anders Rudling documenting Svoboda organized the celebration of octogenarian 3rd Reich Waffen SS veterans as heroes as recently as 2011 (cited at the beginning of this article.) And then you have the former CIA collaborator (Canadian academic) stating CIA laundered Svoboda party pre-cursor elements in the 1980s (associated with the mentioned Prolog program) and the fact CIA edits Wikipedia, not only has controlling influence in more traditional mainstream media as demonstrated by a former CIA director’s quote:

In the applied geo-politic of Obama’s USA, CIA requires straight-forward aggression to achieve a means to an end. Neo-nazis will accomplish a goal (violent coup) law abiding citizens will not. And then CIA launders the facts with its controlling influences in mainstream media. Present CIA director Brennan is a nasty man and is by far too close to Obama.
If the facts of the ‘Maidan Coup‘ line up behind Russian President Putin’s position and you don’t like Putin, that sucks for you. Truth is often not a comfortable thing and why CIA would prefer you did not know truth.
There is an excellent article at the Federation of American Scientists (a whistle-blower group) on the Pentagon desire to upgrade the B61 nuclear bomb. The B61 bomb is a cold war era gravity dropped tactical nuclear device delivered by jet fighter plane.
This bomb, of which 180 in the USA’s nuclear arsenal are located in Europe under NATO agreements, is proposed for upgrade. The proposed upgrade is intended to refurbish the bombs and reduce their payload from roughly 400 kilotons to 50 kilotons, for purpose of making the use of the bombs ‘more acceptable’ in case of outbreak of war, in a sort of Orwellian logic that if the bomb is more easily used, that will make it less likely to be used.
Reality is, this upgrade converts the B61 into a patent offensive weapon when adapted to the new F-35 stealth fighter-jet proposed for deployment in NATO. Setting aside Iran and looking at the USA and NATO’s ever-growing aggressive stance with Russia (recalling the 180 B61 nuclear devices are located in Western Europe), it does well to examine what reducing the B61 to an ‘acceptable’ nuclear device for use in combat implies.
F-35
The proposed ‘upgraded’ B61 of 50 kilotons is roughly 4 to 5 times the size of the bomb that destroyed Nagasaki. According to ‘Homeland Security’, a single 10 kiloton device (smaller than Nagasaki at 12 kilotons) will contaminate approximately 5,000 square kilometers (twice the area of Luxembourg) and displace one half million people.
The math is simple: 5 x Nagasaki x 180 upgraded B61 NATO bombs = up to 4.5 million square kilometers area contaminated and potentially 450 million people displaced. This is one half of all the area of Europe and more than one half of all of Europe’s population.
Supposing only half or so few as a quarter of these weapons were able to be delivered in event of war, one must take into consideration the retaliation of the opposing side with a large arsenal of tactical nuclear weapons in its own inventory. In fact the Russian military doctrine calls for deployment of tactical nuclear weapons in event of faced with overwhelming technical superiority (i.e. USA stealth weapons et cetera)
Bottom line: How many of you are comfortable with our Christian fundamentalist Pentagon & NATO, essentially a Christian Taliban or people who actually believe in literal Armageddon, upgrading tactical nuclear weapons to ‘acceptable’ for use in upcoming conflict?

The ‘Alpha Project’ initiated with my former employer, Mark Mueller, when I was an investigator. An attorney who is aligned with the organization ‘Trial Lawyers for Public Justice’, Mark has stood by me when other lawyer friends wanted nothing to do with me (after it became clear who I was engaged in a fight with.) ‘Alpha’ draws its origin from my investigations of the early 1990s for Mark on behalf of Blackfeet Indians, when I’d initially uncovered crimes by the big oil company CHEVRON (which employs criminals rings comprised of bought off government employees to achieve its goals of circumventing laws) and eventually led to my problem with Condoleezza Rice and a whole host of intelligence agency related criminals .. It was years later I named this case that refused to go away and leave me alone the ‘alpha’ investigative case.
Along the way of working ‘alpha’, I’d teamed up with Mikey Weinstein, a former White House attorney who founded the six time Nobel Peace Prize nominated Military Religious Freedom Foundation and has worked together with myself fighting some of the most criminal people in the world. Mikey’s project is mostly tied to Pentagon. We have exchanged information and help develop each other’s projects. Mikey’s Military Religious Freedom Foundation project involving the Pentagon, has overlap with the ‘alpha’ project involving intelligence agencies.
The result of the ‘alpha’ investigation is clear. Corporate organized crime in the military-industrial complex fused with institutions in NATO and rogue elements in intelligence agencies (with the beyond Orwellian twist of ‘Christian Dominionism’ thrown in), together form an international ‘deep state’ dedicated to the subversion and eventual overthrow and/or control of western democratic institutions. The German government and law enforcement is now fully aware of ‘alpha’ elements that have operated exterior to the parameters of law in Germany. Incidental to this, alpha’s operational command and control centered in the USA has had the German political establishment intimidated at the highest levels.
A very politically savvy German who’d been deeply involved with the early developments of what became the ‘alpha’ investigative project and has kept himself informed on subsequent developments over the years, is of the opinion the German government is boxed in or cornered at the present time related to ‘alpha.’ I agree. It is my own opinion information enough has been developed in relation to ‘alpha’ to simply let it stand as positioned at the present time and see what develops of its own accord.
With the German government well aware of all the necessary facts concerning ‘alpha’, from police at the local level to the top politicians in Germany, there is really little more to accomplish. The ‘alpha’ investigative result cannot stay swept under the rug indefinitely, too many people now know what is happening, and ultimately, I have little control over when it breaks into the open or how it will develop subsequently. This will have to do with any remaining institutions concerning the rule of law which have not yet been co-opted by the criminal enterprise behind ‘alpha.’ It is the undeniable responsibility of these institutions to take the information developed surrounding ‘alpha’ forward; towards restoration of an authentic constitutional order.
I am now in process of closing the ‘alpha’ project. I’m tired beyond belief but feel what I’ve managed to now is solid accomplishment, only needing time to see a result. Wrapping up the small details, separating the political from the personal and relocating my life to sane society should be accomplished over the coming months.
I understand and have been comfortable with my circumstance in Germany in relation to balancing police elements who have been friendly to me, against the cowardly, ruling politicians at the top who only (apparently under any circumstance) wish I would go away. But I have no idea what I will be stepping into in future as I will be relocating. My best guess is I will be largely left alone by the corrupted political institutions and related criminal elements in the several intelligence agencies, having badly burned them on multiple occasions, as they should have learned by now to leave myself to preferred occupation writing on ancient Native American philosophy, children’s and folk literature, and meanwhile cultivating my growing positive allergy to geo-political intrigue.
For my stalkers, those who’ve sent me death threats and the ones who’ve actually tried to take me out, for those of you who are too stupid to give up, I will be living with two sisters in a super-sweet, non-western cultural arrangement and a good place to redirect your search would be to one of the several thousands of yurts scattered across remote Mongolia….

Because the male politicians here in Europe (Germany particularly) have shown themselves to be rank cowards. Let’s hope the women will give this issue a bit of traction in the coming weeks and months-
I have been acquainted with Mikey Weinstein of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation since June of 2008. A quick look into my mail program shows thousands of communications between myself, Mikey and his five times Nobel Peace Prize nominated organization. We have made common cause over these past several years, sharing enemies and challenges. What I admire most about Mikey is his ability to set aside differences and focus on where collaboration will serve the common good. And his infinite courage and dedication to defeating a dark evil while facing tall odds.
As courageous as Mikey is, the enemy we face is doubly dangerous because it is a lethally armed cowardice. When the ‘American Exceptionalism’ comes to a belief at the top levers of power, a drone launched Hellfire missile on one side of the planet, by a video game geek in uniform on the other side of the planet, ‘serves the purpose of the Lord’, it is more than fair to question what it is we are doing as a nation, it is actually a necessity to CHALLENGE the underlying motive of what has become, as Mikey straight-forwardly says, “A weaponized gospel of Jesus Christ.”
There was a brilliant novel, ‘Watership Down’, which portrayed a scene in which a Rabbit colony lived in denial of snares set throughout their warren. This peculiar form of cowardice is not unique. We have our folk wisdom underscoring this behavioral phenomena, for instance ‘the elephant in the living room’ no one will discuss. We have arrived there as a society, when our leadership and media will have no part of any discussion pointing to our own religious criminal elements responsible for reprehensible acts for which the most severe punishments should be meted out in any society under a functioning rule of law.
Mikey Weinstein could no doubt list hundreds (probably thousands) of punishable offenses under existing law that have gone unpunished in the United States military since his foundation had been established (2006.) These offenses are tolerated in the lower ranks because they do NOT offend the sensibilities of commanders at the very top ranks. I am speaking of the fanatic Christians that rule the greater military from the Pentagon, our nation’s top officers. In 2013, Mikey defends 34,000 mostly lower rank (soldiers, airmen and sailor clients) military from hate crimes by extremist Christians in uniform. This would be unnecessary except for the bigots running the Pentagon.
Here is the text of a recent, unedited hate mail, personally forwarded to myself by Mikey:
“I am a proud Christian living and spreading The Word of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ here in Tulsa. Me and my wife came to listen to the devil’s own MikieWienstein at the All Soul’s unitarian church here last saturday. Our pastor told us the next day at Sunday Service that this so called “church” should be renamed as “All Soul’s Going To Hell” for 2 reasons. First it invited one of the greatest enemys of Christ wienstein to even speak here in Tulsa in the first place. Second because noone at that “church” has been saved by the blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ. And they all then will burn in the Lake of Fire for they rejection of our Savior. We listened to mikieWienstein speak his evil words against allowing Christ to impower our U.S. army soldiers. We watched the jews face. We could not help but notice his face. Being a cunning jew he has a shrewd jew face to begin with to confuse the people. But the spirit on that dark face of his could only be of the Dark One himself satan. It was so obvious. It gave my wife and me chils to behold his demonism. My wife wanted to ask him a question at the microphone about him being of satan. But his evil glare from his dark father the fallen angel satan kept her from the strength to do so. And it was useless anyway. As all the others there will burn erternally in hell with that jew of satan. And he had to bring his big nigra guards with him for protection? He has no protection from The Way,The Truth and The Life of Jesus. Mikie should no that there is no protection from those who kiss the lips of satan. And reject the free gift of the love of Christ. He gets what is coming for him from the warriors of the Savior. It is only a matter of time now.”
The most influential thing encouraging this pervasive, vile and bigoted hate, is the refusal of the Pentagon to step up and meet the bigotry this mail fairly represents in our military. Why they do nothing is, because this is the prevailing belief at the Pentagon as well.
Our Pentagon poster child for this vile expression of American Exceptionalism degenerated to religious motivated hate, and the lesson of the Rabbit warren in denial, is David A Patraeus. The cover story is General Patraeus resigned from the CIA over marital infidelity. In fact, a major British mainstream newspaper, The Guardian, was putting the finishing touches on a documentary film tying General Patraeus to black site torture centers and death squads in Iraq. It would never do to have a sitting Director of the CIA implicated for international crimes in our national press if the New York Times or Washington Post were to pick this story up and run with it. True to the principle of ignoring the ‘elephant in the living room’, American mainstream media sucked up to Obama’s ‘look forward, not back’ policy and did not run the Guardian exposé implicating not only Patraeus but also Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld.
General Patraues ties with extreme Christian fundamentalism at the Pentagonhas been established by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation. He had endorsed extreme literature (“a copy should be in every soldier’s rucksack”), and under General Patraeus command, not only having a ‘weaponized gospel of Jesus’ shoved down soldiers throats had been tolerated, but pervasive sexual assault, and murder of women soldiers as well (according to the informed assertions of Colonel Ann Wright.) If you are familiar with extreme Christian theology, women are not really that cool, women being responsible for everything gone wrong in this world since ‘The Fall.’ Last year there were 26,000 sexual assaults in the United States military, up from 19,000 the year before. Almost no one is punished. See anything wrong with this picture? Who has had an office in the Pentagon for years? General Patraeus’ favored “Officers Christian Fellowship”, a 20,000 member fundamentalist Christian military organization that views our armed forces as a crusader force; and whose senior members were put on a fast track to promotion for 8 years under the Evangelical Bush. The result is, men who believe woman are inferior and Muslims are the children of Satan are running the Pentagon, controlling the triggers from half a world away, sending Hellfire missiles into homes where they ‘suspect’ a militant might be. Are these really the people you’d like to see keeping custody of the world’s largest nuclear arsenal?
And speaking of nukes, we have a rabidly evangelical command structure in the United States Air Force where most of those nukes are held. Aside altogether from the ‘strategic’ inter-continental ballistic missile, the Air Force has custody of enough ‘tactical’ nuclear weapons that can be dropped from planes, to ignite any region of the world in flames, leaving little more than ash. Those ‘tactical’ weapons are not necessarily ‘secure’ when you can easily assemble flight crews who believe (like their superiors at the Pentagon) in literal Armageddon.
A mainstream media in the United States which refuses to report on war crimes tied to General Patraeus in Iraq, as documented by The Guardian, is certainly not to be trusted to report the fact the United States military has become, in and of itself, a world threatening entity. The information is there, they know the facts and the facts do not go to press. One of Mikey Weinstein’s great concerns is Christian fanatics having custody of America’s nuclear arsenal. I agree. What are the New York Times and Washington Post thinking? That Obama’s generals will turn themselves in and confess the facts? Or has the media decided it’s too ‘inconvenient’ for a Commander-in-Chief (Obama) to be bothered during a time of war with the small detail his generals are the 21st Century equivalent of NAZI field marshals, who likely share a beer in pure joy every time one of the hate mails directed at Weinstein is made public and nothing is done.
On this side of the pond (I am in Germany), my endeavor has been to raise awareness in our NATO allies, of just how dangerous an entity the USA has become, if only because it is plain there is little political will at top levers of power in the USA to confront what is pointed to an out of control circumstance threatening our world. The hate mail quoted in this article is one of many I have forwarded to German politicians and I must say the cowardice I’ve encountered here is indeed great. How do I know this? I have all of the training and resources needed to determine the Federal Republic of Germany has been made fully aware, at the top tier of power, of the circumstance as detailed in the preceding. After all, the facts as presented are a NATO issue. To be certain I had their attention, I’d filed a complaint against Germany in the International Criminal Court for aiding and abetting the USA in war crimes. Subsequently, it would appear the body politic here is in the pocket of the USA (the Merkel administration) or has it’s tail tucked firmly between its legs (everyone else.)
Will Mikey give up? Never. Nor will I, because something has to give before this thing ends us all, simply stated. This is about future generations.

I thought you might find my story interesting. The USA came after me initially using the FISA law, employed as cover to snuff me for anti-corruption work. This was initiated under Bush and carried on under Obama. It didn’t stack up and I reversed the circumstance while on the run in Europe, but now it’s like a Mexican stand-off.
I regret to inform you the Bush era crimes did not cease with the Obama administration, but have rather been shell gamed. My own case in point, for your information.
I am a fugitive anti-corruption investigator with a serious problem. Over the past 5+ years I had allowed myself, in informal arrangement set up via 3rd party, to be used as live bait to document an international murder ring connected to intelligence agencies, for both German and Spanish (and then German again) authorities. The problem is, despite the fact the authorities should long since have ample evidence to issue arrest warrants, pursue extraditions and prosecutions, they sit on their hands. Probably this has to do with the explosive nature of my case and I will hazard a guess of political interference and/or inertia.

Thank you for your response and invitation to review the requirements of the Rome Statute and submit a claim if relevant.
I believe the ICC has jurisdiction in my cause for the following reasons;
1) The effort to silence my work (multiple attempts at assassination of myself) can be tied to politicians, military officers and intelligence personnel covering up crimes against humanity
2) These attempts and my work have occurred in nations party to the Rome Statute (Germany, Spain) and pursued since 2002 (October 2007-November 2012, perhaps ongoing to present)
3) Germany and Spain are or have been in joint NATO military endeavor with the alleged perpetrators, as well Germany provides logistical support to alleged criminal parties in the overall or greater endeavor by provision of facilities hosted on sovereign German soil, and as well has taken no proactive, reasonable or responsible action to confront the alleged crimes they must be aware of on account of monitoring (but taking no action to rectify) my case
4) My work has or might have identified, (un)covered or documented organized, deliberate, multiple extra-judicial murders by security forces under the supervision of, or liaised with NATO commanders well aware of and/or systematically promoting alleged murders, in Afghanistan particularly, as well crimes on German and Spanish soil in attempted silencing of myself and stopping my open source analysis of crimes against humanity.
5) Alleged multiple extra-judicial murders are covert but demonstrable, deliberate policy of parties embedded in instruments of state, largely but not limited to, military and intelligence agencies in joint endeavor with NATO members Germany and Spain
My complaint names Germany, host of American military and NATO facilities, as a compliant, complicit party to crimes against humanity, German Interior Minister Dr. Hans-Peter Friedrich as accountable for allowing myself to be pursued for purpose of silencing an investigator, Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle for engaging policy promoting the material support on German sovereign territory of persons, agencies and states (Germany, NATO, USA) for purposes of multiple extra-judicial murders, and Angela Merkel as responsible, supervisory authority.
The magistrates and investigators and any unknown to myself pertinent authorities of Spain familiar with my case are named as material witnesses to attempted silencing (attempted murder) of this investigator, and any shared intelligence by/with Germany germane to alleged attempts on my life and are further alleged for purposes of frustrating justice relevant to this complaint.
Evidence referred to the court is the work of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (an American 501(c)3 non-profit corporation) documenting the American military are become widely infected with anti-Islam criminal officers devoted to the extra-judicial killings of Muslims as a ‘Christian Dominion’ religious duty and this institutional infection is controlling the Pentagon and military special operations in Afghanistan particularly, compromising NATO and is furthermore endeavor Germany is providing material and logistical support to, with joint NATO operations and hosting involved American military facilities on sovereign German soil.
In the event the immediate preceding is adequately disclaimed by Germany in association with NATO, on account of American military special operations command in Afghanistan having been held separately and away from NATO command structures (a ‘denial’ construct), then preceding paragraph is amended to reflect solely the German hosting complicit American military persons and facilities supporting/promoting extra-judicial killings of Muslims for extreme ideological purpose, outside the constraints of the rules of engagement in war as determined in international law.
Further evidence referred to the court is the work of Jeff Sharlet: “C Street: The Fundamentalist Threat to American Democracy”, documenting extreme ‘Christian Dominion’ organization having penetrated every institution of the United States government, the USA military inclusive, backing evidence developed by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, documenting ideological criminal motivation and associated criminals supported materially by Germany in association with the American military, NATO and the military endeavor in Afghanistan.
Named specifically as example of alleged numerous ideological/religious criminally motivated acts for which the parties named to this complaint provide material support to is, the so-called “Narang Night Raid” or the attack on a household in the village of Ghazi Khan, Afghanistan, in the early morning hours of December 27, 2009.
A second named example is the so-called “Wech Baghtu” or “wedding party” air strike, referring to the killing of 37 civilians, mostly women and children, by an air strike on November 3, 2008.
A third named example is the so-called “Khataba raid” an incident which five civilians, including two pregnant women and a teenage girl, were killed by U.S. forces on February 12, 2010.
The Military Religious Freedom Foundation should be able to attest it is the Pentagon, the American officer corps, the United States Air Force, and the United States special operations forces particularly, where you will find the highest concentration of ideologically/religiously motivated criminal leadership, and specific to this, there have been reports of American soldiers seeking counseling in Afghanistan have been advised all will be well if they only would ‘be saved’ and ‘kill Muslims for Christ’, all materially and logistically supported by Germany.
Tangential, but relevant nonetheless to the preceding, is evidence which should be in the hands of German or Spanish authorities:
1) One probable poison glass pellet captured intact by my knit cap, turned in via 3rd party, (name-edited-out), I was to be informed if the stated item were harmless only, no notification was forthcoming (2008.)
2) One set of documents inclusive of a report to the United States Department of Agriculture Inspector General dated 1991 exposing a criminal ring working the inside of government counterfeiting environmental impact statements for CHEVRON corporation. The relevance of this documentation is the clearly damning levels of information I am capable of developing and motivation to silence this investigator now moved on to investigating related criminal apparatus engaged in ideological/religious extra-judicial murders. This documentation had been sent in via the same 3rd party in the paragraph preceding (2009.) Incidental to this, two young attorneys, John Yoo and Jay Bybee, had been writing legal opinions on behalf of the 1991 criminal acts and it was after Condoleezza Rice went from CHEVRON board director to the Bush II administration, I began to experience problems eventually leading to my present circumstance.
3) Persons positively identified in efforts to permanently silence this investigator include then active CIA officer Sabrina DeSousa at Weisbaden, Germany (2008), and former CIA chief of station (private contractor) Gary Berntsen at Sant Feliu de Guixols, Spain (2010.) This is information that should have been developed further by both German and Spanish authorities and should be requested.

A fundamental feature of the Rome Statute is that the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over persons for the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole, namely genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, as defined in the Rome Statute (Articles 6 to 8). The Court may only exercise jurisdiction over crimes committed on or after 1 July 2002 (Article 11). In addition, the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over crimes committed on the territory of a State that has accepted the jurisdiction of the Court or by a national of such a State (Article 12), or where the Security Council refers the situation to the Court (Article 13).
The Office of the Prosecutor has examined your communication and has determined that more detailed information would be required in order to proceed with an analysis of whether the allegations could fall within the jurisdiction of the Court. The Prosecutor has determined that, in the absence of such information, there is not a basis at this time to proceed with further analysis. If Germany will prosecute using Völkerstrafgesetzbuch, I will refrain from filing an amended complaint against Germany and providing additional information to the ICC including indisputable crimes in Iraq with this (and other) additional information
Following developments in Germany related to the issues I’d raised with the International Criminal Court, it would seem the Germans are playing a political game of ‘cover your ass’ by claiming the statute (law) governing the American military presence in Germany makes it difficult to pursue any course of justice. What a crock of shit. It’s like claiming you cannot arrest someone for crimes while out of doors because they have immunity while in the house. In fact there is another statute (law) that allows for universal jurisdiction, meaning if there were political will (rather than cowardice) warrants for arrests could be issued for the guilty culprits (up to and including Obama) based on actions exterior to the jurisdiction over American facilities in Germany per se.
If you would like to email the German Parliament and demand action, the emails of the members this letter had been sent to, are listed below. Simply choose one (or as many as you like) and write to Germany demanding to know how the German government can sit on its hands while crimes are perpetrated using facilities situated on sovereign German territory and intelligence agency murder rings are allowed to run free in Germany.
On 20 May 2013 I began sending this following letter to (now 50) members of the German Federal Parliament. It has been my hope, and continues to be my hope, some responsible German politician will press the Merkel administration on why there have been no arrests and prosecutions for crimes committed on German soil or crimes facilitated on German soil.
