The United States House of Representatives, when amending and passing House Resolution 2685, has made what amounts to a finding of fact, admissible in court, determining the authority at Kiev, Ukraine, has incorporated neo-Nazi militia to its National Guard:
11 June 2015 Washington DC – Late yesterday evening, the U.S. House of Representatives considered H.R. 2685, the “Department of Defense Appropriations Act of 2015.” During consideration of the legislation, Congressman John Conyers, Jr. (D-Mich.) and Congressman Ted Yoho (R-Fla.) offered bipartisan amendments to block the training of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi paramilitary militia “Azov Battalion,” and to prevent the transfer of shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles—otherwise known as Man-Portable Air-Defense Systems (MANPADS)—to Iraq or Ukraine
While the facts of the neo-Nazi elements incorporated to the regime at Kiev had been widely known, what the House Resolution effectively has done is, to put the United States on record as providing military aid to a government, Ukraine, that has an active branch of the National Socialist political movement incorporated to its armed forces. Clearly this establishes Kiev as a neo-Nazi regime. The logic is simple; either Kiev has positively sanctioned neo-Nazis by incorporation of the Azov Battalion to its’ military engaged in the Donbass region or, a neo-Nazi militancy, stemming from Ukraine’s Interior Ministry and its’ National Guard, rules Kiev. Either way, it makes liars of the professional propagandists of NATO, The European Union and The United States, per the example of Voice of America:

Call this one ‘the Iranian (Pierre Omidyar) who owns a Jew (Glenn Greenwald) that pimps a Polack (Marcin Mamoń)’ in a case that is, prima facie, an information operation. With focus having come to the fact of Pierre Omidyar, The Intercept’s bankroller, has funded elements in Ukraine leading to the overthrow of the Yanukovich regime, a de facto support contributing to the present civil war, clearly Omidyar has been supporting the side of those now constituting the regime in Kiev. How will The Intercept spin it’s bending over to take billionaire ‘Shah-man’ Omidyar’s shaft from behind?
The Intercept previously hosting Askold Krushelnycky (see ‘The Intercept Takes A Dive‘) struck me as similar to The Nation hosting Bob Drefuss or the Washington Post providing a platform to David Ignatius; a professional liar does not add a ‘fair and balanced’ perspective (recalls FOX NEWS) but merely tosses a monkey wrench into the gears of truth.
Now we have some famous Polish journalist (famous in Poland, in any case), Marcin Mamoń, has been taken on by The Intercept, and he somehow manages to screw Greenwald while in the same moment giving Omidyar a blow-job:
This newest one reads as though it’d been scripted by the brighter minds of western intelligence; following initial references to “Russian backed [ethnic Russian] separatists” suddenly the language changes:
“When Kolomoisky saw that the Russians might capture Dnipropetrovsk”
And
“When the Russians stopped approximately 120 miles short of Dnipropetrovsk, Kolomoisky suddenly lost interest and stopped paying the volunteer battalions”
And
“There are suspicions that his location was betrayed to the Russians”
And
“They came to a small village called Chernukhino, where they stumbled upon Russian soldiers. There was shooting, and the Chechens killed a few Russians — the rest of the Russians withdrew. The Russians, however, managed to give the village’s coordinates to their artillery, and soon all hell broke loose”
So, it goes like this: Russians, Russians, Russians, Russian soldiers, Russians, Russians, Russians.
Proof? Or is everyone on the side opposed to Kiev “Russian” for the sake of Mamoń’s journalism? The bias (at the least) is palpable; the forceful point in subliminal psychology being driven home is ‘these are Russian soldiers.’ The CIA psy-ops people have to be high-fiving over at Langley. The Intercept just morphed Ukrainians who happen to be ethnic Russian separatists: into Putin’s army in the Donbass region of Ukraine.
Notable neglect in the coverage is; even if his volunteer troops are not expecting to be paid, how does the Chechen commander feed, transport and keep his 500 man battalion provided with ammunition, if his benefactor had dumped his force months previous to this? War is an incredibly expensive business. Villagers handing out cabbage and sausages just won’t get the job done. There has to have been serious alternative financing, and that is skirted with a vague reference to ‘help’ from the ‘Ukrainian people.’
Insofar as the point of the Kiev aligned volunteer battalions, Mamoń’s thesis is, these are a case of ‘the chickens come home to roost’ for Putin. Their ties to Islamic State coupled to the Ukrainian authorities at Kiev not only tolerate them, but somehow must be logistically supporting them, doesn’t really enter the picture. His article imparts a sort of strange rehabilitation worthy of those western Ukrainian fascists who worship Stephan Bandera. A kind of ‘they were justified’ rationale overlooking these are rank criminals and committed terrorists.
At the end of the day, I don’t give a rat’s ass if Marcin Mamoń is on easy terms with Chechen militants & big-shot Islamic State personalities, and neither should Glenn Greenwald be impressed; this Mamoń guy smells BAD and his ‘Eau de Omidyar’ is distinct in the air; if everyone on the Donbass region’s separatist side is Russian, we can just as easily make the case (more accurately) many, many fighters on the Kiev side are Nazi, that is with the exception of certain Chechen fighters, hosted by Kiev, and at least some apparently provided courtesy of the Islamic State.
And with that short mail concerning the (above linked) article at The Intercept, you will discover a short, shallow piece that parrots a Ukrainian (Kiev) narrative claiming Ukrainian forces have downed a Russian surveillance drone. What’s wrong with this picture? As a former qualified operator of an American surface to air missile system (Improved HAWK) I can tell you right off this is a surface to air missile systems test drone and not a surveillance model. It is as simple as the color. A surveillance drone will be painted to blend with the sky. The Russians are not going to beg Kiev’s forces to shoot down one of their surveillance drones by sending it overhead painted bright orange.
Now, to the article’s author; Askold Krushelnycky. Firstly, in his own words, he was clearly in the camp of the so-called ‘Orange Revolution’ (a CIA instigated ‘color revolution‘ or part of the ‘democracy’ investment Victoria Nuland had reported the USA spent $5 billion on) putting him squarely in political opposition to the Russian ethnic majority of the Donbass region of Ukraine. So much for impartiality.
Secondly, Krushelnycky is first generation British of Ukrainian “refugee” descent, opening the question of whether Krushelnycky is of Stephen Bandera aligned stock. Most of the Ukrainian nationals who were allowed into the USA, Canada and Britain after WW II were radical right wing who’d supported Hitler in Ukraine, including an ethnic Ukrainian division of Waffen SS rescued in the thousands. Did The Intercept do a background check on Krushelnycky? I doubt it.
Thirdly, Krushelnycky is reporting from Mariupol, the Kiev held area where Right Sector (Ukrainian Nazis) has its own independent ‘Azov’ battalion. If he were inclined to report factually (particularly in relation to Azov battalion provocations), he’d have immediate problems with these people. Not to mention Kiev has pushed so many outrageous lies, Kiev propaganda compares well to Roger Rabbit; insofar as reality.
Fourthly, and here it gets very sticky for The Intercept, Pierre Omidyar, The Intercept’s bankroller, has funded elements in Ukraine leading to the overthrow of the Yanukovich regime, a de facto support contributing to the present civil war. Clearly Omidyar has been supporting the side of those now constituting the regime in Kiev, which also so happens align with the politics of Intercept reporter Krushelnycky. Glenn Greenwald has claimed Omidyar’s support for the parties ruling in Kiev will make no difference in the reporting coming out of The Intercept; but actions here speak louder than words … I had actually been wondering why reporting on Ukraine had been conspicuously absent at The Intercept and now we have a shallow, rank propaganda piece worthy of those very whores of journalism Greenwald & friends have so eloquently bashed elsewhere.

Merkel, Piggies & the 2nd Minsk Peace Accord
Noting the Germans claim they have no obligation whatsoever to make right having bled Greece dry during WW II … and noting the Germans are insisting on bleeding Greece dry in the present with inflexible demands of ‘privitization’ and ‘austerity’, it’s not difficult to see Angela Merkel, Wolfgang Schäuble, Thomas de Maizière & friends haven’t shed Germany’s Nazi spots; particularly when considering Ukraine.
Firstly, Germany has been hand in glove with the USA in ‘civil society’ projects (read subverting to western interests) in Ukraine, exhibit one:

In fact it was the Merkel Christian Democratic Union (CDU) aligned Konrad Adenauer Foundation had liaised with Ukraine’s Nazi Svoboda party and in fact groomed Svoboda party members at Adenauer foundation ‘democracy’ projects:
“the Ukrainian right wing has also received instruction [in Germany] financed by German taxpayers. Party members appeared at events hosted by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, the German political foundation affiliated with Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservatives. Examples include the conference entitled “Lessons from the 2012 Parliamentary Elections,” the seminar series called “The Higher School of Politics” and a discussion on the 2012 elections”
This, despite the German government’s official position of condemning the German Nazi party, the NPD, a party the Ukrainian Svoboda party has a known relationship with. So, what’s wrong with this picture? Adopting a position ‘actions speak louder than words’, we can look at a short history of Merkel’s ‘peace efforts’ relating to Ukraine.
The thumbnail sketch is, each time Germany has backed a proposal for peace in Ukraine, Merkel has rolled over when the USA spurred Kiev to sabotage it. Very early on, John Kerry had ‘lip serviced’ (sort of like a blow-job) an European peace proposal and Kiev had stopped shooting but that was because they were too stupid to understand the game yet and they quickly reversed themselves when an American visited and explained what geopolitical theater is all about. A case of ‘this is to make Russia look bad when it fails, so whatever you do, don’t stop provocations that draw separatist ire.’ Whether it was Joe Biden or John Brennan or some other American political prostitute, most recently John Kerry in Kiev as Merkel visited Putin in Moscow together with Hollande, the American message delivered to the Nazis in Kiev has been consistently proven to be one of ‘keep the provocations up and we’ll have your back.’
Here is how it plays with Merkel. She gets on board with with every European peace endeavor but then takes advantage of its intended failure. After endorsing a Russian-French transition plan for Ukraine that was immediately foiled with the American backed putsch, Angela Merkel promptly fell into line with the Americans and the result was ultimately responsible for Crimea reunifying with Russia. Did Merkel demonize the Americans for this backstabbing? No. She demonized Putin. Following this, when Poroshenko did not deliver on the autonomy for the east of Ukraine promised at Minsk I, rather instead declaring the autonomy provision invalid, insuring the rebellion would continue, did Merkel pressure Poroshenko? No. She upped the pressure on Putin instead, while toeing the American propaganda line. As well, Merkel has been leader of the European Union sanctions intended to punish Russia with damage to its economy.
Now, Merkel had exited a meeting at the White House, prior to traveling to Moscow and then to Minsk II, with a telling message; ‘friends can have differences of opinion’ or that is to say Germany is not going to put up a fuss over the Americans delivering lethal weapons to Ukraine and John Kerry immediately heads out to Kiev as Merkel heads to Moscow.
Here’s what’s up; Each ceasefire has saved Kiev’s butt from a determined rebel force that is by far better motivated and seen superior tactical success. Each ceasefire has seen the beaten Ukrainian army rearm, resupply and regroup for a new offensive. Each ceasefire has seen consistent shelling of civilian areas held by the rebels, a deliberate provocation, drawing reactions from rebel forces determined to knock out or push back Kiev’s offenders. Each ceasefire has seen a consequent propaganda blitz by the western democracies accusing Russia and the rebels of sabotaging any progress towards peace. All of this treachery by Kiev has clearly been encouraged behind the scene by the USA, in an ongoing, undeclared, proxy war imposed on Russia. Angela Merkel not only goes along with this, she is complicit. Germany has, all along, baited Putin along with the Americans. And this man knows the story very well:

Gerhard Schindler, Germany’s top spymaster, who answers directly to Angela Merkel, presented what has to be called a falsified report, on the downing of MH 17 in secret session with the German parliament, presenting evidence that has never been made public (certainly because it would not stand up to expert scrutiny.) Here is the better MH 17 assessment. Previous to this, Schindler presented what was almost certainly a false report on the Assad regime’s use of sarin gas in Damascus, claiming the rebels did not possess the technical ability to deliver the chemical weapon but that had already been disputed by UN investigator Carla Del Ponte in an earlier case. The BND led by Schindler has a long litany of criminals and crimes for legacy, not least complicity in, and covering up, Operation Gladio. The BND was created by the CIA, staffed with ex-Gestapo and other former Nazis, put under the charge of Hitler’s expert Soviet spymaster, war criminal Reinhard Gehlen, and then handed over to Konrad Adenauer as West Germany’s foreign intelligence service. This is a nasty, Nazi legacy infected, organization. And so is the Adenauer Foundation and it’s parent Christian Democratic Union. These are Merkel’s clandestine bayonets operating in Ukraine.
Here’s my prediction for Minsk II .. more of the same, Poroshenko’s Nazis will have taken John Kerry’s off the record advice to heart, the new ceasefire and peace agreement will be sabotaged with full German complicity, even as Merkel makes a show of geopolitical ‘restraint’ for domestic political consumption, again buying time to rearm and train Kiev’s forces. Meanwhile there will be ongoing provocations by Kiev to undermine the process in its entirety. Germany will fall into line with the USA, pointing the finger at the Russians as the responsible party and sooner or later, the entire business will again be a hot and more intensified conflict. This has been the working model, in consecutive iterations, why would anyone expect to see anything change?

Within two days of this ‘satire’ having been posted, General Breedlove goes on record, revealing he is two-faced, warning arming Ukraine risks drawing a reaction from Russia, but there’s more to this story:
NATO (a ‘Christian Dominion’ infected organization) is a platform empowering General Phillip Breedlove as one of the prime ‘movers and shakers’ bringing the western democracies into this latest proposed American ‘humanitarian intervention’ project with ample German support, (Angela Merkel getting cold feet on arms provision notwithstanding) which, by the way, is cover for an arms provision program that has actually been underway for quite some months already.
I don’t doubt Russians are helping the so-called ‘rebels’ in Ukraine to a certain degree, although certainly not to the extremes claimed by Breedlove & associates, and if Russia is complaining the Ukrainian armed forces are being armed to the teeth with the latest western anti-armor weaponry, and the facts show that’s actually true, that makes us about equal when it comes to denial of covert aid, you think? What’s presently proposed (providing arms) is actually something that’s been ongoing; NATO is attempting to come up with a cover story, providing arms, to match the facts on the ground; rebel commanders already face Javelin anti-tank missiles (and much more) provided to Kiev.
But that’s standard operating procedure in Western geo-politics, ‘truth’ has little to do with what actually goes on.
In fact the so-called ‘western democracies’ had initiated the hostilities in Ukraine with the Americans alone investing 5 billion in ‘color revolution’, ‘civil society’ and ‘regime change’ projects in Ukraine through the end of 2013, with plenty more invested since, efforts that have gone so far as to widely employ neo-nazis in the overthrow of the previous regime and maintain the present geopolitical state of hostility

A former USAID administrator brought into a Chevron ‘leadership’ project (as well noting Condolezza Rice and James Jones are both are past Chevron board director personalities, not only one time Bush & Obama ‘National Security Advisors’) points directly at geo-political engineering of events on behalf of oil companies profits in relation to putting the cost off on the American taxpayer, per rogue CIA officer Phillip Agee’s revelations:

And here you have the Obama administration’s Assistant Secretary of State brags about spending 5 Billion taxpayer dollars through these ‘democracy fronts’ developing “civil society” when reporting to Chevron:

And it is the American taxpayer picks up the $5 billion investment in Ukrainian ‘democracy’ and much, much more, before this episode of the ‘New Great Game‘ is played out:

With a triumphant ‘cock-a-doodle-doo!’ in his recent“Re Shootdown Of Flight MH-17—–German Intelligence Concludes Missile Was Ukrainian, Not Russian” Robert Parry plays lick-spittle to intelligence agency spittoon, taking the bait of a deliberately engineered information operation (disinformation ploy) hook, line & sinker. Alternatively, Parry took a prepared script from his intelligence agency handler and ran with it. In either scenario, the unwitting or the complicit, Robert Parry is what is known in the business of spies as an ‘asset.’
First, let’s have a look at the ‘German Intelligence’ behind Robert Parry’s sudden YEAH! (with no doubt a fist-pump)
Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) or Federal Intelligence Service (Germany) reports directly to Angela Merkel. This German counterpart to the CIA had been born out of the USA’s rescue of Nazi intelligence at the end of World War Two. Initially organized by the OSS and subsequently CIA as the ‘Gehlen Organization’ under Hitler’s veteran Soviet spymaster (Nazi war criminal) Reinhard Gehlen, the BND came into existence when the Gehlen Organization, staffed with Nazi Party & SS veterans, as well as more than 100 former Gestapo officers, was transferred by the USA to the Federal Republic of Germany (then so-called ‘West Germany’) to be under the authority of Chancellor Konrad Adenauer. And so it was Hitler’s top intelligence people became Germany’s post-war CIA. One can only imagine Reinhard Gehlen’s smirk when he’d stated his organization employed a lower percentage of former SS & Gestapo than most ministries in Adenauer’s Federal Republic of Germany government.

Simple social psychology determines an agency staffed with Gestapo that is historically, closely wedded to Angela Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union (and especially the CDU’s ‘sister’ party, the Christian Social Union) will have kept a certain proclivity or sympathies intact. It’s like any exclusive club at the top, you are hired based on the people controlling the interview process (Gestapo) and promoted to the top because of your willingness to ‘play the game’, insuring a particular mindset will perpetrate itself (similar to inter-generational violence.) This will certainly be the case of the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) in relation to Angela Merkel’s political support structures in the Bundestag (German Parliament) and its numerous Nazi founders. To see Merkel’s minions (and by implication BND) fingerprints supporting the CIA initiated putsch installing a neo-nazi regime in Ukraine, one need look no farther than Merkel’s CDU aligned Adenauer Foundation:
“According to press reports, the German government would like to have boxing champion Vitali Klitschko run for president and bring him to power in the Ukraine. It would like to enhance the popularity of the opposition’s politician by staging, for example, joint public appearances with the German foreign minister. For this purpose, a meeting is also planned for Klitschko with Chancellor Merkel at the next EU summit in mid-December. The Konrad Adenauer Foundation is, in fact, not only massively supporting Klitschko and his UDAR party. According to a CDU politician, the UDAR Party was founded in 2010 on the direct orders of the CDU foundation. Reports on the foundation’s activities for the development of Klitschko’s party give an indication of how Germans are influencing the Ukraine’s domestic affairs via UDAR. Berlin’s use of Poland in its policy toward the Ukraine is also increasing. Berlin and Warsaw are cooperating with the Ukrainian ultra right-wing Svoboda (“Liberty”) party, which stands in the tradition of Nazi collaborators, who massacred 100,000 Christian and Jewish Poles during WW II”
Now, back to the gist of Robert Parry’s cock-a-doodle-doo in relation to the BND ‘intelligence finding’ reported to parliament, and how Parry’s reporting serves the purpose of an information operation (disinformation campaign.)
The USA had been stupid enough (John Kerry, particularly) to claim Russia was behind the shoot-down of Flight MH-17. This media hype calculated to stir the ill-informed American masses into a Russophobia frenzy, put Germany’s Angela Merkel between a rock and a hard place. Merkel, despite her Nazi derived support structures, has to balance the reality Germany has a solid Russia aligned core in its left political wing, Germany’s business world has significant investments in Russia, and not least, Germany’s populace is not entirely, or even for the most part, so ill informed as to come off as stupid (as rank and file Americans.) Mix this into the pie of Angela Merkel’s CDU & CSU party cadres and intelligence personalities, with strong Nazi tendencies, are little more than USA policy sycophants and there has to be a ‘middle way’ discovered to both; please ‘big brother’ (USA) and avoid appearing to both Russia and domestic press to be as solidly insane as the Obama administration in relation to Ukraine (despite the fact they are.)
What is certain is, it was not a Ukrainian ‘rebel’ controlled Buk (surface to air) missile brought down Flight MH-17, there are simply too many professionals have examined the evidence and found it to be more than unconvincing, rather the so-called ‘evidence’ comes off as disingenuous. We know the ‘rebels’ had a captured Buk. We know both Kiev and the rebels had stated the Buk launcher was inoperable. The rebels had invited outside observers to examine the Buk in their possession, abandoned by Kiev’s forces, to determine the Buk could not have been used to shoot down MH-17 (an offer declined by the western democracies.) Angela Merkel’s intelligence people (in consultation with the CIA no doubt) have to come up with a Solomon solution to this dilemma, and they do so by offering to cut the disinformation by half. The solution? Blame the rebels, but exonerate Russia. This is accomplished by presenting ‘evidence’ (that was not made public) to the German parliamentary committee overseeing foreign affairs in a closed meeting and then inform Der Spiegel. This is how the disinformation game is played in mainstream media folks.
Now, in relation to alternative media, with a carefully engineered false line of information published on behalf of the intelligence agencies, CIA asset Robert Parry has his chance to cock-a-doodle-doo to the heavens, crowing IT WASN’T THE RUSSIANS! (we already knew that) delivering a BND engineered escape route to the Obama Administration’s CIA despite the more reliable facts point to Kiev as the actual perpetrators of the MH-17 shoot-down NOT with a missile but with aCOMBAT JET. The BND’s ‘Sorry, it wasn’t the Russians put up a surface to air missile, it was the rebels’ twisted by Parry into a ‘out of control Ukrainian nationalists by far more likely than rebels used a Buk’ falsehood gets coverage in alternative media. That will have to do as a fallback position for DCI John Brennan’s people wanting ambiguity to be sustained. Except that we know it wasn’t Parry’s accused ‘rogue nationalists’ or the BND’s accused ‘rebels’, it was Kiev’s interior ministry, and it wasn’t a Buk surface to air missile, it was a military jet shot down MH 17. By leaving open the door to a rogue nationalist or rebel shoot down with a surface to air missile, rather than foreclosing on the Buk surface to air missile reporting on what has been nothing more than a ruse, helps kill the chances there will be a serious exam in media of the facts convicting Kiev (quite likely with assist from CIA or ‘other’ agencies covert ops) use of a military jet. This is Robert Parry’s professional disinformation engineering method; substituting false narrative with alternative false narrative, and it’s not the first time.
How is it Robert Parry can claim reliable sources to feed supporting disinformation into his story lines? Look no farther than his bosom buddy, ‘disgruntled & retired’ CIA analyst Ray McGovern. A ‘mr insider’ as a close associate will make anything Parry claims in relation to ‘reliable’ inside sources look credible. If indeed Parry had sources spilling information the Obama administration did not want in the public purview, they’d be all over Parry like flies on stink and McGovern and related ‘other’ sources would be sitting in a cell next to John Kiriakou.
Meanwhile, the steadily growing trail of verifiable facts back up the Russian investigation of events:
If Robert Parry were peddling honest materials, he’d have long since foreclosed on any surface to air missile scenario; where in fact all his reporting serves is to provide escape mechanism for the perpetrators of the murders of 298 innocent international air travelers in a false-flag intelligence agency caper intended to frame Russia for a heinous crime-
I have seen Der Spiegel put up an article reporting German intelligence (BND) has determined a Ukrainian separatist militia was responsible for the shoot-down of MH 17 using the captured Buk (surface to air missile), a scenario which seems thoroughly discredited per this intelligence assessment: Black Boxes, Dark Arts & Geopolitics. The BND did not make public the evidence it claims to back their report to the German members of parliament.
As a long time anti-corruption investigator and former military special operations professional, I personally can assure you with great confidence there is ample evidence the German intelligence authorities are either corrupt or politically motivated to suppress certain truths and excuse certain criminal perpetrators; when the facts do not conform to present geopolitical expediency. This preceding would be especially relevant to the malignant social phenomena of Gladio and the several NATO aligned western democracies intelligence agencies interfering with police investigations resulting in no accountability for some considerable crimes; when those crimes did not reflect well on the incumbent authorities.

In March 2009, Seymour Hersh, naming William McRaven, mentioned an ‘executive assassinating ring’ that reported directly to Dick Cheney until its military commander (McRaven) had ordered it stopped (we are supposed to believe.) In August 2009, the story broke Central Intelligence Agency had hired Blackwater for a covert assassination program and then new CIA director Panetta ordered it cancelled (we also are supposed to believe.) It was in August 2009 Kieth Olbermann broke the story on Blackwater crusaders:
“The affidavit also says that Prince, quote, “views himself as a Christian crusader eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe. To that end, Mr. Prince intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of Christian supremacy. Many of these men used call signs based on the Knights of the Templar, the warriors who fought the crusades”
It was May of 2009 Harpers Magazine broke the story of a 2004 incident, a Special Forces officer, following viewing ‘The Passion of the Christ’, took his team into the suburbs of the Iraqi city of Samarra while using a bullhorn during evening prayer hour to broadcast “Jesus killed Mohammed“
““Each time I go into combat I get closer to God,” [Special Forces officer] DeGiulio would later say. He thought The Passion had been a sign that he would survive”
It was in 2008, the Pentagon promoted (now three star) General Robert Caslen despite the fact he’d been recommended for disciplinary action by the Department of Defense Inspector General for participating in a promotional Christian evangelical video where he states (in uniform, at the Pentagon) “We are the aroma of Jesus Christ”
“We substantiated the allegation in regards to military officers. The seven officers participated in interviews with Christian Embassy, excerpts of which were also included in the [Christian Embassy] promotional video. The officers were filmed during the duty day, in uniform with rank clearly displayed, in official and often identifiable Pentagon locations. Their remarks conferred approval of, and support to Christian Embassy, and the remarks of some officers implied they spoke for a group of senior military leaders, rather than just for themselves”
It is worth noting here, General Caslen is identified as president of the “Officers Christian Fellowship” whose mission statement is:
“a spiritually transformed military, with ambassadors for Christ in uniform, empowered by the Holy Spirit”
And now, following too many similar stories to list, we skip forward to April 2014, where the United States Army (officers at the Pentagon) is sending a military chaplain, band, color guard and entertainers to an event sponsored by the uber-right-wing ‘National Day of Prayer Task Force’, an organization which requires all its members and volunteers working with them to:
“to provide on their applications their ‘testimony’ of their ‘personal relationship’ with Jesus Christ”
Following on this spate of news on the motive and drive behind the people in custody of our world’s most lethal arsenal, we return to Seumour Hersh. In January, 2011, Hersh mentions Admiral William McRaven again, in context of Catholic religious-right extremism, Hersh states as a matter of fact the Joint Special Operations Command’s top leadership is populated with members of Opus Dei and the Knights of Malta and has this to say about the USA’s special operations commanders in regards to their membership in these right-wing Catholic organizations:
“They do see what they’re doing — and this is not an atypical attitude among some military — it’s a crusade, literally,” Hersh reportedly continued. “They see themselves as the protectors of the Christians. They’re protecting them from the Muslims [as in] the 13th century. And this is their function”
I admire Seymour Hersh, he has done some very important reporting on the USA’s dirty work in geopolitics, however I do not believe journalists, even the good ones, are gods. But, he nearly nails it here and it took a lot of guts to name the Knights of Malta and Opus Dei in relation to the American Joint Special Operations Command, because these are the sort of stories which are deliberately buried in the public psyche by associating the facts with nut jobs like Alex Jones and David Icke. Nothing works quite like humans with lizard DNA on the same page, alongside some of the most important stories of our time (mixed with disinformation), to get ordinary people to dismiss the most critical information out of hand. But that’s the purpose Jones and Icke serve. We won’t go to Alex Jones and his ilk, rather to Mother Jones instead.
But first, the problem with Hersh is, he is too conservative in his interpretations and by narrowly focusing his stories, will almost certainly miss the larger picture in relation to the Christian extremism at the Pentagon (and has done things like this before with his journalism.) But that’s what journalists do, keep a narrow focus. Intelligence analysts, on the other hand, must paint the larger picture and run the risk of blowing an analysis, but the good ones generally won’t. Using open source analysis, I’ll take you to the big picture of religion in relation to our Pentagon, special operations forces, Knights of Malta and Opus Dei, but to arrive in focus, we have to go back to the collapse of the 3rd Reich and begin with a look at the Vatican ‘Ratline‘ allowing literally tens of thousands of Nazis to escape Europe in the aftermath of World War Two. History shapes societies and our society is no exception. The primary ‘Ratline’ example for purpose of this essay is Horst Wagner, responsible for the murders of 350,000 people:
“After escaping from a Nuremberg jail in 1948, [Wagner] later explained .. how he was aided on his way to South America on the so-called Kloster Line, being given sanctuary in a number of convents and holy orders in Austria before heading to Rome. He sailed out of Genoa to Argentina to join such killers as Adolf Eichmann, the supreme mastermind behind the Holocaust, and Josef Mengele, the perverted ‘Angel of Death’ of Auschwitz, notorious for his grotesque medical experiments.
“[German Bishop at Rome assigned to smuggle Nazis] Hudal also arranged the paperwork for Franz Stangl, the commandant of the extermination camps of Sobibor and Treblinka, to flee to Brazil on a Red Cross passport using Vatican funds. Stangl, who was eventually extradited back to Germany in the 1960s and died in jail while serving a life sentence of his crimes, oversaw the murder of an estimated 1.4 million people at the two camps”
This preceding is example of a joint venture between the Vatican, MI6 and the CIA’s ‘Operation Paperclip’, a Nazi rescuing endeavor born out of an intensely close relationship between the man who shaped what later became the CIA and the Vatican, detailed in a one year investigation reported by Mother Jones in 1983:
“One day in July 1944, as the Second World War raged throughout Europe, General William “Wild Bill” Donovan was ushered into an ornate chamber in Vatican City for an audience with Pope Pius XII. Donovan bowed his head reverently as the pontiff intoned a ceremonial prayer in Latin and decorated him with the Grand Cross of the Order of Saint Sylvester, the oldest and most prestigious of papal knighthoods
“Pope Pius’ decoration of Wild Bill Donovan marked the beginning of a long-standing, intimate relationship between the Vatican and U.S. intelligence that continues to the present day”
The Mother Jones investigative report goes on:
“But the needy aided by certain SMOM [Sovereign Military Order of Malta, a.k.a. The Knights of Malta] members in the late 40s were some of the 50,000 Nazi war criminals who, with the assistance of the International Red Cross, were furnished fake Vatican passports and, in some cases, clerical robes, and were smuggled on Bishop Alois Hudal’s “underground railroad” to South America. Among those was Klaus Barbie, the “butcher of Lyon.”
In 1948, the SMOM gave one of its highest awards of honor, the Gran Croci al Merito con Placca, to General Reinhard Gehlen, Adolf Hitler’s chief anti-Soviet spy. (Only three other people received this award.) Gehlen, who was not a Catholic, was touted as a formidable ally in the holy crusade against godless Marxism. After the war he and his well-developed spy apparatus—staffed largely by ex-Nazis—joined the fledgling CIA. Eventually, hundreds more Nazis ended up on the U.S. government’s payroll. Among them was Klaus Barbie.
A note on the immediate preceding, Gehlen was ‘rehabilitated’ by the CIA and subsequently became the head of post-war West Germany’s CIA, known as BND. We’ll come back to this. Mother Jones goes on:
“The CIA very early on made a decision that Nazis were more valuable as allies and agents than as war criminals” says Victor Marchetti, an ex-CIA officer who was raised a Catholic. Marchetti is disturbed by the role of the CIA and his church in perpetuating the Nazi outrage. “It gets a little crazy,” he said, “when you let one thing [anticommunism] take over to the extent that you forgive everything else”
Ok, so now we can take the Mother Jones report, setting up the CIA relationship to the Vatican, and run with it. It was ‘Wild Bill’ Donovan established the close relationship with the Vatican to what became the CIA. Walter Beedle Smith, the first CIA director, brought on-board Allan Dulles. It was these three men who were the primary co-collaborators with the Vatican, over a period exceeding ten years from the late 1940s through the 1950s, in the rescue and delivery to safety of between forty and fifty thousand 3rd Reich criminals. The USA wanted the Nazi scientists (Operation Paperclip) and this paid off dramatically, not only Nazi Party member and rocket technologist (V2 bombing of London) Werner von Braun developing the future American ICBM missiles & USA space program launch successes, but also employing Nazi medical science, this is where the CIA went off the rails with Project MKUltra. But by far, the OSS that became the CIA, mostly wanted Nazi intelligence and its agents particularly, especially those familiar with the Soviet Union. And this is where the western democracies generally, not only the USA, went off the rails.
There is an interesting short memo, dated 1946 and declassified by the CIA, on Walter Beedle Smith, including this interesting language:
“Beedle Smith, on several occasions, called in the Chief Chaplain and gave him very firm orders to straighten with the Vatican Mission .. with a new appointment of chief of the Vatican position, one may expect the relationship will be bettered”
The specific intent of the memo is somewhat masked because it appears to be a code named subject (orchestra/oak) but the message is clear relating to Beedle Smith; as (at that time) Eisenhower’s military chief of staff, he is putting up with no nonsense from any Chaplain assigned to the ‘Vatican Mission.’ If (conjecture) this has to do with Protestant/Roman Catholic relations getting in the way of business, it is a lesson Beedle Smith’s protege, Allan Dulles, took to heart.
Allan Dulles is NOT the man a CIA edited Wikipedia represents:
“In 1935 Dulles returned from a business trip to Germany appalled by the Nazi treatment of German Jews and, despite his brother’s objections, led a movement within the law firm of Sullivan and Cromwell to close their Berlin office.As a result of Dulles’ efforts, the Berlin office was closed and the firm ceased to conduct business in Nazi Germany”
“”The Consolidated Silesian Steel Company situation has become increasingly complicated, and I have accordingly brought in Sullivan and Cromwell, in order to be sure that our interests are protected,” wrote Knight. “After studying the situation Foster Dulles is insisting that their man in Berlin get into the picture and obtain the information which the directors here should have. You will recall that Foster is a director and he is particularly anxious to be certain that there is no liability attaching to the American directors””
Allan Dulles is “Foster Dulles” brother and all Allan Dulles’ law firm is concerned with is protecting business interests and escaping liability, nothing more. Certainly the man who spent years following the war protecting and helping thousands of Nazis evade justice cannot be the man concerned for Jews represented at Wikipedia.
Allan Dulles (and subsequent CIA personalities) did not limit the CIA relationship with the Catholic Church at Rome to shipping Nazis to safety (and in many instance providing them paid careers) but considerably widened the CIA/Church cooperation with the implementing of Operation Gladio. This is where things become even more sticky, if that were to seem possible. Related to this, when anonymous editors of Wikipedia had been tracked to Langley, Virginia and the CIA, they had seemed keen on deleting career CIA (operations division) man William Colby’s admission the CIA had set up (Operation Gladio) secret militia throughout Western Europe in concert with Opus Dei. The deleted entries include:
“According to a November 25, 1990 article by the Danish daily newspaper ”Berlingske Tidende”, quoted by Daniele Ganser in his 2005 book on Gladio, a source named “Q” confirmed William Colby’s revelations in his memoirs about the setting-up of stay-behind armies in Scandinavia .. Opus Dei played a central role in the setting up of Gladio in the whole of Europe”
But first, there is a powerful right-wing of the Catholic Church, firmly rooted in the Vatican, represented in Opus Dei and the Knights of Malta, had supported the rise of Latin America’s fascist juntas in concert with the CIA, following on the Nazi exodus to that global region. But this right-wing branch of the church did not by any means remain idle in Europe and North America.
In Europe, after the USA abandoned denazification during the Dulles tenure at the CIA, a most interesting CIA file on Reinhard Gehlen turns up, definitively establishing by the late 1950s at the Federal Parliament in West Germany, 26% of Bundestag [parliament] members were former Nazi Party members and 28% of Bundestag staff were the same. Of further interest is Gehlen himself, recalling the Mother Jones reporting in 1948 he’d been awarded high honors by the Vatican’s Knights of Malta:
“In March 1950, John McCloy was given the task of appointing a new head of the West German Secret Service. After discussing the matter with Frank Wisner of the CIA, McCloy decided on Reinhard Gehlen, the Nazi war criminal. This resulted in protests from the Soviet Union government who wanted to try Gehlen for war crimes.
“During the Second World War Gehlen served Adolf Hitler as head of military intelligence for the Eastern Front. It was in this post he had created a right-wing group made up of anti-Soviet Ukrainians and other Slavic nationalists into small armies and guerrilla units to fight the Soviets. The group carried out some of the most extreme atrocities that took place during the war. Gehlen was also responsible for a brutal interrogation program of Soviet prisoners of war
“Gehlen recruited large numbers of former members of the SS and the Gestapo. This included Franz Six, who had led Einsatzguppen mobile killing squads on the Eastern Front. The Gehlen Organization was also used to help Nazi war criminals escape to South America. This included Klaus Barbie who was smuggled out of Germany in March, 1951 and given a new life in Bolivia”
It should come as no surprise the present day German government has laws on its books subsidizing the church. What is Opus Dei up to in today’s Germany? According to a former senior church theologian:
“I published the magazine Theological Issues and was summoned by the sponsors every time a faintly liberal view was espoused. Opus Dei people were always there to observe. They said I wasn’t allowed to write “life partner;” it should instead be referred to as “fornication partner.” “Homosexuality” was too neutral, they said. One had to refer to it as “unnatural fornication”
And:
“I supported anti-democratic and anti-liberal groups .. in which some people dream of a fundamentalist Catholic religious state or seriously call for a Catholic jihad”
And very interesting:
“the Vatican is .. relying increasingly on reactionary troops. It is closing ranks with evangelists, bible fundamentals and extremely reactionary forces”
Meanwhile in North America, one cannot expect Opus Dei and Knights of Malta has been idle, but we will cover this in relation to establishing Gladio, the CIA and particularly the CIA’s relationship to the USA’s special operations commanders. It was former Pentagon liaison to the CIA, L Fletcher Prouty, had in his book ‘The Secret Team‘, presciently warned of the dangers of Special Operations commanders advancing to the levels of command and control represented in the Pentagon. This is on account of the special operations forces having a longstanding historical relationship to the CIA Operations Division or, in Prouty’s words the “Dirty Tricks” division, particularly in face of the fact our U.S. military is used by the CIA as cover for numerous career operatives. Add in the thought; in common with CIA, the special operations commanders are expert in psychological warfare, destabilizing false flag operations, undermining governments and asymetrical & unconventional warfare. These are not the people you want at the apex of military power in any secular democracy, it’s simply too dangerous. But in fact that is what we have arrived at, a marriage made in hell, recently represented in the person of special operations expert David Petraeus who has literally gotten away with murder according to the investigative journalism of the Guardian. Tapping the expertise of his former mentor and CIA ‘Dirty Wars’ veteran Colonel James Steele, the Iraq war commanding officer Petraeus had the American commander of secret torture centers and who was overseeing arming and training death squads, reporting directly to him:
Based on this development, I will take Prouty’s hypothesis a bit further; throw in the right-wing fascism represented in Opus Dei & Knights of Malta, taken together with the fundamentalist criminal religious enterprise known as “The Family” all married into the American Special Operations forces commanders at the Pentagon, throw in the CIA partnership, and you have what we arrived at through the USA’s intelligence partnership with the Vatican, beginning with rescuing the Nazis and progressing to Opus Dei involvement with setting up Gladio. In other words, a driving force behind policy that doesn’t answer to democratic institutions and the rule of law, but rather to the minions of theocratic ideals on the far right of the political spectrum. Insofar as a Catholic fascist alliance with with the Protestant ‘Family’, this next is quite informative; relating to Hillary Clinton’s role as NATO’s ‘mother of nations’ bringing ‘democracy’ empowering jihadists and generating mass killings sprees (e.g. regime change in Libya), here’s information with impeccable journalistic credentials. According to the investigative reporting of Mother Jones Magazine, in Hillary Clinton’s own words, she is under the spiritual tutelage of ‘Family’ leader Doug Coe:

What the Doug Coe cult has worked decades putting into practice is Dominion Theology and ‘terror’ is the necessary tool to consolidate a ‘Dominion Theology‘ police state (subject of the next section on ‘Gladio’)

Other than a ‘Jesus Love Nukes‘ history of the U.S. Air Force training nuclear launch officers in Saint Augustine’s ‘Christian Just War Theory’, the ample evidence for Dominion Theology overtaking command structures in the armed forces of the United States (and by extension, NATO) is finally best illustrated using this example:

This amended regulation had been brought into force for the specific purpose of weeding out the ‘unfaithful.’ If you do not subscribe to the Pentagon’s radical religious views, you’re not really welcome in the United States military, any and all public posturing to the contrary notwithstanding. Implementing the regulation speaks louder than words.
GLADIO
Gladio ostensibly was conceived as setting up a partisan resistance to a possible Soviet invasion of Western Europe. Anticommunist hardliners at the CIA and Vatican previously had seen eye to eye on rescuing the Nazis in the spirit of ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend.’ The right-wing at the Vatican (recalling Pope Benedict’s screening of ‘The Passion of the Christ’ produced by uber-right Catholic Mel Gibson) are famous anti-Semites, no matter numerous disingenuous disclaimers, in fact ‘the Jews murdered Jesus’ theology is the underpinning of the Vatican sympathy underwriting the so-called ‘Ratlines’ which had expedited the Nazi exodus from Europe. In the case of communists, they are no better than Jews in conservative Catholic vision, both Jews and Communists disavow “The Savior.” In this case, the right-wing of the church, represented in Opus Dei & Knigths of Malta was more than willing to provide secret militia members on the extreme right of the church political spectrum, when coordinating setting up Gladio for the CIA. A fascist/anticommunist militia membership would be ‘safe’ or ‘secure’ in event of Soviet occupation of Western Europe. These would be ideologically dedicated people unlikely to cooperate and give up the Gladio partisan armies. In fact Gladio was a disaster for the democracies the operation was purported to protect.
In short, when the communists (different altogether to the Soviet style) in NATO nations were on the political ascent, it was decided to mobilize Gladio elements and suppress them, applying psychological operation melded with what amounted to Catholic neo-fascist cells. The Gladio operation had stashed arms and explosives with these neo-fascist cells across Western Europe. With some of the cells activated, in Belgium, people were indiscriminately machine-gunned in super-markets. Subsequently weapons were planted on prominent political figures on the left and ‘tips’ led to their discovery. Police investigations were stymied by the intelligence agencies. In Italy, bombings were pinned on the left and newspapers printed the carnage. Same result, the investigations were sabotaged. After several years, news of Gladio broke into the open over a massacre in Germany and suddenly it all stopped. But the perpetrators were never brought to justice:
But what was learned was quite incredible in the meanwhile; entire societies could be manipulated with terror, it had worked quite efficiently to destroy the left in public perception and there was no recovery. Even greater peril to the democracies was the result of the Opus Dei-CIA joint venture; a club within the clubs had evolved, intelligence and special operations forces controlling Gladio support and resources had been operationally integrated to Opus Dei, and Opus Dei embedded in the intelligence agencies as a matter of consequence.

These people command the world’s most lethal arsenal and have less than little regard for secular democracy, they are dedicated to its demise. Our CIA & Pentagon have become the home of the most powerful Opus Dei and Knights of Malta personalities in the world. Combine this with the military industrial complex boards and alliance with “The Family” and you get what the FBI has named “Gladio B”

I should mention I’d thought about the difference in terms between ‘psychopath’ & ‘sociopath.’ I settled on sociopath for the reasons psychopath is often seen in stereotype sense in the common usage (along the lines of Hollywood psycho-thrillers), as well sociopath casts a bit wider net. In a sense, psychopath could be seen as a subset of sociopath although I’m aware there is a changing sense of the term or some controversy as to its definition.

A Noise Attenuator is a device necessary for a military radar to set aside ‘clutter’ and guide a missile to its target.
The only noise attenuator that can be applied to propaganda is human counter-intelligence measures. It’s early to determine what is actually going on with the ‘shoot-down’ of Malaysia’s Flight MH17 but there is ton’s of propaganda ‘clutter’ or ‘noise’ that can be attenuated, so let’s have a go.

Am I saying Obama has it right this time? No, because no one can believe a liar and how many times have Obama and the NSA & CIA been caught lying recently? For a reasonable picture of the USA’s recent lies, trust Glenn Greenwald at The Intercept. I’m only saying we have to look in a highly critical manner at whatever claims the USA might be making now. So, Obama has “increasing confidence” the plane was downed by ‘rebels.’ What does Kiev claim that Obama endorses? Exhibit B:
The SA11 (also known as a Buk) was allegedly smuggled out of Ukraine and into Russia overnight. This mobile missile system is reported to have been captured by the rebels on June 29th and had been reported by both Kiev and the rebels to be non-operational. Exhibit C:
This would make perfect sense, because retreating Ukrainian soldiers would be trained to disable the machine as a high priority; as simple as removing a critical part, such as the attenuator. But wait! The SA11 system isn’t just one track vehicle launcher, but three additional track vehicles required to function as a battery. Exhibit D:
So, how is it the numerous internet photos of the suspect SA11 missile launcher purportedly in the hands of the rebels is missing 75% of its necessary components, i.e. radar command and control system (track vehicles) necessary to guide the missile? Exhibit E:
And then you have a video allegedly taken by a Ukrainian spy, supposedly showing the culpable launcher traveling with no attending radar, command & control vehicles in allegedly ‘rebel’ held territory and there is another problem; the video appears to have been taken from a camera in a low flying helicopter at hover (vibration) and if you freeze the video at the proper millisecond (during the 9th second of the video), it captures what appears to be a fleeting drop of water on plexiglass (been there, seen that.) In the image the drop appears as a small blue smudge about 25% into the photo from left, mid-distance between top and bottom. This video could have been recorded at anytime by regular Ukrainian forces in possession of a SA11 launcher. Exhibit F:
Does a Buk launcher have a rudimentary, stands alone radar integrated? Yes, presuming there were a functioning system in the hands of the ‘rebels’ which it would seem there was not. Any professional technicians allegedly provided by Russia would absolutely understand a stands alone launcher would be too dangerous to use for target engagement because it would be firing ‘blind’ .. because this rudimentary detection component would be a ‘range only radar’ that can tell you practically nothing about a target other than distance. And most certainly they would inform any ‘rebels’ asking for technical assistance the launcher could not be used in this state. Would Russian technicians endanger Russian (and other) civilian flights, OSCE flights, treaty over-flights, et cetera..? Excuse me, but the parody of Russian mentality engendered in western propaganda does not apply in reality, because unlike the neo-nazi forces controlling Kiev, these are not stupid people. Additionally, one would have expected any operational SA 11 system in rebel hands would have been previously exposed, if it were so much as to have employed its radar to lock onto (‘paint’) aircraft, because Ukrainian (or ‘other’, such as USA ) surveillance or military aircraft in the area would have detected this with built in electronic counter-measures. On top of this, anyone qualified to operate the SA 11 would realize Flight MH 17 was not a Ukrainian military flight for the simple fact of altitude. At 10,000 meters height, it would be clearly obvious this plane could only be continuing on to Russian airspace, any military cargo flight intended to resupply Ukrainian forces in the close proximity Ukraine/Russia border region would have been maneuvering for landing, already at much lower altitude.
Having trained on a similar system (Improved Hawk) to the Buk or SA 11, I tend to agree with the experts doubting the rebels have this capability.
A question should be asked; did Kiev keep this airspace open above 10,000 meters and Ukrainian air traffic control send the flight into area where rebels had downed planes in the preceding days, as a false flag? There certainly are historical precedents. Or was it simple stupidity, such as Ukrainian SAM units recently moved into the area had been testing the system after set-up (this would be routine procedure) and launched because the personnel were not competently trained to take the critical steps differentiating between a test exercise and a live launch … with the Malaysian flight the unfortunate victim of a test of the system gone totally wrong. Ukraine’s military had been neglected for over two decades prior to present. Without sufficient resources for training, professionalism, the related, necessary, keen edge required to operate a SA 11 system competently, cannot be sustained. It certainly doesn’t help Kiev’s case they had shot down a civilian passenger jet previously. Exhibit G:
At the end of the day, I don’t think it much matters where any allegedly ‘missing’ ‘rebel’ missiles went, if there is no functioning radar and command & control present to guide the system. Kiev had admitted the captured Buk launcher was non-operational and any Russian technicians would, based on simple, sensible rationale, refuse assistance to repair, deploy and operate a stands alone ‘blind’ Buk launcher. We can infer consequently, where the launched missile(s) came from (Kiev forces.)
Black Boxes & Chain of Custody
Civilian flight ‘black boxes’ can only rule out a mechanical failure and can lend nothing to determining who might have fired a missile bringing the plane down, other than the recording the blast, because civilian airliners do not have electronic counter-measure capability. Flight MH 17 would never have seen the missile coming and could record nothing relevant to what sort of missile it was and could not record a launch location. The pilots almost certainly would not have time to react with any relevant conversation, prior to near instant target incapacity (depressurization) in the case of a civilian plane. The boxes would be largely limited to information such as determining whether there had been instructions to deviate flight path and rationale/reaction. This brings up the flight control records in Kiev and a report the Ukrainian SBU (secret service) had immediately confiscated this information critical to (impartial) investigation. Exhibit H:
This now bears on what information might be in the black boxes, where the preceding two hours conversation between the pilots, and between the pilots and Kiev, would be recorded. Whoever has the black boxes, has the information seized from the flight controllers, and additionally, the pilots internal (cockpit) conversations. What might have been a rationale for diverting Flight MH 17 into overflight of a combat zone by the controllers in Kiev? What did the pilots express between themselves, concerning this?
The ‘rebels’ wanted the Russians to have and analyze the black boxes because they don’t trust the western democracies and their corrupt intelligence agencies. The Russians didn’t want the black boxes because they’d be accused of manipulating the data. Who then could be trusted with custody of this critical information? The OSCE? Don’t hold your breath waiting for any impartial party (or analysis) because of Exhibit I:
Not only has there been a longstanding de facto ‘unconditional surrender’ demand by the western democracies to the rebels, with their support of Kiev, now the OSCE has already tried and condemned Russia as the guilty party for allegedly arming the rebels, enabling the shoot-down of MH 17. The only question is, who COULD be trusted to safely deliver and analyze the information in a manner satisfactory to all parties? Likely answer? No one. Because at the end of the day, someone has to take responsibility and that someone will do anything in their power to prevent the truth coming out. If it is (and likely is) Kiev’s forces shot down Flight MH 17, the western democracies (and the USA particularly) will bend over backwards to prevent the unthinkable; having never pressed the Ukrainian government for a honest ceasefire, the possibility looms they will be held accountable for the crimes of Kiev.

In the art of modern war, black propaganda is mass media pinning responsibility for some nefarious act on an innocent party, in their own words. And then running with the story for as much efffect as possible. If you are a Ukrainian ‘rebel’ and you use social media (the western democracies ‘armchair rebels’ should pay attention to this), you are setting yourself up for black propaganda. Exhibit J:

Recently in stark disbelief its everywhere in western media your page showed you claiming credit for shooting down a civilian aircraft and the posting was almost immediately deleted, before you ever saw it? A dry observation would be, since I’d begun this piece, over the course of several days research of the hysterical officials claims in western press, the narrative of the morons in Kiev claiming the rebels had sneaked a Buk launcher out of Ukraine overnight, has only been exceeded for lunacy by John Kerry who thinks the Russians had sneaked a Buk into and out of Ukraine overnight .. oh, and that must have something to with the rebels volunteering the inoperable, captured Buk for inspection by international monitors. And that’s it folks. Except for the fact the plot thickens –
post 20 July 2014 information: Russia has released radar information and satellite images pointing to Kiev in the shoot-down of Flight MH 17, while the USA’s Department of State is relying on social media to point the finger at Russia. There’s a problem with relying on social media in any quest for truth; the NSA & GCHQ have programs dedicated to employing social media for disinformation purposes (see the ‘dark arts’ section towards the conclusion of this article)
In blatant disregard of any appearance of neutrality in the ‘international’ investigation, Russia is stabbed in the back by the Dutch & British. Having just previously signed on to an ‘impartial investigation’ at the UN Security Council, Kiev aligned western democracies (Netherlands & Britain) unilaterally decide British experts will analyze the ‘black boxes’ for the ‘international’ investigation. If it were to have been the case the recordings would demonstrate Kiev air traffic control had ordered Flight MH 17 to deviate directly over the point of its shoot-down, likely we will never know (noting it had been reported Ukraine’s SBU, or secret service, had confiscated the air traffic control records in Kiev.) Noteworthy in the reporting is the inverse of factual reality presented to the reader; the boxes are represented as a possibility to shed light on a ‘rebel’ shoot-down of MH 17 when in fact the boxes could reveal nothing of a missile strike’s launch location but air traffic control instructions could point to Kiev. Malaysia is not even mentioned in the (AP source) breaking news… bringing into question the Malay leadership in regards to their (former?) Dutch and British colonial masters-
U.S. intelligence surpasses its previous evasions with a new propaganda onslaught; Whereas Russia had produced satellite images of SA 11 vehicles in Ukrainian forces control and invited the USA to release its images of precisely the same areas on those dates, instead the USA merely denies Ukraine had SA 11 Buk systems in the area and produces images in Russia of a military base, claiming these images are proof of a military buildup in the border region. It’s called bait and switch pulled on the western media readers. Insofar as the actual shoot-down geography, the Americans produce a mock-up (map) together with the satellite images taken of Russia. In fact the satellite images could actually reflect where Russian forces had withdrawn to insofar as we know, considering the disingenuous record of the USA intelligence community. In any case the USA would not appear to be willing to produce its satellite images of the area in Ukraine (subjecting them to any honest forensic investigation), rather prefers parroting the same social media ‘evidence’ and pushing previously debunked photos of a missile launcher provided by Ukraine’s SBU (secret service.) Message to the Washington Post readers who’ve bought into this .. ‘there’s a sucker born every minute’ .. because “You could get a journalist cheaper than a good call girl, for a couple hundred dollars a month.” -CIA operative cited in “Katherine The Great” by Deborah Davis
RT Live has rebroadcast a BBC correspondent’s interview of on the ground witnesses, indicating there was indeed a military jet in the immediate proximity of Flight MH 17. These on the ground witnesses had reported seeing a jet making a sharp turn maneuver and departing, when immediately looking up at the sound of explosions. This would seem to confirm the Kremlin reports of military radar tracking what is presumed to be a Ukrainian Sukoi 25 in attack range of the Malaysian flight downed by missile(s). The BBC had fairly quickly deleted this report filed by its employee on location (third party transcript here.) It is this last fact indicates to this reporter (myself) a suppression of evidence on behalf of the authorities in Kiev; as I’d a previous encounter with BBC suppressing facts embarrassing to the western democracies.
Tangentially related, an Interpol arrest warrant has been issued for USA coup ally Dmitriy Yarosh. Yarosh had been instrumental in uniting extremist elements & the Maidan protesters turning violent, resulting in the (USA applauded) overthrow of Victor Yanukovych. It took nearly five months for the Russian request to be acted on but at the end of the day, substantive evidence must have required action by Interpol; pointing to the sort of bedfellows the U.S. Department of State (nee CIA) has engaged in Ukraine.
Russia had been complaining Ukrainian troops had been firing into Russian villages in the border region, and now the USA releases ‘satellite images’ claiming Russian artillery is firing at Ukrainian military units across the border. This would be perfectly justified if it were true but there are problems with the USA’s attempt to distract from the issue of Flight MH 17. Former Reagan administration official and veteran journalist Paul Craig Roberts lays out the case. Exhibit N:
“Publishing charges on the US ambassador to Ukraine’s Twitter and using them as a basis to argue that Russia is firing at Ukrainian territory is ludicrous and unprofessional
“In serious cases like that, I would recommend for the US to look into briefings, such as the recent briefing by Russia’s Defense Ministry. In it, everything was clear: satellite images were presented, they were decoded, and the pictures were as detailed as possible; everyone could make out the details
“In addition to satellite imagery data, the satellite control and electronic intelligence were attached. There were also maps, plans, and diagrams included. On the US ambassador’s Twitter you cannot make anything out, even with a magnifying glass
“This is not serious at all, it is low-skilled work. What was published by the US ambassador is part of an information campaign to force European countries to agree on anti-Russian sanctions”
In the meantime, new USA satellite photos are (quite reasonably to this veteran intelligence professional) alleged to be fake. Exhibit O:
Very noteworthy is, the USA still has not met the Russian invitation to match Russia by producing the satellite images of a Ukrainian army unit in possession of a SA 11 ‘Buk’ missile launcher in the vicinity of the Flight MH 17 at the time of the shoot-down. Russia has produced these images. Why won’t the USA?
Meanwhile, Kiev forces have launched an offensive to take control of the Flight MH 17 crash site in violation of earlier promises to keep a ceasefire in the area. The USA has been shouting propaganda the ‘rebels’ are hindering access to the site and impeding investigation when it is the regime they support actually complicating matters. Exhibit P:
A simple observation on this immediate preceding would be, if the USA disapproved the Kiev combat push for control of the crash site, it wouldn’t be happening. Additionally, were it to be the case a Ukrainian Sukhoi 25 combat jet (alleged by the Russians to have been seen in close proximity to the Malaysian flight by military radar) had shot down Flight MH 17, Kiev would be desperate to take control of the crash site and dispose of evidence consistent with a Sukoi 25 shoot-down of MH 17. Exhibit Q:
Can the SU 25 ground attack combat jet achieve the 10,000 meters altitude necessary to validate the Russian claims? According to the aviation website Red Star, the short answer is yes. The Ukrainian air force had, in 2012, undertaken a major upgrade program to modernize their SU 25 aircraft. Exhibit R:
According to specifications, the SU 25-M1 (upgraded) model can achieve 10,000 meters, depending on its armament load. Without carrying a bomb load, rather armed with cannon and air to air missiles, the Russian claim is demonstrable. Exhibit S:
At the end of the day, it seems perfectly plausible the entire ‘Buk’ episode consists of Kiev forces parading a SA 11 system, subsequently attributed to an alleged shoot-down of the Malaysian plane by ethnic Russian ‘rebels’ in Ukraine, as a cover story; on account of Flight MH 17 had in fact been shot down by a Ukrainian forces Sukoi 25 combat jet.
Of course none of this proves anything, but only goes to show holes can be poked in the Kiev claims endorsed by Obama. So, will the USA (directly, not via stooges in Kiev) provide high quality, properly dated satellite images backing up the official line? They probably can’t. A closing thought would be, had Obama not written into history his proven track record as a liar, we would not need be as disturbed at his claims concerning Ukraine as we are at the actual shooting down of MH17.
Der Spiegel has put up an article reporting German intelligence (BND) has determined a Ukrainian separatist militia was responsible for the shoot-down of MH 17 using the captured Buk, which seems thoroughly discredited. The BND did not make public the evidence it claims to back their report to the German politicians. I left this comment at the article:
In the present geopolitical climate and Angela Merkel’s ‘tough guy’ stance with Russia on Ukraine, it would do well to recall the history of the BND from its inception and the person of Reinhard Gehlen. This would be especially relevant to subsequent social phenomena of Gladio and the several NATO aligned western democracies intelligence agencies interfering with police investigations resulting in no accountability for some considerable crimes; when those crimes did not reflect well on the incumbent authorities. With the NATO nations heavily invested in a certain propaganda line in regards to Russia juxtaposed to recent events in Ukraine, any BND reporting should be viewed with a philosophy of ‘caveat emptor’

In the months since the shoot-down of MH 17, what should be clear is, a preponderance of the evidence shows the Buk surface to air missile scenario has been a ruse is overwhelming. Continued reporting in media on a line of evidence that has by now become thoroughly discredited, rather than foreclosing on the surface to air missile possibility, points to intelligence agencies’ professional information engineering to detract attention from the fact it was a Ukrainian combat jet downed MH 17:

By this time the evidence site had been severely compromised in a highly charged geopolitical circumstance where after eight months suddenly there is BUK evidence recovered, tested and made public; against overwhelming preponderance of circumstantial evidence the plane had not been brought down by a BUK missile. Contrast this ‘public evidence’ with a “non-disclosure” agreement where any one party to the investigation, including the likely party responsible for downing MH 17 can block evidence release to the public:

April 2015 update: The Dutch investigators are so short on evidence of a BUK missile shoot down of MH 17, they have advertised a call for witnesses; practically inviting mentally unbalanced attention seekers and professionally prepared false testimony from Kiev:

30 December 2017 update: A professional defense blog in Pakistan recaps the MH 17 shoot down, incorporating what are asserted to be leaked documents out of the regime in Kiev, confirming it was Ukrainian jet fighter(s) brought down the civilian flight:
There is a preponderance of the evidence MH17 had been brought down by a Ukrainian SU-25 combat jet as attested to by the Russians, who handed the relevant radar data to the Dutch-led investigation. This evidence had been at first stonewalled and finally ignored. Meanwhile (quite sometime later) the Western led investigation produced fragments of a (Soviet era) Russian manufactured Buk surface to air missile. The Russians declassified the Soviet era documents showing that particular missile (custody established by serial number) had been delivered to and should have been in the possession of (post-Soviet inheritance) Ukraine.
Now, where I have a problem with the Russian side is, the Russians finally saying (metaphor) ‘if you want to own the Buk, go ahead, because if you claim that particular missile brought down MH17, Ukraine owns the crime’ (no one is accusing neo-nazi led Ukraine of being particularly intelligent, especially when producing Buk fragments that can be traced directly back to the Ukrainian military.)
Here’s the evidence backed by witnesses on the ground and apparent actual circumstance:
“A Ukraine Air Force military jet was detected gaining height, it’s distance from the Malaysian Boeing was 3 to 5km,” said the head of the Main Operations Directorate of the HQ of Russia’s military forces, Lieutenant-General Andrey Kartopolov speaking at a media conference in Moscow on Monday.
“[We] would like to get an explanation as to why the military jet was flying along a civil aviation corridor at almost the same time and at the same level as a passenger plane,” he stated” [1]
Here’s the Russian side’s weasel words that follow the Dutch-led investigation producing the Buk fragments:
“I’ll again go back to the beginning. From the very moment of the crash, Russia was very determined to assist in the investigation. That is why Russia was providing all information that emerged about the disaster, including the testimony of the Ukrainian military, since the evidence of a second aircraft in the sky was around at that time. Verifying the accounts [of the incident] is the task of the international investigation.
“Later, more weighty arguments and evidence began to emerge in favour of the scenario of a surface-to-air missile, which, as a matter of fact, was confirmed by an experiment by the Almaz-Antey concern back in 2015. They identified the type of missile — it’s an old modification — the trajectory of its flight and, therefore, the place from which it was launched. This account, as well as the type of missile and the launch site, which were originally established by Almaz-Antey, were finally confirmed by the data of the Ust-Donetsk radar station, which Russia also handed over, and by the debris of the missile found by the JIT, which helped to establish its Ukrainian origin” [2]
Preceding is what appears to be irreconcilable accounts (noting the second Russian version does not claim placing the SU-25 at the scene was a mistake) if one attributes “including the testimony of the Ukrainian military” to the Ukrainian air force mechanic who defected to Russia, fearing for his life, after overhearing the (just landed) pilot of the SU-25 (the mechanic had armed with air to air missiles) appear to claim he’d shot down the MH17 civilian flight. It is also noteworthy the Ukrainian SU-25 pilot later ‘committed suicide.’ [3] [4]
The Buk scenario creates a picture of Ukraine forces would risk downing their own combat plane in immediate proximity to MH17 at point of destruction. It makes no sense. What does make sense is, the Ukrainian Buk could have been exploded in controlled circumstance to ‘create’ evidence. What also makes sense is, the Russians taking an attitude if the Dutch-led JIT [Joint Investigative Team] wants to claim it was that particular Buk missile brought MH17 down, Ukraine owns the responsibility, so let them. This also allows for a future picture painted it was incompetence, not malice, downed MH17, avoiding the otherwise indisputable ‘act of war’ where the civilian liner had been deliberately destroyed for purpose of falsely implicating Russia. Opening the door for the Ukrainian Buk points to Russia pre-positioning to allow for a ‘graceful exit’ from the crime (assigned to Ukrainian forces incompetence), were the Western democracies ever to wish to mend relations with Russia; nevertheless a case of ‘doing truth no favor.’
Insofar as Western (or Western aligned) intelligence agencies murderous behaviors concerning shoot-down of airplanes, there is a recent analysis of the assassination of Dag Hammarskjold that shares traits with the downing of MH17; the absolute refusal of certain countries (Ukraine re MH17’s air traffic control records, USA re MH17 satellite photos & USA re Hammarskjold’s DC-6 flight) to release records in their possession.
