There is an urban legend circulated by faux historians on the progressive left, including Consortium News & journalist Robert Parry, promoting a revisionist history undermining our core civil liberties with a smear attacking the religious right’s historical revisionism with its own historical revisionism. This urban legend claims anti-federalist philosophy is rooted in setting out to protect slavery by weakening the provisions for an American central government. The argument on the left is as distorted as the Tea Party revisionism it attacks. Anyone approaching our foundational law should recall Oscar Wilde’s maxim “Truth is seldom pure and never simple” .. and such is the case with our nation’s founding law at the time of its creation.
The noted revisionism of the left holds, in short, that American anti-federalist sentiment at the time of the United States founding law’s enactment was primarily pro-slavery motivated. This patent bullshit distorts the anti-federalists every bit as much as the religious right distorts the constitution per se. In some of these variations of faux history coming from the left, the 2nd Amendment (right of the people to bear arms) is construed to be, or conflated with states rights in an ante-bellum, pro-southern slavery context. To this end, I will point out the 2nd amendment had/has little to do with states rights and propping up slavery. The word “state” in the 2nd Amendment“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state” is used (as it was meant to be used) in a singular, greater sense of ‘nation’ as the term ‘state’ is commonly known and used in international relations to this day. The 2nd Amendment’s “a free state” in the collective sense of the greater nation contrasts to the plural states (or plural sense of states) in the context of individual American states as is specific in the 6th & the 10th amendments; with some behaviors enforced on all states, such as the 6th Amendment’s “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed…” (a plural sense of any state, effectively all states are to be bound by this) and also limited powers reserved to the states, per a clearly logical placement and context in the 10th Amendmentafter the constitutions ‘enumerated’ and ‘unenumerated’ rights had been secured to all citizens in the 9th Amendment’s “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people”, the laws of individual states notwithstanding. The 10th Amendment language “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people” in fact reinforces our constitution’s Article Six ‘supremacy clause’ language “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding” and puts the lie to anyone who would hold our ‘Bill of Rights’ was intended to undermine our constitution per se (also putting the lie anyone holding the so-called ‘Bill of Rights’ did not originally apply to states outside federal jurisdiction, i.e. the so-called ‘incorporation’ doctrine or people who think the language in Article Six does not mean what it plainly says.)
The reason the post Civil War 14th Amendment was necessary, had been to insure every southern state would be required to apply equal protection of the laws to Blacks as citizens, or those Blacks who were previously exempted by their status as slaves. In its original intent, the 14th Amendment was meant to extend the Bill of Rights protections to a targeted class (Blacks.)
Because of confusion of ‘state’ as a nation with ‘state’ as a state in these United States, in the American English dialect, ‘nation’ had come to replace ‘state’ in a sense of federal or national. However this was not yet the case at the time of our founding law being written; and the founding context of the language of the 2nd Amendment is a singular ‘people’ and refers to a ‘state’ in the sense of the United States as a nation, people of all the states inclusive. Attempts to conflate the greater ‘state’ in the 2nd Amendment with the individual ‘states’ comprising our nation is patently dishonest.
That gun violence has not been intelligently addressed in the USA is because this issue has never been honestly addressed. A ‘militia of the people’ as it exists in law and fact because of the 2nd Amendment, could be somewhat regulated in the philosophy of ‘balances’ by defining (from history) under what circumstance the people may ‘keep’ and ‘bear’ their arms. We’re not there yet.
None of the 1st through 8th amendments protection of the rights of individual citizens had much of anything to do with Blacks of the founding era, as they were not enfranchised citizens as a class, and the facts are at odds with left’s popular myth (urban legend) that somehow the anti-federalists got their way with undermining a federalist desire of an all powerful central government in the constitution on account of slavery. In the end, what the anti-federalists got were checks meant to result in balances, also known as the Bill of Rights.
I somehow doubt the anti-federalist 4th amendment concerning privacy in one’s papers had anything to do with propping up slavery, a given example of motivation in the anti-federalists’ actual intentions. Or other rights, for instance prohibition of a bill of attainder. Or the right to confront your accuser. To name but a few provisions of the first through eighth amendments authored by the anti-federalists.
If our “Bill of Rights” had been insisted upon by anti-federalists, and it most certainly was, the entire world, it would be implied by this specious and twisted revisionism coming from the left, is indebted to slaveholders for the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights inspired by the American Bill of Rights and certain of its provisions. Parry’s argument is beyond irony, it is patent nonsense. The fact is, slaveholders were a minority of the Americans with anti-federalist sentiment, and a minority in the geographic south as well, and this is where the left’s ‘equating anti-federalists with slavery’ crotch slams into the bicycle bar:
Anti-federalism was by no means an exclusive southern phenomena related to a minority of slave owners but was a general angst of the new republic’s citizenry from Georgia to New Hampshire. This angst primarily (and majority ratified) concerns historic abuses of power by central governments traced in the American tradition to the Magna Charta particularly and the European powers’ abuses generally. The right of the ‘people’ (all inclusive) to bear arms was deemed necessary as a check of last resort on a central government and was intended to be just that, a check, and has nothing to do with states rights and little to do with individual states’ militias per se. However some slave owning, southern anti-federalists might have wished a different outcome, the 2nd Amendment is NOT about slavery outside of those minority ante-bellum slave owners who would misconstrue it as such, and please note anti-federalist authored ‘Bill of Rights” specifies core civil liberties of citizens under assault by today’s federal (central) government with XKeyScore. This is clear.
The anti-federalist amendments were passed (ratified) by northern states with populations opposed to slavery, not only a minority of southern slave owners among the southerners per se, a truly small minority opposed to federalism for personal pecuniary interests. The greater majority of the people, north and south, were of anti-federalist sentiment for reasons having little to with slavery and greatly to do with historic abuses of the larger citizenry by central governments.
Insofar as the insights held by our anti-federalist founders as enumerated in the Bill of Rights, Edward Snowden’s revelations are evidence prima facie of why strong central governments were mistrusted across the spectrum by the American people at the time of our founding. The founders were not stupid but well educated in history and forward looking for the most part. The anti-federalists were largely about looking forward to a Snowden circumstance (having to do with protecting us from out of control central government), the Bill of Rights was not about protecting slave owners.
In fact the anti-federalist founders across the board, north and south, were so certain their convictions would be upheld by the people, they put their money where their mouth is so to speak, and allowed the constitution out of convention while settling for a separate ratification of the first ten amendments, subsequently vindicated in result across the spectrum of American society, with adoption by the larger American people of our Bill of Rights. In fact, the prescience of our nation’s founding generation points directly to today’s central government having set out to undermine where they can, and flat out cancel, when possible, the checks our anti-federalist founders meant to secure us from the tyranny of a police state.
A veteran journalist catching and spreading this historical revisionism virus, undermining those clauses of our constitution checking abuses of power by central government, suggests to me (dis)information operations and questions whether Parry actually serves journalism or an altogether different ‘agency.’ Reading a Robert Parry article at Consortium News can be as disgusting as reading the patent lies of the neo-liberal New York Times.

He is honored by clergy and persons of faith in a special, intimate form of religious observance. According to the legislation in force from The Church, this person who committed miracles in life, and was appointed posthumously, does hold the rank of a canonized saint.

ABOUT SAINT CHESTER He was a man who was taken in as a boy, and loved. He grew to be a man, and as a man, he took in as many boys as he could reasonably store and feed, and he was the shepherd to them until his late years when blindness afflicted him, and he succumbed to an unknown disease. He was a cobbler, but he is not the patron saint of shoe makers. He was a man, but he’s never the patron saint of any adult.
FULL HISTORY Saint Chester was born of William and Margaret in a small village in Germany, near what’s now known as Rosrath, sometime between 1620 and 1638, when the city was part of the French empire. He worked as an apprentice boysmith while himself still a boy, until his parents sold him into servitude in the then-obscene trade of cobblery. It was there he learned the love of an older, wiser, married man, a quality he carried with him when he returned to boysmithery in his thirties. Saint Chester never married and had no natural children of his own, and honored his vow to never lie with a woman through all his days, a miracle by itself. He served the soft, wooly sheep of the lords flock by taking in the youngest ewes of the flock. He took in many orphaned and runaway boys, and let them suckle from the milk of his generosity as if he was their own mother, perhaps metaphorically, though this is unclear. As he advanced into his late thirties, he suffered blindness, as did many of his boys, but he never lost faith in God, and he never stopped loving the boys he had taken in as his own. He died of an unknown infection. The location of his grave is unknown to this day. In this modern world we pray to St. Chester for help, hope, guidance, freedom to express our faith in peace, and the capacity to give more and more of ourselves to the forever growing number of children lost and forgotten in our world.

It would appear quite possible that groups of people create collective realities seeming unconsciously, and cause via their collective belief, events to take on what would appear to be an ‘unconscious’ but in reality is a ‘super-conscious’ intelligence that is organized, functions as though it were managed by individuals (even when it is not) and the result is, we can read into those events as though they were managed in a sense they actually are not.
This collective ‘meme’ can explain what is called in the biblical sense ‘principalities of darkness’ or that is to say a ‘spirit of evil’ managing events in a sense of both conspiracy and superstition.
There is quite a bit of ‘coincidental incidence’ in our world indicating peoples of the western culture are creating reality quite independent of self-aware thought and, to a rational observer, it could seem almost certainly by design when in fact this is not necessarily the case. Such would explain a belief in Illuminati when in fact it did not exist in any individual self conscious or ego-aware organized form but nevertheless manifest as an observable phenomena of symptoms or consequence derived from a collective super-conscious phenomenon.
A conclusion could be there is a ‘super awareness’ of the group causes what appear ingenious evils of conspiracy when in fact there is no one individual or group of managers within the group capable of implementing these designs which, nonetheless in actuality, are perceived. To accomplish reality of evil would only require evil ideas as cultural drivers; example given Original Sin and the devastation visited upon our world’s women, the greatest and ongoing holocaust among holocausts.
The natural progression to end result would be, when a large portion of an aggressive society collectively believes in Armageddon as an archetype, all of the necessary players will naturally manifest in a super-conscious organized format empowered to bring it off, where no one individual or group of individuals or players could effect this by individual or personal volition; nevertheless the super-consciousness of the event’s initiating group insures creation of this reality for the collective whole.

I was already acutely aware of the issues as put forward by the Economist’s writers, and I in fact have a deeper understanding of the underlying issues of Christian fundamentalism in some small regard at least, having been to Bible College as one of my several failed stops in attempts at social reintegration following my roughly one and one half years in a war zone, witnessing Man’s violence on Man. Both the war and Bible college, in retrospect, were a very American experience. The first time I put on a flight helmet and a little later reached up and flipped the ‘Nav’ toggle switch on the small console in the gunner’s seat of a Bell UH-1H helicopter, magically the Beach Boys were singing “Good Vibrations” in my helmets headphones as I watched the jungle canopy move a few feet below the landing skids on our aircraft. I was young, I was new and it was exciting, I won’t lie to you. I was thrilled. I was not thrilled, however, one and a half years after, on my departure date of November 8th, 1971, after having participated in this corporate profiteering war against “Godless Communism.” The subsequent mental violence I encountered at Azusa Pacific College (now university) seemed no less ugly, in retrospect, the student intellectual violence over matters of doctrine. To be honest, I have been sorting out both experiences ever since. Do I believe in God? No. Am I an Atheist? No. Nor am I Agnostic
It seems to me that everybody has got it wrong. At least in Western Civilization, which has overtaken the world, and I would argue includes Islam and the classic Far East cultures. Any child should be able to grasp that a Human species which harvests life sustaining nature at a pace exceeding life sustaining nature’s ability to regenerate, is pointed to a wrong direction. Let’s keep it there for a moment, child and species. The math is kinder garden. The entire Human species is complicit, or soon will be, with the destruction of the last wild habitat of a possible handful of Amazon tribes not yet assimilated, to sustained economic development. Sustained economic development is the present western economic model which has overtaken the world, stemming from the Industrial Revolution of America and Europe. To deny this is tantamount to claiming the Moon is made of Green Cheese. Like I once heard a Black woman comedian claim: “Denial ain’t just a river in Egypt”
Science and Religion, the great argument, both have it wrong. Science cannot deny it has provided the means to destroy the planet through provision of technology. Religion cannot deny it has failed to instill sustainable Human values that would prevent the planets destruction. Environmentalism as we know it, is a joke too, just more denial. Because the planet has produced a principle of cancer, Sustained Development, where we have already reached a point of no return for civilization, as we know it. To return to a balanced state in Nature, at the least in a presently unchanging social circumstance, most of Humanity must die. If the world’s leading scientists already know this, then they are lying to you by withholding the information or perhaps it is a ‘State Secret.’ Maybe none of them wants to be the first to stand up and say in no uncertain terms “It is all over for us.” If they do not know it, they are just plain stupid
This can all be covered up by arguing that Religion is even more stupid. That would be correct if something could be done about it. That is the problem. Nothing can be done about Religion except tell ignorant people the truth, everyone is almost certainly going to die on the present path. Of course to the ignorant Christian fundamentalists, that translates, yes, everyone except us, because we get to go to Heaven. They actually believe that, and that only makes them equal to those scientists that believe there is a possible ‘saved by science’ future, the greatest of oxymoron. Science put us in this circumstance and asking Science to save us is like using wild land fire control technique in the urban setting: Lighting a backfire. Here we live in an existence where Sustained Economic Development’s exploitation of nature allows a Saudi prince to own an Airbus 380 super-jumbo jet as a personal flying palace, a $300 million, 240 foot double deck fuselage with a wingspan just short of the length of a football field weighing in at 560 tons. A resource devouring colossus for friends and family that is nothing short of the western world’s greatest individual expression of what I have named “Ego Priapism.” What would be our world’s foremost collective expression of Ego Priapism? Space exploration. What is the point of exploring Space? To create an Ark, to escape our planet wide self-destructive madness? Our Human race should be quarantined. Or we should kill the most massive ecologically destructive projects of science and technology, such as Super Jumbo jets and Space exploration and the immense resource demands of these lunacies, as an investment in intelligence. And as an argument to the Cosmos and Mother Nature that we are worth having around. It makes more sense to make that statement, than to pander to the planet-wide life threatening technological aggressions of Science or the moral aggressions of Religion. Because in the end, they are both exactly that: The same Mental Aggressions. The bed partners that screw out of biological drive and hate, they hate themselves and hate each other with the resource raping of the entire planet, attended by technologically driven wars of faith and religion. It’s all the same thing folks. I’m calling it ‘Honky Mentality’, regardless of Race. Because it all began with the Industrial Revolution, and that happened in Honkydom
In the following ‘Novel’ I am going to take a little bit of Tim LaHaye’s “Left Behind” Anti-Christ away from him, reduce this bit of Anti-Christ to a good guy that is a Devil, albeit a harmless but otherwise highly threatening to peoples common fears Devil, to make a point. That point would be that I was able to learn more about Western Civilization’s foibles of science and religion from a man that had never been to school, completely illiterate, but spoke seven (now dying) Native American languages fluently and who was able to show me reality that does not exist for most of today’s world however, a reality that was once the predominant intelligence of at least two continents: The Americas. He showed me more real intelligence than any Western education, secular or religious, by far. It is a sometimes ‘satyrically’ MEAN read. But it is lucid, something lacking in our increasingly maddened world of the faith driven politics of Religion and the equally ignorant secular god named Science. If there were actually such a thing as a Native American god, it would be androgynous and its name likely would be “Lucid.” Of course the typically paranoid fundamentalist Christians would note the first four letters of that Native god’s name and freak out at the idea of Lucifer. Fine by me
It occurs to me to say an Anti-Christ might not be such a bad thing if one were to dispassionately study Christian fundamentalism. Christianity is a schizophrenic religion and the fundamentalists have the one half of it: that half following the teachings of Saint Paul. Paul’s intolerant teachings are diametrically opposed to the teachings of the Jesus who preached tolerance. It was Paul who made Jesus into the ‘Christ’ from whom we learn our cannibalistic social attitudes: concerning deferred responsibility for our behaviors and meanwhile pursuing the destruction of our planet. It has been established in research it was Paul’s followers who put the words on Jesus lips to conform Jesus to the idea of their supremacy and disregard of living an intelligent, responsible and accountable life. These monotheists need not concern themselves with intelligent living on Earth because they all have a better place to go to. This fundamentalism, in one form or other, has been around a long time. If an Anti-Christ came along to undo a bit of Paul’s work and get people pointed more towards the original ideas of, one could say the ‘un-Christianized’ ideas of the Jesus of history, that would be a good thing
I had a Nazarene professor who had a great regard for some of the secular writers, particularly Albert Camus. He had arrived at the conclusion atheism is Christian civilization’s prodigal son, the rebellious runaway living in denial. He got that right. Because the behaviors all stem from the same mental structures, whether secular or religious, for both. What he could not experience at all, and at that time neither could I, was the thought there could be non-Western mental structures framing an altogether different reality. This is on account of the Western Ego, which in a way, can only see its-self in its ‘imprisment.’ This small book, a mere ‘novel’ of hard hitting social criticism through satire, sets out to explore framing that ‘other reality’
Each segment and character has a point. If you become caught up in either mirth or outrage at the more crude or rude assertions, you will miss those points. Because Stone Child has a White skin he is admitted to the school despite the school’s ‘fixed’ lottery admission which normally only allows a few select minority students, to conceal it’s Christian racist/fascist agenda. Discovering he is a “Pagan” child, Stone Child, a sensitive, kind and caring boy, is persecuted with covert but extreme hostility by the Christian staff at the school
Grandpa and Natooauts are a Plains Ojibwa shaman and Blackfoot shaman respectively, both have tribal kin relationships to Napi Mephisto
Spotted Buffalo is a German and the only non-native male Napi has ever known to achieve a fluent understanding of a universal shamanic concept called ‘the timing’

Bozo’s character, because he is always drunk, plays in the presence of women those traits many American men profoundly manifest behind the backs of women… a typical hypocrisy and common social phenomena. Although Bozo actually believes he has views sympathetic to liberal causes, he unconsciously works to destroy those causes with his personality, attitudes and approach. This is because Bozo’s draw to the cause is to stroke his own ego, more so than to do the right thing
Bozo is also a metaphor for the ‘progressives’ on the right and the left, people who do not realize the extent to which neo-con fascists play the game for keeps
Ego Priapism is a man who exhibits every sort of chauvinist, misogynist behavior imaginable. He epitomizes evil manifest in Christian behaviors
Christine is a sensitive, highly intelligent and physically beautiful teacher at the school who struggles to be free of depression stemming from child rape, is defeated by trauma, having contracted herpes from abduction and rape again as a young mother, sees her self esteem destroyed again and again, by men rejecting her because of her rape, herpes and a subsequent mastectomy. Finally, Christine is defeated once more by her own behaviors stemming from adopting aggressive male behavior to survive at the school and consequent instinctive retaliation against Napi who is in love with her
Christine, who does not know of the school administrations secret racist agenda, plays into the fascist’s hands when she deliberately flunks Napi’s son Stone Child, while taunting Napi he can do nothing about it. She does this because of her fear based anger at men and the school’s male teachers who exploit her fear when Napi has fallen in love with her. Christine, feeling sorry for herself, descends into insanity when she subsequently discovers she is actually loved by Napi, her rape and mastectomy would never have stood in the way of Napi loving Christine, the very sort of man she had finally hoped and dreamed of meeting. Or perhaps Christine is merely a cynical act
The teachers Vance, Jack and Marcus are the best friends and protégés of Ego Priapism. These characters are part of the school’s fascist/racist agenda who exploit Christine’s fear at Ego Priapism’s inspiration, seeking to use Christine to destroy ‘the devil’ Napi and drive Stone Child out of the school. Vance and Marcus are retired CIA agents, Jack is a fundamentalist Catholic
The Plot
Vance, with assistance from corrupt law enforcement, makes Napi a target of investigation at the school and in fact masterminds Christine’s abduction and rape with a view she will be manipulated to kill Napi, when her fear is exploited to suggest the ‘criminal’ Napi is bent on doing her and her child harm. Vance went on to personally attempt Napi’s murder
Napi’s dilemma: How do you help law enforcement organizations and intelligence agencies with critical information they need, when elements of the same had been coming after you hard, on false pretenses, with a view to cover their own crimes you had been in (involuntary circumstance) process of uncovering? Who/how/when to trust?
Christine mutates into a cynical cyborg, uncovered before the end of story as former CIA working together with corrupt undercover cops exploiting her tragedies while she is playing into trying to frame Napi for trumped up crimes even as Napi is blowing the lid off the real crimes by administration at the school
A happy ending??? Those have eluded me. But Napi is supposed to have learned not to hate regardless of the outcome. That either rules him out going crazy or makes him insane in a world where hate is normal
Perhaps Christine has been institutionalized by her ‘friends’ and Napi is unaware and eventually moves on to someday discover her fate
But I cannot know, and the story does not say, because her fate is unknown to me in real life. The book has morphed from a fictionalized account of real life events, to straight-up non-fiction at the end

I was, quite frankly, astounded when then Senator Obama voted to give the telecoms immunity from liability during his run for the presidency. Obama is supposedly a Constitutional law professor at the University of Chicago, a position he holds, if not actively, to this day. But life for me has been, as it has been for many of you, and should be for everyone who wishes to grow in their understanding of our national circumstance, an exercise in the death of naivety
In my case, the naivety which had begun to die going to the above noted event, concerns the pure, concentrated and unmitigated gall that the votes of over fifty lawmakers who happen to be senators, a certain famous constitutional law professor among them, could thumb their nose at any oath to uphold the constitution with a ‘yea’ voting in a law that has three constitutional violations on it’s face, an ‘ex post facto’, ‘legislative pardon’ that violates our citizens ‘right to petition for redress’ by denying ‘suit at equity’ or access to the courts via lawsuit
Let me explain
The telecoms played ball with criminals in the Bush administration by participating in what amounted to warrant-less searches and eves-dropping without court order, stealing and handing over peoples personal information in criminal acts Americans had been historically protected from by our constitution and pertinent laws. This opened the telecom corporations to both criminal penalties and civil liabilities. There were crimes committed which should have been prosecuted and people have a right to sue. The potential liability looked pretty big and the telecoms lobbied for immunity
1) ex post facto. Our constitution specifically prohibits Congress making any “ex post facto” law, as typically or historically applied that means a behavior cannot be criminalized after the fact and applied retroactively, or more broadly, new laws cannot be made governing an event that is in the past. In this 2nd instance we have a valid constitutional claim prohibiting making a law excusing past criminal civil liberties violations against our citizens, violations which had created liabilities. What is required for the criminal aspect solely, is a PARDON
2) legislative pardon: Congress cannot give pardons to the individuals within the telecoms who’d signed off on and perpetrated the crimes, that is reserved by our constitution to the president and neither can the congress or the president pardon corporations in any manner excusing civil liability, the corporations must be held accountable and seek any leniency based on possible mitigation factors from the courts, because [3 & 4 combine to make a constitutional principle]
3) the” right to petition for redress” is promised to every citizen who has been wronged and
4) “suit at equity”, that is, the courts existing to do what is right by the citizen, is the avenue provided by our constitution to fulfill the promise of every wronged citizen’s ‘right to petition for redress’ or it should be said there is no right of corporate or government impunity. Citizen’s petitions for remedies and compensation may not be preemptively denied fair hearing, in our courts of law by the Congress
The oath to uphold our constitution had been meant to prevent such patently wrong laws in the first instance. That oath is become patently meaningless to the trained lawyers and professionals who should know these things and make up the congress, points squarely to the core of corrupt process usurping our rule of law
Now, what I’d point out to my conservative friends regarding the Senator Obama vote in the case of the Congress patently and illegally extending immunity to the telecoms in violation of every ‘yea’ voting senator’s oath to uphold the constitution of these United States is: that farcical and patently criminal vote violating our most fundamental rights passed with a majority of Republican senators backing. The Democrats voting in favor of the law were a distinct minority. YOUR conservative people’s representatives are primarily responsible for this particular travesty of justice, which has the effect of trashing our Bill of Rights particularly, and other provisions of our constitution generally
Get comfortable with that thought because now I am going to point to some more Republican chicanery undermining our foundational law that is going to hurt some more if you keep reading and are open and honest and willing to look at what has overcome us all, not at the hands of liberals or conservatives, but on account of all ourselves buying into the protected free speech that is political lies
The American constitution, any and all neo-con ‘Liars for Jesus’ notwithstanding, is based on secular ethics, not Christian morality. There IS a difference and that difference is sometimes quite pronounced, as I will demonstrate was the case with the “don’t ask, don’t tell” law forbidding gays serving openly in our military
As a heterosexual secular ethicist, I tolerate male homosexuals and actually get on quite well with lesbians. They very thought of sex with another man revolts me but that is largely beside the point. What I recognize, and what our founding law supports, is the idea a free society mostly cannot legislate morality. Time should have taught us this, as there have been numerous bigoted and unconstitutional laws in the history of our nation made by fundamentalists of one generation to the next.. but what it all boils down to is, it is our constitution’s demand that it is none of our business if a couple of guys practice fellatio, or lesbians cunnilingus, in the privacy of their home
If they are good citizens in a secular sense, perform their civic duties responsibly and don’t push their private sexual life in peoples face, we have to respect they have a right to their lifestyle and a right to be seen affectionately in public together no differently to my own behaviors with a woman in my life. Do I copulate in public with my opposite sex partner? No. Do they perform sex acts in public with their same sex partner? No. No differently, if I can kiss my woman in public, so may they kiss their same sex partner in public. I don’t have to watch and neither do you.. and insofar as influencing children, there is no more a rude thing to do to a child than force them into denial of our world’s realities, a form of lying, you do not raise aware citizens that way
“Don’t ask, don’t tell” crossed our constitution’s demand that there be “equal protection” of all citizens before the law. A law that allows heterosexual expression of one’s sexual preference only, violates the rights of gays. It is quite clear and it is that simple
Before I go into how President Obama and the Senate Republicans BOTH had subverted out rule of law and damaged our constitution with using the “don’t ask, don’t tell” as a political football, it is in order here to give a further short exam of the secular ethics our law is based upon, versus religious, or in the USA, largely Christian morality
Our nation was founded by people with varying experiences at the hands of religion, with nearly all of those experiences negative. It was not only the persecuted religious minority by the religious majority which migrated to what became the USA, but also the political dissident and intellectual who left a country with officially sanctioned state religion used as a tool of repression, such as employed by the Church of England and the Church at Rome, and the free or secular thinkers who abandoned Germany, France, Italy or Spain among many other nations where religious intolerance persecuted anyone who stepped out of the officially sanctioned lines of thinking. The result is what you see in our First Amendment, it is no accident that lumped together there, are freedom of expression, that protects the secular people particularly, and the freedom of people to practice ANY religion and very importantly, in the same paragraph religion is altogether forbidden in the affairs of state. This was the ‘original intent’ of our founders, again, any ‘Liars for Jesus’ notwithstanding
Of course our founders realized we live in an imperfect world and what they attempted to do was in fact establish a libertarian society which would create an environment for elevated awareness and advancement of the future generations with a generous opportunity for our citizenry- given in our founding law. Thomas Jefferson looked at the New England Puritans as hopelessly backward people living out a primitive demonic fantasy, whereas John Adams had a revulsion similar to homophobia in relation to Benjamin Franklin’s libertine philosophies and lifestyle, examples given, but they and other founders all did one thing very well, they tolerated one another, setting aside differences to both: win the revolution and write our constitution intended to preserve the rights of one and all despite their differences. As a group, these men realized there is a sole avenue to any positive future and that avenue is tolerance. This is driving purpose behind our having established secular republic where religious morals are deliberately allowed no part of government and those recent Supreme Court Justices who best personified these secular principles of tolerance were Republican or Republican appointed, Justice Brennan and Justice Stevens
Now, if the left and right both forget Jesus’ admonition not to throw stones, that is, when we have begun throwing our found(er)ing law through windows like rocks with notes attached, and that is where we are now as a political culture, with smears coming in the name of our constitution, particularly on the right because of “Liars for Jesus” rewriting American history, and stones thrown from the left because of a snotty disdain for any and all things conservative which had been smeared hopelessly by association with the criminal Bush, no matter the fact there are yet many fine and honorable people on the right, all is in a fine mess. And with the people distracted with fighting like a saloon brawl, money and it’s associated personalities in politics are having a field day while narcissistic politicians pandering to corporate greed are running away with our republic
Now, money in politics played off conservative Christian morality against liberal secular ethics with “Don’t ask, don’t tell” and both right & left of the American people lost and money in politics won with people divided and hating
Erstwhile constitutional law professor and faux commander-in-chief Obama had a court ruling in his pocket which flatly stated “Don’t ask, don’t tell” is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Now, if indeed Obama is commander-in-chief of our military, it was his undeniable duty to simply ORDER “Don’t ask, don’t tell” to be discontinued. But no, manipulative Chicago politicians don’t play the constitutional rules of the game straight, so he has his own Attorney General’s United States Department of Justice hold up the ruling with an appeal, while the senate neo-con Republicans threatened and blustered over repeal of what they know was patently unconstitutional “Don’t ask, don’t tell” law by the congress, an act that would make the court order moot
This play motivated both left and right, rank and file, to fight and pour tremendous energy into hating each other over whether a soldier can get his blow job from a man rather than a woman, and when nobody is looking at that. I hope you all suddenly feel real bright over why real problems this country faces, never get solved, all the while money runs amok in politics and Citizens United is not addressed with a constitutional amendment
But it is actually much, much more than that
It so happens both George Sr and George W Bush had a very close and intimate friend of decades in a real dilemma over “don’t ask, don’t tell.” Obama’s Evangelical Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, a man epitomized in the warning President Eisenhower gave us about the “Military/Industrial Complex” and its power to corrupt our republic, had asked the Congress to repeal “don’t ask, don’t tell” in a move to buy time for his religious extremist generals belonging to the right wing “Officers Christian Fellowship.” The “Officer’s Christian Fellowship is behind the acts causing the U.S. military to be repeatedly sued via the Military Religious Freedom Foundation by over 33,000 active duty United States soldiers because the soldiers are being force fed extremist religious right hate propaganda by their superiors. These extremist officers literally believe “Muslims are the children of Satan” and have pushed the USA efforts in Afghanistan as a religious crusade in an army where recently soldiers who sought combat stress psychological counseling were instead sent to a chaplain who told them their problems would be solved if only they would become “born again in Jesus” and “kill Muslims for Christ.” Small wonder there is epidemic suicide in the United States military not to mention the noted salient facts making an ongoing lie of Obama’s claims the USA is repairing relations with the Islamic world
Of course, in extremist Christian morality homosexuals are aberrant perverts deserving of nothing less than death according to primitive mosaic law and now we will have a whole new class of persecution in our military because the Congress repealed “don’t ask, don’t tell” while Obama’s Attorney General kept the case tied up in appeals, it was much easier for Robert Gates to sweep the related unconstitutional religious morals repression of gays by our extreme Christian generals and their religious extremist officer-minions under the rug. Now, illegal persecutions will fall under military justice structures and be much more difficult to bring justice into line with constitutional principle when gays are beaten or murdered with ‘friendly fire’ and lesbians beaten and raped with the tacit encouragement of the extreme homophobic “Officer’s Christian Fellowship” whose mission is a ‘Godly military’ in a crusade to “kill Muslims for Jesus Christ” in a military which already covers up not only rampant rape of its woman soldiers, but the murder of women as well– and going so far as the leadership at the Pentagon had ordered its top expert on sexual abuse not to testify before the Congress:
“But when it came time for the military to defend itself, the panel was told that the Pentagon’s top official on sexual abuse, Dr. Kaye Whitley, was ordered not to show up despite a subpoena.
Rep. John Tierney, the panel’s chairman and a Democrat from Massachusetts, angrily responded, “these actions by the Defense Department are inexplicable.”
“The Defense Department appears to be willfully and blatantly advising Dr. Whitley not to comply with a duly authorized congressional subpoena,” Tierney said.” -CNN
The ‘Don’t ask, don’t tell’ repeal had been preferred by the close Bush family friend and evangelical Robert Gates because he knows it rendered the Federal Court case moot and everything begins again from scratch with enforcing the rights of soldiers in the military system where his generals can finesse outcomes, and Gates also knows that his generals flipping their middle fingers at a federal judge’s court order overturning ‘Don’t ask, don’t tell” was a real risk because federal judges in theory can take over the operations of entire departments or even branches of government with a “Consent Decree”, pointed at people who refuse to bow to the rule of law and honor courts ordering our institutions into line with constitutional principles. Accordingly, the repeal of ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ and attending loss of Federal Court jurisdiction is in actuality a closet victory for the neo-con leadership of the USA’s military who defies our Congress and Constitution
Meanwhile Robert Gates’ generals religious right support base in the senate played to their homophobic electorate at home which collectively flipped out over the vote throwing out an unconstitutional law and would do so over any other act to honor the constitutional rights of ‘fags’ and Gates’s generals escaped a real catch 22. But is it the WOMEN soldiers paying for this religious impunity with 26,000 sexual assaults in 2012 alone in a military with leadership believing the only proper place of any woman is the bedroom and not the workplace. This epidemic goes unaddressed because misogynist officers in the command structure oversee the disciplinary process
All the while, the progressive left had been backing the right thing to do by our constitution, and are the very people Obama’s Department of Justice had been fighting in the courts while holding up with appeal the Judge’s order throwing out ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ and otherwise no player involved except this one judge had honored our constitution, for all of our conservative voters swallowing the bait of their candidates oath to our constitution and professed love for our “Bill of Rights” of which the congressional record of rip-off will hurt the right and left both on other constitutional issues, such as privacy and PRISM. Restated, when you support the congress undermining any aspect of our constitution you don’t like, you have emboldened the congress to undermine aspects of our constitution you hold dear to your heart
And so long as politicians on the right have to pander to voters who follow mental whack jobs like Ann Coulter to keep the conservative vote in one block, while the left can’t shake off the legacy of Chicago style politics, any truly sane center ground allowing for real progress on issues that matter is pie-in-the-sky
There you have it- how in a most perverted sense the Republican senators play a supportive game in cahoots with Obama when it comes to their common cause of keeping the right and left fighting, while money runs amok buying our elections with political lies and in the course of things, trashes our constitution and national sanity
And finally, considering Jesus instruction to ‘give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, the oath to uphold our secular constitution could not be a more clear obligation to those Christian conservatives who would prefer not to be labeled hypocrites ..
In the Summer of 1976, I was walking alone in the forest outside of my hometown (West Glacier, Montana USA) returning to my house from a visit to some Blackfeet Indians staying in a tipi a mile or so away. Not paying attention to the fact I was not on a trail but walking through the forest simply by familiarity with the terrain, my foot rolled into a small depression concealed by leaves and I heard a bone in my ankle break (the talus) with the sound equivalent to the crack of a 22 caliber pistol. I was about 1/2 way home, out of earshot of anyone and thought .. ‘well, this is pretty stupid circumstance’
Sitting on the ground, I felt over my foot and determined what to do. I tore my shirt into a makeshift wrap for my ankle, to give it some support, stood up and leaning against a tree, looked around for a suitably strong walking stick. I spotted one and hopped on one leg to retrieve it, and completed my journey home.
My ‘home’ at that time was a metal shed with a dirt floor, I was unemployed and pretty much broke and seeing a doctor or using an emergency room and being billed, was not an appealing thought. So I packed up minimal camping and survival gear and a few paperback books, and hitch-hiked to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
Just inside the park, you won’t see this in any of the official literature, is the natural drain of the ‘Mammoth Hot Spring’, where a large stream of very hot water erupts from the ground and flows a short distance into the Gardiner River. It is in the river canyon below Mammoth, about 2-3 miles south of Gardner, Montana, where the road from Gardner to Mammoth crosses the Gardner River (there is a sign marking the 45th Parallel) is a parking area my last ride had dropped me at. With a makeshift crutch, I hobbled the 1/2 mile or so upstream along the riverside trail and arrived at Boiling River for my convalesce.
For the next ten days or so I spent my days soaking my foot (at times my entire body) in the natural beauty of my surroundings, taking breaks to sun myself while reading paperbacks on the ledge above the river. Elk and Bison had wandered by, the sky was big and beautiful. The river has cut away much of the bank since those days, as it slowly moves in a seasonal migration towards the opening in the ground whence the hot water flows, one day the flow of the hot water will likely emerge directly into the cold flow of the Gardiner River. But still today as in times past, one should be able to find the place in the mixed hot and cold water flows to suit your desire, it is quite a marvelous experience to shift ones body from hot to cold and back to hot with minimal effort.
America was less fascist and our National parks less policed in those days, there was no one giving me any problem for having a small tent pitched 50 or so yards from the Boiling River hot spring. Nor was it any big deal, in those days, to ‘skinny dip’ (bathe in the nude) at Boiling River, people worked these things out with common sense, or as in the case of what I had witnessed one day while sunning like an Iguana (in my cut-off blue jeans), sometimes fate works these things out for us, and that is ok. Or mostly that would be the case and people who could not handle the nude bathers would find somewhere else or another time to enjoy. Life was more relaxed.
It was late mid-morning, I was reading ‘The Greening of America’ (it never happened, obviously) and a group of about a dozen hippies or so had arrived and all had jumped into the river naked, no big deal. They were enjoying the varying pools where the hot mixed with the cold, after each season’s high water people would gather the smooth river stones and build submerged dikes to shape the current into bathing pools of varying temperatures. Not everyone was naked but those who were not, did not seem to mind those who were.
But then .. it happened a Girl Scouts troop was coming up the trail, from my perch above things, I could see what the others could not, an old and a young scout master and about 15 teenage girl scouts with towels about to discover at near point blank range that their planned soak was populated with naked people.
The older woman was up at the point of the troop and coming upon the place where the trail first opened to a view of a dozen naked hippies in the water a mere 15 or 20 meters distant, she turned like a drill sergeant and ordered her girls to stop in their tracks. The girls obediently did so, but also you could see there was a certain spirit of rebellion stirring, obviously the nude hippies were no threat, there were women and kids among them, it was not like some motley lot of dirty old men. These were more lenient times and the girls were not horrified, they only wanted into the water, real hippies being a common social phenomena of that era, they’d yet to become extinct and this was no big deal to the girls, it was plain to see.
Now, the scoutmaster ladies had separated themselves to one side to have a ‘Plan B’ conversation out of the girls hearing and I swear it must have been the serpent from the garden that freaks out the misogynist Christians, had something to say about what happened next.
It just so happened a very large Bull Snake, six foot (two meter) length, frequented that area and liked a pile of old lava slabs to sunbathe himself and the two scout masters had picked those very lava slabs to stand on and have their conversation. The Bull Snake choose that very time to come up for his morning sun and emerged precisely between the women at their very feet .. sending the two scout masters into what appeared to be opposite direction levitations with accompanying screams. By the time they had recovered their composure, too late, all discipline had been lost, and their girls were in the water with the naked hippies.

Robert Mueller, the United States Department of Justice attorney who allowed the largest criminal enterprise investigation in law enforcement history [BCCI] to fold with minimal prosecutions, has been the George W Bush appointed FBI Director for these past twelve full years.
Mueller was FBI Director when Alberto Gonzales was appointed Attorney General. Attorney General Gonzales, employed by a firm representing Novation Corp prior to his appointment, promptly moved to break up a Department of Justice five member team investigating crimes at Novation. Two investigators, Thelma Colbert and Shannon Ross, suddenly were dead. The other three? One fired, one resigned, and one [must presume the snitch] reassigned. The Novation investigation had been quashed.
The sudden ‘coincidence’ of two ‘natural’ deaths of DoJ investigators could be passed off as just that, ‘coincidence’, were it not for the fact those deaths attended breaking up a team of investigators coming too close to their new boss.
It’s not everyday spy services come under scrutiny for poisonings, in a world of tit for tat clandestine assassination, it is a subject of taboo and denial. But time to time this cowardly habit of surreptitious murders, often mimicking inexplicable but natural seeming deaths, breaks into the open. Typically this happens when it’s politically expedient to embarrass or discredit a hostile government or when a murder had been botched in some sense [see 3, 4, & 5 spy agency assassination by poison linked articles]
A rational conclusion, relating to domestic assassination by intelligence agencies, would be it is not only governments like North Korea engage in murders of people who threaten their power corrupt. In the case of the [now dead] investigators pursuing crimes at Novation, one need look no farther than the connection to a former CIA Director named George Herbert Walker Bush whose son Jeb is closely associated with the criminal enterprise subject to the investigation shut down by Attorney General Gonzales.
Now, some might say ‘this is all a bit of wonderful speculation’ based on a remarkable string of coincidence, and I have no problem with that, because this is all about painting a larger portrait of impunity and murders ordered from on high, and we are working to arrive at ‘the preponderance of the evidence.’ It follows, we should now examine a R.I.C.O. slam dunk case of ‘the chickens come home to roost’ to quote an expression used by Malcolm X.
Present Attorney General Eric Holder and current FBI Director Robert Mueller were colleagues at the District of Columbia United States Attorney’s office, Mueller in charge of homicides division, about the time Bush buddy [billionaire] Carl Lindner was in big trouble over his Chiquita Corporation having provided $1.7 million in cash (and machine guns) to the right wing AUC para-military death squads in a mass murder operation run from Alvaro Uribe’s ranch in Columbia.
Holder was promoted to Deputy Attorney General, a position from which he was later able to influence [in private practice, representing Chiquita] a legal circumstance that would protect the Chiquita corporate executives from ‘murder for hire’ charges under the R.I.C.O statute. The identities of the Chiquita culprits have been sealed in the arrangement put together by Holder, effectively handing a ‘get out of jail free’ card to people who could and should have been prosecuted for murder.
“Indeed, Holder himself, using his influence as former deputy attorney general under the Clinton Administration, helped to negotiate Chiquita’s sweeheart deal with the Justice Department in the criminal case against Chiquita. Under this deal, no Chiquita official received any jail time. Indeed, the identity of the key officials involved in the assistance to the paramilitaries were kept under seal and confidential”
Carl Lindner’s reputation as a owner, is that of a ‘hands on’ management style. A big Bush supporter and right wing extremist, it should come as no surprise the murderers who should have been convicted under R.I.C.O but are protected by Holder at the Department of Justice instead, were responsible for the deaths of some 4,000 people on the political left, people sympathetic to unions and a fair wage and that simply was not good for Chiquita’s profit line. That the AUC para-militaries were invested in the cocaine trade and vector with CIA operatives, is simply par for the course.
“But Uribe, since he first ran for office, has also been dogged by the fact that paramilitary groups grew dramatically during his term as governor in the northwestern state of Antioquia, from 1995 to 1997. During that time, he helped spearhead the creation of Convivirs, legal vigilante groups. I expect it is fair to state, that when the people who possess tools such as the Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act, under which it had been their responsibility these persistent murders should be prosecuted, rather bury the cases and shelve the law instead, all the while looking the other way when investigators deaths shield their boss and friends and friends family from prosecutions, and the beneficiaries of these cover-ups are consistently ultra-conservative multi-national corporate billionaires with intelligence agency, right wing para-military death squad and narcotics trafficking ties, one can begin to make a case for law enforcement and intelligence agencies being little more than enforcers for religious extremist board directors, at the pinnacles of capitalism. Of course, this is all just fine if Jesus approves, correct? Some of us don’t think so.
When narcissism is coupled to power, and we have seen this throughout the history of Western culture, the people who determine for societies what will be moral or, ethically acceptable behaviors, are the people least likely to grasp their own moral or ethical inversions. And there is little one person or any one group of persons can do with multi-billion of dollars or more in pocket, except to impact many peoples lives. Or the lives of entire nations and history.
Fifty years after the fact, several eye witness describe the shooting down of Dag Hammarskjöld’s plane in the Congo and the evidence squarely points to intelligence agencies taking their instructions from corporate board rooms concerned with mineral deposits and American/British mining conglomerates interests in profits over peace.
In the ensuing years, in Africa, corrupt dictators and fake democracies have bent over backwards to please those mining conglomerates. As the actions of multi-national corporations are necessarily concerned with geo-politics and go where the action [money] is, it cannot come as a surprise that, with the folding of the Soviet Union, these non-living legal entities sitting on mountains of cash, would move on and push into Central Asia, where Azerbaijan is a poster child for hosting a who’s who of criminal personalities as evidenced in the composition of the United States-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce:
Given the above example of American ‘commerce’, all board director level multi-national corporate personages, sitting together with Azerbaijan’s most powerful banker, one cannot be surprised the Pentagon would have in another case, by bringing in the United States Geological Survey, wet their pants with glee in the person of the former Afghanistan commander & CIA Director David Patreaus, over the one trillion dollar raw minerals assay in Afghanistan and Obama’s decision to keep nine permanent military bases there:

..which brings us to the professional killers ‘LOS ZETAS’
The CIA has a long history of using Christian missionaries as ‘assets’, which the agency both admits and denies. They admit they’ve done it in the past and deny they do it now. Coincidental to this, the drug cartel with professional commandos called ‘Los Zetas’ or ‘the crazy ones’ trace their exceptional military skills to a hotbed of Christian zealotry: Fort Bragg, North Carolina and the Special Forces that originally trained them in a CIA associated program. This coincide with drug cartels adopting what had been fringe White extremist Christian theology and literature more commonly found in the circles of Rick Perry and the lunatic religious right.
Now, with a Los Zetas breakaway group [they multiply like amoebas] named “The Knights Templar” the Matrix now returns us to Erik Prince and Blackwater, which the Nation has kindly provided us with Federal Court transcripts [excerpt] detailing a very ‘Catholic’ medieval theology:
“Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. The former employee also alleges that Prince “views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe,” and that Prince’s companies “encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life
“”Using his various companies, [Prince] procured and distributed various weapons, including unlawful weapons such as sawed off semi-automatic machine guns with silencers, through unlawful channels of distribution
“Mr. Prince intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of Christian supremacy, knowing and wanting these men to take every available opportunity to murder Iraqis. Many of these men used call signs based on the Knights of the Templar, the warriors who fought the Crusades”
What do ‘The Knights Templars’ [nee Zetas] and Eric Prince have in common? Special Operations Forces training & arms trafficking, Knights Templar Christian identity tied to incredibly indiscriminate and wanton murder, for certain, and likely narcotics trafficking on the part of Prince as well, via his [now divested] Blackwater ‘worldwide’ aviation. This is real globalization, folks.

“the Central Intelligence Agency was very deeply involved in domestic activities against people they thought to be enemies of the state. Without any legal authority for it. They haven’t been called on it yet. That does happen.
“Right now, today, there was a story in the New York Times that if you read it carefully mentioned something known as the Joint Special Operations Command — JSOC it’s called. It is a special wing of our special operations community that is set up independently. They do not report to anybody, except in the Bush-Cheney days, they reported directly to the Cheney office. They did not report to the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff or to Mr. [Robert] Gates, the secretary of defense. They reported directly to him.
“Congress has no oversight of it. It’s an executive assassination ring essentially, and it’s been going on and on and on. Just today in the Times there was a story that its leaders, a three star admiral named [William H.] McRaven, ordered a stop to it because there were so many collateral deaths.
“Under President Bush’s authority, they’ve been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving. That’s been going on, in the name of all of us”
Where is Erik Prince these days? Running a ‘Christians only’ mercenary force for a USA ally in the Emirates, with mercenaries hired out of Colombia and the Prince legacy goes on.
So, where does Tea Party darling Rick Perry fit into the cartel wars on our border? Why, it would appear he is ordering his Texas Department of Public Safety not to investigate judges, bankers and politicians (himself) taking Los Zetas money and attending Los Zetas parties.

“Our office received the letter and referred it to the appropriate agency, which was the Department of Public Safety,” Josh Havens, a spokesman for the Texas governor’s office, said last Friday.
“Steven McCraw, director of the Texas Department of Public Safety and a former FBI agent from El Paso, said last Friday that he was interested in talking to Dutton. Then, about a half-hour later, McCraw said that Dutton had no credibility.
“We looked into it and there was nothing there,” McCraw said. Dutton said in response, “How can they say there was nothing when they didn’t even look at what I have?” Dutton said he has videos, telephone records, and other documents gathered over the 18 months he worked with the FBI. “The DPS never asked to see any of it,” Dutton said
“Dutton said other informants told him thatthe Zetas drug cartelhas a high-level member in Las Cruces whose wife holds a non-law enforcement job in the “DA’s office,” referring to the Doña Ana County District Attorney’s Office. “The FBI was provided with all this information, and I guess that’s why they’re now saying that we’re crazy,” Dutton said.

And the two REALLY big time extremist Christian/Rick Perry fans/Tea Party funders? Billionaire industrialists the Koch [pronounced ‘cock’] Brothers? Now, the Matrix brings us via the Tea Party to Iran:

And just as quick as you could read the preceding segment, the FBI [via the Matrix] and Iran brings us to the cartel wars on the Texas border, connecting the dots concerning two recent big ‘terror’ busts by the FBI involving a loser who could not competently chew gum and tie his shoes in the same moment (model airplane bomber) or in the case of the recent so-called Iranian assassination plot, could not get it together to wear matched socks:
“His socks would not match,” said Tom Hosseini, a former college roommate and friend. “He was always losing his keys and his cellphone. He was not capable of carrying out this plan”
We have a ten years history of the FBI creating terror plots and pitching them to fools, losers, the disaffected, and the young and impressionable. Why wouldn’t our other intelligence agencies adopt the modus operandi? The former top Middle East analyst for the Defense Intelligence Agency point blank makes the case:
“Why on earth would they create a situation in which they had to rely on this untested, untrained, unguided, and uncontrolled asset rather than their own people?” wrote Col. Pat Lang (ret.), the Defense Intelligence Agency’s former top Middle East and South Asia analyst on his Sic Semper Tyrannis blog.

So, while we all have been distracted with domestic and border ‘terror’ created in both fantasy and reality by our own agencies, what is up back in Afghanistan?

So what is Robert Mueller, on whose watch this ongoing crimes spree had gone unchecked, up to? Telling Congress to ‘shove it’ when pressed on the ‘Prism’ revelations. And who has Obama nominated to replace Robert Mueller as FBI Director? BCCI’s terror, weapons and narcotics money laundering replacement bank big-shot, HSBC Holdings Board Director and Bush family criminal syndicate associate James Comey. When the new FBI Director has been the criminal enterprise money laundering bank’s director, things start to make a bit of sense, you think?
Where I see a failure connecting the dots, if journalists were paying just a little closer attention, with 30% of security clearances in the private contractor sector (recalling Edward Snowden was at Booz Allen Hamilton and not at the NSA per se), what is become clear is, Prism can serve to inform corporate boards at the deepest levels of anyone opposed to their agendas, draw up their own ‘kill lists’ were it a desired thing to do, track anyone onto illegal activities for purposes of derailing investigations into corporate (or government) organized crime, et cetera, add nausea.
