Obama’s Ukraine

Recent events point to the idea the USA intends the new regime in Kiev is deliberately to be so outrageous to the Kremlin, Russia will feel compelled to intervene so far as to remove the literal nazis in Ukraine empowered by the western democracies. Immediately following DCI (Director of Central Intelligence) John Brennan’s visit to Kiev, the new Ukrainian authorities had initiated a military action in the ethnic Russian east of the country. Following the 17 April Geneva accord, the action was briefly put on hold, until Joe Biden visited and military action was renewed. With the USA’s influence and promises of aid to the new regime, this cannot be construed to be an accident. Geneva had been nothing more than a propaganda ploy by the USA and Biden’s visit was to inform the Geneva meeting for purpose of defusing the crisis was geopolitical theater to be ignored. What the Kiev regime doesn’t understand is, they’re nothing more than a pawn to be sacrificed on the so-called ‘Grand Chessboard’ in the 21st Century edition of ‘The Great Game’ –Update 2 May 2014

Octogenarian Waffen-SS veterans were treated as heroes in a mass rally, organized by Svoboda and the “autonomous nationalists”” -quoting ‘The Return of the Ukrainian Far Right’ by Swedish academic Per Anders Rudling (2013)

In the lead-up to these fascists installed with the USA (and Western Europe’s) support, the neo-NAZI Svoboda party head Oleh Tyahnybok:

“has met with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and EU foreign affairs representative Catherine Ashton”

This preceding is the tip of the iceberg:

“The leader of the“Fatherland” coalition in the absence of jailed leader Yulia Tymoshenko, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, “as a Christian and a Greek Catholic,” rants against gay marriage.

“A major contributor to the demonstrations is the far right “Freedom” [Svoboda] party, which this year the World Jewish Congress –and many others– described as neo-Nazi.

“Another smaller component is the the Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists, established by the former Nazi collaborator émigré group, the war time Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUM ) which assisted in the extermination of Ukrainian and other Jews. Still another is the Ukrainian National Assembly/Self Defense, which maintains a close relationship with the neo-Nazi National Democratic Party of Germany”

It doesn’t end there. Oligarch & new interior minister Arsen Avakov, was head of corrupt oligarch Yulia Tymoshenko’s “Batkivshchyna” political party (Bloc Yulia Tymoshenko.) He escaped an Interpol arrest warrant for real estate fraud by acquiring immunity from prosecution with election to legislature as a ‘People’s Deputy.’ Now as Interior Minister (Ukraine’s top policeman), Avakov is positioned to remove or weaken any evidence that could lead to his or other Tymoshenko related players and other corrupt officials conviction in possible future trial.

And Oleksandr Turchynov, the USA engineered, putsch-proclaimed President of Ukraine? Just another corrupt Yulia Tymoshenko stooge who’d, when head of Ukraine’s security service, destroyed documents connecting Yulia Tymoshenko to the world’s most dirty organized crime boss, Semion Mogilevich.

As well, the new Russia hating Kiev administration has appointed ‘governors’ for the Russia leaning, industrialized east of Ukraine; oligarch billionaires Igor Kolomoysky and Sergey Taruta, now well positioned to snap up and loot Ukraine’s industrial base which cannot be competitive in the European Union, as well buy up agricultural land the IMF will insist be ‘privatized’ along with ‘austerity’ demanding cuts to benefits for children and halving the pensions of the elderly. Factories will shut down and unemployment skyrocket, all to the advantage of western European exports at the expense of Ukraine’s domestic infrastructure, similar to the model imposed on and devastating Greece. This is an attempted highway robbery of entire regions of Russia sympathetic people in the East of Ukraine the new ‘authorities’ in Kiev actually despise. The cynical geo-political calculation in NATO is a destabilized Ukraine on Russia’s doorstep will require Russian intervention and all fingers can be pointed at Russia for interfering, self-justifying the alliance in Brussels strengthening and expanding an aggressive NATO.

Here is NATO fanatic John McCain, meeting with Ukrainian NAZI Oleh Tyahnybok [center] in the presence of the now USA installed Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the very same man Under-Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, in a leaked conversation, had instructed the American ambassador to Ukraine the USA wanted put in charge:

Now, less anyone misunderstand the importance of the NAZI Tyhanybok to propping up the USA installed prime minister of Ukraine, one only need see this image:

Now, all of this geo-political maneuvering, employing NAZIs to push NATO in Russia’s face, on Russia’s very doorstep, is on track to backfire in a really big way, recalling NATO inducting ‘partner’ nation Ukraine is one more example of a multiple broken promise, a promise to Russia NATO would not expand into the former Soviet sphere of influence, when Gorbachev allowed the former Warsaw Pact nations to pursue their own destiny with the break-up of the Soviet Union.

Now, we all (in the intelligence world) know none of this ‘regime change’ agenda is going to be brought off without CIA involvement. Going to that fact (of life in real-politic), it does to note here the CIA has longstanding ties to the Ukrainian neo-NAZI movement. No better evidence of this is a former CIA collaborator (Canadian academic) in the Ukrainian nationalist movement, acknowledging the facts but (one must presume disingenuously, academics dare not be associated with NAZIs) claiming he ‘did not know’ about the NAZI elements in the CIA Ukraine program:

“I cooperated with Prolog … I did understand in the 1970s and 1980s that Prolog was CIA funded … In the 1970s and 1980s I did not comprehend to what extent Prolog had hidden the dark past of OUN and UPA and propagated a legendary version of nationalist history…”

He might more honestly state today ‘to what extent Prolog (the CIA operation codename) had laundered the neo-NAZI movement’ behind the new USA installed regime in Kiev.

Insofar as CIA associated ‘regime change’ in Ukraine, this is the second time around. The first time around was the ‘Orange Revolution’ which had brought Yulia Tymoshenko & Viktor Yushchenko to power. For an expanded understanding of both operations, one only need study rogue CIA officer Phillip Agee’s expose: ‘Terrorism and Civil Society.‘

So, when Obama behaves as though he were sincere in addressing the world as if Russia were the instigator of Ukraine coming apart at the seams, actually Russia has every reason to feel it cannot allow these manipulations to follow through to the Western democracies desired conclusion. To this point, it cannot hurt to recall erstwhile Obama foreign policy consultant, career Russia hater Zbigniew Brzezinski, neo-liberal guru to Obama administration officials such as Victoria Nuland, considers Ukraine central to his ‘Grand Chessboard‘ strategy of pushing Russia into a corner in the 21st Century edition of the ‘Great Game‘, a step towards freeing up the USA for world domination.

Meanwhile, the major difference between Obama and Bush is quite straightforward; Obama is a by far more natural & dangerous liar, and not only when promoting the neo-NAZI administration installed by USA instigated violence in Kiev with this disingenuous quote:

“I commend the Ukrainian government’s restraint” -Obama

But guess what? A Polish MEP [Member of European Parliament] states in an interview the Maidan snipers were trained in Poland in a joint operation with USA intelligence services.

Question: “[you are] a supporter of the thesis it was a CIA operation?”

Answer: “Maidan was also our operation. The snipers were trained in Poland”

As well, a leaked phone call between the European Union’s Cathrine Ashton and the Estonian foreign minister, indicates it was people aligned with the new USA supported Ukrainian administration were behind the snipers who killed both protestors and police during confrontation in Kiev. According to the Estonian foreign minister, in a leaked conversation, evidence points to the new Ukrainian regime behind the snipers that killed both police and protesters, blamed on the ousted administration by the USA. Obama is a world class geo-political liar in the final estimation, backing a neo-nazi killer regime for the sake of isolating Russia in the 21st Century (nuclear armed) world domination endeavor on behalf of the Council on Foreign Relations, CHEVRON, Monsanto and ‘friends’, variously known as the ‘ultra-wealthy’, ‘one percent’ and the ‘oligarchs’

Why don’t you see any of this CIA fostered and implemented NAZI relationship to the USA in the western press? Because:

How does one sort fact from fiction in the Western media world? Go to the skills found in professional intelligence, where it’s a matter of training and knowing what to look for. Wikipedia claims the nazi elements had been pushed out of Tyhanybok’s Svoboda party but this does not square with the World Jewish Congress describing Svoboda as neo-nazi. Or the research turned up by the Swedish academic Per Anders Rudling documenting Svoboda organized the celebration of octogenarian 3rd Reich Waffen SS veterans as heroes as recently as 2011 (cited at the beginning of this article.) And then you have the former CIA collaborator (Canadian academic) stating CIA laundered Svoboda party pre-cursor elements in the 1980s (associated with the mentioned Prolog program) and the fact CIA edits Wikipedia, not only has controlling influence in more traditional mainstream media as demonstrated by a former CIA director’s quote:

“The Central Intelligence Agency owns everyone of any significance in the major media.” -William Colby, former CIA Director, cited by Dave McGowan in “Derailing Democracy“

In the applied geo-politic of Obama’s USA, CIA requires straight-forward aggression to achieve a means to an end. Neo-nazis will accomplish a goal (violent coup) law abiding citizens will not. And then CIA launders the facts with its controlling influences in mainstream media. Present CIA director Brennan is a nasty man and is by far too close to Obama.

If the facts of the ‘Maidan Coup‘ line up behind Russian President Putin’s position and you don’t like Putin, that sucks for you. Truth is often not a comfortable thing and why CIA would prefer you did not know truth.

Last update March 2021: The wikiwatchdog online search tool has finally gone out of existence after long or intermittent periods of downtime, with the William ‘Bill’ Colby article edits previously documented and discussed in this following piece having vanished from the database (the CIA finally has its desired result.)

A 2007 Wired Magazine article on wikiscanner (taken down shortly after this article’s initial publication) exposed the CIA (among others) as anonymous editors of Wikipedia. Deliberate, professionally engineered disinformation (information operations, psy-ops) is a long used tool of intelligence agencies, with a military history to ancient times. Other than CIA, with its’ extensive history of modern media manipulation, other organizations editing Wikipedia would certainly include the the USA’s Defense Intelligence Agency, British MI6, Israeli MOSSAD, other intelligence agencies and numerous corporations. A sort of ‘you are what you eat’ philosophy applied to ‘you will be what you think’ on behalf of CHEVRON, Diebold, Booz Allen, Westinghouse, General Dynamics, the International Chamber of Commerce, NATO and too many more modern gods worshiped at the temple of western military industrial capital to be named.

On the CIA anonymous edits of Wikipedia, there is one of particular interest. The entry on William ‘Bill’ Colby, a former Director of Central Intelligence, had some particularly damning information deleted (information that was never restored.) Using the wikiscanner replacement ‘WikiWatchdog‘, I was able to track down this following CIA edit. The Bold text is text deleted by the CIA:

“Shortly thereafter, an OSS friend offered him a job at CIA, and Colby accepted. Colby spent the next twelve years in the field, first in Stockholm, Sweden. There, he helped set up the stay-behind networks of Gladio, a covert paramilitary organizations organized by the CIA in order to prepare an eventual Soviet invasion, as he later described in his memoirs. According to a November 25, 1990 article by the Danish daily newspaper ”Berlingske Tidende”, quoted by Daniele Ganser in his 2005 book on Gladio, a source named “Q” confirmed William Colby’s revelations in his memoirs about the setting-up of stay-behind armies in Scandinavia

“Colby’s story is absolutely correct. Absalon was created in the early 1950s. Colby was a member of the world spanning laymen catholic organisation Opus Dei, which, using a modern term, could be called right-wing. Opus Dei played a central role in the setting up of Gladio in the whole of Europe and also in Denmark… The leader of Gladio was Harder who was probably not a Catholic. But there are not many Catholics in Denmark and the basic elements making up the Danish Gladio were former WW II resistance people – former prisoners of Tysk Vestre Faengsel, Froslevlejren, Neuengammeand also of the Danish Brigade.

“William Colby then spent much of the 1950s based in Rome, where he led the Agency’s covert political operations campaign to support moderate anti-Communist parties. After World War II, Italia was the first ground for the CIA covert operations to stop the Communist from legally taking power, in a strategy later dubbed ‘strategy of tension’ by the Italian press.

“On April 27, 1996, Colby died in a supposed boating accident near his home in Rock Point, Maryland. He reportedly did not mention any canoeing plans to his wife, nor was it normal for him to go boating at night. Colby had left his home unlocked, his computer on, and a partly eaten dinner on the table. Colby’s body was eventually found, underwater, on May 6, 1996. The life jacket his friends said he usually wore was missing. The body was found 20 yards from the canoe, after the area had been thoroughly searched multiple times. The subsequent inquest found that he died from drowning and hypothermia after collapsing from a heart attack or stroke and falling out of his canoe. There is no evidence that Colby went canoeing. There is no evidence that Colby died on April 27, 1996. Colby disappeared April 27, 1996. His body was recovered on May 6, 1996. Hence, the date of Colby’s death is somewhere between these two dates. The Internet Movie Database states Colby died on May 6, 1996. Colby was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery on May 13, 1996.

“Conservative news reporter Christopher Ruddy (as part of the Arkansas Project) has claimed President Clinton had Colby murdered because Colby was going to write about a conspiracy between Clinton and Vincent Foster.

“The former CIA director acknowledged to Nebraska State Senator John DeCamp that the scenario described in the documentary, ‘’Conspiracy of Silence’’, is real, which tells of a sex ring that had links to political conservatives in Washington D.C. Not long thereafter Colby turned up dead under suspicious circumstances. John DeCamp has since authored The Franklin Coverup. This all came to public view on the morning of June 29, 1989, when the ”Washington Times’ headline was “Call Boys Took Midnight Tour of White House.””

Bearing in mind this is a single editing incident (according to the WikiWatchdog program) “edit on 2006-06-20 at 18:32:45 by 198.81.129.186 (relay301.net.cia.gov)” [20 June 2006 at 6:32pm] it should be noted since, in a subsequent, unattributed edit (not shown in bold in the preceding), this additional information had been deleted:

This second edit had been made since the CIA had learned to cover its tracks, as the edit of 20 June 2006 had been made before the tracking software referred to in the 2007 (now deleted) Wired article had been developed and released. The new ‘WikiWatchdog’ is a subsequent development to the original software which appeared to have been sabotaged. With the WikiWatchdog, this is perhaps a short lived opportunity, WikiWatchdog most certainly will be attacked to prevent articles such as this one (indeed the life of wikiwatchdog does seem to have been short, I notice the links to wikiwatchdog are dead, as this article took off with numerous reads on 15 July 2014, the link has been subsequently restored, but tool’s functionality appears to be disabled; author’s note)

There are several ‘hot button’ issues buried by the noted CIA changes to the Wikipedia article on William Colby, circumstance of Colby’s death, Opus Dei’s involvement with ‘Gladio’, the death of Vince Foster and the ‘Franklin Scandal.’

We can use this following, related, short Wikipedia article (disinformation) on the Franklin Scandal as a point of reference:

“The Franklin child prostitution ring allegations took place between 1988 and 1991 and involved an alleged child sex ring serving prominent citizens of the Nebraska Republican Party, as well as high-level U.S. politicians. The allegations also claimed that the alleged sex ring was led by, “a cult of devil worshipers involved in the mutilation, sacrifice and cannibalism of numerous children.”The allegations centered on the actions of Lawrence E. King Jr., who ran the now defunct Franklin Community Federal Credit Union (FCFCU) in Omaha.

“State Foster Care Review Board submitted the results of a two-year investigation into the physical and sexual abuse of foster children to the Executive Board of the Nebraska Legislature, who were investigating reports of child sexual abuse linked to the credit union. Authorities launched a probe, interviewing a number of claimed abuse victims who said that children in foster care were flown to the U.S. East Coast and were abused at “bad parties.” After investigation, a grand jury in Douglas County (of which Omaha, Nebraska is the largest city and county seat) determined the abuse allegations were baseless, describing them as a “carefully crafted hoax” and indicted two of the accusers on perjury charges.The grand jury also suggested that the abuse stories originated from a vindictive employee terminated by Boys Town, the famed refuge for troubled youths. Later, a federal grand jury concluded that the abuse allegations were unfounded and indicted 21 year old Alisha Owen, an alleged victim, on eight counts of perjury. “Historian Philip Jenkins explored how hot topics such as the Franklin allegations, whether or not they are worthy of attention or credible on their own merits, are seized by political opportunists for their own purposes. He also described how cases such as the Franklin allegations can acquire credibility, even if they lack any credibility inherently, when reported in various media in a credulous voice. Numerous conspiracy theories evolved and persist, claiming that the alleged abuse was part of a widespread series of crimes including devil worship, cannibalism, drug trafficking, CIA arms dealing and links with the first Bush Administration.^“

Of the several problems with this article, including the missing fact the lead investigator’s private plane disintegrated in mid-air and the grand jury had been mislead by prosecutors, most remarkable is the omission of any reference to the “Conspiracy of Silence” documentary film funded by the Discovery Channel and produced by Yorkshire Television of Britain. This suppressed film contains video testimony of several of the professional participants in the investigation, absolutely refuting the Wikipedia article, as well detailing how the FBI engineered a cover-up of the Franklin Scandal (Author’s note: this video was killed at youtube on 15 July 2014, when this article took off with hundreds of hits. Fortunately, vimeo provides an alternative site to watch)

And then you have:

“What you have to understand, is that sometimes there are forces and events too big, too powerful, with so much at stake for other people or institutions, that you cannot do anything about them, no matter how evil or wrong they are and no matter how dedicated or sincere you are or how much evidence you have” -Former CIA Director William Colby to “Franklin Coverup” author John DeCamp.

Further refuting Wikipedia is the work of Nick Bryant, a journalist who not only penned “The Franklin Scandal” but has unimpeachable credentials:

“Nick Bryant’s writing has recurrently focused on the plight of disadvantaged children in the United States, and he’s been published in numerous national journals, including the Journal of Professional Ethics, Journal of Applied Developmental Psychology, Journal of Social Distress and Homelessness, Journal of Health Care for the Poor and Underserved, and Journal of School Health. He is the co-author of America’s Children: Triumph of Tragedy, addressing the medical and developmental problems of lower socioeconomic children in America” -franklinscandal.com

What more do you need to know? The Penn State child rape [Sandusky] scandal has ties to the Franklin case:

“The Penn State Sandusky scandal is getting weirder by the day. Besides the delays in reporting a serial child molester for years, in the past week conflicts of interests in presiding judge as well as Penn State investigating committees, we have learned that Sandusky’s lawyer impregnated an underage teen in the past, and a bizarre Sandusky interview with Bob Costas made news. The most amazing link however has been identified by researchers into [Penn State President] Graham Spanier’s past. If it is not odd enough that Mr. Spanier was complicit in not reporting the Sandusky rape to the police, Mr. Spanier has a direct link to the sordid “Franklin Scandal” in Omaha, Nebraska (child kidnaping for sexual abuse and trafficking scandal). Looking at Mr. Spanier’s biography, one can easily see that he served as Chancellor at University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1991 to 1995 right towards the end of the Franklin scandal. Please note that Lincoln Nebraska is a short drive away from Omaha where most of abuses occurred. If the proximity is not creepy enough, Mr. Spanier’s long time friend and associate Ronald Roskens (former University of Nebraska chancellor and president) was directly linked to the Franklin Scandal as well as its ringleader Lawrence King. Roskens was fired in 1989 from his post when his involvement in various orgies was reported on (incl. surveillance photos of nude young boys in Rosken’s home) . It is shocking to realize this link when one knows of the abhorrent and deviant abuses which occurred in Omaha during this time and which in a similar fashion to the Penn State scandal was able to persist for too many years”

In fact Sandusky’s children’s charity, “The Second Mile“, was one of George H.W. Bush’s “1,000 points of light” This fact had not been killed by edits at Wikipedia (yet.)

“U.S. President George H. W. Bush praised the group as a “shining example” of charity work in a 1990 letter, one of that president’s much-promoted “Thousand points of light” encouragements to volunteer community organizations. Citing Sandusky’s work with The Second Mile charity to provide care for foster children, then U.S. Senator Rick Santorum honored Sandusky with an Angels in Adoption award in 2002″

Organized child rapes spanning three decades focused in Republican religious right circles with ties directly to the George H.W. Bush White House (children were given private White House tours prior to being raped by DC power brokers) cannot seem to be sorted by Wikipedia scholarship. And this is because you have CIA (among other organizations) editing Wikipedia. It does well to remember here, George H.W. Bush is a former Director of CIA.

Child Rape also has been authorized by ‘The Family’, the organization sponsoring “The National Prayer Breakfast” (with stellar personalities like former NATO Supreme Commander General James Jones giving keynote speeches, not only Presidents of the United States) , also the group spiritually advises persons no less than U.S. Senator John Ensign, et al:

“David Coe, Doug Coe’s son and heir apparent, calls himself simply a friend to men such as John Ensign, whom he guided through the coverup of his affair. I met the younger Coe when I lived for several weeks as a member of the Family. He’s a surprising source of counsel, spiritual or otherwise. In case you miss the the significance of Ed Meese belonging to ‘The Family’, Meese mentored Antonin Scalia to the Supreme Court of the United States. Meese went on to found ‘The Federalist Society’, a corporate cesspool of religious right personalities loaded with both George Bush (father & son) associated personalities reading like a who’s who of the military-industrial rich and powerful and minions like Condoleezza Rice and torture lawyer John Yoo. Since, The Federalist Society has provided us with Supreme Court justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Chief Justice John Roberts. These religious right darlings then handed the USA to corporate entities via unlimited media spending with the decision ‘Citizens United.’ You are what you think.

Nevertheless the USA’s top intelligence people and extreme Christian Dominionists running the Pentagon are freaking out and clandestine Wikipedia editors will have their work cut out for them for quite some time:

A number of allegations have been written about and several local, state, and federal investigations have taken place related to the notion of the Mena Intermountain Municipal Airport as a CIA drop point in large scale cocaine trafficking beginning in the latter part of the 1980s. The topic has received some press coverage that has included allegations of awareness, participation and/or coverup involvement of figures such as future president Bill Clinton.

An investigation by the CIA’s inspector general concluded that the CIA had no involvement in or knowledge of any illegal activities that may have occurred in Mena. CIA versus JFK: Fifty Years After

All kinds of new publications are hitting the shelves to mark the 50th anniversary of the JFK hit. The most telling (revealing) of these has been a newspaper story in Mexico’s ‘La Journada.‘ One thing you can count on is, USA mainstream news will not pick this story up. Why? It is as simple as the USA’s media has been co-opted by a fusion of corporate boardrooms and intelligence agency personalities.

What La Journada has broken the story on, and the excellent intelligence blog ‘UNREDACTED’ has provided the English original, had been a well kept secret for fifty years; the fact our CIA had been vehemently opposed to a secret initiative pushed into play (over CIA objections) by President Kennedy, to make peace with Fidel Castro and normalize relations with Cuba. This was the last major initiative of Kennedy’s presidency, unknown to now.

The ‘silver oxide’ (as opposed to ‘silver lining’) in this story is, it ties together known facts of the past and provides motive enough to point out it WAS INDEED corporate boards, with United Fruit and Zapata Oil particularly complicit (these days known as Chiquita Brands & Harbinger Group respectively) in their incestuous fusion with heavily invested CIA personalities. Open source intelligence analysis clearly points to these parties behind the CIA invested corporate ‘Deep State‘ murder of JFK.

What do you suppose this has to do with CIA not even beginning to process 50,000 pages of JFK documents which must be released by 2017 according to act of Congress passed in the 1990s?

The CIA resistance to declassify keeps the JFK killing in the realm of ‘conspiracy’ theorists. My own position is, when the paper trail (Warren Commission) doesn’t match the facts on the ground, follow the facts on the ground. Jesse Ventura is a showman but he is not stupid. He has convincingly demonstrated with live fire the piece of junk Carcano (Mannlicher) model of rifle purportedly used by Oswald to shoot Kennedy could not have performed to expectations in the hands of the most expert shooters, and Oswald was not close to expert. One of the many holes in the official record.

Aside from corporate boards, who jumps out as individual personalities in the murder of JFK? Heavily invested individuals (to the tune of millions) would be recent Director of CIA (at time of JFK assassination) Allen Dulles (United Fruit boardroom) and rising CIA star (and future CIA director) George H.W. Bush (Zapata Oil founder.) Suddenly longtime CIA operative E. Howard Hunt’s confession to involvement in the JFK hit, gains a lot more than mere credulity. Having the just dismissed CIA Director Allan Dulles sitting on the Warren Commission (cover-up) would be about equivalent to asking United Fruit to adjudicate the overthrow of the Arbenz government by the CIA on behalf of United Fruit:

“It will be impossible to produce evidence clearly tying the Guatemalan government to Moscow, but the United States might act anyway, based on our deep conviction that such a tie must exist” -Allen Dulles

Meanwhile, those corporations benefiting from the ‘rapacious side’ of capitalism, have been able, in the fifty years since, to point to the (CIA created) Castro ‘boogeyman’ as rationale for American military interventions keeping Chiquita in the business of taking bananas throughout Latin America at gunpoint, as Castro had been pushed into a corner and further radicalized. So, need union sympathetic personalities eliminated for the sake of profit’s bottom line? No problem, simply provide cash and machine guns to designated terror groups as Chiquita ‘security’ personnel. Need to keep this all swept under the rug and out of the public eye? Simply buy in Chiquita lawyer Eric Holder as Obama’s Attorney General (he damn sure won’t reopen an investigation in the JFK murder) as boardroom efforts go on to keep Chiquita crimes concealed.

And we know how ‘junior’s’ subsequent Bush/Cheney oil partnership has fared around the world, the profits in billions have been quite tidy.

Allan Dulles, George H.W. Bush and ‘friends’ must’ve laughed all the way to the bank with their newly minted Kennedy ‘half dollar’ coins.

A Letter to the ECCHR

One of my heroes of journalism is coming to Berlin. As much as this is pleasing to me, it also provides opportunity to raise a difficult issue. That issue would be the RANK COWARDICE of Germans in the political and human rights establishment. This letter has been sent to the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, which is hosting Jeremy Scahill’s visit, as well copied to Hans Christian Stroebel and Gregor Gysi at the German Federal Parliament (and other parties.)

Dear European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights

Great to see you hosting Jeremy Scahill. I invite you to look into a less famous case, closer to home.

My invitation for your organization is, to challenge Germany’s government on allowing JSOC, CIA & MOSSAD to run free in Germany for years engaging in criminal acts, up to and inclusive of both; the attempted rendition and assassination of this correspondent. As well, question why it is ‘responsible’ persons at the Bundestag sit on their hands with tails between legs when they damn well should have been raising their voices. It is my own firm intention there will not be any opportunity to claim ‘we didn’t know’ after the fact, like so many Germans did after the Reich’s defeat.

NOT My Last Tango in Paris

Ok, so this is a gross story. But I’m in the habit of putting nearly everything out there (except for what is between my ears and had never put through or even spoken about in presence of any electronic device), if only so the NSA cannot claim they have anything ‘secret’ on me. It sort of balances things when the public can know what the spies think only they should know. Want my entire sex history? Check my (free online) book ‘Queer Chicken Dinner.’ The NSA has read it. It’s worth a read just to discover the evil joke on Jack Kerouac couched in the title. Too bad the iconic pedophile worshipped by millions drank himself to death rather than lived to read my rebuttal to his ‘On the Road.’

Over this past year I’ve been on hiatus from Berlin, a city of spies and assassins where any moment can be a hairs breath from encounter with a poison pellet for someone like myself. Gee, I must have seriously pissed some evil and powerful people off, prurient examples one, two, three, four & five. Or, if you want the facts rather than the comedy, check my “America’s Deep State” series of articles. This story is tame when compared to the gross closet habits of the ‘deep state’ elite in America’s leadership. Sort of a switch here, the public free to know what the NSA could only wish the public would never discover and perhaps Snowden’s revelations will be the nitro added to my glycerin.

So, I returned to Berlin on one of my madcap journeys intended to strike deeper fear into the informed but cowardly politicians who sit on my story like using a trash can filled with nitro-glycerin for a stool they fear to get off of. I accomplished what I’d set out to do as they remained paralyzed on the lid of the explosive perch. It would never occur to a politician that if you’d like to defuse an explosive circumstance created by criminals, there is this thing called courage and meeting the problem head on. By now my strategy is to shame them into courageous action, all else having failed. And then, having returned my little village, oh fuck. Here where intelligence agencies dare not tread, actually cannot tread without 200 noses pressed against glass at the sight of any stranger, nature nailed me.

I woke up feeling as though I’d been shot in the left of my abdomen, had to crap and after that began vomiting .. all the while the pain of what seemed a gunshot to my kidney. The projectile that hit me was more than subsonic, as a small calcium pellet had departed the kidney chamber and found its trajectory via the ureter, the barrel of the gun that’d shot me.

So, passing a kidney stone should be straightforward enough, but of course my online medical certification in the subject was only beginning and I made some mistakes, one of them pretty bad. Dehydrated from puking and feeling as though I’d been both, put through the wringer AND run over by a truck, I did not eat and only sipped water for two days, when I should have been both eating and pouring water down like an open ended drain. And then I sorely fucked up by deciding applesauce would be gentle on my belly when reintroducing food. I ate LOTS of applesauce. Pectin. In other words, an organic, epoxy plug. Having survived the stone, now I’d shut down my intestinal tract with a REALLY BINDING constipation.

I turned down an offer of synthetic morphine from an acquaintance because morphine is constipating, I did not need google search to know this and by now I thought the worst of my pain was behind me. Of course it is the meta-data in all of this the National Security Agency finds most valuable, using google-search is like having the NSA read your mind. Natural laxatives, none have worked to now, mint tea, oatmeal, peanut butter (the 100% ground peanuts, no sugar, salt or hydrogenation), nectarines, none of these is working to dissolve the pectin epoxy plug. The NSA having known this much of my experience to now, will have to be disappointed, my having not googled ‘synthetic morphine’ together with ‘constipation’ .. discovering after the fact when reading here, I cannot be busted for an illegal Rush Limbaugh style Oxy-Contin habit.

On day five of my steadily backing up natural sewer, I marvel at the wonder of human creation, by now I’ve reviewed my disbelief in god and find it is quite ok on account of the human inventions, no, rather make that human stupidities associated with the very idea and nothing has changed. Of course science is only equal. What’s missing here? It appears I’ll work that out in some other lifetime.

One cup of olive oil chased by a liter of orange juice and nothing happens. Same again, some hours later and manage an encouraging sign, there is a feeling the pectin plug has budged ¼ inch and I managed to expel a pellet about the diameter of a euro cent. But DON’T DARE push hard on account of the unrepaired hernia that threatens me with holding a fistful of my gut expelled just beneath my right ribcage about six inches from my sternum. In the event that happened, I suppose I could get some tattoo art adding a scrotum, pubic hair and the moniker ‘NSA DICK’ to enhance my hernias appearance and sell myself to a homo-erotic freak show in Paris.

Hospital is not an option, into that sort of data-base with my American Express Platinum emergency medical insurance and the NSA shares it with all of the security services and the CIA’s Dr Mengele would be paying me a visit in short order. Or a concerned Rabbi from MOSSAD. Or perhaps a MI6 ‘doughnut dolly’ wanting to draw a curtain around my bed for an intimate inspection of my anus and insertion of a cyanide suppository.

Oh, a suppository. Well, duh, let’s google that for the NSA’s sake. Homemade? Well, according to google, you are supposed to have thought this out first and had a bar of pure glycerin soap on hand. But, let’s suppose Yankee ingenuity can come up with something. THINK! Do you suppose if one were quick enough, a cold, hard chunk of butter up the anus (before it can melt) might do the trick?

‘Go get the butter’ is probably the worst line in ‘The Last Tango in Paris’ and fucked in the ass is not happening to me now, NOT EVER. Anal sex is just not my thing. But it might titillate the French DGSE:

Should I Be A Spy Novelist?

“If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it.” The operations officer was talking about ‘The Monk.’ The Monk never smelled right to some of the brass in oversight. It were as though this ‘asset’ were sometimes as invisible to the agency as he were invisible to the targets in operations he was assigned to. The Monk was never an officer of the CIA, he had refused from the beginning to make that commitment and only worked on a contract to contract basis. The Monk did not drink or use drugs. He never attended ‘company’ parties. If he had a girlfriend, the agency did not know, which was pretty incredible. Between jobs, the Monk simply vanished. There was no using leverage with the Monk, he worked on his own terms. This made the bureaucrats in oversight nervous.

This interesting individual had come to the agency’s attention via the ‘networking’ established through friendship, when veterans typically get in touch to say hello, plan a joint vacation with family or perhaps encounter an acquaintance when attending a conference.

In the Monk’s case, it had been his superior officer in the National Guard, a Green Berets captain who’d landed the Executive Officer (XO) assignment for a detachment of Special Forces at Kalispell, Montana, following his return from duties in South-East Asia.

‘Oliver’ was a ‘company’ man, he was in town to visit, the XO’s old friend from clandestine operations in Laos, ostensibly for a ski vacation at Big Mountain outside the resort town of Whitefish, Montana. This CIA officer had a special regard for his former Special Forces compatriot.

They were relaxed by the fireside at the resort condominium, cedar logs, mixed with birch, made the occasional loud ‘pop’ and sparks flew against the metal screen positioned against the masonry of the fireplace. Otherwise it was quiet, both men in a relaxed reflective state after a day of skiing, a state one only can know in the company of a friend who you’d handed responsibility for your life without reservation, back to back, in lethal environment. The fire caused shadows to dance on the wall in soft light.

Oliver spoke first: “Has it actually been six years since Lima Site 85? Are you over it?”

The XO shifted in his chair, it was not a comfortable thought. Lima Site 85 was an American defeat during the clandestine war in Laos. The relaxed ambience had vanished: “You know Oliver, that’s why I demobilized from active duty to the Guard. I like my life the way it is now .. and you know I swore I’d never work in covert-ops again. One criminal clown like Richard Secord can louse up a wet dream only worse. A lot of good men died on account of his negligence. My work with the agency is finished, and you know it. I’d resign my commission before I’d go back in support of CIA operations.”

Oliver was disappointed, but he had anticipated the answer. But still .. “Saigon will fall in a matter of months, if not weeks.. the entire theater is collapsing all the way to our area of operations in Laos, we need to bring out some people there is no way we can leave behind, people like Vang Pao and his lieutenants. We need your skills and we need them badly.”

The XO was not budged: “How many criminals will be the only ones to benefit? If Secord hadn’t been distracted with being up to his armpits in Vang Pao’s opium trafficking, likely there would have been a different outcome at Lima. And the child soldiers. It’s one thing going in blind, when you are new, but with experience .. where do these criminal bozos get their pass, how is it when criminals like Secord fail, they are protected, promoted and the law looks the other way? I want no part of it again, not now, not ever. How the CIA can protect and offer cover to its assets in the military, shielding men like Secord, whose priorities are personal enrichment first, the sometimes hare-brained CIA special ops, which can get good soldiers killed, second, and patriotism a distant third, is nothing short of incredible.”

Oliver tried once more: “Legacy. You are one of the best among the best. And there are good people involved, not everyone is compromised. I’d be remiss if I couldn’t bring you back for the ‘exit.’ We need your kind, with your experience, and there are not many in your class. The bonus money will be above anything you could imagine to now.”

The XO’s reply was not what Oliver had anticipated: “I used to think I was good, but there’s a 23 year old kid in our detachment who makes me sometimes think I’m amateur..”

Oliver leaned back in his chair and was silent for a few moments. The XO was not to be moved. Then he asked: “Tell me about this kid?”

The XO explained that one day a kid with shoulder-length hair walked in the door and stated he had active reserve duty obligation. He’d been assigned to a Army Reserve transportation company across town and wanted nothing to do with it. The Executive Officer asked some questions, and was intrigued. A basic sergeant, E-5, the kid had served with an elite light infantry brigade in Vietnam, and was a local product with extensive wilderness survival knowledge and experience in their training area. His comportment was impressive. After a little while asking questions, and impressed with the answers, the XO picked up the phone and placed a call to initiate a transfer for this young veteran, from the transportation company, to the Special Forces detachment. His plan was to qualify the kid for Special Forces with ‘on the job training.’

A student at the local community college carrying the minimal class work to qualify for his veteran’s education financial support, the kid would bring his assigned work to the Special Forces National Guard armory after class, finish the schoolwork in short order and then bury himself in studying the elite military field manuals, day in and day out. He excelled in operations and intelligence. It was not long before he was given the position of ‘Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge’ of that department, filling a Sergeant First Class position, two full ranks above his own, and freeing up a Sergeant First Class from having to fill two positions, Operations & Intelligence AND Assistant to the Executive Officer. On his first field training with the unit, a winter exercise, the kid showed exceptional skill. In -30 Celsius the kid made a fire in deep snow more quickly than their most experienced winter survivalists. He was the first to reach the geographic objective after two days of cross-county skiing and brought another soldier out of hypothermia. Subsequent training exercises demonstrated his stealth and ambush skills were world class. His scouting and land navigation, without on site referral to compass and map, were phenomenal. There was an ‘invisible’ air about him, you would not know he was in the same room with you except that he was expected to be there and you looked. He did not engage in any sort of self-aggrandizement, he knew his skills were good, many of them better actually, than his unit’s fully Special Forces qualified compatriots with years of experience, but he never bragged, teased or held himself above anybody with an attitude. His quiet professionalism was nearly eerie, he almost never talked except when necessary to address an objective, problem or especially an alternative method or approach that was mission related and his ideas and ability to act on them, were amazing. The kid’s post Vietnam reserve duty obligation would be finished towards the end of the year and he had stated he was not inclined to stay on.

Oliver asked: “About his ‘invisibility.’ Is he really that good?”

The XO: If he was standing next to you, you’d not realize it, until he tugged on your elbow.”

Oliver: “What else can you tell me? What about his hand to hand combat?”

The XO: “Something like a fusion of Goju-Ryu and Tai Kwan Do with elements of other arts. He has sometimes given our martial arts instructor fits with the unexpected. The instructor’s art is Judo but he is familiar with the others. He calls the kid a ‘mongrel master’, because he is really quite good but has no certifications in any of the forms he’s studied.”

Oliver: “His background?”

The XO: “Standard background check, turned up nothing, but we’re not the CIA, you’d have to run the agency’s enhanced check to find something, if anything is there. Other than that, he comes from ‘up the line’, which in local parlance means he grew up wild, in a mixed with Native Americans community. Those kids are by reputation outlaws, feared here in the valley. No local who knows where the kid is from, would ordinarily mess with him, even if they knew nothing else about him.”

Oliver: “I’d like a copy of his military 201 file sent to my office, you’ll do that much for me?”

The XO: “I’ll call it getting off cheap, as I’m turning down a recruiting visit from a senior chief of station for CIA.”

The truth written as fiction just doesn’t work for me. The way I see it, it’s either non-fiction, or fiction, and I prefer the former. For instance, I could reasonably, accurately, reconstruct the CIA’s Golden Triangle heroin operations with fiction, but the bare facts would be meta-data in the main, most the details invented. That’s not good enough.

Color of Law Star Chamber FISA & PRISM

John Roberts appoints the FISA Star Chamber

In the United States theory of law there is a known and in the past prosecuted concept called ‘color of law.’ Color of law is when the apparatus of state puts up a pretense of legitimate authority to pursue what are in fact illegal acts.

In the case of the FISA court, there is ZERO constitutional foundation for any secret jurisprudence violating American citizens’ individual rights laid out in our constitution’s first through eighth amendments, which the FISA court authorizing Prism in fact sets out to do.

In the case of Edward Snowden:

Congressional leaders Diane Feinstein and John Boehner have used the terms ‘treason’ and ‘traitor’ HOWEVER:

The actual traitors under any authentic American or ‘de jure’ rule of law are those persons putting forth a pretense these civil liberties violations are legitimate. This points first to the Congress authoring patently unconstitutional legislation, then second, to any president signing and implementing such unlawful authority and subsequently, any Chief Justice appointing members of said secret court under FISA law, and finally those persons accepting and serving FISA, these are the ‘traitors’ if our constitution were to mean anything in the present day, which in fact it would appear it does not.

It is clear our core American values in philosophy, theory and practice of law, have been discarded by the national leadership of both parties.

When Senator Diane Feinstein claims ‘prism’ is ‘legal’ she is in a philosophy of law tar pit. Prism is unconstitutional from top to bottom, our constitution’s clause authorizing congress to create courts does not employ language allowing a constitutional oxymoron, that is creating secret jurisdiction undermining other clauses of the constitution or one clause empowered to undermine the other clauses.

Restated in the simplest terms; When the clause allowing congress to create courts is construed in such a way as to undermine other constitutional clauses, only one clause will count: the clause congress gave away to secrecy. You can forget about the rest, including the clauses which guarantee a trial by your peers, the right to confront your accusers, your right to freely associate, your right to peaceably assemble, your right of public speech, all of which you can now be prosecuted in secret, and now your private speech can be stolen and misconstrued in secret star chamber proceedings, et cetera, add nausea. The end result is no constitution at all. Only people living in denial, mental pygmies and deliberate liars could hold any other point of view. It is abundantly clear Color of law has overtaken the highest institutions of the USA. Does it say anything to you Dick Cheney lawyer Shannen Coffin is a big fan (and close personal friend) of Chief Justice John Roberts, the man who appoints the FISA Star Chamber judges? “The Star Chamber has, for centuries, symbolized disregard of basic human rights” Faretta v. California 422 US 806, 821-22 (1975)

Obama must have been a terrible law professor or he has actually thrown out any principled view of American foundational law when ensconced in the halls of power, which appears to be a widespread and socially contagious disease at the apex of 21st century American politics; particularly noting Chief Justice John Roberts who appoints the members of the secret FISA court. With this ‘star chamber’ in place, one only need examine who is hunted and sent to prison or murdered without charge or trial, such as 16 years old U.S. citizen Abdulrahman al-Awlaki, as opposed to those rewarded for crimes of unspeakable magnitude; as fans of fascism and impunity were never in short supply in ‘civilized’ peoples power structures. And so it is the power corrupt, example given, recent Director of Central Intelligence General Patraeus who’d provided cover to James Steele in Iraq for organized torture centers and death squads, is rewarded with a seat at Bilderberg, where no doubt Patraeus can offer innovative method recently applied in Iraq to the longstanding organizing of Black African militia murdering Black Africans to the advantage of corporate rip-off of African peoples’ resources.

One only need compare this to the aggressive pursuit of Edward Snowden for whistle-blowing crimes against the rule of law; to understand what is actually going on in those rarified circles of empowered White men (a term inclusive of Condoleezza & Susan Rice) knowing what is good for deliberately disenfranchised Brown people, also known as corporate money means murder around the world.

If one carefully considers what Edward Snowden has stated in the video, it was never more clear corporate boards have access to all of the information corporate criminal personalities would need to prepare ‘kill lists’ independent of any governmental ‘authority’ Read it HERE

Condoleezza & CHEVRON have access to PRISM

My investigation into breaking laws associated with a proposed CHEVRON drilling project stopped (nearly single-handedly) a CHEVRON exploration into what is believed by some to be one of the most potentially rich hydro-carbon domes in the USA (which happens to be under pristine wild land sacred to the Blackfeet Indians.) The subsequent dirty business of trying to take me out is in tandum with Bush-Cheney big oil personalities at the top of the corporate food chain. The George H.W. Bush White House was on board in 1989-1993 with counterfeiting the environmental laws process, and it became a Bush Jr/Cheney issue after the fact, particularly having to do with covering up the John Yoo/Jay Bybee torture lawyers earlier involvement with the Bush Sr administration’s corruption in this case.

When CHEVRON employs former Bush National Security Advisor & Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice together with former NATO Supreme Commander & Obama National Security Advisor General James Jones, two of the most influential hyper-extremist Christians in the world, utilizing Congress for integrating CHEVRON policy to United States policy, I expect there is little doubt CHEVRON has access to PRISM to carry out its objectives, inclusive of when those objectives incorporate murder. These power corrupt people, responsible for numerous international crimes, actually believe ‘God’ places them above the law.

Their criminal reach has been nearly unlimited. When I had escaped the USA alive and subsequently positively identified CIA associated persons directly tied to attempted assassination of myself, I became a ‘national security threat’ on account of the extent of possible exposure of corporate boards deep reach into the security services and associated abuses of USA power. This is why nothing changed under Obama. My sense is, my story has become a threat to the entire status quo.

When the western democracies leadership preach (give lip service to) the rule of law, it includes everyone except themselves as pimps and whores for corporate boards that in actuality rule our lives using democracy as a front. It would appear this is why there has been no arrests and prosecutions related to my case, in which the relevant authorities have all the necessary information.

Body of Lies

I’d been perusing titles at ‘Books in Berlin’ (an English language bookstore) somewhat absent-mindedly, but noticing quite a few titles dedicated to international intrigue. I suppose that should come as no surprise, there are many CIA and other English fluent ‘spooks’ in town, as well they must have quite a few local acquaintances and it is reasonable to assume they’d be interested in ‘shop-craft’ reading.

I had no particular interest in the fiction side of the game, it is difficult enough to sort through the propaganda and disinformation rife in non-fiction titles, but then a book I happened to glance inside the front cover caught my eye.

“Body of Lies is fiction but reads like fact. CIA officers admire [author David] Ignatius because more than any other writer he understands the nuances of their trade – fascinating” -George Tenent, former CIA director.

‘Well then, why not’ was my thought and I purchased the used paperback Body of Lies.

If George Tenent was accurate in his assessment of the book, and there is no reason to expect otherwise, he’d have done the agency a favor to have kept his mouth shut.

But first, the author. It has been a very long time since quality fiction has been appreciated, and David Ignatius adds to the thought. Though not as cheesy as, say, The Da Vinci Code (a profound disappointment) the quality is far short of classic American literature. It is not so much a phenomena of dearth of quality writers in modern American literature, so much as it seems there is a dearth of readers who can appreciate quality, which sadly is no longer seen in best selling works, we have not seen a Washington Irving in quite some time. David Ignatius is no Washington Irving and Body of Lies is no ‘Astoria’ .. but is better (not by much) than Dan Brown’s cheese that passes for literature.

If Body of Lies accurately depicts CIA covert operatives and actions, as Tenent claims, I should recommend the book as a lesson in why CIA is about as useful to my nation as the folk proverb ‘tits on a boar.’ Other than revealing his taste for crass literary shallowness, Tenent also should have kept his mouth shut because what he authenticates has endorsed:

1) Cowboy culture and mentality. Throughout, there is a hackneyed and simplistic theme of ‘if we kill first, they won’t kill us’ coupled with the idea ‘what the politicians don’t know (breaking laws, committing murders), won’t hurt them (or us)’ leading to:

2) CIA operations officers who are culturally so self-centered, narcissistic and vain, there is no qualm felt whatsoever at sending repentant jihadists, even innocents into intrigues, as pawns in circumstance that more often than not gets them killed, to further any objective, no matter how minimal or trivial the gain; attended by the thinking 2 wrongs or 10 wrongs or 100 wrongs can add up to make something ‘right’ for the American people (by a virtually lawless CIA.)

One gets a sense the author/book deliberately cheats certain social realities to promote a fantasy ideology, and one gets this is how a ‘body of lies’ so to speak, is fed to the agency’s fans who worship this author.

The simplistic protagonist is a CIA officer with a ‘conscience’ who falls for the books heroine who does charity work in refugee camps, with plot set in the radicalized Islamic world of the ‘war on terror.’ She works on his head with a principled demand he cannot be CIA and have a future with her because someone has to be the ‘good American face’ with a demonstrable commitment to social justice for the Palestinians. But this aspect of the plot altogether fails to convince because the author hammers on a theme of ‘they all want to kill us’ [Americans] without any delving AT ALL into the WHY.

There is zero honest history presented (zero history in fact, as though it were too embarrassing to present to the reader) of the long time habit of the CIA and other western intelligence agencies manipulation and exploitation of the Islamic world on behalf of western economic models (corporate boards) with deceits, corruption and violence.

In this novel, Murder Inc (CIA) happily runs amok murdering with patriotic spin, while going after Murder Inc Jr (Al Qaida) with no end in sight and no honest attending story line of how we had arrived in this circumstance.

Our CIA operational officer protagonist dutifully follows orders he knows will get people killed without cause, rhyme or reason, repeatedly, and demonstrates little conscience in this regard, if only it might lead to one more ‘tip’ and in fact it is obvious he (or the author) only is capable of caring when it comes to the woman he thinks he wants to fuck, a portrait in actuality of a sociopath (at odds with any suggestion the man has real feelings.) Her character is developed almost entirely on chauvinist habit of perception, what a great lay she should be, and no aspect of her ‘caring’ in the purported Palestinian social cause is developed, bringing across the idea the author (and his fans) are in fact incapable of any depth in this regard.

The sympathy for Islam set in the book is mainly based in admiration for duplicity, and emphasizes the idea Islamic culture is based on a principle of ‘dissembling’, and there is no ‘ordinary’ Muslim character developed in any depth or sense of a sympathetic human understanding (other than admired as a fellow killer in the trade.) In fact the books ‘happily ever after’ ending strongly sends the message there is none, and cannot ever be, any American with Muslim heritage accepted as a patriot or trusted to work honestly for CIA.

Body of Lies would be excellent reading for the ideologically driven intelligence agent who wished to keep his or her head in the sand and promote killing without conscience, all the while maintaining the self-deceit a worthwhile action and patriotic goal is pursuit of western economic domination (modern corporate board colonialism.)

In fact the novel, Body of Lies, is at its heart Islamophobic. It is small wonder the neo-conservative criminal George Tenent has endorsed what amounts to a shallow and ignorant work serving as a propaganda tool as much as anything, if there were to be any useful description of this novel, subsequently made into a movie. The book appeals to a visceral chauvinism, excusing every criminal excess in a guise of patriotism. That David Ignatius is considered to be a responsible reporter on intelligence issues generally, and CIA particularly, points to how widespread ‘information operations’ have been turned loose on the American public, essentially proselytizing naked aggression far beyond buying reporters, as well proselytizing agency personnel:

“The emails also show that the CIA asked the Post‘s Ignatius to speak at a May 2012 off-the-record conference, “Political Islam’s Future: Challenges, Choices, and Uncertainties,” for U.S. government intelligence analysts and policymakers. The invitation was extended in an email from the press office, which said that the conference organizers “would like you to draw upon the insight from your field experience, reporting, and broad network of contacts during the lead up to the Arab Spring to share how journalists sense that major political, social, or religious changes are in the making.””

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, Chairman of the Federalist Society steering committee, was smarting from the victory for Stare Decisis and Obama in the ‘birther’ case of (sy)Phyllis Schafly v B.O. Now, at the steering committee’s next meeting, Robert’s proposed to eradicate Stare Decisis from the face of the earth. Steering committee member Dick Cheney outlined a plan. The strategy began with inviting Stare Decisis to address the society at the time of Decisis’ being awarded society membership for opening viewpoints strengthening diversity of opinion.

Stare began his society speech with atypical humility, but this humbleness, of course, could not be sustained. Stare’s Mescal damaged frat brain, grounded in the Handcock U School of Law satire tradition, forcefully shoved down the throats of all affirmative action admissions, determined he would after-all, present in style, little suspecting any possible thing could be wrong…

August members of the Federalist Society, I propose I’m least among many deserving of this award and, with this thought, I begin the evening’s presentation with a few short citations of those more deserving than myself. Please consider my following nominations for a new category of awards, the “I Knew It Was Wrong But Thought It Was Legal” Boner Awards.

My secular hero, Roger Cohen, a man I’d extolled in glory for his courageous stance as a Jew pointing to our Israel policy as a disaster, has ‘pulled a boner’ [exhibited extreme male cowardice] by jumping on Obama’s ‘don’t prosecute for torture’ bandwagon…

Roger needs a lesson in what the term “Rule of Law” is all about, and the idea constitutions make presidents, not vice versa, meaning our constitution informs Obama how things are going to be, and I will simply add to that, a Writ of Mandamus is a court ordering public officials [could possibly include a president as military commander-in-chief and most certainly any attorney general] to carry out their constitutional duties to enforce the rule of law and it is a huge embarrassment to American democracy when that particular legal weapon must be employed… second only to a consent decree… thought I’d note that before I consigned Roger to the booby hatch of legal ignominy with the distinct sound of a flush… bye-bye Roger… (Roger might crawl his way out of the sewer if he stays away from the ‘I knew it was wrong but thought it was legal’ sewage of Anglo-Saxon law, good lawyer joke, eh? Law Ignoramus award…

FBI man Ali Soufan’s “Tortured Decision” editorial, in which he puts on his adopted country’s liberal-bleeding-White-heart sheepskin, admits keeping his mouth shut for seven years and only now speaks out because of the water-boarding torture memos release… Soufan reveals there is more as yet unclassified memos… think about it. This is the FBI concealing crime for seven years and STILL CONCEALING EVIDENCE OF CRIME… enough on this bit before I aspirate my puke… a sort of self-simulated drowning… Soufan earns torturer/traitor/coward awards combined…

Instead of walking out on Iranian President ‘mouthy’ Mahmoud, at the UN forum on racism, when ‘mouthy’ truthfully called Israel “cruel and repressive”, why didn’t one of those western diplomats, instead of disappearing like cowards, stand up and shout out “Fair enough, now, what I want to know, is there a ‘boner’ involved when Iran puts it’s women to death, for adultery, by stoning?” Of course that would make worldwide headlines and Iran would realize it had REALLY ‘pulled a boner’

Here is how a ‘closet republican morality’ (‘nailing’ the conservatives) lampoon could be ‘pulled off’

Now, it seems fitting this should degenerate into a legal treatise designed to constitutionally box in the ‘boyz’, and as such, is apropos to pick on Chief Justice John ‘boy’ Roberts, who went from ‘Waltons’ family lawyer to chief executive at the violent pornography industry of Anglo-Saxon law;

John ‘boys’ court had been recently accused of ‘pulling a boner’ [a cowardly legal decision] by much more principled conservative judges than the dwarves on the conservative wing of this Supreme Court… who have been accused by those more principled men of legal ‘mealy mouth’ in a recent ‘right to bear arms’ or 2nd Amendment case, and called it a right wing Roe v Wade for mincing around the ‘hard’ facts…

Just like the all male Roe court could not ‘bear’ to give women the 4th amendment’s protection of “privacy in their papers” :

‘Dear diary, today I had to choose between raising a child in poverty for a father I’ve discovered would never be there for us, or terminating…’

No differently, John ‘boys’ court could not call a spade a spade and admit the founders meant “the right of the people to bear arms” to be a clause against a coup of the power corrupt over our rule of law… this could have been intelligently addressed by BEING HONEST and calling the right to bear arms what our constitution meant it to be, a militia of the people that does NOT shoot “marauding Indians” at casinos, giving states a bit of control over assault rifles (that actually cannot be constitutionally taken from the people so long as the 2nd Amendment and a modern arms military both exist), like one assault rifle per militia member which is any person of good legal standing in the community, no record of domestic violence and with brains enough to pass an 8th grade constitutional ethics test, weapon stays locked up in the home… and use of ANY firearm in a crime could consequently be made a statutory case of domestic treason for violating a fellow citizen’s civil liberties-

But naw, self serving cowards can’t pull their heads out from where the sun never shines, because the idea I just proposed would preserve our constitution AND DRAMATICALLY REDUCE the number of assault rifles and ALL other firearms on our streets as well as shut down the weapons exports to Mexican drug cartels, too bad that would hurt the gun lobby…

Now, where do you suppose John ‘boy’ will come out on torture? Will he allow prosecutions of his corporate class peers?? Since now days the 4^th Amendment appears to only protect the privacy of the papers held as corrupt corporate class state secrets concealing crimes, the prognosis is not good, but I have an idea!

Uncle Sam has this Latino dude named ‘Stare Decisis’ in his honky law library, he’s been the bouncer, all his work is about is, there should be stability and quiet in the case-law or, that had been the way it worked and so that is the way it generally should be.

Now John ‘boy’s’ honkies have been ganging up on this Latino dude recently, so Stare Decisis brings a knife to work to defend himself. Returning to the Silvergate nincompoop’s ‘let’s all duck responsibility with a honky defense’ rationale, I do believe this Latino dude can take out a certain Anglo-Saxon’s ass, that is, the whole idea surrounding ‘I knew it was wrong but thought it was legal’ as a legitimate ‘no criminal intent’ defense-

Here is how it could work: Anglo-Saxon right wingers (includes dark rye ‘cracker’ Clarence ‘anita’s bad hair day’ Thomas) like to kill people, that is easy to see in John ‘boys’ conservatives putting retarded and insane people to death… and honky states like to force anti-psychotics into defendants so they become fit at trial to understand why they are going to die for something they could not understand when they did it…

So if John ‘boys’ ‘boss-hog’ federal court has let those state decisions stand, bingo, suddenly Stare Decisis, this Latino dude, whips out his knife! And he goes beserk from being picked on!!
