Heroin, Bags of Cash & the CIA
CIA Narcotics Trafficking, Vietnam to Afghanistan

It had been reported in the New York Times the CIA has been handing off many millions of dollars to individuals in the Afghan government to buy influence. Using open source analysis, I will propose a case for these many millions being heroin trafficking ‘hush money.’ But first, a bit of history:

In 1970, serving in Vietnam, I had transferred from the 199th Light Infantry Brigade based at Long Binh, for extended tour of duty with the 330th Transportation Company located at Vung Tau. The US Army Airfield at Vung Tau was an advanced aircraft maintenance location, primarily, with a runway that could handle freight aircraft up to a C-130. By far, however, it was mainly a service center for helicopters needing advanced repairs, engine overhauls, rotor replacements, et cetera. Among other tasks, I worked airfield perimeter and flight line security. We had fully armed Cobra gun ships for airfield protection that needed secured from possible sapper attack, particularly, as well as the more typical security needs. The period was from October of 1970 to November of 1971.

As an E-5, I had responsibility for men on the perimeter at times, at other times on the flight line. Perimeter duty in my sector was parallel to the landing and take off (main) runway. This was Vietnam approaching late stage conflict. Heroin addiction was estimated by myself and other non-commissioned officers to be about 30% of the US Forces enlisted men on this airfield. Our own company and it’s platoons were about this average level of addicts as was our understanding this being the similar case of the other Army units located there.

Again and again, over this 13 month period, heroin ran out. It could not be missed when nearly a third our soldiers at Vung Tau, a few hundreds of men, went into physical and mental symptom of withdrawal. It was not pretty. This was not the weak, comparatively speaking, heroin someone would needle. It was STRONG. It was smoked or ‘snorted’ up the nose. Intravenous use of this drug would have been almost instantly fatal. Tremendous quantity of the drug was consumed by these horrifically addicted men.

Vung Tau could not be easily supplied with heroin on demand, without some serious interruptions, in the large quantities required to maintain the habits of hundreds of badly addicted soldiers by Viet Cong or North Vietnamese agents. The location was separated from the mainland by bracken marsh, accessed by a single causeway secured in multiple sectors with tightly controlled traffic having to pass American and Australian security checks. By sea would have been more likely, but here it is also problematic for the un-interrupted enemy supply of our soldiers with drugs. Vung Tau was highly secured by sea with armed patrol boats because of the high military value of its mission. It is a small area of land with essentially little coastline to secure. Security was tight. Interdiction would have been a near certainty, at least once in a while. It didn’t happen.

The Viet Cong or North Vietnamese agents of course did not have air access to us. The CIA did.

It was nowhere near rocket science to note the CIA airline Air America flight that parked 1/4 mile away from every other aircraft, never came in to parking area. Typically, 3 people, armed, stayed with the aircraft, command staff car picked up 2 others. Luggage (nearly modern steamer trunks filled with not only heroin but also high grade marijuana) for at least 10 (TEN) people was picked up by a 3/4 ton truck, with 2 persons riding with the baggage, 1 left guarding the aircraft. All airfield personnel were strictly instructed NEVER to approach the Air America flights. They never stayed more than several hours. Bingo, heroin flush by that evening. Again and again. Every time the soldier’s suppliers had run out of heroin, there was an Air America flight landed. Problem solved, the addicted soldiers were functional again.

After Vietnam I served with 19th Special Forces Group as (11F40) Sergeant for Operations and Intelligence, working together with some of the best in the field, a position that eventually pointed to my later career as an investigator. In conversation with special forces veterans of CIA liaised Indochina operations, it became clear CIA narcotics trafficking in Vietnam was not a ‘one off’ by some isolated or small rogue element. I continued to follow the CIA in the available sources and have made some assessments, drawn some conclusions.

The covert, operational or ‘black ops’ sector itself of the CIA has been the source of major narco-trafficking or, there has been a large and well organized rogue element within this sector where oversight is problematic. These people are in major international drug trafficking and their worldwide tracks are beginning to emerge over time, with overwhelming circumstantial evidence.

It had been established by the 1970s and reported on in media that the CIA had bought the loyalties of tribes in the so called ‘Golden Triangle’ opium producing region with cash for their crop, the most likely or closest proximity, raw base or source of the heroin in Vietnam. War zones with covert logistics for intelligence services are perfect opportunities to commercially process on large scale with no effective police oversight. Again and again, reliable CIA narcotics trafficking accounts have surfaced only to be quashed, noting in the linked affidavit, the Iran-Contra’s Robert Gates associated Richard Secord, and George W Bush’s Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage (at time of invasion of Afghanistan.)

After Vietnam, and the loss of direct military backing in force for our covert agency and no longer in control of the necessary areas in the region, heroin waned and cocaine became big. One only has to look at the tracks of the graduates of the School of the Americas, and connect the dots. This is the CIA associated initial source of the leadership training that has today’s Mexican Federal Police sometimes overwhelmed in pitched battles with drug lord militiamen that are now days professional commandos. Move south from there and you had Noriega in Panama, same source of training and a CIA asset, became a major international narco-trafficker.

South farther again and you have Uribe associated with cartels, right wing militias and associated death squads, CIA, School of the Americas training, all in the mix of Colombia, and drug trade and coca production is up there, eradication a farce. In 2005 you find Gulf Stream jets used in the CIA renditions are passing through the hands of known CIA assets, to Uribe family linked cartel, one had crashed in Mexico carrying 4 tons of Cocaine as noted in the narco-sphere news:

“the Gulfstream II was purchased less than two weeks before it crashed in Mexico by a duo that included a U.S. government operative who allegedly had done past contract work for a variety of US law enforcement and intelligence agencies, according to a known CIA asset (Baruch Vega) who is identified as such in public court records. The four tons of cocaine onboard of the Gulfstream II at the time of its crash landing, according Vega, was purchased in Colombia via a syndicate that included a Colombian narco-trafficker named Nelson Urrego, who, according to Panamanian press reports and Vega, is a U.S. government (CIA) asset”

And now Mexico is severing its relationship with the CIA having anything to do with the so-called ‘war on drugs’ and it is a smart move (when considering the Pentagon has enlisted Blackwater as a contractor in the business.) Meanwhile the ‘war on drugs’ discovers the Rick Perry administration in the George W Bush home state of Texas moves very quickly to shut down investigators who’d discovered high powered American judges, politicians and law enforcement at parties thrown by drug cartels. Couple this to a joint Blackwater/CIA covert assassination program that had been run by known cartel killer Enrique Prado, coupled to Erik Prince’s known religious extremism with ties to and funding of the American religious right, one may more than speculate international narcotics trafficking is funding Rick Perry’s Islamophobic Tea Party.

And Bush appointed Robert Mueller’s FBI? NOT INTERESTED, Small wonder with Mueller having been at the center of damage control and cover-up of the Iran-Contra linked BCCI terror and narcotics money laundering scandal. This is reinforced when Attorney General Eric Holder had concealed religious-right big shot Carl Lindner‘s contributions to the Uribe linked AUC death squads in Colombia.

The CIA trafficking in Latin America is the most well documented, on account of the Iran-Contra affair having spilled into the open. And it is here we come up with the Bush family criminal syndicate who’s who of international narcotics traffickers .. oh and that ties into George H.W. Bush’s close buddy Bill Clinton, the business is a bi-partisan bag of maggots.

Blackwater, who the Pentagon had farmed out the ‘war on drugs’ in Mexico to, is identified as an extension of the CIA. Meanwhile, Blackwater’s military contractor aviation had become a multi-hundred million dollar business.

A Robert Gates linked Iran-Contra player, Duane Clarridge, had a ‘private’ CIA operating in Afghanistan, run by an Air Force contractor named Michael Furlong The New York Times had reported. Some 40 days after this story broke, we see this:

“Defense Secretary Robert Gates has opened an inquiry into whether civilian Department of Defense (Air Force) employee Michael Furlong had “violated rules” by using his position inside a highly secured military facility to coordinate a secret, unauthorized spy ring employing private contractors, to include convicted Iran-Contra CIA operative Duane ‘Dewey’ Clarridge.”

By waiting 40 days since this had spilled, Robert Gates had given damage control in this affair ample time to meet, plan, erase tracks, create false leads, and destroy evidence. Throughout his series, the New York Times reporter neglects to mention Robert Gates is also an Iran-Contra figure with a history of cover-up, investigated by prosecutor Lawrence Walsh who stated:

“By October, when Gates claimed he first remembered hearing of the diversion, Casey ordered an inquiry and later made a report to Poindexter; but, by then, the Hasenfus aircraft had been shot down and Casey and Gates were beginning to cover.”

The now known operation coordinated by Furlong employed International Media Ventures, run by veterans of General McChrystal’s Special Operations forces, American International Security, run by a former Green Beret, and most interestingly, as we have seen, a company belonging to Duane ‘Dewey’ Clarridge, a former top CIA official with close ties to Robert Gates and Iran-Contra, as well utilized by the FBI in Afghanistan. Gates waited well over a month to “open an inquiry” to see whether “rules were violated” (notice contract murder is suddenly a mere ‘rules violation.’) With reports across the globe shouting bloody murder at the trouble he was in, Furlong appears never to have been prosecuted. Where had the Furlong/Clarridge operation been based and run out of? Almost certainly from the government protected Afghan drug lord (and presidential brother) Walid Karzai’s CIA rented compound outside Kandahar. The Clarridge operation is most certainly a cover for heroin trafficking.

Now the clincher. More than 90% of this years Heroin supplied to the world (90% TO THE WORLD) will come from poppies grown in Afghanistan. This is not just the Taliban folks, it is the CIA. Cleaning up the problem or cornering the market? It would very much seem any ‘drug eradication program is window dressing the problem while in actuality cornering the market. This thought is buttressed by the Russian experience with attempting cooperation in cleaning up the hundreds of heroin labs in Afghanistan, with the American military commanders at the top blocking any efforts:

After, (video, above) the Russians’ high visibility whistle-blowing, there is grudging (and minimal) actions by the USA, busting just a few labs out of hundreds and ONLY those labs it would seem are not under the CIA’s protection. The southwest of Afghanistan is the poppy region where the USA military had taken a ‘hands off’ attitude and done little to nothing to address the problem. Any drug interdiction program efforts had been initiated against only THOSE OPUIM FARMERS WHO DO BUSINESS WITH THE TALIBAN, or 15% of the labs and traffickers. The Taliban’s 15% control of 93% of the world market for opium & heroin is still nearly 14% the world supply, this is no small business in the matter of funding their insurgency, not to mention their product is likely laundered through the CIA for export. As the USA winds down the American military involvement, it is clear the problem had never been honestly addressed.

Meanwhile, a British ambassador had been sent packing for investigating the problem from neighboring Uzbekistan and subsequently pens an article “Britain is Protecting the Biggest Heroin Crop of All Time.” It is interesting to note his linking a murdered former Russian anti-corruption investigator, Alexander Letvnenko working for MI6, had uncovered the Afghan heroin pipeline to St Petersburg… a crime blamed in popular media on Russia with little mention whatsoever of his connections in this regard. Litvenenko’s fatal mistake likely had been to concurrently cooperate with Spanish authorities on Russian mafia, bringing him too close to his expertise on the Afghan heroin pipelines. That MI6 may have been the actual perpetrator of Litvenenko’s murder is almost a certainty, with MI6 now also having been identified as piling ‘off the record’ cash to the government of Karzai and its known close connections to heroin trafficking. In the end, it come down to western complicity in the Afghan heroin trade is old news.

And in a 2009 interview with Phillip Giraldi, former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds has the following to say:

EDMONDS: Okay. So these conversations, between 1997 and 2001, had to do with a Central Asia operation that involved bin Laden. Not once did anybody use the word “al-Qaeda.” It was always “mujahideen,” always “bin Laden” and, in fact, not “bin Laden” but “bin Ladens” plural. There were several bin Ladens who were going on private jets to Azerbaijan and Tajikistan. The Turkish ambassador in Azerbaijan worked with them.

There were bin Ladens, with the help of Pakistanis or Saudis, under our management. Marc Grossman was leading it, 100 percent, bringing people from East Turkestan into Kyrgyzstan, from Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan, from Azerbaijan some of them were being channeled to Chechnya, some of them were being channeled to Bosnia. From Turkey, they were putting all these bin Ladens on NATO planes. People and weapons went one way, drugs came back.

GIRALDI: Was the U.S. government aware of this circular deal?

EDMONDS: 100 percent. A lot of the drugs were going to Belgium with NATO planes. After that, they went to the UK, and a lot came to the U.S. via military planes to distribution centers in Chicago and Paterson, New Jersey. Turkish diplomats who would never be searched were coming with suitcases of heroin.

GIRALDI: And, of course, none of this has been investigated. What do you think the chances are that the Obama administration will try to end this criminal activity?

EDMONDS: Well, even during Obama’s presidential campaign, I did not buy into his slogan of “change” being promoted by the media and, unfortunately, by the naïve blogosphere. First of all, Obama’s record as a senator, short as it was, spoke clearly. For all those changes that he was promising, he had done nothing. In fact, he had taken the opposite position, whether it was regarding the NSA’s wiretapping or the issue of national-security whistleblowers. We whistleblowers had written to his Senate office. He never responded, even though he was on the relevant committees.

As soon as Obama became president, he showed us that the State Secrets Privilege was going to continue to be a tool of choice. It’s an arcane executive privilege to cover up wrongdoing—in many cases, criminal activities. And the Obama administration has not only defended using the State Secrets Privilege, it has been trying to take it even further than the previous terrible administration by maintaining that the U.S. government has sovereign immunity. This is Obama’s change: his administration seems to think it doesn’t even have to invoke state secrets as our leaders are emperors who possess this sovereign immunity. This is not the kind of language that anybody in a democracy would use.

The other thing I noticed is how Chicago, with its culture of political corruption, is central to the new administration. When I saw that Obama’s choice of chief of staff was Rahm Emanuel, knowing his relationship with Mayor Richard Daley and with the Hastert crowd, I knew we were not going to see positive changes. Changes possibly, but changes for the worse. It was no coincidence that the Turkish criminal entity’s operation centered on Chicago.

Criminals do not voluntarily surrender their business models. Cleaning up the problem is not going to happen until the CIA covert operations is brought under control. The CIA, or a rogue element within the organization has been, personally enriching themselves for decades as international narco-traffickers, my assessment. All the while using our nation’s ‘Security’ together with all of the power of the apparatus the term implies, to cover a rogue and criminal club within our ranks. And so, another example of how it is the pursuit of violence through wars corrupts and/or attracts corrupt people. C’est la vie.

Additional Notes

An interesting aside, General Patraeus figures into the Latin America/Iran-Contra era, when he supervised his friend and professional associate from the CIA ‘Dirty Wars’ days, death squad veteran James Steele, when running covert torture centers in Iraq.

These following stories from the AP WIRE [4 years ago] point to, among other things, CIA having wiretapped DEA to prevent DEA stumbling on CIA international narco-trafficking and continued efforts by our Justice Department to cover-up crime with the state secrets doctrine:

Sep 11th, 2009 | WASHINGTON — A federal judge says the CIA is hiding behind dubious national security arguments to shield itself from a potentially embarrassing lawsuit U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth, who earlier ruled that CIA officials committed fraud to protect a former covert agent accused in the suit, has rejected an emergency request to put the case on hold while the government appeals.

The CIA has argued that allowing the case to proceed would divulge classified information, but, in an opinion made public on Friday, Lamberth said there was no good reason to delay.

In the suit, a former Drug Enforcement Administration agent claims the CIA illegally wiretapped his home when stationed in Rangoon, Burma in 1993. The agent, Richard Horn, said he became suspicious when he returned from a trip to find his government-issued rectangular coffee table had been replaced with a round one.

The case has been a test of the Obama administration’s use of the so-called state secrets privilege, when the government seeks to block legal action by saying the details that would be revealed would harm national security.

Administration officials have pledged to review all state secrets claims made by the previous Bush administration, but in many cases the government is still asserting the need to prevent disclosures that it says would harm national security.

In the DEA case, Lamberth has previously rejected the state secrets claim. Government lawyers are attempting to reassert the privilege but on different grounds, but the judge isn’t buying it.

“Having lost on their assertion of the state secrets privilege, the government’s new refrain is heads you lose, tails we win,” the judge wrote.

The court case is rooted in an old squabble between the DEA and CIA operating overseas.

Horn claims Arthur Brown, the former CIA station chief in Burma, and Franklin Huddle Jr., the chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Burma, were trying to get him relocated because they disagreed with his work with Burmese officials on the country’s drug trade.

The CIA has not said in court filings whether or not it monitored Horn, but Horn claims he was monitored without lawful authority and in violation of his constitutional protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.

The CIA buys off the DEA

WASHINGTON — The government has agreed to pay $3 million to a former agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration who sued CIA officers for illegal eavesdropping

The proposed settlement followed a ruling by U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth in July that CIA officials committed fraud to protect a former covert agent against the eavesdropping allegations.

The lawsuit was brought by former DEA agent Richard Horn, who says his home in Rangoon, Burma, was illegally wiretapped by the CIA in 1993. He says Arthur Brown, the former CIA station chief in Burma, and Franklin Huddle Jr., the chief of mission at the U.S. Embassy in Burma, were trying to get him transferred because they disagreed with his work with Burmese officials on the country’s drug trade.

Horn sued Brown and Huddle in 1994, seeking monetary damages for violating his civil rights. The CIA itself was a defendant in the lawsuit until early this year…..

Then-CIA Director George Tenet filed an affidavit asking that the case against Brown be dismissed because he was a covert agent whose identity was a state secret that must not be revealed in open court. Lamberth granted the CIA’s request and threw out the case against Brown in 2004.

Lamberth found out last year that Brown’s cover had been lifted in 2002, even though the CIA continued to file legal documents saying his status was covert. The judge found that the CIA intentionally misled the court and he reinstated the case against Brown.

The agreement in the case was revealed in court papers filed Tuesday night, and Lamberth will now consider whether to dismiss the suit. Under the proposed settlement, the government makes no admission as to whether the allegations in the lawsuit are true

WASHINGTON — Ahmed Wali Karzai, the brother of the president of Afghanistan, gets regular payments from the CIA and has for much of the past eight years, The New York Times reported Tuesday.

The newspaper said that according to current and former American officials, the CIA pays Karzai for a variety of services, including helping to recruit an Afghan paramilitary force that operates at the CIA’s direction in and around Kandahar.

The CIA’s ties to Karzai, who is a suspected player in the country’s illegal opium trade, have created deep divisions within the Obama administration, the Times said

Allegations that Karzai is involved in the drug trade have circulated in Kabul for months. He denies them.

Critics say the ties with Karzai complicate the United States’ increasingly tense relationship with his older brother, President Hamid Karzai. The CIA’s practices also suggest that the United States is not doing everything in its power to stamp out the lucrative Afghan drug trade, a major source of revenue for the Taliban.

Some American officials argue that the reliance on Ahmed Wali Karzai, a central figure in the south of the country where the Taliban is dominant, undermines the U.S. push to develop an effective central government that can maintain law and order and eventually allow the United States to withdraw.

“If we are going to conduct a population-centric strategy in Afghanistan, and we are perceived as backing thugs, then we are just undermining ourselves,” Maj. Gen. Michael T. Flynn, the senior American military intelligence official in Afghanistan, was quoted by the Times in an article published on its Web site.

Ahmed Wali Karzai told the Times that he cooperates with American civilian and military officials but does not engage in the drug trade and does not receive payments from the CIA.

Karzai helps the CIA operate a paramilitary group, the Kandahar Strike Force, that is used for raids against suspected insurgents and terrorists, according to several American officials. Karzai also is paid for allowing the CIA and American Special Operations troops to rent a large compound outside the city, which also is the base of the Kandahar Strike Force, the Times said.

Karzai also helps the CIA communicate with and sometimes meet with Afghans loyal to the Taliban, the newspaper reported.

CIA spokesman George Little declined to comment on the report.

“Ghulam Haider Hamidi, the mayor of Kandahar in southern Afghanistan where a large chunk of the new U.S. forces will be deployed, cited corruption — which Karzai has pledged to fight — as the worst problem facing his nation. “The biggest problem is corruption in the Afghan government, police and military but also in some of the companies coming from the United States, Canada and England and Germany,” Hamidi said. “There is corruption and drug dealing by the people who are in power, within the police and the military.”Hamidi said just last month he was told that Taliban were sleeping in the police barracks.”The police are taking money from both sides — the government and the Taliban,” he said. “When we have this kind of police and military, the Afghan problem won’t be solved in 20 years.””

What Hamidi had pointed directly to, is military subcontractors in the employ of CIA, the military and the police, all in bed with both narcotics trafficking and the Taliban.

Wali Karzai and Ghulam Haider Hamidi were both assassinated not long after, Wali Karzai because he was too ‘hot’ (his own CIA liaison killed him) and Ghulam Haider Hamidi because he was too clean ..

29 August 2021 Update: Pepe Escobar to The GreyZone’s Ben Norton & Max Blumenthal on the Taliban pledge to wipe out opium production in, and opium export from, Afghanistan:

“This is all Northern Alliance warlords. Once again, there is no Pashtuns involved in this. This is a huge, serious issue, and I’m sure they’re going to fulfill it because this is another eternal clash between the Northern Alliance and the Taliban. This is a very, very important point for them in terms of public opinion everywhere, not only in Eurasia but in the rest of the world in terms of anti-drugs and a very good p.r. for them.”

Well, Pepe Escobar is full of shit or full of himself (which is about the same thing.) Opium and heroin production in Afghanistan was never a sole business of the Northern Alliance. Walid Karzai was a Pashtun and key player in the narcotics trade operating out of the Pashtun majority Kandahar Province, the single most productive region of opium in Afghanistan. No Pashtun opium farmers in Kandahar? I don’t think so. No Pashtuns involved in the production and export of opium and heroin causing problems in Russia and Iran? I don’t think so. And the hundreds of on location Afghanistan heroin processing labs are not so much as mentioned by Escobar. Let’s also not forget Kandahar Province is historically renown as a Taliban sympathetic territory where narcotics trafficking and related corruption was to a point the Taliban were sleeping in the USA supported Afghanistan government’s police barracks:

The statement by Escobar relevant to the preceding is, in effect, such an egregious lie, it discredits the entire interview with Norton & Blumenthal.

Death of a MOSSAD Agent

Even with the best of agents, when operations run on the edge go wrong, they will always look bad. When an undercover operative is killed rather than the target, it is as about as bad as things can get, because the dead undercover operative can possibly be traced by both the penetrated organization and law enforcement. This is the likely outcome of a blown operation in which I’d been the target. My experience is reconstructed nearly verbatim from notes I’d made shortly after the event.

At Neu Koln, Berlin, when catching the U-7 subway south towards Rudow, I was standing at the underground kiosk buying breath fresheners when the train arrived. I quickly tried to complete the transaction but figured I would likely have to catch the next train. I noticed a group of young Arabs holding the door to the train open, preventing it’s departure, all (4) of them watching me, clearly it appeared as though they either expected me to catch that train or they would not be on it themselves.

The train consequently waited for me and I sprinted to the door they were holding for me and jumped between them, onboard. They let the door close as I turned 180 degrees rather than taking a seat, making them a group of five.

Standing facing them, holding a pole, all seemed surprised at my action. A shorter, darker one, then began to assail me in Arabic language as though I were expected to understand, this one initially took the lead and was most vehement and hostile, although a couple of the others were also saying quite angry things to me direct, also if expecting I would understand.

I simply looked at them all, eyes moving one to the other direct, and asked “Do you speak English?”

A tall member of the group, with light complexion on my right (all of them were facing me) and who did not become involved with the angry speech, indicated he did speak English with “Yes”

I asked “What country are you from?”

His indirect answer was to point to the most hostile one, the short grubby one who was wearing an Israeli Defense Force battle fatigue shirt as though it were a trophy, and stated “He is Palestinian.”

He made this a clear distinction. My guess was the one who’d made this statement and the 2 others (all taller, better dressed and lighter complexion than the ‘Palestinian’) were Hezbollah aligned Lebanese, there is a large Lebanese community in that area.

I said to the short hostile one, emphatically: “You’re Palestinian? I apologize to you for George Bush!”

That one statement changed everything. All of them went silent and the ‘Palestinian’ never said another word.

I then said: “There are many good people in my country who don’t like what is happening, it is a difficult situation.”

From this moment and comment, the now totally silent (and clear outsider) ‘Palestinian’ became the target of the Lebanese, while they checked out my reactions to their terrorizing the ‘Palestinian’, the focus of their hostility had shifted away from me.

What happened now was really interesting. One of the Lebanese is suddenly is getting on his cell phone and making a call… while the groups leader, the tall one to my right, looks at me while pointing to the ‘Palestinian’ who is suddenly looking very ill, and says “Maybe he is Israeli” while assessing my reaction.

I deliberately made myself look surprised and suspicious, raised one eyebrow at the ‘Palestinian’ and said “Israeli Arab?” as though I both: did not fully understand and did not like the idea or somehow found it disconcerting.

The train had made a brief stop and a fifth Arab (Lebanese) joined us with a cell phone and greeting the other Lebanese but not the ‘Palestinian’ who had simply become demoralized with a now clearly frightened look. The new arrival had some conversation in Arabic with the tall on my right, after a hand/fist greeting that, by gesture and look, was attempting to sort some things that needed sorting.

The new arrival is now on his phone while also talking to the tall one to my right, but interrupts his conversation with the tall Lebanese and asks me “Where are you from? England?” almost as to test my veracity, his English skills would know, and I clearly answered “USA.”

I was asked “Where do you stay?”

I stated as a matter of fact “Berlin”

Then I was asked: “Do you speak German” and I answered “Only a little” .. whereas the tall one to my right gave an absolutely evil look at the ‘Palestinian’ and said slowly, deliberately, “My German is VERY good.” [I’ve often wondered at the significance of that statement]

The new one and the tall one looked at each other, spoke again in Arabic and then the tall one suggested to me while rubbing the ‘Palestinians’ belly “Maybe he is a good boy for sex. What do you think?”

Now the ‘Palestinian’ had the absolute look of ‘I am going to die’ on his face as I answered emphatically, with the culturally correct “I am a good man!” and an offended look (I wore silver studs in my ears at that time and likely had been falsely profiled to MOSSAD as gay)

Suddenly the tall Lebanese, with my answer, made a violent stabbing motion with his right hand at the ‘Palestinian’ while shouting (nearly screaming) to the new arrival “The Israeli must be killed!!”

The Lebanese closed around the ‘Palestinian’ with looks of shock and rage on their faces, when the train stopped, they shoved him off the train together with stepping off themselves. I assure you all, the ‘Palestinian’ did not live long after this interrogation, at most a matter of hours.

Now, I noticed the Germans on the train, men looking straight ahead, no expression, several women had looks of absolute terror on their faces, it had been that intense.

The ‘Palestinian’ was clearly not one of the group in any sense of intimate acquaintance or typical association. He was dressed a bit shabbily, wearing the IDF olive drab fatigue jacket with a Hebrew lettered tag over the left pocket. The Lebanese were all clean, well dressed, of a better class, and obviously educated and intelligent. The ‘Palestinian’ had gone from initiator of the groups hostilities towards me, to the groups target in this course of events lasting about 10 minutes. I expected I could have died. Clearly, the posed as a ‘Palestinian’ MOSSAD agent had died instead.

This was a failed scheme (compromised operation) of using the ‘Palestinian’, almost certainly a Sephardic MOSSAD agent fluent in Arab language and culture, under false pretext to dupe Hezbollah aligned people into assisting with a hit in a difficult operational area (Arab neighborhood.) Between my survival skills (training) confronting the circumstance with dialogue, and Hezbollah’s obvious caution, the Israeli operative, in a sense, literally cut his own throat. He was not prepared for my direct engagement.

With the CIA or MOSSAD (your choice) having decided to leak the fact clandestine operations of the two agencies have established a certain degree of fusion, released as a psychological ploy (neither agency is particularly bright these days), it brought into perspective a phenomena I had puzzled over for some time; how it was I’d drawn the attempted lethal attention of both institutions in a matter of two weeks (in the Fall of 2007.) A case of leaked accountability to Newsweek magazine establishes the CIA & MOSSAD were initiating joint assassinations by February, 2008. In actuality, my case establishes they were already jointly pursuing targets four months previous to this, in October, 2007.

MOSSAD is bound to a code of conduct which requires avenging a loss. I would simply point out to the Israelis, at what price? What had happened in the aftermath of this failed operation had been MOSSAD coming after me with a vengeance. The question MOSSAD should have looked at is, did CIA and ‘associates’ calculatedly omit the fact of my exceptional training, as well the fact I had repeatedly surprised and neutralized or reversed previous operations mounted against myself prior to this event? By now MOSSAD should understand their several subsequent failures can be no accident. No one is that lucky.

People should learn to take responsibility for their mistakes as opposed to doubling-down with attempts based on a moral & tactical failure. As a matter of fact I do not celebrate the MOSSAD man’s death; nor do I regret it. After all, it was not myself initiated the deadly encounter.

A closing note: I would point out to the radicalized-nationalist Israelis, and MOSSAD is populated with these, with a gross history of policy failures, the nature of psychology is, when you have made a mistake, you must correct yourself, to stay a correct course of action. Otherwise, mistakes become complications and complications lead to making by far more serious mistakes:

The DIA and Shamanism

For those of my readers who are unfamiliar with the ‘far side’ of the intelligence world, I will simply note the MKULTRA ‘mind control’ program was (and perhaps still is) a very real CIA program with roots in NAZI behavioral science. Since, both the CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency had seriously investigated (and perhaps still are) certain parapsychology phenomena as noted in the U.S. Marine Corps War College academic paper:

Unconventional Human Intelligence Support: Transcendent and Asymmetric Warfare Implications of Remote Viewing

“Transcendent warfare’s impact extends well beyond remote viewing, which offers a glimpse of the possible. It also holds the potential for fundamentally shifting and expanding our current understanding of reality to such an extent that manipulation of established reality parameters, such as time, becomes possible if not plausible. The first nation or group that actualizes transcendent warfare will therefore possess a strategic advantage that may prove insurmountable”

It is noted on page 15:

“Remote viewing could not be controlled and the CIA knew it”

And in this context it is very interesting to read:

“The real challenge for the United States is not asymmetrical warfare, but rather what this writer calls transcendent warfare, the ability to conceptualize and subsequently actualize an entirely new form of warfare that transcends all previously known models. Said ability could enable a nation state or other entity to redefine and to advance warfare to a completely different level or dimension, possibly comprehensible by only a selected but powerful few”

Indeed. And those powerful few need not belong to any nation-state. Nor to any organization. Nor be limited to ‘Remote Viewing.” In fact ‘remote viewing’ (as known to indigenous shamanism, but they do not call it that) is but one aspect of a phenomena of which knowing how to ‘read’ (entirely unknown to the Marine Corps study author) is every bit as important as knowing how to ‘see’

The DIA & Shamanism

‘The spirit puts into the mind of a man, to know what to do’ –Native American Proverb

The Defense Intelligence Agency, CIA and FBI, all, have sought the Native American knowledge and advanced understanding of ‘remote viewing’, the Native grasp of this phenomena having been far and away superior to any of the western psychics. Native ‘Remote Viewing’, simply put, is the ability to picture and follow events at a distance, in real time, using only the mind.

The Native ability to do this had been, prior to the enforced Anglo-centric education in modern day Indian country, truly phenomenal. And this fact, the enforced western education, is the first clue to the DIA failure. Coinciding with the western education destroying Native thought forms, is the language barrier, wherein Native concept does not easily translate to western, this is the second clue, and underlying this is the coup de grace; a world view so fundamentally different to western, to bring the understanding across would require a rare and uniquely qualified person indeed. I happen to be that person, and I don’t work for the DIA.

In the 1930s, noted linguist Benjamin Whorf postulated language shapes reality (and that Natives know a reality the westerners cannot see), following his learning and subsequent study of Hopi Language. His work on this observed a different concept of time and ultimately led to his (argued over by academics ever since) conclusion there is a distinct similarity in Hopi language to Einstein’s theory of relativity. Hence Whorf’s theory or variant of ‘linguistic relativity’ came into being.

Following Whorf’s pioneering (and much disputed) work, noted ‘action anthropologist’ Karl Schlesier, observed in his book ‘The Wolves of Heaven’ (on Cheyenne shamanism) the resemblance of Cheyenne world view to famed Einstein associate and theoretical physicist David Boehm’s theories. Boehm himself, altogether independently of Schlesier’s observation, entered into an exploratory dialogue on the subject of a Native American world view relationship to Quantum Mechanics with a Canadian Blackfoot Indian, Leroy Little Bear, Director of Native Studies at Harvard. Following Boehm’s death, this dialogue, now comprising a mix of mostly western scientists, some specialized in physics and others in Native American Studies (a form of Western cultural anthropology), had been relocated to SEED Open University at Albuquerque, New Mexico. It was at SEED the dialogue had hosted keynote speaker James O’Dea, then president of the Institute of Noetic Science, and by this time the entire process had been fairly hijacked by New Age influenced science and become hopelessly misguided. How this ties into the DIA will be dealt with in the narrative of this article.

Reputedly based on work initiated in part by the [then new] Institute of Noetic Sciences in the early 1970s, by 1995 the Department of Defense ostensibly discontinued funding of research into remote viewing:

“The foregoing observations provide a compelling argument against continuation of the program within the intelligence community. Even though a statistically significant effect has been observed in the laboratory, it remains unclear whether the existence of a paranormal phenomenon, remote viewing, has been demonstrated. “An Evaluation of Remote Viewing: Research and Applications” -American Institutes for Research, Sept. 29, 1995

The problem with this [foregoing] statement, particularly the language “..it remains unclear whether the existence of a paranormal phenomenon, remote viewing, has been demonstrated” is, the Defense Intelligence Agency, CIA and FBI, all, are aware in fact it is VERY CLEAR there is ‘existence of a paranormal phenomenon, ‘remote viewing’’, based on investigations into the Native American use of remote viewing technique. Remote viewing had been taken into the lab for studies for a period of roughly two decades. Considering this had been a Defense Intelligence Agency funded study, and further considering the Department of Defense spent $350 million on brain research studies in 2011 alone, and in fact remote viewing is known to have highly detailed and reliable instance outside of the lab (in indigenous cultures), it would seem more likely the effort to exploit this indigenous knowledge had shifted away from the lab failures and amateur efforts of western psychics and into clandestine cultural anthropology fieldwork. This thought is supported by a short study on Transcendental Warfare at the United States Marine Corps War College, proposing the CIA [or the DIA] may have done exactly that.

Bolstering this preceding thought is the fact momentous steps have been taken in the field of Quantum Mechanics since the 1980s particularly, to a point where today’s theoretical physicist Bernard d’Espagnat can state:

“The doctrine that the world is made up of objects whose existence is independent of human consciousness turns out to be in conflict with quantum mechanics and with facts established by experiment”

The problem faced by DIA/CIA in this instance is, all lab science to now has been based largely on Cartesian dualism relevant to matter, the scientists brains are trained up this way and suddenly the DIA finds itself dealing with an unexplored unity principle, insofar as pursuing indigenous knowledge. The vaunted laboratories of western empiricism are in fact useless to pursue what lies beyond the grasp of nearly the entire body of science on account of how the mentalities of the scientists themselves are shaped through life-long training. Suddenly it makes sense to revert to cultural anthropology in the chase for an understanding of reality beyond the present purview of western knowledge, bringing them to Benjamin Worf’s work as a point of reference. I will propose not only did the DIA throw away much money in the lab, but continue to chase rabbit trails with their penetration of Institute of Noetic Sciences shamanic studies, where there is as much self-deceit generally, as there is in a culture particularly devoted to exploitation of phenomenal nature they had failed to grasp from the time of Plato and the inception of western science.

Native languages are pretty much ‘noun free’ languages, where everything is described in terms of process, and process is a moving thing, hence the Native differing concept of ‘time.’ The present is never static, it is always perceived as moving and you are moving with it. Past and future, both, have a present tense. Our world is perceived as a living clock of sorts, the clock is time in motion and we all are part and parcel of this clock. So, it is easy to see how the western mentality is not equipped to fathom Native thought and its attending abilities and how enforced western educations in Cartesian based or Platonic philosophies and concepts of time would destroy the abilities of the present Native generations through the deprivation of their language and its attending intelligence. Simply put, western education, from a Native Quantum Mechanics based perception of reality, dumbs people down, severely.

How is the ancient native mind shaped? From infancy, the child is included in nearly everything. An infant sleeps with their parents until they wean themselves, that could be to age three or four. A baby that does not wish to be held, must not be held. A toddler is distracted and enticed away from danger rather than shouted at. Behavior is explained, never demanded. The children are NEVER lied to. Teaching the child is primarily via setting highest ethical example. The same respect accorded the child is accorded all living things, to include trees and even stones. The is no ‘adult’ world versus a child’s world.

The result of this upbringing is the child learning to ‘see’ the world they live in, the ‘living clock’, as a state of self-integrated/ongoing process. The ‘product’ of this process is people who cannot be told what to do except that they should decide for themselves following a leader is in their best interest. Western educations, of course, kill this process, and development in the ancient Native mentality is arrested. But it was my good fortune to experience teachers in the truly ancient Native mentality, and at a point in life I was prepared to listen and discipline myself in ways westerners, as a class, are nearly incapable of, particularly the males. And so it is, over a span of three decades, I learned to ‘see.’ Once set down that road free of the constraints of western culture and education, the ‘sight’ only grows, for the entirety of one’s life. Cartesian/Platonic mentalities can never fully know this, or that is to say ‘science’ and mentalities trained in western thought. The Cartesian/Platonic disciplined mentality is ‘masculinized’ out of the ability to ‘see’ from infancy. And though it may be possible for the western mentality to intellectually grasp this (or westernized mentality, e.g. Leroy Little Bear), it would be nearly impossible, for the males particularly, to overcome how their minds have been shaped and actually ‘know’ these phenomena, except they were able to authentically reject everything they have learned, a highly unlikely prospect, and begin from scratch. Ready to throw away that PhD, as well everything you’ve learned since in the womb, and begin all over again at age 30-50? They can’t do it. Even were there necessarily qualified Native teachers remaining who would agree to share their knowledge, something a properly trained ‘seer’ would NEVER do for DIA, because it would take them out of alignment with the living clock and consequently out the window would go their gift of sight. Why? Simply recall d’Espagnat stating human consciousness cannot be arbitrarily separated from objects, which is what Cartesian-Platonic shaped science sets out to do.

When contrasted to the ‘living clock’ Native understanding of reality, the Native could be said to be allergic to the western concept of reality, which is almost certainly why the gifted Native cosmologist, Leon Secatero, became ill and died, following his immersion in Western culture. Leon had tried to bring related ideas from Native Quantum reality across, to among others, Seed Open University, in that organization’s attempts to ‘feminize’ the masculine western reality, but the fact remains the result is not Native reality, but instead a ‘feminized’ western masculine reality. There cannot be any honest integration of the western duality outside of the ‘living clock’, because the androgynous nature of intention in the living nature aspect we are all meant to be integrated to, cannot know separation from the self. This requirement of Cartesian/Platonic philosophy shapes the western culture’s mentalities which only know intention as manipulation exterior to any integrated to Nature experience. Nature hates you and you will die.

A short manner of restating all of this preceding is, if “the kingdom of heaven is within”, and you “must be like little children” to get there, a culture subsequently shaped by the worship of a sadistic political murder of those very ideas, can never know the experience.

Having much of my youth in close proximity to the Montana Blackfeet and knowing Indians growing up, it was a no-brainer [in my thinking] to immerse in that culture when I’d realized I was not adjusting to western culture on my return from Vietnam. Our Indian tribes have a special –and different- relationship to their veterans and the fact of my being a veteran, as well acquainted with Indians for some years already, eased my move into that culture in the middle 1970s. I immersed in the Blackfoot language community, their way of life and ceremony. I was fortunate to be initially ‘adopted’ by an old couple living on the Rocky Mountain Front, south of Browning, Montana. He was a healer, she was a ‘seer.’ Via my relationship to this old couple, I became a member of the ‘Black Door’ clan.

I gathered fire wood for the old couple, cut holes in the ice at the edge of a small lake, so their few cows could drink, made better deals for them when doing business with White ranchers to buy hay and was their driver. The old woman, the ‘seer’, was my primary teacher. I learned to play the ‘stick game’ and became perhaps the only White grandmaster, of that ancient oracle, in Blackfoot history. To be a grandmaster player of the stick game, you must be able to ‘see’ and to ‘see’ quite well. But what the old lady could do, outside of the context of that [in my case] ‘training’ game, was extraordinary. She was reminiscing one time about her younger days when she’d owned a small accordion and was thinking aloud she would like to play one again. Then she looked at me and said “Ron, you know someone who will give me an accordion.” I did not say anything, did not react, only waited for her to continue. She described a man she was absolutely certain I would know, and thinking about it, I thought perhaps she was talking about a German neighbor I’d known growing up but I’d never known him to play accordion. I drove her across the mountains to visit this man I’d not seen in several years, he welcomed us, listened to my explanation, produced an accordion from his storage closet and gave it to her.

I thought that was a pretty interesting event, but it paled by comparison to events to come. Going to this thought, I will recount one more of the old lady’s ability to ‘see’ that was nothing short of amazing. In the 1970s reservation area south of Browning, telephones were nearly unknown. Our rural house had electric lights and that was it. But with the old lady around, we did not need any form of electronic communications. One day she announced we would drive to the house of people she knew on the Blood Indian (Canadian Blackfeet) Reserve at Cardston, Alberta. We would wait there and there would be people driving from the other direction, looking for a healer skilled in the art the old man knew, and they would stop at that house to inquire. I drove the old couple to their stated destination and there we waited and in drove a car of Cree Indians from the north, looking for a healer with a certain ability and the old man was already there, waiting for them. It worked out precisely as the old lady had stated it would, consistent with our planned timeline and departure. In 1981 the old man became ill, he eventually died and she retired. Then began my next experiences, with a new teacher.

It was in 1981, having moved to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains on the border of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation west of Browning, a remarkable man knocked on my door. This man was Pat Kennedy, a Plains Ojibwa Oral Historian and Medicine Man who had married into the Blackfeet tribe 30 years before. Speaking seven native languages fluently, including the Blackfeet language, and with a fluent and creative use of the native pidgin English we held our initial conversation in, Pat had never been to school. His Irish name had been assigned to his family by the government when the apartheid system called Indian reservations had been established. When Pat had knocked and I opened the door for him, his introduction was: “I’m Pat Kennedy. I like where your house is and I would like to use it for ceremony.” For the following 24 years, until he died, I was this remarkable man’s student and became one of his close and best friends. For the first eight years of my learning with Pat, I traveled with him widely and met other masters of the Native American science based in advanced understanding of Quantum Mechanics. These people live a reality that can only be described in western terminology as sort of low key ‘lucid dreaming.’ Here again I met ‘seers’ with uncanny accuracy in describing real time events which manifest precisely as predicted, in one instance it had been announced by a ‘seer’ another medicine man was approaching in company of several persons he was not acquainted with. The old man detailed each individual precisely as they appeared on arrival. Now begins the journey of several ‘coincidence’ [noting coincidence is not a valid concept in Native American thought] that take Pat and myself to the Institute for Noetic Sciences, but first a bit more on the ‘seers’ in Indian country, and Pat’s relating experience to me about meeting the FBI and information on ‘others’ involved with seeking out Native American’s gifted with accurate real time ‘remote viewing’ skill.

Pat related to me that, some years previous to our becoming acquainted, he had been one of the Indians the FBI had expressed an interest in, on account of ‘remote viewing’ (Pat did not call it that) and he had initially been amenable to meeting with these people but soon changed his mind and decided not to work with them. The best way I can explain Pat’s and other of the valid Native seers rationale, is to state a well know fact in Indian country: “Coyote is crazy because he has a maggot in his brain.” Now, if the FBI (or for that matter, the DIA/CIA) were to hear this perfectly logical statement (to the ancient Indian mentality) given as a reason (the Indians do not provide the reasoning, they simply do not show up), they’d be stumped, because they cannot translate Native thinking to begin with, let alone Native proverbs. What has actually been stated concerning Coyote is crazy because he has a maggot in his brain in relation to the FBI is, ‘these people are killers.’ Alternatively it is a polite way of saying ‘we saw a murder agenda.’ Well, of course they would see an agenda, where any agenda might be, because they are ‘seers.’ So, in the end, the FBI, CIA and DIA investigations of the Native ‘seer’ phenomena, became stuck with the petty sorcerers, the self-employed dilettantes and out & out fakes in Indian country, because the real McCoy wanted nothing to do with them. This coyote proverb refers to an ancient method of murder in Native America, by introducing a particular larva into the nostril of a sleeping person, a method that almost invariably killed the victim, after a period of insanity. In certain contexts, Coyote represents the Mankind when at his worst behavior.

In the ‘living clock’, which has its own power of volition, there is no concept of coincidence or accident. And so it was my teacher, Pat Kennedy, had been the first Native American awarded the “Temple Prize”, for creative altruism, by the Institute of Noetic Sciences, in 1997. On first sight, the actual award was a disaster. Nominated by an IONS member so low as to be a worm, speaking of the dualistic nature of many western personalities, the man’s name is not worth mentioning here, but better consigned to the ash heap of history. Once the prize had been confirmed as awarded to Pat, his nominator had a panic attack of ego driven self-importance and the moron completely and totally hijacked Pat, in a quite literal sense. Rather than allow Pat to ‘see his way through’, which would include the route taken on the drive to Palm Springs for the award ceremony, the nominating ‘worm’ who’d manifested a side no one of us (except his ex-wife, I called her and was debriefed after the fact) had seen before, took the wheel in a fury of self-importance and direct intention he would be ‘the man.’ As it happened, I’d taken a carload of other supporting cast from Indian country, on a separate route and arrived at the IONS convention site first. Pat arrived literally shocked, battered and bruised, his ‘worm chauffer’ had hit the brakes so hard on the drive down that Pat, in a wheelchair recovering from surgery, had been sent flying across the van and crashed inside, wheelchair pounding him on top of having been violently thrown out of it. I assessed the circumstance, saw the totally changed personality and emergence of the ‘worm’ only in it for himself and stepped in as Pat’s inseparable bodyguard.

For an ancient Native mentality, to be knocked out of the timing, can be fatal. Pat was not able to recover his equilibrium but at least I was able to keep him from the ‘worm’s’ intentional self aggrandizing ego-inflation and other persons who would be pleased to exploit him. For Pat, it was all worthwhile in the end, because he was able to spend the better part of two hours in a private conversation with ‘the man who’d gone to the Moon’ [Edgar Mitchell] while I sat nearby with a near literal ‘I’ll kill you’ look for anyone who it even crossed their mind to get close to the two of them as they talked. Pat used the prize money to begin a series of annual ‘Peace Camps.’

Meanwhile, in the early 2000s, I’d taken an interest in the SEED Open University’s sponsorship of ‘Language of Spirit’ dialogues, originally initiated by the theoretical physicist and Einstein associate David Boehm, attempting reconciling Native American Quantum reality to western science. Concurrent to this I was also investigating organized crime in government related to American intelligence agencies and charter schools providing cover/training environment, for CIA officers. It is no accident the famed Anna Chapman Russian spy ring appears never to have gotten any closer to Americans with sensitive connections and information than charter schools. But if you are the USA counter-intelligence authorities and the massive push for, and funding of, charter schools as cover for intelligence embeds throughout society, this is not something you’d want to escape the ‘pound’ and most certainly the USA would prefer the Russians looked incompetent, something they most certainly are not, in matters of HUMIT (human intelligence, i.e. spies.) Meanwhile, having penetrated a charter school serving precisely this purpose, the East Mountain High School at Sandia Park, New Mexico, staffed in some part by CIA, I was also attending the SEED dialogues in Albuquerque, with a continuing interest in bridging the chasm between Native American Quantum reality and western concept, if only to try and point out to the Cartesian/Platonic science they are at a world threatening dead end, with their attitude and approach shaped by western thought.

The expression ‘as fate would have it’, a dim memory in western culture of faraway time lived in the ‘clock’ that is nature, is an apropos expression to describe what happens next. Former Amnesty International (USA) board director Francis Boyle had stated:

“My conclusion was that a high-level official of Amnesty International at that time, whom I will not name, was a British intelligence agent. Moreover, my fellow board member, who also investigated this independently of me, reached the exact same conclusion. So certainly when I am dealing with people who want to work with Amnesty in London, I just tell them, “Look, just understand, they’re penetrated by intelligence agents, U.K., maybe U.S., I don’t know, but you certainly can’t trust them”

And viola! A MI6 officer, James O’Dea, in a quid pro quo relationship with DIA/CIA based on information sharing, had gone from Director of the Amnesty International’s Washington DC office, to head up the Institute of Noetic Sciences and took enough interest in the dialogues at SEED, in Albuquerque, to attend as “keynote speaker”, where we became acquainted. In fact O’Dea took a direct interest in me at this event. It was not long after this, by now I’d penetrated the spy cover at the East Mountain High School to stir a hornet’s nest of intelligence agency paranoia, I’d experienced my first brush with assassination in some years, since I’d been an civil investigator in Indian country. I had to bail out of the USA and within four months of my arrival in Germany exile, a senior CIA trainer from the school, assassin Vince Langan, made the first attempt on my life abroad and blew it because I know how to ‘see’ my way through. And although I knew James O’Dea personally, and had copied him on communications prior to sorting this, Amnesty International had shut down any hearing of my fugitive status, cold. Former Amnesty executive O’Dea, with it all falling apart, quit IONS and returned to ‘international work’, likely to assist tracking down and eliminating this reporter. Since, Amnesty International has provided new leadership to Freedom House, a CIA front fingered by rogue CIA Officer Phillip Agee, when Sue Gunawardena-Vaughn took over that organization. And so it is humanitarian organizations intermingle with intelligence agencies in support of humanitarian violence.

The nice thing is, the ‘living clock’ is failsafe, Cartesian-Platonic shaped personalities will never be able to exploit it. The DIA, CIA and FBI come out the losers, irrespective of what happens to me.

America’s Deep State

Article one of an eight part series

In any democracy, ethics, self restraint, tolerance and honesty will always play second fiddle to narcissism, avarice, bigotry & persecution, if only because people who play by the rules in any democracy are at a disadvantage to those who easily subvert the rules to their own advantage (Ronald’s Maxim)

What is our ‘Deep State’? The USA’s deep state is organized criminal cabals or cartels with agents penetrating government for purposes of subversion to the benefit of organized corporate crime.

More particularly, the ‘American Deep State’ consists of organizationally fused corporate personalities and intelligence agency personnel; with embedded support throughout government, via highly placed officials and bureaucrats in all branches- legislative, executive, judicial, and especially military.

Of the USA’s corporate organized crime’s ‘Deep State’ godfathers, the most accomplished, George H.W. Bush, will soon be dead. This not a cause for celebration, if only because, having not been tried, convicted and punished under existing American law, the elder Bush will be given a state funeral and a successor chosen. But I wish to remind this evil man I will still be alive and assessing his network for public consumption, for the rule of law may prevail, as much as it is inevitable the elder Bush must die.

Empirically speaking, a doctor’s diagnosis of a patient is based on a study of symptoms, and such will be the basis for our examination of today’s parasitic infection of the USA by our very own American ‘Deep State’ network.

The primary symptom of any advanced case of the disease ‘Deep State’ is ‘impunity.’ We’ll begin with an examination of this symptom according to the Oxford:

In the many undisputable cases of impunity, symptom of an advanced infection of ‘Deep State’, we will begin with the Bush administration. It is only fair to discount objections stemming from the infection itself. Hence the denials of the parties perpetrating treason may be ignored altogether, in they have not faced trial and presented a legitimate defense, even though there is ample cause ‘prima facie’ demanding they had been long since put on trial. Let’s examine the preliminary facts, beginning with the familiar and often accused criminal Dick Cheney.

In a case closely monitored by Obama’s White House, Cheney is gotten off the hook for 180 million dollars he paid in bribes to a murderous dictator, in an arrangement with Nigeria’s subsequent government, put together by George H.W. Bush and former Secretary of State James Baker. $250,000,000, most of it released from secret Swiss accounts, is the price to avoid an Interpol international arrest warrant issued for Cheney, with a wink and a nod from Obama officials. Cheney should have been prosecuted under federal criminal RICO law with accessory to murder.

For someone who can dodge murder related bribery charges in the hundreds of millions of dollars, with the full complicity of Obama’s department of Justice, it should come as no surprise a State of Texas Grand Jury indictment of Cheney can be quashed in another case of what clearly appears to be racketeering influenced corrupt organizations (essentially a mafia) tied to Cheney. Typically a Grand Jury is made up of thoughtful, intelligent citizens known to be of good character and citizenship, meeting in secrecy. These are not people in a position of abusing power but deliberately selected to meet and consider preliminary evidence of crimes and decide whether prosecution is in order. When considering evidence which has been presented, they are sequestered and there is no state official present to influence their decision. It is a fair assumption to state, if a Grand Jury indicts, there has been convincing evidence of crime has been assessed and accepted. In Cheney’s case, he did not even bother to send a lawyer to defend himself and the judge quashed the indictment with a warning to the District Attorney not to file another case.

Of course, if Cheney is not going to be prosecuted for serious crimes committed in the USA, there is little chance he will be prosecuted for crimes abroad under USA law (as we have seen already in the Nigeria case.)

This brings us to the notorious kidnapping and torture cases involving Cheney & associates cheating justice and the lack of prosecutions (again.) When it is clear a nation will not prosecute its own international criminals, the principle of ‘Universal Jurisdiction’ in international law comes into play. The USA has a problem related to this, in the case of renditions (kidnap & delivery) to torture. The answer? Apply pressure to other governments with the specific goal of shutting down investigation and prosecution of American international criminals. We have seen this clearly in the case of the Spanish courts interfered with, and devastating effect to the rule of law. Of course trashing the rule of law has wide benefits, insofar as organized crime embedded as a ‘Deep State’ in the USA in its exercise of impunity. How far is the reach of this American criminal syndicate? So far as to have a bothersome (courageous) judge removed from the bench in another nation; now we can widen the scope of our inquiry into impunity as the symptom of an American ‘Deep State.’

Judge Baltasar Garzon was the man who, in 1998, ordered the arrest of Augusto Pinochet, the man who overthrew his government with numerous attending ‘disappeared’ persons and many more documented murders. The impetus/design behind the clearly murderous actions of Pinochet had been provided by Henry Kissinger and George H.W. Bush. It is a multi-faceted crime that simply refuses to go away. It was Judge Garzon who’d set the ball rolling to bring these criminals to justice and it was Judge Garzon who was removed by Spanish authorities after pressure brought by the USA, whose ambassador had stated the judge was “anti-American.” By implication, the USA is claiming any prosecution of its crimes is anti-American, similar to Israel claiming any genuine criticism of Israel is ‘anti-Semitic.’

As we go back into time relating to the American ‘Deep State’ establishment, we discover sordid details pointing to the absolutely heinous, utterly odious and wicked character traits in the USA body politic.

Pedophilia is at the core of U.S. government a fact initially broken by the investigative reporting of the Washington Times in a story that had been quickly smothered. A subsequent Discovery Channel documentary further exploring this sewer of child sex slavery initiated from the Catholic charity ‘Boys Town’, servicing politicians all across capitol hill, including members of Congress and people at the Bush senior White House, had also been killed. A decade later, reports of the same child rape behaviors rise again in Washington DC, in the same political circles, and nothing is done, the FBI and Department of Justice ignore it. A few years after that, bringing us to present, further child rapes that again tie to George H.W. Bush associates, had been brushed aside for years following initial disclosure with a determined prosecutor gone missing and his laptop discovered in a river with its hard drive removed. Popping back in time again, it can come as no surprise the ‘Children of God’ or ‘Family International’ sex cult practicing pedophilia had its children’s choir invited to perform at the George H.W. Bush White House. That does not happen without Secret Service knowledge. But if you’ve been diligently following the links provided, you’ll know the Secret Service had previously confiscated evidence touching high White House figures, in the Boys Town child prostitution case.

None of this has been prosecuted to now, those highest authorities responsible for prosecutions, are in fact covering it up. Now, let’s return to impunity in our ‘Deep State’ relating to corporate corruption.

Recalling it was former Bush Jr Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales, had been indicted together with Dick Cheney by a Texas Grand Jury for corruption, and recalling Dick Cheney was not only Bush Jr’s Vice President but also Bush Sr’s Defense Secretary, as well Gerald Ford’s Chief of Staff about the time Bush Sr was Ford’s CIA Director, it should come as no surprise Bush Jr’s Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales, would be implicated in murders of Justice Department lawyers investigating Novation Corporation for massive Medicare fraud, going to two women assistant U.S. Attorneys found dead and three others reassigned or resigned and the Novation investigation shut down. Who is connected to the Novation case other than five out of action prosecutors? Why, as it happens, Jeb Bush is a Novation subsidiary Tenant Health Care board director and a ‘what do you know moment’, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales’ former law firm represented Novation. Alberto Gonzales is named as a member of “The Family” at “C Street” and Jeb Bush certainly profiles as ‘first family’ among ‘Family.’

Now, towards any ‘Deep State’ needing assurances the ‘fix is in’ when it comes to covering up organized crime engineering government, it necessitates having judges that will shoot down any ethical prosecutions of ‘Deep State Family.’ That is where the example of torture lawyer Jay Bybee comes in, only one example of must be many, having gone from Bush Jr’s Attorney General Alberto Gonzales’ extraordinary renditions expert in law, to sitting as a federal judge.

Of course it will never do in any ‘Deep State’ to have independent United States Attorneys, and that is where Bush strategist Karl Rove comes into play, having hatched and initiated a plan put in action by Alberto Gonzales, to get rid of those unwilling to ‘play ball’ on the ‘Deep State Family’ team.

Inasmuch as the few preceding examples (of too many examples to note in a short article) point to the problem of a ‘Deep State’ overtaking the rule of law and underscore why crime goes unchecked at many levels but particularly at the highest levels of government, it has never been a perfect world for anyone, ‘Deep State’ criminals inclusive, going to courts in Germany and Italy which refused to be bullied and pressured by the USA and delivered guilty verdicts on CIA renditions. The political leadership of those nations, having refused to press for the extradition of the criminals, is a separate point and must be addressed. But note here first, lest anyone be in mistaken belief things have changed under Obama, well, it is quite plain to see they have not.

Now, in the case of Spain and the right wing Spanish Deep State together with judge Garzon removed from his position, this comes as no surprise, Franco’s facism is alive and well, having only been swept under the rug.

In Italy, Burlusconi shares the political stage with Mussolini’s grand-daughter, Mussolini being a man he admires, so it is easy to see fascism has not been put down in the leadership.

Germany is the larger question and it is to my German readers I suggest an imperative exam of the facts is in order, if, as it would seem, the German political leadership is kowtowing to Nazism at the root of the American fascism detailed in the preceding. Because then, we have serious problems of leadership that must be challenged to do the right thing or see a repeat of history on an unimaginable scale in the nuclear age. It is the German leadership should demand the USA return to the rule of law, beginning with a public push for extraditions of the CIA operatives guilty of the kidnap and torture of an innocent man, because:

1) In the 1930s there was a group of American businessmen expediting finances for the NAZI war machine. Note the names involved include not only Prescott Bush, but also Foster Dulles. ‘Foster’ Dulles is John Foster Dulles, brother of Allen Dulles, Foster is his name in professional and business circles. John Foster Dulles was a ‘deeply religious’ conservative. Incidental to this, the NAZI political platform emphasizes ‘Positive Christianity’. Elements of ‘Positive Christianity’ portraying Jesus as a “Fighter” with violent, apocalyptic world view are today associated with extreme theology in the American religious right

‎2) John Foster Dulles brother, Allen Dulles, rescued numerous NAZI war criminals by providing them with new identities in violation of explicit instruction by Harry Truman. Allen Dulles is written extensively about by former Pentagon liaison to the CIA, Colonel L Fletcher Prouty, in his work ‘The Secret Team.’ Allen Dulles, a former military intelligence officer, was first civilian and longest serving CIA Director. Colonel Prouty points directly to Allen Dulles as at the point of an internationally active ’secret team’, which he calls a “new religion”, working to undermine democracy around the world on behalf of American corporate boardrooms

Arab Spring: A modern fable

Observation: So long as political lies are a protected form of speech as opposed to felonies, democracy is only as factual as any liar(s) controlling the apparatus of state-

When politicians serve up a platter of lies to the world, as Obama, Cameron and Hollande have presented what is happening in Syria, who then are we to think democracy is superior to a dictator? The soon to more than 100,000 dead Syrians and already over one million refugees, are by far more the work of western democracies paramilitary intelligence operations than Assad’s so-called Arab Spring ‘crackdown’ which would have been long over were it not for ‘democracies’ support for the ‘resistance.’ In fact, ‘democracy’ has already murdered more Syrians, by far, than Assad, left alone, ever would have. But first, a thumbnail sketch of what can only be described as an Arab Spring sandstorm, a literally blinding event.

Our fable begins with WikiLeaks and released diplomatic cables as the demiurge creating a universal movement for democracy in the Arab world. Meanwhile, Julian Assange has been the house guest of Miss Egypt, that nations number one corporate prostitute whose commercial sponsor (Pantene) ties directly to Procter and Gamble, a major supporter of FOX NEWS. Amy Goodman sucks up Assange’s story of Miss Egypt’s concerns for social justice and how he managed live with her literally wedged into American security, and what he was up to unbeknownst to them:

NOT. You don’t live with neo-conservative Procter and Gamble’s premier Arab World corporate prostitute located between buildings crawling with American, United Nations, and Egyptian security & intelligence, other than with an official nod of approval. I think we’ll find out now who was ‘providing cover.’

How did Egypt’s ‘Spring’ pan out? Known CIA front ‘Freedom House’ (ever since rogue CIA officer Phillip Agee, among others, had fingered the agitators behind so-called ‘color revolutions’) and associated organizations such as the National Democratic Institute, had been training the leadership of the initial secular student and youth movement, with apple technology for revolutionary coordinating purposes. Meanwhile, the Mubarak regime had been provided all the necessary electronic snooping technology to analyze, identify and isolate the secular movement’s leadership, they were rounded up and sent off to USA torture darling Omar Sulieman’s jails. The Muslim Brotherhood stepped in and hijacked the revolution they had initially refused to support, together with taking over the new constitutional process, perfectly happy the secular movement had been marginalized for them. The Brotherhood now wrote the secular movement out of the ‘democratic’ process. The result being, the USA does business in Egypt with the Muslim Brotherhood as the ‘legitimate’ government. Meanwhile, the predecessor Mubarak regime’s CIA ‘renditions to torture’ darling Omar Sulieman falls ‘ill’ and is whisked away to the United States for treatment where he dies, silencing a seriously problematic witness. With friends like the CIA…

Now, let’s move over to Libya. Gaddafi is a problem for France and Britain because after his ‘rehabilitation’, he’s not buying high end weapons packages to enrich those nations armaments industries and after all, Gaddafi has maintained his relationships with Syria and Iran. Other than torturing CIA and British MI6 renditioned prisoners, the new business arrangement with Libya is not working out.

Gaddafi is not handing over his oil industry for thorough exploitation, he’s kept Libya out of debt to the IMF, so no leverage there. Libyans live in a society approaching the American middle class standard of living. If you’re not particularly political, you have no problems, there is freedom to travel abroad, free university , women’s emancipation that is radical by Arab world standards and Libya is stable. But it is ‘spring time’ in the Arab world and Gaddafi is not performing political fellatio on the western democracies. Suddenly there is armed resistance in the vicinity of the border with Egypt, France’s neo-con ‘moral conscience’, Bernard-Henri Lévy, gives Nicolas Sarkozy a political blow-job, claiming a failure to intervene in Libya for ‘humanitarian’ reasons “would be a stain on the flag of France.” Sarkozy calls Hillary Clinton and not long after, the cruise missiles are raining down.

The result? Libya is a collection of competing tribal militias, standard of living, free travel and women’s emancipation vanished, Christine Lagarde, at the International Monetary Fund, spontaneously orgasms her pants at the IMF’s prospective new bond servant, Libya’s arsenal is scattered with western intelligence agencies delivering the one half of Gaddafi’s surplus weapons to ‘rebels’ in Syria, the other half of the weapons have found their way into the hands of jihadis across North Africa and a direct result is the war in Mali and more to come across the region and with no end in sight. Oh, but the Pentagon apologizes for failing to instill any standard of human decency in the Malian army it had trained, as that army goes on a war crimes rampage. “We’re sorry.”

Meanwhile, in Bahrain, the majority Shia population is brutally repressed and the USA wrings its hands and sheds a crocodile tear for public consumption as doctors and nurses who’d dared to treat wounded protestors are jailed for decades and the USA’s 5^th Fleet remains securely ensconced there. This is because there will be ZERO actual pressure brought to bear on the corrupt sheik’s ruling minority, when neighboring Wahabi Saudi Arabia is the western democracies enforcer, with weapons and intelligence supplied by, you might have guessed it, none other than the very same western democracies, propping up Bahrain.

Now we can arrive back at Syria where the three stooges, the USA, France and Britain, all have had ongoing paramilitary intelligence operations employed to foment revolution to overthrow Assad since the beginning of the so-called ‘Arab Spring.’ The result? The soon to be 100,000 dead Syrians, with one million refugees already, projected to swell to three million refugees within a year, sectarian civil war, atrocities on all sides and extreme jihadis are the most competent, disciplined and well armed of the so-called ‘rebel’ (actually mercenary) militias. These extreme Wahabi ‘Salafi’ sect are drawn out of Al Qaida ranks in neighboring Iraq, and had been armed by the western democracies allies Qatar & Saudi Arabia. All initially organized via intelligence operations sourced in the USA, France and Britain.

Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and Save the Children, all cheer this ‘humanitarian violence’ on with finger pointing at the Syrians and the Assad regime particularly, but nothing is said about the underlying cause and here is why; former Amnesty International (USA) board director Francis Boyle had stated:

In fact these human rights agencies are shilling propaganda at the populace of the western democracies on behalf of the very people who’d initiated, and are largely responsible for, the travesty of Syria. How sorely these intelligence co-opted ‘humanitarian’ agencies need us to perceive Assad as the sole or at least primary responsible monster, because:

The western democracies having had already arranged for the ‘rebels’ to be armed and the result is Islamists empowered and now they have to find a way out of the fine and deadly chaos the USA, France and Britain had created when it turns out Syria has not only been destroyed by their incompetent endeavors, but their by far more dangerous (than Assad ever was) enemy presently has the upper hand to gain control in the final outcome. But if you buy this line of patent BS that ‘secular rebels’ need strengthening, you not only assure the downfall of Assad, you also plunge Syria into a post Assad regime civil war with no end in sight. The Saudi (Wahabi) support for the Western democracies meddling in Syria has its own agenda, the Saudi alliance with the Western democracies is one of in bed together for self serving interests, and has nothing to do with common values. The western democracies militarily prop up a corrupt Saudi regime with medieval social values and the democracies are assured their addiction to oil is not threatened. Employing Qatar and the Saudis to launder weapons to Syrian ‘rebels’ was the leadership of the western democracies begging for an anal rape by a misogynist, gynophobic regime with a mentality firmly rooted in the dark ages.

Other than Wahabi jihadis, the winners in this wanton murder of the people of Syria are those corporate boards that sponsor the likes of Julian Assange’s liaison ‘Miss Egypt’ and FOX NEWS. ‘Christian Dominion’ corporate board personalities you commonly see at The Federalist Society, with names like Dick Cheney, Shannen Coffin, John Roberts and Condoleezza Rice. People like Blackwater’s ‘ethics advisor’ John Ashcroft, anywhere and everywhere profit from chaos enriching criminals believing in fascism, these people feel justified and blessed.

Meanwhile, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International and Save the Children see the money pour in as highly placed officials in those organizations draw a second salary from intelligence agencies, and so they are blessed as well.

And not only neo-cons but neo-liberal serial-killers of nations Hillary Clinton and ‘middle east envoy’ Tony Blair who concealed his conversion to Catholic fundamentalism from the British people until he was out of office. He must be having wet dreams over Syria and wishing he could climb into bed with Cameron.

The armaments industry is blessed. The private security modern mercenary industry, employing ‘Christian Dominion’ commandos who are veterans of the western democracies special operations forces are blessed. Since Iraq, prospective business has never looked this good.

The nearly twenty thousand extreme ‘Christian Dominion’ fundamentalist members of the “Officers’ Christian Fellowship” whose senior members control the Pentagon, as documented by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, are feeling exceedingly blessed. Their apocalyptic vision of Armageddon precipitating the literal return of Jesus seems within reach. The likes of American Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice, who never encountered a proposed intervention she did not approve and will go on to become ultra rich in the private/corporate security apparatus, are blessed. People who either believe in or would profit from literal Armageddon, feel blessed.

In the end, ‘Le grand canard’ is an interesting expression, possible translations from the original French could include; ‘a big duck’, ‘the great hoax’ or ‘a grand fable.’

The Arab Spring overall, meets the definition ‘great hoax’ and the present public posturing (political lies) of Barack Obama, David Cameron and Francois Hollande, claiming a sudden and urgent need to arm the ‘rebels’, as though they had not arranged this already, precisely meets the definition of a ‘grand fable.’ Or perhaps merely a collective insanity in a nuclear armed world led by mediocre mentalities whose claims to leadership are founded on little more than an incompetent and self-serving narcissism.

And the biggest ‘duck’ in all of this is WikiLeaks, the factual outcomes point to WikiLeaks as a criminal enterprise unleashing chaos. Who has actually profited from the actions of WikiLeaks? Neo-con corporate boards populated by personalities who proliferate weapons sales worldwide. Police state apparatus with renewed/accelerated geo-political instability justifying greater ‘security’ expenditures via rationale of social disorder and attending ‘terror’ fear-mongering. All of the preceding overlapping at “The Family” of “C Street” infamy, whose ‘Christian Dominion’ personalities are as insane as Hitler’s inner circle ever were, now more firmly entrenched than ever, and forever indebted to Julian Assange.

I would suppose the typical western mentality would normally, happily, imagine ‘Spring’ to be a time of blossoming landscapes. But they have failed to recognize any ‘Arab Spring’ is a season and geography of sandstorms.

Dear Madame or Sir, of the International Criminal Court

I thought you might find my story interesting. The USA came after me initially using the FISA law, employed as cover to snuff me for anti-corruption work. This was initiated under Bush and carried on under Obama. It didn’t stack up and I reversed the circumstance while on the run in Europe, but now it’s like a Mexican stand-off.

I regret to inform you the Bush era crimes did not cease with the Obama administration, but have rather been shell gamed. My own case in point, for your information.

I am a fugitive anti-corruption investigator with a serious problem. Over the past 5+ years I had allowed myself, in informal arrangement set up via 3rd party, to be used as live bait to document an international murder ring connected to intelligence agencies, for both German and Spanish (and then German again) authorities. The problem is, despite the fact the authorities should long since have ample evidence to issue arrest warrants, pursue extraditions and prosecutions, they sit on their hands. Probably this has to do with the explosive nature of my case and I will hazard a guess of political interference and/or inertia.

That I am a real person and have delved deeply into past intermingled corporate/government corruption, is easily confirmed via Mueller Law of Austin, Texas, USA.

Dear adjudicators of the International Criminal Court

Thank you for your response and invitation to review the requirements of the Rome Statute and submit a claim if relevant.

I believe the ICC has jurisdiction in my cause for the following reasons;

1) The effort to silence my work (multiple attempts at assassination of myself) can be tied to politicians, military officers and intelligence personnel covering up crimes against humanity

2) These attempts and my work have occurred in nations party to the Rome Statute (Germany, Spain) and pursued since 2002 (October 2007-November 2012, perhaps ongoing to present)

3) Germany and Spain are or have been in joint NATO military endeavor with the alleged perpetrators, as well Germany provides logistical support to alleged criminal parties in the overall or greater endeavor by provision of facilities hosted on sovereign German soil, and as well has taken no proactive, reasonable or responsible action to confront the alleged crimes they must be aware of on account of monitoring (but taking no action to rectify) my case

4) My work has or might have identified, (un)covered or documented organized, deliberate, multiple extra-judicial murders by security forces under the supervision of, or liaised with NATO commanders well aware of and/or systematically promoting alleged murders, in Afghanistan particularly, as well crimes on German and Spanish soil in attempted silencing of myself and stopping my open source analysis of crimes against humanity.

5) Alleged multiple extra-judicial murders are covert but demonstrable, deliberate policy of parties embedded in instruments of state, largely but not limited to, military and intelligence agencies in joint endeavor with NATO members Germany and Spain

My complaint names Germany, host of American military and NATO facilities, as a compliant, complicit party to crimes against humanity, German Interior Minister Dr. Hans-Peter Friedrich as accountable for allowing myself to be pursued for purpose of silencing an investigator, Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle for engaging policy promoting the material support on German sovereign territory of persons, agencies and states (Germany, NATO, USA) for purposes of multiple extra-judicial murders, and Angela Merkel as responsible, supervisory authority.

The magistrates and investigators and any unknown to myself pertinent authorities of Spain familiar with my case are named as material witnesses to attempted silencing (attempted murder) of this investigator, and any shared intelligence by/with Germany germane to alleged attempts on my life and are further alleged for purposes of frustrating justice relevant to this complaint.

Evidence referred to the court is the work of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (an American 501(c)3 non-profit corporation) documenting the American military are become widely infected with anti-Islam criminal officers devoted to the extra-judicial killings of Muslims as a ‘Christian Dominion’ religious duty and this institutional infection is controlling the Pentagon and military special operations in Afghanistan particularly, compromising NATO and is furthermore endeavor Germany is providing material and logistical support to, with joint NATO operations and hosting involved American military facilities on sovereign German soil.

In the event the immediate preceding is adequately disclaimed by Germany in association with NATO, on account of American military special operations command in Afghanistan having been held separately and away from NATO command structures (a ‘denial’ construct), then preceding paragraph is amended to reflect solely the German hosting complicit American military persons and facilities supporting/promoting extra-judicial killings of Muslims for extreme ideological purpose, outside the constraints of the rules of engagement in war as determined in international law.

Further evidence referred to the court is the work of Jeff Sharlet: “C Street: The Fundamentalist Threat to American Democracy”, documenting extreme ‘Christian Dominion’ organization having penetrated every institution of the United States government, the USA military inclusive, backing evidence developed by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, documenting ideological criminal motivation and associated criminals supported materially by Germany in association with the American military, NATO and the military endeavor in Afghanistan.

Named specifically as example of alleged numerous ideological/religious criminally motivated acts for which the parties named to this complaint provide material support to is, the so-called “Narang Night Raid” or the attack on a household in the village of Ghazi Khan, Afghanistan, in the early morning hours of December 27, 2009.

A second named example is the so-called “Wech Baghtu” or “wedding party” air strike, referring to the killing of 37 civilians, mostly women and children, by an air strike on November 3, 2008.

A third named example is the so-called “Khataba raid” an incident which five civilians, including two pregnant women and a teenage girl, were killed by U.S. forces on February 12, 2010.

The Military Religious Freedom Foundation should be able to attest it is the Pentagon, the American officer corps, the United States Air Force, and the United States special operations forces particularly, where you will find the highest concentration of ideologically/religiously motivated criminal leadership, and specific to this, there have been reports of American soldiers seeking counseling in Afghanistan have been advised all will be well if they only would ‘be saved’ and ‘kill Muslims for Christ’, all materially and logistically supported by Germany.

Tangential, but relevant nonetheless to the preceding, is evidence which should be in the hands of German or Spanish authorities:

1) One probable poison glass pellet captured intact by my knit cap, turned in via 3^rd party, (name-edited-out), I was to be informed if the stated item were harmless only, no notification was forthcoming (2008.)

2) One set of documents inclusive of a report to the United States Department of Agriculture Inspector General dated 1991 exposing a criminal ring working the inside of government counterfeiting environmental impact statements for CHEVRON corporation. The relevance of this documentation is the clearly damning levels of information I am capable of developing and motivation to silence this investigator now moved on to investigating related criminal apparatus engaged in ideological/religious extra-judicial murders. This documentation had been sent in via the same 3^rd party in the paragraph preceding (2009.) Incidental to this, two young attorneys, John Yoo and Jay Bybee, had been writing legal opinions on behalf of the 1991 criminal acts and it was after Condoleezza Rice went from CHEVRON board director to the Bush II administration, I began to experience problems eventually leading to my present circumstance.

3) Persons positively identified in efforts to permanently silence this investigator include then active CIA officer Sabrina DeSousa at Weisbaden, Germany (2008), and former CIA chief of station (private contractor) Gary Berntsen at Sant Feliu de Guixols, Spain (2010.) This is information that should have been developed further by both German and Spanish authorities and should be requested.

On behalf of the Prosecutor, I thank you for your communication received 3/11/2013, as well as any subsequent related information.

As you may know, the International Criminal Court (“the ICC” or “the Court”) is governed by the Rome Statute, which entrusts the Court with a very specific and carefully defined jurisdiction and mandate. A fundamental feature of the Rome Statute is that the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over persons for the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole, namely genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes, as defined in the Rome Statute (Articles 6 to 8). The Court may only exercise jurisdiction over crimes committed on or after 1 July 2002 (Article 11). In addition, the Court may only exercise jurisdiction over crimes committed on the territory of a State that has accepted the jurisdiction of the Court or by a national of such a State (Article 12), or where the Security Council refers the situation to the Court (Article 13).

The Office of the Prosecutor has examined your communication and has determined that more detailed information would be required in order to proceed with an analysis of whether the allegations could fall within the jurisdiction of the Court. The Prosecutor has determined that, in the absence of such information, there is not a basis at this time to proceed with further analysis. We welcome you to submit additional information to enable us to conduct a further analysis. The information you have submitted will be maintained in our archives and the decision not to proceed may be reconsidered if new facts or evidence provide a reasonable basis to believe that a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court has been committed.

Following developments in Germany related to the issues I’d raised with the International Criminal Court, it would seem the Germans are playing a political game of ‘cover your ass’ by claiming the statute (law) governing the American military presence in Germany makes it difficult to pursue any course of justice. What a crock of shit. It’s like claiming you cannot arrest someone for crimes while out of doors because they have immunity while in the house. In fact there is another statute (law) that allows for universal jurisdiction, meaning if there were political will (rather than cowardice) warrants for arrests could be issued for the guilty culprits (up to and including Obama) based on actions exterior to the jurisdiction over American facilities in Germany per se.

If you would like to email the German Parliament and demand action, the emails of the members this letter had been sent to, are listed below. Simply choose one (or as many as you like) and write to Germany demanding to know how the German government can sit on its hands while crimes are perpetrated using facilities situated on sovereign German territory and intelligence agency murder rings are allowed to run free in Germany.

On 20 May 2013 I began sending this following letter to (now 50) members of the German Federal Parliament. It has been my hope, and continues to be my hope, some responsible German politician will press the Merkel administration on why there have been no arrests and prosecutions for crimes committed on German soil or crimes facilitated on German soil. I have not yet so much as the courtesy of any acknowledgement from any party these communications have been mailed to. I will be happy to send on my original correspondence with the International Criminal Court, including the most recent letter asking for more information:

Dear Member of Parliament

This initiated under Bush and carried on under Obama. I regret to inform you the Bush era crimes did not cease with the Obama administration, but have rather been shell gamed. Related to this, I had initiated a complaint with the International Criminal Court naming Germany as accessory to criminal acts:

The International Criminal Court has asked for more detailed information prior to any decision taken to prosecute. In the meanwhile, it had been my hope Germany would take responsible action, rather than my filing an amended case. To this end, I have been forwarding much information to the office of Hans Christian Stroebel, but there is no acknowledgement of my communications. I understand Mr Stroebel has been ill, or perhaps my mails are routed to a junk mail folder. In any case, I will now be expanding my communications with members of the German Parliament.

Dear Member of Parliament

I thought you might find my story interesting. I am a fugitive anti-corruption investigator with a serious problem. Over the past 5+ years I had allowed myself, in informal arrangement set up via 3rd party, to be used as live bait to document an international murder ring connected to intelligence agencies, for both German and Spanish (and then German again) authorities. The problem is, despite the fact the authorities should long since have ample evidence to issue arrest warrants, pursue extraditions and prosecutions, they sit on their hands. Probably this has to do with the explosive nature of my case and I will hazard a guess of political interference and/or inertia.
