Democracy & the Nazi Meme

Dominion Theology & its Nazi Roots

Following this short essay are linked articles selected & consolidated from other collections at this site; all created with open source analysis; pointing to how widespread & pervasive Germany’s Nazi meme has become in western democratic institutions; since the dispersal of Nazi war criminals across the western world in the aftermath of World War II. This necrotic social phenomena came to be when the CIA, in partnership with the Vatican, had rescued tens of thousands of Nazi war criminals. These criminals rescued from justice were often provided government employment, notably in science and intelligence, where they advanced Nazi ideology; mutated to/merged with Dominion Theology, now integrated to what essentially is a hybrid Nazi theology. The result has been advancing apocalyptic world view via sociopath mentality, rising to rule corporate boards, much of politics, and penetrating to the highest level in military officer corps & intelligence agencies.

Dominion Theology in a nutshell:

“Dominion theology refers to a line of theological interpretation and thought with regard to the role of the church in contemporary society. Dominion theology is also known as Christian reconstructionism and theonomy. Dominion theology states that biblical Christianity will rule all areas of society, personal and corporate. Christian reconstructionism reasons that society will be reconstructed by the Law of God as preached in the gospel and the Great Commission. Theonomy is a post-millennial view believing that all of the moral laws contained in the Old Testament are yet binding today”

It should be noted, Dominion Theology, although primarily known to academia as born out of the Pentecostal movement, is no stranger to the Church at Rome. If today’s Nazi meme traces its political roots to Germany, it could also be said those roots drew water from the Catholic experience; pointing to the European experience with the crusades and multiple mutations of ’empire’ in a war of civilization born in Western Europe. All roads lead to Rome, or so it has been said.

Accordingly, Dominion Theology is not a Nazi invention, rather the Nazi “Gott Mit Uns” is more a modern expression of Dominion Theology. How it is the modern psychopath infected with this Nazi meme self-justifies is drawn from perversions handed down by Saint Augustine as well as John Calvin’s predestination; where it is held certain persons are predestined to salvation irrespective of merit. This idea, juxtaposed to another idea taken literally from the Bible, a belief there will be 144,000 ‘chosen’ at the end of this ‘Christian’ age, essentially frees these psychopath personalities to decide just who the ‘chosen’ are (themselves, obviously.) The rest of us may be disposed of without second thought. How does the proposed idea of these people controlling the USA’s nuclear arsenal feel?

This brings us to Augustine’s Christian ‘Just War’ theory. It would appear Augustine meant the ‘just’ to be an adjective, but the practical application in the several permutations of western empire has been very much ‘just’ an adverb. Simply put, what was intended as ‘just’ (‘righteous’) war theory has rather been ‘just’ (‘only’) war in practice. This essentially describes the history of ‘Christian Europe’ since the conversion of Constantine and the marriage of Christian faith to Roman empire. The fact Protestant ideology has contributed to this meme in its modern form only emphasizes identical roots, the Protestant/Catholic split, or ‘Reformation’ is not yet 500 years old as of this writing. Therefor, it should come as no surprise at all, to discover both Catholic and Protestant chapters cooperating in a cult devoted to literal Armageddon:

Original Sin is a Hate Crime

This essay commemorates the world’s 120 million living women who’ve been raped or otherwise sexually abused prior to age 20 years, according to a newly released UN report

“There may be a basis in the case of some individuals, as perhaps when a male prostitute uses a condom, where this can be a first step in the direction of a moralization, a first assumption of responsibility, on the way toward recovering an awareness that not everything is allowed and that one cannot do whatever one wants” -Joseph Ratzinger

This very Joseph Ratzinger, also known as Pope Benedict, was a Hitler Youth Corp member, Third Reich Army deserter and former director of the Holy Inquisition, these days called the ‘Congregation for Doctrine in the Faith.’

What do we know about this greatest living misogynist, a ‘Pope Emeritus’ who headed the organization, the Roman Catholic Church, historically and presently responsible for more rapes of children and women than the rest of aggregate mankind?

“In the 1970s, pedophilia was theorized as something fully in conformity with man and even with children” -Joseph Ratzinger

A ‘theory’ which can only have come from the ‘Congregation on Doctrine in the Faith.’ As well, no responsible scientist limits approval of Catholic condom use to male prostitutes. One might surmise Ratzinger’s ‘male prostitutes’ includes homosexual predatory priests, depending on another culture’s interpretation of Catholicism.

We also know following a viewing of the anti-Semite movie “Passion of the Christ” Ratzinger reversed the excommunication of and rehabilitated the fascist-catholic order ‘Pius X’ and this way brought fascist-misogynist Mel Gibson back into the church, yes, the same Mel Gibson who left threatening messages on his former girlfriends answering machine calling her a “pig in heat” and telling her she deserved to be “raped by a pack of niggers.” I would suppose the Pope had noticed Gibson has the kind of money necessary to carry out his misogynist and racist threats, not only make vastly popular right wing religious extremist movies.

What had the ‘Passion of the Christ’ inspired other than Ratzinger’s comment he found the movie “moving” ? Would you believe war crimes ??

In the preceding incident, Ratzinger’s “moving” “Passion of the Christ” inspired an entire neighborhood to become insurgents against the Americans in Iraq in a matter of minutes, pretty heady propaganda, I’d say. Oh, and those Special Forces members of the American military’s “Officer Christian Fellowship” who managed the entire incident of flattening a city block with 25mm depleted uranium ammunition won’t ever be held responsible for war crimes committed in a military that shields epidemic rape of soldiers who happen to be women.

No differently, Ratzinger has not volunteered to the war crimes tribunal at the Hague the names of the Catholic priests across Rawanda who’d preached hate resulting in genocide by machete.. and so it would seem some things never change- going to today’s subject:

Original Sin is a Hate Crime against women, which goes to the Roman Catholic Church, The Assemblies of God & Religious Right, et cetera, all fundamentalism across the spectrum of civilization. In effect, all male ego-centric and rigorously pursued religious philosophy that teaches women are dirty and inferior

Men and women both, suffer these attitudes from childhood in the sense of a collective mental illness or, as social progenitors of violence which underlie negative phenomena

This philosophical violence inculcates submission in women and, in males, underlie motivation of the rape of women generally, the rape of children of both sexes, the use of rape as a weapon of social terror in war and, ultimately the rape of our environment

This story of Eve having been tempted and seduced Adam with the forbidden fruit, the subsequent instruction for man to “Subdue the Earth”, right to the idea that Jesus’ resisting temptation (especially as implies resisting sexual relations with women) kept him pure, is monotheistic or male ego-centric based hate

The following quote from one of the early ‘church fathers’, Quintus Septimius Florens Tertullianus (Tertullian), shows these attitudes against women in the undisguised form:

“Do you not know you are each an Eve? The sentence of God on this sex of yours lives in this age: the guilt must of necessity live too. You are the devil’s gateway: you are the unsealer of that forbidden tree: you are the first deserter of the divine law: you are she who persuaded him whom the devil was not valiant enough to attack. You destroyed so easily God’s image, man. On account of your desert – that is death – even the Son of God had to die.” This was 1,700 years ago

In 1448, not much more than 500 years ago, the Roman Catholic Church issued “Summa Desiderantes” (Pope Innocent VIII) which declared women submitted themselves to demons and became witches, which made men impotent. 500 years is not very long ago if you stop and think about it

Today these attitudes persist, example given, the church refusing women the priesthood. This is precisely for the christian theological holding of Woman as responsible for Man being cursed and consequently Woman as the source of our world’s ills

Children across the world in monotheism or Judeo-Christian cultures learn from the story of The Fall (Adam and Eve) that Man is cursed because Woman was in collusion with a snake. That women are the cause of ALL evil. That women are dirty, guilty, and the original source of our world’s problems

Children are literal and impressionable beings. Teaching children women are filthy and the cause of our world’s illness is socially criminal. It is time to call this causal source of RAPE exactly what it is. A HATE CRIME. It is the greatest Hate Crime ever committed

The Doctrine of Original Sin is a burden on Humanity, a deformed psychology which underlies; Child Abuse, Mental Illness, Domestic Violence, RAPE, the social costs of war, failures in education on social and environmental issues and religious ethno-centrism. Especially Religious Ethno-centrism. This is the socially malignant absurdity of inter-communal violence. The idea that because someone’s view of reality is different, that someone is inferior or less intelligent or less deserving

Religious Ethno-centrism underlies much of our world’s hate crime, whether in small communities of intolerance, or wars of nationalism on a large scale

This partners with the resource rape of our planet’s feminine nature (Mother Nature) for material wealth. In earlier times the spoils of war referred to not only the sack of cities but included the rape and enslavement of women. In the modern arrangement, this is become the purview of the corporate stockholder who profit from military conflict, arms trafficking and the associated rape of women in our world’s conflicts. In this modern military driven attitude of wealth acquired through War, the psychological ease with which rape is committed by Man is readily apparent: In the environmental rape of our planet feeding the violence of our industrial world and its associated rape of women and children across civilizations

The next should be a simple look at the related fable of Cain and Abel. The idea only Abel’s gift of Blood Sacrifice is suitable to God, Cain’s (feminine) gifts of fruits and grains grown from the Earth rejected by God. The subsequent image of the story’s Cain having murdered Abel is again Archetypal message of Cain or any man presenting the feminine offering of the gifts of Mother Earth being Sacred, is a threat to monotheism or male hierarchy. Only Abel’s ‘proper’ blood letting sacrifice to God is the accepted and desirable normative behavior

What are the children being taught? Through various memes of evangelism, whether Catholic, Protestant or otherwise, these Archetype imprints inculcated in children throughout the world are responsible for our devastating violence and social consequence

The logical progression would be to look at Mosaic Law underpinning monotheistic society. This is the source of prohibitions on Shamanism or, one should better say, the intrinsic fear modern male intelligence has of intuitive or female intelligence.
What is the shamanic awareness the western monotheism so fears?

Shamanic awareness does not draw the same clear line between dream and reality as in western culture or mentality. Or one could say, in the pre-western matriarchal Native America the mentality was organized for waking reality in the right hemisphere of the brain: opposite to western egoic thought structures organized in the left hemisphere. The result has been a reality invisible to western culture and the science of anthropology

This shamanic system of thought was the result of matriarchal social organization, where all males had been educated by women to average age ten years before they were exiled to man’s society. All of the men were trained to think by and, to think like women. However different to the thought of women in the modern culture’s left hemispheric egoic structures

This shamanic world was not a primarily rational or linear world however, it was a highly intelligent and civil world with a different grasp of our existence. It was a world where the highest law was Non-Interference, leading to a paradox to the western mind: Remarkably cohesive multiple valid realities functioning in a social rule where no one can know better than anyone else. The only method of being on the same page was to look at your surroundings and understand each of us can see the same things differently

Reality was perceived as a kind of Lucid Dreaming, where all experience can be shaped, not through the manipulation of matter as in finite constructions, but rather a fluid perception in which all is interconnected and related energies which must be negotiated rather than exploited. For 40,000 years it worked. People did not overpopulate, aggression was more often ritual than real, our world’s environment remained stable

As early as the 1920’s western scientists had noticed Native American languages described processes in nature that were easily adapted to describe the new phenomena of physics, Quantum Mechanics, concepts the western languages struggled with

What did Shamanic culture long ago realize that the modern world is running afoul of?

The natural feminine intelligence of these Native men, who were ethical titans compared to the typical modern man, is prohibited by Mosaic Law’s social strictures. Forbidding trafficking with spirits, and consigning necromancers to death, primitive examples given, have socially evolved to modern man dismissing female intelligence as superstition or hocus-pocus. In fact these are but primitive prohibitions on a high expression of female intelligence in a framework of natural quantum mechanics.

These social superstitions lead to similar attitudes in the male egoic modern science and share underlying cause with past witch burnings and paranoia such as the Salem Witch Trials

The Native men, on the other hand, trained from childhood by women in the pre-western female intelligence of Non-Interference, knew a world that most of us cannot see. A right brain feminine perception shamanic world. An awake lucid dreaming’s interconnected relationships to all things: knowing alignment with the great living clockwork of our existence expressed in a single awareness. We tend to think of this in the simplistic monotheism’s psychology as creation

For the fact of it’s applied female intelligence, native civilizations, indeed Indigenous cultures world wide, have been and are being put to death through various social strictures which have now become the largely unconscious underpinning and motivations of Mosaic Law in western civilization. This ethnocide is no longer solely on account of the more overt church evangelism

The Mosaic Law founded on Original Sin, and its ancestral and other associated or related superstitions of the monotheistic male hierarchy, has demonized women and female intelligence. This is clearly seen in the archetype stories taught to children and, in the subsequent incredible abuse our world’s women and natural environment are subjected to throughout the modern male based hierarchy; abuse perpetrated by not only necrotic fables integrated to religions but abuse which can be inferred to traditions of western science, only now discovering Plato’s related misogyny is a complete error according to theoretical physicist Bernard d’Espagnat:

“The doctrine that the world is made up of objects whose existence is independent of human consciousness turns out to be in conflict with quantum mechanics and with facts established by experiment”

Consequently, those people who believe they have shaken off the primitive religious fantasies have fallen to alternative mistaken ideas (Plato) which have equally shaped our western civilization; pointing here to how society continues to be shaped by those very same forces via inter-generational habit. Your ancestor may have arrived at a rational decision not to believe in a primitive religious dogma, but because of how the mind had been shaped at the meta-level, you’ve inherited a habit of identical structure; example given would be a secular god ‘science’ with a dogma reflected in a narrow rut of inquiry called ’empiricism’ based on Plato’s error of ‘objectivity.’ The fact is, you know very little of the nature of reality and this is reflected in the oxymoron of a ‘saved by science future’ belief in those very departments employing the scientists and producing the technology destroying us. The practical social IQ of university science is no higher than the practical social IQ of any seminary product.

NATO’s Three Chihuahuas

Small Dog Syndrome or ‘Yappy Dogs With a Death Wish.’ Did you know if you get up close, face to face, with the Chihuahua in the window of a car in the parking lot, the miniature dog will become so insane with wishing to terrify you, he’ll involuntarily urinate in the car? That must be what Putin is doing to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania:

NATO’s three Chihuahuas, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, would appear to suffer a serious case of what’s called ‘small dog syndrome’

Small dog. Big mouth. Are our blustery, pint-sized pooches the product of nature, nurture, or a bit of both? Perhaps it’s a genetically ingrained Napolean complex. Or could it be that our pooch has developed Small Dog Syndrome as a result of social experiences and parenting?

Or, perhaps the better question to ask, is this on account of negative social experiences & parenting? Our three Chihuahuas probably have acquired Small Dog Syndrome on account of both.

To begin our analysis, it should be pointed out our three Chihuahuas, that is Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia, were all provinces of Russia to 1918, when the world’s map had been redrawn on account of World War One. Briefly independent, the Soviet Union grabbed them back about the time Josef Stalin became (with good cause) paranoid of NAZI Germany. He wanted to put a buffer between the Germans and St Petersberg (a.k.a. Petrograd & Leningrad, to those who’d not kept up on the changes in our rapidly disintegrating geopolitic.) Meanwhile, NAZI Germany grabbed the three Chihuahuas from the Soviet Union with the design to make them into a part of ‘NeueOstLand.’ The Soviet Union grabbed the Chihuahuas back at the conclusion of the war and then, the Chihuahuas were set free again, when it was Russians had dismantled the Soviet Union.

Now, it stands to reason the three Chihuahuas would not have enjoyed what the Soviet Union became under Stalin, but the same could be said of the Russians who’d dismantled that empire, something the Russian writer Solzhenitsyn had established beyond a doubt. And somehow, possibly because the Chihuahua breed has a skull configuration appearing as though its brain had collapsed from inbreeding, our three Chihuahuas cannot seem to separate out the fact Stalin was a Georgian in their paranoia of Russians and the fact it was Russians had freed them.

Lithuania. Small dog. Big mouth:

“Vilnius: Lithuania on Thursday accused Russia of a military “invasion” of conflict-torn Ukraine and called for a United Nations Security Council meeting over the issue.

“Lithuania strongly condemns the obvious invasion of the territory of Ukraine by the armed forces of the Russian Federation,” the foreign ministry said, adding that the Security Council should address the matter “immediately””

Never mind the CIA, with the complicity of the political party providing the current German chancellor, overthrew an elected government in Ukraine and has supported a post-coup neo-nazi regime in Kiev.

Latvia. Small dog. Big mouth:

“These sanctions will not be catastrophic for the Latvian economy,” Straujuma said, adding that behind the scenes “Latvia has been working hard to ensure the gas sector is not affected” as Latvia is almost totally reliant on Russia for supplies of natural gas”

Somehow, in Latvia, the folk proverb ‘Don’t bite the hand that feeds you’ got lost in translation, or was just lost. Notice the dent in the skull of the Chihuahua, indicating collapse where the brain should have been. A physiological trait the Latvian government appears to share with Nazis:

“Four Latvian MPs (E. Cilinskis, J. Dombrava, R. Dzintars, I. Parādnieks) attended the Waffen SS fest giving it, in 2014, a flavor of state approval taken in tandem with the gifting of the city center and Liberty Monument area”

Sure, it actually is undeclared war, a war began by NATO and the EU undermining Ukraine, empowering neo-nazis, while crapping on its promise to Russia not to expand NATO when the Russians agreed to dismantle the Soviet Union. And speaking of terrorists in Eastern Ukraine, what do you suppose that might have to do with the coup supporters murdering people en mass on multiple occasions? One of those occasions is spoken to by the Estonian foreign minister, captured in a phone call:

Now, why do you suppose the Estonian didn’t go public with this? Because the Estonian government also harbors Nazi sentiment?

By doing so, they deprive their dog of important socialization with his surroundings and other dogs, creating an aggressive dog that is unsure, fearful, and anxious.

Huh. Sounds like NATO has been an irresponsible parent, protecting our three Chihuahuas from Russia and reality. But you know what? Aggressive behaviors taken together with sympathetic relations towards & support for Nazis in Kiev, considering Russia’s history, could get small dogs penalty-kicked like a football at the poorly defended NATO goal. But hey, with a depression where a brain cavity should exist, what other consequence could one expect for our three Chihuahuas? How To Make Powerful Enemies In A Few Short Paragraphs (Part Two)

Amendment to the United States Constitution

Reorganization

1) All political organizations at the national level are forever abolished; nor shall any state allow monies originating exterior to its borders into the political process; as well, no one shall serve in the corporate sector at mid-level management (or above) and subsequently play any role in government, whether state or federal.

2) All states shall apply a 5% threshold for political parties representation; this shall be construed to apply to representation at both state and federal level; and representation in either case shall be proportional. Furthermore, citizens, to receive state or federal benefits, shall be required to vote at state level at least once in two years.

3) The federal government shall not exceed a 5% tax revenue on the income of individual citizens, nor may any state exceed an additional 5% income tax revenue upon the individual citizens of the respective states to an aggregate 10%; but corporations that offshore accounts to avoid taxation shall have assets confiscated and banned from business in the territories of these United States; as well the property tax is abolished in the case of a domestic residence of modest means, the small farmer and the individual cottage industry; nor shall the federal judiciary over-rule a stricter environmental standard set by any state, nor any state over-rule a more stringent environmental standard set by the individual community.

4) Any police, judiciary or other authority, whether federal or state, inclusive of the corporate sector, that colludes in ‘color of law’ or otherwise conspires to, or violates the rights of individual citizens set out in the 1st through 8th and 14th Amendments, shall have the complicit individuals charged with Domestic Treason, which shall be defined at minimum as a Class A felony in any and all cases; further, the rights of foreign nationals and the lawful process of nations in relation to extradition shall be respected; as well, the Central Intelligence Agency activities division immediately and permanently disbanded; and no authority at state or federal level shall contract with any domestic for-profit business or any foreign agency for purposes of military policing (mercenaries), civilian policing or incarceration.

5) All military shall be converted to National Guard under the authority of the several state legislatures, is restricted to the physical territory of these United States, shall not engage in domestic policing; and furthermore, all previous government held tenures expire with the adoption of this amendment; as well the Office of the President of the United States is abolished & Congress converted to parliamentary model.

6) Article Six of this Constitution shall not abridge the 1st through 10th and 14th Amendments in the ratification of treaties; nor shall any treaty be construed to be ‘non-self-executing.’

According to Mother Jones Magazine, in Hillary’s own words, she is under the spiritual tutelage of Doug Coe:

So, Obama admits “we tortured some folks” referring to Diane Feinstein’s Senate committee (in a recent spat with John Brennan’s CIA) will be releasing (a much redacted) report on ‘black site’ jails. So, what is wrong with this picture?

1) This a classic case of softening the narrative.

Firstly, Brennan had been up to his armpits (thank you Glenn Greenwald, for this 2008 article) in the Bush torture program, keeping in mind the mentioned Senate report had been completed prior to Feinstein voting to confirm John Brennan to Director of CIA:

MARGARET WARNER: “So is it — are you saying both in two ways — both in getting terrorists off the streets and also in the interrogation?

JOHN BRENNAN: “Yes. The rendition is the practice or the process of rendering somebody from one place to another place. It is moving them and the U.S. Government will frequently facilitate that movement from one country to another. . . .

“Also I think it’s rather arrogant to think we’re the only country that respects human rights. I think that we have a lot of assurances from these countries that we hand over terrorists to that they will, in fact, respect human rights”

How absolutely unwise of Brennan to use the Egypt example (keep reading) in the cause of renditions he supports, because his CIA proxy interrogator (torture darling) in Egypt at the time was Omar Sulieman:

“Shortly after 9/11, Australian citizen, Mamdouh Habib, was captured by Pakistani security forces and, under US pressure, tortured by Pakistanis. He was then rendered (with an Australian diplomats watching) by CIA operatives to Egypt, a not uncommon practice. In Egypt, Habib merited Suleiman’s personal attention. As related by Richard Neville, based on Habib’s memoir:

Habib was interrogated by the country’s Intelligence Director, General Omar Suleiman…. Suleiman took a personal interest in anyone suspected of links with Al Qaeda. As Habib had visited Afghanistan shortly before 9/11, he was under suspicion. Habib was repeatedly zapped with high-voltage electricity, immersed in water up to his nostrils, beaten, his fingers were broken and he was hung from metal hooks.

“That treatment wasn’t enough for Suleiman, so:

To loosen Habib’s tongue, Suleiman ordered a guard to murder a gruesomely shackled Turkistan prisoner in front of Habib – and he did, with a vicious karate kick.

“After Suleiman’s men extracted Habib’s confession, he was transferred back to US custody, where he eventually was imprisoned at Guantanamo. His “confession” was then used as evidence in his Guantanamo trial”

Yeah, this is the guy [Brennan] who supports rendering to torture (with a wink and a nod called human rights ‘assurances’ by Brennan) Feinstein then voted to confirm as Director of CIA, the same CIA that she’d recently been in a spat with over release of a torture report compiled and completed by her own committee prior to her vote confirming Brennan.

Softening the narrative means (without saying) ‘we’ did not torture Mamdouh Habib, the Egyptians did.’ Obviously this case will not be in a report about CIA ‘black site’ jails because Omar Suliman’s medieval dungeon was not run by the CIA and limited to stress positions, beatings, wall slamming, water-boarding, loud music and sleep deprivation. We merely delivered the material to Sulieman so he could deliver the product; ‘evidence’ for Guantanamo trials.

And when Brennan went on (in the previously linked, at paragraph 3, Greenwald article) to state:

“And there are different ways to gain those assurances. But also let’s say an individual goes to Egypt because they’re an Egyptian citizen and the Egyptians then have a longer history in terms of dealing with them, and they have family members and others that they can bring in, in fact, to be part of the whole interrogation process”

Do you suppose Brennan’s cynically referring to this statement in a Human Rights Watch report?

“…[Egyptian] techniques include threats to inflict torture or sexual abuse on detainees’ female family members, including wives, threats to arrest family members, exposure to screams…’

John Brennan is the very same man Obama has met with on ‘kill list Tuesdays’ for years and they decide together who will be subjected to extra-judicial assassinations. Sort of like the Christmas song lyrics ‘he knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you’re awake, he knows if you’ve been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake.’ That’s what happens when you don’t put evidence in front of a competent court, a value judgment. Only now it’s beyond torture, it’s about killing people.

Who did Feinstein vote to confirm to the Federal Appeals court? David Barron, author of Obama’s ‘murder is legal’ theory. Nothing quite like putting people complicit in your crimes on the courts but that is what Obama has done with the generous support of Senator Feinstein:

“The most troubling issue in David Barron’s record is his role as the author of the legal opinion that justified what is rather coldly referred to as “extrajudicial killing” by the United States federal government. Put more plainly, David Barron concocted a legal justification for President Barack Obama, so that the President could order the U.S. military to execute American citizens, because of suspicion of criminal behavior, without any trial or due process”

Recalling Bush had nominated ‘torture is legal’ Jay Bybee to the Federal bench, let’s go to the thought Senator Feinstein never encountered a 1st, 4th or 5th Amendment FISA violation she did not like, until it was the CIA spying on her committee staff. Then, Feinstein changed the label, in her case these violations are not ok because they are suddenly ‘separation of powers’ violations. The clear indication, based on her record is, violations of the American peoples’ rights are ok, just don’t violate the rights of Feinstein. Reinforcing this would be, Feinstein voted to confirm Valerie Caproni as a federal judge; the very same woman [Caproni] who’d when the FISA Court had rejected a surveillance request, had gone ahead and authorized her FBI agents to target the victim regardless. In all, over the courts first thirty three years, the FISA court had granted 33,942 warrants, with only 11 denials. Let’s make that a de facto 10 denials, recalling the Bush FBI lawyer Caproni nominated to be a federal judge by Obama, with Feinstein voting in favor.

Softening the narrative is solely what’s happening with the ‘we tortured some folks’ confession of Obama, who has never brought a single prosecution, rather appointing, with the staunch support of Feinstein, the complicit criminals to power, Brennan to Director of CIA, as well Barron and Caproni to become Federal judges. The facts surrounding CIA delivering Mamdouh Habib to Omar Sulieman’s dungeon will not be delved into, nor will what must be the many cases more of delivering renditioned ‘detainees’ to 3rd party torture along the lines of slicing Binyam Mohamed’s penis and testicles:

“torture that included slicing his genitals with a scalpel after being rendered to foreign interrogators”

Nor will Brennan, Barron, Bybee or Caproni be prosecuted. Oh, and lest we forget, the few unredacted CIA ‘black site’ details that emerge will absolutely pale when compared to General Petraeus complicity in CIA ‘dirty wars’ style torture camps and death squads documented by the Guardian, and altogether ignored by Feinstein’s torture committee:

“119” renditioned ‘black site’ prisoners (the number given in the now released report) certainly can’t be squared with 11,000 (eleven thousand) flights by planes known to have flown CIA renditions, Feinstein’s ‘torture report’ is not credible because the disparity in the math is too great:
