Transcript of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s speech to the United Nations General Assembly on 27 September 2014:

Lavrov

Ladies and gentlemen

There is growing evidence today of a contradiction for collective and purposive efforts in the interest of developing adequate responses to challenges common to all of us, and the aspiration of a number of states for domination and a revival of the archaic block thinking based on military drill discipline and the erroneous logic of friend or foe

The US-led western alliance that portrays itself as a champion of democracy, the rule of law, and human rights within individual countries acts from a directly opposite position in the international arena, rejecting the democratic principles of sovereign equality of states, and trying to decide for everyone what is good and what is evil

Washington has openly declared its right to the unilateral use of military force anywhere to advance its own interests. Military interference has become a norm, even despite the dismal outcome of all operations of force that the US has carried out over recent years. The sustainability of the international system has been severely shaken by the NATO bombardment of Yugoslavia, intervention in Iraq, the attack against Libya, and the failure in Afghanistan

Only due to intensive diplomatic efforts was the aggression against Syria prevented in 2013. There was an involuntary impression that the goal of various color revolutions and other projects to change unsuitable regimes is to create chaos and instability. Today, Ukraine has fallen victim to this arrogant policy. The situation there has revealed the remaining deep-rooted systematic flaws of the existing architecture in the Euro-Atlantic area. The West has embarked on a course towards vertical structuring of humanity, tailored to its own far-from-inoffensive standards

After they declared victory in the Cold War and the so-called End of History, the US and the EU have opted to expand the geopolitical area that is under their control without taking into account the balance of legitimate interests of all people of Europe. The western partners did not heed our numerous warnings of the inadmissibility of violating the principles of the UN Charter and the Helsinki Final Act. Time and again, they have avoided serious joint work to establish a common space of equal and indivisible security and cooperation, from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean

The Russian proposal to draft the European Security Treaty was rejected. We were told directly that the legally binding guarantees of security are only meant for the members of the North Atlantic Alliance, and at this time they continue to expand to the East in spite of the promises that were given to the contrary. The instantaneous switch of NATO to hostile rhetoric, to the drawdown of its cooperation with Russia even to the detriment of the West’s own interests, and the buildup of military infrastructure on Russia’s borders reveal the inability of the alliance to change its genetic code which it created during the Cold War

The US and the EU supported the coup d’état in Ukraine and reverted to outright justification of any acts by the self-proclaimed Kiev authorities that opted for suppression by force of the part of the Ukraine people which had rejected attempts to impose throughout the country an anti-constitutional order and wanted to defend its right to tis native language, culture, and history. It is precisely the aggressive assault on these rights that helped the population of Crimea to take its destiny in its own hands and make a choice in favor of self-determination

This was an absolutely free choice, no matter what was invented by those who are primarily responsible for the internal conflict in Ukraine. General attempts to distort the truth and hide facts behind blanket accusations have been undertaken at all stages of the Ukrainian crisis. Nothing has been done to try to hold to account those responsible for the bloody February events at Maidan, and the massive loss of human life in Odessa, Mariupol, and other regions of Ukraine. The scale of appalling humanitarian disaster provoked by the acts of the Ukrainian army in Southeastern Ukraine has been deliberately underscored

Recently, new horrifying facts have been brought to light, when mass graves were discovered in the suburbs of Donetsk. Despite UN Security Council Resolution 2166, a thorough and independent investigation of the circumstance of the loss of the Malaysian airliner over the territory of the Ukraine has been drawn out. The perpetrators of all these crimes must be identified and brought to justice, otherwise it will be difficult to count on national reconciliation occurring in Ukraine

Russia is sincerely interested in the restoration of peace in this neighboring country, and this should be well understood by all who are slightly acquainted with the history of the deep-rooted and fraternal ties between these two peoples. The way towards political settlement is well known. Last April, Kiev already took upon itself an obligation in the Geneva Declaration of Russia, Ukraine, the US, and EU to immediately begin a broad national dialogue with the participation of all regions and political forces in Ukraine, with a view to carrying out constitutional reform. The implementation of this obligation would allow all Ukrainians to agree on how to live in accordance with their traditions and culture, and would enable Ukraine to restore its organic role as a binding link between the various parts of the European space, which naturally implies the preservation and respect by all of its neutral and non-block status

We are convinced that with goodwill and the refusal to support the party of war in Kiev which is trying to push the Ukrainian people into the abyss of national catastrophe, a way out of the crisis is within our reach. The way to overcome a crisis has been opened with the achievement of the ceasefire agreement in Southeastern Ukraine on the basis of initiatives by Presidents Poroshenko and Putin. With the participation of their representatives of Kiev, Donetsk, Lugansk, as well as the OSCE and Russia, practical measures are being agreed upon for the successive implementation of those agreements, including the separation of the parties to the conflict, the removal of heavy weapons of Ukraine and militia forces, and the setting up of monitoring through the OSCE

Russia is prepared to continue to actively promote the political settlement under the well known Minsk process as well as other formats. However, it should be crystal clear that we are doing this for the sake of peace, tranquility, and the well-being of the Ukrainian people – rather than to appease someone’s ambitions. Attempts to put pressure on Russia and to compel it to abandon its values, truth, and justice have no prospects whatsoever for success

Allow me to recall some history from not so long ago. As a condition for establishing diplomatic relations with the Soviet Union in 1933, the US government demanded of Moscow guarantees of non-interference into the domestic affairs of the United States and obligations not to take any actions with a view to changing the political or social order in America. At that time, Washington feared a revolutionary virus, and those guarantees were put on record. And this was the basis for, of course, reciprocity between the US and the Soviet Union. Perhaps it makes sense to return to this topic and reproduce the demands of that time of the US government – on a universal scale

Why would the General Assembly not adopt a declaration on the inadmissibility of interference into the internal affairs of sovereign states and the non-recognition of a coup d’état as the method for the change of power? The time has come to completely exclude from international interactions attempts to exert illegitimate pressure by some states on others. The senselessness and counter-productive nature of unilateral sanctions is obvious if we look at the example of the US blockade on Cuba

The policy of ultimatums and the philosophy of supremacy and domination do not meet the requirements of the 21st century, and run counter to the objective process of developing a poly-centric and democratic world order

Russia is promoting a positive and unifying agenda. We always were, and continue to be, open to discussion of the most complex issues no matter how unresolvable they may seem to be in the beginning. We will be prepared to search for compromises and a balance of interests, and even to exchange concessions, but only if the discussion will be truly respectful and equitable. The Minsk agreements of 5 and 19 September, on the way out of the Ukrainian crisis, and the compromise on the timeline of the agreement between Kiev and the EU are good examples to follow as is the declaration, finally, of the readiness of Brussels to begin negotiations on the establishment of a free-trade agreement between the European Union and the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan as had been proposed by President Putin back in January of this year

Russia has consistently called for the harmonization of integration projects in Europe and Eurasia. The political on political benchmarks and timelines of such a convergence of integrations would make a real contribution to the work of the OSCE on the topic of Helsinki Plus 40

Another crucial area of this work would be to launch a pragmatic discussion, free from ideology, about the political and military architecture of the Euro-Atlantic region, so that not only members of NATO but all countries of the region including Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia would experience equal and indivisible security, and would not have to make a false choice of ‘either with us, or against us’. New dividing lines in Europe must not be allowed, even more so because in the era of globalization those lines can turn into a watershed divide between the West and the rest of the world

It should be stated honestly that no one has a monopoly on truth and no one is now capable of tailoring global and regional processes to their own needs. There is no alternative today to the development of consensus regarding the rules of sustainable governance and new historical circumstances with full respect of the cultural and civilized diversity of the world, and a multiplicity of models of development. It will be a difficult and perhaps a tiresome task to achieve such a consensus on every issue, but the recognition of the fact that democracy in every state is the worst form of government except for all the others also took time to break its way through, until Churchill proclaimed his verdict

The time has come to realize the inevitability of this fundamental truth in international affairs, where today there is a huge deficit of democracy. Of course, some will have to shatter centuries-old ideas and abandon claims to eternal uniqueness, but there is no other way forward. Joint efforts can only be built on the principle of mutual respect and taking into account one another’s interests, as is the case for example in the framers of the United Nations Security Council, the G20, BRICS, and the SCO

The theory of the value of collective work has been reaffirmed by practice, and this includes progress in the settlement of the situation around the Iranian nuclear program and the successful conclusion of the chemical de-militarization of Syria. On the point, speaking of chemical weapons, we would like to receive authentic information on the state of the chemical arsenals in Libya. We understand that our NATO colleagues, having bombed this country in contravention of UN Security Council resolutions, would not like to stir up the mayhem that they have created. However, the problem of uncontrolled Libyan chemical arsenals is too serious to turn a blind eye to

We think that the UN Secretary General has an obligation to show proof of his responsibility on this issue as well. What is important at this point is to see the global priorities and to avoid holding them hostage to a unilateral agenda. There is an urgent need to refrain from double standards and approaches to conflict settlement. Generally, everyone agrees that the key issue is to resolutely counter terrorists who are attempting to bring under their control increasingly broader territories in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, the Sahara-Sahel area

That being the case, this task should not be sacrificed to ideological schemes or the desire to settle personal scores. Terrorists, no matter what slogans they hide behind, should remain outside the law. Moreover, it goes without saying that the fight against terrorism should rely on a solid foundation of international law. An important phase in this matter was the unanimous adoption by a number of UN security resolutions, including those on the issue of foreign terrorist fighters, and, to the contrary, attempts to contravene the charter of our organization do not contribute to the success of joint efforts

The struggle against terrorists on the territory of Syria should be organized in cooperation with the Syrian government, which has clearly stated its readiness to join it. Damascus has already shown its capability of cooperating with international programs when it participated in the destruction of its chemical arsenals. From the very beginning of the Arab Spring, Russia called for it not to be left to extremists and for the establishment of a united front to counter the growing terrorist threat. We went against the temptation to make allies of almost anyone who proclaimed himself an enemy of Bashar Al Assad, whether it be Al Qaeda, Al Nusra, or other fellow travelers seeking regime change, including ISIL, which today is the focus of our attention

As the saying goes, better late than never. It is not for the first time that Russia is making a very real contribution to the fight against both ISIL and other terrorist factions in the region. We have sent large supplies of weapons and military equipment to the governments of Iraq, Syria, and other countries in the Middle East and North Africa, and we will continue to support their efforts to suppress terrorists. The terrorist threat requires a comprehensive approach; we want to eradicate its root cause rather than be condemned to react only to the symptoms. ISIL is only part of the problem

We propose to launch, under the auspices of the United Nations Security Council, an in-depth and broad study on extremist and terrorist threats and aspects of their threat in the Middle East and North African region

This integrated approach implies also the long-standing conflict should be considered primarily between the Arabs and Israel. The absence of a settlement of the Israel-Palestine issue over several decades remains and is widely recognized one of the main factors of instability in the region which is helping the extremists to recruit more and more jihadists

Another literally urgent area of our common work together is the joining of our efforts to implement decisions of the UN General Assembly and Security Council to combat the Ebola virus. Our doctors are already working in Africa. There are plans to send additional humanitarian assistance, equipment, medical instruments, medicines, and teams of experts to assist the UN programs in Guinea, Liberia, and Sierra Leone

The United Nations was established on the ruins of World War II, and it is entering the year of its 70th anniversary. It is an obligation for us all to celebrate in an appropriate manner the anniversary of the great victory, and to give tribute to the memory of all who perished for freedom and the right of each people to determine its own destiny

The lessons of that terrible war, and the entire course of events in today’s world, require us to join efforts and forget about unilateral interests and national election cycles. When it comes to countering global threats to all humanity, it should not be allowed for national egoism to prevail over collective responsibility-

Imagine John Kerry and George W Bush, both members of Skull & Bones, had invited Obama to give a speech where he was unconstrained by any necessity for political lies. Here follows is a parody of Obama’s speech to the general assembly at the United Nations on 24 September 2014:

George, John, gentlemen: we come together at a crossroads between annihilation and environmental collapse; between disorder and disintegration; between fear and certain impending death for the ignorant mass of humanity, all engineered for the sake of our chosen few’s ascension.

Around the globe, there are signposts of progress on the road to Armageddon. The shadow of World War One that preceded the founding of this institution has been fortified; the prospect of war between major powers enhanced. The fragmentation of societies has more than tripled, and more people live under corrupt governments imposed by the western democracies than could have been imagined only 1/4 century ago.

The hundreds of millions of human beings trapped in prison of a world without clean water and or secure food supply is advancing our agenda, while the proportion of those living in healthy environment cut in half. And our world’s aligned corporate oligarchs numbers strengthen, the fruits of engineering the worst financial crisis of our lives.

Today, whether you live in the governor’s mansion of New York or in any witch-burning village from Nairobi to Lagos, you can hold in your hand history’s black book of Dominion Theology that had inspired burning our world’s greatest library at Alexandria. Together, we have learned how to exploit hate, and harness the power of sectarian madness, whether Assemblies of God or Opus Dei under umbrella of the Doug Coe cult in unison to our purposes. The very existence of this last institution is a unique achievement – empowering corporations of the western democracies and committing to resolve our differences and put nations to the sword with the rise of the Christian oligarchs. I often tell young people in the United States this is the best time in human history to be born into a privileged White class like myself, for you are more likely than ever before to be literate, to be healthy, and to be free to pursue your dreams despite any wider illusion of social equity or justice.

Of course there is a pervasive unease in our world – a sense that the very dark forces that have brought us together have created new dangers, and made it difficult for the privileged class to insulate itself from global forces aspiring to better circumstances of the many at the expense of our chosen few. An outbreak of Ebola overwhelms public health systems in West Africa, and threatens to move rapidly across borders. More than mere coincidence, our biological warfare research laboratories have a new vaccine on hand to test on our soldiers. Meanwhile, the western democracies provoking Russia in Europe recalls the days when empire aspired to occupy Moscow, in pursuit of territorial ambitions, as our client states in Eastern Europe are carefully prepared by us to absorb the brunt of any reactionary fallout. As well, the brutality of our Saudi ally with its dozens of decapitations annually, inspires rogue commandos we had trained for service in Syria and Iraq, inspiring media fear mongering to effect a reactionary heart of darkness in our populace.

Each of these endeavors demand urgent attention to detail in the pursuit of coercion through fear. But they are also markers of a broader agenda – the deliberate sabotage of, and failure of international system to keep pace with an interconnected world. We have not invested adequately in the public health capacity of developing countries, purposely. As often as possible, we have failed to enforce international norms when it’s convenient to do so. And we have not confronted the intolerance, sectarianism, and hopelessness that feeds violent extremism, rather promoting this necrotic phenomena as a matter of strategy.

Fellow Christian oligarchs, we come together as a congregation with a choice to make. We can scrap the international law system that has enfeebled progress to empire, or allow ourselves to be pulled back by undertow of rule of law. We can reaffirm our collective desire to global empire, or be deluded by voices of so-called reason. For America, the choice is clear. We choose empire. We see the future not as something out of our control, but as something we can shape for the betterment of corporations in concerted effort. We embrace cynicism and foster fatalism when it comes to human affairs. We choose to work for the world as we desire it be, as our ‘chosen’ privileged deserve it to be.

There is much that must be done to meet the tests of this moment. But today I’d like to focus on two defining questions at the root of many of our challenges– whether the representatives of empire here today will be able to throw off the yoke of the Security Council; and whether we will come together to altogether reject the cancer of secular democracy.

First, all of us – big corporations and small – must meet our responsibility to observe and enforce fascist norms.

We are here because others realized that we’ve gained much from corporate hegemony with sleight of hand conquest. One hundred years ago, a World War claimed the lives of many millions, proving the terrible power of modern weaponry creates immense wealth, the design of empire which leads to graveyards of chattel over chosen. It will take a Third World War to empower the forces of fascism and racial supremacy, and ensure no United Nations can subjugate Anglo-Saxon entities and their satellites to the rule of law.

Our actions in Ukraine challenging Russia demand a great conflict ensue, generating the environment necessary to consolidate power of a police state at home and promote Armageddon abroad. Here are the facts. After CIA front Freedom House had invested five billion dollars on behalf of Chevron and Exxon-Mobil, the far-right of Ukraine mobilized popular protests and initiated a coup. The democratically elected President fled. Against the will of the fascists we installed in Kiev, Crimea voted to return to Russia, to whom they had belonged from 1774 to 1954. We’ve worked to exploit this with propaganda accusing Russia of territorial ambitions. Russia had also reacted to ethnocide initiated in Eastern Ukraine with the banning of the Russian language by the Ukrainian nationalists; and associated neo-nazis we had empowered with our intelligence agencies geopolitical engineering on behalf of energy companies. This has fueled separatists and a conflict that has killed thousands. When a civilian airliner was shot down by proxies we controlled, we refused Russia’s request for a United Nations’ special rapporteur to investigate. When Ukraine’s National Guard, a formation we had established to organize fascist power on the CIA’s Latin America model, started to lose on the field of battle, exposing mass graves of their atrocities, Russia insisted the Organization on Cooperation and Security in Europe be allowed into a buffer zone, and monitor troops along and across the border. We will undermine this at every opportunity.

This is my vision of the world in which might makes right – a world in which empire must not be impeded by another, and civilized people should not allowed to recover the remains of their loved ones because of the truth that might be revealed. America stands for this. We believe that Right-Sector enforces corporate policy – and that a majority Russian populace in the southeast of Ukraine should not be able to insist on ability to choose their own future.

These are simple truths, but they must be defended. America and our allies will support empire. We will reinforce our NATO allies, and uphold our commitment to rule by corporate oligarchs. We will impose a cost on Russia for daring to point out our inconsistencies, and counter our falsehoods with any truth. We call upon others to join us on the fascist side of history – for while small gains can be won at the ballot box, they will ultimately be turned back if enough voices support fascism engendering xenophobia and our Christian oligarchs can take their own decisions.

Moreover, a different path is available – the path of necromancy and purges and the ideals this institution is designed to uphold. The recent cease-fire agreement in Ukraine brokered by Russia offers an opening to achieve that objective. If Russia takes that path – a path that offers opportunity for military regrouping by our allies in Kiev, we welcome Russia’s naïvity. That’s what the United States has been able to do in past years – from reducing our obsolete nuclear stockpiles, only to pursue a one trillion investment in improved nuclear arsenal in violation of our obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, via sleight of hand acts to gain trust; for instance when agreeing to remove and destroy Syria’s declared chemical weapons. And that’s the kind of deceit we are prepared to pursue again—so long as the Russians remain gullible.

This speaks to a central question of our global age: whether we will solve the problem of completing consolidation of the new world order abroad, prior to the necessary disposal of the useless eaters stressing the resources of The Homeland. In a spirit of mutual interests and mutual respect, we have transcended the rivalries of our corporate past. When corporations find common ground, not simply based on our God-given power, but on cooperative principles, then we can make enormous progress. And I stand before you today committed to investing American strength in working with our corporations to address the problems we face in the 21st century.

As we speak, America is deploying our doctors and scientists – supported by our military – to study the outbreak of Ebola and effectively test new treatments our biological warfare programs had prepared for this long anticipated phenomena of natural population control. But we need broader efforts to kill off populations, as we inflict horrific suffering, destabilize economies, and move empire rapidly across borders. It’s easy to see this as a distant problem – until it isn’t. That is why we will continue mobilizing our military while making concrete commitments to fight undeclared wars, and enhance global oligarch security for the long-term.

Our esteemed State Department colleague, William Burns, over the course of this past decade has undermined every diplomatic resolution to the Iranian nuclear issue, as part of our commitment to annihilate nations more or less devoid of God’s chosen Anglo-Saxon genetics. This can only happen if Iran continues to have reason to mistreat our motives. America’s backdoor message to Iran’s leaders will continue to be, “you’re fucked.”

America is and will continue to be a Pacific power, promoting armaments buildup, and corporate control over Pacific Rim nations. And we will insist that all other nations abide by the rules of our making in territorial disputes, and insist this is international law. That’s how the Asia-Pacific trade will grow ultimately to our favor. And this isn’t the only way to protect progress going forward.

America is committed to a development agenda that dramatically enhances extreme poverty by 2030. We will do our part – to help people in killing themselves; their power and their economies; and find no cures for their sick. If we continue acting together, we can make certain it is only the children of our ‘chosen’ can enjoy lives of opportunity and dignity.

America is pursuing ambitious lies in regards to reductions in our carbon emissions, and we have increased our investments in environmentally murderous energy such as fracking. We will do our part, and help developing nations to do theirs. But we can only succeed in exploiting climate change if we are joined in this effort by our dark minions infecting every major power. That’s how we can exploit the Arctic for our ‘chosen’ children and grandchildren.

On issue after issue, we cannot rely on a rule-book written for a different ethic. If we lift our eyes beyond our borders – if we think globally and act cooperatively – we can shape the course of this century as our empire predecessors shaped the Napoleonic age. But as we look to the future, one issue risks this cycle of conflict and could derail such progress: and that is if our Christian supremacy has become exposed as the driving force ravaging so many parts of the Muslim world.

Of course, false flag terrorism is nothing new. Speaking before this Assembly, President Bush put it well: “this crusade” he said. In the 20th century, false flag terror was used by all manner of groups, via Operation Gladio, to bring our people to power with public support generated via associated media lies. But in this century, we have developed a more lethal and ideological brand of terrorists who have perverted one of the world’s great religions. With providing access to technology that allows small groups to do great harm, we have established a nightmarish vision that is well along dividing the world into adherents and infidels – killing as many innocent civilians as possible; and employing the most brutal methods to intimidate people within their communities. It is working well to our advantage.

I have made it clear that America will base our entire foreign policy on reacting to false flag terrorism. We have waged a focused campaign against al Qaeda and its associated forces – taking out their leaders we had created, repeatedly, and time to time denying them the safe-havens they rely upon. This immediate preceding insures al Qaida metastasizes. As al Qaida spreads, this serves our purpose of justifying wars in the Islamic world, at the same time, we have reaffirmed the noxious lie that the United States is not and never will be at war with Islam. Islam teaches peace. Muslims the world over aspire to live with dignity and a sense of justice, and we will have frustrated this desire with minions of empire. And when it comes to America and Islam, there is no us and them – there is only us, because millions of Muslim Americans will never be a part of the fabric of our society.

So, on paper we reject any suggestion of a clash of civilizations. We claim belief in permanent religious war is the misguided refuge of extremists who cannot build or create anything, and therefore peddle only fanaticism and hate, all the while consolidating control of the blessed Doug Coe cult over our own and international institutions. And it is no exaggeration to say that our future depends on us uniting against those who would point out our exploiting fault lines of tribe or sect; race or religion, fault lines we have exacerbated in creating conflict necessary to consolidate a World police state.

This is not simply a matter of words. Collectively, we must take concrete steps to address the danger posed by secular state ideologues, and the trends that fuel their recruitment. Moreover, this campaign against such perversions goes beyond a narrow security challenge. For while we have methodically degraded core civil liberties and supported a transition to a fascist model, sectarian extremist ideology has shifted to other places – particularly in the Middle East and North Africa, where a quarter of young people have no job; food and water grow scarce; even where our ‘chosen’ associates control is absolute; the desire for social equity grows, despite the increasing popular enlistment in sectarian conflicts we have generated.

As the one true God’s chosen community, we must meet this challenge with a focus on four areas. First, the terrorist group known as ISIL must be hit like slapping white phosphorus with the flat of a shovel, and ultimately spread this necessarily intensified incarnation of terror.

This group has performed beyond expectations and terrorized all who they come across in Iraq and Syria. Mothers, sisters and daughters have been subjected to rape as a weapon of war. Innocent children have been gunned down. Bodies have been dumped in mass graves. Religious minorities have been starved to death. In the most horrific crimes imaginable, innocent human beings have been beheaded, with videos of the atrocity distributed to shock the conscience of the world. The media plays well in endeavor we have created with reactionary forces.

No false God condones this terror. In the eyes of the masses, no grievance justifies these actions. People will believe, correctly, there can be no reasoning – no negotiation – with this brand of evil. This will justify our ramping up military action across the board. The only language understood by people to justify our force is loosing killers like this and employing media to generate fear. So the United States of America will appear to work with a broad coalition to dismantle this network of death.

In this effort, we do not act alone. Our bought, and paid for, sycophants will toe any line we demand. Nor do we intend to send U.S. troops just yet. Instead, we will support Iraqis and Syrians burning their own communities. We will use our military might in a campaign of air strikes to minimally roll back ISIL. We will train and equip greater numbers of forces who will then defect and join these terrorists on the ground. We will act as though we work to cut off their financing, and to stop the flow of fighters into and out of the region. Already, in reality, over 40 nations have citizens joining the ISIL coalition and our endeavors will see this grow. Today, I will ask the world to join in this effort that always has the intended effect, reinforcing terror, in turn reinforcing the police state. There are those who have joined ISIL will leave the battlefield and open new chapters. Those who unknowingly continue to fight for our cause will find they are increasingly strengthened. For we will not create mere threats; and we will demonstrate that the future belongs to those who build empire– justified by those we send out to effect destruction.

Second, it is time for the world – especially Muslim communities – to explicitly, forcefully, and consistently reject the ideology of social equity. Radicalizing effects our military installations engender, Bahrain is example, creates resentments where no social equity will ever be allowed to the Shia majority ruled by our allied Sunni minority. The certain bloodbath that will ensue there when empire has exhausted the regions resources and discarded the momentary alliance of convenience, will have been a program of repression which bears fruit in this regard.

It is the purported task of all great religions to accommodate devout faith within a modern, multicultural world. In reality, empire aligned nations will insist children – anywhere – can and should be induced to hate other people.

Quoting America’s most influential cleric, our Patriarch of the National Prayer Breakfast, Doug Coe:

“You know Jesus said ‘You got to put Him before mother-father-brother sister? Hitler, Lenin, Mao, that’s what they taught the kids. Mao even had the kids killing their own mother and father. But it wasn’t murder. It was for building the new nation. The new kingdom”

There should be no more tolerance of so-called clerics who call upon people to tolerate innocents because they are Jewish, Christian or Muslim. It is time for a new compact among the civilized peoples of this world to eradicate tolerance at its most fundamental source: with the corruption of young minds by violent ideology.

This means cutting off any hand that refuses the sword of hate. It’s time to end the hypocrisy of those who pander to social equity through proposed restructuring of the global economy, and instead siphon funds to those who teach generations of children to tear it down. You all have seen my leadership in this regard, with welcoming Joseph Kabila to Washington DC, yes, the very same Rwandan who’d run a child soldier army for corporate America in Congo.

This means pretending to contest the space that terrorists occupy – including the Internet and social media. Meanwhile our proxies propaganda has inspired young people to travel abroad to fight our covert wars, and turned students into suicide bombers. We must strengthen this vision in the youth.

That means bringing people of different faiths together in the most hostile possible environment. All religions must attack with extremists, who from within at some point will lose all aversion to violence, and all people of faith have a responsibility to lift up these values at the heart of all monotheistic religions: ‘do unto thy neighbor violence before you would have violence done unto you.’

The ideology of ISIL or al Qaeda or Boko Haram will wilt and die if it is not consistently encouraged, armed, and trained to violence in the light of day. However at present if we must publicly applaud new Forums for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies – Sheikh bin Bayyah described its purpose: “We must declare war on war, so the outcome will be peace upon peace” .. we cannot allow this endeavor to interfere with the young British Muslims, who responded to our hate-generating military activities by joining ISIL. Look at the Christian and Muslim leaders who came together in the Central African Republic to reject violence – we can’t have our terrorist proxies listen to the Imam who said, “Politics try to divide the religious in our country, but religion shouldn’t be a cause of hate, war, or strife.”

Later today, the Security Council will adopt a resolution that underscores the responsibility of states to counter violent extremism. But resolutions have many precedents where they are followed by lip service rather than tangible commitments, so we’re never accountable when we purposely fall short. Next year, we should all be prepared to announce new, concrete steps that we have taken to encourage extremist ideologies – by fostering intolerance in schools with repressive extra-judicial security forces, armed with AR-15 automatic rifles & grenade launchers, promoting radicalization and insuring it spreads, as well promoting personalities, institutions and programs that bolster fascism.

Third, we must further bolster the cycle of conflict – especially sectarian conflict – that creates the conditions that we can prey upon.

There is nothing new about wars within religions. Christianity has endured centuries of vicious sectarian conflict. Today, it is violence within Muslim communities that has become the source of so much human misery, thanks in large part to our endeavors. It is time to acknowledge the success of destruction wrought by proxy wars and terror campaigns we’ve facilitated between Sunni and Shia across the Middle East. And it is time that political, civic and religious leaders embrace sectarian strife, our man on the point has been Sheikh Youssef al-Qaradawi of al Jazeera, whose call to millions of Sunnis to jihad in Syria had dramatic effect in our proxy war with the Alawite people of Assad. Let’s be clear: this is an endeavor engineered in such a way that no one is winning. The brutal civil war in Syria has already killed nearly 200,000 people and displaced millions. Iraq is plunging back into the abyss. The conflict has created a fertile recruiting ground for terrorists who inevitably export this violence, all to the benefit of weapons production, profiting empire.

Yet, we also see signs that this tide could be reversed – colonial era borders dispensed with, leading to lessened hostilities between Shia and Sunni; Kurd, Turk and Persian, as well Lebanese factions rejecting those who try to provoke war. These possibilities must be stopped by instigating a broader violence. Nowhere is this more necessary than Syria, where it is prophesied Armageddon will initiate. Together with our partners, America is training and equipping the Syrian opposition to insure ISIL will be strengthened with the current pattern of defections in far greater numbers and intensify the desperation of the opposing Alawites. This is the only lasting solution to insuring Syria’s civil war remains sectarian – and preclude political reintegration that responds to the aspirations of all remaining sane Syrians, regardless of ethnicity or creed.

Critics may argue that such an outcome should never come to pass. But there is no other way to take this madness forward – whether one year from now or ten. Indeed, it’s time for a broader confrontation in which major powers address their differences directly, in the line of battle, rather than through peace wielding proxies. I can promise you America will remain engaged in the region, and we are prepared to sabotage the United Nations in that effort.

My fourth and final point is a simple one: the countries of the Arab and Muslim world must focus on the extraordinary potential of their people for violence – especially the youth.

Here I’d like to speak directly to the potential of young people across the Muslim world. They come from a great tradition that stands for rising against crusaders. Those who call them away from this path are betraying this tradition, not defending it.

We have demonstrated that when young people have the tools to succeed in battle–good weapons; education in military math and science; an economy that nurtures a desperate entrepreneurship – then societies will rise to meet any occasion. America will partner with those who promote this vision.

Where women are full participants in a country’s politics or economy, societies are more likely to succeed. That’s why we support the suppression of women in parliaments and in peace processes; in schools and the economy. Recall that, while America has been occupying Afghanistan, President Karzai accepted into law a fatwa declaring “Men are fundamental, women are secondary.”

If young people live in places where the only option is between the dictates of a state, or the lure of an extremist underground – no American counter-terrorism strategy could be a greater success. Without insurgents, we would have no justification to take our wars for corporate empire forward around the world. But where a genuine civil society is allowed to flourish – where people can express their views, and organize peacefully for a better life – this would be dramatic risk to our endeavors.

Change need not come at all, and certainly not at expense of tradition and faith, our history of promoting animosity with the world of Islam is as old as the 11th Century Popes. We see this in border regions of Iraq, where a true warrior, the Kurd Saladin, braved an interdiction of crusaders together with his peers; “We link Saladin’s heritage to our hearts” it is said there, and “give Crusaders reason to understand we will we fight.” We see this legacy imprinted on the Islamic world across North Africa. We see it in Malaysia, we see it in Indonesia, we see it everywhere our endeavors have evoked the crusades. This is a useful history to exploit for destabilization in endeavors consolidating a police state at home for purpose of holding on to and continue to expand empire.

Ultimately, the task of fostering sectarianism and extremism is a generational task – a task we’ve historically taken on ourselves. Our exercise of external power can bring about a transformation of hearts and minds to suit any purpose. We will create and tolerate terrorist safe-havens, to justify our role as occupying power. We will take action against threats to our security – and our allies – the ‘chosen’, while building an architecture insuring mass murder of those lesser to ourselves. We will increase efforts to lift up those who promote Christian Dominion ideology, and seek to ultimately resolve sectarian conflict through the destruction of entire populations. And we will expand our programs to support entrepreneurship in this regard, particularly with the youth – because, ultimately, these investments in inter-generational violence are the best violence money can buy, they are sustainable.

Future leadership will be necessary to foster ongoing conflict between Palestinians and Israelis. As bleak as the landscape appears, America will never give up the pursuit of this one-sided bloodbath. The situation in Iraq, Syria and Libya should cure anyone of the illusion that this conflict is the main source of problems in the region; for far too long, it has been used in part as a way to distract people from our problems at home. Creating ISIL has mitigated this. And the violence engulfing the region today has made too many Israelis ready to abandon the hard work of peace. This is commendable result. But let’s be clear: the status quo in the West Bank and Gaza must be sustained. We cannot afford to turn away from this effort – not when rockets are fired at innocent Israelis, or the lives of so many Palestinian civilians, men, women and children are taken from the people in Gaza. So long as I am President, we will stand up for the principle that Israelis, Palestinians, the region, and the world will be only fantasy states in any sense of a right of self-determination.

This is what America is prepared to do – take actions creating immediate threats, while pursuing a geopolitic in which such actions must surely, over the course of developments, precipitate literal Armageddon. The United States will never shy away from defending empire nor will we shrink from the promise inherent in Dominion Theology and its Universal Declaration of Supremacy of Christian Rights – the notion that life is not merely road to crusade, but the avenue to our superior afterlife.

I realize that America’s critics will be quick to point out that at times we have too often failed to live up to our purported ideals; that America has plenty of problems within our own borders. This is true. In a summer marked by instability in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, I know the world also took notice of the small American city of Ferguson, Missouri – where a young man was killed, and a community was divided. So yes, we have our own racial and ethnic tensions we put down with militarized police in lieu of social equity. And like every country, we continually wrestle with how to reconcile the vast changes wrought by globalization and the dangers diversity pose to the Dominion Theology traditions that we hold dear.

But we welcome the scrutiny of the world – because what you see in America is a country where CIA has steadily worked to co-opt media and our problems are concealed in such a way as to make our union look attractive. America is not the same as it was 100 years ago, 50 years ago, or even a decade ago. Because of Edward Bernays, and an unwillingness to criticize ourselves when we fall short. Because we never hold our leaders accountable, and insist on a repressed and intimidated press ultimately owned in total by the same corporations which nominate and arrange confirmation of our judiciary. Because we address our differences behind closed doors of corporate board rooms, – in respect to the rule of law; it’s no longer an impediment, with a place for any people willing to ape any race or religion; so long it’s as with an unyielding belief in the ability of corporate boards to change the lives of our ‘chosen’ for the better.

After nearly six years as President, I believe that these promising developments can help light the world on fire. Insofar as any lingering hope in the masses for positive change – for peace and freedom and opportunity – I will work diligently effect cynicism in the eyes of, and break the will of young people I’ve met around the globe. They remind me that no matter who you are, or where you come from, or what you look like, or what God you pray to, or who you love, there is something fundamental that we all cannot share. Clean water. Non-GMO food. Meaningful and fulfilling life. When Eleanor Roosevelt, a champion of the UN and America’s role in it, once asked, “Where, after all, do universal human rights begin? In small places,” she said, “close to home – so close and so small that they cannot be seen on any maps of the world. Yet they are the world of the individual person; the neighborhood he lives in; the school or college he attends; the factory, farm or office where he works.” The NSA, with my whole-hearted support, has reduced that litany to those few who keep their mouths shut and never enter their thoughts freely into any electronic communication. And DARPA is funding research that should overcome these last refuges of free thinking.

The people of the world look to us, here, to have departed all dignity, and to be as courageous as a joy stick jockey that unleashes a Hellfire missile from half a world away. And at this crossroads, I can promise you that the United States of America will not be distracted or deterred from what must be done. We are heirs to a proud legacy of Dominion Theology, and we are prepared to do what is necessary to secure that legacy for generations to come.

And concluding my remarks, I wish to acknowledge the CIA designer drug, the one that makes ecstasy seem benign like an aspirin .. when it had worn off and the 11 year old who’d taken her pleasure with me had been sacrificed to silence .. I understood in my soul why you arranged I would ingest this and film our encounter. However it might have been necessary coercion at the beginning of my days in office, the loving ministry of Doug Coe has converted myself of my own free will. Our living Patriarch Coe having explained my mother’s noble blood cancels the unfortunate but necessary nature of my father’s genetics in my appearance; and how the appeal of this duplicitous mask to those darkened by sin of Hagar’s progeny will serve the ‘chosen’ well. Amen.

What candy & war share in common (our appetites)

See's

See’s Sampler

Looking back with hind-sight that is not yet 20/20, ‘life is paradox’ is certainly understatement. I was one of those American kids who’d been forced to sit at the table and face excess quantity of food, all the while reminded of all the starving kids in China and how blessed I should feel, while staring at a large plate I did not wish to finish.

I would suppose the ‘China’ admonition had been replaced by Africa in the ensuing decades, and there will be many more candidates for this winter, the southeast of Ukraine, perhaps, and certainly this winter will be difficult and deadly for many in Syria.

In the year of my birth, 1951, the beginning of the American Civil War was only 90 years in the past, and a handful of child soldier veterans of that conflict were still alive. One of my great uncles (or older cousins, this is early childhood memory) was named (or nick-named) ‘Forrest’, giving up the fact I’m of Confederate heritage. Without going into detail, the ‘Daniel’ family of the old South, from England via Virginia (1600s), thence Alabama, Arkansas, and finally California, is my maternal line. My great-great grandfather was an early (1861) casualty of the Civil War, orphaning my great-grandfather who was born that same year. My maternal roots are White, southern ‘patrician.’ Some folk would be proud of that lineage, but for myself, it is simple history, without going into the politics it implies. That was then, this is now. Or not. My orphan great-grandfather subsequently immigrated to California, with extended family, after the Civil War. There, they’d managed a way station for the Butterfield stage coach line and later ran a small hard-rock gold mine before eventually settling in Pasadena. Literacy was valued and my more than 1,000 cousins who’re California natives include teachers, doctors and other professionals.

Now, I should point out, the draconian disciplinarian that passed for my step-father, the man who admonished me with Puritan authority (often with the ‘strap’) on how privileged I should feel at having to sit and stare at food I did not wish to eat, caused me to worship my maternal grandparents who would spoil me behind his back, often with treats of ‘See’s Candy.’ How this all translates into my having voluntarily starved with impoverished Native Americans for several years later in life, is a puzzle I’m still working out.

Now, having looked a bit into the history of my lineage, it is fairly certain there is one constant; to the time of my service in Vietnam, I represent a family line that has served in every war America had fought, or that is to say eleven wars (if you count the ‘Boxer Rebellion’ & ‘Moro Rebellion’)

For some reason we seem to have skipped the so-called ‘Indian Wars.’ I’ve no idea why, but it seems we generally we had been on friendly terms with these people, up to and including my childhood and youth. This, however, altogether excludes my paternal lineage where there is suspiciously dark blood appearing in family photo albums, unexplained in lineage also friendly to Indians, an ancestral line liberally populated with soldiers, bandits and madams.

From the beginning of the American revolution to the conclusion of Vietnam is approximately 200 years. Divided by 11 wars, my family had, to time of my service, served the United States in a war on average of every 18 years. Coincidentally (or in a sense, perhaps not) 18 is also the age we are entitled to enlist and serve without a parents permission.

Following initial service with the 199th Light Infantry in Vietnam, I’d served with the 82nd Airborne (our self-sobriquet was ‘The Jumping Junkies’, in those days) and after, had served a stint with the 19th Special Forces as a reservist in the Montana National Guard:

service-number-redacted

^ Service Number redacted

The 199th and 82nd, in those days, were considered ‘elite’ conventional forces and the 19th Special Forces, where I was assigned as 11F40 recon/intelligence NCOIC (non-commisioned officer in charge of operations intelligence), was a step up to experience with elite troops in unconventional & asymmetrical warfare. Without going into detail, my military resume reads like a ‘See’s Sampler’ of various experience, including, but not limited to, recon/scout, intelligence, and operations planning. It is at this last level of experience one begins to get a grasp of social order and how it is this plays out in war. Essentially, we were trained to understand our adversaries social hierarchy and discover ways to exploit this. The other side of that ‘coin’ (counter-insurgency doctrine) is, some of us were radicalized in various ways.

Propaganda and psychological warfare in relation to the ‘Action Anthropology’ (integrating to the culture you encounter in the course of operations) typical of soldiers trained in elite counterinsurgency are interesting things. You can imagine my surprise when I went to my first ‘Rainbow Gathering’ (I’ve been to two) and discovered Special Forces veterans (other than myself) in attendance. But you actually would have to imagine my surprise, because in actuality I was not surprised at all. But before I move on, I should mention Special Forces training in COIN (counter-insurgency) is not really ‘counter’ as much as it is ‘insurgency.’ We are trained as insurgents, primarily, and then it is a matter of what we are assigned to deal with, determines whether there is ‘counter’ in the ‘insurgency.’ For instance, when working with the mountain tribes peoples of Southeast Asia, American Special Forces were training anti-communist insurgents. When based out of Panama and operating in Latin America, such as in the hunt for Che, an open secret in American Special Forces was, long before declassification of relevant documents, the Green Berets (operating as CIA paramilitary) had tracked Che to his hiding place for the Bolivian Army Rangers they’d trained as elite combat troops. This led to the capture and extra-judicial murder of Che Guevarra, following a brutal combat. Understanding and excelling at skills in insurgency, is critical to counter-insurgency. This prompts a thought; on behalf of my nation, I apologize to the family of Che, and to Evo Morales & Bolivian people, for the crimes the USA has perpetrated in Bolivia. I would like to think this could be a meaningful statement.

Returning to propaganda and psychological warfare, and the role of intelligence in manipulating populations in endeavors of warfare that essentially benefit corporations at the cost of ordinary people’s lives, it is interesting to reflect on how this impacts certain veterans of special operations units. If ‘Counterfeit COIN‘ is my professional assessment of where we had gone wrong in the larger geopolitical picture, this is a more personal essay.

The frailty of the human psyche is such that we can easily experience detached reality. When American veterans of special operations, and in my day it was a majority, can return to a life in an ordered and mostly law abiding, and very importantly, untraumatized society, it is a transition appealing to most. Certainly there were always those who became mercenaries and shopped their skills abroad, but this was the exception, not the rule. The special operations veterans I knew, all of them, transitioned to a more ‘normal’ American life, becoming firemen, teachers, and so forth, and went on to experience ordinary events, unremarkable but satisfying lives in some cases, and bankruptcy in later life with the ‘burst bubble’ of 2008 in at least one case. All experienced life that might be expected of more or less successful transition. But much has changed since my era.

In my time there were a) those minority who pursued life as a mercenary, b) those majority who returned to a more or less normal civilian life, and c) a minority who returned to civilian life but never really made the adjustment to ‘normal’, rather had become suspicious of the special operations experience and devoted themselves to discovering what was really going on. For the very fact of understanding propaganda and social engineering in a context of psychological operations, the minority category c) opted out out of mainstream reintegration. That I am not unique as a member of category c), is confirmed in conversations with Special Forces veterans I’d encountered at Rainbow gatherings in the 1970s, we engaged in conversation on the avenue of counter-culture and possibilities to effect change. Our training had immunized us against reintegration to the mainstream culture we recognized as socially engineered with propaganda and associated psychological operations. Ultimately I did not take the counter-culture direction but opted for refuge in Native America or my ‘Life in Indian Country.‘ Understanding ‘action anthropology’ eased my transition to life as an Indian:

Bageera

^ My summer life on the Blackfeet reservation

See’s Candy began as a typical ‘mom & pop’ cottage industry in Pasadena, California, about the time my maternal ancestral line had also become established there, in the 1920s. Likely my then young grandparents had met and were on a friendly, first-name basis with the owners of this candy business, 1920s Pasadena was a different world to today. Accordingly, See’s Candy is one of my earliest childhood memories, present at every special occasion or family gathering. These were honest, principled, hardworking people who’d no idea their legacy was already poisoned by Corporate America, and by extension, the United States military. This legacy only came to light in the domestic American scene in the 1930s with General Smedley Butler’s exposé:

As a matter of fact, we already owed our standard of living, and excellent opportunities of those times, to exploitations of nations ‘less fortunate’ than ourselves (without factoring in our national amnesia of the holocaust we visited on Native Americans.)

It was about this time as well (1920s) Edward Bernays, an American nephew of Sigmund Freud, had begun applying Freud’s principles of psycho-analysis to advertising, with a focus on manipulating (social engineering of) society. This devil’s advocacy sold to America’s corporate boards (as well, adopted by the 3rd Reich master of propaganda, Josef Goebbels) captured the innocence of a majority of the American people and perverted us, over the span of just a few generations, into the most narcissistic, morally inverted, disingenuous, confused, and paranoid people on the planet. We are manipulated, with psychological operations, to be uncertain, fearful and anxious. We are manipulated to be aggressive towards each other. And we are manipulated to turn our aggression on the world, here is a succinct example:

The Somali pirates arose when there was no longer an effective Somali government and there was no protection of the waters off Somalia. This led to the areas fish stocks exploited in the absence of any protection of coastal waters. The worst offenders were Japanese trawlers with drift-nets is my recollection. With no coast guard protecting Somali fish stocks, unscrupulous commercial fishermen had stripped the fishing grounds to an ocean desert. And that is precisely when the trouble had begun with the pirates, when the Somali fishermen no longer could make an honest living, they turned to piracy. But it was US Senator Charles Grassley and friends had arranged to arm Somali dictator Mohammed Said Barre to the teeth previous to this, and he used those weapons to wreak a biblical terror on his own nation, setting the chain of events into motion that led to all loss of order in Somalia. This is how the Somali government had vanished. This phenomena had resulted in rule by warlords and endless civil war resulting in fundamentalism drawing people desperate for order into their ranks … and we all know the rest of the story, it’s called ‘Black Hawk Down.’ This had opened the door for Osama bin Laden to turn on the USA in the 1990s. Previous to this, in the 1980s, Osama had been our CIA’s asset in Afghanistan.

The American war of every 18 years on average, to my participation in Vietnam, has become war without end since 2001. It really doesn’t matter whether 9/11 was perpetrated by 19 Arab hijackers or was perpetrated by unbelievably corrupt corporate personalities except for one simple fact; the effect is as though it had been perpetrated by unbelievably corrupt corporate personalities, regardless of the details of who initiated 9/11. The undeniable, simple, fact is, corporate personalities are those profiting from our reactionary, mass murders of people around the globe, no different to what Smedley Butler had described in the 1930s, except for exponentially vast scale in the present. And we, the American people, are the ones who are perpetrating the slaughter. There is no longer any excuse for a failure to see this in the age of information or, as I’d pointed out in my short monograph, Stupid is as Stupid Does:

When reading these succinct examples of American trained commandos gone rogue, keep in the back of your mind that a dozen men trained in elite special operations skills can turn that knowledge into hundreds who in turn can pass the knowledge on to thousands of insurgents:

“Los Zetas’ [drug cartel] training as a local version of the Green Berets constitutes their foremost asset. In cooperation with their U.S. counterparts, the Mexican military created the Gafes in mid-1990s. Foreign specialists, including Americans, French, and Israelis, instructed members of this elite unit in rapid deployment, aerial assaults, marksmanship, ambushes, intelligence collection, counter-surveillance techniques, prisoner rescues, sophisticated communications, and the art of intimidation” -George Greyson, Foreign Policy Research Institute (2008)

“Syrian rebels who would later join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or ISIS, were trained in 2012 by U.S. instructors working at a secret base in Jordan, according to informed Jordanian officials.

“The officials said dozens of future ISIS members were trained at the time as part of covert aid to the insurgents targeting the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Syria. The officials said the training was not meant to be used for any future campaign in Iraq” -WND 17 June 2014, ‘Blowback! U.S. trained Islamists who joined ISIS’

“The secretive program, financed in part with millions of dollars in classified Pentagon spending and carried out by trainers, including members of the Army’s Green Berets and Delta Force, was begun last year to instruct and equip hundreds of handpicked commandos in Libya, Niger, Mauritania and Mali” -Eric Schmitt, New York Times 26 May 2014

And finally:

“In 2013, the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) … had special operations forces (SOFs) in 134 countries, where they were either involved in combat, special missions, or advising and training foreign forces” -The Tucson Sentinel, 18 September 2014

Life in Blackfoot Country

About Obama’s $500,000,000 plan to train & arm the ‘moderate’ opposition in Syria… people would do well to consider the track record, something the U.S. administration seem incapable of weighing and making intelligent consequent decisions:

When American Trained Commandos Go Rogue

When reading these succinct examples of American trained commandos gone rogue, keep in the back of your mind that a dozen men trained in elite special operations skills can turn that knowledge into hundreds who in turn can pass the knowledge on to thousands of insurgents:

“Los Zetas’ [drug cartel] training as a local version of the Green Berets constitutes their foremost asset. ^ Note “the art of intimidation” … the Zetas international drug cartel have sometimes introduced themselves with rolling severed heads into nightclubs frequented by their rivals .. oh, and have decapitated a ‘bakers two dozen’ in one fell swoop:

“A spokesman for Guatemala’s police described what they found on Sunday morning: “One whole body, 26 bodies without heads, and 23 heads”

And these same ‘stupid is as stupid does’ programs just go on:

“Syrian rebels who would later join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, or ISIS, were trained in 2012 by U.S. instructors working at a secret base in Jordan, according to informed Jordanian officials.

“The officials said dozens of future ISIS members were trained at the time as part of covert aid to the insurgents targeting the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Syria. The officials said the training was not meant to be used for any future campaign in Iraq” -WND 17 June 2014, ‘Blowback! U.S. trained Islamists who joined ISIS’

Many, many dozens would have been the more apt description. Of course the USA allies, particularly Saudis funding these efforts might be a role model, your head can come off in Saudi Arabia for possession of new age literature and an accusation of witchcraft…

“The man, Muree bin Ali bin Issa al-Asiri, was found in possession of books and talismans”

Or you can be a minority Shia dissident in USA’s ally Saudi Arabia and be literally crucified:

“prosecutors called for al-Nimr to be executed by crucifixion”

I expect we can know where our CIA paramilitary and special operations forces trained commandos take their inspirations from…

Africa next?

“The secretive program, financed in part with millions of dollars in classified Pentagon spending and carried out by trainers, including members of the Army’s Green Berets and Delta Force, was begun last year to instruct and equip hundreds of handpicked commandos in Libya, Niger, Mauritania and Mali” -Eric Schmitt, New York Times 26 May 2014

Oh yeah, what a great idea, to mix the preceding with this next:

“an estimated 15,000 children in Africa’s Niger Delta [have been] denounced by Christian pastors as witches and wizards and then killed, tortured or abandoned by their own families” -Return to Africa’s Witch Children (documentary film)

Witches must be why Christian Taliban work out of the ‘Pentagon’

And finally:

“In 2013, the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) — one of the nine organizational units that make up the Unified Combatant Command — had special operations forces (SOFs) in 134 countries, where they were either involved in combat, special missions, or advising and training foreign forces” -The Tucson Sentinel, 18 September 2014

Great, just what the USA needs, thousands of armed, extremist missionaries proselytizing a ‘weaponized gospel of Jesus Christ’ across the world, that’ll make plenty of sober & thoughtful friends, you think?

And be certain to check out where the Islamic State’s top military commander received his training; should the USA’s Green Berets come as a surprise?

“He was a perfect soldier from his first days, and everyone knew he was a star,” said one former comrade, who asked not to be identified because he remains on active duty and has been ordered not to give media interviews about his former colleague. “We were well trained by American special forces units, and he was the star pupil”

So, the USA had ‘liberated’ Libya, and the result? Growing Islamist control over a Libyan state in process of tearing itself apart, with al-Qaida aligned militia strengthened across North Africa. Would you think this might have imparted a lesson?

In the case of the western democracies follow-on in Syria, resulting in the rise of the IS or ‘The Caliphate’, a sensible 1st step would be for the western democracies to establish law revoking the citizenship of any ‘tourist warriors’ who serve in the ranks of the jihadis. Thinking about joining? Make it clear you will never be welcome back. Now, that said, with nearly 1,000 military bases around the world, there is a question every American should ask themselves; ‘Why is an American’s life worth more than a Libyan, an Iraqi, or a Syrian?’ Or even better, ask themselves why is it Americans are so widely hated? It’s not some coincidence:

This points to the ‘humanitarian’ aspect, or one could better say ‘humanitarian violence’, as Eyal Weizman had called it, noting Obama’s National Security Adviser, Susan Rice, never encountered a proposed ‘humanitarian intervention’ she did not approve. Consequently, it is quite fair to say ‘democracy’ has killed more Libyans, Iraqis and Syrians, by far, than Qaddafi, Saddam and Assad, left on their own, ever would have.

What the Russians had recognized in the positive for a very long time and the western democracies are discovering in the negative is, where there is no national tradition or cohesiveness in tribal groups organized by clan, particularly in state of diverse beliefs (Sunni, Shia, Marionite, Orthodox and more), and artificial or colonial borders on top of that, there is no stability and security outside the secular strongmen who’d held together what amounts to artificial nations.

And finally, what the USA appears to suffer is, a sort of self-feeding insanity similar to the mentally ill parent who insists a child is ill to a point the child (in this case, the American people) believes he or she actually is ill, to draw attention to the parents importance as a care-giver. This, I believe, best describes the USA’s leadership and obsession with ‘terror.’

IS isn’t nearly the problem, it would appear, as is the rank incompetence, one could as easily state questionable sanity, of the western democracies structures tasked with quelling a problem they only seem capable of making worse. Comparing the western democracies strategy and actions to a cartoon reality, resulting in the rise of the Islamic State in Syria/Iraq, is not really difficult:

The K.I.S.S. Principle

Recipe for creating inextinguishable, persistently metastasizing & apocalyptic disaster, known as ‘bringing democracy’ to the Arab world:

General Petraeus training and arming al-Sadr’s Shia death squads and then training and arming Sunni ‘awakening councils’ in Iraq, fomenting civil war.

Then, stop paying & leave noted Sunni ‘awakening councils’ unemployed on exit.

Arrange Sunni insurrection in neighboring Syria, where recently trained & presently unemployed Iraqis can look for a job.

Set up financing and arms to opposition in Syria via Saudi Arabia, courtesy of a subsequently Petraeus led CIA (financing by default to the Saudi favored Salafist fundamentalist groups, inclusive of al-Qaida aligned militia.)

Base your operations out of NATO’s Turkey & the western democracies’ lap-dog Jordan.

Have your ally in Qatar broadcast a call to jihad in Syria, to millions of Sunni Muslims across the world (why, thank you al-Jazeera!)

Have the CIA, in concert with MI6, DGSE & MOSSAD, contract former special operations forces to assist the opposition in Syria.

Plan for fundamentalists who source their training to initial American efforts in Iraq and recently boosted by the new endeavors of western intelligence agencies, to become the most powerful factions in Syria.

Replace psycho-killer Petraeus at CIA with psycho-killer John Brennan.

Distract people from what’s happening with the world class CIA screw-up in Syria with new caper engineered by same CIA, in Ukraine.

As Islamic State asserts control over large areas of Syria, see thousands of battle hardened fundamentalists pour out of Syria across the border back into Iraq, rout the Iraqi army and capture countless tons of American supplied weapons.

Freak out at discovery your generals anti-Islamic efforts in Iraq and Syria won’t change who will be in control if/when CIA led effort to overthrow the Assad regime is successful, Salifist fundamentalists, in this case so extreme as to be disowned by al-Qaida.

When Ukraine distraction has failed, blame Russia for everything.

Fail to realize the eventual assessment of the Christian fundamentalists running the Pentagon will be, the only sensible option is to nuke the Islamic fundamentalists, as well as Russians, Jews, Blacks, cartoonists, author of this blog, women, gays, anyone who doesn’t believe in literal Armageddon, children who don’t behave, people who sue the church (especially alter-boys that talk)

Spy

This has been sent on in modified form as an open letter to German parliamentarians –

*

This post is intended to be updated time to time with short blurbs on hypocrisies, possible legal conundrums, myopic political acts and general oxymoron in geopolitical events. A sort of thumbnail sketches amalgamation of modern democratic idiocy in the circumstance & lives of spies. This has been inspired by my own case, which began as a more routine police investigation of what had been initially assessed as attempted murder of myself in Germany, relating to a attempted corruption cover-up originating in the USA. When investigation had begun, it came in the ‘wrong door’ so to speak, as there was assumption this was a more normal criminal case, as opposed to a geopolitical case involving what appears to have been an authorized ‘extra-judicial’ attempted assassination by close German allies. This is almost certainly when things became sticky for the German authorities, upon realization by police investigation, following leads developed in my case, the principal actors very clearly pointed to CIA & MOSSAD. But there is more:

On 17 June 2014, the western news spits out the fact a former high ranking Yugoslav spy will be tried in Germany for ordering the murder of a German resident Yugoslav dissident in 1983. The charge is “accessory to murder.’ This raises an interesting point.

My own case points not only to a refusal at the very top of German politics to prosecute (as well as German politicians displaying rank cowardice), but indicates collusion at the top of the German intelligence agencies in attempted murder of the person [myself] in a case their own police had been investigating. This is not only a case of demanding extradition for crimes ordered carried out in Germany from foreign soil, the question arises if the three German interior ministers, over the span of these past seven years, have blocked prosecution of the principal actors in my case, even as it became clear this was ongoing effort to silence a witness [myself] by allied intelligence, should they be, based on the present prosecution of the former ranking Yugoslav spy, be prosecuted as well? Does blocking the issuing of warrants by refusing referral to a prosecutor, failing to make extradition demands, arrests & prosecutions (even on the pretense of ‘ongoing investigation’ that may be deliberately intended to drag on forever, so to evade acting) as the attempted assassination stalking had gone on, constitute ‘accessory to murder’? These are questions that should be put to prosecutors as regards to German Interior Ministers Wolfgang Schäuble who was on watch in my case beginning with initial assassination attempts of October 2007 and did not act through his time in office to 28 October 2009, also Thomas de Maizière, 28 October 2009 to 3 March 2011, Hans-Peter Friedrich, 3 March 2011 to 17 December 2013, & again Thomas de Maizière, 17 December 2013 to present (2nd term)

The Arab Spring for Dummies part five

Recipe for creating inextinguishable, persistently mutating & rabid disaster, also known as ‘bringing democracy’ to the Arab world:

Hydras & Hydrophobia (or how to create black out of white)

General Petraeus training and arming Sunni ‘awakening councils’ in Iraq.

Stop paying & leave noted ‘councils’ unemployed on exit.

Arrange Sunni insurrection in neighboring Syria, where recently trained & presently unemployed Iraqis can look for a job.

Set up financing and arms to opposition in Syria via Saudi Arabia, courtesy of a Petraeus led CIA (financing by default to the Saudi favored Salafist fundamentalist groups, inclusive of al-Qaida aligned militia.)

Base your operations out of NATO’s Turkey & western democracies’ lap-dog Jordan.

Realize too late, fundamentalists who source their training to initial American efforts in Iraq and recently boosted by the new endeavors of western intelligence, have become the most powerful factions in Syria.

Replace psycho-killer Petraeus at CIA with psycho-killer John Brennan.

Freak out at your own anti-Assad effort in Syria upon realizing who will be in control if CIA led effort to overthrow the regime is successful (Salifist fundamentalists, in some cases so extreme as to be disowned by al-Qaida.)

Distract people from what’s happening with the world class CIA screw-up in Syria with new caper engineered by same CIA, in Ukraine.

As Assad reasserts control in Syria, see thousands of well trained fundamentalists pour out of Syria across the border into Iraq, rout the Iraqi army and capture countless tons of American supplied weapons.

When Ukraine distraction has failed, blame Russia for everything.

Fail to realize the eventual assessment of the Christian fundamentalists running the Pentagon will be, the only sensible option is to nuke the Islamic fundamentalists, as well as Russians, Jews, Blacks, cartoonists, author of this blog, women, gays, anyone who doesn’t believe in literal Armageddon, people who sue the church (especially alter-boys that talk) …
